Raw Deal - Raw recap for March 28, 1994

"The Million Dollar Man" Ted DiBiase gives real $100 bills to three people to...take their ringside seats.

Jim Cornette guests on commentary this week.

Lex Luger beats "The Model" Rick Martel by submission. During the match, it is revealed that "The Million Dollar Man" Ted DiBiase is sitting right behind Vince McMahon and Jim Cornette.

"The Rocket" Owen Hart works out in preparation for his match tonight. After beating his brother Bret "Hitman" Hart, he's ready to beat anybody.

The 10-man tag match originally scheduled for WrestleMania 10 finally happens next week on Raw!

"The Rocket" Owen Hart beats Mike Freeman with the Sharpshooter.

Doink beats Eric Cody.

Jim Cornette interviews Johnny Polo and The Quebecers (Jacques and Pierre). It isn't long before "Captain" Lou Albano shows up, asking if they've accepted his challenge from last week. When Polo says that they have, Lou Albano says he'll get his tag team. That tag team is The Headshrinkers (Samu and Fatu) along with Afa. When Polo and The Quebecers start getting cold feet, Albano threatens to take the matter to WWF President Jack Tunney and risk stripping them of the WWF Tag Team Championships.

Earthquake and Adam Bomb have a WrestleMania 10 rematch next week on Raw.

Come As You Are (WWF Superstar) - Superstars recap for March 26, 1994

Lex Luger beats Dwayne Gill with the Torture Rack.

Diesel beats John Crystal.

During WWF Live Event News, we see footage of "Macho Man" Randy Savage as special guest sportscaster on Today, footage of Doink, Stan Lane and Todd Pettengill on Good Day New York and the WWF on the front of the New York Daily News.

We hear from Irwin R. Schyster, who tells us that all the little people have to pay their taxes, that people are dishonest are corrupt to the point that they are bad tax cheats, and that he will put the people's lazy kids to work and take their allowances if the people don't pay their taxes.

Tatanka vs. Kwang ends in a double count-out. During the match, Irwin R. Schyster shows up to tell Tatanka that he will pay the gift tax on his ceremonial headdress one way or another, and that he is no better than the rest of the tax cheats in the crowd. I.R.S. then puts his hands on the headdress, and Tatanka goes after him after tossing Kwang out of the ring. Referees and officials have to pull both men away from each other. Afterwards, I.R.S. tells Tatankka he just made the biggest mistake of his life and that he will pay the gift tax.

Albert Dilts is the special guest ring announcer for the next match.

The Smoking Gunns (Billy and Bart Gunn) beat Rich Myers and Jason Headings.

We hear from Yokozuna, Jim Cornette and Mr. Fuji. Jim Cornette calls Bret "Hit Man" Hart's WWF Championship win at WrestleMania 10 a grand heist, and that a miracle happened when he won it as it took every ounce of luck for Bret to take the title. He thinks special guest referee "Rowdy" Roddy Piper had something to do with Yokozuna slipping off the rope. Cornette says Bret has proven that miracles can happen, but tells him to enjoy the WWF Championship as he will not have it for long. We also hear from "Rowdy" Roddy Piper, who says that if Cornette and Yokozuna hate losing, then there is nothing he can do about it. He also tells them not to ask for his opinion of them, because he may not give them the answer that they want him to. We then hear from Bret, who is proud to be WWF Champion once again. As far as his brother "The Rocket" Owen Hart, Owen beat him fair and square and there are no excuses as Owen was the better man in that one match. He then says that the WWF Championship is everything he says he is and the excellence of execution. We then hear from Owen, who says Bret was lucky but that Bret will need more than luck, as they will fight again for the WWF Championship and he will win.

"The Rocket" Owen Hart beats P.J. Walker with the Sharpshooter.

During WWF Live Event News, we see footage from WWF Fanfest.

"Double J" Jeff Jarrett shows up, and says that when he is done with Thurman "Sparky" Plugg next week, he will feel like he just crashed at Daytona.

Raw Deal - Raw recap for March 21, 1994

"Macho Man" Randy Savage is back on commentary this week.

The Quebecers (Jacques and Pierre) beat The Bushwhackers (Butch and Luke) when Butch and Luke are preoccupied with Johnny Polo. Vince interviews Polo and The Quebecers when Captain Lou Albano shows up and challenges them to a tag team match with the tag team titles on the line against a team of his own creation. They are all to eager to accept, with Jacques calling Albano "a nobody."

An encore presentation of WrestleMania 10 will be on pay-per-view at 10 PM Eastern/9 PM Central on pay-per-view.

Irwin R. Schyster gives some reasons for why taxes should be paid, why people are tax cheats, and why people should not be tax cheats.

