Collision Course - Collision recap for July 11, 2026

Tony Schiavone introduces a returning "Hangman" Adam Page to the ring to start tonight's show. Hangman says that he is a gardener and lives on "an acre-and-a-half in Greensboro" now, and mentions the flowers as well as the creatures in his garden as well as how therapeutic it is to plant a seed and tend to plants. He says he has been gone for four months, and when he was not in rehab, he was planting, and when All Elite Wrestling decided to come to Roanoke, Virginia, it was important to be here, as he wanted to plant one more seed. Hangman admits he does not know what this will bloom into or if it will grow at all, then mentions losing any chance at challenging for the AEW World Championship when he lost to MJF. He thinks about what could have gone wrong before admitting that he lost, and says that he is a man of his word as the stipulation lives in him and not in ink in a document in a file cabinet somewhere, and says he will never challenge for the AEW World Championship again. Hangman then talks about Kenny Omega winning the title, saying it was important to him as well as his message to never quite and always run the race afterwards. Hangman says there are miles and miles of track in front of him, and mentions the TNT Championship, the National Championship, the Continental Championship, and the International Championship. Hangman then asks who he is without the World Championship after seven years of chasing it, and while he does not know, everyone is going to find out. He then says that tonight, he can hear his words, truer now than ever before, and that he is going to have to find something else to do...and he will.

Bandido retains the Ring of Honor World Championship against "The Wrestler" Katsuyori Shibata after countering an attempted low blow with a La Magistral Cradle.

In backstage footage from earlier today, Renee Paquette interviews Hikaru Shida and Harley Cameron in a no-physicality interview. Harley says that everything happening as of late began through Shida, who says she is champion and that she did not need anyone to win it. Harley says that Shida has been gone for a while and that a lot has happened, and that she has been champion too, and that she will keep on fighting.

Backstage, Lexy Nair interviews "Speedball" Mike Bailey, who says that he let Don Callis inside his head, but since then, he has racked up some wins. He says that he will beat Mark Davis and win the AEW National Championship, then walk into Redemption as champion.

Hikaru Shida retains the TBS Championship against Harley Cameron by submission with a bow-and-arrow type hold. After the match, Shida continues to attack Harley, but retreats when Queen Aminata runs to the ring.

Backstage, Matt Sydal shows up as Lexy Nair interviews The Lethal Twist (Jay Lethal, "Vanilla Baby" Blake Christian, "Big Shotty" Lee Johnson). As Sydal tells Lethal that joining The Demand (Ricochet, Bishop Kaun, Toa Liona) would be a mistake, The Demand shows up, and Ricochet says that Sydal has fallen off while he has moved on and gotten better. When Ricochet asks Sydal if he has anything else to get off his chest, Sydal says "Yeah...you're bald!" and runs off.

We hear from The Don Callis Family ("The Machine" Brian Cage, Trent Beretta, Mark Davis, Lance Archer) backstage. Mark Davis introduces "The Protostar" Kyle Fletcher, who says it feels right to be champion again and put Konosuke Takeshita in the rear view mirror. He says that Takeshita knows where to find him for a rematch, then addresses "Hangman" Adam Page mentioning The Don Callis Family's championship gold. Fletcher says that he lost the TNT title because of The Rascalz (Zachary Wentz, Dezmond Xavier, Myron Reed), and says that because of this, "The Machine" Brian Cage has a match with Zachary Wentz tonight. Beretta then asks if there is something wrong with Darby Allin for setting fireworks off near Brian Cage's head, then says Darby fears him because he is nowhere to be seen tonight. Fletcher then says that everything the family does is for Don Callis, and that the family runs AEW.

We see footage of AEW Brawl in the Ballpark.

The Conglomeration (Orange Cassidy, Kyle O'Reilly, Roderick Strong) heads to the ring. Orange Cassidy says that while he Kyle O'Reilly and Roderick Strong are World Trios Champions, there is someone else in The Conglomeration who wants to be champion: Willow Nightingale, who shows up and heads to the ring. Willow talks about her shoulder injury from two months ago that forced her to relinquish the TBS Championship and drop out of the Women's Owen Hart Foundation Tournament, and congratulates Hikaru Shida and Mercedes Moné for stepping up and succeeding. She admits that being sidelined during Double or Nothing broke her heart, but she did not defend the TBS Championship ten times just to let her Wembley Aren adreams die just because her shoulder could not hold the weight of the world. Willow says that she was trying to come back better, and when the recent Casino Gauntlet Match from Wednesday was announced, that was her cue to come back, and now she has one more shot at glory. She then says that "The Toxic Spider" Thekla made a mistake when she attacked her, then says that the worst day of her career will not define the rest of it and that nothing will stop her from beating Thekla and becoming Women's World Champion. Willow then warns Mercedes that she will be the one she will be facing at All In.

