Stokely calls Ricky Steamboat "Rookie" and states that FTR is the greatest tag team alive today before introducing himself and proclaiming that FTR will make history and become three-time AEW World Tag Team Champions at Full Gear. Stokely says it would be an honor to have Steamboat in the front row for the proceedings. Dax then talks about how Steamboat trained him, then cannot remember anything Steamboat taught him and says Steamboat did not say one intelligent thing in his life. Steamboat says one thing he did not tell him is that his attitude has gone to the toilet. Dax mentions Steamboat telling him to save his money, then says that if he took his own advice, he and "The Nature Boy" Ric Flair would not be here tonight. He then says that he is now a bigger legend than Steamboat ever was, and this leads to Steamboat confronting Dax. Dax grabs Steamboat by the face, and Steamboat pushes him back. Dax tells Steamboat to get out of his ring, to which Steamboat said he would have told FTR to kiss his ass before stating that discretion is the better part of valor and that he will be the smarter man today. As Steamboat leaves, FTR attacks Steamboat and goes for a spike piledriver before Brodido rush in and fight FTR. It is later revealed that The Don Callis Family were the ones to attack Mark Briscoe and that Darby Allin and The Conglomeration will be down a man for the rest of the match. The attack does not stop Mark Briscoe from making his way to the ring, breaking the lock to the cage door with bolt cutters, and going to town on The Death Riders. Gabe Kidd shows up near the end of the match, and he is forced to the back after helping PAC slam Darby through two flaming tables.

Tony Schiavone introduces FTR (Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler) and Stokely Hathaway to the ring. Cash says that their recent actions have caused him to toss and turn at night, and that they just wanted Adam Copeland and Christian Cage to enjoy retirement, but Copeland brought his wife Beth Phoenix into this. He says that Copeland is to blame for all of this, then Stokely says that he forgives Beth for what she did to him at All Out, then says he allowed her to Spear him and that he knew Copeland and Christian needed Beth to win. Dax says he was advised to apologize for his actions, then says he will not apologize for dropping Copeland on his neck and dropping Christian on "his CTE-riddled brain." He also says he would never purposely hurt Beth, and that when he tried to reason with her, she punched in the nose and watered his eyes to the point that he thought Beth was Adam Copeland and dropped her on her head by accident. He says he would not put his hands on a woman, and he states that he uses that term loosely regarding Beth before Willow Nightingale suddenly shows up. Willow says that if Dax wrestled as good as he lied, he would have won, then brings up Beth and how she has been an inspiration for her to become a wrestler and put in the work to become All Elite and accomplish what she has done. She says that Beth is also the reason why women like her do not take shit from men like Dax, and says that FTR can give a more sincere apology or get out of the ring. MJF states he was once at the top of the profession, but when he comes back, he will be the most dangerous he has ever been, and he will take his spot at the top of professional wrestling.

Those Dynamite Kids - Dynamite recap for July 16, 2025

Tony Schiavone introduces "Hangman" Adam Pearce into the ring to start tonight's show. The fans chant "You deserve it!" before Hangman says the fans are missing the point, saying the fans deserve this, not him, as they are the ones who needed, demanded, and supported AEW. He says that the stars of AEW do this because of the fans, then reiterates that the fans deserve this as well as to see the AEW World Championship as it held by someone with more gratitude than one will ever know. Hangman says that he did not just walk into a battle; he walked into a war to free the World Championship that lasted nine months. He says that some who fought this war have not come out the same. Hangman thanks Orange Cassidy, "Switchblade" Jay White, Adam Copeland, The Opps (Samoa Joe, Powerhouse Hobbs, "The Wrestler" Katusyori Shibata), "The American Dragon" Bryan Danielson, Darby Allin, and especially Will Ospreay, who he says reminded him of why he loved wrestling and paid the price for this moment. The fans then chant "Whose house? Swerve's house!" Hangman says that if he is going to be the champion and man that he is, he must thanks Swerve Strickland, even if he is not sure if he helped for him, himself or AEW. Hangman calls last weekend a rollercoaster of highs and lows, and while he shed both blood and tears, he has a wife and two children who love him alongside millions who can look up to and respect him. He then proclaims himself "the champion of the fuckin' world."

"The Protostar" Kyle Fletcher beats Mascara Dorada.

In backstage footage from earlier today, Renee Paquette interviews The Young Bucks (Matthew and Nicholas Jackson). Matthew says they will not join his family, but at the same time, they are open to working with him.

In backstage footage from All In Texas, we hear from The Hurt Syndicate (MVP, Bobby Lashley, Shelton Benjamin, MJF). MVP says he knew they would stay tag team champions and states that they have not been threatened yet, and begs for a legendary tag team to challenge them and take the titles. MVP says he is happy that "Hangman" Adam Page won, as there is nothing to prove against Jon Moxley and everything to prove against Hangman. He says that he is the best, not Hangman, and that he does not need his guaranteed world title shot to beat him. As he declares that title shot a "break glass in case of emergency" plan, he says that while Hangman is at peace, he is the embodiment of pressure and that he has no problem being the bad guy, as nice guys finish last.

