Final Impact - Impact Wrestling recap for February 28, 2013

According to Bully Ray and Brooke Hogan, Hulk Hogan is badly hurt.

Bully Ray shows up...even though Tazz isn't here because of him. He is very angry with Aces and Eights and their reign of terror. He tells Devon he will get his hands on him so badly he'll never get in a wrestling ring again. He also mentions Jeff Hardy...and brings him out. He tells Jeff he feels uneasy, because there are guys more deserving of a World title shot in the back. Jeff Hardy tells Bully Ray he'd choose him because they have so much in common and so much history between each other. Before he can shake hands with Bully after telling him "let the best man win," Bad Influence (Christopher Daniels and Kazarian) tell Bully he should feel bad because Hulk Hogan gave him the title shot...and that both men don't want to face them. Bully Ray takes Daniels's appletini, drinks it, spits it back into the glass and tells him "Real men don't drink appletinis." After Bad Influence get a beatdown, Bully Ray throws down a tag team challenge: him and Jeff Hardy versus them!

Magnus tells Sting he should be in Team TNA because he wants to pay Sting back for mentoring him and being there for all these years.

Gail Kim guests on commentary for the next match.

Austin Aries is frantically trying to find out where Bobby Roode is, but Hernandez and Chavo Guerrero remind Aries of his match tonight with the former.

Kenny King talks to Rob Van Dam and gets another shot at the X-Divison title. But if King loses, he's out of the X-Division!

Austin Aries runs away with his Tag Team title belt but Hernandez throws him and the belt back into the ring. Hernandez takes the belt, but the referee takes it away. Austin Aries manages to beat Hernandez with a cheap shot as the ref's back is turned.

Joseph Park asks Sting to put him in Team TNA. Sting also meets Matt Morgan, who refuses his offer because "[Hulk Hogan] put him up to this."

Kenny King beats Rob Van Dam and wins the TNA X Division Championship!

Sting and Kurt Angle review the list for Team TNA...but who's on it?

Hulk Hogan has just had knee surgery following last week's chaos.

Aces and Eights enter the ring. Devon considers Team TNA to be absolutely laughable, and says Aces and Eights will dominate in 2013 before saying Aces and Eights will win at Lockdown. Sting shows up and reveals his picks for Team TNA: Samoa Joe, "The Cowboy" James Storm, Magnus...and Eric Young! He beats down one of the Aces and Eights members from behind, and Team TNA cleans house!

Next on TNA Gut Check, Ivelisse Velez, a Puerto Rican knockout with nine years of experience and a lot to prove!

Aces and Eights leave the arena angry...and Kurt Angle follows them!

Also on Gut Check, relative newcome Lei'D Tapa. Her uncle is The Barbarian of World Championship Wrestling fame, and she's got the passion for this business!

Ivelisse Velez beats Lei'D Tapa by submission in tonight's Gut Check match.

Austin Aries converses with Jeff Hardy, telling Hardy he's pulling for him at Lockdown.

TNA interviews A.J. Styles's friends...and A.J. doesn't like this one bit!

Robbie E is in the ring, and asks Robbie T to come to the ring. T shows up. Robbie E admits that Robbie T is the bigger bro, and has another bro-off. E leaves the ring to give T the spotlight. As Robbie T flexes his stuff, E hits T with the VIP entrance sign. It doesn't even faze Robbie T, who immediately scares E off.

Austin Aries tells Bully Ray he's pulling for him...and Bully Ray sees straight through A-Double's crap.

Kurt Angle has found Aces and Eights's hideout!

Jeff Hardy and Bully Ray beat Bad Influence (Christopher Daniels and Kazarian).

Kurt Angle fights off the leader of Aces and Eights and unmasks him. He is so shocked by his (unshown) identity that the rest of Aces and Eights ambush him!

Raw Deal - Raw recap for February 25, 2013

Vince McMahon shows up in crutches, and enters the ring. He humorously calls out Paul Heyman, who tells people "You're going to see a one-legged man in an ass-kicking contest." Paul tells Vince he has no chance, and as he keeps talking, he attacks Vince with a cheap shot in the leg. Vince successfully retaliates against Paul, but Brock Lesnar shows up. Brock is about to attack Vince when Triple H, of all people, shows up in T-shirt and jeans (and short hair!), and goes at it with Brock. Brock Lesnar is busted open so bad you'd swear this was a pay-per-view, and the camera moves away from the bloody half of his head as Triple H takes him down and goes after Brock with a steel chair, causing Brock to retreat. Welcome to Dallas, Texas, boys and girls!

Ryback beats Dolph Ziggler, despite the help of Big E Langston.

CM Punk shows up, and says that those in the audience will witness history...and that it's all about him in typical fashion. He then goes on to talk about how he pinned The Rock twice in four weeks and how he's "immortal."

"The World's Strongest Man" Mark Henry squashes The Great Khali.

