FTR (Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler) retain the AEW World Tag Team Championships against The Rascalz (Zachary Wentz and Dezmond Xavier). Mark Briscoe makes his way to the ring to guest on commentary for the next match as FTR and Stokely Hathaway head to the back.

Backstage, Anthony Bowens meets with Hook and says that he can be a killer. Hook has Bowens take the camera from Shibata and follow him and Shibata around as they choke a random guy out for wanting to join The Opps (Hook and Shibata) and having no way to get out of the Redrum.

Mark Briscoe guests on commentary for the next match.

Daniel Garcia beats Tommaso Ciampa after Garcia goes up to Mark Briscoe and shoves him by the face, causing Garcia to whip Ciampa into Briscoe when Briscoe comes after him. After the match, Ciampa gets angry at Briscoe and refuses to shake his hand. As Brisco leaves, FTR (Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler) and Stokely Hathaway show up, and Briscoe gets back in the ring to stand alongside Ciampa. Ciampa and Briscoe leave, and in a call back to NXT TakeOver: Chicago, Ciampa sends Briscoe head-first into the video screen before hitting him with a running knee and washing his backside with Briscoe's bandanna.

We see a video package for "The Alpha" Konosuke Takeshita vs. Claudio Castagnoli later tonight.

Swerve Strickland beats Gravity, even ripping Gravity's mask during the match.

In backstage footage from after Dynamite, we hear from Kris Statlander, who says that she will only speak when she needs to, and now, she needs to. She says she and Thekla have beaten each other once, but once is not enough, and at Revolution, they will have two out of three falls and Thekla's killing is coming twice.

We hear from "The Toxic Spider" Thekla, who asks when the challenger dictates what the match is and that she is not doing the two out of three falls match, but quickly reconsiders after asking what makes Kris Statlander think she can beat her twice, and says that Statlander wears sunglasses and all leather because she cannot look her in the eye anymore and wants to be like her. Thekla then says Thunder Rosa should have listened to her, and now she has sent her back to Tijuna, then tells Statlander to take her own advice and quit while she is alive, for everything Statlander is afraid of is everything she is.

We see a preview of AEW Close Up with Jon Moxley.

Dalton Castle guests on commentary for the next match.

Private Party (Marq Quen and Isiah Kassidy) beat The Swirl ("Vanilla Baby" Blake Christian and "Big Shotty" Lee Johnson), La Faccion Ingobernable (Rush and Dralistico) and The Outrunners (Truth Magnum and Turbo Floyd) in a $200,000 four-way tag team match.

Backstage, Lexy Nair interviews JetSpeed ("Speedball" Mike Bailey and "The Jet" Kevin Knight). Knight calls Wednesday one of the hardest nights of his career because he came close to becoming AEW World Champion. He knows that more opportunities will come to him, but he also feels like he let Jet Set Rodeo (Speedball, Knight, "Hangman" Adam Page) down when he cost them the World Trios Championships. Speedball says they all lost, and while Hangman's situation with MJF made things more difficult, everything is good now, for at Revolution, they will team with Mistico and take back the World Trios Championships from The Don Callis Family ("The Protostar" Kyle Fletcher, "The Rainmaker" Kazuchika Okada, Mark Davis). Speedball says that he has what it takes to hold two championships and beat Kyle Fletcher for the TNT Championship. Swerve Strickland and Prince Nana show up, and Strickland wants to know why Knight does not know what it took, as he does not apply the pressure when he has his foot on the opponent's neck. Swerve tells Knight that if he wants to face killers, he must become one.

In backstage footage from earlier today, Renee Paquette interviews The Babes of Wrath (Willow Nightingale and Harley Cameron) when Megabad (Megan Bayne and Penelope Ford) and Lena Kross go on the attack.

Lena Kross and Megan Bayne beat Timeless Love Bombs ("Timeless" Toni Storm and Mina Shirakawa) after "The Problem" Marina Shafir attacks Toni Storm.

Backstage, we hear from Mark Briscoe. Briscoe says he has known Tommaso Ciampa for a long time, and ever since Ciampa showed up in AEW, something felt off until Ciampa did what he did to him tonight. He says that this was the Ciampa that he remembered and expected. He blames himself for not trusting his instincts and letting his guard down, then calls Ciampa a coward for jumping him and aligning himself with FTR (Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler). He then challenges Ciampa and FTR to a six-man tag team match against himself and The Young Bucks (Matt and Nick Jackson).

The Dogs (Gabe Kidd, "100 Proof" Clark Connors and David Finlay) beat Cosmo Orion, GMO Kaminari and Jaden Monroe.

"Timeless" Toni Storm shows up. She says that all "The Problem" Marina Shafir talks about is competition, yet the only one with a set of ovaries willing to fight alone is Jon Moxley. She says that she and Shafir are going to Hollywood and she wants everyone banned from ringside so it is just the two of them with nobody to stop them. She then wants the AEW Women's World Championship back before telling Shafir that she will see her at Revolution.

