He then says that Seth Rollins and AOP (Akam and Rezar) have run roughshod for weeks and have sent him to the hospital twice, but he will continue to call them out and get beat up for it until he takes someone down with him. Owens also says he has a problem when the repercussions affect people besides himself who he respects, such as Rey Mysterio, and says it made him sick to see Rey ganged up on, saying that it is the reason why Rey lost the United States title to Andrade on Thursday. After a replay of Andrade beating Rey for the United States Championship on Thursday at Madison Square Garden, Rollins and AOP show up before Owens can call them out. Rollins says that his position was caused when his hand by forced by people who think they know what is best for him, and that Owens has left him no choice but to impose his will and enforce it through the AOP if anyone resists. Owens immediately gets out of the ring and brawls with AOP, but AOP quickly get the upper hand. Rollins commands AOP to teach Owens a lesson, then an angry Samoa Joe shows up and levels AOP. Joe then gets in the ring with Rollins and attacks him before putting him in the Coaquina Clutch. AOP get back in the ring and save Rollins, then gang up on Joe until Owens attacks them with a chair. Randy Orton shows up on crutches, and has to be helped into the ring. Orton says that accidents and injuries happen in wrestling all the time and that everyone who gets in the ring is aware of the risks that they take. He says it killed him to need assistance to get into the ring, as he has seen champions surrender their titles due to injuries, and he has even seen Edge surrender his entire career due to an injury. He then says he landed funny on his left knee during a show last night, and he did not know how badly he hurt himself until he got his knee checked out. He says he will be out for a long time, and he is afraid he may not be able to come back. Orton says he will do everything in his power to ensure somebody gets RKO'd at WrestleMania, then "The Phenomenal" AJ Styles shows up. Styles proceeds to mock Orton and make fun of the fact that he can pester him without Orton being able to do anything about it, then puts his hands behind his back to give Orton a shot at him. Styles even closes his eyes, but Orton does nothing. Styles then says he is a patient man and that he will wait until WrestleMania to re-injure his knee and make him retire before kicking a crutch out from under him. Before Styles leaves, Orton gets Styles' attention and tells Styles that the difference between them is that he isn't patient before hitting Styles with an RKO, revealing he is not injured after all.

We see more footage of Andrade beating Rey Mysterio for the WWE United States Championship last Thursday at Madison Square Garden. We then hear from Rey, who says that Andrade is the better man and that he is looking forward to his rematch. He then tells Seth Rollins and AOP (Akam and Rezar) not to count him out when it comes to confronting them, and that he will be standing tall when it is all over.

During the exchange of vows, Lana demands that the minister read what is exactly on the script, then yells at the fans that the wedding is not about Rusev when the fans chant "Rusev Day." Lana then tells Lashley that today is the luckiest day of his entire life, as she is marrying the greatest woman who ever lived and that no other woman can compare to her. She also says that Lashley has strived for excellence and to be the best his entire life, and that the greatest gift he can ever get is her. Lana and Lashley then make out briefly in the middle of the ring, then Lashley reads the vows, which are written by Lana. After the rings are placed on the fingers, a man shows up to object to the wedding, saying it is a complete sham and should not continue. The man then identifies himself as Lana's first husband, and says that they married when Lana turned 18 only to leave him for Rusev, who she left for Lashley, and says the same things will happen to Lashley only for Lashley to choke slam him. As Lana and Lashley are about to be declared husband and wife, a woman shows up and says that she is Lashley's first wife, and that they met while Bobby was in the military. Lana clocks her off the ring apron with a bouquet of flowers. Suddenly, another woman objects, saying that the love of her life is in the ring and that she came to the WWE as a wild child hoping her dreams would come true, and that she never knew she could be herself until they fell in love. The woman - who happens to be Liv Morgan - asks how they can do this to her, and Lashley says he has never met her in his entire life. Liv says she isn't talking about Bobby; she is talking about Lana. Lana cries, then slaps Liv Morgan and slams her into the corner. This starts a brawl between the two women that referees have to break up so that officials can get Liv out of the ring. As Lana and Lashley are about to be declared man and wife, Rusev comes out of the wedding cake and attacks Lashley. Liv Morgan gets back int the ring and slams Lana into the cake, and the show ends.

Layin' da SmackDown - SmackDown recap for December 27, 2019

He sings about the past year, and sings that he is looking for 2020 before singing about Lacey Evans' appearance on A Moment on Bliss and the triple threat match between King Corbin, Daniel Bryan and The Miz to see who will face "The Fiend" Bray Wyatt for the WWE Universal Championship.