The Miz shows up to host another exciting edition of Miz TV. Alberto Del Rio, Ricardo Rodriguez, Zeb Coulter and Jack Swagger are guests tonight. Miz cuts to the quick and lets them speak. Zeb considers Del Rio an illegal exploiting American resources, and keeps interrupting Del Rio when he speaks. Zeb says it's not about Del Rio, but what Del Rio "represents": the American Dream as achieved by a foreigner. As Zeb gets more and more disrespectful, Del Rio finally tells Zeb to shut up. He says America is great because it belongs to everybody. He dares Zeb and Swagger to do something to make them leave right now. Swagger tells Del Rio "We'll see you at WrestleMania."

Next week: Old School Raw!

Zeb Colter and Jack Swagger instigate an assault on The Miz during the break.

Randy Orton beats Antonio Cesaro with a surprise RKO.

Sheamus shows up in a suit. He says the Academy snubbed Wade Barrett out of an Oscar...then makes fun of Wade Barrett's appearance in the upcoming Dead Man Down. Wade Barrett shows up, chalks it all up to jealousy, then almost gets Brogue Kicked. Barrett casually flees.

The Miz and Jack Swagger have a match tonight, as per Vickie Guerrero.

Donald Trump is the Class of 2013's Celebrity Inductee! Aside from the "loser gets his hair cut" match, Donald Trump also took advantage of the 1980s "Golden Age" and hosted Wrestlemania IV and V, the first (and so far the only) time that WrestleMania was hosted in the same location for two consecutive years.

Damien Sandow guests on commentary for the next match.

R-Truth beats Cody Rhodes in his first match back...then immediately lays the smackdown on an angry Damien Sandow!

We see another YouTube clip of Zeb Colter talking...about jobs.

Despite being blindfolded and having an arm tied behind the back (respectively), Team Hell No (Daniel Bryan and Kane) beat The Prime Time Players (Darren Young and Titus O'Neil).

The Shield (Dean Ambrose, Seth Rollins, Roman Reigns) enter the ring. They put the WWE on notice: mess with us and get dropped. When Seth Rollins asks if anyone else will step up, Sheamus returns and basically tells The Shield "Come and get me." When Ambrose and Reigns go for him, Randy Orton sneaks up behind Rollins and gives him an RKO. Ambrose and Reigns lay off Sheamus.

Jack Swagger beats The Miz with the Patriot Act.

Triple H sends a Tout basically asking Brock Lesnar "What are you gonna do now?"

Josh Mathews interviews John Cena. It's now or never between John Cena and CM Punk!

John Cena retains his WWE Championship shot against The Rock in a match against CM Punk, in what is perhaps the best match so far this year.

...

*sigh*

Why was I in the bathroom when this happened?

He calls out Jack Swagger, but Randy Orton shows up instead. He was cheated out of the title shot at Elimination Chamber by Jack Swagger, and asks Alberto Del Rio to step aside so he can take on Swagger...and that he won't have to fight for that chance. Booker T shows up and grants Randy his wish, and Alberto Del Rio takes on Wade Barrett tonight in a Champion vs. Champion match tonight!

The Miz beats Cody Rhodes with the Figure Four Leg Lock.

Jack Swagger and Zeb Colter show up before Wade Barrett and Alberto Del Rio's match. They watch from the entrance ramp.

Alberto Del Rio beats Wade Barrett with the Cross Arm Breaker despite Jack Swagger trying to interfere. Del Rio and Swagger stare each other down.

Final Impact - Impact Wrestling Recap for February 21, 2013

It's another show in London, England's Wembley Stadium, as well as the last for quite a while! Hulk Hogan comes out. He's not very happy Aces and Eights stuck their noses in TNA business last week, but he's thought longer and harder about who to make #1 contender to the World title since then. The new #1 contender? Bully Ray, who's just as surprised as we are and just wants to make Hulk and his daughter Brooke Hogan happy. He suggests a six-man tag match for the main event: Aces and Eights versus Bully Ray, Sting...and the Hulkster himself. Hulk agrees to the match without the slightest amount of hesitation.

Bad Influence (Chrstopher Daniels and Kazarian) meet up with Bobby Roode and Austin Aries in the back.

Bobby Roode and Austin Aries leave Bad Influence (Christopher Daniels and Kazarian) high and dry, and "The Cowboy" James Storm, Joseph Park, Hernandez and Chavo Guerrero get the win all too easily in an eight-man tag team match.

Rockstar Spud beats Robbie E in his first ever TNA match when Robbie T gives Robbie E the list...and doesn't let go. Robbie E confronts Robbie T after the match and slaps him. This sets Robbie T off, and he scares Robbie E out of the ring!

In the four-way match between Tara, Gail Kim, Velvet Sky and Brooke Tessmacher (with Brooke Hogan watching from ringside), Gail Kim tosses Velvet out of the ring after she takes out Tara, and gets the pin on Tara so she can eliminate her instead! Tara is out, ensuring a new TNA Knockouts Champion!

Velvet Sky last eliminates Gail Kim, and wins the TNA Knockouts Championship!

Next week: we find out what AJ Styles has been up to for the past two months, since he took a sabbatical from TNA Impact Wrestling!

Rob Van Dam retains the TNA X Division Championship against Kenny King.

