He tells Wendy that he will send AJ Styles back home, then asks if they are on for the back-to-school barbecue next week and to save him a plate. An irate AJ Styles then runs to the back.

Total Miz Island - Miz and Mrs. recap for August 28, 2018

In Austin, Texas, Mike and company finally arrive in their home, dubbed "Castle Marmiz." To their surprise, things are still being worked on in and around the house.

Mike gets his Texas driver's license in the mail as he is getting ready to head to Saudi Arabia for Greatest Royal Rumble. Meanwhile, Mike and Maryse are still waiting for more of their stuff to show up. Also, Mike has to get protective masks for everyone working in the house due to all the dust being moved around as everyone is getting work done as well as to make sure that two-week-old Monroe Sky does not catch any germs.

Mike and Marjo head to a medical supply store for gloves and masks. Meanwhile, Marjo rides around on an electric scooter and runs into things.

Mike finds out that the moving truck with his things will not make it until next week, and that according to the driver's note, it was Mike's preference, but it was not set in stone. Maryse blurts out "It's a fucking contract!" as she finds what the woman on the other end is saying to be absurd.

Pumpkin runs off, unbeknownst to everyone else. Pumpkin is at Marjo's casita, but since the gate is open, Mike and Maryse think that Pumpkin has run away from home. When Maryse finds out that Pumpkin is in Marjo's casita, Mike is relieved. Unfortunately, Maryse has stepped in dog poop while she and Mike looked for Pumpkin, and everyone smells it in Marjo's casita.

Mike and Maryse have a restaurant date in the middle of their move in an attempt to relax. During their meal, they make fun of the fact that they are complaining about their move while eating caviar.

Back at Castle Marmiz, Mike shows up wearing a cowboy hat and boots, having found a dude ranch nearby. At the River Horse, Marjo - who is as outspoken as ever - learns how to ride a horse - and also catches a cowboy - and everyone learns to line dance.

The moving truck finally arrives at Castle Marmiz while Mike is out of the country for Greatest Royal Rumble. When Mike comes back, he is surprised at how the move has been handled during his absence.

The first season ends with Mike being thankful for having an amazing family and a beautiful, healthy baby daughter.

Raw Deal - Raw recap for August 27, 2018

Roman Reigns shows up to start tonight's show. Roman said he told Braun Strowman he would meet him at the start of the show, and he did not win the Universal Championship to hold it; instead, he is here to defend. If Braun doesn't show up, then this match will be the "Shield Workhorse Open Challenge." It doesn't take long for Braun Strowman to arrive, and he laughs at the term "workhorse" after Dean Ambrose and Seth Rollins saved him last week. Roman says The Shield is a brotherhood of workhorse, and that nobody tells them what to do. He says they made their choice and know what it's like at the top of the mountain while Braun has no clue, and that while Braun's hands have lifted objects, his hands have lifted every title in WWE. He then tells Braun to step up and have their title fight tonight. Braun says he isn't cashing in tonight, because they and everyone knows that if he did, Ambrose and Rollins would try to save Roman again. Instead, he makes a deal: he will not cash in until September 16th, and all Roman has to do is show up for a Hell In A Cell Match, a place where they have never been before. Roman says that Braun is starting to sound like a monster, and offers his hand. Braun and Roman shake hands, then Dolph Ziggler and Drew McIntyre show up. Ziggler complains about losing the WWE Intercontinental Championship to Seth Rollins after help from Dean Ambrose, saying the title was stolen from him. He says Seth has been playing catch-up since day one, and when he invokes his rematch clause, it will be on his terms as he and McIntyre will prove themselves to the entire world. McIntyre then says Strowman and Roman are a different story. Ziggler says he and McIntyre need a new challenge, and they're it. McIntyre mentions that Strowman and Roman sit at the top of the red brand mountain, but as they sit at the top, the only way to go is "tumblin' on down." Ziggler says they'd be more than happy to have that happen for them tonight. Roman says they sound tough from the stage, but they can get in the ring if they want to do it right now. Suddenly, Acting General Manager Baron Corbin shows up. Corbin tells everyone to settle down, and says this is why Commissioner Stephanie McMahon made him Acting General Manager. He announces Strowman's cash-in at Hell In A Cell is approved. He then makes a match that nobody could have dreamed up and will take Raw to the next level: McIntyre and Ziggler vs. Strowman and Roman. Strowman tells Roman that at Hell In A Cell, he is taking the Universal title, but tonight, Ziggler and McIntyre will get these hands. After everyone else leaves, Baron Corbin brags that he is an improvement over Kurt Angle as a General Manager, and for his third match, he makes one Angle didn't have the guts to make: himself vs. Finn Balor, the man. He says that he has prepared for this match for the last week while Finn Balor has just found out, and that match is next. Balor eventually shows up after Corbin keeps calling him out.

