Championship Gold - Championship Wrestling recap for July 26, 2026

Jonny Loquasto in the ring to start this week's show. He says that the Red Carpet Rumble is coming and that the winner will receive a guaranteed opportunity at the UWN World Championship, then introduces Jordan Cruz, who has now held the title for a full calendar year, to the ring. Jordan Cruz yanks the microphone out of Loquasto's hand and berates the fans, then says the Red Carpet Rumble has nothing to do him and that he has handled his business. He also says that if Che Cabrera sticks his nose in his business again, he will rip it off his face.Che Cabrera shows up and heads to the ring, then yanks the microphone out of Cruz's hand and reminds Cruz that he stuck his nose "all up in [his] meat," and if he wanted a fight, all he had to do was ask. He says that Cruz talks trash about his opponents, but this is different because he is in Cruz's face and he is "the meat that you can't beat." Loquasto makes it official that Jordan Cruz will defend the UWN World Championship against Che Cabrera at Red Carpet Rumble. Che offers to shake Cruz's hand, but Cruz laughs and has a staredown with him after he pulls him forward. Jordan Cruz then tries to hit a cheap shot on Che Cabrera, but it has no effect and he quickly runs out of the ring.

Delirium (Slade and McCalleon) beats DREtino (DRE and Kid Destino) (This is the Delirium debut of Buck Skynyr, who now wears a half-white, half-black mask with an uppercase D on the center of the forehead and goes simply by "Skynyr".) After the match, Skynyr choke slams DRE on the ring apron on the outside.

Backstage, we hear from Delilah Doom, who has finally arrived in Championship Wrestling. She says she is taking over the women's division, and no matter who she faces in the ring, she will run circles around them, because "Doomies never say die."

Bad Dude Tito beats Angel Verduzco. After the match, Tito says it is Red Carpet Rumble season, and that he cannot think of a better way to celebrate than winning the Rumble and cashing in his title shot. Regardless of who he faces, he is here for his legacy, and he will see everyone at the Rumble.

Delilah Doom beats Candy Girl.

5150 (Danny Limelight and Slice Boogie) beat Mariachi Montaña (Juli and Ro Montaña). After the match, Danny Limelight berates the fans for living in Oxnard, California because they are too broke to live in the better parts of California, then says he is happy 5150 are not coming back because he cannot stand them. He then says that 5150 are defending the UWN Tag Team Championships against Will Allday and Cam Clarke, and says that when they are stepping into the bodega for a beatdown regardless of how good they are. Slice Boogie mocks a nearby table for having twelve beers, then says that 5150 is the best tag team in the country.

Memphis Thing - Memphis Wrestling recap for July 25, 2026

In footage from last Sunday, the Terry Golden and the Kick Ass Wrestling outlaws have to be forced away from the ring.

Dustin Starr interviews Sycho Simon at the announce desk. Simon is about to speak when Robbie Maddux and Major Curtis suddenly show up. Major Curtis accuses Simon of brainwashing Maddux only for Simon to grab him and throw him into the ring. Simon then grabs a metal folding chair and smashes it across Major Curtis' back before hitting him with the elbow drop. He then grabs the spiked shoulder pad, and Robbie Maddux and members of security have to stop Simon from hitting Curtis with the spikes.



Backstage, we hear from "Action" Mike Jackson, who talks about his history with wrestling in Memphis, Tennessee before declaring he wants to be the longest-reigning Junior Heritage Champion.



In footage from last Sunday at Ghost River Brewing Company on Main Street, Team Memphis Wrestling (Derrick King and "The Gift" Ray Sanders) beat Team Kick Ass Wrestling (Danny B. Good and Chris Rocker) in a steel cage match after Sanders climbs out of the cage. After the match, Motley Crews and Terry Golden get in the steel cage and attack Derrick King before being escorted away from the ring.



We hear from James Elllsworth, who has not been in Memphis Wrestling for some time. James Ellsworth messes with Big Dan and is met by The Super Friends (Wonder Boy and The Shocker), who think that Ellsworth is looking for them. Ellsworth says he is looking for The L.A. Hustlers (Notorious Bradley and Ruffshot Lamonte), then he finds out the hard way that "plug it in" is more than a gimmick.



Backstage, Bobbi Thunder is confronted by Xya, who says that she will be watching her match with Raven Black and that she wants the winner.

Raven Black retains the Memphis Wrestling Women's Championship against Bobbi Thunder. After the match, Raven Black grabs a bottle, but Xya shows up with a metal folding chair and chases her out of the ring.



Backstage, James Ellsworth is still feeling the effects of being shocked by The Shocker when Notorious Bradley tries to call Ellsworth. Ellsworth touches Ruffshot Lamonte's shoulder from behind and gets knocked out cold by Lamonte with one punch. The L.A. Hustlers (Notorious Bradley and Ruffshot Lamonte) have to get Ellsworth some medical assistance.



Dustin Starr interviews Tim Bosby at the announce desk. Bosby admits that he lost the Heritage Championship and that Mike Anthony beat him on July 4th, then says that this is still his era and he will get the title back to become a three-time Memphis Wrestling Heritage Champion. Bosby wants his championship rematch in two weeks, and he wants his rematch to be a two-out-of-three falls match, which he has never lost. He says Mike Anthony got lucky, but he will not get lucky again. He then proclaims that when he wins, he will shove his victory down everyone's throats.



Backstage, Gavin White is looking for Kevin White and cannot find him.

The Bizness Dawgs (Tim Grind and Lil' Homie) vs. The Whites (Kevin and Gavin White) for the Memphis Wrestling Tag Team Championships ends in a no-contest. The Whites (Kevin and Gavin White) retain the Memphis Wrestling Tag Team Championships. At the start of the match, Gavin White comes out without Kevin White, having been unable to find Kevin. Gavin tells Dustin Starr that Kevin was here, but he cannot find him. Tim Grind says that The Bizness Dawgs want this match, and Lil' Grind proclaims that Kevin is scared and demands that Gavin either relinquish the tag team titles or face them two-on-one. Gavin says he is not a quitting man and faces The Bizness Dawgs two-on-one. During the match, however, The Slaugherhouse (Reverend Ash Taylor, Jagged James, Nasty Nick) show up and decimate both teams.

Championship Gold - Championship Wrestling recap for July 19, 2026

Mathias beats Guy Cool.

Backstage, David Marquez interviews The Epic.The Epic says that Jordan Cruz "FA'd" and that he is about to "FO," and that Cruz is getting an ass-whupping and that Cruz is going to find out that he is "the CEO of FAFO."

Fidel Bravo beats Buck Skynyr with a Michinoku Driver out of nowhere. After the match, Delirium (Slade, McCalleon, Carma) show up, and they approach Buck Skynyr. Carma offers her hand, and Skynyr and Carma shake hands.

Royce Isaacs vs. Bad Dude Tito from June's Sunday Night Slam is replayed.

We see footage of Buck Skynyr locked in a door room and surrounded by Delirium (Slade, McCalleon, Carma). Carma tells Skynyr that his track record indicates he needs some help, and tonight, karma is in his favor.



Jordan Cruz retains the UWN World Championship against The Epic. During the match, Cruz tries to use the UWN World Championship as a weapon, but referee Justin Borden keeps him from using it. As referee Justin Borden gets the championship removed from the ring, Jordan Cruz dodges The Epic, who inadverently squashes Borden in the corner. Cruz goes for a low blow, but The Epic catches it, and he gets the better of Cruz only to realize that there is no referee. As The Epic revives the referee, Cruz grabs the World Championship again, but The Epic steps on the title to stop him from using it as a weapon again. Cruz sends The Epic through the ropes, grabs the title, and hits The Epic with a draping DDT through the ropes to win and retain. After the match, Cruz is about to hit The Epic with a metal folding chair when Che Cabrera shows up and takes the chair from Cruz as Cruz is about to swing. The Epic gets up and hits Cruz with an F5 on the World Championship.