Brooke Hogan tells her dad Hulk Hogan to be safe in his match tonight.

Next week: Jeff Hardy returns!

At the beginning of the match between Hulk Hogan, Sting and Bully Ray versus Aces and Eights (D.O.C., Devon and Mr. Anderson), Hulk Hogan doesn't show up. Aces and Eights start the match with a sneak attack as Bully and Sting watch the entrance ramp and wait for Hulk to show up.

As Sting and Bully Ray get the upper hand on Aces and Eights, we find out Hulk Hogan was attacked and that Brooke Hogan is being held hostage again! Bully Ray runs to the ramp to save Brooke, and Sting not only loses to Devon, D.O.C. and Mr. Anderson of Aces and Eights...but gets utterly demolished by all of Aces and Eights as Brooke and Bully tend to Hulk.

Wednesday Night's Main Event - Main Event recap for February 20, 2013

An angry Big Show starts off the show. He's sick and tired of being made into a joke, and he blames it all on Booker T. He says there isn't a SuperStar that can lace his boots, and tells Michael Cole and The Miz to shut their mouths about him. The Usos (Jimmy and Jey Uso) answer Show's challenge.

Big Show beats The Usos (Jimmy and Jey Uso). Brodus Clay shows up next.

Justin Gabriel beats Titus O'Neil.

Raw Deal - Raw recap for February 18, 2013

John Cena starts things in New Orleans, Louisiana off right! He tells us what's going on at WrestleMania with both the WWE and World titles, then CM Punk and Paul Heyman come out. Punk admits The Rock beat him fair and square, but finds it amazing Cena is facing the Rock while Cena hasn't beaten Rock or Punk. He considers Cena's Royal Rumble win "lucky," and that he can't win the big one. Punk tells him to walk away, but Cena says no. Since there's a problem between both men, Cena's got the solution: Cena vs. Punk. If Cena wins, Punk shuts up...but if Punk wins, Punk gets Cena's shot at The Rock. Punk says you're on...next week. Cena tells to wait the week out and then come out fighting.

Josh Mathews interviews Sheamus, who then confronts Ryback. After calling Ryback a "mindless neanderthal," Ryback almost tears him apart, but Chris Jericho stops the brawl before it can even start. He knows how bad The Shield is, and wants to get a match with him, Ryback and Sheamus against The Shield from Vicki Guerrero. Ryback and Sheamus love this idea.

Mark Henry beats Sin Cara. When Mark Henry tries to put Sin Cara in the Hall of Pain, The Great Khali shows up and Mark Henry walks away.

We see one of Zeb Coulter's YouTube vids.

Daniel Bryan is ticked that Kane punched him at Elimination Chamber, and that he has a singles match against Jack Swagger. He doesn't want Kane with him. When Kane says he's asking for a singles match of his own, he doesn't want Daniel Bryan with him and that he doesn't like snakes, Randy Orton shows up and tells Kane how non-threatening he is these days.

Vickie Guerrero congratulates Paul Heyman for him and CM Punk losing against The Rock, then tells him she's got an announcement that will impact his career.

Not only does Alberto Del Rio stop Big E Langston from interfering, he also beats Dolph Ziggler with the Cross Arm Breaker! Big E destroys Del Rio, then Ricardo Rodriguez stops Dolph Ziggler from cashing in his Money In The Bank briefcase. AJ gets the briefcase back to Ziggler, but Del Rio stops Ziggler dead in his tracks.

Wade Barrett announces he's starring in the upcoming movie Dead Man Down, and we even see a trailer! Sheamus shows up on the TitanTron, however, and mocks him for not starring in the movie when Colin Farrell is.

Primo, Epico and Rosa Mendes ruin Brodus Clay and Tensai's entrance.

Brodus Clay, Tensai and Naomi beat Primo, Epico and Rosa Mendes in a mixed tag-team match.

Jack Swagger and Zeb Coulter hold their State of the Union address. It's really more of a far-right rant, which then turns into Zeb saying that Swagger will win the World title from Alberto Del Rio at WrestleMania.

Jack Swagger beats Daniel Bryan with the Patriot Act.

Vickie Guerrero is in the ring with Paul Heyman. She has a new assistant...Brad Maddox. Maddox is glad to have this position considering all that he's recently been through, but Heyman isn't putting up with this. He's about to leave when Vincent K. McMahon shows up live via satellite on the TitanTron. When Heyman said he'd do anything for Vince McMahon for the stipulation from last night, McMahon takes advantage and considers firing him...but he doesn't. Instead, he tells Heyman he'll be in the ring next week, and that Heyman will be there with him...and they're gonna have a fight.

The Shield (Dean Ambrose, Seth Rollins, Roman Reigns) beat Chris Jericho, Sheamus and Ryback.

Damien Sandow brutally attacks Kofi Kingston before the bell can ring, but R-Truth...back from a knee injury...comes in and saves the day!

D.J. Cotrona and Adrienna Padlicki from G.I. Joe: Retribution are back in the audience tonight for Raw!

Randy Orton beats Kane when Daniel Bryan distracts Kane.

