At Raw in Los Angeles, California - three weeks before WrestleMania - and Maryse's due date is two days before WrestleMania. Mike and Maryse are worried that they will miss WrestleMania.
Mike takes a picture at a restaurant with a few kids when Maryse feels a contraction. Mike and Maryse realize that their baby will be born soon and that what is going is real. We also learn that Maryse's pregnancy is truffles - rare, expensive mushrooms - and that she has ordered them in pasta made from the inside of a wheeled cheese. Miz is surprised by Maryse's appetite...as well as the check for the food. Mike's dinner was $50, but Maryse's is $600 thanks to the truffle pasta.
Maryse and Marjo go shopping. Mike wants to be involved in everything, and we also learn that he has to take a CPR class. Maryse does not want a lot of pressure on Mike when it comes to being a father.
At Raw in Dallas, Texas, Miz talks with Heath Slater, Curt Hawkins and Rhyno about fatherhood.
Back In Los Angeles, California, Maryse and Marjo are late to a CPR class. Marjo falls asleep almost immediately, but when woken up, she tries to do CPR on the training dummy and fails. The instructor replies with "What did you drink for lunch? Was it fermented?"
Mike comes home to Chateau Marmiz, and Marjo talks about her and Maryse's time in the CPR class, much to the chagrin of Mike, who wanted to be there. When Marjo says she is the daddy due to being in the CPR class, this leads to a humorous war where Miz sprays Marjo with a hose and Marjo flings dog poop at his car.
At Chateau Marmiz, Mike is washing his car when someone shows up with a food delivery for Maryse. Mike looks in the bag to find out it is truffle pasta, and pays the man along with a tip.
Later that night, Miz attempts to cook a much cheaper truffle pasta. Maryse shows up and tells Mike that due to major back surgery she had int he past, the baby will have to be delivered via a Caesarian section, which she is okay with. As they talk about it, Mocha ruins the moment by drinking loudly out of the water bowl. Afterwards, Miz presents his much cheaper version of truffle pasta. Maryse pretends to like the cheaper alternative - which is $475 cheaper - then feeds to Pumpkin. Miz notices this through the reflection in the window, then tries it out himself only to realize it doesn't taste all that good.
Mike and Maryse go to Hugbug Children's Shop in Mike's attempt to be involved in everything concerning the baby. They buy a stroller that also works as a car seat. Mike tries to put the car in the car seat while pretending there is a sleeping baby in it, then - with help - gets it back onto the stroller. When a passing car honks its horn, Mike turns around yells "Hey! She's sleeping!"
Mike and Maryse see the OB/GYN to get pictures of their baby. They find out the Caesarian section can be scheduled to take place one week before the due date, much to Mike's surprise.
At Chateau Marmiz, Mike and Maryse have the truffle pasta. This time around, it is the real deal. Mike wants everything to be perfect for their family, and feels he failed Maryse in one way. He makes up for it with a manila envelope containing a certificate proclaiming that he is certified in CPR (thanks to Dolph Ziggler, who helped him out with finding someone to train the both of them). Maryse then says she can't eat the truffle pasta due to doctor's order, and Mike ends up eating two servings of truffle pasta while Maryse eats a carrot. Mike then feels at the end of the day, he will be a pretty good father.
