Ospreay mentions Omega having a bit match and reminds Omega not to overdo it, and Omega does the same thing for Omega. Moxley suddenly shows up and says that there is no tension in the room, then leaves. Omega then leaves the room so Ospreay can prepare.

"The Jet" Kevin Knight retains the TNT Championship against Darby Allin. During the match, Knight shoves Darby into referee Paul Turner, knocking Turner out when the back of Turner's head hits the ropes. Knight brings the TNT Championship into the match to use it as a weapon, and while his first attempt is thwarted with a Scorpion Deathdrop, Knight is able to nail Darby when Darby goes for a Coffin Drop off the top rope. Knight hits Darby with a coast-to-coast drop kick before hitting Darby with the UFO Splash to win and retain. After the match, "The Protostar" Kyle Fletcher and "The Rainmaker" Kazuchika Okada make their way to the ring for the next match.

Renee Paquette interviews The Don Callis Family in the ring. Mark Davis says the only way he has a match on Sunday is if Andrade el Idolo can peel himself off the pavement where he left him. "The Jet" Kevin Knight says he will become "Jet Two Belts" at Redemption after breaking Darby Allin and a defense record once held by Kyle Fletcher. He also says he did it without the family. Fletcher hopes that Knight becomes a double champion, then says he does not need the help of the family to defend his title, either. He then says he will prove it by talking to Tony Khan and ensuring everyone is banned from ringside in his match with Bandido on Sunday. Fletcher says that everyone is also banned from ringside right now when he and "The Rainmaker" Kazuchika Okada wrestle Brodido (Brody King and Bandido) next. The family heads to the back, while Don Callis guests on commentary for the next match.

Brodido (Brody King and Bandido) beats The Don Callis Family ( "The Protostar" Kyle Fletcher and "The Rainmaker" Kazuchika Okada) after Okada inadvertently lays out Fletcher. Mick Foley heads to the ramp for a face-to-face meeting between Willow Nightingale and "The Toxic Spider" Thekla. Thekla is introduced first, followed by Willow Nightingale. Thekla is briefly accompanied by Julia Hart and Skye Blue. Thekla announces that Triangle of Madness (Julia, Skye, Thekla) are Artist of Stardom Champions before Willow is introduced. Willow says it is nice to see Thekla face-to-face as opposed to being hit from behind with a cheap shot, and Thekla says that Willow's positivity is a facade and that she is "poisoned inside." Thekla says that she will beat the poison out of Willow and expose how ugly she really is, but Willow says that Thekla's toxicity is a facade and that Thekla talks big because she feels so small. Willow says that Thekla's swagger has made her a double champion, but the AEW World Women's Championship is all she cares about and that Thekla is a shortcut for her to get to it. Mick Foley admits that he sees himself in Willow, and Thekla tells Mick Foley to shut up before Willow tells her that she is "acting like a dumb bitch now" before acknowledges the similarities between her and Mick Foley. She says that she is capable of doing sick and twisted things to become champion and that she will make sure she walks out of Redemption as champion. Thekla is impressed, and tells Willow to smile anyway once she has her beaten before hitting her with one of her gloves. Mick Foley gets between Thekla and Willow, but that does not stop Thekla from hitting Willow in the face with a microphone. She then takes off her leather belt, but Willow hits Thekla with the belt before she can strike.

Connors and Finlay are forced to retreat.

Backstage, we hear from Adam Copeland and Christian Cage. They are soon attacked by PAC and Claudio Castagnoli, and PAC curb stomps Copeland into a road crate before saying that challenging them to a tag team title match is not wise. PAC tells Copeland and Christian that they have bitten off way more than they can chew, and that on Sunday, he and Claudio will show who are they are and what The Death Riders (Jon Moxley, Claudio, Wheeler Yuta, Daniel Garcia, PAC, "The Problem" Marina Shafir) are capable of.

Kenny Omega, Will Ospreay and Jon Moxley beat The Don Callis Family (Hechicero, "The Machine" Brian Cage, Jake Doyle) in a trios match despite Omega inadvertently kneeing Moxley in the jaw near the end of the match. After the match, Omega and Moxley have a shoving match. Ospreay tries to play peacemaker only for Omega to shove him, and Ospreay shoves Omega back. The Young Bucks show up, and Moxley shoves Nick, starting a brawl that The Don Callis Family also gets involved in. Omega takes down Rocky Romero and Trent Beretta, but "The Jet" Kevin Knight flies into the ring from out of nowhere and smacks Omega with the TNT Championship before celebrating with the TNT and World Championships to end the show with his boot on a busted open Omega.

Beach Break - Dynamite recap for July 8, 2026

Backstage, Renee Paquette interviews Kenny Omega (who has Michael Nakazawa next to him). Omega says that this is it and it is do or die, and his back is against the wall, yet that is always when he does his best work. He says that if this is truly it and he can never hold championship gold in AEW ever again, he would shake MJF's hand and congratulate him on a job well done. Omega then tells MJF that he will not make it easy, and asks MJF if he is willing to stomp out his last dream of headlining All In. He says that he is ready this time and that this will not like their match in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.

Tommaso Ciampa beats Chris Jericho after throwing sand into Jericho's eyes after referee Aubrey Edwards keeps Ciampa from using a sand bucket to get out of the Walls of Jericho. After the match, Ciampa hits Jericho in the head with a metal folding chair, then pulls out a bag full of tools and dumps out of some of the contents, which includes an electric power drill that Ciampa decides to use before security shows up. Ciampa then puts the drill in an inflatable inner tube and uses the drill to spin the inner tube around on his way out.

We see footage of The Brawling Birds (Jamie Hayter and Alex Windsor) beating some men up.

