Raw Deal - Raw recap for October 23, 2023

Finn Balor and Damian Priest head to the ring to start tonight's show. Finn Balor announces that he is in a good mood and will do something special tonight, and introduces himself and Priest as the new tag team champions. Priest says Rhea Ripley and "Dirty" Dominik Mysterio are in the clubhouse conducting business. As Priest says The Judgment Day (Finn Balor, Damian Priest, Rhea Ripley, Dominik Mysterio) are back to running Raw and the WWE, "The American Nightmare" Cody Rhodes heads to the ring. Cody says he has some choice words for the leader of The Judgment Day, but Rhea Ripley is not here, and he goes on to say that Rhea is Finn and Priest's "mami," too, as she is calling all the shots and the deals, including one with The Bloodline (Roman Reigns, Jimmy Uso, Solo Sikoa, Paul Heyman). Cody also calls Priest out for hitting him a low blow and tells him that is far from the final shot in this fight, then Priest tells Cody that he is glad he showed up as he would have eventually found him. Priest then tells Cody that his story will eventually be one of failure, then Cody takes his tie off and proposes putting that to the test. Priest says she has a match with "Main Event" Jey Uso tonight, then proposes Finn Balor vs. Cody Rhodes at Crown Jewel. Cody accepts, then asks what they do now before proposing they give a preview of Crown Jewel right now. Rhea and Dom show up, but Jey Uso attacks Dominik, allowing Cody Rhodes to fend off Priest. Suddenly, JD McDonagh shows up and hits Cody with a chop block, and he and Priest wrap Cody's angle around a chair and hit the ankle with another chair before officials show up.

Backstage, "Main Event" Jey Uso and General Manager Adam Pearce help "The American Nightmare" Cody Rhodes to the trainer's room.

The New Day (Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods) beat Alpha Academy (Chad Gable and Otis).

Backstage, Jackie Redmond interviews Becky Lynch. Becky says that she is here for a face, and since Indi Hartwell never lost the NXT Women's Championship or got a rematch and has the mettle to face her, she will accept her challenge. She also says that Lyra Valkyria may be poking holes in her game, but she cannot look past Indi. As this goes on, Xia Li can briefly be seen in the background.

We see Ivar take part in a Viking warrior ceremony as part of a vignette.

Backstage, Seth "Freakin'" Rollins is met by Rhea Ripley. Seth says that if Rhea is looking for Drew McIntyre, she is the wrong place, but Rhea says that he and The Judgment Day (Finn Balor, Damian Priest, Rhea Ripley, "Dirty" Dominik Mysterio) have a history and they are concerned that Seth needs insurance against McIntyre. Seth takes this as The Judgment Day losing faith in Damian Priest, then asks what he would want with Rhea. Rhea says Seth needs her, as he is a world champion when he could be "the world champion," and while The Judgment Day have allied with The Bloodline (Roman Reigns, Jimmy Uso, Solo Sikoa, Paul Heyman) in the past, alliances can change, and they could hold all the gold together. She then says that without them, Seth Rollins will never touch Roman Reigns, and they could have Seth's back and have people acknowledge him. Seth says he does not want to be anything like Roman Reigns, and Rhea tells Seth to think about it.

Backstage, Indi Hartwell and Candice LeRae are met by Natalya, who wishes Indi Hartwell luck. She also says that Tegan Nox is hurt and is looking for a partner, then tells Indi she will make history tonight and says she is here for advice if she needs it.

Lyra Valkyria is seen in the front row.

Becky Lynch retains the NXT Women's Championship against Indi Hartwell with the Dis-Arm-Her. After the match, Candice LeRae - who has been watching from backstage - is chopped in the throat by Xia Li, who tells Candice that this message is also for Indi.

General Manager Adam Pearce asks two members of security to be on their toes during tonight's contract signing. SmackDown General Manager Nick Aldis shows up and apologizes to Pearce for his actions last Friday, saying he just wants friendly competition and does not want to tarnish their relationship. Pearce says he knows what it is like to be the new guy and agrees last Friday was out of line, then says it is water under the bridge and asks him to watch how things are done on Monday nights. Aldis accepts and leaves, then Pearce tells a referee to double security for tonight's contract signing.