We see footage from last night's CMLL event where Persephone beats Mercedes Moné to win the CMLL Women's World Championship.

Jon Moxley guests on commentary for the next match.

"The Alpha" Konosuke Takeshita beats Claudio Castagnoli after Hechicero stops Claudio from using the CMLL World Heavyweight Championship as a weapon. After the match, Takeshita and Jon Moxley have a staredown, and when Hechicero punches Moxley - which causes Takeshita to stop Hechicero, telling him that it is not necesssary and that he can beat Moxley - this starts a brawl that continues until the end of the show in which Castagnoli and Shafir are also involved.

Those Dynamite Kids - Dynamite recap for February 18, 2026

In backstage footage from earlier today, Orange Cassidy has a replacement for Roderick Strong tonight: Tomohiro Ishii.

Jon Moxley beats Mark Davis in an AEW Continental Championship Eliminator Match by submission with the bulldog choke.

In backstage footage after Grand Slam Australia, "Hangman" Adam Page says that Andrade is one of the best, but his best was not good enough. He hopes MJF is watching, because he will ruin any idea has has of a happy future, and tells MJF to pray that he does not win, for he will come after him and take his title.

FTR (Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler) and Stokely Hathaway head to the ring. Dax says he has been wracking his brain trying to understand why The Young Bucks (Matt and Nick Jackson) attacked them from behind only to realize that in 2016, they were the best tag team in the world and even coined the FTR name. He then says that The Young Bucks are now in second place behind them. Stokely says the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results, which is where they are with The Young Bucks. He says that this pisses him off and that it all pisses him off that The Young Bucks shook hands with The Rascalz (Zachary Wentz and Myron Reed) and Private Party (Marq Quen and Isiah Kassidy) even though they forced Private Party out of the company. Stokely says there is hypocrisy in the situation and states that they hate their coworkers so much it is overwhelming. As Stokely mentions how much he hates The Young Bucks' family, The Young Bucks superkick FTR before confronting Stokely. The Young Bucks superkick Stokely before mentioning that they are #1 contenders for the AEW World Tag Team Championships, and throw down the challenge for the titles at Revolution.

In backstage footage from after Grand Slam Australia, Brody King says he was so close to the AEW World Championship, but now he can taste it. He says that MJF weaseled his way into another win, and that he will soon get back into the world title hunt and that he is looking for another fight.

Willow Nightingale retains the TBS Championship against Mina Shirakawa, "The Problem" Marina Shafir and Megan Bayne in a four-way match after countering Mina's Figure Four Leg Lock with an inside cradle.

AEW acknowledges the passing of former WWE director Kerwin Silfies at the age of 75.

"Hangman" Adam Page heads to the ring. He is soon joined by MJF. MJF makes it clear to Hangman that he hates his guts as well as everything about him and the fans actually thinking he is anywhere near his level and that he is the main character when it is really MJF. MJF also hates the "Cowboy Shit" chant and the fact that Hangman holds two wins over him, and says that Hangman is "a lucky shot" who is nowhere near better than him. He then says that something is off about Hangman and that he can smell it, and says that Hangman is in his own head after being at the top of the mountain twice only to crumble under pressure. MJF then proposes that if Hangman were to become world champion and crumble a third time, he would be exposed as a fraud, and while he feels Hangman is a lucky shot, he is all out of bullets, and he looks forward to ending "the myth of Hangman and his cowboy shit." Hangman says that the fans carried him to the World Championship, especially as he beat the dogshit out of MJF. He says that if anyone is a lucky shot, it is the man who had a guaranteed shot and sat on it until he waited until the last second, kicked him in the balls, and collected the spoils of greater men. Hangman says that as much as MJF hates him, he hates MJF worse, not just because of his lies and deceit, but because he has never met someone more like him. He says that MJF is desperate for love and acceptance and wants to make his mark, which reminds MJF of himself. He says that he wants to end this for good at Revolution, and that MJF also feels that they cannot have a regular wrestling match. Hangman tells MJF to think of a stipulation, then lets the fans think of what the match should be. MJF says Hangman is out of his mind if he wants something other than a regular wrestling match. Hangman says he knew MJF would says that because he is scared and a coward, and agrees to give his word that if he does not win, then he will never challenge for the World Championship ever again. MJF tells Hangman that he has a deal, but as far as his stipulation goes, he thinks things through, and he needs a week to think over his stipulation, as he does not shoot first and ask questions later like Hangman. Hangman then tells MJF that he already has his answer: Texas Death.

We hear from The Death Riders (Jon Moxley, Claudio Castagnoli, Wheeler Yuta, PAC, Daniel Garcia). PAC says that The Don Callis Family is not like them, and challenges them to a match at Collision. Daniel Garcia says that "family" is just a title for The Don Callis Family and not something that they are willing to die for. Moxley says he is not done with Konosuke Takeshita and that at Revolution, there will be no time limit and that one person will get the other for as long as it takes.

