The Teardrop Xplodes - Xplosion recap for October 10, 2025

We look back on The Hardys (Jeff and Matt Hardy) vs. Team 3D (Bully Ray and Devon) vs. The Wolves (Eddie Edwards and Davey Richards) from the September 10, 2014 episode of IMPACT Wrestling.

Tom Hannifan interviews Gia Miller for Around the Ring. Topic discussed include what has led to Gia's match with Tessa Blanchard at Bound for Glory, how Gia became more and more aware of Tessa's reputation the longer she was in TNA, having trained in muay thai and how Gia plans to shock the world at Bound for Glory.

We look back on Joe Hendry vs. Eric Young in a no-disqualification match from last night's show.

It's time for The Fir$t Cla$$ Penthouse. AJ Francis reintroduces himself before bragging about bringing A-Game Energy Drink's promotional deal as well as the biggest sponsorship in TNA history: his new album, Dear $ummer, which is now streaming on all platforms. He also is wearing his Stanley Cap Finals edition Aleksander Ovechkin Washington Capitals jersey due to his celebratory mood before showing the fans what a real winner looks like with his guest tonight: Myron Reed. Myron heads to the ring, and Francis tells Myron that he made a star-making appearance against Leon Slater for the TNA X Division Championship at Victory Road, but he will have to change the people around him in order to become a true superstar, because when Trey Miguel could not go, he was brought as a substitute, and when Trey returned, he was pushed to the side. AJ Francis says he would never kick someone out of Fir$t Cla$$, and tells Myron that he would be better off "flying Fir$t Cla$$." Myron tells AJ Francis he respects the offer, but refuses, as he refuses to turn on his friends. Francis says he only deals in things that are money, and just like the fans in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, he would not know a star if it spit in his face. He talks about how he was on Myron's last album and how Myron is not on his new album, but Myron says he did not want to be on the album because AJ Francis' verse on his album "was trash." AJ Francis says the only trash thing he sees is "[Myron Reed's] trash-ass baby mama." Myron fights Francis only to get grabbed, but Myron avoids the Down Payment, sends the tabel into AJ Francis' gut after playing keep-away with him, superkicks AJ Francis out of the ring and hits him with a dive over the top rope before breaking the cover for AJ Francis' new album over his knee.

Layin' da SmackDown - SmackDown recap for October 10, 2025

"The American Nightmare" Cody Rhodes heads to the ring to start tonight's show. Cody gets the "Daddy Cool" chant before addressing recent events regarding Seth "Freakin'" Rollins and Paul Heyman, stating that Rollins is becoming the type of person who he sacrificed himself to beat. He says that he will be Rollins' Achilles heel much like he was Roman Reigns' Achilles heel and says that he cannot blame Rollins falling into this trap, for when one loves WWE like Rollins does, one will do anything to protect it and keep it sacred. He then says that when one thinks they are the only person who can do all of that, that leads to one's downfall. Cody says that as much as he would love to be a leader, he is part of the greatest team to ever be assembled, and if he cannot pull his weight, there is someone else who can do it. He says there are other men and women like Randy Orton, Roman Reigns, Rhea Ripley, "Main Event" Jey Uso and CM Punk, and that Rollins could also be one of those people if he were not so envious of the spot he is in. This leads to a "Seth is a wanker!" chant, which Wade Barrett has to, in fact, confirm is a "Seth is a wanker!" chant before Cody states that Rollins thinks the world revolves around him and that he himself is the man that Rollins cannot beat.

Backstage, Chelsea Green congratulates Stephanie Vaquer on becoming Women's World Championship and says that she "has it," then offers her a position as a "Secret Hervice Slaygent" before Tiffany Stratton arrives. Chelsea leaves, and Stephanie says that she and Tiffany will have each others' backs tonight before they become competitors tomorrow.

Backstage, "The American Nightmare" Cody Rhodes runs into Jacob Fatu, who says that he wants to face Cody for the Undisputed WWE Championship when Cody is done with Seth "Freakin'" Rollins. Cody says "Good," then walks away. General Manager Nick Aldis shows up and says he loves nothing more than somebody leveling up in real time, and asks him to see him in his office about something. Aldis leaves, then Jacob is attacked from behind by Drew McIntyre. Aldis returns with officials to stop McIntyre from doing further harm.

Sami Zayn's next open challenge opponent is revealed to be Shinsuke Nakamura.

Shinsuke Nakamura vs. Sami Zayn for the WWE United States Championship ends in a no-contest. Sami Zayn retains the WWE United States Championship. During the match, Nakamura is pulled out of the ring and attacked by a man in a black hoodie, who is revealed to be a returning Tama Tonga in facepaint. Talla Tonga, Tonga Loa and JC Mateo also show up in facepaint, and the four of them gang up on both Sami and Nakamura before Solo Sikoa shows up and stands alongside them.

Backstage, General Manager Nick Aldis confronts Drew McIntyre and tells him that next week, he will face Jacob Fatu in a one-on-one match. McIntyre is okay with this before he is attacked out of nowhere by Jacob, and Aldis and officials have to restore order.

Stephanie Vaquer and Tiffany Stratton beat Giulia and Kiana James.