Finn Balor beats Baron Corbin by disqualification after Corbin uses a steel chair as a weapon...almost. After the match, Corbin says he forgot to make this match a no-disqualification match, and restarts the match as such. He hits Finn in the back with a steel chair, then hits End of Days to get the win.

Backstage, Dean Ambrose is met by Jinder Mahal and Sunil Singh. Jinder says he has sensed a great anger in him since his return and that he can guide him to spirituality instead of brutality. As he tries to guide Dean to inner peace, he asks Dean what he sees. Dean says he sees himself kicking Jinder in the teeth and breaking his face and his ribs before Jinder cries in pain. He then tells Jinder to get out of his face.

Seth Rollins shows up. Seth says that lat week was about taking care of some family business, and says The Shield (Dean Ambrose, Rollins, Roman Reigns) prides themselves on being workhorses and fighting champion. This week is Intercontinental Championship business, but since Dolph Ziggler and Drew McIntyre, his dance card is wide open. He then issues an open challenge for the WWE Intercontinental Championship for anyone in the locker room who has the guts. The challenge is answered by Kevin Owens. Owens says he is so glad that Rollins is happy, but since he himself has come back to Raw, his life has been a living hell. He has wished to come back after being moved to SmackDown Live, but since then, things have not been good. He says that Rollins had a good SummerSlam only had his best friend by his side, and says that if he had his friend by his side, he would have beaten Braun Strowman and become WWE Universal Champion right here, right now. Unfortunately, Sami Zayn has been injured at the hands of a brute, and tonight, his awful summer will come to an end when he leaves with the WWE Intercontinental Championship tonight. He then says Montreal, Quebec, Canada would be a better place to win than in Toronto, Ontario, Canada before speaking French, then tells Rollins he is taking his title right now.

Seth Rollins retains the WWE Intercontinental Championship against Kevin Owens after Owens misses big on a top rope moonsault.

Backstage, Acting General Manager Baron Corbin is met by Braun Strowman. He hands the Money In The Bank contract to him, and tells him to bring it to Hell In A Cell.

The Revival (Scott Dawson and Dash Wilder) beat The B-Team (Bo Dallas and Curtis Axel) after an accidental inside cradle reversal fails. After the match, The Revival hits Bo Dallas with a Shatter Machine as he checks on Curtis Axel. They then take the Raw tag team titles into the ring. Dawson says over the last few months, the tag team division has been a joke due to the B-Team. Wilder says they are tired of The B-Team making a mockery of the history of tag team wrestling. Dawson tells The B-Team to hold on to the tag team titles, as they just proved they can take the titles away from them any time they want to.

It is announced that SummerSlam 2019 will take place in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

Elias is in the ring. Elias plays guitar for the Toronto, Ontario, Crowd, then says everyone is gathered to see who wants to walk with him. He then says the fans will be tested and times will be tough, but as long as they do not stray from the universal truth that WWE stands for "Walk With Elias," they will be okay. Suddenly, Elias has an epiphany, and says that when Drake sang about staring from the bottom, he said that Toronto, Ontario, Canada was the bottom and there is no city lower than it. He says that he has been told that there is no bigger disappointment in life than going from New York City to Toronto, then all of a sudden, Trish Stratus shows up. Elias says things have changed since she left and that he is kind of a big deal, and while Trish is a big fan of his music, she wants him to silence his cellphone, turn off his camera and shut his mouth if he is going to badmouth Toronto. Elias says one of his performances is like the Stanley Cup as Toronto will never see it in their lifetime. Trish says that Elias will never win the WWE Championship in his lifetime. Trish then admits that after she retired and took her place in the WWE Hall of Fame, she never imagined that we would be less than two months from an all-women's WWE pay-per-view and that she would face Alexa Bliss in it. Elias hopes it will be a "swimsuit model pillow fight," but Trish tells him to pack up his guitar, take his floral kimono and scarves and walk up the ramp to the back. Elias says Trish is only here because she wants to walk with him just like thousands of other women, then breaks it to her that he "doesn't date women in their 60s." Trish slaps him for that, then "Rowdy" Ronda Rousey shows up. Natalya soon joins her on the stage, and they both head to the ring for the next match.