Memphis Thing - Memphis Wrestling recap for July 18, 2026

Matchmaker King Cobra thanks everyone for the well-wishes, then tells Kick-Ass Wrestling there will be hell to pay and that there will be a steel cage match between KAW and Memphis Wrestling on Sunday at Ghost River Brewing Company on Main Street. He then says that KAW and Memphis Wrestling will both get theirs on today's episode.



The Slaughterhouse (Jagged James, Nasty Nick, Reverend Ash Taylor) beat some people up on the way to the ring for the next match.

The Slaughterhouse (Jagged James and Nasty Nick) beat Muddy Waters (Gio Savage and "The Judge" RJW) after RJW is hit with what looks like a human bone.



We hear from Sycho Simon, who says it would not end that easily and that nobody can come to his house and take what is his. He says that nobody is safe from a real, live psychopath.



Morrow beats Ruffshot Lamonte in a Face Your Fears Match with a modified choke slam after Lamonte runs out of the ring only to be thrown back into the ring.



It is announced that Jerry "The King" Lawler now has a street renamed after him in Memphis, Tennessee. (The stretch of Homer Street from the corner at Given Avenue to the corner at Rhea Avenue, near Treadwell Middle School in Memphis, has been renamed.)



We hear from "The Gift" Ray Sanders, who says that he is not facing Kick-Ass Wrestling alone and that Derrick King and PG-13 (JC Ice and Wolfie D) will be backing him up. Meanwhile, Terry Golden talks with the Kick-Ass Wrestling, mentioning their history with PG-13 and stating that today is the day they teach PG-13 a lesson before going to Ghost River Brewing Company and finish the war.



Xya, Gigi Turner and C-Rex beat Ally X, Dahlia Black and Judy Lee in a six-woman tag match. During the match, C-Rex shows up shortly after the beginning of the match, and Ally X and Dahlia Black - the woman who attacked C-Rex last week - run away, leaving Judy Lee high and dry, allowing Xya to pin Judy Lee with a schoolkid pin for the win.



We hear from The Whites (Kevin and Gavin White). Gavin wants to give The Bizness Dawgs (Tim Grind and Lil' Homie) the rematch to prove they are not cowards, and Kevin says they will keep doing what is right.



We see footage of PG-13 (JC Ice and Wolfie D) meeting with the fans at the WrestleCenter.

Dustin Starr interviews Justin Case at the announce desk. Justin Case says the fans, not Dustin, should be welcoming him back, then says that everyone he has managed has become champions, and that he has led wrestlers to almost every championship in Memphis Wrestling. He says that he will not reveal who he is managing today, but when he is ready to reveal who it is, Dustin Starr will be the first to know.



Big John Dalton beats "Slick" Nick Scott. During the commercial break, Dustin Starr interviews Big John Dalton at the announce desk. Big John says that Big Daddy is doing fantastic, and so is he, and says that he is stacking them up and demands that the opponents keep coming.



Wolfie D guests on commentary for the next match.

Chris Rocker beats "The Gift" Ray Sanders. During the match, the KAW outlaws show up, and Terry Golden grabs at Sanders' foot from the outside. In the commotion, Rocker hits Sanders with the ring bell hammer for the pin and the win with the assist from Golden, who shoves Sanders' foot off the ropes. After the match, JC Ice confronts Terry Gordon in the ring, and Golden beats JC Ice up while the KAW outlaws hold Derrick King and Wolfie D back. Security has to get involved as the show ends.

Championship Gold - Championship Wrestling recap for July 12, 2026

We hear from "Poppin'" EJ Sparks, who says that today is the day that he gets his rematch against "One in a Million" Maximilien for the Heritage Championship. He says that he has heard what Jordan Castle has had to say, then says his neck is at 100%, which means he is at 100%. Sparks says that he will not be sent packing after spending time winning championships elsewhere, and that nothing will stop him from winning the UWN Heritage Championship back.

5150 (Danny Limelight and Slice Boogie) beat Jake Redondo and Joey Lancaster. After the match, Danny Limelight mocks the fans, saying they boo 5150 because they do not know any better despite seeing the best tag team there is. He also says that 5150 has turned away all challengers for the tag team championships, and says that with or without the fans, they have the gold, no matter who they face next. Slice Boogie also mocks the fans, who he says can kiss 5150's asses, then tells United Wrestling Network to stop sending little kids to fight grown men's battles and send them real tag teams and the best in the country for they are the best in the country.



Carma beats Brittnie Brooks after Slade distracts the referee so that McCalleon can trip Brittnie Brooks on the outside.



Backstage, David Marquez interviews "Outlandish" Zicky Dice. Zicky says it is great to be back, then says that Marty The Moth and Shane Hartline have turned the place into a circus while injuring him, then says that Marty "slaps like a bitch" and that he plans to get his hands on Marty and Hartline. He says that Hartline's comedy show is now turning into desperation to get into the business, then says he is like a hemorrhoid and that he is not leaving the business. Zicky then says that if Powerslap does not settle it, then he will settle it here. On the subject of a slap match against Marty, Zicky says he is up for it and says that Marty will not be winning twice and that Marty will leave with broken bones in his face. Zicky then says that he has unfinished business and that he will be slapping both Marty and Hartline at Red Carpet Rumble in August.

Backstage, Vincent Troy interviews Jordan Cruz, who says that he hopes to put The Epic, who he calls "a dumpster fire," behind him. Cruz says that while The Epic has had a taste of the main event spotlight while riding his coattails, he will give him the full experience before taking it all away next week.

"One in a Million" Maximilen retains the UWN Heritage Championship against "Poppin'" EJ Sparks. During the match, Jordan Castle gets ejected after the referee catches him slapping Sparks in the face on the outside. Later in the match, Maximilen locks in Maxx Factor, but inadvertently sandwiches the referee into the corner, knocking him out. Sparks is able to hit the Plus Ultra, but the referee is down and no count can be made. Jordan Castle comes back, and as Sparks is about to hit Castle, Mathias suddenly shows up and carries Castle to the back. Sparks goes for another Plus Ultra, but Maximilen counters with a low blow before hitting Le Levesque (which is the Pedigree) to win and retain.

Memphis Thing - Memphis Wrestling recap for July 11, 2026

Dustin Starr interviews PG-13 (JC Ice and Wolfie D) at the announce desk to start today's show. Wolfie D says it has been 25 years, almost to the day, that PG-13 was in Memphis, Tennessee, where it all began in 1993. He says that the Memphis fans made them and that they have wrestled all over the world and became the tag team of the 1990s. All of a sudden, Terry Golden and the Kick Ass Wrestling collective suddenly show up, much to the chagrin of both Dustin Starr and PG-13. Terry Golden says "What's up, losers?" JC Ice says that this is PG-13's time to shine, and Golden tells JC Ice to "shut the fuck up" before saying he is the worst part of his father. All of a sudden, Derrick King and "The Gift" Ray Sanders shows up. Terry Golden says PG-13 are losers who ruined every opportunity they had, then says that Wolfie D's father is nothing and that Wolfie D's wife craps in a bucket. This leads to a potential brawl that officials and security have to break up.