The Conglomeration (Orange Cassidy and Tomohiro Ishii) beat Gabe Kidd and Clark Connors after Darby Allin attacks Gabe Kidd in the crowd with a skateboard to the back and carries him off.

Backstage, we hear from The Don Callis Family. "The Walking Weapon" Josh Alexander accepts The Death Riders' (Jon Moxley, Claudio Castagnoli, Wheeler Yuta, PAC, Daniel Garcia) challenge as they continue to attack people, and Don Callis says he has heard Jon Moxley's challenge to "The Alpha" Konosuke Takeshita and that he accepts. "The Rainmaker" Kazuchika Okada shows up and says he is here to do his job because he is a champion, unlike Takeshita, and brings out Andrade, who says that his eyes are on the AEW World Championship. Don Callis then says the CMLL World Championship would look good on The Don Callis Family's mantle.

We hear from Hook, who says that his first order of business as The Opps' new boss is to get numbers up. He says that he has sent Katsuyori Shibata back to Japan for international recruiting while he recruits back at home. He also says that he is the greatest second-generation wrestler of all time.

The Brawling Birds (Jamie Hayter and Alex Windsor) beat Viva Van and B3CCA.

Backstage, Renee Paquette interviews Thunder Rosa and Kris Statlander. Statlander says she may not be cleared to wrestle, but she wants to fight, and she is not done with Thekla after what she did to her. Thunder Rosa says that since Statlander cannot wrestle, she is getting a piece of Thekla. Statlander warns Thunder Rosa that Thekla is dangerous.

"The Jet" Kevin Knight beats The Beast Mortos.

We see another vignette for Will Ospreay, who says that when he comes back, he will be better than ever.

Backstage, we hear from The Demand (Ricochet, Bishop Kaun, Toa Liona). Ricochet says he has put "Jungle" Jack Perry back into the dirt and can move on to better things. Bishop Kaun wants to know where everybody's priorities lie, and Toa Liona says that they will take the AEW World Trios Championships on Collision. They then head back to the locker room only to find a knife on their door, hinting that Jack Perry may not be done with Ricochet.

Swerve Strickland beats Kenny Omega. During the match, Kenny Omega goes for a V-Trigger only to accidentally wipe out referee Aubrey Edwards. Prince Nana tries to revive referee Aubrey Edwards to no avail, and Swerve exposes a turnbuckle before sending Omega throat-first into it after hitting Omega with Big Pressure. Referee Paul Turner shows up as Swerve hits the Swerve Stomp, but Omega kicks out. Omega ducks the House Call and hits a V-Trigger followed by the Poison 'Rana, but Swerve escapes the One Winged Angel again. Omega hits a knee, but Swerve is able to hit Big Pressure for the win. After the match, Swerve goes for a ground and pound on Omega, then tosses referee Paul Turner out of the ring and takes Prince Nana's chain and chokes Omega out with it. He then sends Omega over the top rope and tries to hang him, then clears the announce desk, pulls the ring steps towards it, and puts Omega through the announce desk with a Vertebreaker.

Those Dynamite Kids - Dynamite recap for January 21, 2026

Tony Schiavone is in the ring to introduce MJF to start tonight's show. MJF brags about wearing beautiful watches, custom shoes, diamond rings, Burberry shoes and scarves, arriving in private jets and limousine as well as having the best girlfriend and says that the AEW World Championship is proof of having all that. He also brags that the "Triple B" is worth more than all the money the fans have, then tells the fans to change the channel if anyone brags that they are better than MJF, because what is coming out of their mouth is also coming out of their asses. MJF states that "Hangman" Adam Page and Bandido are just the first of his victims and that 2026 is "the year of the Devil" and that nobody is on his level, then Brody King arrives. Schiavone hands the microphone to MJF, wishes him luck and leaves the ring before Brody King says that the only thing he can think of is all the way that he wants to hurt MJF and putting his fist through his chest and ripping out his spine since MJF attacked Bandido. He then says he will not do that because MJF is "just a bitch," which the fans soon chant, and states that if he puts his hands on him, he will not get a match MJF so he can choke the life out of him, beat him and take his title tonight. MJF backs up to the corner and says no, then says it is not because he is afraid of Brody, saying Brody is all bark and no bite, but because he has beaten nobody of worth to challenge him, and says this match will not happen until Brody beats elite-level talent. He also warns Brody that if he interrupts him again, they will have a problem. He pokes Brody in the chest once before realizing this is a mistake, and Brody barks at MJF as MJF leaves the ring in a hurry.

We see a video package of what has happened between Samoa Joe and "Hangman" Adam Page in the last week.

Backstage, MJF interviews "Hangman" Adam Page and JetSpeed ("The Jet" Kevin Knight and "Speedball" Mike Bailey). Hangman says tonight is a night for celebration and that they should come up with a team name. Kevin Knight comes up with "Jet Set Rodeo," but Hangman has to shoot down "Horsecock," saying it did not work out in the past. Hangman mentions his upcoming match with Katsuyori Shibata, then Speedball says that he and Knight will focus on their matches and do well. Hangman warns Knight that while Samoa Joe is tough, he has his strengths and he will win if he can outlast him. Knight then asks Hangman about Swerve Strickland, and Hangman says "It'll be a hell of a main event."