Backstage, Renee Paquette interviews Will Ospreay. Ospreay says that he is pulling for Kenny Omega, but one cannot look past MJF. He hopes that by the end of tonight, Omega will get past MJF's antics and face him at All In. MJF shows up and tells Ospreay that he should be thanking him instead of judging him, as he has put AEW in a golden era, and says that he was "the feeling" all along while Ospreay and Omega are just "good little wrestlers." MJF then tells Ospreay that after tonight, Omega will never challenge for his championship ever again, and he will then take great pleasure in breaking Ospreay's neck at All In. Ospreay says that MJF is nowhere near the best and begs for people to tell him how good he is and that until MJF can do it on his own, he will not be part of the conversation and never will be. MJF spits in Ospreay's face, and security has to break up the brawl that follows.

Don Callis guests on commentary for the next match.

"The Protostar" Kyle Fletcher beats "The Alpha" Konosuke Takeshita to become the AEW International Champion with a brainbuster into the top turnbuckle. After the match, Fletcher celebrates with The Don Callis Family while Mistico, Orange Cassidy and Kyle O'Reilly check on Takeshita along with the medical team.

Mick Foley makes his way to the ring, where The Don Callis Family is still celebrating. Mick Foley congratulates "The Protostar" Kyle Fletcher on becoming AEW International Champion. Fletcher says that "The Alpha" Konosuke Takeshita was never his friend and was always riding his coattails, and that he has brought the International title back to the family. Don Callis says that this is about his family, not Mick Foley stealing the spotlight from the real talent here. Foley then tells Callis about credibility before mentioning his custom-made shoes with his late dog Randall and his current dog Wooffall. He then tells Callis that if he interrupts him again, Wooffall will get acquainted with the inner confines of Callis' ass. Callis brags about how the family has three titles before introducing "The Jet" Kevin Knight to the ring. Knight congratulates Fletcher for bringing the International Championship back, saying it took him long enough, then says that he is still owed a World title shot. He says that whether the winner is Kenny Omega or MJF, he will watch closely, as "Jet Two Belts" is on the way. Suddenly, Andrade el Idolo shows up and says he was the best of The Don Callis Family and that Callis promised him the AEW World Championship, but now, he promises to take one title from him. Callis tells Andrade that if he wants a belt, then he can get into the meat grinder and challenge Mark Davis for the AEW National Championship if he can beat Jake Doyle. Andrade el Idolo answers by daring the entire family to attack him, and Mark Davis, "The Machine" Brian Jake Doyle and Kevin Knight chase him to the back, where they are attacked by Darby Allin. Darby is soon overpowered and outnumbered, but when Brian Cage grabs Darby's skateboard, pyrotechnics fly out of the skateboard, thanks to Andrade, who is holding the switch in his hands.

Will Ospreay and Jon Moxley beat The Workhorsemen (JD Drake and Anthony Henry).

We hear from Hikaru Shida, who says that she told everyone what was coming and nobody listened, and now, she is TBS Champion and "the ace of TBS." She says that for as long as she is champion, TBS stards for "The Best is Shida."

In a surprise return, Willow Nightingale beats Julia Hart, Athena, Maya World, Skye Blue, Mina Shirakawa, "The Pink Devil" Rina and Thunder Rosa in a Casino Gauntlet Match to decide a #1 contender for the AEW Women's World Championship. After the match, Willow is attacked from behind by "The Toxic Spider" Thekla. Meanwhile, The Divine Dominion (Megan Bayne and Lena Kross) beat up Julia Hart and Skye Blue on the ramp. As Thekla is about to hit Willow with the AEW Women's World Championship, she is attacked from behind by Mercedes Moné, who then strikes Willow with the Women's Owen Hart Championship.

We hear from "Jungle Boy" Jack Perry, who looks back on his AEW career and has the fear that he will not live up to expectations. Jack Perry says that he wants to be the best and that he it is where he wants to be champion, which is why he has re-signed with AEW.

Backstage, Renee Paquette interviews "Speedball" Mike Bailey, who says that Don Callis has taken so much from him that he must take from him. Speedball then announces that he is coming for Mark Davis and the AEW National Championship.

Kenny Omega beats MJF to win the AEW World Championship for a second time! During the match, MJF pulls out the Dynamite Diamond Ring, but Will Ospreay shows up and takes it away from him. Omega tries to hit MJF with the AEW World Championship, but cannot do it, and MJF hits Omega with a low blow and blasts him with the AEW World Championship only for Omega to kick out at one. Omega soon hits three V-Triggers followed by the One Winged Angel to win the match and the title. (Had Omega lost, he would have never been able to challenge for the AEW World Championship ever again.)

Lexy Nair interviews MJF and The Don Callis Family. MJF says that the AEW World Championship is the only world title that matters and that he is the best in the world, then mentions everyone he is teaming with - "The Jet" Kevin Knight, Andrade el Idolo, Jake Doyle, Kazuchika Okada, and "The Protostar" Kyle Fletcher - and says he is better than all of them. He then says that while everyone else he has mentioned is a star, Mark Briscoe is not, and that he hates Mark because the fans only like him because his brother died and because he is delusional enough to think he can take his title. Don Callis says that his family will be bringing the power tonight, and as he lists who will be in the ring tonight, Andrade wants nothing of a partnership with MJF. Don Callis tells Andrade that he will be a great world champion, "but for now, do the match."

Kenny Omega beats Tony Nese. After the match, Kenny Omega takes the microphone, but he is interrupted by Zack Sabre Jr., Mikey Nicholls and Bad Dude Tito before he can even speak. Omega gets out of the ring and slides the microphone over to the threesome and he walks to the ramp and is soon joined by Jack Perry and The Young Bucks (Matt and Nick Jackson). Sabre then kicks the microphone back to Omega. Omega addresses Sabre, noting that he has gotten his message loud and clear and that both men have something the other want. He knows Sabre wants to beat him, but he wants to beat Sabre.

Backstage, we hear from Tommaso Ciampa. Ciampa says he has just one reason to hate Chris Jericho, yet he did not always hate him; he used to respect him. He admits he hates what Jericho is now, and wants this Jericho out of his world. He then says that if Jericho still has it in him and considers him worthy, then they can dance. He says the ball is in Jericho's court, and that he should not drop it.