Before the next match, Alexa Bliss makes fun of Natalya, Trish Stratus and "Rowdy" Ronda Rousey. She compiments Trish Stratus on the yoga program before telling her all the yoga won't save her from the beatdown she will give her at Evolution. As for Rousey, she failed to break her arm so that she couldn't face her again, and she is not only medically cleared, she is invoking her rematch clause at Hell In A Cell. Alexa tells Ronda to enjoy the moment, because she is taking the Raw Women's title back. As for Natalya, they have a friend that she and Trish know all too well: Mickie James, who joins Alexa and Alicia on the way to the ring.

Natalya beats Alicia Fox with the Sharpshooter after Trish Stratus and "Rowdy" Ronda Rousey force Alexa Bliss and Mickie James to run away through the crowd. After the match, Natalya pays tribute to her late father Jim "The Anvil" Neidhart before she, Trish and Ronda celebrate in the ring.

Corbin brags about beating Finn Balor, but Lashley calls him out for changing the rules on the fly before asking why he was brought in. Corbin says he does not want to be forgotten, and says he has a match right now. As for his opponent, Corbin doesn't know who it is.

Before the next match, Acting General Manager Baron Corbin shows up on the TitanTron and finally remembers the name of Lashley's opponent...or rather, opponents, as it is a 2-on-1 handicap match against The Ascension (Konnor and Viktor).

Bobby Lashley beats The Ascension (Konnor and Viktor) in a 2-on-1 handicap match.

Dean Ambrose beats Jinder Mahal.

Roman Reigns is met by Braun Strowman in the locker room. Strowman admits they don't like each other, but Dolph Ziggler and Drew McIntyre are going to get destroyed before Roman has 20 days to think about him destroying him at Hell In A Cell. Roman says that on day 21, Strowman will be looking in the mirror after he fails to get the job done.

Next week: The Bella Twins (Brie and Nikki Bella) vs. The Riott Squad (Ruby Riott, Liv Morgan, Sarah Logan)! The Revival (Scott Dawson and Dash Wilder) vs. The B-Team (Bo Dallas and Curtis Axel) for the WWE Raw Tag Team Championships!

After the match, Strowman grabs Roman Reigns and beats him up, then directs traffic and has Ziggler and McIntyre go to town on Roman. Dean Ambrose and Seth Rollins run in to make the save for Roman, but they are both easily overpowered. All three members of The Shield (Ambrose, Rollins, Reigns) fall victim to running powerslams from Strowman before Strowman, Ziggler and McIntyre celebrate to end the show.

Final Impact - Impact Wrestling recap for August 23, 2018

Eddie Edwards shows up to start tonight's show. Eddie says that he is an honest man, and that he can admit that for the last two weeks, he has gotten his ass kicked. He says that he was down, but he has picked himself up, dusted himself off and is once again standing in the ring looking for a fight. Eddie says he has been called every name in the book, and while he may be all or none of those things, he is just a man, and no person would be able to go through what he has been through with his wife, getting hit with a baseball bat, Sami Callihan or Tommy Dreamer without coming out the same person, and says that he loves what he has become: a person with nothing to lose as well as a dangerous person. Eddie goes on to say that he has had a vision of himself swinging a Kendo stick through the air and cracking it off the skulls of Austin Aries and Killer Kross, and proposes that his dream come true tonight. He then calls out Aries and Kross, saying they can either come down to the ring or he can find them himself. Aries and Kross show up, and Aries says that is no problem. He even says that he and Kross will make it easier for him, and tells Eddie he had his chance and he blew it. He also tells Eddie he is crazy, stupid and dangerous, then says he found someone who is crazier and more dangerous. Aries then tells Eddie that if he wants to fight somebody, he and Kross will make it easy for him, and tell him that if he has a chance against him and Kross with a Kendo stick, he has another thing coming. Before Aries can finish that statement, however, Eddie tosses the Kendo stick to Kross and punches Aries in the head before taking the Kendo stick and hitting Kross in the back of the leg with it. Aries eventually hits a chop block on Eddie, and Kross and Aries put Eddie in a submission hold at the same before referees rush in. Kross scares all of the referees away, then Aries grabs a steel chair and puts it around Eddie's neck. He is about to swing another steel chair into the first one when Moose shows up - his first appearance since Slammiversary - with a steel chair of his own, forcing Aries and Kross to retreat.

However, every time she tries to do that, she has to look over her shoulder for Tessa Blanchard, so it seems all she can do is get both Blanchard and Su Yung in the ring with her at the same time. She then challenges both of them to a three-way match next week.