We see more footage from Brawl in the Ballpark, then we hear from Skye Blue. She says that Julia Hart made Brawl in the Ballpark her battlefield and that Willow Nightingale will hear from "The Toxic Spider" Thekla soon. She then dares The Divine Dominion (Megan Bayne and Lena Kross) to keep the pain coming, for Triangle of Madness (Thekla, Julia, Skye Blue) lives on it.

The Death Riders (Jon Moxley, Claudio Castagnoli, Wheeler Yuta, Daniel Garcia) beat Top Flight (Darius and Dante Martin), AR Fox and Komander in an eight-man tag match with a Dragonslayer/curb stomp combo on AR Fox by Garcia and Moxley. After the match, Moxley says that was a little too easy for The Death Riders and wants to know who will beat them or Will Ospreay, then says it is "The Death Riders against the world."

Backstage, we hear from The Divine Dominion (Megan Bayne and Lena Kross), who say that they have become disgusted by the women's tag team division and that Julia Hart and Skye Blue are "desperate little things" who are like dirt beneath their mountain and will never hold the women's tag titles.

Backstage, we hear from "The Toxic Spider" Thekla, who says that everyone else who is not Triangle of Madness (Thekla, Julia Hart, Skye Blue) is an enemy. She tells Mercedes Mone that she does not trust presidents or CEOs, and says that Willow Nightingale got injured on purpose to skip the line and face her. She then says that Willow has never been a Woman's World Champion because she pretends to be a baby while she is "a real woman," and tells Willow to keep being positive, as "the only thing funnier than a dumb bitch is a happy one."

We hear from The Bang Bang Gang (Juice Robinson, Austin Gunn, Colten Gunn, Ace Austin), who have teamed up with Angels of Assisi pet adoption center in Roanoke, Virginia to give two dogs (ironically named "Finlay" and "Clark") loving homes while mocking The Dogs (Clark Connors and David Finlay).

"The Machine" Brian Cage beats Zachary Wentz. After the match, Trent Beretta says he challenged Darby Allin to a match and that he is here and ready to fight, yet Darby is not even in the state, then demands that the referee get in the ring and raise his hand so he can get a win. Darby Allin suddenly shows up and drop kicks Beretta, and that starts an impromptu match.

Darby Allin beats Trent Beretta. After the match, "The Machine" Brian Cage hits Darby Allin with three powerbombs, but when Mark Davis enters the ring, "Speedball" Mike Bailey shows up with a metal folding chair to make the save for Darby.

Backstage, we hear from Willow Nightingale, who gets Maya World's attention and compliments her on her recent matches before inviting her to bring Hyan for a six-woman tag match with Mercedes Moné and The Divine Dominion (Megan Bayne and Lena Kross) next week. Maya World says she is not finished with Mercedes, and is more than happy to be in the match. She then tells Willow that when she wins the Women's World Championship, she wants the first shot.

We hear from Andrade el Idolo, who says that he is back in AEW to become World Champion. As he talks about this, we see him at the beach as well as on a boat with a woman in a bikini.

"The Protostar" Kyle Fletcher guests on commentary for the next match.

Mark Davis retains the AEW National Championship against "Speedball" Mike Bailey.