General Manager Adam Pearce moderates a contract signing between Rhea Ripley, Zoey Stark, Nia Jax, Shayna Baszler and Raquel Rodriguez, and states that he wants the contract signed before everything gets bad. Raquel, Shayna, Zoey Stark and Nia Jax show up and all sign the contract in quick succession...almost. Nia Jax stands around as if to wait for Rhea Ripley, but Pearce says he is getting Rhea's signature later. Nia signs. Rhea Ripley quickly shows up and calls the Fatal 5-Way Match a conspiracy, and states that the more that Adam Pearce tries to stop and control her, the more she will make his life a living hell. She also says there will be four less women in the division after the match is over. Nia Jax says she knows what Rhea Ripley is doing by not getting in the ring, and says that if she still squashes all the other women, that still leaves Rhea with her. As Nia Jax insults Raquel's intelligence by breaking this down for her, Raquel punches her. This starts a brawl that security quickly moves in to stop only to be quickly overpowered. Nia and Raquel go at it, and when security tries to get involved, they get wiped out, and Nia lays Raquel out.

Backstage, Ludwig Kaiser tells Giovanni Vinci that he needs to get the job done and take Johnny Gargano out tonight, for he is his responsibility now. "Big" Bronson Reed shows up wanting a rematch with Gunther, and Kaiser tells him to tell Gunther himself. Kaiser and Vinci leave, then Akira Tozawa shows up wanting a match with Bronson Reed, chopping him in the chest after Bronson says he is being merciful tonight. Bronson says it is his funeral, then leaves, and Maxxine Dupri shows up and asks Tozawa what he is thinking challenging Bronson Reed.

Johnny Gargano beats Giovanni Vinci after Tommaso Ciampa pulls Ludwig Kaiser off the ring apron and chases him away from ringside.

We hear from Shinsuke Nakamura, who says a brutal beating from him is a beautiful thing and that he is so happy to give Ricochet this experience. He calls Ricochet's efforts "an honorable sacrifice," and now he wants an opponent who will inspire the yet-to-be-seen self within him. He then asks who is worthy enough to set him free.

Logan Paul heads to the ring. Logan talks about how he beat Dillon Danis so badly that he got dropped from his fight team, then says that he is a free agent just like Dillon Danis and that he plants to win the United States Champonship and come back to Raw to defend it. "Dirty" Dominik Mysterio shows up and says he cannot wait for Logan Paul to beat "his deadbeat dad," then Logan Paul says that Rey Mysterio was right about them having a lot of talent and forgot to mention how he and Dominik overcame odds, and that Rey needs a humbling. Dominik says that after Crown Jewel, he and Logan will both be champions, then mentions ring announcer Samantha Irvin and asks her to join them in the ring, as he owes her a genuine thank you for everything she does for WWE. Samantha gets in the ring, and Logan Paul says he made it hard to make her declare him the winner when he beat Ricochet, but Samanatha kept it professional. She then asks Samantha to give a preview of Crown Jewel by declaring him the new United States Champion. Suddenly, Ricochet runs into the ring and attacks Logan Paul, and when Dominik Mysterio gets involved, he gets superkicked. Logan Paul saves Dominik when Ricochet goes for the top rope shooting star press.

Natalya's replacement partner for the next match is revealed to be Nikki Cross. When Nikki heads to the ring, instead of running straight towards the ring, she approaches the ring slowly as if in a trance.

Chelsea Green and Piper Niven beat Natalya and Nikki Cross. During the match, Nikki Cross stands on the ring apron with a blank stare, then walks off the apron and heads to the back, as if in trance.

It is revealed that "The American Nightmare" Cody Rhodes has suffered an ankle injury.

Backstage, Drew McIntyre meets with "Main Event" Jey Uso and apologizes to him for losing the tag team championships, then tells him to get over it. He also says that whatever happens on the next match is on Jey.

Backstage, General Manager Adam Pearce is met by The Miz, who goes on about his WWE accolades. Rhea Ripley suddenly shows up, hands Pearce the signed contract, then tends to "Dirty" Dominik Mysterio.

Drew McIntyre beats Sami Zayn after Rhea Ripley shows up and distracts Sami Zayn as he goes for the Helluva Kick, allowing McIntyre to connect with the Claymore Kick for the win.