After the commercial break, PG-13, Derrick King and "The Gift" Ray Sanders all have metal folding chairs in the ring while the Kick Ass Wrestling collective are held back, with Terry Golden even trying to swing a chair at the referees as the collective is forced out of the WrestleCenter.

Colton Cage guests on commentary for the next match.

"Action" Mike Jackson beats "The Gold Standard" Eli Knox, Wonder Boy, The Shocker, and "The Ember" Shawn Aries in a Five Starr Five-Way match to become the Memphis Wrestling Junior Heritage Champion after Colton Cage leaves the commentary table to distract Eli Knox as Moses holds Mike Jackson down. Eli swings at Jackson, but Jackson ducks and Eli inadvertently knocks Moses off the ring apron as a result. Mike Jackson then hits Eli Knox with a neckbreaker to win the match and the vacant Junior Heritage Championship at 76 years of age, making him the oldest champion to hold any title in the promotion.



Dustin Starr interviews The Hollywood Clique ("Hollywood" Jimmy Blaylock, Jay Smooth, Kale, Secret Service) at the announce desk. "Hollywood" Jimmy Blaylock says that things have not gone his way. He feels he made a good boss, that he had a lot of changes and good ideas in mind and that a lot of people loved him in the back, but somebody got in the way and messed up everything. He says that all they had to do is climb the ladder and grab the briefcase so he could be boss forever, and blames Kale for the Hollywood Clique's failure. He says that Kale embarrassed him in front of Big Vito and the world, and calls him "the weakest link." Kale says he has hired to win the tag team titles and that Blaylock needed him. Blaylock puts his hands on Kale and calls him "a son of a bitch" as he tells Jay Smooth to take care of business, and Jay Smooth hits Kale in the back of the head with the Cobra Cup. Jay Smooth throws Kale into the ring post and into the ring, then grabs a metal folding chair and wraps it around Kale's neck before stomping the top of the chair as well as Kale's knees and shoulders. Jay Smooth then stomps on the legs of the chair, injuring Kale's neck in the process.



Backstage, The L.A. Hustlers (Notorious Bradley and Ruffshot Lamonte) talk about The Modern Day Monsters (Warwolf and Marrow), then notice J. Webb, Nurse IV and the clown from the last few weeks around them. Lamonte, who has just stated that "everyone is crazy around here," freaks out and runs off.



CJ Squared (CJ Money and CJ Blaine) beat The Vybe Check (Sevyn Cruz and Jae Pariah). During the match, Chuck Swann, also known as "Brown Sugar" and "The Sweet One," shows up and watches the match from ringside. After the match, Chuck Swann helps The Vybe Check to the back.



We hear from The Bizness Dawgs (Tim Grind and Lil' Homie). Tim Grind says he took The Whites (Kevin and Gavin White) too lightly, and promises that this will never happen again as he demands a tag team title rematch so that all the fans who turned their backs on them will see them take the titles back. Lil Homie says they would still be champions if he was not hit in the head with a chair, and promises that The Bizness Dawgs will take the tag titles back.



C-Rex vs. Ally X in a rematch ends in a no-contest with a woman with green hair suddenly showing up and helping Ally X overpower C-Rex.



Backstage, Major Curtis chews out Robbie Maddox for waring a Sycho Simon T-shirt and tells him to throw it in the trash. After Major Curtis has his troop leave the ring, Robbie returns to the room and puts the T-shirt back on.



Marko "Hangtime" Harris beats VaShawn Harvey to win the Memphis Wrestling Internet Championship for the second time after stopping VaShawn's attempts at using a foreign object with a knee to counter a necklace around VaShawn's fist as a weapon and drop kicking the Internet Championship into VaShawn's face when VaShawn tries to use the title as a weapon.

Championship Gold - Championship Wrestling recap for July 5, 2026

Backstage, Mike Wexler interviews Che Cabrera. Cabrera says he was supposed to wrestle Bad Dude Tito, but the card is subject to change, and he is still ready to wrestle. That challenge is answered by "The Conscience" Christian Rosenberg and "The Anomaly" Alex Ace, as Rosenberg states that Alex Ace is hungry and that they have not forgotten about Jordan Cruz and the UWN World Championship. Rosenberg says that Cabrera asked for a fight and that Alex Ace will not disappoint, for it is in Cabrera's destiny.

The Evantourage ("Main Evant" Evan Daniels, Bryce Saturn, Damian Desire) head to the ring to start this week's show. Daniels sits in a director's chair as he addresses the elephant in the room, and states that as of today, he is the longest reigning UWN Television Champion of all time. Daniels says he did it all by himself, but even Bryce Saturn and Damian Desire are not buying it, and Daniel says that Saturn and Desire were nothing until he put them under his wing before claiming that they have proven themselves useless to him. Saturn snatches the microphone from Daniels' hands and says he and Desire have helped him time and time again and have sacrificed everything for him, and that Daniels would not have the longest Television Championship reign - or have won the title to begin wth - without them. Saturn says that he and Desire are stars and do not have to walk around with "a stupid-ass star jacket" to prove it. Daniels looks away from Saturn, which Saturn acknowledges as the crowd chants "stupid jacket" and Saturn tells Daniels that he is done and that The Evanourage is done. Saturn takes his Evantourage shirt off and gets in Daniels' face, and when Desire tries to play peacemaker, Daniels shoves him down. Desire takes his Evantourage shirt off, says "Screw you!" to Daniels, then he and Saturn leave. Daniels does not care, then says that the UWN Television Championship is on the line next month against Ray Jaz at Sunday Night Slam, and he will prove that Ray Jaz is nothing compared to him.

"The Anomaly" Alex Ace vs. Che Cabrera ends in a no-contest. During the match, Jordan Cruz shows up with a metal folding chair and hits Alex Ace in the legs with it behind the referee's back and manages to get away in time. When "The Conscience" Christian Rosenberg checks on Alex Ace, the referee finds out what has happened and throws the match out despite Jordan Cruz playing dumb.

Rob McKnight beats Vinny Pacifico in a Skid Row Street Fight.

Backstage, we hear from Jordan Castle and "One in a Million" Maximilien. Jordan Castle mentions the Jordan Castle Invitational and how Mathias was put out of his misery for good. He then says "Poppin'" EJ Styles was not invited and spoiled the fun, yet instead of being mad at Sparks, he is disappointed at himself after he showed him mercy last year when Maximilien beat him for the UWN Heritage Championship and ruined his glory in return. Jordan Castle then says Maximilien will not be as nice next time, for last time, Maximilen took the Heritage Championship; next time, he will take Sparks' career.

Willie Mack vs. Jordan Cruz for the UWN World Championship from June's Sunday Night Slam is replayed.

Memphis Thing - Memphis Wrestling recap for July 4, 2026

It is announced that after the end of last week's episode, Derrick King, Matchmaker King Cobra and "The Gift" Ray Sanders are attacked by members of Kick Ass Wrestling led by Terry Golden. Security and officials are also attacked in the process. Motley Crew, David Rocker, Danny B. Good and "The Hotstepper" DJ Brown are among those carrying out the attack. Golden says that if Memphis Wrestling wants a war, they have one. Golden says that Kick Ass Wrestling is the last bastion of real Memphis Wrestling and that Starr's promotion "is not Memphis wrestling."



We hear from Tim Bosby, who says that Mike Anthony is not going to be the American hero today and that Anthony will either tap out or get his ankle snapped off.



K-Toomer retains the Big Mane Fight Championship against K-Toomer by submissoin. Before the match, K-Toomer warns Robbie Maddux that while he likes him, this is serious business, and he does not want to fight his friends. Robbie throws his drink at K-Toomer's face instead and gets utterly decimated.



