Backstage, Shotzi and Scarlett use an Ouija board to see if they have a "ghost host" tonight. Suddenly, they are stopped by Isla Dawn and Alba Fyre. Isla says there is a disturbance from another realm that needs their attention, and Alba says they should not keep them waiting. Isla asks Shotzi and Scarlett to let them take over, which they do. Isla and Alba then prepare to fill tonight with chaos.

Backstage, McKenzie Mitchell interviews Tiffany Stratton, who is not in the mood to talk about Fallon Henley's impersonation of her.

We hear from Joe Gacy, who says that he has made mistakes, done unspeakable things, watched people suffer and witnessed horrors, and that he likes it because he has had to go through them to become what he is today. He says that he is not justifying his actions and that nobody is perfect, but people all want to stab him with their judgmental eyes day after day. He asks if he is the problem, and says that while he is not asking for forgiveness and that he has a darkness inside him due to his past, and while he was once bound to others, there are no strings on him, and while some may believe in fairytales, others do not.

Tiffany Stratton vs. Fallon Henley ends before it begins due to a cheap shot from Tiffany followed by Tiffany injuring Fallon Henley's knee.

Meta-Four (Noam Dar, Oro Mensah, Lash Legend, Jakara Jackson) head to a haunted house dressed like Scooby-Doo (Noam Dar), Shaggy (Oro Mensah), Velma (Lash Legend) and Daphne (Jakara Jackson). Despite everyone's bad feelings about this, Noam Dar enters the haunted house and everyone else follows. They make a plan to stay together, but two people dressed as monsters scare them and make them scatter.

Meanwhile, Isla Dawn and Alba Fyre show up, noting that Thea Hail has no idea how cursed the Women's Tag Team titles are cursed.

Oro Mensah goes through a shed outside of the haunted house and ends up finding Akira Tozawa in a robe. Mensah gets knocked out and taken away. Lash Legend ends up being surrounded by three of the ghouls in what looks like a kitchen, and one of them takes her away.

Bron Breakker quickly beats Mr. Stone. After the match, Bron Breakker proceeds to injure Mr. Stone like he injured Von Wagner, but all of a sudden, Von Wagner shows up and fights Bron Breakker. Von Wagner then choke slams Bron Breakker into the ring steps, then takes the other set of ring steps and nearly smashes them into Bron Breaker. Referees and security have to keep both men separated.

We see a video package for the match between Lyra Valkyria and Becky Lynch for the NXT Women's Championship.

We hear from Scrypts, who says that he has not always lived the high life and that he faked that life for the fans on TV, then talks about how he lived on the streets just like Bronco Nima and Lucien Price. After stating that The Brawling Brutes cost them a chance at tag team gold and that they could not even last a week on their block, Scrypts also says that you are either somebody or nobody, and that he and OTM (Nima and Price) are somebodies.

Chelsea Green and Piper Niven retain the WWE Women's Tag Team Championships against Thea Hail and Jacy Jayne after Andre Chase stops Jacy Jayne from cheating with one of the NXT Tag Team Championship belts. Isla Dawn and Alba Fyre are then seen on the balcony, then the nearby wheel spins near the stage.

Backstage, McKenzie Mitchell interviews Lexis King, who says that he has developed quite a buzz around here and that everyone has an opinion about him, but he is used to it. He says that this is his life and that he will start doing things his way. He then says to wait and see what he does next, or rather, what he has already done. When McKenzie Mitchell asks to elaborate on that, Lexis King says that she will have to wait like everyone else.

Lola Vice beats Kelani Jordan after dodging a split leg moonsault thanks to the distraction by Elektra Lopez to win the NXT Women's Breakout Tournament.

Back at the haunted house, Noam Dar finds the NXT Heritage Cup, but he is soon beset by ghouls. Noam Dar begs them off, but Akira Tozawa takes the Heritage Cup and demands a match, which Noam Dar gives to him in order to keep the ghouls away. Akira sics the ghouls on him anyway.

Backstage, Isla Dawn and Alba Fyre talk about how they have the balance in their realm while Shotzi and Scarlett handled the disturbance in the other realm. Suddenly, Mr. Stone and Von Wagner talk, and Von Wagner wants Bron Breakker again. Mr. Stone says that Von Wagner is not ready, but Wagner insists. Meanwhile, Boa is seen talking to Dante Chen in the background.