The University of Lafayette Marching Band play for the crowd before The Rock comes to thering. He's going to WrestleMania...but not with that belt! He feels the WWE Championship shouldn't look like a spinny toy and should be inspiring, and that a new belt design is in order. He shows it off to great WWE Universe response. As Rock ponders who he'll face in 48 days' time, John Cena shows up...then CM Punk hits Cena in the back with the old version of the title. He tosses the old belt aside before pointing at Rocky's title and saying "I want that one." Punk and Rock stare each other down before Punk walks away.

My Predictions for Elimination Chamber

Welp, it's that time again. The night of February 17th is going to be the Elimination Chamber pay-per-view. I was kinda wowed by Royal Rumble, even if there were certain things about it that people complained about (John Cena winning the Rumble, CM Punk losing the title), but other than that, I'm glad I saw it and want another taste of that PPV pie.

Brodus Clay and Tensai vs. Team Rhodes Scholars (Damien Sandow and Cody Rhodes)

Team Rhodes Scholars is teaming up again? Well, blow me down like Captain Feathersword! And it's for the pre-show, so everyone can see it? Good idea, WWE.

Prediction: Kinda up in the air, but I'm expecting Brodus Clay and Tensai to win it. But so help me, if Sandow and Rhodes get the victory, I will be marking.

Kaitlyn (champion) vs. Tamina Snuka for the WWE Divas Championship

This is a late addition, and it wasn't really mentioned until last week. Still, it's good to see the Divas title being defended, even though the Divas division is struggling just to even stay relevant.

Prediction: Kaitlyn will retain. That much is certain.

Antonio Cesaro (champion) vs. The Miz for the WWE United States Championship

Yep, the Royal Rumble pre-show again. This time, the feud's even more built up as Cesaro has recently given Miz a serious thrashing. There's no direction to go but up for both of these men, but only one of them will win the championship.

Prediction: I think Miz might win it this time and end the feud. There's too much riding on this match for Miz to lose this time, and to me, there's really no reason to keep this feud going any longer. At this point, it's perfect.

Alberto Del Rio (champion) vs. Big Show for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship

Oh, boy. This again. Unlike the last few times they've met in the ring, this is a regular match and not another Last Man Standing ordeal. There's a lot riding on this match, too.

Prediction: Somehow, Alberto Del Rio will once again defy the odds and retain just like he did on SmackDown to win the title and on Royal Rumble to retain. He seems to be pushed like an underdog champion, much like Eddy Guerrero before him. Alberto Del Rio as a face, however, is something I'm really starting to enjoy, and I think it's too soon for him to drop the title back to Big Show.

Elimination Chamber Match - Randy Orton, Jack Swagger, Daniel Bryan, Kane, Mark Henry, Chris Jericho

Yep, this match again. Just like last year, the match dictates that the last man standing becomes the #1 Contender for the World Heavyweight Championship.

Now I like all six guys. They've been on top of their game at one point or another, especially the returning Mark Henry, whose return just might be the dress rehearsal for a second World Heavyweight reign that just might be as much as a destructive juggernaut as the first. You also have the returning Chris Jericho, and he could win the big one again at any given time. Then there's Jack Swagger, who...you guessed it...is also returning. But is Swagger biting off more than he can chew?

Prediction: Part of me wants Mark Henry, and the other Chris Jericho. I'm gonna go with my heart and say Chris Jericho.

The Shield (Dean Ambrose, Seth Rollins, Roman Reigns) vs. John Cena, Sheamus and Ryback

The Shield get their first match on the main roster since TLC. (C'mon, WWE, show 'em off on Raw or SmackDown and showcase what these guys can do in the ring!) They've got Ryback again, but this time they've got more dangerous competition along with him - John Cena and Sheamus. If the last two weeks have been any indication, this one's going to be explosive.

Prediction: Cena, Ryback and Sheamus might win this...but this is going to be a nasty fight and The Shield won't let them hear the end of this. This definitely won't be the last you see of The Shield...count on it!

The Rock (champions) vs. CM Punk for the WWE Championship

Yeah, this match again. C'mon, what were you expecting?

Oh, yeah, forgot.  If Rocky loses by disqualification, the belt changes hands back to CM Punk. Blame Paul Heyman, who brought this stipulation to Vince McMahon...and got it.

Prediction: CM Punk is going to win it back. If you're expecting The Rock to retain at this point, you're either nuts or have no idea about his busy movie-star schedule. He's already got another onein the can for next year, for crying out loud.

Only thing is, if and when CM Punk wins the title back,  someone's going to come around and make The Rock look like nothing in comparison. I don't know if it's The Undertaker, but after the smoke clears and the winner is decided, it's not over yet...

---

There you have it! My predictions for Elimination Chamber! Feel free to shoot out a comment and post your thoughts!

Saturday Morning Slam Masters - Saturday Morning Slam recap for February 16, 2013

Before the match between Heath Slater and Justin Gabriel, we see the history between the two men, Justin Gabriel's singles career and Heath Slater with Jinder Mahal and Drew McIntyre as part of 3MB.