Tatanka beats Chris Hammrick. During the match, it is noticed that Howard Finkel no longer has his new hair from WrestleMania 10.

After WrestleMania 10, Rhonda Shear says she really liked the show and hopes that she will be invited next year.

Diesel beats Ken Lucia.

Lex Luger takes on "The Model" Rick Martel next week on Raw.

Vince McMahon interviews Bret "Hitman" Hart. He plans to start back where he left off and defend against all challengers, and says Yokozuna will get his eventual rematch. As for the match against "The Rocket" Owen Hart, he needs no excuses and that was just one match, but things are different now as he is WWF Champion, and while you can't always get what you want, sometimes you can get what you need.



Johnny Polo interviewed Burt Reynolds after WrestleMania 10, who proceeds to praise the World Wrestling Federation.

"Double J" Jeff Jarrett beats Koko B. Ware. After the match, Jeff Jarrett and "Macho Man" Randy Savage come to blows when Jarrett gets in Savage and Vince McMahon's faces and Savage throws some soda at him. Savage fights Jarrett, and Koko B. Ware gets a shot in on Jarrett before Savage tosses Jarrett out of the ring.

WrestleMania 10 - The Results

The show starts with a look back at the very first WrestleMania from March 31, 1985.

Little Richard sings America The Beautiful along with Stamford, Connecticut's Union Baptist Church choir.

"The Rocket" Owen Hart beats Bret "Hitman" Hart after reversing a roll-up from the top rope.

Todd Pettengill interviews "The Rocket" Owen Hart backstage after the match. He tells Bret "Hitman" Hart he's the better man now, and says he has no chance in hell of winning the WWF Championship after the beating he gave him. He also takes nothing away from brother Bret as he says this, stating that he is a great fighter.
We look back at the battle royale of WrestleMania 2 from April 7, 1986.

Sy Sperling, president of Hair Club For Men, appears to show off Howard Finkel's new hair to the applause of the crowd. He also sits ringside for the next match and has water squirted on him by Doink.

Bam Bam Bigelow and Luna Vachon beat Doink and Dink. Bam Bam and Luna attack Dink after the match, and Luna accidentally botches, hitting Dink when she's supposed to miss. "Hail to the Chief" plays after Bam Bam and Luna leave, and a look-alike of United States President Bill Clinton is revealed to be at the event. Irwin R. Schyster is also shown sitting behind him as Clinton waves to the audience.

We look back at WrestleMania III from March 29, 1987, when a fan attendance record was made as Hulk Hogan bodyslammed Andre the Giant.

"Macho Man" Randy Savage beats Crush in a match where falls count anywhere in the building after tying Crush's feet to a pulley.

Todd Pettengill interviews "Bill Clinton." He is enjoying the show and says he's patching stuff up with Irwin R. Schyster. I.R.S. tells Clinton he's doing a good job and thanks him for raising the taxes so that all the tax cheats pay their fair share.

We take a look at WWF Funfest.

"Macho Man" Randy Savage appears at the nearby Paramount Theatre, telling the crowd "You ain't seen nothin' yet!"

We look back at WrestleMania 4 from March 27, 1988, when "Macho Man" Randy Savage won a tournament to become WWF Champion.

Alundra Blyaze retains the WWF Women's Championship against Leilani Kei. Mae Young, The Fabulous Moolah, Captain Lou Albano and "Classy" Freddie Blasssie are shown in the audience after the match.



We look back at WrestleMania V from April 2, 1989, when "Rowdy" Roddy Piper puts out Morton Downey, Jr.'s cigarette with a fire extinguisher.

Todd Pettengill interviews Rhonda Shear from Up All Night on USA Network...almost. Shawn Michaels shows up and almost gets a photo with her, but Burt Reynolds pushes him out of the way, much to the surprise of Rhonda.

Men on a Mission (Mabel and Mo) beat The Quebecers (Jacques and Pierre) by count-out. However, The Quebecers retain the WWE Tag Team Championships. Nevertheless, Mabel, Mo and Oscar celebrate with the titles.

We look back at WrestleMania 6 from April 1, 1990, when Hulk Hogan puts his WWF Championship on the line against The Ultimate Warrior and his WWF Intercontinental Championship.

Rhonda Shear from Up All Night on the USA Network and Donnie Wahlberg of NKOTB are the special guest timekeeper and special guest announcer for the next match, respectively. The special guest referee is none other than Mr. Perfect, who hasn't been seen since before Survivor Series.