Rhea Ripley brags about Damian Priest shattering "The American Nightmare" Cody Rhodes' ankle before stating that Dominik will put Ricochet down and teach him to respect The Judgment Day (Finn Balor, Priest, Rhea, Dominik) and that JD McDonagh will remind Seth Rollins what it is like to be their enemy. She also says that whoever makes a deal with The Judgment Day between Rollins and Drew McIntyre will dictate who will become the next World Heavyweight Champion. Rhea then admits that while the deck is stacked against her, she will retain at Crown Jewel. Suddenly, Sami Zayn heads to the ring and tells Rhea he is sick of hearing her talk about power and championship and running Raw, then reminds her that he has fought people like The Judgment Day his entire life and career. He says that if one wants to do whatever they want in the name of power, then he is rebellion and resistance and that he will fight The Judgment Day for as long as there is a breath of air in his body until they are no more. Rhea says Sami can resist all he wants, for it does not matter, for The Judgment Day do not need the numbers when it comes to him. She then proposes a match between Sami Zayn and Damien Priest. Dominik proposes they teach Sami a lesson right now, and as Rhea, McDonagh and Dominik surround Sami, Ricochet shows up and stands beside Sami. McDonagh tries to go after Ricochet, but Ricochet sends him falling over the top rope. Dominik tries to go for a cheap shot, but Ricochet sees it coming.

"Dirty" Dominik Mysterio beats Ricochet after grabbing the tights and using the middle rope for leverage on the stack-up pin after Rhea Ripley distracts the referee and JD McDonagh distracts Ricochet. It's time for Miz TV. Tonight's guest is Gunther. Gunther fails to show, and Ludwig Kaiser and Giovanni Vinci show up. Kaiser says Gunther will not show up just because The Miz tells him to, as The Miz is "literally everything wrong with the WWE Universe today." He also calls The Miz an embodiment of what Imperium despises and also calls him "a clown." Miz says he has been called a lot of things, but he has never been another man's sidekick. Vinci asks The Miz if he was the sidekick on Total Divas, but Miz says it was Miz &amp Mrs. Miz is amazed that Vinci talked, but Kaiser wants him to stay silent and tells him that he only speaks when he or Gunther allows him to. Gunther then shows up and tells Miz he is not his guest. He also makes two things clear to him: that The Miz running a talk show is ridiculous and that the ring is sacred to him, and that The Miz and everything he does is beneath him. Gunther then declares he does not respect The Miz. The Miz states that interviewing an invisible John Cena was more entertaining than Gunther, then tells Gunther that he is the biggest star that WWE has. Gunther says this is Miz's issue, for when the bell rings, Miz is a talk show host while he is a champion. Miz says he can be serious when he wants to be and has won main events and championships when he was, and that he was serious when he made the Intercontinental Championship relevant again. He then tells Gunther that he has no problem doing it again, and Gunther laughs. Kaiser then drops one of the jack-'o-lanterns on the mat, but when Kaiser throws a chair out of the ring, Miz fights him and Vinci but gets chopped by Gunther. Gunther says Miz is not even in his league, and Miz strikes at Gunther only to be overpowered by Imperium (Gunther, Ludwig Kaiser, Giovanni Vinci). #DIY (Johnny Gargano and Tommaso Ciampa) then shows up for the next match.

Backstage, The Miz demands a match with Gunther for the WWE Intercontinental Championship from General Manager Adam Pearce. We hear from Zoey Stark, who says that the Fatal 5-Way Match for the Women's World Championship is made for her and that her opponents are her prey. She says the Women's World Championship is her destiny and hopes to prove she is the most dominant.

Before the next match, Seth "Freakin'" Rollins says he is feeling a little loose tonight and that he has agreed to beat up JD McDonagh tonight in preparation for Crown Jewel, then tells Drew McIntyre to cry him a river because everyone was suffering in 2020. He then says McIntyre blames everyone but himself on his shortcoming and tells McIntyre to get in line, then says that if McIntyre can beat him at Crown Jewel, he will be the first to shake his hand and call him champion. He then says that he is not the same person he was in 2020, then he is suddenly attacked from behind by JD McDonagh. Despite the attack, Rollins still wants to fight.

Seth "Freakin'" Rollins beats JD McDonagh. Damian Priest shows up during the match with the Money In The Bank Briefcase and watches from the announce desk. After the match, Rollins confronts Priest and dares him to make a move, and Priest tells him that the cash-in is inevitable.

Backstage, Ricochet meets with WWE official Adam Pearce and offers him an opportunity at the Intercontinental Championship, which Ricochet likes even though he still has a bone to pick with Dominik Mysterio. Chelsea Green and Piper Niven show up dressed as Bret Hart and Jim Neidhart to complain about tonight's match, then Ivar and Valhalla wish to met Pearce in his office regarding the Intercontinental Championship.