The Dogs (Clark Connors and David Finlay) are met by Adam Copeland and Christian Cage before they can head to the ring, and this leads to a brawl between the two teams that makes its way to the ring. Finlay saves Connors before Copeland and Christian can both rush at him, then Christian says that after what happened a couple of weeks ago, most people are expecting him to say something unsavory about a family member. He then says that even he has standards, and by that, he has never come cross another tag team who are named after their mothers. He also says that if Finlay thinks he is a gift to wrestling, then his father should have let him run down the inside of his leg. Copeland says The Dogs have been on a winning streak lately and why he is jumping and mocking them in order to make a name off of their backs, then says that he and Christian are The Dogs' learning curve. Copeland lists the tag teams they learned and picked intangibles from, then says that at Forbidden Door, he and Christian will use their old man strength, knowledge and grumpiness to make sure they walk out of their house as "housebroken little pups."

Backstage, we hear from Thekla. She says that she did everything Starlight Kid did in Japan, and while Starlight Kid became a hero, she was kicked out and had to go it on her own. Ospreay asks if they have a problem, to which Swerve says yes, as he finds it weird that Ospreay is hanging around Jon Moxley. Ospreay says he has not forgiven or forgotten what Moxley did to him, and that he had to let it go. He says that he and Moxley are training partners, and his neck feel great and his ground game is better. Ospreay mentions everything that happened at All In Texas last year and how Swerve did not help out with taking the AEW World Championship off of Jon Moxley. He says that this is the semi-finals for his World Cup and he wants to kick the winning goal at Wembley Stadium, and that Swerve is standing in the way of his dream and will not hesitate to end it. Ospreay says he will end Swerve if he has to, but Swerve says "Not if I do it first." Swerve mentions Ospreay saying that last year was "Hangman" Adam Page's time and how he agreed with him and fought alongside him, then asks where Hangman is now. He says that everything they did off Ospreay's word was for nothing, and that he will not just step aside for him. Swerve says he is done stepping aside to let people take opportunities he deserve and letting veterans step on his time. Swerve says he has made a career out of throwing Molotov cocktails at the system, as has Ospreay, and that the two of them have changed the conversation on what pro wrestling before and they will do it again at Forbidden Door. Swerve then says his victory is certain, as Ospreay has not beaten him in ten years, and when he goes over him to Wembley and wins the AEW World Championship again, Ospreay can challenge him again and get beaten again. He says that Ospreay is not better than him on his worst day with a fragile neck, and Ospreay punches Swerve. Kyle O'Reilly mentions that if anyone gets disqualified, they are out of Forbidden Door. Briscoe says that they will have to do things by the book, then introduces someone who wants to get their hands on "The Protostar" Kyle Fletcher: "The Alpha" Konosuke Takeshita. We then hear from Athena, who is more focused on the work that she herself has put in, and states that she did not teach Maya everything that she knew. Those Dynamite Kids - Dynamite recap for April 1, 2026

At the start of the show, Tony Schiavone is interrupted by pyro followed by Chris Jericho's sudden return. At the start of the show, Tony Schiavone is interrupted by pyro followed by Chris Jericho's sudden return. After taking the entire scene in, Jericho declares that he is home.

Jon Moxley and Will Ospreay are suddenly seen brawling backstage. Wheeler Yuta pulls Ospreay off Moxley only to get attacked, too, and security has to get involved while Marina Shafir checks on Moxley.

MJF and Kenny Omega head to the ring for their contract signing. MJF signs the contract first, then passes it off to Kenny Omega, who does the same. MJF compliments Omega's signature, then Omega stops him, saying that he knows what MJF is going to do and that it will not work this time and go the way that he has planned. Omega says that everyone is here to watch the best wrestle, not to see MJF, and that everyone stood behind him because they wanted to see something better than MJF. He also admits he may be the god of professional wrestler if he is the antithesis to MJF and that he will be the one to strike MJF and ensure he never becomes World Champion again. MJF says he could sit and talk about how Omega's bones are aging as fast as Canadian bagged milk or how Kota Ibushi is one strong gust away from retirement, but that would be too easy, and he wants to talk about what Omega doesn't: Omega's sudden want for the world title. MJF mentions that Omega's diverticulitis is to the point that Omega's organs can explode any time, any point, anywhere. He says that Omega's time is on a fast, winding clock to cement his legacy, and when he is done, his fans will be embarassed of him. MJF says that Omega's fans will realize that Omega is nothing more than a false idol who is better off dead. Omega topples the table, then "Speedball" Mike Bailey stops Omega and says MJF is trying to get Omega to strike him to get out of defending the AEW World Championship. He calls MJF a coward and says he should be thanking Omega, stating that with no Omega, there is no MJF. Speedball says that respect is earned and that Omega is a respectable living legend while MJF is only a living legend in his own mind, and that some of MJF's ego would be lessened if he kicked him in the head in the finest country of Earth. Omega says that while his organs are not what they used to be and while he is missing 24 inches of intestines, he would rather miss those than miss his balls. MJF accepts Speedball's challenge, but warns Speedball that he will make an example out of him before calling Canada a dump and proclaiming that the United States is all that matters. He tells Speedball that he is not wrestling the usual MJF, but an American hero.

Kenny Omega, Brody King and "Jungle" Jack Perry beat The Demand (Ricochet, Bishop Kaun, Toa Liona) in a trios match.

Backstage, we hear from Willow Nightingale. Willow hopes to defend the TBS Championship tomorrow night on Collision and wants to wrestle the very best. She wants to see who steps up to the challenge.

Backstage, Renee Paquette announces that Adam Copeland and Christian Cage are arriving. Christian almost hits Renee, but Copeland stops him.

Backstage, Adam Copeland and Christian Cage find FTR's (Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler) locker room, but find Trent Beretta and Rocky "Azcuar" Romero instead. Beretta and Romero tell them that FTR will be on Collision tomorrow. Christian considers Beretta and Romero to be in their way, and he and Copeland whack them with chairs.