Layin' da SmackDown - SmackDown recap for February 15, 2013

Big Show starts things off tonight in Little Rock, Arkansas! He enters the ring, and is annoyed people find last week's bus incident funny. He goes on to say that Alberto Del Rio hasn't pinned him and never will, especially not at Elimination Chamber. Chris Jericho shows up, and Big Show is amazed Jericho is here. After plugging Robot Combat League (February 26th on SyFy!), Jericho says he's glad to be here tonight, and reminds show that if they both win their respective matches Sunday, they'll have to fight each other at WrestleMania. Big Show says if it happens, he'll retire Jericho. Booker T shows up, says that we don't know if it'll happen, and makes Show vs. Jericho the main event tonight.

Matt Striker interviews Randy Orton about fighting Mark Henry tonight...but Mark Henry's appearance alone stops the interview!

Mark Henry beats Randy Orton by disqualification after Orton hits Mark Henry with a chair. Orton goes for the coup-de-grace, but Mark Henry deflects the chair away and hits the World's Strongest Slam on Orton.

Mark Henry tells Matt Striker that the Hall of Pain is open for business. The armed forces had better be there, because he's an unstoppable force.

Tamina Snuka beats Layla. Kaitlyn is seen watching from backstage during the match.

The Rock enters the ring. He says running off with the WWE title doesn't make CM Punk a champion. Also, it's just a trade - the title in exchange for an ass-whipping. He promises he'll retain the title at Elimination Chamber, then Punk and Paul Heyman show up on the TitanTron live via satellite. Punk says "The People's Era" will come to an end, especially if he lets The Rock beat himself so the title changes hands back to him with the disqualification stipulation. The Rock calls CM Punk a spoiled little boy, and tells him he'll go on to WrestleMania.

Brodus Clay and Tensai beat Heath Slater and Jinder Mahal of 3MB. The Shield show up after the match and take out Tensai and Brodus, with the latter getting a triple powerbomb. Dean Ambrose tells John Cena, Sheamus and Ryback that they will learn actions have consequences...and that they will believe in The Shield.

The Miz beats Cody Rhodes with the Figure Four Leg Lock.

Jack Swagger beats Zack Ryder with the Patriot Act. Zeb Coulter talks about how America is broken and makes fun of Zack Ryder.

Matt Striker interviews Alberto Del Rio. He may not have pinned Big Show, but he'll still win on Sunday.

Big Show beats Chris Jericho. Alberto Del Rio stares Show down from the entrance ramp.

Final Impact - Impact Wrestling Recap for February 14, 2013

Tonight's episode takes place in Wembley Stadium in London, England, and it begins with Hulk Hogan entering the ring. He thanks the fans for their support, and announces he has four matches lined up to name a #1 Contender for Jeff Hardy's World title tonight: Rob Van Dam vs James Storm, Christopher Daniel vs Magnus, Kurt Angle vs Samoa Joe, and Booby Roode vs Austin Aries. He also addresses Aces and Eights, who have called out the entire locker room for a "war to end all wars" at Lockdown. He has made the match and has named Sting as the captain of Team TNA. Sting comes to the ring. He's looking for three teammates, and declares that Team TNA will be tearing some heads off.

Magnus beats Christopher Daniels, after throwing Kazarian's manager card into the audience and getting Kazarian ejected by the referee.

Bully Ray tells Brooke Hogan he's sorry the past few weeks have been what they have been...but it's Valentine's Day. It's time for fun.

Backstage, Magnus says he has what it takes to become World Heavyweight Champion after talking about being sidelined by Aces and Eights.

Garrett Bischoff and Wes Brisco beat up Kurt Angle and Samoa Joe during their match, but Angle and Joe turn the tables and take out these young guns!

Dixie Carter tells three runner-ups from British Boot Camp - Party Marty  and The Blossom Twins - that they still have a chance to show what it takes tonight.

Gail Kim, Tara and Jessie Godderz beat The Blossom Twins and Party Marty. After the match, Gail Kim brags, thanks referee Taryn Terrell for not being incompetent, then tells Tara she has something she wants: the Knockouts title. Gail Kim wants Brooke Hogan to make the match. Brooke shows up and makes it, all right...and it's also going to be against Tessmacher and Velvet Sky, who both show up. It's a four-way match between Gail Kim, Tara, Velvet Sky and Tessmacher next week for the TNA Knockouts Championship!

Bobby Roode and Austin Aries scheme and argue about the belts again...

"The Cowboy" James Storm beats Rob Van Dam.

Joseph Park tries to get a shot at Jeff Hardy's world title from Hulk Hogan. It's hilarious, to say the least.

Brooke Hogan wants her dad Hulk Hogan to give Bully Ray a shot at the TNA World Heavyweight Championship. It's tough going, as Hulk wants to stay objective.

Bobby Roode and Austin Aries are ticked with Hulk Hogan with messing up their plans to get all the titles. They try to do "what's best for business," but end up bickering and fighting again. This leads to an actual match, even though they had one to begin with. Yeah, you try explaining this any better.

