Stokely lists the acts that FTR have performed in the last few weeks and calls Nigel McGuinness a "pill popper" who hopes that he will wake up in 2002 "when he was last revelant." He also brags about FTR causing Daniel Garcia and Adam Copeland to disappear from AEW in recent weeks, stating that Garcia will soon have an OnlyFans link and that Copeland's brain is "sizzling like a Fajita at Chipotle." Stokely mentions that FTR do not yet have a match at Grand Slam Mexico, but do not care how they get it. Dax takes the microphone, stating he is excited about the AEW-CMLL partnership and says Atlantis is "the oldest professional wrestler" in Mexico. Dax introduces FTR and Stokely, then asks questions of Atlantis and - much like with Templario and Atlantis Jr. - refuses to let him answer. After two answer, Atlantis punches Dax, starting a brawl. Adam Cole gets in the ring and fights FTR, but he gets jumped by Hechicero and The Don Callis Family ("The Alpha" Konosuke Takeshita, "The Walking Weapon" Josh Alexander, "The Protostar" Kyle Fletcher). Templario and Bandido also join in to even the numbers, but as FTR and The Don Callis Family get the upper hand, Brody King shows up and rights them all. Adam Cole, Bandido, Templario, Atlantis, Atlantis Jr. and Brody King soon clean house and leave Dax Harwood as the last bit of opposition in the ring. Atlantis makes it clear he wants Dax, and he chases Dax all over the ring and into the crowd as he gets a piece of him.

Backstage, Lexy Nair interviews The Learning Tree ("The Redwood" Big Bill and "The Bad Apple" Bryan Keith). Big Bill says they have cracked skulls and stacked wins with Gates of Agony (Bishop Kaun and Toa Liona). Bryan Keith thanks Big Bill for having his back, then Big Bill demands another tag team to challenge, then the Workhorsemen (JD Drake and Anthony Henry) - who have not been seen in over a year - show up, and JD Drake says that they accept their challenge. Big Bill says that if they want their skulls cracked, "then by all means."

Mercedes Moné has a steak dinner at ringside for the next match. Before the next match can begin, however, Julia Hart and Skye Blue attack "Timeless" Toni Storm before the bell. Skye Blue gets ejected, and Mercedes Moné laughs at Toni Storm as the AEW medical team checks on Toni. Despite the pre-bell attack, Toni Storm yells "Ring the bloody bell already!" as soon as she gets back in the ring.

"Timeless" Toni Storm beats Julia Hart after avoiding a top rope moonsault and pinning Julia Hart with a small package. After the match, Mercedes Moné confronts Toni Storm, then sniffs her and tosses her to the match. Mina Shirakawa shows up to save Toni, and Mercedes briefly retreats before going after Mina. She throws Mina out of the ring, then raises up the AEW Women's World Championship before telling Toni to kiss it goodbye and pressing Toni's face against the center plate of the championship.

Backstage, Lexy Nair interviews Ricochet. Ricochet says he is looking for the perfect group of individuals to make his dreams of championship gold a reality, then Lee Johnson and Blake Christian show up wanting to ally themselves with Ricochet. Ricochet says he has been watching them and that it is embarrassing to see them play "make believe Ricochet," then says that they are missing something before leaving.

Mark Briscoe, Tomohiro Ishii and Willow Nightingale beat MxM Collection (Mansoor and Mason Madden) and Taya Valkyrie in a mixed trios match.

In backstage footage from last week after Fyter Fest, Kris Statlander says that since Willow Nightingale is done with her, she is done with Willow Nightingale. She says there is nobody like her on the roster and says this is not good for anyone else, then Wheeler Yuta shows up and says he had to make tough choices to get where he is at, then says he is there for her for advice. He also tells Statlander to stop thinking about Willow Nightingale and what others think about her, and make her own decisions. Statlander walks past Willow, then has a brief staredown with Marina Shafir as they cross paths, much to the delight of Wheeler Yuta.