Backstage, Sol Ruca asks Zaria questions about Australia when Charlotte Flair and Alexa Bliss show up. Charlotte warns Sol Ruca and Zaria that facing them is not just another match, and Alexa says that being in a match is a very big deal. Zaria says they are not waiting for their turn, and dares them to prove that they are not ready yet. Charlotte finds this disrespectful, yet bold. Sol Ruca admits they respect them, and states they just want a shot to prove they are among the best. Charlotte accepts, but Alexa warns them that they will not hold back.

The Wyatt Sicks (Joe Gacy and Dexter Lumis) retain the WWE Tag Team Championships against The Street Profits (Angelo Dawkins and Montez Ford) following the distraction from Erick Rowan, Nikki Cross attacking B-Fab on the outside, and Dexter Lumis saving Joe Gacy from a top rope splash by Montez Ford. After the match, MFT (Tama Tonga, Tonga Loa, Talla Tonga, JC Mateo) shows up and stares down The Wyatt Sicks (Gacy, Dexter, Rowan, Nikki). Nikki steps up to Solo Sikoa when he gets in the ring, and Solo Sikoa calls his men off before demanding Uncle Howdy and leaving the ring.

Backstage, Cathy Kelley interviews The Miz, who says that he saw potential in Carmelo Hayes and wanted to mentor him, yet Carmelo had the audacity to say he was done with him. He says that he is the spotlight and can turn into a star, and says that Carmelo blew it. He says that you can either rise with him or fall against him, and tells Carmelo Hayes that he missed.

We see a video package chronicling the events between Damian Priest and Aleister Black leading to tonight's main event Last Man Standing Match.

Aleister Black beats Damian Priest in a Last Man Standing Match after Priest gets Aleister on a platform near the crowd only for Zelina Vega - Aleister Black's real-life wife - to show up from out of the crowd and protect Aleister while begging Damian Priest off. This gives Aleister enough time to throw a fireball into Priest's face so he can kick him off the platform and through a table with Black Mass for the win.

Final iMPACT! - iMPACT! recap for October 10, 2024

Masha Slamovich, Sol Ruca and Jordynne Grace beat Rosemary, Wendy Choo and Tasha Steelz in a six-woman tag match.

Backstage, Gia Miller interviews "The Walking Weapon" Josh Alexander and Sinner and Saint (Judas Icarus and Travis Williams). Alexander says Steve Maclin and Eric Young would not have had what happened if they stayed out of his business, and says they got in his business just to be relevant again. He says that they have done anything noteworthy of late and that they are the past while he looks to the future, which is why he recruited Sinner and Saint, as they have a killer instinct that Young and Maclin do not have and they are the future. Alexander says that the three of them - "The Northern Armory" - will wipe the floor with the TNA locker room.

"The Wanted Man" Nic Nemeth heads to the ring. Nemeth says he is feeling good tonight because he loves being the TNA World Champion, and due to recent events, he knows that the main event of Bound For Glory is his title defense against Joe Hendry. Due to Nemeth saying his name, Hendry shows up, then says that this match is not another viral song release or post, but an eleven-year journey to become a world champion, and he gets to face a champion like Nic Nemeth. He says that Nemeth has been champion everywhere he goes, and calls him one of the best to ever lace up a pair of boots, then says that the fans are chanting "We Believe." Nemeth says a lot of people believe in Joe Hendry, who he says has done it the right way, and appreciates the kind words. He says that even Shawn Michaels believes in Hendry, and says that while legends believe in Hendry, John Layfield believes in Ziggler. When Hendry asks how John Layfield will figure into their match, Nemeth says he should worry more about him than Layfield, as he does not plan on losing the World Championship any time soon. Suddenly, Fir$t Cla$$ (AJ Francis and KC Navarro) shows up, and AJ Francis says he and KC Navarro are confused, as they are the event of Bound For Glory, as they are nothing but money. He then says that all the fans in "Trashville, Tennessee" are "country bumpkins," but they still made the show and that he made Joe Hendry, as Joe was "a C+ player" "on the pre-show" before he showed up. After telling the fans to shut up and says that they believe barbeque sauce is toothpaste, he says the fans only started believing when Hendry sang his songs about him. Hendry plays dumb at first before mentioning the songs targeting AJ Francis. AJ Francis says he expected this from Hendry, then says he was here to talk to Nemeth, who he used to have respect for, and states that whatever the event is, Fir$t Cla$$ is always "the perpetual main event." AJ Francis says he expected this from Hendry, then says he was here to talk to Nemeth, who he used to have respect for, and states that whatever the event is, Fir$t Cla$$ is always "the perpetual main event." Nemeth says that he is famously a nice guy and respects what Fir$t Cla$$ has done, and if he could find somebody who could be a tag team partner of his, he would love to prove it to him. Hendry volunteers as only he can, then Director of Authority Santino Marella arrives. Santino likes the idea of a tag team match between both parties and makes it official for tonight.

Backstage, Ash by Elegance and personal concierge George Iceman find out that they have to give Heather Reckless an extreme makeover, and after initially being horrified over what they have to work with, they soon become a lot more enthusiastic.

