He says that men driven by greed like Chris Jericho will learn just how much they are willing to suffer and endure in the steel cage, but before that, he has a match with Hiroshi Tanahashi where he will transform into the man he always knew he could be. Moxley says tonight is business and Sunday is personal, and when the bell rings, he has no respect for anyone.

Orange Cassidy and Roppongi Vice (Trent Beretta and Rocky Romero) beat The United Empire (Will Ospreay, Kyle Fletcher, Mark Davis) in a trios match. He also says Jungle Boy cost him a huge roster bonus and a title shot, and if people like Jungle Boy so much, he might as well do a background check on him. Christian says he went to social media to do just that. He calls the wrestling side of social media "a bunch of losers" whose opinion does not matter, then says that Jungle Boy is talented and that he decided to hitch onto that train for some easy money. Christian says he is not here to help out the younger talent; he is here for money, and if anyone wants to earn his paycheck, all they need to do is have a match people talk about more than a week after it happens. As for Jungle Boy, he plans to recoup the huge roster bonus from him, and while he has the talent, he does not have the knowledge, and the one time Jungle Boy heads to the ring without him, he lost championship gold. Christian says that with the gravy train run dry, he has to do things himself, and it pisses him off. As for the comments he made towards Jungle Boy's family, he says that he gave them a chance to apologize to giving birth to Jungle Boy, then says that Jungle Boy's mom wanted him to be his father, then says he does not want to be and that Jungle Boy's father is dead. "Hangman" Adam Page beats "The Last Real Man" Silas Young. After the match, Adam Cole interrupts, but gets interrupted himself by "Switchblade" Jay White, who says he owes Cole an explanation, as he is responsible for making Forbidden Door as big as it can be. He says that as much as he would like it to be about Bullet Club and The Undisputed Era, his opponent still cannot be Adam Cole because Cole lost to Adam Page twice. Jay White then addresses Page, and says everyone wants to know who he will face. Jay White then says it will not be against Adam Page, and Page smacks the microphone out of his hand, starting a brawl. Cole ends up hitting a low blow on Page, then grabs the IWGP World title only for Jay White to see him with it. After Cole tells Jay White to get Page up so he can hit him with it, "The Rainmaker" Kazuchika Okada shows up and fights both Jay White and Adam Cole. Wes Lee heads to the ring. Wes thanks the fans and says it is a blessing to still be here and receive their blessing, especially after the last three months when he has gone from the highest of highs to the lowest of lows. He talks about how he went from being a two-time tag team champion only to have their world explore under his and Nash Carter's feet. (Nash Carter is not mentioned.) He says that while his world has crumbled under his feet and he is searching through the rubble for himself, he felt nothing but pain and anger and he was not himself, and that he had to prove that he could stand on his own two feet and do what he needs to do. Suddenly, Trick Williams shows up and tells Wes Lee that nobody wants to hear his story, then says Wes Lee left Nash Carter behind and that he is not the friend he pretends to be, and that Nash is gone because he left him behind. Wes tells Trick that he has no idea how he was there for Nash Carter and how they were together for so long, and says Trick cannot understand because he is second fiddle to Carmelo Hayes and asks if Trick has any hype for himself. Trick says he does things on his own time and that he will leave just like Wes' old friends did to him.

She calls Wendy a "Peter Pan reject" and says she has no problem putting her to sleep for good.

Diamond Mine (Roderick Strong and Damon Kemp) beat Legado del Fantasma (Joaquin Wilde and Cruz del Toro) after Troy "Two Dimes" Donovan unwittingly trips Cruz del Toro with a crobar on the outside. We see a vignette for Apollo Crews, who says that one must confront fear even when it it is not easy, and says that the different between him then and him now is that he is fearless. As he walks, someone warns him not to go down an alley as three men try to rob someone. In a vision, Apollo fights off the robbers. Apollo walks off with the man being robbed, then we return to reality, where Apollo then goes into the alley before the vignette cuts to black.

Toxic Attraction (Mandy Rose, Jacy Jayne, Gigi Dolin) head to the ring. Mandy makes it clear that last week, Roxanne Perez, Cora Jade and Indi Hartwell may have had a fluke win, but they are still losers. Gigi says this is reality and that Roxanne will get a toxic reality check when she realizes she is not on their level. Jacy says that Cora Jade folds under pressure and has become "a real pro" at it, then tells Roxanne to take a bus back home and put posters of real superstars like them on her wall. Mandy says that if Roxanne sticks around, her dreams will become a really ugly nightmare. Roxanne and Cora show up, and Mandy says that a couple wins will not get her a challenge against her. She also tells Roxanne not to be delusional and not to cash in her contract, then Roxanne says that she is on top of the world, she has earned her way to her dreams, which are even better when one gets to share them. Roxanne says that she and Cora got to thinking last week and says that while winning the Women's Championship would be nice, winning the tag titles would be that much sweeter. Kayden Carter and Kacy Catanzaro show up, and Kayden says the line starts behind them because they are not done yet, but Cora says they are done after In Your House. Katana says Cora and Roxanne do not get to cut the line because they are "flavor of the month," but Cora says she has been here for a year and says that Kayden and Katana are done. This starts a brawl between the two teams on the ramp that Toxic Attraction enjoys as referees break it up.

Backstage, Mackenzie Mitchell interviews Carmelo Anthony and Trick Williams. Carmelo and Trick laugh about Trick "checking" Wes Lee, and Carmelo says that business will be taken care of and that he will remain North American Champion.

Backstage, Mackenzie Mitchell interviews Indi Hartwell when Kiana James interrupts and says she deals with facts and figures, not emotions, as they do not lie, and says that Indi jumps from friend to friend because she is weak and lacks mental focus. Indi says that nobody cares about Kiana James' opinion, and tells her to meet her in the ring next week so she can make her eat all of her words. Alba Fyre beats Lash Legend by disqualification when Lash Legend hits her with her own baseball bat.

Carmelo Hayes retains the NXT North American Championship against Tony D'Angelo. During the match, Tony D'angelo tells Santos Escobar to give him some brass knuckles, but Escobar throws them to Carmelo Hayes instead, who ends up using them against Tony D'Angelo and hiding the evidence to retain the title.