Bandido beats The Beast Mortos.

Backstage, Renee Paquette interviews Mercedes Moné, who says that "Timeless" Toni Storm got everything she deserves and that she will win the AEW Women's World Championship. She accepts Mercedes' challenge for Grand Slam Mexico, then punches Mercedes in the face.

Backstage, "Hangman" Adam Page is met by The Young Bucks. Prince Nana overhears everything in the background as Matthew says they were not aiming for Swerve Strickland, then tells him to "stick the landing" and bring the AEW World Championship back to them according to plan. Hangman says there is no plan, and tells The Young Bucks to stay out of his, Swerve's and Will Ospreay's business. Hangman says there is no plan, and tells The Young Bucks to stay out of his, Swerve's and Will Ospreay's business. "Daddy Magic" Matt Menard guests on commentary for the next match.

Hechicero and The Don Callis Family ("The Alpha" Konosuke Takeshita, "The Walking Weapon" Josh Alexander, Lance Archer) beat Daniel Garcia and The Paragon (Adam Cole, Kyle O'Reilly, Roderick Strong) in an eight-man tag match.

Fyter Fest - Dynamite recap for June 4, 2025

Tony Schiavone interviews Will Ospreay to start tonight's show. Ospreay is embarrassed that he had a fight with Swerve Strickland last week and admits that teaming him with "Hangman" Adam Page was not a bad idea, then says Jon Moxley is the real enemy and that if they could put their differences aside, AEW could be better. He tells Moxley to "piss off" if he hates what AEW has become, as other people like him have given it momentum yet it sucks because he is its world champion. He says that Hangman and Swerve's tiff to stop each other from being world champion cannot be allowed to happen, and while he loves Swerve like a brother and would take a bullet for him, he would take a bullet for AEW first. Ospreay then calls Swerve out for a fight, then Cru shows up. Lio Rush says that Brits like to talk a lot and that Ospreay is doing a lot of talking, then says he has a lot of pent-up anger and a point to prove, stating the worst part of AEW is Ospreay. Ospreay says he would love to get a lot of that anger out, then asks the crowd if they want to see a Will Ospreay tonight. They make it known that they do, and Ospreay tells Lio Rush he will see him tonight and tells Swerve he will see him next week.

Jon Moxley beats Mark Briscoe by submission with the Bulldog Choke despite Briscoe's best efforts to fight out of it.

We see a vignette for CMLL luchador Mistico, who returns next week.

Mercedes Moné guests on commentary for the next match, with her own table, wine and steak.

"Timeless" Toni Storm and Mina Shirakawa beat Julia Hart and Skye Blue by submission with a TCM Chickenwing from Toni to Skye Blue. After the match, Toni eats Mercedes' steak as well as some of the garnishment before drinking her wine.

Backstage, Lexy Nair interviews Will Ospreay when MJF suddenly shows up. MJF tells Ospreay to stay out of Swerve Strickland and "Hangman" Adam Page's business, as it is only keeping Jon Moxley the AEW World Champion and because Ospreay has never beaten Hangman. He says both men are animals and that animals eat each other, but Ospreay sees this as MJF trying to worm his way into becoming AEW World Champion again. When MJF mentions Ospreay's son Harry, Ospreay grabs MJF, but is surrounded by The Hurt Syndicate (MVP, Bobby Lashley, Shelton Benjamin). MVP says they have business elsewhere, then wish Ospreay luck in his match before they leave. Lashley is the last to do so, as he straightens Ospreay's jersey out before walking away.