"The Walking Weapon" Josh Alexander beats Eric Young following distractions and interference by Sinner and Saint (Judas Icarus and Travis Williams), which allows Alexander to win with a jackknife pin. After the match, Young attacks Alexander, then fights The Northern Armory (Alexander, Icarus, Williams) only for the numbers game to take over. We then find out that Steve Maclin has been attacked and has had his hands ziptied behind his back backstage as officials look for medical help. Alexander then gets a metal folding chair, wraps it around Eric Young, and Pillmanizes Eric Young with a knee drop from the rope while Icarus and Williams hold Eric Young down.

Backstage, Gia Miller interviews Jordynne Grace as she looks for Masha Slamovich backstage. They both soon find a red-lit room with photos of the women's division crossed out, and the only photo not crossed out is Jordynne's.

Mike Santana heads to the ring. Santana addresses Moose as he says he is sick and tired of having to deliver his message to a camera every week, for where he comes from, people meet face-to-face and put their hands to work just like when he stormed into The System's locker room. He says that he did not expect to come out of that the same, and that he does what he does with intent and purpose, and he wants Moose to know that just when he thinks he is safe, he will come for him at ever angle and turn his world upside-down. Santana then proclaims that when he cost him his purpose of going to Slammiversary for the World title, all he did was create a new purpose: make The System's lives a living hell. Santana then calls Moose out, and Moose shows up and says that after what Santana pulled, he got the best security money could buy in Nashville, Tennessee. He then brings out a few security guards to stand between him and the ring. Moose says that Santana only thinks he is a tough guy and that he is "nothing but a dumbass." Santana tells Moose that he sounds ridiculous due to his sneak attacks, and says Moose is nothing more than "a baby boy bitch." He also says he can smell Moose's fear from the ring and that Moose has every right to fear him, because at one point, he was him, and they have both witnessed the same struggles and had to create something from nothing. Santana says the only difference is that he still walks the same blocks with the same people he grew up, and that he paid the price to get to where he is now, while Moose has forgotten who he is and where he came from. He then dares Moose to get in the ring with him without the security and prove he is the face of the franchise. Moose says he forgot where he came from, and since Santana has been gone, he became a three-time world champion and he did it on his own. Moose says he could beat up Santana right now, then says that when you are good at something, you do not do it for free. He says he is a prizefighter, and if he is going to pick a fight with Santana, he will want a big cut of the money. After he calls Santana a failure from the projects, Santana is attacked from behind by the rest of The System (Eddie Edwards, Brian Myers, JDC). Suddenly, ABC ("Inevitable" Ace Austin and Chris Bey) and The Hardys (Jeff and Matt Hardy) - whose match is supposed to be up next - show up and fight both The System and Moose's security, and clean house. Director of Authority Santino Marella shows up and makes Moose vs. Mike Santana official for Bound For Glory, then tells The System to keep their eyes on the next match, as it has serious Bound For Glory implications.

ABC ("Inevitable" Ace Austin and Chris Bey) vs. The Hardys (Jeff and Matt Hardy) ends with The System (Eddie Edwards and Brian Myers) attacking both teams. After this, Director of Authority Santino Marella puts Eddie and Myers in a three-way match against both The Hardys and ABC for the TNA World Tag Team Championships at Bound For Glory before making the match a Full Metal Mayhem Match.

"Speedball" Mike Bailey guests on commentary for the next match.

Before the next match, Jason Hotch says he can predict the future, and tells the "Tennessee hillbillies" in the crowd that tonight, he will walk through two "ham sandwiches," and next week, he will beat "Speedball" Mike Bailey. After John Skyler whispers in his ear, Hotch proclaims that The Good Hands will become the next X Division Champion, and Skyler states that the division will be in their good hands.

Leon Slater beats Jason Hotch and Laredo Kid to become #1 contender for the X Division Championship next week.

Jordynne Grace heads to the ring. Jordynne calls out Masha Slamovich after being unable to find her backstage, and Masha shows up. Jordynne mentions Masha's "kill wall" being back up and says that she thought we were past that, and Masha says that they became friends after putting the best women's match the TNA fans have ever seen, but since then, Jordynne knew she had to keep her close. She says that Jordynne kept her knowledge of Masha speaking English to be the center of attention, then accepts her challenge and proclaims that when she becomes Knockouts World Champion, she will learn what it is like to live in her shadow. She then hands Jordynne a manila envelope containing a crossed-out pic of herself.

Before the next match, AJ Francis is about to speak when Joe Hendry shows up. When Hendry speaks, KC Navarro punches him in the face, and he and AJ Francis gang up on Hendry before "The Wanted Man" Nic Nemeth makes the save.

"The Wanted Man" Nic Nemeth and Joe Hendry beat Fir$t Cla$$ (AJ Francis and KC Navarro). During the match, Hendry hits AJ Francis with the Danger Zone and Ziggler hits AJ Francis with the Standing Ovation.