Backstage, SmackDown General Manager Nick Aldis is talking to Kayden Carter and Katana Chance when General Manager Adam Pearce confronts him for talking with all of his Superstars backstage. Nick Aldis, knowing Pearce has had a rough night, offers to leave, which he does. Nikki Cross then walks by as if in a trance, and Pearce notes that he needs a drink.

"Big" Bronson Reed beats Akira Tozawa.

Backstage, The New Day (Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods) and Alpha Academy (Chad Gable and Otis) are met by Akira Tozawa. Gable tells Tozawa he will turn him into a tag team wrestler, then #DIY (Johnny Gargano and Tommaso Ciampa) shows up and announces they are having their first tag team match in three years against Imperium (Ludwig Kaiser and Giovanni Vinci). Tozawa is then awarded a Dallas Cowboys championship belt.

Backstage, Seth "Freakin'" Rollins congratulates Drew McIntyre on his first win as a member of The Judgment Day (Finn Balor, Damian Priest, Rhea Ripley, "Dirty" Dominik Mysterio). Seth and McIntyre both agree that they do not need The Judgment Day to beat each other.

Damian Priest beats "Main Event" Jey Uso following the distraction by Finn Balor. After the match, Finn Balor attacks Jey Uso and hits him with the Coup de Grace before he and Priest tries to injure Jey like they did "The American Nightmare" Cody Rhodes. Cody then hobbles to the ring and fights his way to Priest before hitting him with a chair. Cody then wraps a chair around Priest's left foot, but Finn Balor pulls Priest out of the ring, and officials have to tell Finn and Priest to head to the back.

Backstage, Ludwig Kaiser and Giovanni Vinci walk around backstage announcing that Imperium (Gunther, Kaiser, Vinci) is here and that Gunther will be here next week when they run into Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn. Sami says that he and Owens are talking strategy, but Vinci takes this as disrespect. Kaiser puts his finger in front of their faces and tells them that Gunther will put them in a bad situation and put their tag team titles in real danger. Owens sees them as "Gunther's henchmen," and Sami says that this will not be like The Bloodline and will be dealt with in one night, and that they will see them in the ring later tonight.

Mustafa Ali beats Otis after infighting on the ring apron between Chad Gable and Maxxine Dupri over whether or not Otis should do the Caterpillar.

Backstage, The Miz says he is the first-ever two-time Grand Slam champion, a real history maker and the real workhorse, and that respect will be put on his name.

He then asks Cody what he wants to talk about before saying he wants to talk about his face and that Cody lucked out against him. Trish Stratus heads to the ring. Trish says she is very concerned because Becky Lynch is missing and that after using all of her platform, Becky will eventually be found and everyone will thank her. She then says that Becky will be found crying in some damp, dark corner of Iowa with her "dumb" daughter and that Becky will not come back to Raw because it is her show and no one will steal her spotlight. Becky's entrance theme hits, then Trish laughs and says the fans are as gullible as when Becky thought that they were friends. Trish then talks about how her daughter bought a doll and wanted to call it "Becky Lynch" before Becky Lynch really shows up, this time from behind, and punches Trish in the face. In backstage footage from earlier today, Solo Sikoa and Jimmy Uso arrive at the arena. Paul Heyman catches up with them and reminds them that Sami Zayn is here tonight due to their inability to get rid of them, which means opportunity for The Bloodline. He says that Solo will take care of "the Kevin Owens problem" while while Jimmy will take care of "the Sami Zayn problem" "once and forever" regardless of whether or not Jey Uso comes to his senses. Heyman then calls Roman Reigns.

Kevin Owens beats Solo Sikoa by disqualification after Jimmy Uso gets physically involved in the match. After the match, Solo and Jimmy attack Owens, but as Solo is about to splash Owens through the announce table, he and Jimmy are attacked by Sami Zayn. Sami then grabs a chair and swings at Solo, who retreats through the crowd. Sami then swings at Jimmy, but Jimmy also retreats through the crowd. Sami then looks at Owens and offers to help him up, but Owens rolls out of the ring instead.

We hear from Bobby Lashley, who says he came to SmackDown to confront Bray Wyatt man-to-man only to find out that Bray is not a man and that he sent Uncle Howdy to do his dirty work. He asks what it will take for Bray to face him like a man.