Before the next match, King Corbin says he sees Daniel Bryan chomping at the bit, but SmackDown is his kingdom and things are done his way. He says the fans only like Daniel because they are jealous of his own success, and while Daniel and The Miz have a lot in common, Daniel would have had brain matter ripped out with his hair if he thinks he will beat him. He tells Daniel to step aside, saying he earned his opportunity when he beat Roman Reigns twice and that the fans should be begging for him to vanquish Bray, as only the most powerful, most fearful Superstar - him - should be champion. Corbin then says that while Daniel Bryan is a nice guy, he is no longer championship material, much like The Miz, who only plays an action hero. He says only he is good enough to beat Bray, then Roman Reigns shows up. Corbin falls out of his sedan suddenly, and after Corbin yells at his servants, he turns around only to be attacked by Roman Reigns. Corbin escapes through the crowd, and referees and officials have to keep Roman from chasing after him.

The Miz vs. Daniel Bryan ends in a double disqualification after King Corbin's servants attack both men. Backstage, King Corbin says the attack on both men is justice, saying the match should not have happened without him. He tells Braxton to save his questions for Roman Reigns, but Braxton says that Roman has been asked to leave the building. Corbin - having said he would not compete with Roman in the building earlier - says he will put himself in that triple threat match and win his opportunity at the Universal title. All the while, Miz and Daniel Bryan team up to attack Corbin and his servants backstage.

It is announced that the Triple Threat Match between The Miz, Daniel Bryan and King Corbin is back on, with the winner facing "The Fiend" Bray Wyatt for the WWE Universal Championship at Royal Rumble.

It's time for A Moment of Bliss. Tonight's guest is Lacey Evans. Lacey says she is proud of her daughter, who is a fighter just like her, then says that Sasha Banks crossed a line getting in her daughter's face last week, as "Mama Bear mode" came out. She says that her daughter means everything to her, and says that there is nothing that would have stopped her from protecting her daughter, stating that if she wasn't held back, she would have torn Sasha apart. She also says that she will not allow herself to be attacked by "two nasty things" who are incapable of being role models for anybody, then says she will get in the ring, for she is ready for a fight. When Dana Brooke is announced as Lacey Evans' tag team partner, however, Sasha Banks and Bayley show up with Dana Brooke to attack her, with Sasha calling Lacey a terrible tag team partner. This starts a brawl between the two teams that referees have to break up and get in the ring.

Bayley and Sasha Banks beat Lacey Evans and Dana Brooke after Sasha reverses a schoolkid pin from Dana into the Banks Statement.

Backstage, Mandy Rose tastes the fruitcake that Otis has given her when Dolph Ziggler shows up and asks Mandy if she has any plans. Mandy says that she doesn't, then Ziggler sees the fruitcake and thinks that it is for him. Ziggler says Otis gave everyone a fruitcake as he has a taste, then asks what Otis would know about what she wants before stomping on the fruitcake. King Corbin then shows up and hauls Ziggler off, needing to talk to him backstage.

We hear from Mustafa Ali, who admits that 2019 was filled with plenty of dark times, then says that he refuses to stay in the dark and that he will continue the fight, bring change and become a champion in 2020.

Otis finds his fruitcake destroyed backstage.

During the match, Dolph Ziggler shows up and superkicks Daniel Bryan before placing King Corbin on top of Daniel Bryan, but Corbin is yanked off Daniel Bryan and out of the ring by Roman Reigns, who proceeds to wallop Roman before hitting Ziggler with a Superman Punch. After the match, Bray Wyatt appears on the TitanTron and congratulates Daniel Bryan on his victory before telling him he will have so much fun before stating that "The Fiend" may not be done with Daniel quite yet. Bray asks Daniel if he is willing to do whatever it takes and let The Fiend in, then disappears off the TitanTron. Daniel then leads a "Yes!" chant to end the show.