We hear from VaShawn Harvey, who says that he has worked harder than anybody in Memphis Wrestling to win the workhorse championship. He then says that Marko "Hangtime" Harris wants his title, but he beats him every time, and next week, they will settle it once and for all, and afterwards, he will still be Memphis Wrestling Internet Champion.



Dustin Starr interviews "Cold Hearted" Colton Cage, who is dressed up for today's show. He says that he has spoken with some people in the back, then says that being Junior Heritage Champion has been an honor. He then says that his injuries have piled up, as he has just got shoulder injury and also has a knee surgery, and as a result, he must relinquish the Memphis Wrestling Junior Heritage Championship. Suddenly, "The Gold Standard" Eli Knox and Moses show up, and Knox says that he is glad that Colton Cage is injured and hurt, for he would have beaten him for the Junior Heritage Championship anyway and headed to Beverly Hills. When Eli Knox demands the title, it is announced by Dustin Starr that there will be a match next week to decide the next Junior Heritage Champion.



Backstage, Major Curtis chews out Robbie Maddux for facing K-Toomer and tells him to toughen up, saying that this is not what he trained him for and to pull it in for America.



"The King of Pow" Chris Lexx beats Major Curtis, "Livewire" Bobby Ford and J. Webb in a Fatal 4th of July Match depsite Bobby Ford getting a chain to use as a weapon during the match.



Jake Brewer reports from the second annual Memphis Wrestling Hot Dog Eating Contest. The clown from last week is seen, and he also takes part in the contest. John Jolly ends up winning the contest with four hot dogs left.



Backstage, we hear from Raven Black and Bobbi Thunder. Raven says it does not matter who Xya brings, as she and Bobbi Thunder will beat her and her tag team partner today. Bobbi says they had a deal, and Raven says they have to take care of Xya first.

Xya and Gigi Turner beat Raven Black and Bobbi Thunder after Raven and Bobbi fight over who beats up the debuting Gigi Turner. After the match, Raven and Bobbi argue with each other on the way to the back while Xya and Gigi watch.



Mike Anthony beats Tim Bosby to win the Memphis Wrestling Heritage Championship for a second time after senior official David Knight stops Bosby from hitting Mike Anthony with a Con-Chair-To, allowing Anthony to drop kick the chair in Bosby's hands into Bosby's head before hitting three brainbusters to win the match and the title.

We hear from The Evantourage ("Main Evant" Evan Daniels, Bryce Saturn, Damian Desire). Evan Daniels says there is a lot of chit-chat around them and that they are not going to hit the iceberg like everyone thinks they will. He compares the iceberg that they are making a hard right against looks more like Ray Jaz and 5150 (Danny Limelight and Slice Boogie) and that from here on out, they are doing nothing but winning. Daniels then tells Ray Jaz to watch what he does to BYP tonight.

Delirium (Slade and McCallion) beat Transcendence (Bryce Saturn and Damian Desire).

Backstage, we hear from Bateman, who says that since his return, his sights have been set on taking the UWN Television Championship. He says he would have been champion if things turned out differently, then addresses Ray Jaz, knowing that he is talented and that he will have to stay on his toes. He then says that one well-placed strike is all it will take to win.

Brittnie Brooks vs. Big Mama for the UWN Women's Championship from June's Sunday Night Slam is replayed.

We hear from Ray Jaz, who can tell that Bateman has the fire to beat him and how he will beat that fire with passion.

Ray Jaz beats Bateman. After the match, Ray Jaz addresses "Main Evant" Evan Daniels, who soon shows up. Jaz wants Daniels for the Television Championship at Sunday Night Slam.

Memphis Thing - Memphis Wrestling recap for June 27, 2026

In backstage footage from earlier today, Matchmaker King Cobra, Derrick King and "The Gift" Ray Sanders are greeted by the locker room. Wonder Boy says that he would usually call them citizens, but in this care, they are the heroes, and in case they run low on energy, they can always plug it in with The Shocker. Kevin White says that he just got back and he is not ready to quit yet, and if he had to pick anybody, it could be Derrick King. K-Toomer says he usually comes to Derrick King and King Cobra for advice and looks to Ray Sanders like a brother, then says that what is happening to Memphis Wrestling is unacceptable and that they must take it back, as they worked too hard for this and they do not want a mockery of this for the future. He also says that they tell him not to tear the place up all the time, and that it is their turn to tear the place up.



Diana Taylor retains the Memphis Wrestling Women's Championship against Raven Black by disqualification after Raven hits Diana with a bottle. After the match, however, "Hollywood" Jimmy Blaylock shows up and restarts the match as a no-disqualification match. Bobbi Thunder shows up and tosses Diana into the ring, where Raven pins Diana to become the champion. Raven Black beats Diana Taylor to become the Memphis Wrestling Women's Champion.



Backstage, Derrick King meets with "The Gift" Ray Sanders. Sanders says they must win, and Derrick says they will. Matchmaker King Cobra shows up wondering who their partner is and when he will be here, and Derrick King says he will be here. Sanders says the third man causes trouble wherever he goes, but he still does not trust him. Nevertheless, Sanders and Cobra trust Derrick King.



We see footage from last week in Jackson, Tennessee where Kevin and Gavin White beat The Bizness Dawgs (Tim Grind and Lil' Homie) for the Memphis Wrestling Tag Team Championships.



The Slaughterhouse (Jagged James and Nasty Nick) beat Muddy Waters (Gio Savage and "The Judge" RJW) by disqualification after RJW hits Nasty Nick with a whip.



Backstage, Sevyn Cruz and Jae Pariah rue the loss of KJ Rockett and the $5,000 bounty on Mike Anthony, then Sevyn says that the vibes are not working. All of a sudden, a man who calls himself "Brown Sugar" and "The Sweet One" shows up offering to help them out.

Dustin Starr moderates a contract signing between Mike Anthony and Tim Bosby at the announce desk. Mike Anthony shows up first, and eh says that he does not call himself the best; the fans do. The crowd chants "MVP," and Mike Anthony says that this was the fans' choice, that he is the MVP's MVP, and that Bosby will go up and go down for the three count while he becomes Memphis Wrestling Heritage Champion. Mike Anthony signs the contract. Tim Bosby shows up, then says he will not be signing the contract because if he does and they have to wrestle, he will embarass Mike Anthony like he has embarassed everyone else because he is getting the match. Bosby says that the fans are not getting their match, then Mike Anthony says that Bosby is "second to one" and that he can end his career right now. Bosby signs the contract after some hesitation, then pokes Mike Anthony in the eye with the pen. Mike Anthony responds with a low blow before putting Bosby through the table for the contract signing with a brainbuster.



Derrick King and "The Gift" Ray Sanders beat The Hollywood Clique (Jay Smooth and Kale) and Big Vito in a ladder match for controlling ownership of Memphis Wrestling. During the match, "Hollywood" Jimmy Blaylock tries to climb the ladder, but he is stopped - and punched - by Matchmaker King Cobra. Soon after this, Kale stops Ray Sanders from climbing the ladder and pulls out a black ladder with "Hollywood" on it. As he climbs it, the lights go out, then Sycho Simon shows up for the first time since he lost the Memphis Wrestling Heritage Championship. Kale thinks that Simon is on his side until he gets choke slammed, then clotheslines and elbow drops . He then extends his hand to Ray Sanders, who takes it. Simon helps Sanders up, and Sandrs climbs the ladder and grabs the briefcase to win the match and controlling ownership of Memphis Wrestling from The Hollywood Clique.