Backstage, Byron Saxton interviews Carmella, who says WWE official Adam Pearce gave her a match with Bianca Belair to get her out of his non-existant hair, but little does he know that he will embarrass Bianca. As Carmella says that Pearce ruins everything, Chelsea Green shows up and agrees with her about Pearce. Pearce himself shows up and almost walks into the conversation, but soon notices them and hides as they talk about teaming up to get a WrestleMania match. When Chelsea notices Byron Saxton, she and Carmella tell Byron to leave after calling him a mouthbreather and questioning his journalistic integrity.

Bianca Belair beats Carmella after fending off Chelsea Green. After the match, Chelsea Green and Carmella attack Bianca Belair, then Asuka shows up and spits blue mist in Chelsea Green's face before having a staredown with Bianca Belair and looking at the WrestleMania sign.

He says this is not a ploy and that they do not need to team or be friends again, but they have to work together. Owens says he knows The Bloodline are too much after fighting them for eight months, but at the same time, he does not want to Sami. He tells Sami to go back to Roman apologize, and to leave him out of this. Sami quietly leaves.

We see a video package for Rhea Ripley.

It's time for Miz TV. The Miz says he would only step into the same ring as Seth "Freakin'" Rollins to moderate his face-to-face with Logan Paul to practice for hosting duties at WrestleMania, then introduces Logan Paul, followed by Rollins. Miz then complains about the fans singing Rollins' theme, then Rollins pushes Miz's microphone down to silence Miz, then Logan Paul has to tell the crowd to shut up. This does nothing to shut up the fans. It is not until Rollins addresses the crowd that the crowd is silent, then Rollins addresses Logan. Rollins mentions their history and the fact that they have yet to be formally introduced, then introduces himself to Logan. Logan says he knows who Rollins are as the crowd sings Rollins' theme again, then calls him "the clown [he] dumped at Royal Rumble and the guy [he] stomped at Elimination Chamber" and says he is better at his job than Rollins. He says that he works smarter and not harder, and that he is on his way in while Rollins is on the way out, and if he were Rollins, he would not like him either. Miz tells Rollins he has a few good points as the crowd chants "Fuck You Logan." Rollins agrees with Miz, but says that Logan is missing the point that none of this is reason why nobody likes him, and it is because he is "the scum of the earth" and a coward, a troll, a fraud, and human dumpster fire who is not wanted in WWE. He then says the fans came here not to see them mince words, but to see him get his pound of flesh, then declares the time to talk is over and that it is time to fight. Miz stops Rollins before things can get physical, but Logan tells Miz not to speak for him and that if he is going to fight Rollins, he will do it. He then says he is not going to do it because he does not fight for free, especially in Boston, Massachusetts, for he is a premium act, and that he will do it only if the event and money is bigger and had some star power. Miz reminds Logan that he is the host of WrestleMania and that they can make their match happen at WrestleMania. Rollins asks what they are waiting for as he grabs Miz and throws him out of the ring, then brawls with Logan. Rollins superkicks Miz only to get punched out by Logan Paul, then asks Rollins to let him know about WrestleMania when he wakes up.

Mustafa Ali is seen disguised as a fan carrying a sign in the crowd before the next match. It is soon revealed that Mustafa Ali set up the next match.

Omos beats Dolph Ziggler in a matter of seconds. After the match, MVP tells Brock Lesnar that Omos is all the hype he needs and that Lesnar should have never put his hands on him, and that Omos will tame the beast at WrestleMania.

Backstage, Maximum Male Models (Maxxine Dupri, Mace, Mansoor) looks at Otis and compliment him as he is posing with Chad Gable. Baron Corbin shows up and thinks the compliment is meant for him and talks about his bad luck as of late. Maximum Male Models then reminds him that they are talking about Ois, then Maxxine Dupri then says that there is potential in him if he can take down Chad Gable. Corbin says to consider it done.

Backstage, Paul Heyman tells Jimmy Uso that he is the man and the one who will take out Sami Zayn and make sure that Roman Reigns has to hear Sami's name again, and tells Jimmy that if he cannot get Jey into The Bloodline by the end of the week, Roman will blame him.

Johnny Gargano beats Finn Balor after Edge's entrance music hits and Edge shows up from the crowd to push Finn Balor off the top rope. After the match, Dexter Lumis takes out Damian Priest, then Edge hits Finn Balor with a Spear.

