Maximum Carnage - Dynamite recap for January 14, 2026

Backstage, we hear from Samoa Joe, who calls "Hangman" Adam Page's journey to win back the AEW World Championship "foolishness." He states that he has put out a bounty, and now "The Bounty Hunter" Bryan Keith has posted it. Bryan Keith mentions his last match with Hangman three years ago, then says that tonight is personal and that he is cashing in.

Darby Allin beats PAC by submission with the Scorpion Deathlock. During the match, referee Paul Turner gets squashed as Darby goes for a running back elbow to PAC only to take out Turner. Darby makes PAC tap to the Scorpion Deathlock, but Paul Turner is out. Wheeler Yuta shows up with a metal folding chair, but Darby Allin fends him off and wraps the chair around PAC's left foot before hitting the Coffin Drop on the chair. Darby then gets rid of the chair before putting PAC in the Scorpion Deathlock again. This time, referee Paul Turner comes to, and PAC taps, this time with the referee seeing it.

"Hangman" Adam Page beats "The Bounty Hunter" Bryan Keith after Big Bill tries to attack Hangman on the outside only for Swerve Strickland to show up and choke Big Bill with a chain, allowing Hangman to hit the Buckshot Lariat for the win. After the match, Hangman dares Bryan Keith to claim his bounty now, then says Samoa Joe is not man enough to face him himself. He says that he will take everything from Samoa Joe. Swerve Strickland then warns MJF that if he wins and stays AEW World Champion, then he will have actually lost, for he and Hangman will be coming after him and he plans to become AEW World Champion again. All of a sudden, Kenny Omega shows up and enters the ring, stating that three of the greatest challengers for the AEW World Championship are right here, right now. He says that he, Swerve and Hangman have something to prove, and that he must prove that the nickname of "The God of Professional Wrestling" still means something, and if anyone still believes, then so does he. Omega says he must win a couple of matches first despite being an EVP, and regardless of whether he has to go through friend or foe, he is coming for the title. Hangman says that there are three men who want the AEW World Championship and that it is not a team effort, and if he and Omega cross paths, then hopefully the best man will win. Omega and Hangman shake hands. Hangman and Swerve leave, with Swerve none too thrilled about Omega's sudden appearance in the World title picture, then The Don Callis Family (Don Callis, Lance Archer, Rocky "Azucar" Romero, "The Walking Weapon" Josh Alexander) show up. Callis says he has always been a big fan of MJF, but he is questioning MJF's logic of associating with "a scumbag" like Omega. He then challenges Omega to a match with Josh Alexander. Omega admits he can barely hear Callis over the crowd, but if Josh Alexander wants a match with him, then he has a little bit of time tonight to make his record towards the World title more sparkling clean. Callis says that he and Omega have known each other for many years, but reminds him that he does what "Daddy" says and that "Daddy" decides when the matches happen, and says the match will happen next week because what he says goes. As The Don Callis Family leaves, Omega says that today was a very big first step and that the fans have bore witness to phase one of him become AEW World Champion again.

Backstage, Renee Paquette interviews Brody King when Jon Cruz shows up and takes offense to Bandido attacking him, telling him to tell Bandido not to hit him ever again. Brody King tells Jon Cruz that it is his turn and that they have a stand-by match. Jon Cruz retreats while trying to take his jacket off.

Brody King quickly beats Jon Cruz. After the match, Brody King tells Bandido that he wants him to beat MJF's ass from pillar to post, and that after tonight, it will be an honor to step in the ring as the first new AEW World Champion.

We get a video package chronicling the events leading up to tonight's main event of Bandido vs. MJF for the AEW World Championship.

Don Callis and Ricochet guest on commentary for the next match.

The Don Callis Family (Mark Davis and Jake Doyle) beat JetSpeed ("The Jet" Kevin Knight and "Speedball" Mike Bailey), Gates of Agony (Bishop Kaun and Toa Liona) and The Young Bucks (Matt and Nick Jackson) to become #1 contenders for the AEW World Tag Team Championships. During the match, Ricochet pulls referee Rick Knox out of the ring during a pinfall attempt only to be attacked from out of nowhere and chased to the back by "Jungle" Jack Perry. After the match, FTR (Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler) show up with a wheelchair-bound Stokely Hathaway and have a staredown with Davis and Doyle. This leads to a brawl that security and referees have to break up.

AEW acknowledges the passing of Grateful Dead guitarist and founding member Bob Weir.

We hear from Skyflight (Christopher Daniels, Darius Martin, Dante Martin, Scorpio Sky, Zayda Steel). Zayda Steel looks forward to facing Marina Shafir, while Top Flight (Darius and Dante Martin) look forward to taking on The Don Callis Family ("The Protostar" Kyle Fletcher and "The Walking Weapon" Josh Alexander).

Triangle of Madness (Julia Hart, Skye Blue, "The Toxic Spider" Thekla) beat Kris Statlander and The Babes of Wrath (Willow Nightingale and Harley Cameron) in a trios match after Statlanders shoves Willow out of the way to take a Spear from Thekla.

Backstage, Renee Paquette interviews JetSpeed ("The Jet" Kevin Knight and "Speedball" Mike Bailey), who are suddenly met by Swerve Strickland and Prince Nana. Swerve wants to face Speedball one-on-one, and states that Kevin Knight's time will be coming. Swerve and Nana leave, then "Hangman" Adam Page tells JetSpeed that he will take everything from Samoa Joe before telling JetSpeed that the three of them will face The Opps (Samoa Joe, Hook, Powerhouse Hobbs, Katsuyori Shibata) on Collision.

The Rascalz (Trey Miguel, Zachary Wentz, Dezmond Xavier, Myron Reed) are coming soon to AEW.