Those Dynamite Kids - Dynamite recap for July 1, 2026

In backstage footage from Forbidden Door, Renee Paquette interviews Will Ospreay and Alex Windsor. Ospreay talks about how he is excited to be at All In when Jon Moxley shows up. Moxley meets with Ospreay after Renee and Windsor leave, and Moxley tells Ospreay that if he wants to be "the real thing," he must live it. He says that AEW can be something great in the greatest sport in the world, and while the business is full of unsavory people, it is up to them to protect AEW and preserve the craft. He then gives Ospreay a Death Riders (Jon Moxley, Claudio Castagnoli, Wheeler Yuta, PAC, Daniel Garcia, "The Problem" Marin Shafir) patch, saying that he has earned the right to ride with The Death Riders and that he is proud of him. Moxley leaves, then Kenny Omega shows up and says he is proud of Ospreay. Ospreay says that he knows that Omega is concerned about him, then tells Omega that he is not his father. MJF shows up, and Omega reminds MJF that he has him to deal with after Mark Briscoe if he survives. MJF tells Ospreay he will see him at Wembley Stadium, then leaves. Omega tells Ospreay they will always be friends and that what Ospreay has going on with The Death Riders does not affect their friendship, then tells Ospreay to take care of himself.

MJF retains the AEW World Championship against Mark Briscoe after countering a Jay Driller with a waterwheel slam followed by the Heatseeker. After the match, MJF hits Briscoe with the Dynamite Diamond Ring. MJF then forces medical staff out of the ring, but before Briscoe can get up so that MJF can hit him again, Kenny Omega shows up. MJF retreats. Omega reiterates to MJF that he will be knocking down his door and proposes that MJF has the energy to face him tonight. MJF says it is bad enough he had to come to California and wrestle Briscoe, and refuses to wrestle Omega again. He says that it is laughable that Omega wants another shot at his title after losing to him twice and having kicked out of the One Winged Angel, and says he will not face him at first before suddenly having a big idea. MJF says he will wrestle Omega for the title next week on one condition, and if he does not get an answer by next week, he will not get his shot. If MJF retains, Omega will never be able to become AEW World Championship ever again.

Backstage, Renee Paquette interviews MJF. MJF addresses Andrade el Idolo for putting his hands on him and says that payback is coming and it will hit like a ton of bricks, then lists off who he has beaten in AEW and says that Kenny Omega is 0-2 against him before proclaiming that he is the best in the world. He then says that Omega will not agree to his terms because he is "literally gutless." Will Ospreay shows up and tells MJF not to hurt himself "sucking [himself] off like that" before asking why MJF put up a stipulation. MJF says he is the champ and Ospreay is not, then tells Ospreay he will see him in Wembley Stadium.

Tony Schiavone interviews Andrade el Idolo on the stage. Andrade declares that he is done with The Don Callis Family and MJF and that he will become the AEW World Champion. He then asks "How you know?" before he is attacked from behind by Jake Doyle, Lance Archer and "The Machine" Brian Cage. Don Callis leads the charge as Kevin Knight also shows up, and Brian Cage hits Andrade with the Drill Claw. Callis then commands Andrade to be thrown out of the ring, as Knight has a match to win. Andrade is tossed out of the ring by Brian Cage.

We hear from Mercedes Moné, who boasts about becoming the first-ever two-time Women's Owen Hart winner and how she dominates everywhere she goes and proves that she, not dreams, wins championships. She then says that the AEW Women's World Championship is the last piece to what is already hers.

Don Callis guests on commentary for the next match.

"The Jet" Kevin Knight retains the TNT Championship against Lio Rush. At the beginning of the match, Lio Rush shows up with a backpack containing a completely blackened Ring of Honor World Television Championship. It is announced that Collision will air tomorrow night at 8 PM Eastern/7 PM Central. After the match, Darby Allin shows up and wants a TNT Championship Match, and says that if Knight says no, what happened at Forbidden Door will keep happening. Callis takes the microphone from Knight and says Darby has been a great wrestler and champion, but he crossed the line from wrestler to criminal at Forbidden Door, and his family does not reward criminal behavior and that Darby will not get a match as long as he has something to say about it. Darby says that Knight has dug his grave as Callis says that Darby will not get a match and that Darby should be in a cell.

Backstage, Renee Paquette interviews Tommaso Ciampa, who demands that Renee declare that he is better than Jericho. All of a sudden, Ciampa is whacked in the head with a garbage can by Jericho, who then tosses Ciampa into some chairs. When security gets involved out side of the arena in the loading bay, Ciampa jumps them and throws more things at Jericho while attacking security. He then tries to attack Jericho with a power drill before Jericho fights back. Security gets their hands on Ciampa, but Jericho dives on all of them from the back of a truck before even more security shows up and separates them.