Championship Gold - Championship Wrestling recap for June 21, 2026

Backstage, David Marquez interviews Bad Dude Tito and Slice Boogie. Tito says Slice loves to run his mouth and act tough, but he has gone through guys like Slice on the way to matches. He also says that Danny Limelight is not here anymore and that there will be no controversy or scandal when he beats him tonight. Slice says that Tito is salty with Che Cabrera and is taking his anger out on the younger wrestlers, then says that this is a showcase for the best and that he will walk all over Tito.

Jordan Cruz retains the UWN World Championship against BYP. After the match, Jordan Cruz says he lets the results speak for themselves and says that regardless of the size of the opponent, he is not going to lose.



The Red Carpet Rumble is coming on August 9th!

"Poppin'" EJ Sparks beats Joey Lancaster.



We see a vignette for Delirium (Slade and McCalleon).

"All Day" Will Allday vs. "Platinum" Max Caster from Gotham Wrestling is replayed.

We hear from Bateman, who wants to know who Ray Jaz thinks he is. He says he had plenty of business left with Evan Daniels until Ray Jaz put his hands on him, and says that Ray Jaz has made a mistake. Bateman says he does not give or take quarter, and that he laid him flat. He then says that he is not done with Evan Daniels yet.

Bad Dude Tito beats Slice Boogie.





The Dark Knight Rises - Gotham Wrestling recap for June 21, 2026

Jey Mesias beats Q Wynters after using the middle rope for leverage following the distraction by Patrick Fitzpatrick.

Backstage, we hear from Commissioner Guido. Guido says that things are going great in Gotham Wrestling, that they have a special coming soon called The Battle of Gotham, that the Five Boroughs Classic is also going great, and that Ray Jaz will be in the main event against Richard Holliday. Ray Jaz he is continuing to stay humble, battle-ready and fed in the competitive spirit. He says that he is ready for Richard Holliday's finishing move and that he is ready to go.

Nick Dos Santos beats "The Core Kid" Javi by submission with the cross arm breaker.

Backstage, "The Big Steppa" Colton Charles confronts Queens Get the Money (Jey Mesias and Patrick Fitzpatrick) for cheating to win against Q Wynters earlier tonight, and advises them to not only not raise their voices, but that if they want a real fight, he can bring his boys. Mesias throws his drink into Colton's eyes before Fitzpatrick throws a garbage can at him, then Queens Get the Money escape.

Bryce Donovan beats Danny Cabral. After the match, Bryce Donovan says he is a dangerous man, and that he and "VSK" Vinny Scalice are dangerous men. He says the fans have seen what he is capable of on his own, but when they get together at The Battle of Gotham, they will be the one taking opportunities. Donovan says they will take and take until they have everything and anything they want in Gotham Wrestling. He says there will be no judge, no jury and two executioners, because The Verdict is in.

Backstage, we hear from G.U.N.K. (Rob McKnight and Casanova Valentine) McKnight says they have something for Brett Ryan Gosselin and "D-Man" Dan Parker, as does Valentine, and they challenge them to a Dumpster Match.

Jack Cartwheel vs. "Main Evant" Evan Daniels for the UWN Television Championship from April's Sunday Night Slam is replayed.

Backstage, Sebastian Amore and Nat Castle exit the elevator only to find out that Dan Joseph and Amity LaVey are no longer near the ladder leading up to the roof. Nat Castle says that if she and Sebastian cannot find them now, then Sebastian will have to do something about. Sebastian says he will talk to Commissioner Guido.

"Platinum" Max Caster guests on commentary for the next match.

Richard Holliday beats Ray jaz. During the match, "Platinum" Max Caster distracts the referee as Ray Jaz makes Richard Holliday tap to the STF, and that allows Holliday to hit his signature move for the pin and the win. After the match, Max Caster attacks Ray Jaz and gouges his eyes. Drew Gulak gets in the ring and brawls with max Caster, then Jake Redondo shows up and fights both Caster and Gulak. Ray Jaz gts bac up, making this a tag team brawl, then Commissioner Guido shows up and tells all four men to stop brawling. Chris Dickinson then shows up and and fights everyone else, and when Commissioner Guido tries to stop Dickinson, Dickinson inadvertently knocks Guido out. Caster, Jaz and Redondo continue to brawl as Dickinson checks on Guido, who comes to only for Dickinson to clothesline him and put him in an STF in the middle of the ring.

Memphis Thing - Memphis Wrestling recap for June 20, 2026

Backstage, Derrick King and "The Gift" Ray Sanders try to come up with a third man. Sanders asks if King has an idea, and King says that he has an idea, but he might not like it.



Dustin Starr interviews Big John Dalton at the announce desk to start today's show. Big John says he is here today to kick some butt, then "Slick" Nick Scott suddenly shows up and says he liked Big John a lot more when he was at home taking care of his daddy. Big John Dalton immediately takes offense to this and slaps Slick Nick, and this leads to a match.

Big John Dalton beats "Slick" Nick Scott after countering a neckbreaker with the Bam Bam Slam. After the match, Dustin Starr interviews Big John Dalton again, and Big John Dalton says that this and every match afterwards is both for the fans and for Big Daddy, and that the WrestleCenter is his house and he is coming for championship gold.



It is announced that highlights of Kick Ass Wrestling are now available on the Memphis Wrestling YouTube Channel. We also see a a video package of KAW footage. (Kick Ass Wrestling would eventually become Memphis Championship Wrestling and become part of the WWF (now WWE) developmental system.) We then see a message from Kick Ass Wrestling founder Terry Golden, saying he chose to walk away on his own terms and that he wanted better for himself and his children. He announces that he will be here next week "with some of his old, broken down buddies" "who were kicked to the side" and that the blood will be all over the WrestleCenter.





We hear from Xya, who says that if Raven Black and Bobbi Thunder wants a fight, she will get it, and that she has friends, too.



We hear from Ally X (formerly Mama Ally and Mama Money), who says that "Mama Money" is gone and that the fans need to find out what happens when she has to fight for herself. She says that "Ally X" is here and that she is here to fight, and calls out anybody who wants to fight here so she can beat them in the middle of the ring. When Ally X heads to the ring, her open challenge is answered by C-Rex.

C-Rex quickly beats Ally X.



Backstage, Big Vito and The Hollywood Clique ("Hollywood" Jimmy Blaylock and Secret Service) look at the portraits on the wall. Big Vito says that King Cobra is going to go, and after he and The Hollywood Clique take over Memphis Wrestling for good, the portrait of King Cobra is going in the dumpster. After the commercial break, Blaylock looks forward to firing a whole bunch of people and bring in a whole new regime, and Big Vito hopes that Blaylock is ready for a big takeover as he also reminds Blaylock not to screw him.





Warwolf (formerly Bruce) beats Notorious Bradley with a schoolkid pin after Marrow scares Ruffshot Lamonte to the back.



It is announced that Kevin and Gavin White beat The Bizness Dawgs (Tim Grind and Lil' Homie) for the Memphis Wrestling Tag Team Championships in Jackson, Tennessee and that there will be more details about this next week.

We see a man dressed as a clown make a balloon animal before popping it with a pin and waving hello to the camera before laughing.



Dustin Starr interviews Marko "Hangtime" Harris at the announce desk. Marko Harris says that he did what he said he would to VaShawn Harvey in Jackson, Tennessee, and now he wants Marko Stunt.

