Raw Deal - Raw recap for May 29, 1995

"Double J" Jeff Jarrett starts the show by saying he will beat The Undertaker to qualify for the King of the Ring tournament, and that he is not afraid of him or Paul Bearer. When The Undertaker's entrance music hits and the lights suddenly go out, however, Jarrett quickly changes his tune.

It is announced that Diesel is recovering from reconstructive elbow surgery after the power bomb that he suffered from Sycho Sid.

Sycho Sid beats Mike Khoury.

Diesel says his elbow injury occured when Sycho Sid choke slammed and his elbow hit the mat. During the power bomb, he landed on his elbow, rupturing part of it and tearing a tendon. Thankfully, Dr. James Andrews and the fine folks at HealthSouth Medical Center were able to correct this.

"Double J" Jeff Jarrett insists to The Roadie that he is ready for The Undertaker.

A special one-hour version of WrestleMania 11 will be broadcast this Sunday night at on NBC. Check your local listing for time and channel.

Adam Bomb beats Bob Cook.

Diesel and Bam Bam Bigelow have accepted "The Million Dollar Man" Ted DiBiase's challenge on last week's Superstars, and they will take on Tatanka and Sycho Sid at King of the King.

Hakushi beats John Snakowski. Before the match, Hakushi and Shinja pull out a replica of Bret "The Hit Man" Hart's head out of a burlap bag.

"The Big Cat" Ernie Ladd and Ivan Putski have been inducted into the WWF Hall of Fame.

Vince McMahon interviews Alundra Blayze inside the ring. She tells Bertha Faye she's ready for her and her manager and alleged boyfriend Harvey Wippleman. She's back and she plans on keeping the WWF Women's Championship for a long, long time.

"The King of Harts" Owen Hart takes on The British Bulldog in a King of the Ring qualifying match next week on Raw.

Men on a Mission (Mabel and Mo) beat Gary Scott and Aaron Ferguson.

Razor Ramon has beaten Jacob Blu to qualify for the King of the Ring tournament on the May 20th edition of Superstars, and Kama has beaten Duke "The Dumpster" Droese to qualify for the tournament the following week.

Raw Deal - Raw recap for May 22, 1995

Razor Ramon beats Mike Bell. Before the match, it is announced that earlier this week, Razor Ramon won the WWE Intercontinental Championship from "Double J" Jeff Jarrett in Montreal, Quebec, Canada at a house show to become a three-time Intercontinental champ. However, a few days later at another house show in Trois-Rivieres, Quebec, Canada, Jarrett took the title back. After the match, Bret "The Hit Man" Hart shows up in denim shorts and his jacket instead of his usual ring gear. Hart confronts Jerry "The King" Lawler for beating him at In Your House in the fashion that he did, and wants to know what it would take to get Lawler in the ring again so he can destroy him once and for all. When Lawler brushes him off, Bret gets closer and gets physical with Lawler, calling him "lower than shit." Officials and Vince McMahon have to rip Hart off of Lawler so he can't beat him up.

Hunter Hearst Helmsley beats John Crystal in his Raw debut.



We hear potential Presidential candidate Bob Backlund's views on education, reading, writing, arithmetic, and summer vacations.

"The Million Dollar Man" Ted DiBiase tells King Kong Bundy to destroy Shawn Michaels.

Stephanie Wiand presents the keys to the In Your House house to 11-year-old Matt Pomposelli and his parents. Matt meets The Bushwhackers (Butch and Luke) as part of the house tour.

The Allied Powers (Lex Luger and The British Bulldog) beat Tony DeVito and Bill Payne.

The Undertaker takes on "Double J" Jeff Jarrett next week on Raw in a King of the Ring qualifying match!

Kama beats Barry Horowitz by submission.

The 2nd Annual Hall of Fame banquet will happen on June 24th in the Grand Ballroom of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania's Grand Marriott Hotel. Antonino Rocca is amongst the first names for this year's Hall of Fame inductees.

Shawn Michaels beats King Kong Bundy to qualify for the King of the Ring Tournament. During the match, Diesel and Bam Bam Bigelow watch the match from backstage. After teh match, Diesel and Bam Bam Bigelow head to the ring, and Diesel and Shawn reconcile. The three men celebrate in the ring.

Next week on Raw: Sycho Sid! Hakushi!

Paul Bearer and The Undertaker plan to go through "Double J" Jeff Jarrett on the quest to become King of the Ring next week.

Raw Deal - Raw recap for May 15, 1995

Irwin R. Schyster plans to put a lien on Bam Bam Bigelow's tattoos, but Bigelow isn't letting his chance to beat up the taxman go to waste.

"The King of Harts" Owen Hart and Yokozuna beat Bill Weaver and Nick Barbury.

The Ross Report on Option 6 features an interviews with Bret "The Hit Man" concerning In Your House on the WWF Superstars line...now available in Canada!

Man Mountain Rock beats "Iron" Mike Sharpe by submission.