Backstage, Renee Paquette interviews Kenny Omega, who is conversing with The Young Bucks (Matt and Nick Jackson). Matt has faith in Omega to beat MJF, but Nick is a little apprehensive. Omega says he has not made a decision yet and that this decision is important, and asks what is left for him if he cannot challenge for the AEW World Championship and what is in it for MJF.

Jon Moxley and Will Ospreay beat The Lethal Twist ("Vanilla Baby" Blake Christian and "Big Shotty" Lee Johnson).

In backstage footage from after Forbidden Door, Lexy Nair interviews Adam Copeland and Christian Cage. Christian wants to know why "Switchblade" Jay White, and Copeland says that Jay White owed him a favor and that they are even. Christian mentions that he had and still has a problem with Jay White before Jay White's injury.

The Bang Bang Gang ("Switchblade" Jay White, Juice Robinson, Austin Gunn, Colten Gunn, Ace Austin) heads to the ring. Jay White says he was out of action for 459 days and that things have changed since then, then says that The Bang Bang Gang are back together again and wants to know "who let The Dogs (Clark Connors, Gabe Kidd, David Finlay) out." Jay White mentions his history with David Finlay, then says that nothing changes the fact that Finlay is "a nepo baby bitch boy." He says that the stench of Finlay's arrogance has lingered for far too long and that he is here to clear the air, then says Sunday was just the beginning.

We hear from Shane Taylor Promotions (Shane Taylor, "The Captain" Shawn Dean, "Bad News and Tattoos" Carlie Bravo, "Taiga Style" Lee Moriarty) backstage. Shane Taylor says that they run Collision, and Carlie Bravo challenges The Bang Bang Gang ("Switchblade" Jay White, Juice Robinson, Austin Gunn, Colten Gunn, Ace Austin) to a eight-man tag match at Collision.

Hikaru Shida beats Harley Cameron, Maika, Queen Aminata, Persephone and Kris Statlander in a Survival of the Fittest Match to win the vacant TBS Championship! Harley Cameron is eliminated by Persephone when Persephone takes advantage of Harley's showboating. Maika is eliminated by Hikaru Shida with a schoolkid pin after Shida uses referee Aubrey Edwards as a human shield. Statlander eliminates Persephone after Persephone counters Staturday Night Special with a roll-up only for Statlander to counter with a roll-up of her own. Statlander is eliminated by Shida by submission after Statlander gets to the ropes to escape an ankle lock only to be blasted in the face with the TBS Championship by an already-eliminated Persephone, which knocks Statlander out and allows Shida to win the match and become champion.

Kenny Omega heads to the ring when Will Ospreay stops him and asks Omega if he thinks this is a good idea, saying that he believes in Omega before asking Omega if he believes in himself. Omega says this is his Death Ground, and if he goes out, he goes out guns blazing. Omega then heads to the ring and talks about how he has been part of professional wrestling for more than half his life and giving the people everything that he has in the ring. He says he has won titles and set records that could never be broken again and has had a career that can be looked upon fondly, but there is a selfish part of him that knows that it is not enough and that there is a little bit more in the tank. Omega says that if everyone else can believe just one more time, then he knows he can be a champion everyone can be part of and stand on the greatest stage in Wembley Stadium and represent All Elite Wrestling against Will Ospreay. He says that the cost that MJF wants him to make is not too high, and mentions that MJF has anticipated the possibility that he is "the god of professional wrestling" that he has been known to be. Omega says that having one more chance to beat the brakes off MJF while he is still healthy puts a fire in him, and that he not only accepts MJF's challenge, he demands that MJF brings what is his. All of a sudden, Omega is attacked from behind by MJF, and Omega fights back until officials and security rush in to separate both men. MJF manages to get out of the ring as the show ends. (Some of the security guards are played by Dom Kubrick, Slade and McCallion of Delirium (both unmasked), and current United Wrestling Network World Champion Jordan Cruz.)