The Hurt Syndicate (MVP, Bobby Lashley, Shelton Benjamin, MJF) head to the ring. MVP is able to lead a chant for Lashley and Shelton, but when he does the same for MJF, MJF gets booed. MVP mentions Lashley once living in Denver, Colorado before living in Texas, but when asked of his opinion on Denver, Lashley gives Denver a thumbs down. MVP then says that anyone could put their dream team in front of The Hurt Syndicate, but their dream team could never remove the AEW World Tag Team Championships from them. He wants to know where the best tag teams are if AEW is where the best wrestle. MVP then says that the best is a figment of the fans' imagination, as nobody can beat The Hurt Syndicate for the tag team titles. He then gives the floor to MJF. MJF makes it known he wants gold just like Shelton and Lashley, and that he wants the AEW World Championship back, which means he will have to start wrestling a little bit more. He then addresses Grand Slam Mexico, and states that Mexico believes that their "supposed" top guy is Mistico. He then says that he, not Mistico, is the best wrestler in the world, and states that he sold out Arena Mexico and became the youngest to do so. MJF says this is because he is a megastar, then plugs Happy Gilmore 2 before stating that he sees Mistico as "a big fish in a small stinky pond." He then admits he feels philanthropic, and next week, he will watch Mistico's match. He then says that if he finds Mistico worthy, he just might face him at Grand Slam Mexico. Suddenly, "Speedball" Mike Bailey, "The Jet" Kevin Knight and Komander show up for the next match. MVP calls them "White Sho Nuff," "Bruce Leeroy" and "The Blue Ranger," and Komander takes offense to MJF disrespecting him, Mexico and lucha libre before demanding a match with him. Speedball says that MVP demanded the best and that they have three "international killers" in front of them, much to MVP's laughter, and Kevin Knight says they want a fight with The Hurt Syndicate tonight. MVP declines the match, saying they have not earned it, and states that if they want an opportunity to stand against the tag team champions, they will have to earn it.

"Speedball" Mike Bailey, "The Jet" Kevin Knight and Komander beat La Faccion Ingobernable (Rush, Dralistico, The Beast Mortos) in a trios match. After the match, The Hurt Syndicate (MVP, Bobby Lashley, Shelton Benjamin, MJF)returns, and MVP commends them before telling them they have won the prize, and next week, they will face MJF, Bobby and Shelton in a trios match. He then allows for a preview of the beating they will get. Lashley and Shelton get in the ring, but Speedball and Knight get the better of them, and when MJF gets in the ring, Komander joins in on the fun, and the three of them clean house.

Backstage, Alicia Atout interviews Daniel Garcia and Paragon (Adam Cole, Kyle O'Reilly, Roderick Strong). Adam Cole says he and Garcia have had their battles in the past, but they have mutual respect and cannot stand The Don Callis Family, who he proposes that they fight tonight. Garcia admits that while he wants the TNT Championship, it can wait, and tells Adam Cole he will see him in the ring.

Backstage, Lexy Nair interviews The Patriarchy (Christian Cage, Mother Wayne, "The Prodigy" Nick Wayne). Christian Cage says that the thin air in Denver, Colorado cuts off the circulation to the fans' brains, but they should still be smart enough to sit down and shut up while he conducts business. He says "The Prodigy" Nick Wayne had a strong showing at the Best of the Super Juniors, but did not win. Nevertheless, he will keep the momentum going despite facing 14 opponents in 22 days, and this time, the stakes are higher, as he will defend the Ring of Honor World Television Championship in a four-way match while he and Mother Wayne watch up close.

"Platinum" Max Caster is in the ring. He produces a petition declaring that he is the best wrestler alive and asks the referee in the ring to sign it, then gets his own chant going, this time successfully, although he claims it was bad. He then introduces the return of his five-minute open challenge, which is answered by Powerhouse Hobbs, who comes out of the crowd on his way to the ring.

Powerhouse Hobbs beats "Platinum" Max Caster in a 5-minute open challenge in 47 seconds.

Kenny Omega retains the AEW International Championship against Mascara Dorada, Brody King and Claudio Castagnoli in a four-way match.