King and Queen of the Ring takes place on May 27th in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia!

Backstage, Byron Saxton interviews Edge, who says that Finn Balor cost him a match he should never have lost and that he has returned the favor. He says he has no time for this, then calls out Finn Balor for next week.

Piper Niven quickly beats Nikki Cross.

Backstage, Rick Boogs is met by Elias, who tells him that he took the fight to Bobby Lashley and that people are talking about it, and says that in order to learn, he has to do something himself. Elias then tells Rick Boogs to walk up to Bronson Reed and tell him he wants to fight him, then Rick Boogs tells him Elias wants to fight him. Bronson walks up to Elias and says that if he wants to fight him, he will see him next week.

John Cena heads to the ring. Before Cena can say much of anything, Austin Theory shows up and heads to the ring. Theory says that, like the fans, he has all the respect in the world for Cena, and that he only became a WWE Superstar because of Cena, and that Cena inspired him at a young age. He then has a gift for Cena from the bottom of his heart that is bigger than any movie role that Cena will ever have: a match with him at WrestleMania. Cena says no, saying he is not interested in his gift because he has not earned the right to give it. He says that he has been watching and listening to Theory, and says nobody cares about him because they don't believe him, and nobody believes him because Theory is not believing himself, as he looks generic and has no heart. Cena says he has walked in Theory's shoes and that he is Theory's "Ghost of Christmas Future," and that Theory is in his "Ruthless Aggression" phase, and that Ruthless Aggression almost got him fired because he did not believe in himself. He says that Theory has no heart and no soul, then says that the fans are here out of respect and that while they believe, they do not believe in Theory as he is just "a pair of trunks away from being a jabroni." Cena then admits that Theory has the greatest name in professional wrestling right now, then says he is nothing but a theory, and in theory, Theory should be great and everything a WWE executive looks for and who everyone comes to the show for. He then says no one cares and that Theory is wasting everyone's time, then gives Theory a gift: the ability to walk out of the ring in one piece if Theory shuts up, turns around and walks away. Theory tells Cena he is not going anywhere just like the bald spot on Cena's head, but Cena reveals the bald spot on his head that is combed over. Theory then takes Cena's refusal of a match as giving up and disrespect towards the fans. Theory asks where the hustle, loyalty and respect is, then realizes that the fans are right when you don't want to meet your hero, because all one's hero does is disappoint. Cena says he would rather be bald than have fake crowd noise piped into his matches, then tells Theory he is a dumb son of a bitch and warns him that he is saving his hide, for Theory loses everything whether he wins or loses. He says the fans will eat Theory alive when Theory has to explain himself the Monday after because the fans know he is full of crap, then Cena says he has no choice because he has brought the fans into it. Cena thanks the fans and his family, then asks the fans if they want to see him and Theory square off at WrestleMania. The fans make it known they want to see it, then says that while he does not care abut Theory, he will not give up on the fans. He then tells Theory that he has made the biggest mistake of his career and that their match will be for the United States Championship, then wishes him luck as everyone knows he does not have it in his brain, heart or his nuts before telling him to work on his nuts. He then tells Theory that he is not ready for the WrestleMania stage, then says the fans deserve to see somebody who is before introducing "The American Nightmare" Cody Rhodes. Cody shows up, then shakes hands and hugs Cena.

Backstage, Cathy Kelley interviews Sami Zayn, who says that Kevin Owens was right about things before proclaiming that everything has changed now. He says that his match with Jimmy Uso is about survival because Jimmy has to put an end to him or else he will be ended. He apologizes to Jimmy before saying that tonight is not going to be his night.

Chad Gable beats Baron Corbin with the ankle lock into the grapevine.

The Miz and Maryse take part in a Top Gun parody as part of this year's WrestleMania.

Seth "Freakin'" Rollins vs. Logan Paul is now official for WrestleMania.