Samoa Joe beats "Speedball" Mike Bailey. During the match, Hook and Katsuyori Shibata show up and get involved throughout the match without getting caught. Joe gets the win with the Muscle Buster after Hook distracts referee Paul Turner while Shibata assists Joe in hitting Speedball with the Muscle Buster out of the corner.

Don Callis guests on commentary for the next match.

The Death Riders (Jon Moxley, Wheeler Yuta, Daniel Garcia) beat The Don Callis Family (Hechicero, Lance Archer, Rocky "Azucar" Romero) by submission in a Trios Street Fight with a Dragonslayer from Garcia to Romero after Moxley curb stomps Romero. After the match, The Death Riders, also including Claudio Castagnoli and "The Problem" Marina Shafir, gets in Don Callis' face, and Moxley tells Callis to tell his family that they know where to find him.

We hear from Triangle of Madness (Julia Hart, Skye Blue, "The Toxic Spider" Thekla). Thekla says Kris Statlander gives everyone title shots, then mentions that she never gets one. Before the next match, Stokely Hathaway plugs his website (helpbigstoke.com) for help regarding his injuries before introducing FTR (Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler). Stokely Hathaway guests on commentary for the next match.

FTR (Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler) beat Alec Price and Jordan Oliver (both of whom are now officially on the AEW roster).

Backstage, we hear from Kris Statlander and The Babes of Wrath (Willow Nightingale and Harley Cameron). Statlander says that "The Toxic Spider" Thekla has no idea who she is dealing with, and while her body is made for destroying, her mind is sadistic. Willow says she has been waiting to beat Julia Hart again and gives Julia her rematch. Harley addresses Skye Blue, saying she will punch her in the face if she gets involved.

"The Walking Weapon" Josh Alexander attacks Kenny Omega during his entrance before the next match as Don Callis guests on commentary.

Kenny Omega beats "The Walking Weapon" Josh Alexander after briefly chasing Don Callis out of the commentary table and into the crowd. After the match, Omega gives Don Callis credit for striking while the iron was hot and while he was less than 100%, then says he has not felt this good in years and that not one member of Callis' family can beat him where he is at right now. He tells Callis to either quit while he is ahead, or lick his wounds and come back when he is AEW World Champion.

Holiday Bash - Dynamite recap for December 17, 2025

Jon Moxley beats Roderick Strong via pinfall in the Blue League of the Continental Classic. Jon Moxley earns three points and now has six points, while Roderick Strong still has zero points and is mathematically eliminated from winning the Continental Classic.

Backstage, we hear from Eddie Kingston. He says you either win or you learn, and while he did not win against Samoa Joe, he learned from it, and now his future opponents will see what he learned. He says he does not stop or quit and that professional wrestling is all he is. He says that he learns and moves forward, and that he will see everyone again, hopefully at Collision when somebody wants to step forward.

Don Callis guests on commentary for the next match.

The Elite (Matt Jackson, Nick Jackson, Kenny Omega) beat The Don Callis Family ("The Alpha" Konosuke Takeshita, Rey Hechicero, "The Rainmaker" Kazuchika Okada) in a $1,000,000 (£750,000) Winner Takes All Trios Match. After the match, The Don Callis Family attack, then Okada and Takeshita get on the same page for once and Matt and Nick Jackson. After that, they start fighting again, but that does not last long when Omega gets back into the ring with a push broom and swings it at them. Takeshita and Okada flee, as does Don Callis, who also drops the bag containing $1 million.