After the match, Owens says that Mojo has got him in a fighting mood and that he still has plenty of fight left, and says the least Seth Rollins and AOP (Akam and Rezar) can do is beat him up in the ring so somebody can enjoy the beating they have for him. Layin' da SmackDown - SmackDown recap for December 20, 2019

Daniel Bryan shows up to start tonight's show. Daniel says he doesn't know what happened to him, and that he felt "The Fiend" viscerally rip out his beard and hair, and all he noticed is that the brand he created was gone, and when his daughter saw him without the long hair and beard, she cried. He says that while his daughter did not recognize him, he recognized himself, as he saw the man who had never been given opportunity, which became the man who kicked Bray Wyatt's ass. Daniel says that Bray Wyatt may have succeeded at changing him, but he will change Bray Wyatt, too, and calls out Bray saying that he will make him feel pain that he is unable to feel. Instead of Bray, Daniel gets The Miz. The Miz tells Daniel Bryan that what happened to him may have been awful, but Bray Wyatt attacked his family and that TLC was about protecting his family, which is something that Bray will never have. Miz says that Bray has nothing but puppets in his fantasy world, and that he will take away the one thing he treasures most: the Universal title. Suddenly, King Corbin shows up. Corbin mocks what The Miz was put through by Bray Wyatt, and says that if The Miz's daughter had a few more of his wife's genes, it would not have been as scary. He also makes fun of Daniel Bryan's daughter not recognizing Daniel, and says that Daniel's brand is failure. Corbin boasts about his win at TLC last Sunday, and "Here is your winner...King Corbin" is played over and over again before Corbin says that the next Universal Championship shot belongs to him, not Miz or Daniel. He also states that Miz and Daniel have failed as both Superstars and fathers. Elias says he knows that The Revival are frustrated and have put that frustration into song, in which he then proceeds to mock them and says that they will have to make a big change.

In the locker room, Sami Zayn meets with Braun Strowman and asks what he should get for him concerning the Secret Santa program. Strowman calls Sami out for verbally burying the holidays, then Cesaro and Shinsuke Nakamura show up. Sami says Nakamura and Cesaro already have a match tonight, but he will keep it in mind.

Carmella beats Sonya Deville with the Code of Silence.

We hear from Sheamus, who says that all things that change and that change is good for the soul, but that change was not good for SmackDown because the soul left with him and SmackDown became soft, weak and small as a result. He then says that change will happen once again, because he is back to battle for the soul of SmackDown.

The New Day (Kofi Kingston and Big E) beat Cesaro and Shinsuke Nakamura after Kofi pins Cesaro with an inside cradle. After the match, Sami Zayn, Cesaro and Nakamura attack The New Day, then Braun Strowman shows up and takes Cesaro and Nakamura out. Sami Zayn has to rescue Nakamura from Strowman so that they can retreat.

In the locker room, The Miz thanks Daniel Bryan from saving him from Bray Wyatt's mallet. Daniel says he only did it for him and that he is sorry about what Bray did to him. After they argue over how much they hate each other, Miz says they have to work together. After that, the Universal title will be his.

Bayley beats Dana Brooke. After the match, Bayley and Sasha Brown verbally put Dana Brooke down, and Lacey Evans shows up and runs them out of the ring. Lacey Evans calls out Sasha, saying she is more of a "legit bully with a big mouth and no backbone" than a "legit boss," then challenges her to a match right now so she can make her a "legit loser."

CC Sabathia is seen in the front row.

He says that everyone wants equality and says the World title match will be history, but it is just another match that people are making all about gender and that he will beat Tessa like he would any other male wrestler, as it is just pro wrestling to him. He then says Tessa Blanchard has had everything handed to her due to her family pedigree in a generation of entitled wrestlers, while he had to scratch and claw for everything to get to where he is now. He also says that he did everything on his own and that he never needed a famous father to get him a try-out for a company. Suddenly, Tessa Blanchard shows up, but she is attacked from behind by Madman Fulton. Sami and Fulton gang up on Tessa, but Ken Shamrock gets in the ring and brawls with Fulton. This leads to a two-on-two brawl, with Sami and Tessa taking their brawl to the back. Rollins says that when he debuted for NXT, everyone was saying that he was the future, and when he showed up on Raw, they said the same thing, and until he beat Brock Lensar twice this year, they still said the same thing. He then mentions that the mood suddenly changed and everyone started to question his leadership as if he had done something wrong, and says being a leader is not about being cool or popular, but about making progress. He says that what happened to Kevin Owens is a tragedy, but that he brought it upon himself and was made an example out of. Rollins says he will continue to tell the truth, and says that he is a leader. Rollins says he is also a visionary, and that he will be the man who leads Raw and the business into the next decade and beyond. He then says that whether the people like it or not, he will drag the fans into 2020 and impose his will, and if anyone resists, AOP will enforce his will. Rollins then says that he has a score to settle, and by the end of the night, it will be settled, and the fans will not like it. He says that for what has to be done tonight, he is sorry. Rollins then leaves with AOP.