He says there are serious implications for the TNT Championship, starting with "The American Dragon" Bryan Danielson and Swerve Strickland squaring off for a shot against him and his championship this Saturday on Collision. Jay White says he was going to return it until MJF decided to be rude, but MJF says he knows Jay White better than Jay White because he used to be that, and that Jay White does not care about anyone else and will use, abuse and main employee and that Jay White could give less of a shit about Bullet Club Gold and is using them to get to where he wants to be because it is part of his playbook. He then says that when he wakes up, he does the hard thing and tries to be a better man, and while it is his hard, it is working because he does not punch out the mirror's reflection and he has earned the fans' respect. MJF says there are two things he cares about right now - Adam Cole and his legacy and livelihood in the AEW World Heavyweight Championship - and states that holding the AEW World title makes one the best in the world. MJF admits that if Bullet Club Gold was not in the ring, he would have broken Jay's neck and taken back what is his, and that he knows he is very talented, and while he may one day be the AEW World Heavyweight Champion, that day is not today. MJF then tells Jay White to dig deep, be a man, show some dignity and show some respect to everyone and return the AEW World Heavyweight Championship that he has not yet earned. Jay White refuses, saying MJF has to earn it, and tells him to be patient and that he will earn his chance to face him for it and fail. He then dares MJF to find three other people who can tolerate it and beat the four of them, and says that maybe then, he can return the belt to him. "Rock Hard" Juice Robinson then announces that next week, there is a Dynamite Dozen Battle Royal for a chance to win the Dynamite Diamond Ring and that he will be in it and beating MJF and taking his ring, and after he takes everything MJF loves, he will give him a present: a roll of quarters with the word "Friedman" on it. This time, he manages to get Adam Cole, but not for long. The Acclaimed ("Platinum" Max Caster, Anthony Bowens, "Daddy Ass" Billy Gunn) then show up, and Max Caster offers to team with MJF, but MJF walks away. Billy Gunn wants to know why Caster is offering up their services and why Caster has an infatuation with him, to which Caster replies that they both started together before admitting that he likes it when MJF "plays hard-to-get."

He then addresses telling Edge to go fuck himself last week as well as Copeland stating that Nick Wayne and Luchasaurus will turn on him as soon as they get the information they need, proclaiming that he did not pick up some ragtag tag team, dress them up like it was Halloween and convince them that they were tough guys and that he is their father, not their leader. He also admits that Edge almost made him smile at the attempt of reuniting as a tag team, saying that the same sentiment was not there a few years ago when he was being deliberately held back despite being more talented while Copeland was being pushed to the moon, and asks where Copeland's tag team aspirations were back then. He then says that Copeland's career is on a downward slope while his continues to reach new heights, for he is the most talked about in the business. Christian Cage then tells Adam Copeland that Copeland needs him, not the other way around, then says he does not blame him for being a fan, as "Beth Copeland is also a huge fan." Tegan then tells Lyra that her title match must wait as she wants Becky again, but Lyra says she has worked hard for this title shot and that she is not letting anyone get in her way.

John Cena heads to the ring. He says NXT may be the future, but it is making history tonight after what has happened so far tonight, including the fans singing his own theme song, and states that the fans makes NXT what it is every Tuesday night. Cena says it is an honor to share space with the fans tonight, then says he is not alone in that case, as this is why LA Knight and Cody Rhodes are here. The fans then chant "Thank You Cena." He thanks the fans for creating the environment that a long list of WWE Superstars want to visit, as everyone is Raw, SmackDown and NXT. He says he could not say yes to Carmelo Hayes fast enough last week, as they share the same common values as they go into his match with Bron Breakker. Suddenly, Bron Breakker shows up, and the fans chant "Bron Breakker Sucks" to John Cena's theme before Breakker says it is a big night for NXT before stating the fans came here to see him (to which Cena jokes they can't), not Cena. Bron Breakker then says that John Cena is living in a fantasy land just like Carmelo Hayes is for thinking he can beat him. John Cena says that Bron Breakker is made for the business and is athletically gifted, but lacks respect and has a bad attitude. He says he did not come here to run Breakker down, then says he is here for his match before respectfully wishing Breakker good luck tonight. Cena extends his hand, but Breakker punches Cena instead. Breakker goes for the Spear, but Cena avoids it and goes for the Attitude Adjustment, which Breakker barely escapes.

Backstage, "The American Nightmare" Cody Rhodes is met by Tony D'Angelo and Channing "Stacks" Lorenzo, who propose a ten-team over-the-top battle royal where the winners challenge them for the NXT Tag Team Championships at Halloween Havoc. Cody makes it official for next week as the "Bada Bing Bada Boom Battle Royal."

He says Dragunov is not fooling him and that he is ducking him after knowing what he is capable of, and says that he is deserving of a title shot. He says that everyone around here is all the same, then leaves when LA Knight's entrance theme hits.

Ilja Dragunov retains the NXT Championship against "Dirty" Dominik Mysterio after special guest referee LA Knight helps counter the interference from Finn Balor and JD McDonagh by while Trick Williams stops Rhea Ripley from getting physically involved. Backstage, Bron Breakker is met by Paul Heyman. Heyman talks about how he has worked with his father and uncle, then says Breakker has the best both have to offer and that Breakker in the main event of WrestleMania is the future. He says the only thing standing in way is Carmelo Hayes, but Bron Breakker says that regardless of who stands in his way, he will break them all. Heyman then calls Roman Reigns after Breakker leaves.