Becky Lynch and Lita head to the ring. Becky says that when a couple of legends like them step in the ring, they do not miss. Lita says they made history, and while Damage CTRL (Bayley, Dakota Kai, Iyo Sky) did not make it easy, they made it worth it. Lita thanks Becky, then says they have an equalizer that they have yet to thank. Trish Stratus then shows up and heads to the ring. Trish tells Lita she will always have his back, and to see her Lita and Becky win tag team gold, she would not have missed it for the world. As she says that she would have gotten physical if Bayley did not shut up, Damage CTRL shows up. Bayley says the threesome love to show up when it is convenient for them and add to their trophy case at their expense, and that she can see right through them and see they are selfish and why Damage CTRL is in the ring right now. She also says Damage CTRL will be the reason why they neve come back. Trish says Bayley is good at talking, but not listening, and reminds her that she can get out of retirement quickly and considers doing that to shut Bayley up. She then challenges Damage CTRL to a match against the three of them at WrestleMania. Bayley accepts, and Dakota Kai and Iyo Sky question Bayley at first before going for a cheap shot and getting tossed out of the ring. Bayley soon gets surrounded, and when she goes for a cheap shot at Becky, Becky, Trish and Lita take shots at Bayley until Dakota and Iyo get her out of the ring.

Sami Zayn beats Jimmy Uso with a roll-up after Jey Uso shows up and stands on the announce table. After the match, Jimmy and Jey meet in the ring. Jey puts his hands on Jimmy's shoulders, then grabs his shirt. Jey is reluctant, however, and he soon walks past Jimmy before leaving the ring, standing next to Sami and telling Sami "I trust you" befor ehugging him. Jimmy is down on one knee in the middle of the ring as Jey and Sami raise one finger up, and Sami tells Jimmy that it is not too late. Suddenly, Jey superkicks Sami and throws him into the ring where he and Jimmy attack him. Solo Sikoa then gets in the ring to join in, but "The American Nightmare" Cody Rhoes runs in and confronts Solo and The Usos (Jimmy and Jey Uso) to end the show.

Raw Deal - Raw recap for February 20, 2023

Sami Zayn heads to the ring to start tonight's show. Sami says he is feeling a lot of feelings and that the one at the forefront is gratitude thanks to the ovation that everyone has given him in the last few days. The crowd chants "You deserve it!", then Sami says that after coming so close to putting a bow on a storybook ending in front of his hometown, he feels a lot of guilt and feels he let a lot of people down. He says that everyone told him to finish the story, and he realizes now that the story is never over. Sami then says we are entering the final chapter and that it is not about just him, then asks Kevin Owens to come to the ring. Owens shows up, and Sami says that he has a lot of things to say to him, then thanks him and apologizes even though they are past the point of words that there may be no coming back. He knows that Kevin Owens cares about taking down The Bloodline, then says he has a mission and that he will not rest until he sees with his own eyes The Bloodline coming down. He then says neither of them could have done it alone, and the only way to get it done is together. Owens says he does not need Sami's apology or gratitude, as he did it for his family as well as their family so Sami's family didn't have to watch Sami get beaten down like his family did with him. He says he has fought The Bloodline alone and that this is how he plans to keep fighting them, and that he is still done with him. He then tells him to "call [his] buddy Jey [Uso]" if he needs help, then leaves. Just before the commercial break, Sami Zan is attacked from behind by Baron Corbin. Just before the commercial break, Sami Zayn is attacked from behind by Baron Corbin. Referees break up the brawl in picture-in-picture, but neither of them can be held back, and security and other officials have to get involved. Corbin then takes a microphone and gets in the ring, then asks Sami how it felt when he interrupted him last week to "cry about [his] insecurities" and that he didn't deserve to be in the same ring as Roman Reigns. He then says Sami did not, as he was the last person to beat Roman Reigns. Corbin then says he knew that Roman Reigns would destroy embarrass him, and calls it pathetic that he begged for help from Kevin Owens and says his story is over. Corbin says Sami embarrassed himself, his family, his hometown and all of hometown because he is a failure. Becky Lynch and WWE official Adam Pearce are already in the ring to start tonight's show. She says that as good as it felt to beat Bayley in a steel cage match and to have Lita having her back, she realized that her path to WrestleMania was no longer clear and she has been so distracted by Damage CTRL (Bayley, Iyo Sky, Dakota Kai) and that she lost sight of championship gold. She says that as good as it felt to beat Bayley in a steel cage match and to have Lita having her back, she realized that her path to WrestleMania was no longer clear and she has been so distracted by Damage CTRL and that she lost sight of championship gold. Bayley shows up and tells Becky that if she thinks she is getting into the Women's Elimination Chamber Match after what happened between them, she is stupider than the fans, as she did not finish the job and Lita had to finish the job for her. After Becky reminds Bayley that Lita took care of Iyo Sky and Dakota Kai so she could take care of her, Bayley wants the steel cage match stricken from the record books. Bayley says she is a grand slam champion, but Becky says she has main evented WrestleMania. Becky and Bayley then argue about their accomplishments, then Bianca Belair shows up and says that she likes where this is going and says they should go through her to compete in the Elimination Chamber. Adam Pearce makes a Triple Threat Match between the three of them. If Bayley or Becky win, they can enter the Elimination Chamber and start the match off as a a Triple Threat Match, but if neither of them win, neither of them can get in the Chamber.

