Backstage, we hear from The Opps (Hook, Powerhouse Hobbs, Katsuyori Shibata). Hook says that Samoa Joe will take care of business against Eddie Kingston. Hobbs says they have their own business tonight, and if The Dark Order (Evil Uno, Alex Reynolds, John Silver) can beat them, they get a trios title shot. Hook says they will have fun with "Hangman" Adam Page's close friends, and says that it will be "real light work."
Don Callis guests on commentary for the next match.
"The Rainmaker" Kazuchika Okada beats PAC by pinfall in the Gold League of the Continental Classic after countering the Brutalizer with a pinfall attempt. "The Rainmaker" Kazuchika Okada earns three points, tying him with PAC.
Backstage, we hear from Mark Briscoe. Briscoe talks about his past matches with Daniel Garcia and how they have won one match each, then says Garcia is "the real deal." He says things have changed in a year, as he is now the TNT Champion, not Garcia, and his opinion of Garcia is not what it once was, as he is falling into "a Death Riders (Jon Moxley, Claudio Castagnoli, Wheeler Yuta, PAC, Daniel Garcia, Marina Shafir) death spiral." Briscoe says he does not play games, and he has asked for this TNT Championship match. He says that their title match next week will be "an international ass-whuppin'."
In backstage footage from earlier today, we hear from The Demand (Ricochet, Bishop Kaun, Toa Liona). Ricochet says he has had to set his phone to "Do Not Disturb" as promoters have been calling him to save their companies. He says he is not only a champion, but a viral sensation in every company he has worked for. Ricochet also says he is known for charity work, and next week, he will make his debut in Ring of Honor at Final Battle against Dalton Castle and dispose of him with ease before doing some more charity work on Collision with a title match with another random opponent.
Backstage, Renee Paquette interviews The Conglomeration (Mark Briscoe, Orange Cassidy, Roderick Strong) and The Babes of Wrath (Harley Cameron and Willow Nightingale). Mark Briscoe says they have not started the Continental Classic off with success, and that the word of the day is "retributionification." He says that somebody needs to win. Roderick Strong says that he is not part of The Conglomeration and that he plans to defeat Orange Cassidy in the Continental Classic, and threatens to break Orange's back on his way out.
We see footage of Darby Allin at the hospital.

"The Protostar" Kyle Fletcher beats "The Jet" Kevin Knight in the Gold League of the Continental Classic via pinfall. "The Protostar" Kyle Fletcher earns three points and leads the Gold League with six points, while Kevin Knight still has three points. After the match, Don Callis says that he has a message for The Young Bucks (Matthew and Nicholas Jackson) after the commercial break. Hechicero and Josh Alexander join Callis and Fletcher, and after the commercial break, Callis says that while he can forgive a lot of things, he calls siding with Kenny Omega "an unforgivable sin." Callis also says he has The Young Bucks' money and knows that Omega will not finance them, and dares The Young Bucks to come to the ring and take it. The Young Bucks show up and fight Alexander, Fletcher and Hechicero, with Fletcher receiving a BTE-Trigger. They also manage to get one bag of money, but they are soon thwarted by "The Rainmaker" Kazuchika Okada. The Young Bucks are soon overpowered, but they are saved by Jurassic Express ("Jungle" Jack Perry and Luchasaurus). Okada kicks Luchasaurus in the groin and flips Perry off, but when Perry bites his finger, more members of The Don Callis Family show up to go on the attack and overpower once more. Callis even goes so far as to strike Matt in the side of the neck and go for Nick's eyes, then Kenny Omega shows up and cleans house. Okada rolls out of the ring before Omega can hit him with a V-Trigger.
We see a video package for The Babes of Wrath (Harley Cameron and Willow Nightingale). Harley mentions their history as opponents, and Willow mentions their history as a team. Harley says people did not think they would last this far, and Willow says they are done with the upsets and surprise wins before Harley says they plan on dominating the women's tag division.
Timeless Love Bombs ("Timeless" Toni Storm and Mina Shirakawa) beat Megan Bayne and Marina Shafir in a Hardcore Holiday Death Match to advance to the finals of the AEW Women's World Tag Team Championship Tournament following the sudden return of Luther disguised as Santa Claus, who distracts Shafir long enough for Toni to get the win.
We see a video package for Jamie Hayter and Kris Statlander vs. Sisters of Sin (Skye Blue and Julia Hart).

As Evil Uno talks about their potential Trios title shot, "Hangman" Adam Page suddenly shows up, and Alex Reynolds tells him not to ruin it for them Hangman says he owes them that much, then says The Opps (Powerhouse Hobbs, Hook, Katsuyori Shibata) are his the second the match is over.
Backstage, Renee Paquette interviews Mercedes Moné. Mercedes desires not to be reminded of her failure to win the AEW Women's World Championship, then states that she will beat Red Velvet again at Final Battle, then says she will be on Honor Club to give everyone a preview of what will happen.
We hear from FTR (Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler) and Stokely Hathaway. Stokely brings up The Bang Bang Gang (Juice Robinson and Austin Gunn) interrupting them at Collision and wanting to be champions "for the boys on the injured list." Wheeler says that The Bang Bang Gang will not get the job done. Harwood asks Juice Robinson if he has always been a step behind before stating that this is a way of life for him while it is just a paycheck for Austin Gunn and daring The Bang Bang Gang to put their hands on their titles again.
The Opps (Powerhouse Hobbs, Hook, Katsuyori Shibata) beat The Dark Order (Evil Uno, Alex Reynolds, John Silver). After the match, "Hangman" Adam Page shows up and fights The Opps, hitting Hobbs with a bottle to the forehead before security shows up as he goes for a Buckshot Lariat to restore order.
Backstage, Renee Paquette interviews The Don Callis Family. "The Rainmaker" Okada blames "The Alpha" Konosuke Takeshita for what happened tonight, then Takeshita shows up and confronts Okada. Callis is still confident that his family can win the Continental Classic, and that he is only putting the Continental Championship on the line to keep the International title on Okada.
Backstage, we hear from "Hangman" Adam Page, who says that he has fought for three years to regain the AEW World Championship, and Hook had to be the one to cost him the title. He says that Full Gear was Samoa Joe's crowning moment, but for him, it was a bump in the road. He says that he will take the World title back, and tells The Opps (Powerhouse Hobbs, Hook, Katsuyori Shibata) that if they want a fight, they will get one, and he will not be alone, as they know who is coming for them. He then tells The Opps to get their affairs in order.
Claudio Castagnoli beats Jon Moxley in the Blue League of the Continental Classic by pinfall and earns three points. Claudio Castagnoil earns six points and leads the Blue League with six points, while Jon Moxley still has three points.