Tony Schiavone is in the ring for a contract signing for the AEW World Championship match at Worlds End. "Hangman" Adam Page is introduced first, followed by Swerve Strickland and Prince Nana, followed by Samoa Joe. Samoa Joe shows up with Hook and Powerhouse Hobbs on his way to the ring. Joe says that when it comes to Hangman and Swerve, the sum is always volatile and unpredictable, and that his friends are here in case there is anything to trigger anyone into doing something stupid. Joe then signs the contract. Swerve says he came back to AEW for the World Championship, and if the finish of that match was different, he would be coming after Joe. He also notes that there is a bit of mutual respect between himself and Hangman despite what they have both done to each other. Swerve then mentions that he hates Joe just as much as he respects Hangman, all because Joe left him laying in a pool of his own blood in their last contract signing and he ended up beating him for the World title, which he plans to do again. He also hopes to leave a bootprint on Joe's face that will be uglier than the face tattoo he had in 2007. Swerve tells Joe and Hangman to bring their best to Worlds End, because you cannot kill a god with bullets. Swerve signs the contract. Hangman mentions that he and Joe once fought together to take the AEW World Championship from Jon Moxley, but acknowledges that Swerve or Joe could have been champion. In the end, he ended up beating Moxley to become World Champion. Hangman says that he knew both Joe and Swerve would find a way to face him for the World Championship. He says he gave Joe that opportunity, but when he failed, he turned into something worse than Moxley. He says that Joe may be World Champion, but he has no self-respect, and that the title is all he has left. Hangman says he planned the World Championship against everyone who helped him, including Swerve. He says that if Swerve defeated him, he would have accepted that defeat and handed the title to him. Hangman says that Joe will not be leaving Worlds End as World Champion, as he has messed up by making enemies out of him and Swerve. Hangman signs the contract, and as Tony Schiavione announces that this is official, the lights go out. MJF's theme then plays, and MJF shows up for the first time in months. "Smart" Mark Sterling is on the outside to give MJF his Casino Gauntlet contract, which MJF signs. MJF cashes in his guaranteed World Championship match, making the match a four-way match. MJF says he is executing this contract and facing three men instead of one, then MJF takes what Hangman said about him being a coward and saying that he will beat him and his two greatest rivals in one fell swoop to really hurt Hangman. MJF tells Joe that he still hates Joe for taking the World title from him and making the fans turn on him in response, then says the fans dictate who goes down as an all-time great and says that he must go down as an all-time great. He tells Joe that his time has just run out and that he will make Joe fall back harder than his hairline, and at Worlds End - where Joe ended his title reign - he will end Joe's reign. Swerve tells MJF that if he should be afraid of anyone, it is him. MJF mentions the history that he and Swerve both have (while making light of Swerve's run in WWE) as well as Swerve's time in AEW, then says that Swerve is in his way and that AEW is his house and rent is due, and the Devil is here to collect. He then says he will handle all his family business in one night like Michael Corleone and win the AEW World Championship.

Backstage, we hear from JetSpeed. The two of them hope to be in the finals of the Continental Classic. Speedball hopes to keep his momentum going, and Kevin Knight hopes to beat Okada on Collision. Those Dynamite Kids - Dynamite recap for December 3, 2025

Tony Schiavone is in the ring to start tonight's show. He introduces Samoa Joe, then introduces Eddie Kingston second. Joe demands Schiavone leave the ring before he "snatch[es] that ugly wig off his head." Joe says he is not in a suit tonight because wearing a suit is too sophisticated for the people of the Indianapolis, Indiana area. He also views Eddie as lesser than he is, saying he has never gotten it done and has never fulfilled his potential. He says that Eddie will "fight [his] ass off" to beat him for the AEW World Championship, but he will not cross the finish line, just like every other time. Joe says it will only be because he choked Eddie unconscious in the middle of this ring rather than anything Eddie has done. Eddie says Joe was once held in high regard, but he has since "sold [his] soul out hard." He says he knows perseverance from Joe and that he is a hothead only because he gets things done when he does, and that while Joe showed what it meant to be a real heavyweight champion, he now has become like the guys from the old generation he used to hate. Eddie tells Joe that if he brings the Samoa Joe that made him want to battle and keep going, he will eat him alive next week.

Backstage, we hear from The Opps (Hook, Powerhouse Hobbs, Katsuyori Shibata). Hook says that Samoa Joe will take care of business against Eddie Kingston. Hobbs says they have their own business tonight, and if The Dark Order (Evil Uno, Alex Reynolds, John Silver) can beat them, they get a trios title shot. Hook says they will have fun with "Hangman" Adam Page's close friends, and says that it will be "real light work."

Don Callis guests on commentary for the next match.

"The Rainmaker" Kazuchika Okada beats PAC by pinfall in the Gold League of the Continental Classic after countering the Brutalizer with a pinfall attempt. "The Rainmaker" Kazuchika Okada earns three points, tying him with PAC.

Backstage, we hear from Mark Briscoe. Briscoe talks about his past matches with Daniel Garcia and how they have won one match each, then says Garcia is "the real deal." He says things have changed in a year, as he is now the TNT Champion, not Garcia, and his opinion of Garcia is not what it once was, as he is falling into "a Death Riders (Jon Moxley, Claudio Castagnoli, Wheeler Yuta, PAC, Daniel Garcia, Marina Shafir) death spiral." Briscoe says he does not play games, and he has asked for this TNT Championship match. He says that their title match next week will be "an international ass-whuppin'."

In backstage footage from earlier today, we hear from The Demand (Ricochet, Bishop Kaun, Toa Liona). Ricochet says he has had to set his phone to "Do Not Disturb" as promoters have been calling him to save their companies. He says he is not only a champion, but a viral sensation in every company he has worked for. Ricochet also says he is known for charity work, and next week, he will make his debut in Ring of Honor at Final Battle against Dalton Castle and dispose of him with ease before doing some more charity work on Collision with a title match with another random opponent.

Backstage, Renee Paquette interviews The Conglomeration (Mark Briscoe, Orange Cassidy, Roderick Strong) and The Babes of Wrath (Harley Cameron and Willow Nightingale). Mark Briscoe says they have not started the Continental Classic off with success, and that the word of the day is "retributionification." He says that somebody needs to win. Roderick Strong says that he is not part of The Conglomeration and that he plans to defeat Orange Cassidy in the Continental Classic, and threatens to break Orange's back on his way out.