Marko "Hangtime" Harris beats Marko Stunt by disqualification after VaShawn Harvey runs into the ring and attacks Marko Harris before hitting him with the Memphis Wresting Internet Championship. Marko Stunt then hits Marko Harris with a shiranui.



We see a video package honoring the career of "The Best of the Best" Austin Lane, who is now retiring. Dustin Starr then interviews Austin and his wife, Nikki Lane, at the announce desk. Austin talks about how he watched Memphis Wrestling with his grandmother every Saturday morning and dreaming of being a wrestling superstar. He says that he met his wife and a lot of fans along the way and even had a few rivalries along the way in his 28-year career. He admits that when Memphis Wrestling was no longer on television and was dying as a result, he was ecstatic to see Dustin Starr and Matchmaker King Cobra bring it back. He mentions his accomplishments in Memphis Wrestling, then says that his neck is broken and that he no longer has feeling in his hands. Austin Lane thanks the fans for standing behind him and his wife for the last 28 years and says it was worth every minute, and says that he and his wife were the best of the best before thanking the fans. Tim Bosby suddenly shows up and asks who gives a damn if Austin Lane is retiring, and says he dropped Austin Lane on his neck multiple times before saying he is the new "best of the best" and that Austin is not the best wrestler in his marriage. Austin Lane slaps Bosby, and Bosby kicks him in the gut before sending him into the ring post. Bosby then grabs a metal folding chair, and when Nikki Lane tries to stop him, Bosby shoves her to the side before wrapping the chair around Austin Lane's neck. Mike Anthony shows up as Bosby is on the second rope, and Bosby retreats as the show ends.

The Dark Knight Rises - Gotham Wrestling recap for June 14, 2026

Rex Lawless and Pat Buck beat The Backseat Boyz (JP and Tommy Grayson).

Backstage, Jake Redondo is interrupted by Brett Ryan Gosselin and "D-Man" Dan Parker. Redondo is not in the mood for their arguing, and tells them to kick rocks. They leave, then Redondo says he has been working for over a year and that he has the lottery ticket one does not have to scratch to know that he is a winner.

Sebastian Amor vs. Dan Joseph ends in a double count-out after both men beat each other up on the outside when Sebastian Amor ducks a clothesline and Dan Joseph inadvertently knocks Nat Castle off the ring apron.

Fred Rosser vs. Jordan Cruz for the UWN World Championship from April's Sunday Night Slam is replayed.

Backstage, Javi plans to keep going after his team lost the Five Boroughs Classic. Nick Dos Santos shows up and says that he can beat anybody in the ring before challenging him to a match next week.

Backstage, "D-Man" Dan Parker and brett Ryan Gosselin attack Bam Solomon as he leaves the arena, then throws him - and his suitcase - into a truck and locks him in. The truck then drives off.

"Platinum" Max Caster beats "Mr. All Day" Will Allday after shoving away a hurricanrana attempt from Allday and hitting a top rope elbow drop for the pin and the win.



Championship Gold - Championship Wrestling recap for June 14, 2026

Delirium (Slade and McCallion) beat Frequency (Honest John and Trinelle).

Backstage, David Marquez interviews Jordan Cruz and The Epic. Cruz says he and The Epic are both muscle, but he is the brains, and Alex Ace is just a continuation of what he has made with The Epic. He says that The Epic is coal he has made into a diamond that will stop Alex Ace tonight.

OXP beats Buck Skynyr.

Backstage, we hear from Fidel Bravo, who says that he has Vinny Pacifico tonight and that he has seen his dirty work. Pacifico shows up and says that while Bravo is good in the ring, he has a challenge against the biggest challenge in Championship Wrestling, and brags that he is taller than Bravo. Bravo says that he has been known for a long time in Championship Wrestling and that he will prove he is "the real short king."

Backstage, Rob McKnight takes a leak, then turns around and says he is excited for Vinny Pacifico in his match tonight before smelling the energy drink can in his hand, implying that he has urinated in it.

Fidel Bravo beats Vinny Pacifico. During the match, Rob McKnight shows up and replaces Vinny Pacifico's can of energy drink with the one that he has compromised, and when Pacifico takes it to the ring and drinks it, he spits it out and realizes what has happened. Fidel Bravo then hits a spinning Falcon Arrow for the win.

"The Anomaly" Alex Ace beats The Epic by disqualification after The Epic shoves the referee away following a five-count in the corner, even after Alex Ace did the same thing just moments earlier. After the match, Alex Ace and The Epic brawl to the point that multiple referees have to get involved, and when Jordan Cruz tells The Epic to get back in the ring and take out Alex Ace, The Epic sends Cruz into the ring instead. Alex Ace soon grabs Jordan Cruz by the neck and choke slams him out of his shoes to end the show. (Christian Rosenberg, Alex Ace's manager, is now known as "The Conscience.")

Memphis Thing - Memphis Wrestling recap for June 13, 2026

"Hollywood" Jimmy Blaylock shows up at the WrestleCenter, and with him is Big Vito LoGrasso. Blaylock says he has the paperwork, then Big Vito says that he came a long way to do business and threatens to throw Blaylock in a dumpster if he screws him. Blaylock says he has the most trusted people in Memphis with him, but Big Vito warns Blaylock that it is the most trusted people that he needs to watch out for.



K-Toomer retains the Big Mane Fight Championship against Atua the Samoan Brute.



We hear from Marko "Hangtime" Harris, who says that he will face VaShawn Harvey for the Internet Championship in Jackson, Tennessee, take the title back, and come for Marko Stunt back in Memphis.



Dustin Starr interviews The Hollywood Clique ("Hollywood" Jimmy Blaylock, Jay Smooth, Kale, Secret Service) and Big Vito LoGrasso at the announce desk. Big Vito tells the fans to wipe the smiles off their faces, for he is the protector of the investment for The Hollywood Clique, then says the fans are disrespectful and tells them to boo louder before threatening to beat the fans up if he has to. He then tells The Hollywood Clique not to acknowledge the fans, as even telling them to shut up is too good, then Jimmy Blaylock demands that Derrick King, "The Gift" Ray Sanders and Matchmaker King Cobra come to the desk. Derrick, Sanders, and Cobra show up, and Blaylock says there will be a ladder match between The Hollywood Clique and the team of Derrick, Sanders and King Cobra in a ladder match where the winners take control of Memphis Wrestling. After Blaylock says that he will be looking forward to fire the three of them when his team wins, Cobra says they are not going anywhere and they will not leave until they are ready to leave. Cobra accepts the challenge, and Derrick guarantees he will get rid of The Hollywood Clique. Cobra accepts the challenge, and Derrick guarantees he will get rid of The Hollywood Clique. Security has to step in as Big Vito says that they might as well do it right now. Cobra says he does not wrestle anymore, but his team does have a third person in mind.



Backstage, Ruffshot Lamonte is in the bathroom when he hears some weird laughter. It ends up being the laughter of Marrow, and he almost thinks he sees Marrow behind him as he washes his hands.



Dustin Starr interviews Kevin and Gavin White at the announce desk. Kevin says he was one of the baddest over twenty years ago and still is, and when he lost Brian Christopher, he promised to put family and friends first. Kevin asks The Bizzness Dawgs (Tim Grind and Lil' Homie) to come to the ring, and they do. Tim Grind says there might have been a misunderstanding, but Lil Homie does not believe that. Tim Grind says he and Kevin go way back, but they were always opponents and never friends. Kevin says he is glad Tim Grind said that, as he knows where he stands, and he is in 100% agreement. He then challenges The Bizness Dawgs to a father-son tag team match for the Memphis Wrestling Tag Team Championships at Jackson, Tennessee on June 19th. Grind questions if Gavin has even had a match yet, then says Kevin is nothing more than a rich little white boy with a silver spoon in his mouth, and grabs Gavin by the throat. Gavin throws a punch, starting a brawl security has to stop.