Those Dynamite Kids - Dynamite recap for May 21, 2025

Tony Schiavone introduces "Hangman" Adam Page and Will Ospreay to the ring to start tonight's show. Ospreay gets security to leave just him and Hangman in the ring after Ospreay says he will not get physical and that neither will Hangman, then asks Hangman if he still drinks as he wants to talk things over a few beers, which are brought to the ring. Hangman does not toast along with him, then Ospreay announces he has petitioned to make their match the main event of Double or Nothing, and tells those wondering why he would go after Anarchy in the Arena that they have no idea what is at stake. Ospreay states that whoever wins their match will have the responsibility of winning back the AEW World Championship, and states that he wants this as he has done everything the right way and he wants to wear the title with pride. He also states that he wants to bring the world title home with a big event coming up in his hometown and with all the sacrifices that he has made, and while he knows how much Hangman wants it, he wants it that little bit more. Hangman says this is the difference between them, and that he knows Ospreay's feeling because he has lived it, and that there is no greater prize or honor than to be AEW World Champion. However, while it is a professional accomplishment for Ospreay, it is personal for him; he does not just want this opportunity, he needs it, as he has wasted two years of his life with nothing but grief, sorrow and hate. He says he has not won a single championship or tournament, and the worst of it was when he was at home feeling like he had disappointed his family, and that he needs this to know that there is some kind of life after those two years. Ospreay asks Hangman what he plans to do about it, and brings up what Hangman did to Christopher Daniels before stating he will not go down that path, then says he is showing up and doing his best, even if it might not be good enough. He says that if he has lost, he has lost leaving everything in the ring and winning the fans' respect, and more importantly, their trust. Hangman asks if that is enough for Moxley, but Ospreay says that he does not know, as he has faced Moxley twice and lost, yet Hangman has won. He then demands that Hangman, knowing that if he can beat him, he can beat Moxley. Ospreay says that Hangman has lost everyone's respect after what he did, then says he is not that guy and that he is just going to show up and do his best, because he is the best in the world. Ospreay says he knows anything that can happen when the bell rings, and if Hangman ends up victorious, it will take more than one person to take the World Championship, and he will have his back. He also hopes that if he wins, that Hangman has his back. Ospreay then tells Hangman to meet him in the desert, as he is calling him out for a shoot-out. Ospreay chugs his beer, then Hangman has a smooth swig from his own bottle. Both men then look at each other on the way out before looking at the men's Owen Hart Tournament trophy and having a brief staredown.

Jon Moxley and Marina Shafir head to the ring. Moxley says tempers are rising, but spoils will go to those that embrace the anarchy.

The Opps (Samoa Joe and Powerhouse Hobbs) and Swerve Strickland beat Jon Moxley and The Young Bucks (Matthew and Nicholas Jackson) in a trios match. After the match, Moxley and The Young Bucks go on the attack as Wheeler Yuta and Claudio Castagnoli join in. All of a sudden, "The Wreslter" Katsuyori Shibata shows up and cleans house. Marina Shafir hits Shibata with a low blow, but Willow Nightingale runs in and hits The Pounce before chasing after Shafir. Kenny Omega then shows up and take out Nicholas Jackson, then a table gets introduced. Omega goes for a One Winged Angel through the table on Nicholas, but Claudio Castagnoli saves Nicholas as The Death Riders (Jon Moxley, Claudio Castagnoli, Wheeler Yuta, Marina Shafir) and The Young Bucks flee. Samoa Joe then says he has them all on Sunday, then says he is not a waiting man and he wants them tonight.

Backstage, Alicia Atout interviews The Hurt Syndicate (MVP, Bobby Lashley, Shelton Benjamin) and their legal counsel. MVP says this is a momentous occasion to add a fourth member, then says he should ask MJF, who shows up with "Smart" Mark Sterling and a new suit. MVP and MJF shake hands before The Hurt Syndicate leave, then both legal counsels shake hands.