After the match, Swerve attacks Garcia again, then goes to snap Garcia's arm before Ospreay gets in the ring and brawls with Swerve. Prince Nana trips Ospreay on the outside, stopping the Hidden Blade so that Swerve can hit the House Call. He says that his crew has a bit of a reputation in this match since their win against The Death Riders in Blood and Guts and that the match was all about the thrill of the battle. He then says that Sunday's match is a little more consequential. Mark Briscoe says that if his team wins, he will get a shot at "the scum of the Earth" MJF and the AEW World Championship, and he agrees that they are nothing alike. He then says he has beaten MJF once and he can do it again. He then says that he will walk into battle with his team, and that while MJF may have The Don Callis Family and its talent behind him, they do not care about him and that they would not even piss on him if he was on fire. Those Dynamite Kids - Dynamite recap for May 6, 2026

Tony Schiavone is in the ring to start tonight's show. He addresses the passing of Ted Turner and his role of professional wrestling on national television and how it found a home on TBS and TNT. He talks about how Turner made National Wrestling Alliance and World Championship Wrestling destination video and how he was there early on, and how, thanks to Ted Turner, it lives on in Tony Khan, Warner Bros. Discovery and All Elite Wrestling. He says that everyone is here today because of Ted Turner, as does Sting, who was also part of NWA and WCW's rise on TBS and later TNT. Sting is introduced, and he heads to the ring. Schiavone links Ted Turner to him and Sting being friends all these years, and Sting calls Turner "an all-in billionaire who loved pro wrestling" who was completely committed and devoted to NWA and WCW, even when NWA and WCW were in the red, as he had deep pockets. He says that nobody would be here tonight, much less him, Darby Allin and the TBS and TNT Championships without Ted Turner. On the subject of tonight's show, Sting says he and Darby took a blowtorch to this place for three-and-a-half years. He says that it is a great night to see Darby Allin defend the world title, then calls Tony Kahn "another all-in billionaire who is keeping the ball rolling." Schiavone also mentions the Turner Techwood Mansions on the TBS and TNT Championships's side plates. Tonight's three-hour show is then deemed in honor of Ted Turner's memory, and Ted Turner is given a ten-bell salute. In memoriam: Ted Turner, 1938 - 2026.

Jon Moxley beats Juice Robinson in an AEW Continental Championship Eliminator Match by submission with the bulldog choke after Juice Robinson passes out.

In footage from earlier today, Daniel Garcia talks about their recent 15-hour plane trip back from Japan and how it is The Death Riders (Jon Moxley, Claudio Castagnoli, Wheeler Yuta, PAC, Daniel Garcia, "The Problem" Marina Shafir) against the world. Will Ospreay acts as a base for Wheeler Yuta's sit-ups before Jon Moxley mentions the concept of "death ground," a situation from which one cannot escape and it is do or die. He says that if Ospreay cannot get his neck right, his wrestling career is over, and that it is a privilege for Ospreay to come all the way up the mountain to meet the last one percent. PAC then covers the camera up with his hand.

Before the next match, FTR (Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler) and Stokely Hathaway are accompanied by RPG Vice (Rocky "Azucar" Romero and Trent Beretta), The Dogs (Clark Connors and David Finlay) and Tommaso Ciampa, while The Conglomeration (Orange Cassidy, Kyle O'Reilly, Roderick Strong) are accompanied by The Young Bucks (Matt and Nick Jackson), Adam Copeland and Christian Cage.

As per pre-match stipulation, The Conglomeration (Orange Cassidy, Kyle O'Reilly, Roderick Strong) earn a shot at the AEW World Tag Team Championships. He then says he will take his fight to the people, and takes the microphone and heads to the ring. Jericho says he is done with the three-on-one beatdowns and "the bullshit," then demands that Ricochet talk to him face-to-face, one-on-one, man-to-man in the ring right here and now. Ricochet shows up with Bishop Kaun and Toa Liona, and Ricochet tells Jericho he tried to do him a favor by telling him to leave, but says Jericho decided to be funny. He also says that the three of them can make Jericho's humiliation kink a reality right now, then admits he is getting tired of this and wants to know what he gets out of facing Jericho. Kaun whispers in Ricochet's ear, which gives him an idea. Ricochet challenges Jericho to a match that Jericho himself created, and that he not only wants to beat him with the "Rico-sault," but also beat him in a Stadium Stampede Match. He also says that Jericho will not be able to find four other tag team partners because nobody in AEW likes him, but Jericho accepts the challenge and says he will find four other partners, and if he cannot, he will take Ricochet's team on alone. Jericho then calls Ricochet bald and hits him with the microphone, then fights off both Kaun and Toa Liona before hitting Ricochet with the Judas Effect. Jericho goes for a Lionsault, but is punched out by Toa Liona. All of a sudden, The Hurt Syndicate (Bobby Lashley and Shelton Benjamin) show up and run to the ring, causing Kaun and Toa Liona to retreat while carrying Ricochet to the back.