Backstage, "Hollywood" Jimmy Blaylock shows Big Vito LoGrasso the Cobra Cup, then shows his distaste for King Cobra. Big Vito says Cobra is an old dog who has paid his dues, then says it is time for a new regime, and Blaylock says they should rename the cup "The Hollywood Cup." Big Vito agrees, and says they should make some changes for the fans. Blaylock makes the newly christened Hollywood Cup the focus of the main event.



Backstage, we hear from Tim Bosby, who mentions the bounty he has put on Mike Anthony's head and how nobody has been able to take Mike Anthony out. He says he saved himself $10,000 by snapping Mike Anthony Anthony's ankle, then says Anthony should be in a psych ward for thinking he can take him on. He then wishes Mike Anthony good luck on his one ankle when he challenges him.



Bobbi Thunder beats "Sweet" Judy Lee.



Backstage, Matchmaker King Cobra tells Derrick King and "The Gift" Ray Sanders that they need a third person. Sanders and Derrick are stuck wondering who will even team with them. Cobra tells them to come up with some names, or they are all out of Memphis Wrestling.



Dustin Starr interviews Diana Taylor at the announce desk. Diana Taylor mentions that Raven Black is running roughshod in Memphis Wrestling, then says she is a fighting champion and a three-time Women's Champion for a reason. Raven Black shows up and punches Diana, starting a brawl. Raven Black then pulls out a battle, but Xya shows up with a crutch before Raven Black can hit Diana. Raven walks away, and Diana says that Raven wants a fight, she has it.

We hear from "The Gold Standard" Eli Knox and Moses. Eli Knox says that if Colton Cage will put the Junior Heritage Championship back on the line, he and Moses will be in Jackson, Tennessee on June 19th.

Big Vito LoGrasso guests on commentary for the next match.

We see footage of the nurse from the past few weeks working at the hospital. The only person in the waiting room is J. Webb.



Jay Smooth last eliminates "The King of Pow" Chris Lexx and Kale to win the Hollywood Scramble Match and win the Hollywood Cup. During the match, J. Webb returns along with Nurse IV, who has been teased in the last couple of weeks.

Championship Gold - Championship Wrestling recap for June 7, 2026

We hear from The Evantourage ("Main Evant" Evan Daniels, Bryce Saturn, Damian Desire). Evan Daniels says that they are back and better than ever, and that things are good between them now that Damian Desire is back. Jordan Castle shows up with an invitation to the Jordan Castle Invitational. Castle says that Saturn and Desire need some gold to compliment Daniels' Television title, then hands the invitation to Desire while Saturn is expecting the invitation to land into his his hand.

Before the next match, Jordan Castle shows up and demands that the fans close their mouths before introducing "One in a Million" Maximilien followed by all four challengers, including Mathias, who he soundly mocks before Mathias chases him out of the ring. Jordan Castle then guests on commentary for the match.

Mathias beats Damian Desire, Halex and Jake Redondo in the Jordan Castle Invitational four-way match, much to Jordan Castle's chagrin. After the commercial break, Jordan Castle congratulates Mathias on winning the Jordan Castle Invitational, then finds out he is facing Maximilien right now before Maximilien attacks him from behind.

"One in a Million" Maximilien retains the UWN Heritage Championship against Mathias by submission with the Max Factor after Jordan Castle pulls the referee out of the ring following a pinfall attempt by Mathias. After the match, Maximilien hits Mathias with a ground and pound, and Jordan Castle has Maximilien hold Mathias down so he can hit him with the Heritage Championship. All of a sudden, "Poppin'" EJ Sparks shows up and superkicks Maximilen while Castle gets out of dodge.

Backstage, David Marquez interviews The Evantourage. Evan Daniels says everything is fine between them, and Bryce Saturn says that everything is fine and that he and that he and Desire need a break. Saturn and Desire leave, then Ray Jaz shows up and tells Daniels he will take his title and give the fans a champion to be proud of after he gets through Bateman.

World's Finest (Steve El Lycan, LJ Ramos, El Aguila) beat Jake Maze, Hex, and Yassim Khan in a six-man tag match.

We hear from Christian Rosenberg and Alex Ace. Rosenberg tells Jordan Cruz to keep the World Championship warm for Alex Ace, but for now, they want The Epic, and next week, they will have a battle of the monsters. He says the bigger they are, the harder they fall, and not only does Alex Ace not plan on falling, but destruction is in The Epic's destiny.

Dustin Starr interviews Mike Anthony at the announce desk to start today's show. Mike Anthony respectfully asks for - and gets - the microphone, then addresses the bounty on his head placed by Tim Bosby and says that he will not only double the bounty himself, but he wants anybody and everybody in the business to come after him. He says that people want to see him in this company or that, but he is exactly where he is where he wants to be - in professional wrestling - and dares any and all comers to step up so he can step on them. Suddenly, Sevyn Cruz tries to attack Mike Anthony from behind. Mike Anthony makes light work of him, but Jae Pariah jumps in and also attacks Mike Anthony from behind. This leads to a two-on-one handicap match.

Mike Anthony beats The Vybe Check (Sevyn Cruz and Jae Pariah) in a two-on-one handicap match with two double Genetic Dreams followed by a double brainbuster. During the match, Tim Bosby guests on commentary. After the match, Tim Bosby gets in the ring and tries to hit Mike Anthony with the Heritage Championship, but when Mike Anthony ducks and gets him up for a brainbuster, Bosby blocks it and hits a low blow. Bosby then puts Mike Anthony in an ankle lock, and referees and security up just before Bosby lets go of the hold.



Backstage, "The Gift" Ray Sanders, Derrick King and Matchmaker King Cobra agree something needs to be done with "Hollywood" Jimmy Blaylock. King Cobra says he can handle this himself, but Ray Sanders and Derrick King want to back King Cobra up.



Backstage, Kevin White and Gavin White make a plan regarding Tim Grind and Lil' Homie. Kevin White says they will get things settled, but Gavin wonders what will happen if they do not. Kevin says they will do what is right until they can't, and they will fix it one way or another.



Dustin Starr interviews VaShawn Harvey and Marko Stunt at the announce desk. VaShawn Harvey could care less about Eugene, and Marko Stunt says that Eugene is in the past in more ways than one, saying that Eugene was a fan of his and that he and VaShawn got rid him, as the WrestleCenter does not need Eugene when the real champions are running things. Marko Stunt says there is a major reason why he stuck with VaShawn Harvey, as there is only room for one Marko in Memphis Wrestling and he is the better Marko. Marko "Hangtime" Harris shows up and wants to know why Marko Stunt would help VaShawn Harvey after all VaShawn did to him, then tells VaShawn he is taking the Internet Championship back and kicking their asses. Marko Harris punches the both of them, but the numbers game eventually takes over when VaShawn Harvey throws Marko Harris into the ring steps and blasts him with the Internet Championship.



"Livewire" Bobby Ford beats "The King of Pow" Chris Lexx by disqualification after Chris Lexx picks up a chain that Bobby Ford drops and hits him with the chain wrapped around his fist after Bobby Ford calls him a coward.



Backstage, "Hollywood" Jimmy Blaylock has Jake Brewer forced into the office by Secret Service to announce that "The Gift" Ray Sanders vs. Jay Smooth is now today's main event. He says that Ray Sanders is in so much trouble before Jake Brewer is forced back out of the room.



