Roman Reigns shows up to start tonight's show, and The Usos (Jimmy and Jey Uso) soon join him. Roman Reigns says that while he beat King Corbin at Royal Rumble, he lost the men's Royal Rumble match. He plans to bounce back tonight by winning tonight's six-man tag team match. Suddenly, King Corbin, Robert Roode and Dolph Ziggler show up. Corbin tells Roman that he knows that without The Usos, he couldn't have beaten him without having to cheat his way to victory, and says that if the three of them had not attacked him, he would have won the men's Royal Rumble match. As a result, he has demanded a six-man tag team match so they can pay for what they did. The Usos remind Corbin that the three of them did all the damage, not just them, and Corbin calls The Usos an embarrassment to their family as his crew embarrassed Roman. Roman says Corbin is still living in the past as if embarrassing him was the greatest moment of his career, and after stating that Corbin, Ziggler and Roode may have a dog food fetish, he then proposes that the losers of their match eat dog food. Corbin accepts this stipulation, and The Usos bring out a surprise for them: a whole table of dog food.

She says that she has beaten them all, and says that Charlotte Flair will predictably choose to challenge her for the SmackDown Women's Championship. As she calls Charlotte out, however, she gets Naomi instead. Naomi says she could not help but overhear Bayley's trash talk, bragging, and lying, and tells Bayley she has yet to beat her before saying the SmackDown Women's title could use some glow. Those Dynamite Kids - Dynamite recap for January 29, 2020

Jon Moxley shows up through the crowd to start tonight's show. He says it was around the time he was stabbed in the eye with a spike that it occurred to him that the fun and games with Chris Jericho were over, and now he faces Jericho for the AEW World Championship at Revolution. He says that Jericho is the final obstacle between himself and the top of the mountain in AEW, but it is not just a wrestling match for him; it is also about The Inner Circle being with him as well, as Jericho is the guy to orchestrate five-on-one gang-style beatdowns and hides behind his men as he tried to take his eyesight, injure "The Natural" Dustin Rhodes, maim "The American Nightmare" Cody Rhodes, steal Rey Mysterio's mask and even punch a woman. Moxley then admits he is far from perfect, as he is no hero, role model or saint, but he makes sure that he can look at himself in the mirror at the end of the day, as money and championship means nothing if he has no honor or a code to live by. He says he does not know what guy Jericho sees when he sees himself in the mirror, but he knows that he sees insecure egomaniac, a manipulator, a liar, a coward and a bully, and he hates bullies. He says that at Revolution, Jericho will have a target on his head, but he will not blink, flinch or hesitate as he takes the AEW World Championship from Jericho, for it is not about the kind of man Jericho is, but the kind of man he is not. He then says that will be if Jericho even makes to Revolution, as he will not the patience to watch his back for the rest of The Inner Circle. He decides they might as well get it over with now as he tells Jericho to take his beating like a man. Jericho shows up and says it makes him laugh when he hears Moxley talk about all he has done, and says that all Moxley has earned is a spike to the eye, as all he had to do was join The Inner Circle. Jericho then says he apologized to Moxley's mother for what happened to Moxley, then says it was all Moxley's fault, as he offered him "the keys to the kingdom" only to have a bottle smashed over his head. He tells Moxley that if he wants to challenge him for the AEW World Championship, despite not having what it takes to blink both eyes, Moxley will have to wait, as Cleveland, Ohio does not deserve to see him compete one-on-one. He then brings out the rest of The Inner Circle. Moxley tells Jericho that their plans of a five-on-one beatdown is really them against him and the fans, and he likes his odds. Jericho calls Moxley "a stupid son-of-a-bitch just like everyone from Ohio," and says Moxley is stupid enough to take them all one at once, and he decides to bring out some street punks courtesy of Santana and Ortiz. Jericho then says it is now a ten-on-one beatdown before walking down the ramp in a group. Moxley headbutts Ortiz and DDT's him, then charges at everyone else. Security and referees quickly move in to break up the brawl, and a member of security gets DDT'd on the floor before Moxley escapes through the crowd.

Baker tells Jim Ross not to interrupt her when she speaks ever again, and accuses him of being smug and pretentious towards the women's division. She then says the women's division is hers, as she was the first woman signed to AEW and she is the one on all the billboards, and says she will be here every week unlike Riho. Baker then pretentiously diagnoses Schiavone with moderate to severe gingivitis and tells him to "pick up a damn toothbrush," then tells the Cleveland, Ohio fans that they finally have a Baker they can trust in before heading to the back.

Backstage, Lexi interviews Kenny Omega and The Young Bucks (Matt and Nick Jackson). He also says that it took Kenny Omega long enough to hear him, and says it is his arrogance and audacity that he really cannot stand. Edge then talks about meeting familiar faces in the Rumble, saying he hopes to see them down the road. Raw Deal - Raw recap for January 20, 2020

Seth Rollins, Buddy Murphy and AOP (Akam and Rezar) show up to start tonight's show. Rollins says he wants the fans to know that every single one of them has played a small part in making him the man that he is today, and without the fans, there is no "Monday Night Messiah." After thanking the fans from the bottom of his heart for believing in him and giving him their support to lead Raw into the future as the premier program of WWE, he then introduces Buddy Murphy, who he says opened his eyes and embraced his fate last week. Rollins says that Murphy has courageous and brave enough to rise up and stand firmly etched in the right side of history following the end of last week's show, which is revisited on the TitanTron. Afterwards, Rollins declares Murphy his newest disciple, then says Kevin Owens and Samoa Joe tried to get in the way of progress and stop the future with the help of Big Show, but their plan failed because the future is inevitable. He calls his plans fate and "determinism at its finest," then says that now is a crucial time for the fans and the locker room to decide which kind of people they want to be, for the battle lines have been drawn. He says that everyone is with his group or against them, then Kevin Owens and Samoa Joe show up. Owens tells Joe that Rollins talks too much, then says Rollins and his group should be proud of taking out Big Show, who should be back to deal with them eventually, then says that they did not get rid of them. He says that he, Joe and the fans have gotten tired of hearing Rollins' voice, and demands "less talking and more fighting." Rollins says there will be no fighting, as there must be a proper time and place. Joe has none of this, calling Rollins "a lawyered-up asshat" as he says that he sees a self-professed messiah in the ring, and Rollins says that while he is forgiving, AOP is not, and if Joe and Owens want a fight, they might as well dance with destiny. Joe says one of the side effects of "being an asshat" is not having proper listening skills, and says that they were not the only ones wanting a fight. He then brings out The Viking Raiders (Ivar and Erik) to back them up, then they head to the ring. Rollins retreats and Owens, Joe and The Viking Raiders quickly clean house.

After Heyman asks the booing fans if they think anybody is worthy of stepping in the ring with Lesnar, Heyman dares the fans to name a single person, then Ricochet arrives. Ricochet says that Heyman talks too much about what it means for Lesnar to be the first entrant in the men's Royal Rumble match, and while there is concern in the locker room, the word "afraid" is not in his vocabulary. Heyman simply calls Ricochet "lunch meat" and tells him to go back to the locker room before he gets hurt, but Ricochet says he is not afraid to fight for a WrestleMania main event. Ricochet then tells Lesnar that he is not afraid to step in the ring with him, then steps in the ring with Lesnar and challenges him to a fight right now. Lesnar gets back in the ring and kicks Ricochet in the groin, then says "not scared" into the microphone and leaves.