Don Callis guests on commentary for the next match.

Backstage, "The Protostar" Kyle Fletcher says he did not need anyone's help to beat Adam Cole and that he should be TNT Champion. He is then attacked by dam Cole, and security moves in to stop the brawl.

Mercedes Moné heads to the ring. As Mercedes Moné brags about how she is the CEO of AEW, "Timeless" Toni Storm and Luther show up, and Toni lays her title between herself and Mercedes. Mercedes is happy to see Toni, but says the fans are sick of black and white and want a champion full of color. Toni is happy to see Mercedes, and is impressed with her championship accolades in and out of AEW since her debut. She says that Mercedes has never once spoken to or looked at her, yet Mercedes has been watching her and has professed this to be the one match she has wanted, and asks what took her so long. Mercedes says it is all patience, and that it is all about her legacy, not Toni's. Mercedes says she is the revolution, and Toni says Mercedes has never seen anyone like her. Mercedes admits Toni is different now, but so is she, and that they will bring the house down. Toni says they both achieved so much on the indies, but when all that was not enough, they both came to AEW and became exactly what they wanted to be. Toni then states that while Mercedes wants all the titles, she needs only one, as she has bled, cried, and died for the AEW World Women's Championship, and if Mercedes wants to ride the money train through the Toni Tunnel, she hopes she can get deep enough. Mercedes says even Toni's hips are not even wide enough for the money train. Toni says they will meet again in 45 days, and a girl with big dreams will watch and say "Holy shit, these bitches are crazy," and then, she will find out who the better woman is. She says Mercedes may think she is the best in the world, but she herself is timeless. Mercedes says Toni may be timeless, but she deserves to have her time run out. Both Toni and Mercedes state they will see each other at All In Texas, then Mercedes and Toni shake hands before having the close-in and the staredown. Toni gets a sniff of Mercedes' scent, then Mercedes goes for a cheap shot only for Toni to fight back, which causes Mercedes to retreat.

After the match, Toni says there are more challengers who want a shot at her, then says she is not hard to find, and says she could be anywhere, including on the nearby boardwalk.

We hear from Jon Moxley and Marina Shafir. Moxley tells Samoa Joe that all the people closest to him are dropping like flies, and while Joe inspired a generation of pro wrestling and is beyond reproach, so was Bryan Danielson. Moxley proclaims that he is not scared to step into a steel cage with him because he is exceptional at this job. He says his affairs are in order, and he hopes that Joe has thought things through.

Sammy Guevara beats AR Fox, Rush and "The Jet" Kevin Knight in a $100,000 High Speed Collision Fatal 4-Way Match. During the match, it is announced that next week's Collision will be live on TBS on Thursday at 8 PM Eastern/7 PM Central.

We hear from Samoa Joe, who says he is not here this week out of respect and due to the preparations he is taking to beat Jon Moxley. He says that Moxley will find out that his actions will be met with consequences that will be met on Claudio Castagnoli next week. He says that he had to put their match in a steel cage because the Jon Moxley he sees now does not have the courage to face him in a ring and have an actual firefight with a man like him, and at Beach Break, he will break Moxley and become AEW World Champion.

We see a video package for Paragon (Roderick Strong and Kyle O'Reilly) vs. FTR (Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler) in a two-out-of-three falls match later tonight.

Megan Bayne beats Harley Cameron. After the match, Penelope Ford and Megan Bayne attack Harley Cameron. All of a sudden, Anna Jay shows up and hits Megan Bayne with a 2x4. It has no effect, but Anna does pull the rope down when Megan charges at her. Penelope holds Megan back on the outside.

Jon Moxley and Marina Shafir head to the ring and take out two members of security on the way there. Moxley wants to know what Samoa Joe says he does not understand, then says he has faced all of the supposed "most baddest men" in the business and they all said and tried the same things as Joe until they couldn't. He expects nothing less from Samoa Joe and says he knows how to fight a real firefight, as The Death Riders (Moxley, Claudio Castagnoli, PAC, Wheeler Yuta, Shafir) have been in one the entire time.