Don Callis guests on commentary for the next match. Also before the next match, The Young Bucks (Matthew and Nicholas Jackson) come out to their usual entrance only for it to be replaced with their names in Comic Sans cycling through the color spectrum on top of unflattering footage with their theme music completely absent. He says that when Christian Cage cashed in his Casino Gauntlet title shot despite The Patriarchy telling him not to do it, everything crumbled around him, and that he does not blame Nick Wayne for turning on him. He also says that when he warned Christian of this, Christian's ego was so huge that he refused to listen. He hopes that Christian is pulling his skull out of his ass, but he is not holding his breath. Copeland then addresses FTR (Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler) and talks about their history in the last five years when he was cleared to compete again, as well as how FTR started complaining two weeks after Rated FTR was started. He says that FTR put him on the shelf for 4 months that he does not have after doing this for 33 years, and that he is he back to end FTR. Stokely Hathaway then shows up with three security guards. Stokely puts security between himself and Copeland and says FTR read Copeland like a book, then calls Copeland's weapon Spike so much of a liability that AEW, Tony Khan and Warner Media received three anonymous e-mails complaining about Copeland's behavior. He states that if Copeland interferes in FTR's matches or attack FTR, he will be fired. He also states that FTR is not scared of Copeland and is currently focused on the AEW World Tag Team Championships. Stokely then tells Copeland to "go find a hobby and leave FTR alone," and Copeland reminds Stokely that he said nothing about getting near him. Stokely sends security at Copeland, but they get knocked down, and the rest of security runs away. Copeland then hits Stokely with a Spear before telling him that he will get all of them. She declares that Mercedes Moné was "delicious" and that if she wants to come back for seconds, the buffet is always open. Toni also mentions that Luther was injured in the line of duty and that it requires reattachment surgery. She then proclaims that her tits are pointing to the future and that there are plenty of people with knives and that she ought to be careful. She states that the AEW Women's World Championship is "the big one" before Athena and Billie Starkz appear on the video screen. Athena says that soon, she will become "the forever AEW Women's World Championship" and reminds Toni Storm that Mina Shirakawa is hurt after she got in her way. She says that there will be nobody left to save Toni when she cashes in her Casino Gauntlet title shot. After entertaining when and where she could end Toni's world title reign, Athena says it is time to stop looking for happy endings, as her demise and murder are here. Toni is more than eager to accept Athena's challenge.

Backstage, we hear from Kip Sabian, "The Prodigy" Nick Wayne and Mother Wayne. Sabian says he chose Christian Cage, and says he took bullet after bullet when Christian Cage might as well had been pulling the trigger. He says they are no longer under a patriarch, but beside a matriarch. Mother Wayne says Nick and Sabian are her boys now and that Nick is her prodigy. Nick Wayne tells Christian Cage that he is past his expiration date to the point that he became a liability to them, and that he realized that months ago when Christian Cage strayed from the path and decided to do his own thing in becoming AEW World Champion. He says that Christian loved to get in his face and question how many world championship he has won when he is only 20 years old, and that the real question is how many world title he is going to win and what else he could do in his career. He says that Christian created this monster, and now he and the rest of AEW have to live with him as the new face of TNT and AEW, now and forever.

Don Callis introduces "The Rainmaker" Kazuchika Okada, who now has a new entrance, before the next match.

"The Rainmaker" Kazuchika Okada quickly beats an unnamed opponent. After the match, Okada addresses Swerve Strickland, saying that he screwed The Young Bucks (Matthew and Nicholas Jackson) before calling him a bitch. Swerve Strickland and Prince Nana show up, then Swerve tells Okada "Yeah, I did that. What you gonna do about it, bitch?"

Garcia says he did not have to give him another shot, but he wanted to, then says this is the last chance Adam Cole will get. He then says that the last seventeen years belong to Cole, but the next seventeen belong to him. Everyone else then leaves the room at Garcia and Cole's request. Those Dynamite Kids - Dynamite recap for March 26, 2025

Kenny Omega beats Blake Christian. After the match, Omega says he does not always get to wrestle every week, but when he has the opportunity to St. Paul, Minnesota and make it quick, he will do it. He addresses his match at Dynasty, and when he mentions "Speedball" Mike Bailey, Speedball shows up and congratulates Omega before calling him an inspiration and stating that he not only respects him, but admires him as a wrestler, a person and a champion. He then warns that he will hold nothing back and will not pull his punches, and he will not hesitate to kick his head clean off and become International Champion. Before Omega can reply back, Ricochet shows up on the video screen. Ricochet says that as much as he would love to be at the arena to smack both of them in the head, he is at his wedding, which will be the best day of his life before he wins the International Championship at Dynasty. He then tells Omega and Speedball to argue over the inevitable before he wins the girl and the gold, then Omega addresses Speedball, saying it is not about making friends (as he has a cat) or how trash Ricochet is, he only has time for the International Championship. Omega calls Dynasty a stepping stone in his legacy, then he and Speedball have a staredown.