The Miz and Maryse show up to start tonight's show. It is announced on commentary that the item that Maryse handed to Miz in his match against Daniel Bryan at SummerSlam was brass knuckles. The Miz says he was able to close his eyes and feel something from SummerSlam, and says he has his family to think about. After hugging Maryse, he then says that with a heavy heart and the utmost sadness that he officially announces his retirement...of ever facing Daniel Bryan again. He says that his eight-year saga with Daniel Bryan has come to an end after doing what he said he was going to do: beating Daniel Bryan in front of a sold-out Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York. He admits that Daniel Bryan gave everything he had, but one hundred of Daniel's punches do not measure up to one of his, and says he has the hardest punch in WWE and the entire arena. Miz brags that he did what Daniel Bryan said he would do to him, and when he did it, he was able to pin Daniel Bryan in front of his wife and daughter. Miz then says it is time to start his new life where he watches the fifth episode of Miz and Mrs. immediately following SmackDown Live on USA Network. As Miz leads a "Miz and Mrs." chant, Daniel Bryan shows up. He calls Miz a coward, and considers to yell the word over Miz. Miz hides behind Maryse and says that the record books will say that he beat Daniel Bryan and is superior to him in every single way, and that Daniel Bryan will have to live with the fact that he will never beat him. Daniel Bryan tells Miz to shut up for once in his life, and that he can come out and mock his retirement and convince everyone he didn't cheat to win, but it is another layer in "the huge facade that is The Miz." Daniel says he told everyone he would come out of retirement and punch him in the face, and he did both things, and he plans to expose Miz for what he really is: a wanna-be Hollywood star cosplaying as a professional wrestler. Maryse tells Daniel Bryan to go home already and retire again as well as change his name to "Daniel Bella." As if on command, Brie Bella shows up in street clothes, runs into the ring, and goes after Maryse. Maryse runs away, but Brie beats up The Miz and Daniel Bryan clotheslines Miz out of the ring. Miz and Maryse are forced to retreat as Daniel asks the crowd if Brie has a sweet punch. He then says he has talked to General Manager Paige. amd that he and Miz are in a match together at Hell In A Cell, but it is not the two of them. Instead, it will be a mixed tag match of The Miz and Maryse vs. Daniel Bryan and Brie Bella. The Miz is furious.

Backstage, The Miz and Maryse look for General Manager Paige, and eventually find her. Miz calls Paige "a worse General Manager than Daniel Bryan," but Paige mentions that Brie Bella punched him before saying the tag match will stay and that it will be awesome.

Randy Orton beats Jeff Hardy by disqualification after Hardy gets out of the draping DDT and stomps Orton in the crotch. After the match, Jeff and Orton brawl outside of the ring, and Jeff tosses Orton outside of the ring. The brawl goes outside of the crowd and into the tech area, and Jeff hits Orton with a few weapons. The brawl ends with Jeff getting Orton on a table, climbing on top of a storage box and hitting a Swanton Bomb on Orton, putting him through the table.

Becky Lynch shows up. Becky says she deserves to be standing in the ring as champion, but Charlotte Flair deserved the beating she got for stealing that from her, as SummerSlam was supposed to be her time. She had worked her way to where she wanted to be and had even gotten over Charlotte being added to the SmackDown Women's title match, and pictured herself holding the title over her head after becoming champion again. She questions whether the fans were on her side, especially after Charlotte became part of the match and even won the title, and takes exception to being made an afterthought by the fans. She calls the fans "all opinion and no action," then said she decided to take action, and says that when she lost, she came out of a trance and realized that Charlotte Flair had held her back. Becky says Charlotte stole opportunity from her for the last time, and she decided to rip her head off as this was supposed to be her time because she deserves it, not because the fans says she does, and nobody can tell her differently. Suddenly, Charlotte Flair shows up, and Becky and Charlotte have a long-distance war of words before they brawl in the ring. Referees have to rush into to separate both women, and General Manager Paige has to bring the SmackDown women's division to the ring to restore order.

Rusev and Lana beat Andrade "Cien" Almas and Zelina Vega after Aiden English show up out of nowhere and keeps Almas from using a steel chair in the match, distracting Almas and allowing Rusev to hit both the Matchka Kick and lock in the Accolade on Almas for the submission victory.