The Hurt Syndicate (MVP, Bobby Lashley, Shelton Benjamin) head to the ring. "Smart" Mark Sterling and The Hurt Syndicate's legal counsel are already in the ring. MVP brings out MJF to induct him into The Hurt Syndicate. MJF says that his mother told him the most important day of your life is when you marry the love of your life, then says his mother never joined The Hurt Syndicate. MVP and MJF make fun of New Mexico before "Smart" Mark Sterling gets the contract signing started. He states that both legal counsels have made sure that both parties benefit, and MJF signs the contract first. MVP and Shelton sign, then Lashley is handed the pen. He take the contract and reads it, but he is still hesitant, and the rest of The Hurt Syndicate has to talk to him. He then signs the contract, then MJF celebrates before The Sons of Texas ("The Natural" Dustin Rhodes and Sammy Guevara) show up. MJF chews them out for interrupting, but Dustin tells him to shut up, as all he does is talk and barely wrestle when he has no work ethic or grit. He says he hates MJF's guts, and while he has the utmost respect for MVP, he wants him to watch MJF. He then says that he and Guevara are "day one guys" and that they did something special six years ago at Double or Nothing, and now, they have an opportunity to win more gold. Dustin dares Shelton and Lashley to hurt him, and MVP tells him to be careful what he wishes for. Dustin says there is nothing they can do that bigger, better monsters have already done. He tells them that this will not be a walk in the park as they fight with honor and their work ethic is untouchable, and if he were a bettering man, he would bet on "the day one guys."

Backstage, Renee Paquette interviews "The Rainmaker" Kazuchika Okada, who tells "Speedball" Mike Bailey that he is the one who calls him out, and that Speedball will find out why he is the Continental Champion. He says there is a first time for everything when told that Speedball has yet to be pinned or submitted since his AEW debut.

Ricochet beats Anthony Bowens by hitting him with the golden scissors as referee Paul Turner is dealing with Billy Gunn, who wants to throw Ricochet back into the ring after Bowens hits the Mollywhop. After the match, Mark Briscoe shows up with a stretcher, then hits him with it, places him on top, hits him some more, and goes for the Froggy 'Bow only for Ricochet to roll off and run away.

Backstage, we hear from Stokely Hathaway and FTR (Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler). He says that FTR are two men who honor the traditional of professional wrestling as much as they are the greatest tag team alive, and want to look Daniel Garcia and Nigel McGuinness in the eye as they sign the contract for their match. He even says that "Daddy Magic" Matt Menard can take part as Nigel signs the last contract of his career.

Renee Paquette hosts a face-to-face interview between Jamie Hayter and Mercedes Moné in the ring. Hayter says that if she is the underdog in their match, then so be it, as people underestimate her only to get hurt and she gets back up and again. She also says she gets things done herself, unlike Mercedes Moné, and that she is a fighter. She says that winning the Owen Hart Tournament means more to her than it does to Mercedes, as it is not just a title shot; it is about not being forgotten. She also says that once again, her back is against the wall, and she laces up her boots and fights hard because that embodies what she is. Mercedes Moné says that she is not worried and that Hayter does not have her figured out, as she is more than a champion; she is a revolution. She tells Hayter that she is looking through her rather than past her and that she always gets what she wants for her destiny is her reality and she will be AEW Women's World Champion. Mercedes mentions her accolades as TBS Champion before stating that this is about more than a championship, but leaving her legacy. She expects Hayter to bring the fight, then says this is where Hayter's chapter finally ends. Hayter mentions that Mercedes is no longer holding the New Japan Pro Wrestling Strong Women's Championship, and says that Mercedes' destiny is to lose everything. Mercedes attacks Hayter, but Hayter fights back and hits the Hayterade. "Timeless" Toni Storm and Luther show up for the next match, and Toni Storm guests on commentary.