C-Rex quickly beats Robbie Maddux after overpowering Major Curtis.



We hear from Big Daddy, who talks about his Stage 3 colorectal cancer diagnosis from January, and despite days being both good and bad, he thanks the Memphis Wrestling fans for their support, and says he cannot wait to get back to 100%. He then warns the locker room that there is a beast on the loose and that Big John Dalton is back, and that everyone is on notice.



We see the nurse from a few weeks ago. As she says that she is not crazy, the room glows red, and we see J. Webb behind a window.



CJ Squared (CJ Money and CJ Blaine) vs. The Slaughterhouse (Jagged James and Nasty Nick) ends in a no-contest. After The Slaughterhouse leave a path of destruction through the WrestleCenter entrance, CJ Square get decimated before the bell rings. Muddy Waters (Gio Savage and "The Judge" RJW) show up, and after RJW cracks his whip, The Slaughterhouse and Reverend Ash Taylor back down.



"Hollywood" Jimmy Blaylock guests on commentary for the next match, and he boots Dustin Starr out of his seat on commentary to do it.

Jay Smooth beats "The Gift" Ray Sanders. During the match, "Hollywood" Jimmy Blaylock has Secret Service remove and replace senior referee David Knight mid-match. Shortly after that, Secret Service removes Derrick King from ringside for being in Ray Sanders' corner. After that, Kale trips Ray Sanders down from the top rope, allowing Jay Smooth to hit Smooth Sailing for the win.

Championship Gold - Championship Wrestling recap for May 31, 2026

Backstage, David Marquez interviews "Main Evant" Evan Daniels and Bryce Saturn. Daniels says Tyler Bateman is a lot of things, including next on the very long list of men who have fallen to "The Literal Star" and the greatest Television Championship reign of all time. He also says that Bateman has picked the wrong time and person to make a return with. On the subject of Ray Jaz, Daniels says he does not talk about people behind him, and Bryce Saturn says that they had Ray Jaz beaten and that the referee just missed a tag. Saturn then says that he will get the job done against Ray Jaz on his own tonight, and Daniels says "You better."

Jordan Cruz and The Epic head to the ring. Cruz says it is his pleasure to welcome everyone to tonight's show despite the reception he has just gotten, and that it is a privilege to witness him in all his glory. He says that the fans have no idea how good they have it, as he is responsible for peak entertainment and bringing the best that wrestling has to offer, as he has dropped all of his opponents, with "The Anomaly" Alex Ace being another addition to his list. Cruz says that Alex Ace and Christian Rosenberg may have tried to pull a fast one on him and that Alex Ace may have the unteachable gift of size, but the way things have been moving lately, he feels more like God than himself and he has all the answers to "the Anomaly problems" starting with The Epic. Cruz tells The Epic to forget the bullet he shoved him into last week, and tells him that his best place is on his side following his orders and listening to his rules. All of a sudden, Alex Ace and Christian Rosenberg show up, and Rosenberg tells Cruz it is time to listen to his conscience, as while a lot of things he has said is correct, last week was the first time in over two years that Cruz tasted defeat courtesy of Alex Ace. He says that Alex Ace should be the rightful owner of the UWN World Championship, had The Epic not gotten his hands on him. He says The Epic stuck his nose where it did not belong, then says it is far from over between Alex Ace and Jordan Cruz and tells The Epic that Alex Ace has cordially invited him to a one-on-one match. He says that if The Epic were to accept, destruction is in his destiny. Jordan Cruz says Rosenberg is writing checks Alex Ace cannot cash, and when Cruz accepts on The Epic's behalf, The Epic shoves Cruz out of the way and stares Alex Ace down.

Ray Jaz beats Bryce Saturn by submission with the Jazmission. After the match, Jaz runs into "Main Evant" Evan Daniels on his way out, and Evan Daniels enters the ring and chews Saturn out as they head to the back. Saturn shoves Daniels, then leaves.

Backstage, we hear from Rob McKnight and Halex. McKnight says that he and Che Cabrera are going to throw down and make a mess of the place, then Jordan Castle shows up and announces that next week is "The Jordan Castle Invitational," a single-elimination four-way match to decide a #1 contender for the UWN Heritage Championship. Castle then seemingly addresses McKnight and calls him "the man for the job," then hands an invitation to the match to Halex.

Before the next match, Vinny Pacifico shows up to watch from ringside.

Che Cabrera beats Rob McKnight. After the match, the referee has to hold McKnight back when Vinny Pacifico taunts McKnight.

Backstage, we hear from Jake Redondo and Joey Lancaster. Redondo says they have finally found their stride when Jordan Castle shows up with another invitiation to his four-way match, saying there is space for only one man in the match before handing the invitation to Redondo after seemingly addressing Lancaster.

Bateman beats "Main Evant" Evan Daniels by disqualification. "Main Evant" Evan Daniels retains the UWN Television Championship. During the match, Daniels grabs the Television title, but the referee takes it away when Daniels tries to use it as a weapon. When Bateman has him in a single leg crab, however, Daniels is able to snatch the title out from the corner of the ring and hit Bateman in the head with it. After the match, Daniels continues to attack Bateman until Ray Jaz rushes into the ring and chases him out. Jaz then helps Bateman out up to be clotheslined by Bateman for his efforts.



The Dark Knight Rises - Gotham Wrestling recap for May 31, 2026

Drew Gulak, "The Greek God" Papadon and Leo Sparrow beats Queens Gets The Money (Patrick Fitzpatrick and Jay Mesias) and "The Big Steppa" Colton Charles to advance in the Queens Block of the Five Boroughs Classic after Charles and Queens Gets The Money fail to get along and Charles slaps Mesias with a hand meant for Fitzpatrick, which causes Charles to chase Fitzpatrick to the back. After the match, Gulak shakes hands with Leo Sparrow, but Papadon does not.

Backstage, we hear from Jarrett Diaz and "Thicc Daddy" Andy Brown. Jarrett has a problem with "Platinum" Max Caster, but Andy Brown does not. Andy Brown wants nothing to do with Jarrett's beef with Caster, and after Jarrett says that Brown had no chance of winning in their triple threat match, Brown takes this as a challenges and tells him he will beat his ass.

The Midnight Heat ("Precious" Eddy Pearl and "Rockin'" Ricky Gibson) vs. 5150 (Danny Limelight and Slice Boogie) for the UWN Tag Team Championships from April's Sunday Night Slam is replayed.

Backstage, "The Greek God" Papadon admits to Drew Gulak that they both make a good team despite their history. Leo Sparrow then shows up and says that they now have to fight, then hands Drew Gulak an avacado.

Nick Dos Santos returns next week.

Jarrett Diaz beats "Thicc Daddy" Andy Brown. Both men fist bump after the match.

Backstage, we hear from Dan Joseph. Dan Joseph says he will keep doing what he has been doing, and while he has been stumbling a bit lately, he will keep working. As he speaks, Amity LeVay shows up and smiles at Gulak.

Backstage, Pat Buck is met by The Backseat Boyz (JP and Tommy Grayson). Pat Buck proposes a tag team match, and he is soon met by Sean Wachter and Rex Lawless.

Drew Gulak beats Leo Sparrow and "The Greek God" Papadon in a triple threat match to advance in the Queens Block of the Five Boroughs Classic after Sparrow hits the Revolution DDT on Papadon only for Gulak to put spinach in Sparrow's mouth and make him submit to the Gu-Lock. After the match, Papadon shakes Gulak's hand, then Commissioner Little Guido congratulates Gulak.