We see footage of Darby Allin at the hospital.

"The Protostar" Kyle Fletcher earns three points and leads the Gold League with six points, while Kevin Knight still has three points. After the match, Don Callis says that he has a message for The Young Bucks (Matthew and Nicholas Jackson) after the commercial break. Hechicero and Josh Alexander join Callis and Fletcher, and after the commercial break, Callis says that while he can forgive a lot of things, he calls siding with Kenny Omega "an unforgivable sin." Callis also says he has The Young Bucks' money and knows that Omega will not finance them, and dares The Young Bucks to come to the ring and take it. The Young Bucks show up and fight Alexander, Fletcher and Hechicero, with Fletcher receiving a BTE-Trigger. They also manage to get one bag of money, but they are soon thwarted by "The Rainmaker" Kazuchika Okada. The Young Bucks are soon overpowered, but they are saved by Jurassic Express ("Jungle" Jack Perry and Luchasaurus). Okada kicks Luchasaurus in the groin and flips Perry off, but when Perry bites his finger, more members of The Don Callis Family show up to go on the attack and overpower once more. Callis even goes so far as to strike Matt in the side of the neck and go for Nick's eyes, then Kenny Omega shows up and cleans house. Okada rolls out of the ring before Omega can hit him with a V-Trigger.

We see a video package for The Babes of Wrath (Harley Cameron and Willow Nightingale). Harley mentions their history as opponents, and Willow mentions their history as a team. Harley says people did not think they would last this far, and Willow says they are done with the upsets and surprise wins before Harley says they plan on dominating the women's tag division.

We see a video package for Jamie Hayter and Kris Statlander vs. Sisters of Sin (Skye Blue and Julia Hart).

We hear from The Dark Order (Evil Uno, Alex Reynolds, John Silver). As Evil Uno talks about their potential Trios title shot, "Hangman" Adam Page suddenly shows up, and Alex Reynolds tells him not to ruin it for them Hangman says he owes them that much, then says The Opps (Powerhouse Hobbs, Hook, Katsuyori Shibata) are his the second the match is over.

Backstage, Renee Paquette interviews Mercedes Moné. Mercedes desires not to be reminded of her failure to win the AEW Women's World Championship, then states that she will beat Red Velvet again at Final Battle, then says she will be on Honor Club to give everyone a preview of what will happen.

We hear from FTR (Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler) and Stokely Hathaway. Stokely brings up The Bang Bang Gang (Juice Robinson and Austin Gunn) interrupting them at Collision and wanting to be champions "for the boys on the injured list." Wheeler says that The Bang Bang Gang will not get the job done. Harwood asks Juice Robinson if he has always been a step behind before stating that this is a way of life for him while it is just a paycheck for Austin Gunn and daring The Bang Bang Gang to put their hands on their titles again.

The Opps (Powerhouse Hobbs, Hook, Katsuyori Shibata) beat The Dark Order (Evil Uno, Alex Reynolds, John Silver). After the match, "Hangman" Adam Page shows up and fights The Opps, hitting Hobbs with a bottle to the forehead before security shows up as he goes for a Buckshot Lariat to restore order.

He says that throughout his 37-year career, he has never told him that he is not good enough, and while he has experienced a lot failure, he keeps getting back up, and for the first time in over 30 years, he is the face of TNT. Dustin says that he plans to give his damnedest as a fighting champion, then says "Mom and Dad...I kept steppin' just for you." Suddenly Don Callis and "The Protostar" Kyle Fletcher show up and head to the ring, and Fletcher states that Dustin's story is touching, yet he finds it "a gigantic load of crap." He says that tonight's celebration should be his, and after congratulating Dustin for "weaseling his way into" a match that should have been one-on-one, he states he has signed his own death certificate, and that he will not rest until he takes everything from him. Dustin admits that he fell short against some great opponents for the TNT title, then states that all Fletcher does week in and week out is complain and make excuses. He says that he worked three times in twenty-four hours while Fletcher worked only once, and that he pulled it off and Fletcher did not. Don Callis steps in, saying that Dustin is a great wrestler and an even better man after everything that he has overcome and that Dusty is a legend, but of all the demons Dustin has slain, the one high he keeps chasing is championship gold. He knows that Dustin is on top of the world, but wants to know what will happen when Fletcher takes it from him, and says he will hold a place in his family for him. When Callis says that a spot in his family is better than being part of his own dysfunctional family, Dustin grabs him. Fletcher attacks Dustin, but Dustin fires back and sends him and Callis running.

Ricochet beats AR Fox after AR Fox misses on the top rope 450 splash.

Colt Cabana is suddenly attacked at the announce table, with Marina Shafir choking him with a chain from behind before Moxley punches Cabana multiple times. Wheeler Yuta throws Cabana, who is now busted open, around. Moxley says that the fans love stuff like this and that they are giving the people what they want, then he hangs Moxley off the side of the ring with his large chain. Moxley, Shafir and Yuta leave as medical checks on Cabana.