Before the next match, Karl Anderson says The O.C. (Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson) will be the first to admit that The Viking Raiders are the first unstoppable tag team to hit WWE in decades, then says that they are the only ones to beat The Viking Raiders. He then says that last night, The Viking Raiders sacrificed themselves to make sure they did not lose to The O.C. two times in a row, and Luke Gallows says that while The Viking Raiders are tag team champs, they are the best in the world.

The O.C. (Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson) beat The Viking Raiders (Ivar and Erik).

In footage from last week, Erick Rowan tells Sarah Schreiber to mind her business when it comes to what is in the cage that he carries.

Backstage, The O.C. ("The Phenomenal" AJ Styles, Luke Gallows, Karl Anderson) celebrate their victory from earlier, then AJ Styles says that he wants to take care of Randy Orton on his own and end his career tonight.

Erick Rowan beats Dante Leon after Leon looks under the cage.

Backstage, Charly Caruso interviews Andrade. Andrade speaks in Spanish, then Zelina Vega says that Humberto Carrillo's two victories against Andrade will be the worst thing to ever happen to him.

We see another vignette for "The Liv Morgan Makeover."

Bobby Lashley and Lana show up. Lana says that she knows everybody has been following her Instagram, then announces that Lashley defeated Rusev at TLC. She says that nobody will ever compared to Lashley, and as Lana admires Lashley, the fans chant "Rusev Day." Lana says she and Lashley are trying to move on and that Rusev Day is dead, then continues to admire Lashley. Lana then produces a black ring box from her sleeves and asks Lashley to propose to her. Lashley says he doesn't like when anyone tells him what to do, unless it is Lana, then proposes to Lana. Lana says yes and that everything went exactly as rehearsed, then she and Lashley make out in the ring.

We get a closer look at "The Million Dollar Man" Ted DiBiase courtesy of Progressive.

Before the next match, R-Truth he would not be in WWE if it were not for his childhood hero, John Cena, and says that he was inspired by his United States Open Challenge every Saturday morning and plans to hold the 24/7 and United States titles simultaneously. He states that he will take both titles to WrestleMania, then points at a non-existent WrestleMania sign before asking where the sign is at.

A gauntlet match between Andrade, R-Truth, Akira Tozawa, Matt Hardy, Ricochet and Humberto Carrillo to determine a #1 contender for the WWE United States Championship ends in controversy. After R-Truth is eliminated, a few Superstars chase him through the crowd over the WWE 24/7 Championship. When Andrade enters the match, he exposes the concrete floor and hits Carrillo with a hammerlock DDT on the exposed concrete. Rey Mysterio shows up and checks on Carrillo as Andrade and Zelina Vega leave through the crowd. No winner is declared

As Humberto Carrillo is taken away on a stretcher, Seth Rollins shows up with a metal pipe and flanked by AOP (Akam and Rezar), who attack Rey Mysterio. Rollins tells Rey he only wants to give his pipe back to him, and lays it on the mat. When Rey takes the pipe, AOP continue to attack Rey. Rollins tells Rey it did not have to be this way, but he gave Kevin Owens his pipe to attack him. He says that he is not for retribution and that he is a merciful leader, and tells Rey he owes him one. As AOP and Rollins leave, Rollins hits Rey with The Stomp.

Backstage, Charly Caruso interviews Seth Rollins, who says that he is a leader and leads by example. He says that the score was settled and that Rey would not be able to answer his challenge if he sent him to the hospital. Rollins says it is time to establish dominance, and challenges Rey for the WWE United States Championship next week.

We hear from Randy Orton, who says that AJ Styles needs to remember that this is Raw, not SmackDown, and that he will remind him of who he is with an RKO.

Asuka beats Deonna Purrazzo with the Asuka Lock.

Charly Caruso interviews Becky Lynch. Becky says that she has been off the last few months due to being in the tag team position, and while she at first felt the powers that be were trying to bury her, she has realized that they are protecting her against Asuka because they don't think she can win. She says she did not come here to be shielded, for she is still the best after how 2019 has gone for her. She then tells Asuka that she needs her, as she is the one person she has not been able to beat and she needs that to change in order to prove something to herself.

The Butler Family are the recipients of the Cricket Wireless Seat Upgrade.