Backstage, we hear from The Learning Tree ("The Learning Tree" Chris Jericho, "The Redwood" Big Bill, "The Bad Apple" Bryan Keith). Jericho says Gravity's mask may have been taking from them, but it is time for all the masks to be removed. He says Big Bill and Bryan Keith have been under his wing without using his knowledge for too long, and tells them to ask themselves if they are worthy of being around him and to prove themselves to him for the last time. He then wants Bandido to feel the embarrassment that his brother Gravity felt, and challenges Bandido to a mask vs. title match for the ROH World Championship at Dynasty.

MJF heads to the ring. He says that Michael Jackson's legacy is far more important than that of Prince, and that his words are far more important than all of the fans'. MJF then tells MVP that he has been looking at his business card for the last two weeks, then invites him to the ring for his answer. MVP shows up, and MJF considers him a legend in professional wrestling, then admits that he does not want to do the "friends" thing again and that when MVP clocks in, he does business, not "friends." MJF then says he would like to be in the business of hurting people, but as they go to shake hands, Bobby Lashley and Shelton Benjamin show up. As MVP tells Lashley that he can always trust him, "The Redwood" Big Bill and "The Bad Apple" Bryan Keith show up, and Bryan Keith says that "Hurt People" hurt people and that they have real business to attend to. MVP tells Big Bill to put Bryan Keith on a leash, and Big Bill says that he sees the tag team titles, but not a challenger. This leads to Big Bill and MVP trading insults before Big Bill states that he never got his tag team title rematch due to Sting's retirement. He says that he will prove himself to Chris Jericho by taking the tag team titles. MVP tells them to actually win a match before Lashley and Shelton even see them for the titles.

Copeland says it was not his intention to pull them away, as they were attacked by The Death Riders (Jon Moxley, Claudio Castagnoli, Wheeler Yuta, PAC, Marina Shafir), and Wheeler says they have all let their emotions get the better of them, and that if it were not for Copeland or Dax, he has nothing. As Dax says that they have helped Copeland with his goal, he wants to focus on the tag titles, but Cash proposes the three of them face The Death Riders for the World Trios Championships, which Dax agrees to.

Swerve Strickland and Prince Nana head to the ring. Swerve calls out Jon Moxley, and demands Moxley get in the ring and look him in the eyes if he has the balls to do so. Moxley heads to the ring, and Swerve says he has allowed things to go like this for far too long. He says he has not gone after the AEW World Championship because he loves to give people enough rope to hang themselves, including Moxley. He says that Moxley used to be revered and that he and the AEW World Championship used to be synonymous with each other, but now he hides behind the rest of The Death Riders (Claudio Castagnoli, Wheeler Yuta, PAC, Marina Shafir). Swerve says Moxley has stated that nobody has the balls to win the AEW World Championship when he doesn't have the balls to hold it himself and always narrowly avoids losing the title, and that now he represents what Moxley used to be. Suddenly, Claudio Castagnoli shows up behind Prince Nana. Moxley says it about Swerve, not him, and that it is Swerve versus himself at Dynasty. He then asks who and what Swerve really is before stating he knows who Swerve is and what he could be. He admits he has been disappointed before, but he will give him a shot to step into the ring and prove if he can be the best he can be. Moxley then asks if Swerve will either endure or look for a way out, and says Swerve has not suffered enough, but soon will at Dynasty. Moxley says his sport has been taken over by billionaires, yet admits men like Swerve gives him hope that he has put his body on the line for a reason. He then says he will not give Swerve a hand-out, and wants to know how far Swerve is willing to go and says he himself will go the whole way right now. Moxley says this should not be a problem for Swerve, as he is the most dangerous man in AEW. As Marina Shafir shows up, Willow Nightingale shows up with a pipe. Swerve says he has bettered Moxley before and that when he wins the World Championship, it will prove that Moxley only plays himself on television. Afterwards, Shafir pretends to leave, then goes after Willow. Claudio and Prince Nana have to hold Shafir and Willow back, respectively.

PAC says they find Copeland and FTR's arrogance hard to stomach, and that it is The Death Riders who challenge them to survive at Dynasty.

Backstage, Alicia Atout interviews The Hurt Syndicate (MVP, Bobby Lashley, Shelton Benjamin). Lashley is not happy to see MVP with MJF while they were on vacation. MVP says that he does not get time off like they do, that they have talked about a fourth member for some time, and that MJF could be it. Shelton and Lashley remind MVP that MJF has a reputation, but MVP says MJF's reprehensible reputation could be to their benefit, but they do have say if he joins in. He then says they should focus on The Learning Tree ("The Redwood" Big Bill and "The Bad Apple" Bryan Keith) right now.