We see a person flipping the channels on a CRT television looking at footage of WWE. He sees footage of Brian Pillman, then we find out Pillman is his father. We then get a glimpse of the man, who is none other than Brian Pillman Jr., who is no longer in All Elite Wrestling. He says Pillman was one of the most influential in the business and that everyone had fond memories of him. He then says he, his own son, does not, as he lost him when he was young. He says being a WWE Superstar is the last thing he wanted to be, but the industry is in his blood and he has no choice but to embrace it and bring pain to the business that brough him grief. He says he wants people to see him and think only of him, then says he is "nobody's junior" and that he is taking the last name of the man who really raised him: King.

Backstage, Kiana James thanks Asuka for leaving enough of Roxanne Perez for her before leaving. Before the next match, Paul Heyman introduces himself before introducing Bron Breakker as "the single, most talented performer on the NXT roster" and "a WrestleMania moment waiting to happen."

Carmelo Hayes beats Bron Breakker after John Cena stops Breakker from using the ring steps as a weapon and stops Solo Sikoa from getting involved, brawling with him to the back. After the match, Bron Breakker hits Carmelo Hayes with a Spear. He then says that win or lose, there is only badass in all of WWE. Suddenly, a gong is heard, followed by a motorcycle, as The Undertaker shows up as "The American Badass." The Undertaker shows up on a motorcycle and rides it around the ring, then has a staredown with Bron Breakker in the middle of the ring. Breakker calls Undertaker an old timer and says there is only one badass around here. The Undertaker says he has been watching Breakker for a long time, and one day, he will be a very special talent. He then says it is not today before distracting him with the microphone and punching him in the face. The Undertaker then choke slams Bron Breakker in the middle of the ring before telling him there is always an older, bigger, badder, badass waiting around the corner and that he just met the baddest of them all.

Raw Deal - Raw recap for October 10, 2022

Backstage, "The Heartbreak Kid" Shawn Michaels, X-Pac and "Road Dogg" Jesse James ask Triple H if he is ready. Triple H is reluctant due to all the sponsors that WWE has, and warns them not to do the raunchy stuff they did back in the day. Not surprisingly, everyone cusses, then we see four rubber chickens, which are referred to as cocks, and Shawn makes a chicken choking reference before Shawn, X-Pac and Road Dogg leave.

The Bloodline make their way to the ring to start tonight's show. Roman Reigns says that he likes to move forward and does not dwell in the past, but he cannot get past last Friday for some reason. He says that the loudest in the room is also the weakest in the room, and if the weakest is in The Bloodline, that makes them a fool. Roman asks Jey if he a fool, then says that they have done this a few times before. Sami Zayn interrupts to remind Roman that he made Jey his problem, asks Roman to let him handle the situation. Roman gives Sami the go-ahead, then Sami tells Jey that he and Roman were just talking about the future of The Bloodline and that everyone is concerned about Jey's behavior. Sami then asks how anyone can not like Jimmy Uso or Solo Sikoa, then says everyone is "cool" and asks Jey to be "cool." Jey asks Roman if he is ribbing him, but before Sami can go into more detail, Matt Riddle shows up. Riddle talks about how he beat Seth Rollins in the Fight Pit Match last weekend, then demands another match for the WWE Universal Championship despite not being able to face him for the title again after losing to him. Roman asks the fans if Riddle should get one more chance tonight, then decides against it, saying a deal is a deal. Riddle says that if Roman won't step up, then maybe a member of The Bloodline will. Jey tells Sami to take him on, and Sami - thinking this a good idea - asks Riddle if he thinks this is funny. This leads to Sami telling Riddle he never wants to hear him say "yeet," yet Riddle says "yeet," anyway. Sami then challenges Riddle to a match when Jey tells Sami that Riddle is low key disrespecting him, to which Riddle replies "I accept...yeet."

Dominik then dares Rey to hit him again. Rey cries as he once against refuses, and Dominik attacks him from behind when he walks away. Rhea Ripley then holds Rey down so Dominik can hit him with a 619.

We see footage from during the break where Rey Mysterio is seen crying.

The Judgment Day (Finn Balor, Damian Priest, Rhea Ripley, Dominik Mysterio) are in the ring. Rhea Ripley says they run things on Monday night, and Damian Priest says that everyone falls to them while The Judgment Day continues to rise before bragging about how Finn Balor handled business last weekend. Finn Balor says that he ended the party when it comes to Edge's miracle return, as he made Edge say that he quit because he is "too legit to quit" before we see footage of what happened at Extreme Rules. Rhea Ripley then calls Beth Phoenix a joke and says that what she did to her is just a fraction of what she is capable of, and Dominik says that watching Rhea Ripley in action "did it for him" and did it for all of the fans. He also takes pride in seeing the devastated look in Rey Mysterio's face that night, and says that Rey deserves to feel helpless and worthless as he has made him feel his entire life. Finn Balor then addresses "The Phenomenal" AJ Styles, saying he hopes that Styles has reconsidered as he is just about out of mercy. As he calls Styles out, Styles shows up. Styles says he is not here to argue with Finn and tells him that he is right, as everything he ever needed was standing right in front of him. He says he has been alone for far too long and that there comes a time when a man needs friends. Styles says that in his case, he needs family, then asks if he is not his brother's keeper. Styles kneels down in front of Finn Balor, who takes Styles' hand and hugs him. Finn Balor says he knew Balor would come around, then Styles says "That's not who I meant." The Good Brothers ("The Big LG" Doc Gallows - now Luke Gallows again - and "Machine Gun" Karl Anderson) show up for the first time since WrestleMania 36 and stand with Styles. Gallows smacks Dominik in the mouth, which starts a brawl. The Judgment Day are forced to retreat, and Styles tackles Balor over the announce table as The Good Brothers clean house. Gallows, Anderson and Styles then chase Finn Balor out of the ring and out to the ramp, then stand tall in the ring.