Will Ospreay beats PAC after pinning PAC while still in the Brutalizer while PAC is rolling him away from the ropes. After the match, PAC attacks Ospreay, but Ospreay hits Hidden Blade. Daniel Garcia and Wheeler Yuta get in the ring and stomp Ospreay while Jon Moxley and Marina Shafir show up with a metal folding chair. Claudio Castagnoli shows up to wrap the chair around Ospreay's head, and Moxley stops Claudio from stomping the chair to speak to Ospreay. Moxley asks Ospreay how he thought this would go, and asks if either he of Ospreay put Ospreay in this position before advising Ospreay to use his head next time or lose it permanently. Moxley says this is not personal for him, and tells Ospreay not to make it personal.

The Brawling Birds (Jamie Hayter and Alex Windsor) and Mina Shirakawa beat Triangle of Madness (Julia Hart, Skye Blue, "The Toxic Spider" Thekla) after Jamie Hayter stops Thekla from using brass knuckles during the match.

Darby Allin heads to the ring and calls out MJF. He says that MJF is playing games with The Don Callis Family because he is scared and knows that he is willing to die for the AEW World Championship. He says that he does not care who beats MJF as long as someone ends his world title run. Darby calls out MJF, but gets The Don Callis Family, and Callis says MJF has paid his family a lot of money and has asked him to deliver a message. MJF has stated that if Darby can defeat a hand-picked member of The Don Callis Family, he will grant Darby a title shot after he beats Kenny Omega. Callis picks Andrade to face Darby, then sics his family on Darby, saying MJF paid him to do that as well. Lance Archer gets smacked with a skateboard, and Brody King and "Jungle" Jack Perry show up to help Darby out. All three men then stare each other down, then Kenny Omega shows up. Darby says something to Omega on his way out, then Omega high-fives the fans in the front row before guesting on commentary for the next match.

MJF beats "Speedball" Mike Bailey with a Tombstone Piledriver on the apron followed by the Heatseeker. After the match, MJF attacks Speedball, but Omega quickly gets in the ring, causing MJF to quickly retreat. Speedball is able to get back to his feet.

We see a video package of Darby Allin before his no count-outs match with Rush later tonight.

Backstage, we hear from Will Ospreay, who says that he has an issue with anyone who hangs around Jon Moxley. He says that he and PAC have never shaken hands, and if he wants to stay loyal to Moxley, he can take this personally. He tells PAC that he will see him in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada then tells Moxley that he may have had his reasons to snap his neck in his home country, and for that alone, he will alter Moxley's life like he did his, and he wants him at Dynasty.

The Death Riders (Jon Moxley, Daniel Garcia, "The Problem" Marina Shafir) beat Skyflight (Darius Martin, Dante Martin, "The Real Deal" Zayda Steel) in a trios match. After the match, Moxley addresses Will Ospreay, saying it is not nice to say mean things about people on television and that he is upset right now, and that whatever issue Ospreay has with him is not personal. He then says that if Ospreay wants a grudge match at Dynasty, he has it, and until then, he tells Ospreay not to let his mouth get him in trouble.

We hear from The Young Bucks (Matt and Nick Jackson), who state that they went back home and came back stronger last week with "Jungle" Jack Perry and that they will take the AEW World Tag Team Championships for a record fourth time regardless of who stands in their way.

"Speedball" Mike Bailey beats Rocky "Azucar" Romero.

MJF heads to the ring. MJF brags about being "the man who hanged the Hangman," and says that Hangman will never be AEW World Champion again. He also claims that Hangman never put up much of a fight and says his match with Hangman was the easiest he ever had. He then makes it clear that he is still AEW World Champion, of which there is no higher honor and something only he his deserving of, and that there is nobody in AEW better than him. Suddenly, Kenny Omega shows up and heads to the ring, says that he has more nicknames than MJF and states that even at his zenith as a heel, he never considered himself a god, and if MJF wants to call himself "the Devil," then maybe he should call himself a god. He states that when he took his body to the limit, he did not listen to his body because of his respect and responsibility for the fans, and compared to who he once was, he will not fall for MJF's antics and that he is close to 100%. Omega says that this version is better than MJF and that MJF knows it, which he says scares MJF. He then offers to shake hands with MJF and make this official for Dynasty. MJF accepts the challenge, but rejects the handshake. MJF leaves the ring and heads to the back, then Omega bids adieu to the fans.

In backstage footage from earlier today, Renee Paquette interviews Adam Copeland and Christian Cage. Christian says life is about making choices, and FTR (Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler) chose to turn their back on Copeland, jump them and leave them laying after their match at All Out, and to piledrive Beth Copeland and spike piledrived him. Christian leaves, then Copeland says that Christian is an asshole and that he knows of two bigger assholes in FTR. Copeland says FTR threw away their friendship and are about to throw away their history, and while he gets where they are come from, he is going to find them and ends their careers while taking the World Tag Team titles from them.

FTR (Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler) and Stokely Hathaway show up on the stage. Stokely introduces FTR, then Wheeler says they made a choice to dump the dead weight and refuse to carry Copeland over the finish line of his career. He says that they are now AEW World Tag Team Championships for refusing to take a back seat to Copeland's shadow, and that they take a back seat to no one. Wheeler addresses FTR's history with Copeland and Copeland's mentorship, then says that Dax and Stokely are his family now and that he does not need Copeland or his wife, stating that Copeland's time has passed. After Wheeler proclaims that FTR are living legends now, Harwood says that Copeland is now "a nostalgia act" and that everybody including Copeland knows it. He says that what happened to Beth Copeland made Adam Copeland look deep inside herself, and implies that what happened to Beth is nothing compared to what will happened to Adam Copeland. Orange Cassidy and Roderick Strong then show up for the next match as FTR hounds the front row fans. Stokely bumps into Orange Cassidy, and Orange Cassidy gets shoved back by Dax Harwood. Roderick Strong rushes to the ring before referee Bryce Remsburg breaks things up.