Backstage, Lexy Nair interviews The Outrunners (Truth Magnum and Turbo Floyd). Magnum says Best Friends (Trent Beretta and Rocky "Azucar" Romero) are a little upset and disrespected, and Turbo says that if they want to be the physical type, they can also get physical. Magnum says that when it comes to taking on The Outrunners, some are scared to death, but Turbo says that some are too scared to live.

"The Walking Weapon" Josh Alexander vs. Brody King ends in a time limit draw after Alexander rolls out of the ring following the Gonzo Bomb. Alexander hits Brody with a chop block to the left leg when more referees shows up, and Lance Archer goes back on the attack briefly before helping Alexander to the back.

We see a video package for Cru (Lio Rush and Action Andretti). They say they are not here in AEW to waste time, and they hope that Top Flight (Darius and Dante Martin) have learned not to mess with them, as you are "either Cru or enemy."

"Platinum" Max Caster is in the ring. He says that the fans have just seen a fifteen-minute time limit draw, then says nobody can last five minutes against him. A five-minute clock is set up, then demands full participation next time after leading his own chant. Daniel Garcia then answers the five-minute open challenge.

Daniel Garcia beats "Platinum" Max Caster in one minute. After the match, Garcia calls out FTR (Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler), saying he handled his business night and tells them to handle theirs, then he will talk to them afterwards.

Backstage, Lexy Nair interviews Anthony Bowens and Billy Gunn. Bowens is soon interrupted by "Big Shotty" Lee Johnson and Blake Christian, and Christian says Bowens may have beaten him, he did not outshine him. Lee Johnson says he is "150% better" than Bowens and knows how to put him down. Bowens takes this as a challenge and tells him to step up and get mollywhopped.

Gates of Agony (Bishop Kaun and Toa Liona) beat Ray Jaz and Goldy. Cru (Lio Rush and Action Andretti) is seen in the crowd after the match. After the match, The Learning Tree ("The Redwood" Big Bill and "The Bad Apple" Bryan Keith) show up on the video screen, announcing that they are in the parking lot and demand Gates of Agony come to them. After the commercial break, both teams meet in the parking lot and brawl.

FTR (Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler) beats Paragon (Roderick Strong and Kyle O'Reilly) two falls to one (2-1) in a two-out-of-three falls match. Paragon scores the first fall by submission with a ankle lock and grapevine from O'Reilly to Dax, with Dax tapping out at Stokely Hathaway's hehest. FTR scores the second fall following the Shatter Machine on Roderick Strong. Paragon almost scores the third fall, but Dax gets his foot on the bottom rope, and the ref notices it after the three-count. The ref waves it off and lets the match continue, and FTR get the win After the match, Daniel Garcia shows up with a microphone in one hand and a crowbar in the other, and Garcia says he has too much love for FTR to hit them and Stokely with a crowbar. He thanks FTR for putting him back on his feet when his last mentors left him high and dry, but after what he did to him, Angelo Parker and Matt Menard, he wants answers. Garcia says he does not plan to get it from them in a therapy session, and challenges them to meet him in the ring so he can beat the answers out of them.

Collision Course - Collision recap for April 12, 2025

It is announced that Jon Moxley will be replacing PAC as one of the World Trios Champions due to an injury that PAC has suffered in the last week.

FTR (Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler) head to the ring. He had hopes that Dax would be wrong, but it became clear to him that Copeland only cared for himself and held FTR back to raise up his own career. He says that when Copeland was down on the mat, he had to be the one to do it. He says that he is not the helpless kid that Copeland once saw him as and that Copeland disrespected him as a man, and that anyone who disrespects him will have to pay. Cash says FTR are grown men and will be treated as such. Dax says that last week, he saw a sign in the crowd that said "Why FTR Why," then says "Why not?" He says the fans should be thanking them, as they gave Copeland everything he wanted, as he begged for relevancy at FTR's expense and FTR gave it to him. He says that regardless of what the fans thing, what FTR did was right, and while they do not owe anyone an explanation, he will have fun with this. Dax says FTR was irrelevant for four months so that Copeland could win one more world title and prove he is still the man. He says Copeland is "too damn selfish," especially after FTR has won ten tag titles in seven worldwide companies, then says there are fans and people in the locker room are not happy with, and asks Tony Schiavone to come to the ring. Nigel McGuinness tries to talk Tony Schiavone out of this, but Tony heads to the ring anyway. He tells FTR that they were wrong, and after they brought tag team wrestling back, they turned on Copeland. He also says that he mentioned Dax's daughter being affected by all this. This leads to FTR attacking Tony. Nigel stands up, takes off his headset and heads to the ring before they can do the spike piledriver, and tells him to get out. Daniel Garcia runs into the ring, and Dax shoves him. Nigel gets Tony out of the ring, and FTR help Garcia up before hugging him and leaving. Garcia checks on Schiavone.