Backstage, Lexy Nair interviews Kris Statlander. Statlander says that while Willow Nightingale was in all of her recent matches, she is a wrestler and she is strong. All of a sudden, Jon Moxley, Marina Shafir, and Wheeler Yuta pass by. Yuta says champions bounce back, then Shafir pulls him away. Statlander takes this advice to heart.

Megan Bayne beats Tay Melo in a match where everyone else is banned from ringside.

We hear from Sky Flight (Scorpio Sky, Darius Martin, Dante Martin, Leila Grey, Christopher Daniels). As Scorpio Sky says he has been back for two weeks and is looking for a fight, Don Callis shows up and wants to make Scorpio part of his family. Christopher Daniels steps in and says they are more interested in a fight, and Don Callis shows interest.

Alex Windsor beats Taya Valkyrie by submission with the Sharpshooter. After the match, Athena shows on the balcony and says it is time for a new star to be born as "Athena Elite Wrestling" takes center stage, then makes fun of "Timeless" Toni Storm's promos. Toni shows up and tells Athena to get down, as she is the only "balcony bitch" in the business, then tells her to sign her contract and face her. Athena refuses, but Toni tells her to come down to the ring so she can shine her shoe on her sphincter. Athena says that Toni will have to go through Billie Starkz first, but Toni says that if Billie, who she admits will be a great wrestler "when she hits puberty," beats her, she can get a title shot as well, much to Athena's confusion. Toni, deciding that she will come to Athena if Athena will not come to her, then goes straight for the balcony to chase after Athena, and Athena retreats.

Backstage, Lexy Nair interviews Anthony Bowens. Billy Gunn shows up, and Bowens says they are not on the same page and that it is affecting his career. Billy Gunn thinks that Bowens is obsessed with "Platinum" Max Caster, but Bowens is more upset with Billy Gunn not being there when Max Caster turned on him. Billy Gunn mentions that Bowens has him both coming and going, then tells Bowens that he has a "slump buster" for him to get him back on track next week, and Bowens looks forward to it.

"Platinum" Max Caster is in the ring. He says that life in the Midwest can be so boring, but he is here and they get to chant his name. He leads his own chant again, but Max says he would rather watch Angel Reese struggle to make a basket than her them struggle on his chant. He then issues the five-minute challenge, and it is answered by Kyle O'Reilly.

Those Dynamite Kids - Dynamite recap for July 9, 2025

Mercedes Moné heads to the ring to start tonight's show. She asks "Timeless" Toni Storm to keep their face-to-face meeting civil before Toni Storm shows up on the video screen with Luther. Mercedes says she is sick of the games and that she can master any game, then demands Toni meet her in the ring. Toni and Luther head to the ring, and Toni has a bottle of champagne with her. The two of them have a toast to Mercedes becoming the next AEW Women's World Championship, then Mercedes notes the champagne does not taste right. Toni states that Mercedes has viewed her as an underdog and has the authenticity of spray tan in a rainstorm and the depth of a kiddy pool before calling Mercedes a fraud. She says that she found herself in the AEW Women's World Championship while all of Mercedes' titles are masks for Mercedes to hide behind, then asks what Mercedes is trying to hide. Mercedes says they have walked similar paths, yet she will always be better than Toni, and she is not afraid of anyone or anything, and the more people hate her, the more she will win, and nobody will stop her, not even Toni. Mercedes says that the AEW Women's World Championship is her legacy and that she knows who she is, and that she will beat Toni for the title. Toni says that legacies do not exist and that everyone will die and be forgotten, and that all that matters is the one moment where Mercedes steps in the ring, looks in her eyes, and realizes that she fears an ordinary life while Toni fears an ordinary death. Toni says that while Mercedes feels she deserves all the titles in the world, she does not deserve this one, and she will go down as the woman who could not win the big one. Mercedes declares that the conversation is no longer civil, then the two of them have a toast. Mercedes spits out the champagne, Toni yells "Eat shit, bitch!", and Toni nearly lays Mercedes out before Mercedes is able to retreat.

We hear from Jon Moxley, who says that "Hangman" Adam Page beat him before, but that was long ago and that he has not yet lost a war of attrition. He asks if Hangman will outlast him and hold the line under pressure of expectation, then concludes that Hangman is a victim and a waste before calling him "pathetic." He says Hangman has one chance to prove him wrong, and that he had better walk the aisle like it will be the last time, as he is "all the way in" this time.

The Young Bucks (Matthew and Nicholas Jackson) arrive in their "Founding Fathers" limousine.

Don Callis guests on commentary for the next match.

The Don Callis Family ("The Alpha" Konosuke Takeshita and "The Protostar" Kyle Fletcher) beats Bandido and Brody King after Takeshita punches Bandido out of the air to hit Raging Fire.