We learn that In Your House winner Mike Pamposelli is a sixth-grader from Greenspun Junior High School, and that his favorite wrestler is Shawn Michaels. Speaking of Michaels, he'll be back on Raw next week to take on King Kong Bundy.

Savio Vega says he will make sure Razor Ramon won't get a beatdown like he did at In Your House. He's also so wound up, he speaks more Spanish than English.

Barry Didinsky shows off the one-size-fits-all Diesel vs. Sid shirt from In Your House, which is only available via telephone and is only $16. The one-size-fits-all Bret "The Hit Man" Hart shirt is also available.

Bob "Spark Plug" Holly beats Mantaur to qualify for the King of the Ring Tournament.

Vince McMahon interviews Bob Backlund in the ring. After mentioning some historical moments (and getting some of the years long), Backlund announces something he considers to be as earth-shattering and memorable: he's running for President of the United States of America. A marching band shows up to add to the pomp and circumstance.

"The Million Dollar Man" Ted DiBiase says that there will be nothing left of Bam Bam Bigelow after tonight...and if there is, he should team with Diesel against Sycho Sid and Tatanka, as it is his fault that Sycho Sid is not WWF Champion.

Bam Bam Bigelow introduces Diesel as a man he would like to tag team with. Diesel shows up and chases after "The Million Dollar Man" Ted DiBiase to the point that DiBiase runs all the way to the back.

Bam Bam Bigelow beats Irwin R. Schyster when I.R.S.' dirty tactics backfire thanks to Diesel. Sycho Sid and Tatanka are seen nearing the ring after the match.

We see a video package of Shawn Michaels. After the video package, King Kong Bundy says that Michaels may be back, but after next week, that won't be for long.

In Your House 1: Premiere - The Results

Before the first match, Todd Pettengill interviews Bret "The Hit Man" Hart. Hakushi may be undefeated, but he hasn't faced a wrestler of Hart's caliber. He dedicates this match to his mother Helen Hart, which is no surprise given that tonight's event takes place on Mother's Day.

Bret "The Hit Man" beats Hakushi. On the way out of the ring, Bret twists his knee and has to limp to make his way to the back.



Stan Lane and Alundra Blayze are on the WWF Superstar Line when Jerry "The King" Lawler shows up as Todd Pettengill speaks. Lawler finds out that Bret "The Hit Man" Hart has won his match, but has twisted his knee. Lawler doesn't care, and still wants The Hit Man in the ring. Lawler then gets a page from his mother.

During the next match, Vince McMahon interviews The 1-2-3 Kid via telephone. The Kid is pulling for Razor Ramon, who says that The Roadie has proved he wants to play with the big boys. He tells The 1-2-3 not to worry about him and to worry more about his neck.

Razor Ramon beats "Double J" Jeff Jarrett and The Roadie in a 2-on-1 handicap match. After the match, Jarrett and The Roadie attack Razor Ramon. "The Portugese Man-O-War" Aldo Montoya tries to make the save, but is easily beaten up and tossed out. Suddenly, an unknown man in black slacks and a sleeveless shirt shows up and gives Jarrett and The Roadie a beating before officials stop the brawl and police escort him to the back.

King of the Ring is live on Pay-Per-View June 25th!

Jerry "The King" Lawler argues with WWF President Jack Tunney, wanting his match against Bret "The Hit Man" Hart right now.

We see a video package of Sycho Sid's recent path of destruction.

Barry Cetinski shows off the brand-new Bret "The Hit Man" Hart, which is one-size-fits-all and is only $20.

Mabel beats Adam Bomb in a King of the Ring qualifying match.

Todd Pettengill interviews Razor Ramon and the mystery man who saved him. The man's name is Savio Vega, one of the biggest Superstars from the Caribbean. He couldn't help himself after "Double J" Jeff Jarrett put Razor Ramon in the Figure Four Leg Lock, and nobody will be messing with Razor Ramon...or him.

Jerry "The King" Lawler tries to get in the ring before the next match, but officials will not let him.

Bret "The Hit Man" Hart is seen applying an ice pack to his tweaked knee.

"The King of Harts" Owen Hart and Yokozuna retain the WWF Tag Team Championships against The Smoking Gunns (Billy and Bart Gunn).

Todd Pettengill interviews Diesel. This is his first Mother's Day without his mother, who passed away around last Christmas, and wishes a happy Mother's Day to all the fans. As for "The Million Dollar Man" Ted DiBiase and Sycho Sid, he tells them that he's still here, and says that Sid has to be stopped after what he did to Shawn Michaels.

Jerry "The King" Lalwer is in the ring with a lovely lady, whom he passes off as his mother. He wants a match with Bret "The Hit Man" Hart and wants it now, as does his "mom." She wants to challenge Bret's mother Helen Hart to a match after Lawler beats Bret.

Todd Pettengill interviews Bret "The Hit Man" Hart again. Bret's leg is better after spending some time icing it in the locker room, and he's ready to roll.