Swerve says that Prince Nana is back at home safeguarding the Embassy robe so that he can be here to take care of business, then states that the AEW World Championship is the top prize in the world and that one must be elite to challenge for it. He talks about how he was "all elite" and how he won the title at last year's Dynasty, then states that he will win the title at this year's Dynasty and be all elite once again. Swerve mentions the street fight between Adam Copeland and Jon Moxley for the AEW World Championship on next week's Dynamite, and mentions his history with Copeland, stating that one does not become dangerous without learning from him. He then says that Copeland is in his way, and while Copeland is a legend right now, he will mow him down. As for Moxley, he used to think they were cut from the same cloth until Moxley thought lesser of the AEW locker room. Swerve says that Moxley does not believe what he is saying and that everyone has to listen to the same drivel every week, and that all he sees is true desperation, which is all Moxley will have to hold on to. Swerve then proclaims that in three weeks' time, whether he faces Moxley or Copeland, the "Dynasty Era" continues when he takes the AEW World Championship and makes AEW his house again. All of a sudden, Swerve is attacked from behind with a crowbar by Moxley, who then curb stomps Swerve into the mat before leaving the building and stating that this is a free lesson and that respect will get nobody anywhere. Kenny Omega heads to the ring to start tonight's show. Omega says that before this year, he was more than happy to say that he was clear and able to wrestle again, but now he is not only back in AEW, but with everyone's support, but he is International Champion. He says that he has a slew of people to thank, but he thanks "The Alpha" Konosuke Takeshita in particular for pushing him harder at Revolution than he could have ever pushed himself and dragging him back where he needed to be back on top and be champion. He also states that Takeshita has made the International Championship "a truly international title," and when Tony Khan came up with the idea of an International Championship Eliminator Tournament, he liked the idea, as he wants the champion to be the best on the planet. Backstage, we hear from Ricochet, who says that his quest for championship gold is not over despite what happened at Revolution, and that he did not want Prince Nana's robe anyway. He wants the International Championship and has entered the tournament for it, and that he is giving "The Wrestler" Katsuyori Shibata the opportunity to forfeit due to what he knows about him and what he is capable of, or else it will not end well for him.

In backstage footage from Revolution, Swerve Strickland announces that he wants to challenge for the AEW World Championship at Dynasty, where he made history last year by winning the World Championship. Adam Copeland shows up and says that he has not lost yet, and that he plans to face Swerve one way or another at Dynasty this year.

Backstage, we hear from Jon Moxley. He brags about retaining the AEW World Championship while being the guy who should not have been in the position he should not have been in at Revolution. He says that he hurt Adam Copeland, but Copeland did not care and kept coming forward. He says that whatever Copeland is made of, it is rare, and is Copeland will take the rules, he will take the excuses. Moxley admits he underestimated the depth of Copeland's grit and resolve, and that he will not make the same mistake twice.

Shelton looks forward to their next opponents, and MVP says nobody works harder than them and that he loves their dynamic. He also says nobody should play harder than them and that somebody must be the baddest, and it is them. He then wants Lashley and Shelton to enjoy some time off while he takes care of television, and Shelton says they will enjoy their time off but will still go to the gym. MVP says that more than anything else, the Syndicate still wants to hurt people.

We see a video package for "The Hollywood Ending" from Revolution.

"Timeless" Toni Storm shows up and stands on the stage. Toni says that with stitches in her lip, staples in her head and glass in her ass, she stands before the fans to state that "this tramp is still the champ." She says that Revolution was her Hollywood ending, and a chunk of her heart will be gone forever, but when she looks at the Women's World Championship, it was well worth it. Toni then declares it is time for a new beginning and that it is her honor to be AEW Women's World Champion. She says AEW has the most talented women's locker room in all of wrestling, and while there are all sorts of other champions in AEW, she is like a zoo, as she bleeds like a pig, licks like a giraffe and eats her opponent like a lion. Toni says the fans will never hear her meow because she is no pussy, and that nobody swings like her and to put their keys in the bowl and "get this orgy started." She says it will be messy and sweaty, but it will always be timeless. All of a sudden, Toni is attacked from out of nowhere by Megan Bayne.

Christian says he is still the next AEW World Champion and demands his contract be returned to him due to the referee's incompetence, and says he did not tap out or pass out, as he was relegating his champion. "The Prodigy" Nick Wayne stops Christian, saying he is lying to himself and to everyone else, and says that if he stuck to the original plan, he would be World Champion. He says Christian owes both an explanation and an apology. Christian shoves Nick Wayne, and Mother Wayne confronts Christian only for him to send her straight back to working at Waffle House. Christian asks Nick who he thinks he is to question him, as he and his real father have never won any world championships, and that he should be thankful that he found him as he would not die in front of his mother like a cowrd and that he will be World Champion. He tells Nick to shut up and keep riding his coattails, because if they have this conversation again, it will be the last time. Kip Sabian shakes his head and walks away, but Mother Wayne consoles Nick.

In backstage footage from Revolution, Lexy Nair walks in on MJF punching a mirror before yelling at Lexy Nair to get out.