We hear from "Timeless" Toni Storm, who says that while Megan Bayne is a monster, the tramp is still the champ. She wishes everyone in the women's Owen Hart Tournament good luck before mocking everyone in it (and praising Kris Statlander).

Jamie Hayter beats Billie Starkz to advance in the women's Owen Hart Tournament. During the match, it is announced that next week's Collision will air on Thursday at 8 PM Eastern/7 PM Central due to the NBA playoffs.

We hear from The Death Riders (Jon Moxley, Claudio Castagnoli, Wheeler Yuta, Marina Shafir). Claudio says they expected casualties, but they do not mourn them, for only in death does duty end. He says they are still front and center and that they will accept The Opps' (Samoa Joe, Hook, "The Wrestler" Katsuyori Shibata) challenge. Claudio says this will be a lesson for "play wrestlers" who do not want to come to work, and that what matters is in the front line. He says that this will be Hook's biggest match ever, but reminds him that chicks dig scars.

Gates of Agony (Bishop Kaun and Toa Liona) beat two unidenfitied opponents. (The opponents in question are Smash and Burn [Juni Underwood and Ricky Pryce].)

Backstage, Lexy Nair tries to get an interview with FTR (Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler) when "Daddy Magic" Matt Menard and "Cool Hand" Angelo Parker confront them. Parker says they can see through FTR's "bullshit" and will not let them pull the wool over Daniel Garcia's eyes. Menard says they will not sit back and let this happen. Dax Harwood accepts their challenge for tonight, and that Daniel Garcia will be at ringside.

Anthony Bowens beats Blake Christian after Billy Gunn helps take out "Big Shotty" Lee Johnson on the outside. After the match, Bowens says this has been a long time coming and that it is time to level up, as he is AEW's "five-tool player" and "the pride of professional wrestler." He says he does not need a trademark to say he is the best because he will prove it every week. He then asks who will be the next to step up and get Mollywhopped by the Five Tool Player.

Megan Bayne beats LMK and Kelly Madan in a two-on-one handicap match.

AR Fox beats "The Jet" Kevin Knight.

Backstage, we hear from Gates of Agony (Bishop Kaun and Toa Liona). Kaun says they are back, and that they do mind behind hurt. He then challenges The Hurt Syndicate (Bobby Lashley and Shelton Benjamin) to a tag team match on Dynamite.

Daniel Garcia shows up to watch the next match from ringside.

FTR (Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler) beat "Cool Hand" Angelo Parker and "Daddy Magic" Matt Menard following two spike piledrivers on a bloodied Daddy Magic. After the match, Daniel Garcia - who confronted FTR for the two spike piledrivers and the attempt at a third one - confronts FTR again. FTR leaves as Garcia checks on Daddy Magic, then return and attack Garcia before hitting him with a spike piledriver. Security and referees show up before FTR can hit a second one, and referee Mikey Posey gets shoved before FTR go for the move again. Suddenly, Undisputed Kingdom (Adam Cole, Kyle O'Reilly, Roderick Strong) rush in and force FTR to retreat.

Athena beats Harley Cameron to advance in the women's Owen hart Tournament.

We hear from Mercedes Moné, who says that she will be in her hometown of Boston, Massachusetts, where she made her debut and had the biggest dream of holding all the gold. She calls Athena a speed bump on her track to success, and while she is the best, she is competing against her, and at Dynamite, she will show why money changes everything and why the best woman and the one who wins is her.

"The Alpha" Konosuke Takeshita beats Brody King to advance in the men's Owen Hart Tournament.