Jerry "The King" Lawler beats Bret "The Hit Man" Hart with help from Hakushi and Shinja after the referee is tied up upside down on the ropes. After the match, however, Bret "The Hit Man" Hart comes to and Hakushi accidentally attacks Lawler. Bret "The Hit Man" Hart beats up Shinja.

Sycho Sid tells Diesel that time has run out for him and that his reign is over.

Todd Pettengill and Stephanie Wiand award the In Your House house to Matthew Pomposelli from Henderson, Nevada.

Diesel beats Sycho Sid by disqualification and retains the WWF Championship after Tatanka interferes. Tatanka and Sycho Sid attack Diesel after the match, and Sid is about to power bomb Diesel when Bam Bam Bigelow rushes in and gets his revenge on Tatanka.

Raw Deal - Raw recap for May 8, 1995

"Double J" Jeff Jarrett beats Doink with the Figure Four Leg Lock after The Roadie hits Doink in the back of the leg with a chop block as the referee is unintentionally distracted by Dink.

We get our first look at The Bodydonnas, Skip and Sunny...two fitness buffs who make fun of the "out-of-shape" WWF audience.

Bam Bam Bigelow looks back at Royal Rumble and WrestleMania 11, and says that not only does he respect Diesel as a wrestler and a man, but that his future is bright and that he plans to take down every member of the Million Dollar Corporation ("The Million Dollar Man" Ted DiBiase, Tatanka, Irwin R. Schsyter, Sycho Sid, Kama, King Kong Bundy), starting with Irwin R. Schyster.

Vince McMahon interviews Sycho Sid and "The Million Dollar Man" Ted DiBiase inside the ring. DiBiase tells Shawn Michaels to think about a few things: who suggested he get a bodyguard and that said bodyguard should be Sid. The answer to both questions is DiBiase, who calls Shawn Michaels the path to Diesel and the WWF Championship after Sid put him on the shelf weeks ago. DiBiase says that In Your House, he and Sid are taking over and taking the WWF Championship by "stopping a Diesel in its tracks" and "putting him in a rest hold." Sid calls himself a super-predator of the World Wrestling Federation, and says he will lift Diesel ten feet into the air and drive him through the mat, and that Diesel will tell him he is the man who rules the world.

Bam Bam Bigelow battles Irwin R. Schyster next week on Raw.

Hakushi beats Gary Scott. Before the match, it is announced that Hakushi and Shinja were in Calgary, Alberta, Canada this weekend, and that Jim Ross has the answer as to why on The Ross Report on Option 6 on the WWF Superstar Hotline.

Diesel says he can't wait for Sycho Sid to put up a fight at In Your House.

Bret "The Hit Man" Hart's match against Jerry "The King" Lawler is official for In Your House. Also official is The Smoking Gunns' (Billy and Bart Gunn) WWF Tag Team Championships rematch against "The King Of Harts' Owen Hart and Yokozuna, as well as a King of the Ring qualifying match between Adam Bomb and Mabel.

Bart Gunn beats "The King Of Harts" Owen Hart with help from Billy Gunn after continuous interference from Mr. Fuji and Jim Cornette.

Raw Deal - Raw recap for May 1, 1995

The Allied Powers (Lex Luger and The British Bulldog) beat George Anderson and Ron Hagan.

Bob "Spark Plug" Holly beats Butler Stevens.

It is announced that The 1-2-3 Kid will not be at In Your House due to injuries caused by "Double J" Jeff Jarrett and The Roadie, and that Razor Ramon demanded to WWF President Jack Tunney that the match go on. It will, albeit as a handicap match. On Option 6 of the WWF Superstar Hotline, you can hear Jim Ross' interview with Razor Ramon from this morning on The Ross Report.

Owen Hart faces Bart Gunn, and Doink faces "Double J" Jeff Jarrett...next week on Raw!

Mantaur - now managed by Jim Cornette - beats Sonny Rogers.

Man Mountain Rock has to tell Nicholas Turturro he's a WWE Superstar and a rock 'n roller.

Sycho Sid vs. Razor Ramon ends before it can even begin with Sid attacks Razor Ramon before the bell can ring. Diesel shows up and chases Sid out of the ring.

Adam Bomb beats Dave Sigfrid. Before the match, it is announced that Adam Bomb will take on Mabel at In Your House.

Razor Ramon is in no position to speak in the locker room as officials - and Diesel - check on him.

We get another look at Hunter Hearst Helmsley. We only get a few words from him, though.

Men on a Mission (Mabel and Mo) beats Kevin Kruger and Bill Duke.

Razor Ramon's condition will be updated on next week.

Bret "The Hit Man" Hart, much to the surprise of Jerry "The King" Lawler. He calls Lawler a liar for saying he commited to facing Hakushi at In Your House to duck a match with him, and tells Lawler he will face him after he's done with Hakushi.