MJF heads to the ring. He admits that he has a splitting headache and that his hand and body hurts, but what hurts the most is that everyone knows he had his match at Revolution won. He says "Hangman" Adam Page hit him with a cheap shot like he did in 2019 to get the win, then says the fans can chant for Hangman all they want because he is not upset anymore and he is ten times smarter than Hangman and his fans ever will be. MJF says he thinks ten step ahead of anyone else and that he will get his, and declares it is not over between him and Hangman by along shot before MVP shows up. Both men hug in the middle of the ring, and MVP says he is here to talk to MJF, saying he is proud of him and that he is not the rookie that he met eight years ago who volunteered to drive him around for a documentary in exchange for being under his learning tree. He says that the questions MJF asked impressed him and told him he would be a force to be reckoned with, and that he had such an aura and an intuition that cannot be taught that he had to teach him things. MVP also mentions that MJF stated he would be a World Heavyweight Champion and that he did what he set out to do, which he is proud of. He then says that he is not proud of what happened at Revolution. He wants to know why MJF is telling everyone about what happened to him at Revolution and wants to know why he is not destroying things and hurting people over his loss, then chalks it up to MJF losing his edge. MVP says the boys in the back not only no longer respect him, but they no longer fear him. He then says that they respect and fear The Hurt Syndicate (MVP, Bobby Lashley, Shelton Benjamin), and that this is what MJF is missing. He tells MJF that he helped him out once and could help him again, and his business card has went from becoming an introduction to becoming a golden ticket that can change careers. He then offers his business card and says they should talk business, but MJF turns it down, saying he does not need his help or advice, as he was AEW World Champion for 406 consecutive days. MVP tells him to focus on the word "was" and hands him his business card, then leaves.

"Platinum" Max Caster is in the ring. He thanks the fans for having the most popular shirt in AEW, which proves that he was always the top star in The Acclaimed (Caster, Anthony Bowens, "Daddy Ass" Billy Gunn). He also says he has the most popular chant in AEW, yet everyone boos him when he gets it started. He then says the fans are stupid and that whoever answers his open challenge is stupid as well. The open challenge is answered by "The Alpha" Konosuke Takeshita. Before the match can start, Max Caster says there is no way Takeshita is here to fight him, and is really here to invite him into The Don Callis Family, which he says could do wonders for him. He also says this could let him beat Kenny Omega, and Takeshita levels Caster with a forearm, pulls him up before getting a three count and hits him with Raging Fire for the win.

We hear from "The Learning Tree" Chris Jericho, who still possesses Gravity's mask. He says that gravity has been introduced into the situation between himself and Bandido ever since he embarrassed him and his brother in front of his family. He asks how Bandido will come back from that before stating that Bandido either brought this on himself or was unlucky enough to get in his way, then says Bandido's life has changed forever and not in a good way.

Willow Nightingale beats Penelope Ford. After the match, Penelope hits Willow with a metal folding chair, then Kris Statlander suddenly shows up and sends Penelope packing before helping Willow up. Willow pushes Statlander away, but they soon get dropped by Megan Bayne.

Backstage, Renee Paquette interviews Mercedes Moné. Billie Starkz also shows up, making this a no-physicality interview. Starkz says Mercedes has accomplished a lot, but so has she, and says that they are not that different. Starkz says that money may change everything, but she is looking to change into a champion. Mercedes says Starkz is out of her league despite being a student of the game, and says she will learn there is a price to pay for messing with Moné.

Tony Schiavone interviews Will Ospreay in the ring. Ospreay says he may be banged up, but he made it out of Revolution alive, and admits that keeping up with "The Protostar" Kyle Fletcher was difficult, yet he was able to pull through, and feels Fletcher may be a world champion one day. He then says he is in trouble with his wife for lying to her, as she told him not to do something stupid off the top of the cage and he promised not to do so only to do it anyway and get fifteen missed calls from her. When he finally called her, she was supportive but still chewed him out for being at the top of the cage, and he managed to charm his way out of it by promising his wife a nice dinner. As for what is next for him, Ospreay says that he wants to be champion, and as Adam Copeland and Swerve Strickland have their world title matches, he must call his shot where it matters most: All In Texas. Ospreay says he must enter the main event of All In Texas by entering and winning the men's Owen Hart Tournament, and that it will be a pleasure to either face Copeland for the first time or have his rematch with Swerve. He then warns the king that an assassin is coming for the throne, and that he must be the world champion.

Backstage, Renee Paquette interviews "Switchblade" Jay White. He says it is great to hear from Will Ospreay again and hopes to face him in the ring again before congratulating him for winning at Revolution and calling his shot at All In Texas. He says that he did not hit Adam Copeland with the briefcase on purpose, but next week, Copeland gets redemption against Moxley. As far as who the #1 contender is goes, he will not let anyone taking his rightful place as that.

Backstage, Renee Paquette interviews "Hangman" Adam Page when MJF walks into his path. Renee runs away, and Hangman says that MJF really does care about what the people think of him. MJF says he will call Hangman's bluff, says his win was a fluke victory, and that he will go on to become a legend while Hangman will make it close to the top only to tumble all the way down again. MJF then notes that Hangman believes that he does not deserve the fans' love, and says that the fans will get tired of waiting for him to win "the big one," because he never will, and that he will win the World Championship over and over and laugh at Hangman as he goes up the mountain. Hangman says they will see about that, then MJF walks away.

Orange Cassidy beats Hechicero to advance in the International Championship Eliminator Tournament with the Mouse Trap. After the match, "Speedball" Mike Bailey shows up and makes it clear that he wants Orange Cassidy to end the show.

Collision Course - Collision recap for March 1, 2025

We hear from Daniel Garcia, FTR (Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler), Undisputed Kingdom (Adam Cole, Kyle O'Reilly, Roderick Strong), Julia Hart, Brody King, "The Rainmaker" Kazuchika Okada, Powerhouse Hobbs and Bandido at the start of the show.