Bobby Roode and Austin Aries try to beat each other by disqualification with the ol' Eddie Guerrero chair trick. It doesn't work, and Chavo Guerrero and Hernandez show up. Austin and Roode leave the ring and confront them, but they hear the tail end of the ten-count and try to get back in the ring in time. They fail, and both men get counted out.

Sting wishes Hulk Hogan luck in announcing his decision.

Hulk Hogan enters the ring, but before he can announce who will take on Jeff Hardy for the TNA World Heavyweight Championship, Aces and Eights surround Hogan. Bully Ray comes to the ring with the chain, but Aces and Eights still surround the ring before Sting shows up with three black cricket bats. Aces and Eights leave through the audience.

Jericho talks about the (good) history and respect he has for Del Rio's family, but tells Del Rio that he will win at the Elimination Chamber and go on to win the World title at WrestleMania. This starts a hilarious all-Spanish argument, then Dolph Ziggler shows up with AJ and Big E Langston. As Ziggler talks down to Jericho yet again, Jericho gets the AJ and Big E jokes flowing again. Ziggler tells Jericho he will cash in between tonight and WrestleMania, and that Jericho has no chance of being World champ. Alberto Del Rio wants to teach Ziggler a lesson, and challenges him to a match...right here, right now. Jericho asks the crowd if they want to see this. They do.

Alberto Del Rio beats Dolph Ziggler with the Cross Arm Breaker, after a distraction by AJ and after Ricardo Rodriguez keeps Big E Langston busy by hitting him in the back with his bucket, causing Big E to chase him.

Team Rhodes Scholars (Cody Rhodes and Damien Sandow) team up one more time to take on Brodus Clay and Tensai in the Elimination Chamber pre-show this Sunday!

CM Punk and Paul Heyman still have the belt...well, Heyman has it anyway. Punk is training right now, and is not taking his match lightly. Heyman mentions the stipulation where a disqualification or count-out makes the belt change hands back to Punk, and says Punk will win on Sunday.

Raw Deal - Raw recap for February 11, 2013

The show begins in Nashville, Tennessee with Paul Heyman in the ring...for the last time. He talks about how he did everything with a passion that eventually betrays him. He is therefore tendering his resignation. He says he won't miss the WWE Universe, basically telling them "the feeling's mutual." Heyman wants Punk to be WWE champ, and won't be in his way. CM Punk shows up and can't believe any of this is happening. Heyman tells Punk about the whole situation with The Shield, Brad Maddox and Brock Lesnar. Punk won't let him leave, but Heyman tells him "perception is reality." Punk reassures Heyman by saying he'll win, and that Heyman will be in his corner. Heyman and Punk hug, with Heyman rescinding his resignation.

Due to injury, Rey Mysterio will not be in the Elimination Chamber match on Sunday.

Big Show enters the ring. Matt Striker gets punched out after five words. After some awkward silence, Show walks out of the ring.

As Jack Swagger enters the ring, a strange bearded man named Zebediah Coulter accompanies him.

Jack Swagger beats Zack Ryder with the Patriot Act. Swagger introduces Zebediah Coulter, who goes on about how he and Swagger are "real patriots" and how Americans have forgotten what is wrong with America. Zeb goes on about how people have went straight through America's borders and made it awful, and that he "knows the truth."

Meanwhile, Jack Swagger is in the Elimination Chamber match on Sunday...and Dolph Ziggler complains about Chris Jericho to Booker T and Teddy Long. If Jericho's in, he's in. Booker tells Ziggler that whoever wins tonight between him and Kane will get the final slot in the Elimination Chamber match on Sunday.

Antonio Cesaro guests on commentary for the next match.

On Main Event Wednesday: Chris Jericho's Highlight Reel, with The Miz as the guest!

AJ tries to distract Kane, but it backfires when AJ is knocked off and into Big E Langston's arms! Kane beats Dolph Ziggler to advance to the Elimination Chamber.

The Rock enters the ring. It's story time! He talks about how his family moved to Nashville, signed up for high school, and bought a car from a crackhead only to find another crackhead in the back, figure out it was stolen and ditch the car in a Burger King parking lot. He also talks about his beginnings in wrestling in the Nashville Fairgrounds. Then, The Rock says he'll retain the title at Elimination Chamber. CM Punk and Paul Heyman show up, and The Rock tells them to bring it, stipulation or not. Punk and Heyman walk down the ramp and almost turn back, but Punk fakes back towards the ring and he and Rock let loose. Paul Heyman stops The Rock from putting Punk in the People's Elbow, and Punk lands a GTS on Rock before walking back up the ramp with the WWE title. He tells Rock that if he's going to tell him to bring it, he's going to take it.

Final Impact - Impact Wrestling recap for February 7, 2013

Tonight's show in Manchester in the United Kingdom beings with Aces and Eights in the ring.  Devon states that their dreams of domination in 2013 have started coming true after last week. Garrett Bischoff and Wes Brisco are their newest members. Garrett is happy to be in the club, and Wes states that he joined because Hulk Hogan started him at the bottom after two years' worth of unanswered calls...despite the fact that his father give the Hulkster his first pair of wrestling boots. Devon tells Kurt Angle not to return to TNA, and tells Hogan they're ready for the Tables match tonight.