The Dogs ("100 Proof" Clark Connors and David Finlay) beat The Conglomeration (Orange Cassidy and Roderick Strong).

Backstage, we hear from The Divine Dominion (Megan Bayne and Lena Kross). They agree that there is nothing more to be said, and that The Babes of Wrath (Willow Nightingale and Harley Cameron) suffered from greed, which cost them history. Kross says they will regret what they asked for, and Bayne states that their wrath will be countered with divine retribution.

Backstage, we hear from "The Protostar" Kyle Fletcher, who mentions his recent successful TNT title defense against Robbie Eagles and proclaims that he is on track towards being the greatest TNT Champion of all time. He also mentions that he is undefeated so far this year, which MJF and Kenny Omega cannot say, and states that The Don Callis Family should be fighting for the AEW World Championship instead of making deals with MJF, and that he should be the man to fight for it. He then addresses "The Alpha" Konosuke Takeshita, who shows up, and says that he does not want anything to come between what they have, as he knows that Takeshita does not like Okada. He then reaffirms his commitment to "Protoshita."

"The Toxic Spider" Thekla retains the AEW Women's World Championship against Mina Shirakawa. During the match, Thekla pulls out a belt, but referee Mike Posey takes it away from her, allowing Thekla to pull out metal knuckles and knock Mina out mid-slam before hiding the evidence to pin, win and retain.

Backstage, Renee Paquette interviews Kenny Omega. Omega says that despite a no physicality clause for next week's contract signing, everyone is used to how MJF operates, then says that now is the time and that if a god needs to take the World title off a devil, he is the man to do it. "Speedball" Mike Bailey shows up and says that he admires Omega, and hopes Omega beats MJF for the World Championship so that he can face him for the title. Both men then shake hands.

Backstage, we hear from The Demand. Ricochet apologizes to the fans for losing his cool and shoving Toa Liona off after being screwed out of the National Championship by AEW at Revolution, and says that it should be him facing MJF for the World Championship. He says that Kenny Omega earned a World title shot by doing the bare minimum, especially when he beat him in their only match, and that he is tired of it.

Darby Allin beats Rush in a no count-outs match after dodging the horns and pinning Rush with a jackknife pin. After the match, The Don Callis Family shows up, and Mark Davis grabs Darby from behind and piledrives him on the outside before The Family brings him into the ring for a Lance Archer chokeslam. As this goes on, Andrade el Idolo is not exactly on board with what The Family is doing.

He hopes MJF is watching, because he will ruin any idea has has of a happy future, and tells MJF to pray that he does not win, for he will come after him and take his title.

FTR (Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler) and Stokely Hathaway head to the ring. Dax says he has been wracking his brain trying to understand why The Young Bucks (Matt and Nick Jackson) attacked them from behind only to realize that in 2016, they were the best tag team in the world and even coined the FTR name. He then says that The Young Bucks are now in second place behind them. Stokely says the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results, which is where they are with The Young Bucks. He says that this pisses him off and that it all pisses him off that The Young Bucks shook hands with The Rascalz (Zachary Wentz and Myron Reed) and Private Party (Marq Quen and Isiah Kassidy) even though they forced Private Party out of the company. Stokely says there is hypocrisy in the situation and states that they hate their coworkers so much it is overwhelming. MJF also hates the "Cowboy Shit" chant and the fact that Hangman holds two wins over him, and says that Hangman is "a lucky shot" who is nowhere near better than him. He then says that something is off about Hangman and that he can smell it, and says that Hangman is in his own head after being at the top of the mountain twice only to crumble under pressure. MJF then proposes that if Hangman were to become world champion and crumble a third time, he would be exposed as a fraud, and while he feels Hangman is a lucky shot, he is all out of bullets, and he looks forward to ending "the myth of Hangman and his cowboy shit." Hangman says that the fans carried him to the World Championship, especially as he beat the dogshit out of MJF. He says that if anyone is a lucky shot, it is the man who had a guaranteed shot and sat on it until he waited until the last second, kicked him in the balls, and collected the spoils of greater men. Hangman says that as much as MJF hates him, he hates MJF worse, not just because of his lies and deceit, but because he has never met someone more like him. He says that MJF is desperate for love and acceptance and wants to make his mark, which reminds MJF of himself. He says that he wants to end this for good at Revolution, and that MJF also feels that they cannot have a regular wrestling match. Hangman tells MJF to think of a stipulation, then lets the fans think of what the match should be. MJF says Hangman is out of his mind if he wants something other than a regular wrestling match. Hangman says he knew MJF would says that because he is scared and a coward, and agrees to give his word that if he does not win, then he will never challenge for the World Championship ever again. MJF tells Hangman that he has a deal, but as far as his stipulation goes, he thinks things through, and he needs a week to think over his stipulation, as he does not shoot first and ask questions later like Hangman. Hangman then tells MJF that he already has his answer: Texas Death.

We hear from The Death Riders (Jon Moxley, Claudio Castagnoli, Wheeler Yuta, PAC, Daniel Garcia). PAC says that The Don Callis Family is not like them, and challenges them to a match at Collision. Daniel Garcia says that "family" is just a title for The Don Callis Family and not something that they are willing to die for. Moxley says he is not done with Konosuke Takeshita and that at Revolution, there will be no time limit and that one person will get the other for as long as it takes.