Backstage, Jackie Redmond interviews Becky Lynch. Becky says she may be lighter in the waist and heavier in the heart, but if anyone wanted to take the NXT title, it would have to be someone who eats, sleeps and breathes the business, and it had to be Lyra Valkryia. She also says that she has defended more times in 42 days than Rhea Ripley and Roman Reigns have all year, and that the title needs her, not the other way around. Suddenly, Xia Li shows up and asks Becky if she is scared of giving her a title match before losing the title. Becky says they can fight right here, right now, but Xia Li says it will be on her time. Becky says it has been three weeks and asks when Xia Li's time is.

Chelsea Green beats Natalya in a Trick-Or-Street Fight. During the match, Nikki Cross' head is seen coming out of a table after initially being hidden underneath a jack-'o-lantern.

We hear from Rhea Ripley, who says that all of her opponents think they can make a name for themselves, but this is her chance to prove she can beat all of her opponents all at once and prove she is the most dominant while walking out champion.

Damian Priest beats Sami Zayn by disqualification. During the match, Finn Balor and "Dirty" Dominik Mysterio show up and get involved in the match, then "Main Event" Jey Uso shows up and fights them off before thrust kicking Priest in the face, ending the match. After the match, Finn and Dominik gang up on Sami and Jey, then "The American Nightmare" Cody Rhodes shows up and brawls with Damian Priest, and Jey Uso and Sami Zayn make quick work of Finn Balor and Dominik Mysterio. JD McDonagh shows up and saves Priest only to eat a Helluva Kick from Sami. Cody then drills McDonagh onto the announce table with the Cross Rhodes not once, but twice before telling Damian Priest he was unsuccessful in taking him out before calling Priest a "walk-behinder" of The Judgment Day (Finn Balor, Damian Priest, Rhea Ripley, "Dirty" Dominik Mysterio). Cody then says he is back on his path and that his path goes through Priest at Crown Jewel.

LA Knight sits at the head of the table, and refuses to budge or allow Heyman to move the table before he demands that the contract be signed. Nick Aldis welcomes everyone to tonight's show before overseeing the contract signing. LA Knight says that the contract states that Roman Reigns will hand the Undisputed WWE Championship over to him before signing, then allows Roman to do the same. Roman thinks LA Knight is crazy just for immediately signing away, then asks him if he has ever had a contract signing and if he has ever had a championship match before, then says Knight has no clue what he is doing. Roman then says he will go easy on him before signing the contract with a pen that Heyman has provided him. When it does not work, he signs the contract with the second pen that Heyman has provided him. The crowd chants "Roman's scared" before Nick Aldis leaves the ring and wishes both Roman and Knight the best of luck at Crown Jewel. As Roman gets up to leave, LA Knight says he is the head of the table and tells Roman to acknowledge him, then tells Roman that he is already beaten if he underestimates him and that he will take his title as part of a climb so fast Roman will not know what hit him. Knight says this is his first time, but he only needs one time, for while Roman was failing over and over again and saying "Sufferin' Succotash," he has been telling everyone whose game this is as there can only be WWE Champion and one him. He says he cannot stop his gravy train and "the undeniable kevorka" and that he cannot stop being him, then Roman topples the table over Knight and attacks him. Roman soon pulls another table out from underneath the ring and sets it up, but that gives LA Knight time to recover and turn the attack around. Suddenly, Jimmy Uso shows up and attacks LA Knight. Roman and Heyman leave the ring before LA Knight puts Jimmy Uso through the table.

He then commands Heyman to make a match between Jimmy Uso and LA Knight official for tonight.

He briefly runs into Kevin Owens, who is then confronted by Grayson Waller and Austin Theory for saying they have punchable faces, and officials have to walk in before things get physical and as Owens bets she can both of them in the face at once. LA Knight vs. Jimmy Uso is official for later tonight.