Tara and Jessie air their first world pains to TNA Knockouts President Brooke Hogan. Tara's still facing Tessmacher tonight, and Jessie Godderz is banned from ringside during the match. Brooke goes so far as to tell Jessie to give her a coffee! You can now apply lotion to that burned area, Mr. Pectacular!

Rob Van Dam retains the TNA X-Division Championship against Kenny King and Zema Ion in a Triple Threat Match.

Austin Aries and Bobby Roode get on the same page before their tag team titles match tonight.

We see scenes from British Boot Camp, TNA's UK reality show where the winner gets a TNA contract.

Bruce Pritchard and D'Lo Brown are shocked by Wes Brisco and Garrett Bischoff's actions from last week, and take responsibility for it all.

Jessie Godderz tells the crowd he's banned from Tara's match tonight, but he shows off his muscles for the crowd before "The Cowboy" James Storm shows up and tells Jessie the crowd isn't here for him. Since Tara isn't out here, he's going to finish some business from last week and give Jessie the Last Call Superkick as he intended to do last week!

"The Cowboy" James Storm beats Jessie Godderz...and mocks him afterward.

After Austin Aries is pushed into Bobby Roode, Roode walks out. Hernandez and Chavo Guerrero think they've got it won, but Roode quickly comes back and he and Aries get a surprise advantage. They beat Hernandez and Chavo to win the TNA Tag Team Championships!

With Jessie Godderz banned from ringside and Tara's head in a bad place, Tessmacher beats Tara.

Jeremy Borash introduces Rockstar Spud, the winner of British Boot Camp. Spud's excited to be here, but his celebration is cut short by Robbie E and Robbie T. Robbie E trash-talks Spud and sics Robbie T on him, who drops "The List" and "kneels down to get it," allowing Spud to get a shot on Robbie E. Robbie T (who is Welsh, lest we forget) and Spud stand together and celebrate, and Robbie E is shocked at Robbie T's turn.

Sting and Bully Ray are ready to destroy...and Brooke Hogan couldn't be happier!

Michael Cole tells Cody that Booker T isn't here tonight, but Cody doesn't care. Sheamus shows up and tells Rhodes to get to fighting. After Cody Rhodes makes fun of Sheamus's voice, Sheamus does some role-playing and imitates the voices of Booker T, Vickie Guerrero and Vince McMahon. Raw Deal - Raw recap for February 4, 2013

The Atlanta, Georgia show begins with CM Punk coming to the ring, minus Paul Heyman. He grabs Justin Roberts and forces Roberts to introduce him as "the people's champion." Punk didn't overreact last week (in his own words) because he was screwed out of the WWE Championship. He then says he has nothing to do with Paul Heyman's actions with Brad Maddox or The Shield, and even asks the audience - and Michael Cole - if he was in last week's video. (He wasn't. They all say no.) He goes on to say that Paul Heyman had nothing to do with it, and it's all a doctored video that's part of a plot by Vince McMahon. He even goes on to say that Mr. McMahon deserved the broken hip he suffered from Brock Lesnar last week. As he continues to say he's the true champion, Booker T shows up. Punk tells him to get out, but Vickie Guerrero has brought out Booker T to decide Punk's fate. Booker, in turn, leaves it to the crowd to pick which former WrestleMania opponent he takes on tonight. Will it be Rey Mysterio (XXVI), Randy Orton (XXVII) or Chris Jericho (XXVIII)? With the WWE App, the people get to vote on who became Punk's opponent!

Randy Orton can't wait to beat down CM Punk...if he's chosen, anyway.

Ryback gets a clean win (finally!) on Antonio Cesaro.

Rey Mysterio may have taken CM Punk's hair at WrestleMania XXVI, but if Rey's chosen tonight, Punk had better worry about more than that!

John Cena is with Vickie Guerrero. Vickie is worried about Cena, but Cena isn't scared, and he's calling The Shield out! They must be stopped...tonight...

Chris Jericho wants to see who's the "best in the world" once again tonight...but he has to be chosen to fight CM Punk first!

Booker T guests on commentary for the next match.

Jack Swagger beats Santino Marella with the Ankle Lock Submission, which is now known as the "Patriot Act."

Alberto Del Rio beats Cody Rhodes with the Cross Arm Breaker. He apologizes to the WWE Universe for how he's treated them in the past, and thanks them for their support as it has helped him open his eyes and has made him a World champ for the people. He says he'll make Big Show pay for what he did to Ricardo Rodriguez on Friday, and Big Show shows up on the TitanTron. He's in a hotel, as he doesn't want to hurt Del Rio. He tells Alberto Del Rio to sign the contract for the World title rematch and send it his way somehow...but he warns Del Rio not to look for him, or else he'll suffer a fate worse than what Ricardo suffered.

Who fights CM Punk? Chris Jericho, who runs away with 57% of the vote!

Daniel Bryan and Kane are arguing again. D-Bry tells Kane to stay in the back during his match.

Booker T and Teddy Long are watching the next match from the back. Is Daniel Bryan tough enough for the Elimination Chamber?