WWE official Adam Pearce oversees a contract signing for Brock Lesnar vs. Bobby Lashley at Elimination Chamber. Brock Lesnar shows up first and throws a chair out of the ring, having already signed the contract last week. Pearce then says that he needs Lashley's signature, then Lesnar calls Lashley out. Additional security personnel show up, then three backstage workers bring out a table and chair before Lashley shows up. Lashley says this is not "The Brock Lesnar Show" after Adam Pearce says this is not necessary, and says that whenever he and Lesnar have squared off, he has left him laying, and now, he is in the driver's seat and they are doing things on his terms. He sits as his own table as he says that he has had everyone look at the contract, then says he does not know if he going to sign the contract before Lesnar tells him to get up to the ring and sign the contract. Cody says that he meant it when he said that Sami could beat Roman Reigns for the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship, then says that what really matters is not what he believes, but what Sami believes. Cody asks Sami if he believes he can defeat Roman Reigns, and Sami admits he does not know, because Cody has not seen what he has seen as part of The Bloodline for the last nine months and The Bloodline always finds a way. He also says that "G.O.D. Mode" is not a catchphrase and that Roman Reigns is now the best he has ever been, and that he has seen bigger men walking into matches with Roman Reigns only for all of them to go down. He then says that if he is capable of beating Roman Reigns, becoming the Undisputed WWE Universal Champion and main eventing WrestleMania, he says yes, but on the subject of walking out of Elimination Chamber as champion, he does not know. Cody finds it strange that Cody does not know when all the fans now, but while he has not seen Roman Reigns up close, there is dissension in The Bloodline and it is all because of Sami. He says that Roman Reigns is still a man, and if he were to crack him open at Elimination Chamber, he would find out for himself. He then says that he intends to finish his story and that Sami should finish his. Cody then says he does not want to see Sami on Raw next Monday, because he would rather want to see him at WrestleMania.

As he says that Cody Rhodes and his family are a joke, Cody jumps Corbin. When Miz asks why he will not mention him in real life, Rollins responds with "Shut up, Mike!" - leading to a chant - then says he refuses to talk about him because of WrestleMania, as he wants to headline WrestleMania and that is all that matters to him. He then says that Logan Paul doesn't give a damn about that dream, for he is selfish, soulless and only concerned about lining his own pockets, and says he does not mention him in real life because he does not deserve it. Rollins then goes on to say that Logan wants attention, but what he needs is his teeth kicked in. Miz accuses Rollins of jealousy, but Rollins says that is not it and that Miz cannot be that stupid. Miz says he is not stupid, but Rollins - and the fans - think otherwise, saying he is the only double Grand Slam Champion to headline WrestleMania, which Rollins will never do because of Logan Paul. After some Super Mario Bros. jokes from Miz, Rollins punches Miz in the face and hits him with a chair, then Austin Theory pulls Rollins out of the ring, forcing Rollins to fend him off. He says that Solo Sikoa proving why he is the enforcer is "Ucey," as is The Usos proving they are the best tag team of all time. He then says Riddle showing up thinking he had a chance is "not Ucey," and suggest to Riddle that he go home or get beaten up like Elias. Riddle then says that he has found a tag team partner and that there will be a tag team title match tonight. He then admits that while they do not get along, they hate The Bloodline. Rollins says Lashley has not been the same since he lost to Brock Lesnar at Crown Jewel, and wants to know what is up with his obsession with Lesnar.