FTR (Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler) beats Undisputed Kingdom (Kyle O'Reilly and Roderick Strong)...almost. After Dax hits O'Reilly with a piledriver and scores the pinfall, he notices that O'Reilly's foot was on the middle rope, which referee Stephon Smith did not see. After protests from FTR, the match is restarted. Undisputed Kingdom (Kyle O'Reilly and Roderick Strong) beats FTR (Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler) after the restart. After the match, Undisputed Kingdom reach out to shake hands, but FTR walks away.

We hear from Willow Nightingale, who says that the Con-Chair-To she gave to Marina Shafir is still ringing in Shafir's ears and that she hopes that everybody heard it, as she has gone through so much in AEW, yet some people have forgotten what happens when the smiling stops. Willow says she is "the babe with the power" and that she is not afraid to use that power.

Wheeler Yuta beats Willie Mack. After the match, Jon Moxley shows up from out of the crowd and hits Wheeler Yuta from behind with the briefcase, then takes a microphone and says he has a lesson to teach Yuta about finishing the job. He gets in the ring and tells Yuta to take Adam Copeland out on Dynamite and ensure that he does not leave the ring under his own power, as he does not deserve a clear shot at the AEW World Championship. He then grabs Willie Mack and tells Yuta to finish the job, and Yuta smacks Willie Mack in the head with the briefcase. Moxley then leaves through the crowd.

Backstage, Mercedes Moné is met by Billie Starks, who hands the TBS Championship back to her before giving her a message from Momo Watanabe: enjoy holding the TBS Championship while it lasts, because at Revolution, she is taking it. Billie then throws a whole cup full of tea into Mercedes' face and runs off.

We hear from "Timeless" Toni Storm, who is in bed wearing a neck brace. She says that the nicest thing about being piledriven on the stage is waking up to panicked doctors and dozens of messages asking if she will ever walk again. She says that it gives one time to think if it was either all worth it or a complete waste of time, as her dreams have been haunted by a woman who will not let her wake up. Toni tells "The Glamour" Mariah May "Let's get lucid," as Mariah can pry the AEW Women's World Championship "from her cold, dead hips" while she leaves her soul at home. She also asks if Mariah wants the spotlight that drove her to her in the first place, and says she can give it to her. Toni then says that if Mariah liked Grand Slam Australia, then that show will be foreplay compared to the Hollywood ending that she wants. She says she does not want or need disqualifications, count-outs or rope breaks, and that no holds will be barred and falls will count anywhere. Toni hopes Mariah believes in God before ripping her neck brace off and proclaiming that Mariah will meet Her.

Swerve Strickland beats Clark Connors after targeting Connors' left arm throughout the match.

In backstage footage from after Dynamite, The Hurt Syndicate (MVP, Bobby Lashley, Shelton Benjamin) are met by The Outrunners (Truth Magnum and Turbo Floyd), who thank them for the opportunity. MVP mentions , then says they are men of honor and of their word and give them the tag team titles, then tells them that there is still a few weeks before Revolution and to get their business together, for they will soon be swimming with great white sharks.

Harley Cameron shows up on commentary. Harley names her new finishing move that she used against "The Virtuosa" Deonna Purrazzo earlier this week on Dynamite "My Finishing Move."

Backstage, Alicia Atout interviews The Costco Guys (AJ and Big Justice) when John Morrison bumps into AJ. He calls AJ and Big Justice out for disrespecting MxM Collection (Mason Madden and Mansoor) when he was not around, but he is here now. He challenges AJ to a trios match at Revolution, then says "Big Justice and a cookie don't count."

"Daddy Magic" Matt Menard guests on commentary for the next two matches.

Shane Taylor Enterprises ("Taiga Style" Lee Moriarty, "The Captain" Shawn Dean, "Bad News and Tattoos" Carlie Bravo) beat Vinny Massaro, Nick Ruiz and Dave Dutra in a trios match. After the match, Adam Cole makes his entrance for the next match and walks past Shane Taylor and Shane Taylor Enterprises on the way to the ring.

Adam Cole vs. Daniel Garcia for the TNT Championship ends with Shane Taylor Enterprises (Shane Taylor, "Taiga Style" Lee Moriarty, "The Captain" Shawn Dean, "Bad News and Tattoos" Carlie Bravo) attacking both men with less than five minutes left in the match. When "Daddy Magic" Matt Menard leaves the commentary, he is attacked by Shane Taylor.

We see a video package for The OPPs (Samoa Joe, Hook, "The Wrestler" Katsuyori Shibata).

Backstage, we hear from The Costco Guys (Big Boom AJ and Big Justice). As AJ mentions the disrespect from Johnny TV from earlier, Big Justice brings out Orange Cassidy as one partner. Justice wants to be the third man, but AJ says he needs Big Justice in his corner. Orange says he has a guy for that: Mark Briscoe, who becomes AJ's other partner. He says he has MxM Collection's (Mason Madden and Mansoor) fashion right here, and that they will whup Johnny TV at Revolution. Orange asks what the word of the day is, and thanks to Big Justice, it is "Boom!"