John Cena heads to the ring. Cena says there is a special energy in the building tonight, but for him, the energy is a little different, for while the energy is special, it is serious for him and has not been this serious since WWE tried to fire him twenty years ago. He says that for over twenty years, he has given his heart and soul and the fans give him the noise whether he likes it or not, support when he needed it most, and respect. He says Crown Jewel is serious, because for the first time in over twenty years, he feels he is in jeopardy of losing the fans' support and respect. The fans chant "You still got it!", but Cena asks "What if I don't?" He says the data cannot be ignored and if he cannot deliver soon, he will lose the fans, and he wants to keep this ride going. Cena says there is only one thing left to do at Crown Jewel: win. He says that WWE uses the term "must-see" a lot, and Crown Jewel is as must-see as it is "must-win." He says respect is earned and that it is one thing to guarantee a victory, but it is time to dig deep and deliver. Suddenly, Paul Heyman shows up and says he is here with no hustle, with loyalty only to the truth and with respect. Heyman offers his hand and shakes hands with Cena, then thanks him for everything and talks about how he drafted Cena to WWE and how he raised his kids to be more like Cena than like him. He says that Cena may not be the greatest of all time after losing to Roman Reigns, but he is still the greatest of all time at communication and that he can talk like no one else to the point that Cena could have been like him if he just kept talking. Heyman then states that Cena "pissed off The Bloodline," and says that while Cena have come back from various injuries, he will not come back from Solo Sikoa's Samoan Spike and he will never talk again. He says that if Solo takes Cena's voice away, it will take Cena's voice away from the fans, and that Cena will not be able to win this "must-win" match. Suddenly, Cena is attacked from behind by Solo Sikoa. Solo hits the Spinning Solo, then hits the Samoan Spike.

Those Dynamite Kids - Dynamite recap for October 25, 2023

Renee Paquette interviews MJF, who immediately calls Adam Cole, but he is suddenly interrupted by Roderick Strong and The Kingdom (Matt Taven and Mike Bennett). Roderick Strong says MJF is the one behind the devil mask, but he will pretend for once that he is not and he will help him tonight. MJF shoves him away, and as The Kingdom run after Roddy, MJF tells "Switchblade" Jay White that he has a bullet with his name on it and he is not going to miss. We then see the man in the devil mask.

MJF retains the Dynamite Diamond Ring against "Rock Hard" Juice Robinson after punching Juice before he can hit him with his fake ring and knocking The Gunns (Austin and Colten Gunn) off the ring apron. After the match, The Gunns attack MJF, but The Kingdom (Matt Taven and Mike Bennett) run into the ring. They soon get overpowered, but as "Switchblade" Jay White - who guested on commentary in the middle of the match - grabs the AEW World Championship so that he can hit MJF with it, The Acclaimed show up and chase Bullet Club Gold (Jay White, Juice Robinson, Austin Gunn, Colten Gunn) out of the ring. Jay White then tells MJF to forget about everything going on in the ring and to focus on him, as he will never get his hands on the AEW World Heavyweight Championship after he pummels his face into the ground at Full Gear. Austin Gunn congratulates MJF on winning the Dynamite Diamond Ring back, and challenges MJF and Adam Cole for the Ring of Honor World Tag Team Championships. MJF tells The Gunns to shut up and tells them they have their tag team title shot, then tells Jay White that he will see him at Full Gear but that he will get his hands on him next week next week in the eight-man tag match and he will get back what belongs to him. Roderick Strong then wants to know if MJF will pick him and The Kingdom, but MJF calls Roddy "a bland bitch" and roll himself and The Kingdom off a cliff. "Platinum" Max Caster asks MJF if that means he will pick The Acclaimed, and MJF admits that he has never liked him and that he would never tag with him even if he was on fire. Max Caster takes it at MJF saying there is a chance, then asks him to scissor. MJF rejects it and leaves. As MJF heads to the back, he has a brief staredown with Kenny Omega. Omega tells MJF that he has something that he wants, but he has something MJF wants. He says he has no right to ask, but claims that if he is the fans' scumbag and the champions he and the fans both want to be, he will listen to what he has to say. Omega says he has the right to reserve his streak and challenges him for the AEW World Heavyweight Champioship, and MJF makes it official for Collision. Both men then shake hands. After Omega bids the fans adieu, he then says to MJF "Three days, bitch."

We hear from Wardlow. He says that the last few months were bad for him as he went into a dark place while watching MJF become the name and the face of the company that everyone supports despite what MJF has done in the past and despite beating him one-on-one. He says he has felt the devil's claws go deeper and deeper into his back, and with nothing else to lose, he will take everything from MJF.

Hook and Rob Van Dam beat The Dark Order (John Silver and Alex Reynolds) with the Redrum from Hook to John Silver.