Backstage, Byron Saxton interviews Damage CTRL (Bayley, Dakota Kai, Iyo Sky). Dakota Kai says that Bayley was the only person to extend a hand when she was at rock bottom, then says that she will do anything for Damage CTRL and that the rest of the women's division has no idea what she and Iyo Sky have in store for them. She says that she and Iyo Sky will do so much damage that Bayley will be holding the gold that she deserves, then Iyo Sky says Bayley will kick Candice LeRae's ass.

Backstage, Paul Heyman, Solo Sikoa and Roman Reigns are met by Jey Uso as they are about to party. Roman tells Jey to stay in the arena with Sami Zayn and make sure that Sami wins tonight.

Candice LeRae beats Bayley after countering the Rose Plant with an inside cradle-like move. After the match, Iyo Sky and Dakota Kai attack Candice LeRae from behind, then Bianca Belair runs in only to be ganged up on. Bayley hits Candice LeRae with a running knee, then elbow drops Bianca Belair into the Raw Women's Championship as Iyo Sky and Dakota Kai hold Bianca down.

The Miz meets Maryse backstage. Maryse gifts Miz with a wooden baseball bat. (In the background, someone passes by with a QR code on their sweatshirt; it leads to this.)

Maryse introduces The Miz as part of The Miz's birthday celebration. The first gift that The Miz gets is two giant red balls to go with his "giant, massive bat," then treis to open another gift box only to find Dexter Lumis underneath. The Miz sees Lumis, then puts the box back on top of him and swings the bat only to miss. Dexter Lumis then sneaks up on The Miz and locks in Silence, and Maryse gets knocked into The Miz's birthday cake before Miz is able to run away, leaving Maryse in the ring alone with Lumis. Maryse rolls out of the ring and runs away, then Dexter Lumis takes the knife meant for the bitday cake and pokes a hole in the two big giant balls before carving out a slice of cake and eating it.

X-Pac, "Road Dogg" Jesse James and "The Heartbreak Kid" Shawn Michaels meet with Joey Ace and Chico, and tell them to bring it to Omos as they are two of them and one of them. After Chico and Haste leave, The Miz and Maryse want to see Triple H after what Dexter Lumis did. After Shawn says that Dexter Lumis has to have a reason to go after The Miz and that The Miz had to have done something to tick Lumis off, The Miz says he will do anything to get rid of Lumis. Road Dogg then makes a match next week where if Lumis loses, he is gone from WWE forever. If Lumis wins, he keeps Miz's gifts.

Omos beats Joey Ace and Chico (known as Robert Adams and Joseph Torres on the chyron) in a two-on-one handicap match. After the match, Omos hits both of his opponents with choke bombs. (Robert Adams/Chico is Chico Adams, while Joey Ace/Joseph Torres is Joey Ace.)

Lesnar then puts Lashley in the Kimura Lock before leaving.

Referees check on Bobby Lashley when Seth "Freakin'" Rollins heads to the ring wanting a fight, and tells Lashley that he will not get out of their match easily and that he wants it right now. He says that Lashley is supposed to be a fighter and a solider, then calls him a disgrace to the United States Championship and his country and dares Lashley to fight him. Lashley gets in the ring for the match, then goes for a Spear only for Rollins to hit the Pedigree for a near-fall. Rollins then goes for a frog splash off the top, but Lashley still kicks out. Rollins goes for The Stomp, but Lashley avoids it and hits the Spear. He goes for the Hurt Lock, but Rollins elbows his way out and hits the rolling elbow followed by the superkick and another rolling elbow to the back of the neck. After kicking away the injured arm, Rollins readies another Stomp and connects. Rollins then readies yet another Stomp, and again, he connects. Seth "Freakin'" Rollins beats Bobby Lashley to become the WWE United States Champion!