We hear from The Outrunners (Truth Magnum and Turbo Floyd), who says that last week's Collision was a little piece of history and that they came close to beating FTR (Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler). Turbo Floyd says they proved they will never give up, and that this is not over.

Renee Paquette interviews FTR (Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler), Stokely Hathaway and The Patriarchy (Christian Cage, "The Prodigy" Nick Wayne, Kip Sabian, Mother Wayne). Christian Cage says FTR and The Patriarchy will both bring their both and expects success, then says that if FTR scratches their backs, The Patriarchy will scratch theirs when they become tag team champions. Stokely says the biggest injustice in AEW is FTR not being in the AEW tag team title match despite their history of success, then says they will be watching before showing interesting in Christian's deal.

Ricochet beats Blake Christian following the interference by Gates of Agony (Bishop Kaun and Toa Liona) behind the referee's back.

Backstage, Renee Paquette interviews The Hurt Syndicate (MVP, Bobby Lashley, Shelton Benjamin, MJF). MJF says Mark Briscoe is about to get hurt and that he will get one step closer to the AEW World Championship. MVP, Lashley and Shelton leave for a photo shoot only to find out the tag team titles have been stolen by "Speedball" Mike Bailey and "The Jet" Kevin Knight.

We see a video package for "The Rainmaker" Kazuchika Okada vs. Kenny Omega for the AEW Unified Championship at All In Texas.

Mark Briscoe heads to the ring. He is soon joined by MJF. MJF mocks Briscoe's Southern accent, which causes the crowd to tell MJF to shut up, then says there will be no "talky-talk," then tells Briscoe to a "walky-walk back to [his] meth lab" so he can "feed all 95 of his children." Briscoe says MJF needs "a good ol' country ass-whuppin'," which leads to a "whup his ass" chant from the crowd, and while Saturday will be here, MJF cannot berate him because he is proud to be a Southern boy. He says that MJF may be rich and may look rich, but inside, he is bankrupt, and calls "bankrupt" the word of the day, as MJF is morally bankrupt and has no soul, and that MJF is so predictable he can see right through him. After Briscoe says he expects MJF to make fun of his brother Jay Briscoe, MJF says that Jay Briscoe is one of the best. He then says he pities his brother, not because he passed away, but because he has to look down and see what Mark Briscoe has become. He says Jay is rolling in his grave from watching Mark Briscoe go from one-half of the greatest tag team of all time to "nothing more than a joke," and that he would bet that if Jay were here, he would tell Mark it should have been him in that accident. Mark Briscoe immediately goes for the ground-and-pound, but when he goes for the Jay Driller, the rest of The Hurt Syndicate shows up. Before they can get in the ring, "Speedball" Mike Bailey and "The Jet" Kevin Knight go after Lashley and Shelton. Mark Briscoe chases MJF through the crowd as Speedball and Knight brawl with Lashley and Shelton. Shelton gets clocked with one of the tag team titles before getting his head drop kicked into the ring steps. Speedball and Knight then double-team Lashley, who is soon laid out much like MVP and Shelton, then The Patriarchy soon show up and lay waste to The Hurt Syndicate, even smashing Lashley's left leg in the process with a Con-Chair-To. Speedball and Knight then lay Lashley out in the middle of the ring.

Megan Bayne beats Queen Aminata, "The Toxic Spider" Thekla and Tay Melo in a Fatal 4-Way Match to enter the Women's Casino Gauntlet Match at #2.

Backstage, Renee Paquette interviews "The Toxic Spider" Thekla when she is suddenly attacked by Queen Aminata. Security quickly moves into place to break up the brawl, then Mark Briscoe shows up and says he will win the Men's Casino Gauntlet and kill MJF while Renee corpses.

Samoa Joe beats Wheeler Yuta by submission with the Coaquina Clutch. After the match, Gabe Kidd shows up and attacks Joe, but Kidd and Yuta flee when Powerhouse Hobbs and "The Wrestler" Katsuyori Shibata rush into the ring.

The Young Bucks (Matthew and Nicholas Jackson) and The Death Riders (Jon Moxley and Claudio Castagnoli) beat The Opps (Powerhouse Hobbs and "The Wrestler" Katsuyori Shibata), Will Ospreay and "Hangman" Adam Page in an eight-man tag match. After the match, Wheeler Yuta and Gabe Kidd show up to go on the attack with The Death Riders and The Young Bucks, and Marina Shafir hands Jon Moxley a chain. Marina Shafir then hands The Young Bucks plastic bags to choke Ospreay and Hangman with when Swerve Strickland shows up on the video screen. He says that everything he and The Young Bucks have been through is all about control, then says he is about to take some back. He then smashes The Young Bucks' limousine with a back hoe. The brawl in the ring continues, and this leads to Hangman carrying Moxley's chain. Shafir has to get Moxley out of the ring as the show ends. Meanwhile, The Young Bucks see the extent of the damage to their limousine, then Prince Nana shows up. Swerve Strickland then jumps up from a forklift and hits The Young Bucks.

Here are the highlights from tonight's show!