Daniel Bryan beats Rey Mysterio with the No! Lock. Of all people, Mark Henry comes back right after this. He destroys Daniel Bryan and Rey Mysterio, then destroys Sin Cara when he tries to save Rey. Wigs have indeed been split!

As for Kane and Daniel Bryan? Well, let's say Kane isn't taking Daniel Bryan's crap.

Big Show is a jerk to the room service guy at the hotel. Wow.

Sheamus is able to get a Brogue Kick in for the win against Kane, after Daniel Bryan comes out and argues with Kane during the match.

It's Miz TV time! The Miz is interrupted by Paul Heyman, who is tonight's guest. Heyman wants to clear his name. He offers his best wishes to Vince McMahon, who had hip surgery today. The Miz knows Heyman's full of crap. Paul Heyman had no idea Brock Lesnar would be there next week. Even with this in mind, Miz doesn't spare Heyman in any way from warranted verbal abuse. Vickie Guerrero comes out and stops this before it gets physical. She then defends Heyman, saying it's all her fault as she was in talks with Lesnar. She wanted to impress Vince McMahon and become permanent Raw GM, and tried to sign Lesnar. She had no idea this would happen either, and breaks into tears. As she asks everyone to pray for Vince, The Miz makes it clear he isn't buying any of this, and lets loose on them until Brock Lesnar shows up. Miz pushes Lesnar...and Lesnar pushes back and destroys him along with the Miz TV set. Heyman has to stop Lesnar from causing any further damage.

Randy Orton beats Wade Barrett.

CM Punk beats Chris Jericho after a fierce battle.

Bruno Sammartino is inducted into the 2013 Class of the WWE Hall of Fame. At long last...

John Cena is ready to call out and take on The Shield...

Big Show signs the contract...then has to fight Alberto Del Rio, who shows up at the door. Big Show beats Del Rio down, but Del Rio gets the upper hand and manages to escape.

Brad Maddox is in the ring. He explains that Paul Heyman preyed on him to benefit CM Punk at Hell In A Cell. He also gave Vince McMahon the footage from last week. He says it's going to be him and not John Cena who calls out The Shield and teaches them about justice. He calls The Shield out and they show up with every intention of beating him down. They do just that, but John Cena shows up. He comes out through the audience...as does Ryback and Sheamus! The Shield try to escape, but the rest of the locker room stops them. The Shield goes back into the ring, and Cena, Sheamus and Ryback beat them down before they escape through the audience.

The San Diego, California show begins with Alberto Del Rio outside the arena with a pipe in his hands, waiting for Big Show.

Meanwhile, Booker T welcomes the crowd in San Diego, California to SmackDown. Since John Cena is going for the WWE Championship, there should be a race for the World title as well. Booker T wants Daniel Bryan, Kane, The Great Khali, Randy Orton and Sheamus - all former World Champions - to prove themselves worthy of being in the Elimination Chamber for #1 contendership of the World title this month. Jack Swagger - who returns for the first time since September - wants in on the action as he is unhappy with where WWE is heading. Booker T wants him to prove himself like everyone else. Dolph Ziggler, already at ringside with Big E Langston and AJ, thinks this ridiculous and "chickens out" of the Elimination Chamber match because of the Money In The Bank briefcae in his position, according to Booker T. Dolph, however, won't be able to chicken out of his match against Alberto Del Rio tonight. Also, Team Hell No (Daniel Bryan and Kane) have a match against Rey Mysterio and Sin Cara...next!

Rey Mysterio comes to the ring to a strong hometown ovation before the break.

Hornswoggle distracts the rest of 3MB (Heath Slater and Drew McIntyre) to help The Great Khali beat Jinder Mahal.

Damien Sandow and Cody Rhodes tell Booker T and Teddy Long that Team Rhodes Scholars is hereby dissolved so they can both concentrate on singles competition. Damien Sandow then finds out he has to take on Sheamus tonight.

As Sheamus fights Damien Sandow, The Shield (Dean Ambrose, Seth Rollins, Roman Reigns) show up and demolish Sheamus in typical fashion.

Randy Orton beats Wade Barrett.

Matt Striker interviews Wade Barrett, who immediately notices Bo Dallas and takes him out!

Jack Swagger beats Kofi Kingston with the Ankle Lock Submission after Kofi Kingston hurts his foot with a Trouble In Paradise to the commentary table.

Big Show's bus shows up, and Alberto Del Rio tries to get the jump on Show. Big Show tries to get away, and eventually does when he finds another car ready and waiting for him. Del Rio is ticked.

Alberto Del Rio asks Ricardo Rodriguez to stay in the locker room.

Alberto Del Rio beats Dolph Ziggler with the Cross Arm Breaker. Big Show appears on the TitanTron. He's in the building and holding Ricardo Rodriguez hostage, threatening to snap him like a straw if Del Rio leaves the ring. He threatens to destroy Alberto Del Rio if he ambushes him again like he did tonight, as he will to anyone in his way. Show then knocks out Ricardo, who requires medical attention afterwards.