Christian Cage makes fun of Ric Flair being Sting's gift as well as Ric Flair's age and liver, then asks Darby Allin his neck is before telling him to look at the TNT Championship, for he will never be a champion again. Christian then proposes a six-man tag match between himself, Luchasaurus and Nick Wayne and team of Sting, Darby Allin and a partner of their choice at Full Gear so Sting's retirement can come early and become his funeral. Darby says AEW is not a fairytale and that he did not want to hurt Nick Wayne, and Sting says he knows what it is like to have the blinders on and that Edge needs to take his blinders off. He says he learned to take his off and see through people, especially people like Christian, and tells Adam Copeland to wake up before it is too late.

Hikaru Shida retains the AEW Women's World Championship against Ruby Soho in a match that involves Ruby using the title as a shield to keep herself from being sprayed with her own spray paint after tossing it to Shida and feigning being sprayed in the face. Shida retains after Ruby rolls her up out of Shida's Falcon Arrow only to be rolled through and sent head-first into an exposed turnbuckle. After the match, "Timeless" Toni Storm shows up on the stage, again with her butler, played by Luther.

Backstage, Renee Paquette interviews MJF. Before MJF can get a word in, Samoa Joe shows up and says MJF suffers from a severe lack of friendship, then says he will be his friend on one condition: MJF gives him a rematch for the AEW World Championship.

As Priest says The Judgment Day (Finn Balor, Damian Priest, Rhea Ripley, Dominik Mysterio) are back to running Raw and the WWE, "The American Nightmare" Cody Rhodes heads to the ring. Cody says he has some choice words for the leader of The Judgment Day, but Rhea Ripley is not here, and he goes on to say that Rhea is Finn and Priest's "mami," too, as she is calling all the shots and the deals, including one with The Bloodline (Roman Reigns, Jimmy Uso, Solo Sikoa, Paul Heyman). Cody also calls Priest out for hitting him a low blow and tells him that is far from the final shot in this fight, then Priest tells Cody that he is glad he showed up as he would have eventually found him. Priest then tells Cody that his story will eventually be one of failure, then Cody takes his tie off and proposes putting that to the test. Seth says that if Rhea is looking for Drew McIntyre, she is the wrong place, but Rhea says that he and The Judgment Day (Finn Balor, Damian Priest, Rhea Ripley, "Dirty" Dominik Mysterio) have a history and they are concerned that Seth needs insurance against McIntyre. Seth takes this as The Judgment Day losing faith in Damian Priest, then asks what he would want with Rhea. Rhea says Seth needs her, as he is a world champion when he could be "the world champion," and while The Judgment Day have allied with The Bloodline (Roman Reigns, Jimmy Uso, Solo Sikoa, Paul Heyman) in the past, alliances can change, and they could hold all the gold together. Nia Jax stands around as if to wait for Rhea Ripley, but Pearce says he is getting Rhea's signature later. Nia signs. Rhea Ripley quickly shows up and calls the Fatal 5-Way Match a conspiracy, and states that the more that Adam Pearce tries to stop and control her, the more she will make his life a living hell. She also says there will be four less women in the division after the match is over. Nia Jax says she knows what Rhea Ripley is doing by not getting in the ring, and says that if she still squashes all the other women, that still leaves Rhea with her. As Nia Jax insults Raquel's intelligence by breaking this down for her, Raquel punches her. This starts a brawl that security quickly moves in to stop only to be quickly overpowered. Nia and Raquel go at it, and when security tries to get involved, they get wiped out, and Nia lays Raquel out.

Logan Paul heads to the ring. Logan talks about how he beat Dillon Danis so badly that he got dropped from his fight team, then says that he is a free agent just like Dillon Danis and that he plants to win the United States Champonship and come back to Raw to defend it. "Dirty" Dominik Mysterio shows up and says he cannot wait for Logan Paul to beat "his deadbeat dad," then Logan Paul says that Rey Mysterio was right about them having a lot of talent and forgot to mention how he and Dominik overcame odds, and that Rey needs a humbling. Dominik says that after Crown Jewel, he and Logan will both be champions, then mentions ring announcer Samantha Irvin and asks her to join them in the ring, as he owes her a genuine thank you for everything she does for WWE. Samantha gets in the ring, and Logan Paul says he made it hard to make her declare him the winner when he beat Ricochet, but Samanatha kept it professional. She then asks Samantha to give a preview of Crown Jewel by declaring him the new United States Champion. Suddenly, Ricochet runs into the ring and attacks Logan Paul, and when Dominik Mysterio gets involved, he gets superkicked. Logan Paul saves Dominik when Ricochet goes for the top rope shooting star press.

Backstage, SmackDown General Manager Nick Aldis is talking to Kayden Carter and Katana Chance when General Manager Adam Pearce confronts him for talking with all of his Superstars backstage.
