He then says that The Premier Athletes are here to heal the fans, and allows them to tell The Premier Athletes they rule only to be told they suck.

Backstage, Lexy Nair interviews La Faccion Ingobernable (Sammy Guevara and The Beast Mortos). Guevara guarantees that the ROH World Tag Team Championships are staying in the family. On the subject of tonight's Survival of the Fittest Match, he says that families sometimes fight for a cause, and the ROH World Championship is the greatest cause that they can get, and he also guarantees that the ROH World Championship will be in their hands. Hechicero says that they need to team up smartly, and Guevara says that Hechicero will have their backs until it is the three of them, with the ROH World Championship being won by the very best.
Ace Austin beats "Big Shotty" Lee Johnson during Zero Hour.
Backstage, Lexy Nair interviews "Vanilla Baby" Blake Christian. Blake says he has been undefeated in ROH for over a year, and last year at Survival of the Fittest, "Vanilla Baby" was born, and now, he is going to become ROH World Champion. He says that Ace Austin got lucky against "Big Shotty" Lee Johnson, and says he will skip right to Ace Austin and make him his first title defense after he wins Survival of the Fittest.
Jon Moxley guests on commentary for the next match, and goes on to guest on commentary for the next few matches.
The Death Riders (Wheeler Yuta and Daniel Garcia) beat Grizzled Young Veterans (Zack Gibson and James Drake) during Zero Hour.
"The Virtuosa" Deonna Purrazzo beats Billie Starkz by submission with the Venus de Milo to win the ROH Pure Women's Championship Tournament and become the inaugural ROH Pure Women's Champion! After the match, Queen Aminata, wearing a neck brace, congratulates Purrazzo and tells her "I've got next."
"Taiga Style" Lee Moriarty beats Nigel McGuinness in an 30-minute Iron Man Match Moriarty scores his first fall at 26:16 left with a Border City Stretch. Moriarty scores his second fall at 19:04 left with an inside cradle. McGuinness scores his first fall at 10:55 left with London Dungeon. Moriarty scores his third fall with 10:13 left after countering London Dungeon with a stack-up pin. McGuinness scores his second fall with 1:50 left after countering the Border City Stretch with a crucifix pin. McGuinness scores his third fall with :30 left with a pinfall attempt following a drop toe hold. McGuinness scores his fourth fall with :12 left after grabbing the tights on a schoolkid pin. After that, Shane Taylor punches out McGuinness on the outside, and Moriarty scores his fourth fall right when the time limit expires. After the match, Moriarty says that McGuinness challenged him to this match to see who is better, then says they are one and one and that is not good enough. He demands that McGuinness get back in the ring as they have a score to settle, which leads to the match entering sudden death. Moriairty wins following a series of pinfall attempts when Moriarty brought his neck up at the last second, raising his shoulders off the mat. After the match, Nigel McGuiness grabs the original ROH Pure Championship belt that he walked into the ring with and says that there was a time when the Pure Championship meant more to him than the entire world. A member of the crowd says "We don't care, Nigel," to which Nigel responds "I care, he cares" before pointing at the crowd member and stating "Nobody cares what you think" to thunderous applause. He then hands his version of the title to Moriarty as a passing of the torch.
Jon Moxley takes the microphone and addresses The Don Callis Family, saying that Don Callis has gotten his family thinking they are something special and are owed something, and while The Don Callis Family is sipping from the well of entitlement, he was raised on Ohio tap water. Moxley says he is fortified by Ohio tap water and cheese coneys, and if "The Alpha" Konosuke Takeshita wants to gain any ground in the Continental Classic, he must take it by force. Moxley then leaves the commentary table.
Red Velvet beats Mercedes Moné to become the ROH Women's World Television Champion for a second time!
La Faccion Ingobernable (Sammy Guevara and The Beast Mortos) beats Adam Priest and "The Dynamite Kid" Tommy Billington to win the ROH World Tag Team Championships after Hechicero shows up and shoves Priest off the top rope before Guevara hits Billington with a low blow in the corner to allow Mortos to hit Billington with a top rope moonsault. Sammy Guevara makes history by becoming the first person to win three consecutive wins with a Ring of Honor championship.
Eddie Kingston beats "The Technical Beast" Josh Woods.
Shane Taylor Promotions (Shane Taylor, "The Captain" Shawn Dean, "Bad News and Tattoos" Carlie Bravo) retains the ROH World Six-Man Tag Team Championships against Skyflight (Scorpio Sky, Darius Martin, Dante Martin) in a match that sees Leila Grey and Trish Adora go at it before Anthony Ogogo goes for a knockout punch on Dante Martin only for Christopher Angels to get in the ring and hit Ogogo with Angel's Wings. Shane Taylor Promotions gets the win after Shane Taylor knocks out Darius Martin on the outside and Shawn Dean grabs the tights on the schoolkid pin.
Ricochet retains the All Elite Wrestling National Championship against Dalton Castle after throwing one of Dalton Castle's boys at Dalton Castle on the outside, then hitting Castle with the Spirit Gun after Castle gets back in the ring.
Bandido retains the ROH World Championship against Sammy Gueavara, The Beast Mortos, Komander, "Vanilla Baby" Blake Christian and Hechicero in a Survival of the Fittest Match, even after Blake Christian hurts Bandido's left shoulder by pulling back on his left arm after being eliminated. After the match, Bandido celebrates with Brody King, Komander and some fans in the front row.
In backstage footage from earlier today, Mercedes Moné is approached by Leila Grey, who says that from one baddie to another, Mercedes is still "the baddest bitch." Mercedes snaps on Leila, who then says that she just may be the next TBS Champion, and asks Mercedes if she is doing anything tomorrow. Mercedes storms out of the room.
Athena retains the ROH Women's World Championship against Persephone. After the match, Athena celebrates with Billie Starkz and Diamanté.