He says that regardless of who he has to go through, it is just business, and he will become AEW World Champion. Suddenly, "Hangman" Adam Page shows up and heads to the ring. Hangman says he would rather be fighting alongside Omega than with him, but if the World Championship is at stake, then so be it. He admits he made the mistake of looking past Samoa Joe at the prospect of defending against Omega, and he lost the title as a result. He says that this time is different, and with the amount of passion and respect that he has, he will be the next AEW World Champion, not anyone else. Swerve Strickland and Prince Nana show up and head to the ring, and Swerve says he has come back for the AEW World Championship and that since his return, he has not been pinned or submitted. He claims to have just as much of a right to the AEW World Championship as Hangman and Omega, and that his mission remains the same: coming back and reclaiming the AEW World Championship, regardless of who he has to go thorugh to do it. Swerve chuckles and exclaims "More than you know," then Don Callis shows up and tells Swerve to enjoy his recent undefeated streak while he can before Andrade el Idolo beats him later tonight and breaks it. MJF then says that Brody should follow him around, and that he can pay him handsomely since he is big, dangerous and talented. He admits they have to fix the aesthetic, as he has never met a liberal man who looks more like a Nazi. MJF says he will have Brody King looking good in a suit and a scarf, then calls Brody King's World title aspirations "cute" and "a dream" before telling him that to become World Champion, he needs to be a leader like him. He states that just like the fans, Brody King is nothing more than a follower. Brody says he does not need to follow anyone, and says that unlike MJF, he has friends. He tells Callis to either quit while he is ahead, or lick his wounds and come back when he is AEW World Champion.

Technique by Taz breaks down MJF's Salt of the Earth and Lebell Lock from his AEW World Championship defense against Bandido.

Megan Bayne and Penelope Ford beat Timeless Love Bombs ("Timeless" Toni Storm and Mina Shirakawa) after "The Problem" Marina Shafir shows up and puts Toni Storm in Mother's Milk after Bayne and Penelope hit Mina with a Doomsday Device.

6-Year Anniversary - Dynamite recap for October 1, 2025

In footage from earlier today, The Young Bucks (Matthew and Nicholas Jackson) celebrate AEW Dynamite's six-year annivesary at a Hard Rock Café and Casino. Matthew says he has an idea for tonight's ring introduction, while Nicholas is ready to gamble and double his money. After Nicholas finds the high limit slots, we then see him outside of the building near a dumpster, having gambled away all the money in his bag. Matthew mentions his idea for the entrance, then finds out that Nicholas gambled all the money. The screen then transitions to The Young Bucks in the ring, with their chyron calling them "The Broke Bucks" with a message above saying "Account balance: $0.00."

Don Callis guests on commentary for the next match.

Kenny Omega and Brodido (Brody King and Bandido) beat "The Walking Weapon" Josh Alexander and The Young Bucks (Matthew and Nicholas Jackson) in a trios match. After the match, Kenny Omega tries to bury the hatchet with The Young Bucks, but he is superkicked in the head by Josh Alexander. All of a sudden, Jurassic Express (Jack Perry and Luchasaurus) shows up, and The Young Bucks are easily overpowered. Alexander tries to fight them, but he gets double-teamed by Jack Perry and Kenny Omega, who then gets upset with Jack Perry. Jack Perry and Kenny Omega get in a physical argument, but Jack Perry goes after The Young Bucks again with a tope suicida, and Luchasaurus joins him as they take the brawl to the back. Omega then says it has been six years and that he has been here since day one, and while he has seen the highest of highs and lowest of lows, he takes pride in the journey itself. He says that friends have been gained and lost along the way, but everyone has shared the experience and he is a better man because of it before looking forward to what happens next. The lights go out, and when they come back on, Omega is suddenly attacked from behind by Andrade el Idolo, who has just returned from WWE. Don Callis gets in the ring and shakes hands with Andrade before raising his hand.

We see a video package showing some of the best moments of Dynamite's six-year history.

Backstage, we hear from Mark Briscoe, who says that tonight is a time of celebration as well as reflection not only for AEW but for himself, as his life has been consumed by MJF for the last six months. He now knows that MJF is all talk and that he told him specifically not to mention Jay Briscoe's name, but he did it more than once, and he showed him that his words have consequences. As for winning the big one, he won big enough to send MJF on a sabbatical, but when it comes to winning championship gold, it is only because of MJF costing him a TNT title shot that he cannot do that. With Hologram injured, it is now up to Orange Cassidy to be champion. Briscoe says that unlike MJF, he can be unselfish and celebrate with his friends, and when Orange Cassidy wins the TNT Championship, he will celebrate with Orange while MJF sits on the couch picking tacks out of his body.

"The Protostar" Kyle Fletcher retains the TNT Championship against Orange Cassidy after Don Callis distracts Orange Cassidy only for Hologram to scare Don Callis off just so he can trip Orange off the top turnbuckle, allowing Fletcher to hit Orange with a brainbuster into the top turnbuckler to retain the title. After the match, Fletcher and Hologram beat up on Orange, but Mark Briscoe and Paragon chase them off. The rest of The Don Callis Family then shows up, and Hologram unmasks to reveal that he looks like Hologram, but is clad in all black and has tattoos, revealing himself to be the evil Hologram clone. The lights then go haywire, even turning red at times.

Backstage, Renee Paquette interviews Mercedes Moné. Mercedes states that next week on Title Tuesday, she will put the TBS Championship on the line against someone local from the state of Florida and make history yet again while approaching the longest TBS title reign in history. She also knows what it takes to be a tag team partner, and is soon approached by Harley Cameron and Mini Moné. Harley thinks they have excellent chemistry, and while Mini Moné agrees, Mercedes says that every time they team up, she loses. Mercedes leaves, and Mini Moné thinks Mercedes is playing hard to get.

"Hangman" Adam Page and The Opps (Samoa Joe and Powerhouse Hobbs) beat The Death Riders (Jon Moxley, Claudio Castagnoli, Daniel Garcia) in a trios match. After the match, Samoa Joe suddenly argues with "Hangman" Adam Page, saying that Hangman has never beaten him, and security has to step in before things get worse. That does not stop Joe from hitting Hangman with a cheap shot, and security has to get into place before Joe leaves with Hobbs.

We hear from Willow Nightingale and JetSpeed ("Speedball" Mike Bailey and "The Jet" Kevin Knight). Kevin Knight wants to challenge one of the members of FTR (Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler) one-on-one, and Willow says she will be in Knight's corner. Meanwhile, Big Stoke accepts the challenge, but Knight will not know who he will face until the match happens.