Yokozuna retains the WWF Championship against Lex Luger and wins by disqualification after Mr. Perfect is distracted by Jim Cornette and Mr. Fuji, both of whom have just been laid out by Luger. Luger argues with Perfect and puts his hands on him, causing Perfect to disqualify Luger.

Todd Pettengill interviews Mr. Perfect backstage. As Perfect explains himself, Lex Luger confronts Perfect, and officials have to keep them from tearing each other apart.

We look back at WrestleMania 7 from March 24, 1991 and revisit Jake "The Snake" Roberts and "The Model" Rick Martel in their blindfold match.

Harvey Whippleman insults Howard Finkel when he introduces him and tears part of his tuxedo apart. Finkel pushes Whippleman to the mat, then Adam Bomb shows up. He is about to tear Finkel apart when Earthquake shows up and quickly destroys Adam Bomb.

Todd Pettengill tells Lex Luger he got what was coming to him, and that Bret "Hitman" Hart that it will be a matter of keeping himself in one piece when he steps in the ring with Yokozuna.

We look back at WrestleMania 8 from April 5, 1992. The Undertaker shows up for his first WrestleMania match.

Razor Ramon beats Shawn Michaels in a Ladder Match to win the undisputed WWF Intercontinental Championship.



Irwin R. Schyster, "Double J" Jeff Jarrett, Fatu, Samu and "The Model" Rick Martel argue over who is team captain backstage. Shortly afterwards, it is announced that tonight's 10-man tag team match will not take place.

Todd Pettengill talks with "Bill Clinton" again. "The Million Dollar Man" Ted DiBiase is in the President's Box.

We look back at WrestleMania 9 from April 4, 1993 and Yokozuna's first WWF Championship win.

We look at a video package of Bret "Hitman" Hart's career thus far, followed by Yokozuna's recent path of destruction.

Jenny Garth and Burt Reynolds are special guest timekeeper and special guest ring announcer for the next match, respectively. The guest referee is none other than "Rowdy" Roddy Piper.

Bret "Hitman" Hart beats Yokozuna to become WWF Champion after Yokozuna slips off the ropes during a Banzai Drop. After the match, Yokozuna chases Roddy off, and Lex Luger shows up and shakes hands with Bret Hart. He also celebrates with Thurman "Sparky" Plugg, The 1-2-3 Kid, Razor Ramon, Burt ReynoldsTatanka, Rhonda Shear, Burt Reynolds, "Macho Man" Randy Savage, Donnie Wahlberg, Pat Patterson, Vince McMahon, and Gorilla Monsoon. Owen Hart shows up and watches from afar, and has to be escorted back to the back.

Raw Deal - Raw recap for March 7, 1994

"The Million Dollar Man" Ted DiBiase guests on commentary this week.

"The Rocket" Owen Hart and Crush beat The Smoking Gunns (Billy and Bart Gunn) after Owen Hart locks the Sharpshooter on Bart Gunn. After the match, Vince McMahon interviews Owen Hart and Crush outside of the ring. Owen Hart tells Crush not to hurt Bret "Hitman" Hart too much at WrestleMania 10 so Bret won't have an excuse when he loses to his brother Owen. Crush says he's going to break Bret, but will leave room for Owen, who says he will beat his brother Bret at WrestleMania 10.

March To WrestleMania 10 will air this Sunday on USA Network at 7 PM Eastern/6 PM Central to recap all of what's going on at WrestleMania 10.

Alundra Blayze will defend the WWF Women's Championship against Leilani Kai, and Adam Bomb replacing Ludvig Borga in the match against Earthquake is official on the WrestleMania 10 Report.

"Double J" Jeff Jarrett beats Virgil.

Tatanka takes on Yokozuna at the March To WrestleMania 10 this Sunday on USA Network at 7 PM Eastern/6 PM Central.
Hair Club For Men President Sy Sperling hypes WrestleMania 10.

Doink beats "Iron" Mike Sharpe.

Chief Ray Little Turtle, along with Chief Jay Strongbow and Chief Wahoo McDaniels, award Tatanka with a full-length Lumbee tribe chief headdress made of sacred feathers for his work as a role model for Native American youth. Tatanka thanks Strongbow and McDaniels for their mentorship in his early career.

Before the next, Irwin R. Schyster tells Tatanka that he owes a gift tax on the headdress from the ceremony.

Irwin R. Schyster beats Mark Thomas.

Lex Luger takes on "Gigolo" Jimmy Del Rey at March To WrestleMania 10 this Sunday.

Jim Cornette makes fun of American-made products as he tells Lex Luger that "Gigolo" Jimmy Del Ray at March To WrestleMania 10. As for WrestleMania 10 itself, Cornette tells Luger that Yokozuna will make sure it's his last match.