Queen Aminata beats Julia Hart. After the match, Brody King checks on Julia Hart, but he is attacked with the AEW Continental Championship belt by "The Rainmaker" Kazuchika Okada, who then flips Brody King off.

We hear from Kenny Omega. Omega says he was out for an entire year wondering if he would ever wrestle again, and he had to keep hearing Don Callis talk about how "The Alpha" Konosuke Takeshita beat him twice in one week. He admits this got on his nerves and he is already pissed off, but what he plans to do to Takeshita is not about revenge, but about the International Championship, as whoever holds the belt is regarded as the best. He says that if Takeshita can beat him three times, then it is time for him to admit that Takeshita is better and that Takeshita is Callis' real meal ticket, and that he could never challenge for another championship again as the old him is gone. Omega then says that he has had an entire year to clear his mind, refocus, hone in on his training and sharpen all his dull points to make weaknesses into strengths after leaving his old friends behind and no longer having the baggage of being an Executive Vice President. He says that his focus is on the International Championship, not because of revenge, not because of Don Callis, and not because of Takeshita, and at Revolution, he is taking the title.

Powerhouse Hobbs and Bandido beat The Learning Tree ("The Redwood" Big Bill and "The Bad Apple" Bryan Keith).

Those Dynamite Kids - Dynamite recap for February 19, 2025

MJF heads to the ring to start tonight's show, followed by "Hangman" Adam Page. The ring is surrounded by security. MJF talks about how he had the Casino Battle Royal won in 2019 until "Hangman" Adam Page cheap shotted him "like a gutless little worm" and forced him to fight his way back up to the top and beat some of the best in the process. He also brings up beating Hangman for the AEW World Championship on the way to becoming a six-time Dynamite Diamond Ring winner among other AEW accomplishments, including the longest-reigning AEW World Champion of all time. Hangman says he knows who MJF is and what he has done, and that MJF should be proud of this, then states MJF sounded angry about everything and could not be happy, as if there is still something MJF has not been able to win from the fans. MJF tells Hangman to shut his mouth, as he does not give a damn about the fans, as they decide who is morally redeemable and who is not, as they have with Hangman and not him, despite Hangman's questionable past actions. He says that in the fans' eyes, Hangman can do nothing wrong, and that the fans will chant "Cowboy Shit," then asks Hangman if he loves himself after everything he has done. When MJF mentions Christopher Daniels, Hangman says Daniels is ten times the man MJF is and that he would give him his own spine if he could, as Daniels gave his all for a 32-year career, went out like a warrior, and would not have wanted it any other way. Hangman says Daniels took care of the business when it did not take care of him and that Daniels represents "the best of us," and it is that selflessness and humility that seperates Daniels from MJF, who he says does not have the stomach for it. He asks MJF how he would be remembered if his career ended tomorrow, then says that he knows what is right and wrong and tells the truth about it, and while me may have lied a hundred times, he has never lied to the fans, and he has always handled problems eye-to-eye. Hangman says he has worked for and earned everything he has gotten in AEW while MJF has cheated and schemed his way to the top while treating those along the way as inferior, and hopes that MJF knows deep down he is not better than everyone else. MJF laughs and asks Hangman "Are you a child?" before stating that the history books do not care how the job is done, as he still earns everything, then says he cannot say the same for Hangman, as the powers that be chose to prop him up in the beginning. He says Hangman came in all the pomp and propaganda in the world while he showed up with a scarf and a microphone, and dares Hangman to name one thing he is better at than him. Hangman says "I...am real." MJF says Hangman can be the main character all he wants, as he has no problem being the bad guy. Both men then have a staredown in the middle of the ring, and security shows up and they are about to throw down.MJF looks around and backs off, then spits in Hangman's face. Hangman goes after MJF, and MJF gets out of the ring before security holds Hangman back. Hangman soon levels all of security, and Christopher Daniels shows up to pull Hangman back and almost gets decked by Hangman for it. Daniels says "This is what I was fighting for the whole time." He says they both know who he is, and not to listen to MJF.

Backstage, Renee Paquette interviews Undisputed Kingdom (Adam Cole, Kyle O'Reilly, Roderick Strong). Roderick Strong says that he and Orange Cassidy are destined to dance forever, and that not even being friends with Kyle O'Reilly will not stop him from beating Orange. O'Reilly admits his friendship with Orange Cassidy, but says that Roddy will have to "break that back." Adam Cole agrees that that Roddy must win.

The Opps (Samoa Joe, Hook, "The Wrestler" Katsuyori Shibata) beat The Patriarchy (Christian Cage, "The Prodigy" Nick Wayne, Kip Sabian) in a trios match by submission with Redrum from Hook to Nick Wayne as Shibata has Kip Sabian in a sleeper on the outside and Christian Cage wants nothing to do with Samoa Joe.

Backstage, Renee Paquette interviews "The Learning Tree" Chris Jericho. Jericho says there is now AEW without him and that he is treated with vitriol instead of respect, and that it is time for a history lesson. He gives Bandido a Ring of Honor World title shot and tears up the bounty, then says he will prove that people are getting too comfortable around him.