Mina Shirakawa beats Julia Hart with a quick pinfall attempt. After the match, Julia attacks Mina from behind, but Mina gets Julia in the Figure Four Leg Lock in the middle of the ring. Skye Blue shows up and kicks Mina in the head, then Toni Storm gets in the ring and suplexes Skye Blue. Toni and Mina both smack Julia Hart around before the two of them play tug of war with the Women's World Championship. Mina hits Toni with the title, then gets the last word with a Figure Four Leg Lock on the ring post.

Backstage, Renee Paquette interviews The Young Bucks (Matthew and Nicholas Jackson), who try to walk out of the arena only to be attacked by Samoa Joe and Powerhouse Hobbs. The Death Riders (Jon Moxley, Claudio Castagnoli, Wheeler Yuta) soon show up for the brawl, but so does Willow Nightingale and Marina Shafir. Prince Nana shows up with some chains in his hands, and Swerve Strickland jumps in when the brawl spills its way to the ring. Kenny Omega also shows up, and the brawl soon spreads all over ringside, with "The Wrestler" Katsuyori Shibata even getting involved. Gabe Kidd eventually shows up with the briefcase and hits Samoa Joe with it, then The Death Riders and The Young Bucks get the upper hand. Omega and Swerve end up on top of tables that The Young Bucks soon put them through.

Collision Course - Collision recap for March 1, 2025

We hear from Daniel Garcia, FTR (Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler), Undisputed Kingdom (Adam Cole, Kyle O'Reilly, Roderick Strong), Julia Hart, Brody King, "The Rainmaker" Kazuchika Okada, Powerhouse Hobbs and Bandido at the start of the show.

FTR (Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler) beats Undisputed Kingdom (Kyle O'Reilly and Roderick Strong)...almost. After Dax hits O'Reilly with a piledriver and scores the pinfall, he notices that O'Reilly's foot was on the middle rope, which referee Stephon Smith did not see. After protests from FTR, the match is restarted. Undisputed Kingdom (Kyle O'Reilly and Roderick Strong) beats FTR (Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler) after the restart. After the match, Undisputed Kingdom reach out to shake hands, but FTR walks away.

We hear from Willow Nightingale, who says that the Con-Chair-To she gave to Marina Shafir is still ringing in Shafir's ears and that she hopes that everybody heard it, as she has gone through so much in AEW, yet some people have forgotten what happens when the smiling stops. Willow says she is "the babe with the power" and that she is not afraid to use that power.

Wheeler Yuta beats Willie Mack. After the match, Jon Moxley shows up from out of the crowd and hits Wheeler Yuta from behind with the briefcase, then takes a microphone and says he has a lesson to teach Yuta about finishing the job. He gets in the ring and tells Yuta to take Adam Copeland out on Dynamite and ensure that he does not leave the ring under his own power, as he does not deserve a clear shot at the AEW World Championship. He then grabs Willie Mack and tells Yuta to finish the job, and Yuta smacks Willie Mack in the head with the briefcase. Moxley then leaves through the crowd.

Backstage, Mercedes Moné is met by Billie Starks, who hands the TBS Championship back to her before giving her a message from Momo Watanabe: enjoy holding the TBS Championship while it lasts, because at Revolution, she is taking it. Billie then throws a whole cup full of tea into Mercedes' face and runs off.

We hear from "Timeless" Toni Storm, who is in bed wearing a neck brace. She says that the nicest thing about being piledriven on the stage is waking up to panicked doctors and dozens of messages asking if she will ever walk again. She says that it gives one time to think if it was either all worth it or a complete waste of time, as her dreams have been haunted by a woman who will not let her wake up. Toni tells "The Glamour" Mariah May "Let's get lucid," as Mariah can pry the AEW Women's World Championship "from her cold, dead hips" while she leaves her soul at home. She also asks if Mariah wants the spotlight that drove her to her in the first place, and says she can give it to her. Toni then says that if Mariah liked Grand Slam Australia, then that show will be foreplay compared to the Hollywood ending that she wants. She says she does not want or need disqualifications, count-outs or rope breaks, and that no holds will be barred and falls will count anywhere. Toni hopes Mariah believes in God before ripping her neck brace off and proclaiming that Mariah will meet Her.

