Razor Ramon retains the WWF Intercontinental Championship against Tatanka by count-out. During the match, Lex Luger goes after "The Million Dollar Man" Ted DiBiase, but is attacked from behind by Bam Bam Bigelow. Tatanka, who is outside of the ring after attacking Razor Ramon from behind after the distraction by DiBiase, joins in, and Razor Ramon jumps in to take down Tatanka.

Kwang beats Rich Myers.

It's time for The King's Court. "The King" Jerry Lawler's guest this week is The British Bulldog, who is dressed for a match this time around compared to SummerSlam. After some dog jokes, with the last one involving his wife Diana, British Bulldog gets confrontational with Lawler. Suddenly, Jim "The Anvil" Neidhart shows up, and says that Davey Boy Smith isn't a family member, but challenges him to a match next week for "sticking his nose in family business" anyway. Bulldog reminds Neidhart he's married to Bret "The Hit Man" Hart's sister Diana, and that Bret asked him to have his back in case Neidhart went on the attack. The Bulldog declares that he is back in the World Wrestling Federation, and he accepts his challenge. Neidhart tells him he's made the biggest mistake in his career, but the Bulldog says it's the exact opposite.

Next week: Alundra Blayze and Heidi Lee Morgan take on Bull Nakano and Luna Vachon!

The 1-2-3 Kid beats Kerry Davis. During the match, Bob Backlund shows up with a giftbox for "Macho Man" Randy Savage. Inside is a dictionary, which Backlund has given to him as a response to his comments about him last week.

King Kong Bundy is returning to the WWF!

Before the next match, it is rumored that Samu of The Headshrinkers (Samu and Fatu) may have quit.

Diesel and Shawn Michaels beats Chris Canyon and Bob Starr. After the match, Samu and a mysterious man attack Diesel and Michaels.

We find out that the mysterious man who joined Fatu in the attack against Shawn Michaels and Diesel is named Sione. According to Captain Lou Albano, Samu is out with a rare disease contracted from eating raw fish that can only be cured by a Samoan doctor. Shawn Michaels is then shown holding Diesel back from going after the new Headshrinkers.

Duke "The Dumpster" Droese beats "The King" Jerry Lawler after Lawler looks in Droese's trash can only to be squirted in the eye by Dink, who is lying in wait inside the can. Lawler chases after Dink, but as soon as Dink runs to the back, it's too late for Lawler to get back in the ring. Lawler tries to use the trash can as a weapon, but Doink suddenly appears behind Lawler and scares him. Lawler then escapes through the crowd.

On October 23rd at 12 PM Eastern/11 AM central, Action Zone premieres on USA Network!

The Heavenly Bodies (Dr. Tom Pritchard and "Gigolo" Jimmy Del Rey) beat Steve King and Mike Bell.

Vince McMahon interviews Bob Backlund in the ring. Vince is shocked by Backlund's actions as of late, especially in his recent match against Bret "The Hit Man" Hart when he finally turned back on his own values. Backlund says he's still the WWF Champion, and says that his standards are higher than ever before, before he goes on the rails about today's society and how everyone has destroyed the world around him. He says he put the crossface chicken wing on Bret Hart because he had the opportunity to put it on everyone in society, which he considers himself not to be a part of anymore. He then goes on about how the crossface chicken wing is the greatest hold in wrestling. The crowd begins to call Backlund a "has been." Vince then says that it was Backlund himself who said that for every hold, there's a counter. Backlund says that if someone can break out of the crossface chicken wing, he will retire from wrestling, then takes off his jacket to prepare for a fight. Lou Giannfrido, who was seen earlier in the night and has written positively about Backlund for years, volunteers to be put in the hold...and Backlund goes nuts. The camera man currently in the ring has to run for cover, and both Vince McMahon and "Macho Man" Randy Savage have to help the officials break the hold. Backlund then looks at his hands again as everyone tends to Anfredo. Backlund then calls himself "Mr. Backlund," and says that what just happened is what discipline is all about.

Bob "Spark Plugg" Holly (who is still called Thurman "Sparky" Plugg before the match) beats Richie Rich.

Yokozuna beats Phil Apollo. After the match, The Undertaker's gong sounds, and Yokozuna runs away scared.

"The King" Jerry Lawler takes on Duke "The Dumpster" Droese next week on Raw!

It's time for The King's Court. In "The King" Jerry Lawler's hand is a note from WWF President Jack Tunney telling him to apologize again, this time to Doink the Clown and Dink for popping Dink's balloons last weekend on Superstars. He invites Doink and Dink into his court as guest, and the duo show up. After some banter between the two sides, Doink and Dink bring them a present to show that there are no hard feelings. Two officials bring a gift box to the ring, and Doink offers to open when Lawler refuses to open it due to his familiarity with their tricks. Doink opens it up for him, and inside is a garbage can. Doink tells Lawler that Duke "The Dumpster" Droese will take the trash - which is Lawler - out of the World Wrestling Federation. Lawler then tries to kick the trash can to get a leg up on Doink, but Lawler hurts his toes and Doink reveals that there were weights at the bottom of the can.

Shawn Michaels and Diesel beat Tony DeVito and Paul Van Dale.