Backstage, Renee Paquette interviews "Hangman" Adam Page. Hangman admits that he thought that Samoa Joe was angry at him when he dropped his title when he handed it to him, then mentions Joe saying he never beat him. Hangman says he is champion thanks to Joe's help, and if Joe wants a title match, he will get one at WrestleDream. He says that he respects Joe, but if Joe throws another fit towards him again, he will ruin his life.

"Timeless" Toni Storm beats Tay Melo. During the match, it is announced that next week's episode will be Title Tuesday and will air on Tuesday at 8 PM Eastern/7 PM Central. After the match, Toni talks about she stared in awe at Kris Statlander at All Out when she became a glorious champion, and when she went to the back, she wondered who she was without the Women's World Championship. Toni tells Statlander that she is not finished with her and wants a one-on-one match with her, then tells Statlander to name the time and place. Before she says that she is timeless, however, Toni stops short of doing just that.

We see a video package for Eddie Kingston vs. Dralistico on Collision, which has an early start time this week of 7 PM Eastern/4 PM Pacific.

Backstage, Renee Paquette interviews Samoa Joe and Powerhouse Hobbs. Joe questions if he and "Hangman" Adam Page and that he has been so focused on The Death Riders that he has forgotten who he is. He says that Hangman has never been greater than him, and says that while Hangman is "cowboy shit," he is about to introduce him to "a world of deep shit."

Ricochet guests on commentary for the next match.

Gates of Agony (Bishop Kaun and Toa Liona) beat The Swirl ("Vanilla Baby" Blake Christian and Lee Johnson). After the match, Ricochet hits the Spirit Gun on Blake Christian with help from Gates of Agony, then The Hurt Syndicate show up. MVP asks if anyone from Florida is in the crowd, and that leads to an "MVP" chant before admitting he embarrassed himself at All Out and states that he owes an apology to the fans as well as Shelton and Lashley for allowing The Demand (Ricochet, Kaun, Toa Liona) to beat him. MVP feels that he may have lost a step and may not be the wrestler that he used to be, but he can still fight better than The Demand can. He says he does not want to wrestle; instead, he wants a no-disqualification street fight. MVP wants to know if The Demand will meet them in a street fight, and after the fans want it, Ricochet accepts the challenge.

Backstage, Renee Paquette interviews Kris Statlander, who says that after six years, she and "Timeless" Toni Storm have never went one-on-one. Statlander accepts Toni's challenge for WrestleDream, then Harley Cameron shows up and approves of the match.

Backstage, Alicia Atout interviews Don Callis, "The Alpha" Konosuke Takeshita and "The Rainmaker" Kazuchika Okada. Callis says The Don Callis Family goes to the next level when it seems they are down and out, and while he took out Kenny Omega, Brodido (Brody King and Bandido) escaped him. He wants Brodido to face Okada and Takeshita in a tag team match next week. Takeshita is reluctant, but Okada wants the match.

Darby Allin and Kris Statlander beat The Death Riders (Wheeler Yuta and Marina Shafir) in a Tornado Tag Match after Yuta inadvertently blinds Shafir with powder following Shafir going feet-first into thumbtacks, causing Shafir to put Yuta in a sleeper hold before Statlander and Darby get the win. After the match, "Timeless" Toni Storm shows up, and she and Statlander have a staredown followed by a slugfest that security has to stop. As this goes on, Darby whips Wheeler Yuta with a studded leather belt until PAC shows up and attacks Darby. Jon Moxley, Claudio Castagnoli and Daniel Garcia show up as PAC chokes Darby with the belt, and Moxley tells Darby that at WrestleDream, he will have zero chance of doing what it will take to win. He says that at WrestleDream, Darby will say "I quit." PAC then hits Darby with a running clothesline to end the show.

Those Dynamite Kids - Dynamite recap for September 3, 2025

Gabe Kidd interrupts the start of the show, wanting to know where Darby Allin is. He says that the 2300 Arena is not big enough for Darby to be hiding in the rafters before Darby Allin suddenly appears in the ring and fights Gabe Kidd. Kidd exposes a turnbuckle, but Darby is the one to use it against him first before Kidd can do the same. Darby and Kidd keep brawling, and Darby soon hits Kidd with a Coffin Drop. Back in the ring, Darby goes for a Coffin Splash, but Kidd counters with a rear naked choke. Darby rakes the eyes, then knocks Wheeler Yuta off the ring apron when Yuta shows up before getting the better of Kidd again. Darby then pulls a skateboard with thumbtacks glued to the bottom of it out from underneath the ring. Wheeler falls victim to the skateboard first - and gets a few thumbtacks in his back for it - before Jon Moxley, Marina Shafir and Claudio Castagnoli arrive. As the three of them are about the surround the ring, the lights go out, then Hook shows up when the lights come back on. All of a sudden, he is joined by Samoa Joe and Powerhouse Hobbs, who run right by and raise hell. Willow Nightingale also shows up, and the situation becomes a four-on-four brawl all over the ring. Yuta and Hook take their brawl to the back, and Joe, Hobbs and Willow soon start cleaning house. Meanwhile, Darby Allin and Gabe Kidd are also brawling backstage, and Gabe Kidd pulls a claw hammer out of a toolbox. He tries to strike Darby with it, but Darby soon throws powder in his eyes and chokes him out with a rag. The rag seems to have a chemical substance on it which sends Gabe Kidd into unconsciousness before Darby Allin stuffs Gabe Kidd in a body bag tied to the back of a red Dodge pick-up truck, which soon drags Gabe Kidd painfully out of the arena as soon as Darby takes the wheel.

Mercedes Moné retains the TBS Championship against Alex Windsor with a roll-up after Windsor is able to break the Statement Maker with a pinfall attempt. After the match, Windsor offers to shake Mercedes' hand, but Mercedes flips her off. Windsor hits her with the takedown from behind, but Mercedes puts her in a Statement Maker. All of a sudden, Riho - who has not been seen in a while - shows up and hits Mercedes with a top rope stomp before drop kicking her out of the ring.