Taven rams Vincent into the ring post before laying Vincent on the table, punching him a few times and climbing up to the top rope. Generation NXT - NXT recap for October 10, 2018

Tommaso Ciampa shows up to start tonight's show. Ciampa says the greatest sports entertainer of all time has the greatest entrance music of all time. He says the best part is that it has brought silence to the sheep, but in every flock, there is always one who tries to break away from the pack. He says that in this case, it is Velveteen Dream, whom the crowd immediately chants for. He says Dream has his attention, but he has gone about it the wrong way when he pointed fingers, made accusations and stuck his nose in other people's business. Dream then shows up. Dream considers Ciampa's speech amusing, and says he does not appreciate his threats. He can only assume Ciampa speaks like he does because he believes he is a bad man, but he believes the NXT title deserves a real experience and not a guilt trip from "an angry little bald man" with insecurities. Ciampa says he may be a "angry little bald man," but he is the one with the title, and says Dream wants what he has: the main event, the spotlight and the NXT Championship. He says Dream does not even believe himself when he accuses him of attacking Aleister Black, saying Dream wants attention. He says everyone is listening, and tells him to be an admit "it." He then says the title says that maybe Dream is just not tough enough. After the thinly veiled Tough Enough reference, Dream says he is tough enough and man enough, and more man than Ciampa can handle. He tells Ciampa that if he wants to find that out, all he has to do is give him a moment with him and the NXT title. All of a sudden, Nikki Cross shows up. The crowd immediately chants for a Triple Threat match before Nikki Cross smiles at both Ciampa and Dream, and the crowd then chants "Nikki knows a secret!" Nikki tells Dream she knows what the Dream doesn't, then swats at him before listening to the NXT Championship and swatting the microphone out of Ciampa's hand. She then drops down and says into the microphone "I know what you don't, too!" She then repeatedly says "I know" before charging the Dream out of the ring and kicking the microphone away from Ciampa. Nikki Cross leaves while repeatedly saying "I know!" The crowd then chants "She knows!"

Total Divas Island - Total Divas recap for October 10, 2018

At Nattie and TJ's house, Nattie shares yogurt with a cat as she tells TJ that she is having a barbecue party for twenty people. TJ reminds her of the last time she hosted a party, but Nattie asks TJ to let her redeem herself. TJ gives her the opportunity, and Lana becomes the first person Nattie invites. Lana accepts the invitation despite being more than an hour today, and also invites her to spend the night in their spare bedroom.

In San Diego, California, Brie and Nikki meet Bryan at Brie and Bryan's house. Brie talks about breastfeeding, and Nikki is amazed about what Brie knows - and has done - concerning it. Nikki tries using Brie's pump, but feels awkward using it in front of people.

Nia Jax meets Paige in Paige's house. They head out to buy things for Nia's house as somebody works on Paige's house. Meanwhile, Nia feels that Paige has not been very lucky in the dating game, and tries to hook Paige up with her brother.

Nattie prepares the spare bedroom for Lana when Lana shows up. Lana is surprised by the complimentary gifts that Nattie has left out for her. Meanwhile, Nattie asks Jim and Ellie to help her buy some meat for the barbecue. Jim, Ellie and Lana give Nattie a hard time.

At Brie and Bryan's house, Bryan cleans up after the dogs when Brie talks about how she is burned out about having to pump breast milk for Birdie, especially with her packed everyday schedule. She considers quitting pumping and breastfeeding.

At Paige's house, we are introduced to Paige's new boyfriend, Kalan, the "maintenance man" that Paige told Nia Jax about. Right now, she wants to be alone and herself with Kalan alone for a little while.

At Nattie and TJ's house, Nattie and her friend Mickey prepare the fruit for the barbecue. Meanwhile, Jim, Lana and Ellie go shopping for the meat. More of Nattie's friends show up, including Titus O'Neil, bring food for the barbecue while Jim, Lana and Ellie buy more than enough meat. Since there is no beer at the House of Meats, Jim, Lana and Ellie head to a bear for drinks. Nattie calls Lana to see where they are, but Lana does not pick up.

Paige meets Nia Jax's brother Ben for the date. Paige does what she can to make herself seem as repulsive as possible so that Ben never dates her again, as she does not anyone to push her into a date.

Lana, Jim and Ellie head to a bar for drinks as Nattie prepares salad at home. Nattie tries to call Lana again, and finds out that Lana and her parents are drunk and that she has to drive them all home.

Nattie finally shows up at the bar to get Jim, Lana and Ellie home. Lana gets everyone to cheer for Nattie, then Lana has to be carried over to the vehicle. Everyone makes it home, then a drunk Lana - and a drunk Ellie, who is never drunk - get everybody's attention while Nattie tries to get all the meet cooked.

Brie goes to a breastfeeding support group to see how other people handle breastfeeding. She finds out that breastfeeding is not only for nutrients, but also to strengthen mother-baby bonds, and she also finds it easier to do what she needs to do.

At Nattie and TJ's house, Nattie feels defeated, as Ellie is drunk and the barbecue does not work. Lana tells Nattie that she is putting too much pressure on herself, and Titus lends a hand in getting the food ready. Jim and Ellie are still drunk, but everyone is still enjoying themselves and having a good time.

In Orlando, Nia Jax, Ben and Kayla Braxton meet at a restaurant with Natalya and Paige to celebrate Paige becoming SmackDown Live General Manager. Nia mentions Paige's date with Ben, which Ben thought was a little weird. When Paige shows up, Paige feels bad for Ben as she feels he has suffered enough. Nia does not exactly get the message that Paige does not want to be in another date, while Nattie says that she does not see the love connection. Paige leaves the restaurant, much to the surprise of everyone else.