Renee Young interviews AJ Styles on the stage. When asked what happened at SummerSlam, Styles is almost at a loss for words, but then says SummerSlam did not end like he wanted to; however, he does not regret what he did to Samoa Joe. He is not proud of losing the match, but states that Joe crossed a line that a man should not cross. He broke a promise, but he promises to the fans and his family that the next time Samoa Joe brings up his family, he will rip his heart out and show it to him. Before he can finish that statement to him, Styles is yanked off the stage by his legs and put into a Coaquina Clutch by Samoa Joe. Joe then calls for AJ's wife Wendy, and says that while a lot of promises are being made, including one to tuck the kids into bed, AJ has already gone night-night. He then heads to the back.

Backstage, General Manager Paige sees to it that Samoa Joe is escorted from the building and that AJ Styles is given medical attention, then Carmella shows up. Carmella demands her one-on-one rematch for the SmackDown Women's Championship, then R-Truth shows up, saying that he is getting that title match after being ducked and that he is pinning her. Paige asks R-Truth to leave, then gives Carmella her one-on-one match against Charlotte Flair next week. On her way out, Carmella gets grabbed by R-Truth, and Paige tells R-Truth to put her down. R-Truth yells "Now that's what's up!"

The New Day (Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods) beat The Bludgeon Brothers (Harper and Rowan) in a no-disqualification match to win the WWE SmackDown Tag Team Championships, becoming five-time tag team champions in the process.

Total Miz Island - Miz and Mrs. recap for August 21, 2018

Mike is at WrestleMania Axxess for an autograph session. He then takes a selfie of himself in the middle of the WrestleMania 34 set, then Maryse calls. It isn't long before Mike hears Monroe Sky crying.

Marjo and Maryse are at Chateau Marmiz as movers come in to get everything moved from Los Angeles, California to Austin, Texas. Mike has the movers here to make it as easy as possible so that Maryse can relax from having a baby, and also has a tour bus to get to Austin a little more easily. Marjo torments Maryse with the sheet of bubble wrap.

In New Orleans, Louisiana, Mike talks with Barbara and George about his moving plans. Mike wanted to drive all the way to Austin, Texas, but Maryse wanted the tour bus. George proposes taking care of Monroe Sky while Mike and Maryse drive to Austin in an SUV. Maryse calls, and Mike mentions George's ideas, which she shoots down.

At Chateau Marmiz, Maryse calls Mike from home to figure out how to get the sound to work on the television so she and Marjo can see Mike at WrestleMania 34. Maryse gets to see more of Mike's WrestleMania outfit. Mike and Marjo watch Mike lose the WWE Intercontinental Championship to Seth Rollins.

Mike returns to Chateau Marmiz after WrestleMania and notices that Maryse and Marjo have gotten everything packed. Mike gets a call from the tour bus driver, who tells him that they cannot fit the bus into his area and that he will have to meet him half a mile away at the Canyon Country Store. Mike tells Maryse what is going on, then Mike and Maryse say goodbye to Chateau Marmiz before heading up the hill to the tour bus with the pets. By the time they get there, Mike notices he is thirty minutes behind schedule.

During the bus ride, Monroe Sky pukes, Mocha stinks up the tour bus, and Mike places a dirty diaper in the freezer to eliminate the stench.

As the tour bus makes a stop so that Mocha and Pumpkin can use the bathroom, Marjo decides to go to the store, much to the chagrin of Mike, who is on a tight schedule. Mike decides to pull a prank on Marjo by having the tour bus parked where Marjo cannot see it, but Maryse tells Mike that Marjo will not take it pretty well. Marjo notices the bus and runs for it, and Maryse tells Mike to run if Marjo starts swearing in French. Marjo catches up, and as soon as Mike opens the door, Marjo yells "What's wrong with you, asshole?" before telling Mike not to do something like that ever again, even if he is on a tight schedule.

Sixteen hours into the tour bus ride, one of the cats starts acting strangely, and neither Mike or Maryse are able to sleep.

23 hours after the bus ride has begun, Mike gets the pets fed and is about to eat breakfast only to find out that Marjo ate one of the pancakes and that they forgot the biscuits.

36 hours into the bus ride, Mike, Marjo and Maryse go take the pets to the bathroom and get Monroe Sky's diaper changed. Afterwards, Mike and Maryse get a call from Marjo, who says that she is outside the tour bus. They head back to the rest stop to pick up Marjo, who is not in a good mood, and Mike has to explain that it was not a joke and that he and Maryse she was in the bathroom on the bus while trying not to get punched in the face.

An hour later, the radiator on the tour bus breaks down 144 miles away from Austin, Texas in the town of Junction, Texas. Mike and Maryse manage to get a car for the rest of the trip, and they and Marjo - and the pets - make it to their new home in Austin, Texas three hours before the movers get there.