Backstage, Renee Paquette interviews Samoa Joe and Powerhouse Hobbs. When asked where Hook stands with them, Hook shows up and says he does not need either of them and that he fights his own battles. He also takes offense to being replaced in The Opps (Joe, Hobbs, "The Wrestler" Katsuyori Shibata) with Hobbs while he was injured, but Joe says it was because opportunities were coming and that Hobbs was ready while Hook was not. He says that Hook has the right to be angry with him because he made the call, then tells him that at some point, he will need their help whether he wants or not, and they will still have his back.

Backstage, we hear from Ricochet and Gates of Agony (Bishop Kaun and Toa Liona). He says his problems with The Hurt Syndicate (MVP, Bobby Lashley, Shelton Benjamin) predate AEW and that they have never gotten on the same page because for The Hurt Syndicate, it is business, while for him, it is personal. As Ricochet says that The Hurt Syndicate now has to rely on past legacies, Toa Liona says that is all The Hurt Synidcate has left after their tag team title reign ended, and and now their legacy is next. Bishop Kaun and Ricochet says they are now dominant and the future of AEW, and Ricochet says they should settle this like men at All Out. He says that afterwards, they will stand above The Hurt Syndicate. Ricochet then states that this is not a request, but a demand.

Mark Briscoe heads to the ring. Mark calls the 2300 Arena "hallowed ground" where he and his brother Jay Briscoe fell in love with professional wrestling and have been blazing ever since, and right now, his focus is on a young man named "The Protostar" Kyle Fletcher and the TNT Championship. He then states that this means having a conversation with Don Callis, who he says looks like Elton John dressed like a prosthetic penis for Halloween before calling him out and telling him to choose the man he wants to face him. Callis shows up with Lance Archer and Rocky "Azucar" Romero and states that Mark is very impatient to get his answer, but he is busy getting Fletcher and "The Walking Weapon" Josh Alexander ready for tonight's main event. He says announces that his opponent will be none other than "The Alpha" Konosuke Takeshita, who shows up and has a staredown with Mark in the middle of the ring before Callis tells Mark to "save it for Saturday." Mark says Callis must love to mess with his head before telling Takeshita that he will kick his ass, then says he is in a fighting mood and wants another one of his men. Rocky Romero volunteers to give Mark a fight at first, but Lance Archer ends up entering the ring.

Mark Briscoe beats Lance Archer with a top rope Sunset Flip Powerbomb followed by the Froggy 'Bow.

In footage from earlier today, "Timeless" Toni Storm talks of the many stories that could be told in the 2300 Arena, then says insanity is relative before daring anyone to face her for the Women's World Championship. She then says God does not judge, for it is her job.

Backstage, Renee Paquette interviews Harley Cameron and Kris Statlander. As Harley Cameron says they are undefeated and heading to the top before calling out Bandido and Brody King, Wheeler Yuta shows up and tells Statlander that The Death Riders (Jon Moxley, Claudio Castagnoli, Wheeler Yuta, Marina Shafir) have her back before Marina Shafir shows up. Statlander tells Shafir that she got their friend's message, then Yuta heads to the ring for the next match.

Brody King and Bandido retain the AEW World Tag Team Championships against The Death Riders (Claudio Castagnoli and Wheeler Yuta) after Darby Allin keeps Jon Moxley from interfering.

Backstage, Renee Paquette interviews "The Rainmaker" Kazuchika Okada. Okada says that Konosuke Takeshita calls himself "The Alpha," but he is "The Rainmaker" and the top dog of The Don Callis Family. He then calls Takeshita a bitch.

Backstage, Renee Paquette interviews The Hurt Syndicate (MVP, Bobby Lashley, Shelton Benjamin). MVP wants to know what happened to Ricochet, as he used to be a dynamite and exciting professional wrestling until he became "a pathetic kiss-ass" and "a joke." He tells Gates of Agony (Bishop Kaun and Toa Liona) not to let Ricochet turn their career into a punchline. He then says that when The Hurt Syndicate walk into the room, they are given a wide berth and they command respect. MVP accepts Ricochet's challenge and looks forward to punching Ricochet in his mouth.

Adam Copeland heads to the ring when he is suddenly attacked by FTR (Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler). Christian Cage soon gets in the ring to assist Copeland, and security soon has to step in to stop the brawl. When security starts having a hard time, the Ring of Honor locker room has to empty out to restore order. Order does not last long when one of the wrestlers gets hit with a spike piledriver, and Adam Priest, who is initially part of the locker room trying to stop FTR, ends up having to be separated as well when he is forced to throw hands.

We see a video package for Jon Moxley vs. Daniel Garcia on Collision.

Backstage, we hear from Stokely Hathaway and FTR (Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler). Hathaway warns that there will be a day of reckoning if Adam Copeland and Christian Cage put their hands on him again. Cash Wheeler then chews out Adam Priest for throwing hands with FTR before challenging him to a tag team match on Collision.

When The Young Bucks (Matthew and Nicholas Jackson) head to the ring for the next match, the words "These guys again?" appear on their chyron along with "53 days of not being EVPs." Their LED board video consists of their names in Comic Sans. We also see The Young Bucks at a meet-and-greet in what looks like a bar and it is obvious they have no interest in being there. Don Callis guests on commentary for the next match.

The Young Bucks (Matthew and Nicholas Jackson) and The Don Callis Family ("The Protostar" Kyle Fletcher and "The Walking Weapon" Josh Alexander) beat JetSpeed ("Speedball" Mike Bailey and "The Jet" Kevin Knight), "Hangman" Adam Page and Kenny Omega in an All-Star 8-Man Tag Match. After the match, The Don Callis Family go on the attack with Rocky "Azucar" Romero and Lance Archer joining in. Fletcher hits Hangman with a brainbuster onto the seat of an open metal folding chair before Archer and Romero pull a table out from underneath the ring. Kenny Omega tries to fight back, but Kyle Fletcher hits Omega in the lower abdomen with the chair putting him through the table with a brainbuster. Medical staff has to check on Omega immediately as The Don Callis Family looks down on him before walking away.