Nattie and Nia Jax check on Paige at her house. Instead of Paige, Kalan answers the door, and Paige announces that Kalan is her boyfriend. Nia finally gets the message that she was not interested in a date, and that Paige wants some privacy concerning her relationships.

At Brie and Bryan's house, Brie announces that this morning was her last breastfeed, as nothing came out when she pumped and Birdie pushed it away. Brie and Bryan accept the fact this has come to an end and that Brie tried the best she could concerning breastfeeding Birdie.

205:Alive - 205 Live recap for October 10, 2017

Renee Young interviews Kalisto to start tonight's show. For the very first time in 205 Live and the Cruiserweight Division, a luchador is champion. Kalisto calls it a dream come true, especially when he won it on what would have been Eddie Guerrero's 50th birthday. He promises to bring the honor and respect that the Cruiserweight title deserves...something Enzo Amore did not do. Enzo Amore shows up with Ariya Daivari. Kalisto may be Cruiserweight Champion, but this is still "The 'Zo Show." Enzo says he has held the show like a backpack, and that backpack could tip Kalisto over. He brags about main eventing Raw three weeks ago, calls himself the godfather of the Cruiserweight Division, and calls the division "his sons." He says the division, who enjoys the fruits of his labors, held him up last night like the end of "Rudy." Enzo says he was not ready for the match and still had it won, but Mustafa Ali cost him the title. Enzo then becomes the pot calling the kettle black, saying Kalisto lied, cheated and stole the belt. Kalisto then quotes Enzo: "By an inch or a mile, a win is a win." He won, and Enzo won. Enzo admits he did say that, but says he treated the title like a queen and says Kalisto won by a centimeter. Enzo says he will take the Cruiserweight title back at Tables, Ladders and Chairs, and as he continues to talk, Daivari ambushes Kalisto. Kalisto sees it coming and nails him, but Daivari gets the upper hand and Enzo soon joins in. Mustafa Ali runs in and takes down Ariya Daivari, and Enzo Amore rolls out of the ring.

Before the next match, Rich Swann tells TJP that this match comes with a price: their friendship. Enzo then says "What just happened? Something terrible."

Drew Gulak attacks Akira Tozawa from behind before the next match. As referees restore order, Gulak rams the handle of his "No Chants" sign into Tozawa's throat.

Dasha Fuentes interviews Cedric Alexander. Kendrick and Gallagher found out last week he has a plan and that he has an edge. Becky Lynch beats Carmella with the Disarmher.

Kevin Owens shows up. Owens is seen hobbling his way towards and into the ring after what happened Sunday. It is announced that Commissioner Shane McMahon has been hospitalized with a ruptured spleen. Owens says he did what he was going to do at Hell In A Cell, and sent Shane McMahon to Hell. Now, Shane is gone and is never coming back, and says the fans should count their blessing as they almost lost him too. At one point in the match, he was blinded by the white light everyone hears about, and he felt his soul leave his body. He began to ascend, and it felt like he floating and looking down at himself. Then, he was standing in a long line in Heaven. He was suddenly waved to the front by St. Peter himself, and was told he was needed down on Earth. He was even provided his own guardian angel in the form of Sami Zayn. When he came back down to Earth, he realized his purpose was to make SmackDown Live his own personal heaven known as "The Kevin Owens Show." Owens then brings out Sami Zayn, who shows up in a very cheerful mood. Owens said he had no idea he would help him at Hell In A Cell and that he had no idea why he would do so; nevertheless, Owens thanks Sami Zayn. Sami says his eyes were opened when he powerbombed him into a table weeks ago. He says he has always tried to be the good guy and please everybody, but it got him only to mediocrity. Meanwhile, Owens got all the accolades while he got to sleep at night with a clear conscience. Sami thought he would get his chance when he was moved to SmackDown Live, and says Shane "put on a show" about how he would be treated better on the blue brand. He then says that was the last meeting he had with Shane until he tried to warn him about Owens a couple of weeks ago. It was then that Shane brushed him off, and he realized that Shane never really cared about him. When Hell In A Cell arrived, he wanted Shane to win, and says Shane had the match won until he climbed the cell wall. He has had many things to say about Owens over the years, but Owens has always been his brother, and that Shane wanted to end his career. He tells Dolph that if he wants to fight, then let's fight. Dolph Ziggler shows up with his now-traditional nonexistent entrance, then says he exposed him as the fraud he is. Ziggler claims he dominated Roode and that he was the better man in the ring, and that Roode panicked because "his lie unraveled" and that he did the only thing he could do to win: grab his tights. Dolph Ziggler says he was better, but Bobby Roode says he was smarter. Dolph gets angry and demands a rematch, and Roode tells Ziggler that if he wants his rematch, he's got it, and says it will go the same way the first match went. Dolph interprets this as Roode having no chance of beating him, and Roode tells him to get in the ring so they can have it right now. Dolph teases getting into the ring for their rematch, then tells him it's not happening tonight before letting his hair down and going back to the back.

Next week: Bobby Roode vs. Dolph Ziggler!

Baron Corbin retains the WWE United States Championship against "The Phenomenal" AJ Styles. After the match, Baron Corbin says everyone can look at the US title and eat it, because it's not going anywhere. He also says the fans can cry and he will buy a boat for their tears.