Swerve Strickland beats Clark Connors after targeting Connors' left arm throughout the match.

In backstage footage from after Dynamite, The Hurt Syndicate (MVP, Bobby Lashley, Shelton Benjamin) are met by The Outrunners (Truth Magnum and Turbo Floyd), who thank them for the opportunity. Harley Cameron shows up on commentary. Harley names her new finishing move that she used against "The Virtuosa" Deonna Purrazzo earlier this week on Dynamite "My Finishing Move."

Backstage, Alicia Atout interviews The Costco Guys (AJ and Big Justice) when John Morrison bumps into AJ. He calls AJ and Big Justice out for disrespecting MxM Collection (Mason Madden and Mansoor) when he was not around, but he is here now. He challenges AJ to a trios match at Revolution, then says "Big Justice and a cookie don't count."

"Daddy Magic" Matt Menard guests on commentary for the next two matches.

Shane Taylor Enterprises ("Taiga Style" Lee Moriarty, "The Captain" Shawn Dean, "Bad News and Tattoos" Carlie Bravo) beat Vinny Massaro, Nick Ruiz and Dave Dutra in a trios match. After the match, Adam Cole makes his entrance for the next match and walks past Shane Taylor and Shane Taylor Enterprises on the way to the ring.

Adam Cole vs. Daniel Garcia for the TNT Championship ends with Shane Taylor Enterprises (Shane Taylor, "Taiga Style" Lee Moriarty, "The Captain" Shawn Dean, "Bad News and Tattoos" Carlie Bravo) attacking both men with less than five minutes left in the match. We see a video package for The OPPs (Samoa Joe, Hook, "The Wrestler" Katsuyori Shibata).

Backstage, we hear from The Costco Guys (Big Boom AJ and Big Justice). As AJ mentions the disrespect from Johnny TV from earlier, Big Justice brings out Orange Cassidy as one partner. Justice wants to be the third man, but AJ says he needs Big Justice in his corner. Orange says he has a guy for that: Mark Briscoe, who becomes AJ's other partner. He says he has MxM Collection's (Mason Madden and Mansoor) fashion right here, and that they will whup Johnny TV at Revolution. Orange asks what the word of the day is, and thanks to Big Justice, it is "Boom!"

Queen Aminata beats Julia Hart. After the match, Brody King checks on Julia Hart, but he is attacked with the AEW Continental Championship belt by "The Rainmaker" Kazuchika Okada, who then flips Brody King off.

We hear from Kenny Omega. Omega says he was out for an entire year wondering if he would ever wrestle again, and he had to keep hearing Don Callis talk about how "The Alpha" Konosuke Takeshita beat him twice in one week. He admits this got on his nerves and he is already pissed off, but what he plans to do to Takeshita is not about revenge, but about the International Championship, as whoever holds the belt is regarded as the best. He says that if Takeshita can beat him three times, then it is time for him to admit that Takeshita is better and that Takeshita is Callis' real meal ticket, and that he could never challenge for another championship again as the old him is gone. Omega then says that he has had an entire year to clear his mind, refocus, hone in on his training and sharpen all his dull points to make weaknesses into strengths after leaving his old friends behind and no longer having the baggage of being an Executive Vice President. He says that his focus is on the International Championship, not because of revenge, not because of Don Callis, and not because of Takeshita, and at Revolution, he is taking the title.

Powerhouse Hobbs and Bandido beat The Learning Tree ("The Redwood" Big Bill and "The Bad Apple" Bryan Keith).

She says that this is their spotlight and their moment, and at Revolution, there will be a Hollywood ending.

Backstage, we hear from "The Rainmaker" Kazuchika Okada, who says that he put the dog down because that is what he does with a bitch. He say that if any other bitch wants to step up, he will put them down, too.