We hear from Rey Mysterio, and while he has no problem defending the United States title against Andrade, he has a problem with Andrade injuring Humberto Carrillo. He then says that Seth Rollins only started a fight tonight, and showed why nobody respects him. Rey then accepts Rollins' challenge for the United States title.

Randy Orton beats "The Phenomenal" AJ Styles. After the match, Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson attack Orton, but The Viking Raiders (Ivar and Erik) show up to fight Gallows and Anderson. The O.C. ("The Phenomenal" AJ Styles, Luke Gallows, Karl Anderson) overpower Orton and The Viking Raiders, and the show ends with a Magic Killer on Erik.

Final Battle Fallout 2019 - The Results

Villain Enterprises ("The Villain" Marty Scurll, Brody King, PCO, "The Mercenary" Flip Gordon, Destro) show up to start tonight's show. Scurll says it is an exciting time for Villain Enterprises and that it is safe to say that stock is going through the roof. After bragging about his new shoes and mentioning Flip Gordon's scarf, Scurll then addresses PCO winning the ROH World Championship, saying nobody deserves it more than PCO, then gives PCO the microphone. PCO asks the crowd how they are feeling and says he feels "that damn good" after becoming a world champion, then thanks Destro for the second lifetime he needed to accomplish it. PCO then thanks the fans, then Rush shows up on the video screen asking PCO thinking if he thinks he has beaten him. Rush then says that he has an army in Los Ingobernables, then announces that he has a new faction and introduces the first member, whom Rush calls his "new brother": Kenny King. King shows up with Amy Rose on the video screen and says that he and Rush have changed the game on Villain Enterprises, then Rush brings out Dragon Lee to round out the new faction: La Faccion Ingobernables. Everyone fistbumps together as Rush states that La Faccion Ingobernables is the best in the world. PCO tells Rush he will not give back the ROH World Championship after working two lifetimes, and that "We are Villain Enterprises."

"Overkill" Mark Haskins beats Hallowicked.

We see a video package for Flamita.

Nicole Savoy beats Sumie Sakai in her ROH debut. After the match, both women shake hands, then they are attacked by The Allure (Angelina Love and Mandy Leon). Angelina calls out Maria Manic for nearly killing her at Final Battle and dares her to try it again. After Angelina calls her an "ugly bitch," Maria Manic quickly runs in and overpowers The Allure, then tells Angelina they will see how ugly she is when she buries her under a table. After demanding two members of the ring crew place a table in the ring - which they do - Maria sets the table up, but as she is about to powerbomb Angelina through it, Bully Ray shows up and choke slams Maria through the table. Afterwards, Bully Ray chews out a fan in the front row who is on his phone while ROH security checks on Maria.

Jonathan Gresham beats Alex Shelley after countering a backslide pin attempt with a roll-up of his own. After the match, both men shake hands and lock eyes, then Shelley shakes hands with Lethal.

We see a video package for Slex, who is coming soon to ROH.

Bateman beats "hot Sauce" Tracy Williams. During the match, red balloons come out from underneath the ring, then a woman in red distracts Williams. Suddenly, a man with deranged-looking white clown make-up shows up and also distracts Williams, and a red "V" on the man's forehead and the V on the woman's shoulder - similar to the V on the tape around Bateman's hand - is noted by commentary. Bateman takes advantage of the distraction and wins the match, then Vincent shows up. He snaps the fingers on his left hand and continues to do so on the microphone as everyone in the ring joins him. Vincent asks the fans to imagine writing the greatest love song of all time but not being famous for the person who sings it, then asks the fans to picture the hard work and sacrifice one has to do to do the dirty work to become ROH World Champion, but not becoming the one to hold it. He says he has not done anything wrong and that his word is his bond, and when he asks for something to get done, it gets done or it moves on. He says the leader shows, knows and goes the way, then says The Kingdom is over and that he has the keys as he welcomes the fans to "Ring of Horror."

It is announced that Nicole Savoy will return at Saturday Night at Center Stage on January 11th, and that PCO will defend the ROH World Championship against Rush in a contractually obligated rematch on that night as well.

2 Guys 1 Tag ("The Last Real Man" Silas Young and Josh "The Goods" Woods) beat The Briscoes (Jay and Mark Briscoe) to become #1 contenders for the ROH World Tag Team Championships. During the match, Jay Lethal distracts the referee while Jonathan Gresham trips Jay Lethal off the top rope, giving 2 Guys 1 Tag the win.

"The Mercenary" Flip Gordon beats Rey Horus with an STF.