Powrehouse Hobbs beats "The Redwood" Big Bill in a street fight after sending Big Bill from the top of a set of ring steps on the stage down through a barbed wire table on the floor and Big Bill is unable to free himself from the barbed wire.

Backstage, Renee Paquette interviews Murder Machines ("The Machine" Brian Cage and Lance Archer). Brian Cage says he and Archer had a face-to-face message for The Hurt Syndicate (MVP, Bobby Lashley, Shelton Benjamin, but they are not here. Archer says that they know The Hurt Syndicate will be at Collision and that they want the tag team titles.

It is announced that AEW is returning to Arizona for Double or Nothing on May 25th.

"Timeless" Toni Storm and her butler Luther head to the ring. Toni delcares herself the new Women's World Champion and talks about how "The Glamour" Mariah May broke her heart, took her title and ruined her soul before calling her a "sick bitch," yet admits she is proud of her for giving her the fight of her life. She says that she beat Mariah with a small package and that good things come in small packages, then says she should have worn protection after being walloped with the biggest package she ever saw. She says that Toni Storm has been beaten, then plugs her next movie and says that if she is to be the best, she must face the best. Toni tells anyone who wants to face her that she is not hard to find, "for God is a woman and Her name is 'Timeless'."

We see a video package for Gabe Kidd, who is coming to Collision.

Backstage, Willow Nightingale takes offense to Jon Moxley attacking her, then fights Marina Shafir as soon as she shows up only for Shafir to hit her with her briefcase. Moxley then shows up, and the two of them head to the ring with Wheeler Yuta joining in. Claudio Castagnoli is noticed as Moxley takes the microphone and declares everything his and says nobody comes into his house and lays down a challenge. He says that he nearly popped Adam Copeland's head off his shoulders, and says that if Copeland shows up at Revolution, he will finish the job. "Switchblade" Jay White shows up, but PAC is soon behind him. After Switchblade notices PAC, Adam Copeland's entrance theme hits, and Copeland is behind Moxley. As he goes for Moxley and fights off everyone else in the ring, Switchblade hits PAC with Blade Runner and helps Copeland hit Claudio with a Spear. Copeland produces Spike from underneath the ring, which sends everyone running. Copeland goes after Moxley in the crowd, but Moxley escapes, and Copeland says the fans are his people, not Moxley's. He calls Moxley a coward, then declares that he will take out The Death Riders (Claudio, Yuta, PAC) one by one until it is man-to-man at Revolution when he kicks Moxley's ass.

Backstage, Renee Paquette interviews Mercedes Moné. Mercedes says there is no stopping the money train, then we see a Lexy Nair interview from Grand Slam Australia with Momo Watanabe. Momo challenges Mercedes for the TBS Championship at Revolution and promises to stop the money train. Mercedes says that if Momo wants a title match, then she should show up at Dynamite and say it to her face.

Megan Bayne beats Kris Statlander after Penelope Ford shows up and shoves Statlander off the top rope. After the match, Penelope Ford beats up Statlander, then Thunder Rosa shows up with a metal folding chair. Bayne and Penelope dare Rosa to hit her before they walk away.

Backstage, Renee Paquette interviews "Platinum" Max Caster, who issues another open challenge on Collision and proclaims that he will beat whoever steps up.

Ricochet heads to the ring. He calls Phoenix, Arizona "a poor man's Las Vegas," and says that he has a helicopter waiting because he wants to get out of Phoenix as soon as possible like Kevin Durant. He says the fans are "acting like ungrateful animals," then talks towards the camera to the fans at home, and says the fans and their boos do not matter, as booing a winner is booing a void of nothingness, and he is a winner. Ricochet says he proved it when he beat Swerve Strickland two weeks ago and has been proving it since he entered AEW, as he has been beating everyone's favorite wrestlers. He says that winners have something to show for their success and that so does he, then says he is not content with just wearing Prince Nana's robe when he can be wearing championship gold. Ricochet says he is the main name on the AEW roster and that he is here to win championship gold in 2025, as he is "too damn good lookin' not to be." Suddenly, Prince Nana shows up and gets in the ring with Ricochet, and says he has asked Swerve to stay home. He calls Ricochet out for wearing his robe, then mentions his own 30-year history and the robe that has been part of it. He says the robe represents pride, integrity and wrestlers past and presents. He says that whoever wears it has integrity and that Ricochet has not been given that opportunity, and if Ricochet really was a winner, he would give the robe back. Ricochet dares Prince Nana to take it, and tells him he is not getting it back before walking off.

Orange Cassidy beats Roderick Strong in a Revolution International Championship Series match. After the match, Tony Schiavone interviews Orange in the ring, but before Orange can say anything, Don Callis shows up wtih Mark Davis and Konosuke Takeshita. Callis says that Orange is nothing but "a red-headed hippie" and "a loudmouth punk" to him before he sics Takeshita and Mark Davis on him. As Callis kicks at Orange, Kenny Omega shows up and fights Mark Davis and Takeshita. Omega gets laid out at first, but Orange recovers, and he and Omega clean house. Omega then raises up the International Championship before having a staredown with Orange to end the show.