MJF retains the AEW World Championship against Bandido by submission after reverting from Salt of the Earth to a LeBell Lock as he keeps Bandido away from the ropes. Bandido goes unconscious in the latter hold, and MJF wins and retains. After the match, MJF admits that he laughed when everybody said that Bandido would become AEW World Champion, and that everyone was right about Bandido. He says that Bandido will be World Champion in AEW, which means he has to attack him, which he does. MJF hits Bandido with the World title before punching him, then chases the referee out of the ring before attempting to unmask Bandido. Brody King runs into the ring, and MJF immediately runs to the back. Brody King checks on Bandido and helps him up, then both men celebrate to end the show.

Those Dynamite Kids - Dynamite recap for October 15, 2025

Backstage, Renee Paquette interviews Kris Statlander and "Timeless" Toni Storm. Toni admits that she felt free losing the AEW Women's World Championship, but she felt nothing, and she has since dreamed of winning it back, even if it means winning it from someone she admires. She says that she does not know who she is without the title, and that she wants to know who Statlander is. Statlander tells Toni to remember who she has been all along and that she has yet to figure who she is, as she is a culmination of all she has been through and that she is different from the last time they faced off. Statlander tells that she will soon give Toni the rest that she deserves. Toni says that they will both find out the truth, but Statlander says Toni will have to learn to accept it. Both women then meet in the ring and go at it in a brawl. Toni then gets on her knees, hands behind her back, and gives Statlander a free shot, but Toni fights back. Statlander then does the same, and Toni rears back with the Women's World title at first before kissing Statlander on the forehead and handing the AEW Women's World Championship back to her.

Backstage, we hear from Jurassic Express ("Jungle" Jack Perry and Luchasaurus). Jack Perry carves a block of wood with a knife as he tells The Young Bucks (Matthew and Nicholas Jackson) that he actually likes The Young Bucks and will always be grateful for what they did for him, but when he needed them the most, they were not there. He then had to look into the past to find someone who would: Luchasaurus.

Gates of Agony (Bishop Kaun and Toa Liona) beat The Hurt Syndicate (Bobby Lashley and Shelton Benjamin) after Ricochet throws MVP's cane into the ring to hit Shelton with a flying clothesline behind the referee's back. MVP clocks Ricochet with his own cane on the outside, but Bishop Kaun is able to get the win for Gates of Agony.

In footage from earlier today, Jon Moxley meets Darby Allin in an undisclosed location that looks like a prison visitation booth. Moxley wants to make sure that both men know the implications of an "I Quit" match and tells him that "the game is rigged in both directions." Moxley says the two of them both refuse to quit and that he is out of ideas as to how make this end, then tells Darby that if he wants to be on the . Darby says it is too late, and while he entertains the idea of joining The Death Riders and the cost of it, he does not respect Moxley due to what he did to Bryan Danielson. He asks why he would go to war with someone who considers family disposable. Moxley says that this is a war for the future of their craft and that hard decisions and sacrifices have to be made. Darby says that he realized AEW represented freedom at the top of Mount Everest and that Moxley is chipping away at what AEW represents, then says that before he looks at the flag every day to remind himself of that, he will wrap it around Moxley's throat and make Moxley realize that nothing he does mean anything when his empire comes crashing down. Moxley tells Darby that his opponent is not him and never has been; instead, he is fighting ghosts and spirits of the past, which he says never ends well. Moxley says that this is a selfish game and tells him once again that this is not about him before Darby is suddenly attacked from behind by PAC. Darby is bloodied and is heard coughing on his own blood, which also stains the window. Moxley then leaves the room.

The Death Riders (Jon Moxley, Wheeler Yuta, Claudio Castagnoli, PAC, Daniel Garcia, Marina Shafir) are seen entering the arena.

Claudio Castagnoli beats Roderick Strong.

In footage from earlier today, Don Callis celebrates with his family, who he says he is expanding because of power, and promises to get his family everything they need. "The Protostar" Kyle Fletcher then plays a message from "The Alpha" Konosuke Takeshita, who says that he has won the IWGP World Heavyweight Championship for the family. Okada then turns the TV off and apologizes for pressing the wrong button, then everyone has a toast to family.

Before the next match, Don Callis welcomes Mark Davis back into his family as he introduces him, "The Walking Weapon" Josh Alexander (while bragging about Alexander snapping Kota Ibushi's leg like a twig), and Hechicero. Don Callis then guests on commentary for the next match.

Luchasaurus gets The Young Bucks from behind with a double lariat, then Omega and Jurassic Express clean house when The Don Callis Family tries to get back into the ring.

Jamie Hayter beats Skye Blue. After the match, "The Toxic Spider" Thekla shows up on the video screen and congratulates Hayter, then admits she attacked her months ago just because Hayter was "just there." She says that their match at WrestleDream will get "toxic to the core" before daring Hayter to impress her.

Afterwards, Joe hands the AEW World Championship to Hangman before walking off.

Don Callis guests on commentary for the next match.

Kenny Omega and Brodido (Brody King and Bandido) beat "The Walking Weapon" Josh Alexander and The Young Bucks (Matthew and Nicholas Jackson) in a trios match. After the match, Kenny Omega tries to bury the hatchet with The Young Bucks, but he is superkicked in the head by Josh Alexander. All of a sudden, Jurassic Express (Jack Perry and Luchasaurus) shows up, and The Young Bucks are easily overpowered. Alexander tries to fight them, but he gets double-teamed by Jack Perry and Kenny Omega, who then gets upset with Jack Perry. Jack Perry and Kenny Omega get in a physical argument, but Jack Perry goes after The Young Bucks again with a tope suicida, and Luchasaurus joins him as they take the brawl to the back. Omega then says it has been six years and that he has been here since day one, and while he has seen the highest of highs and lowest of lows, he takes pride in the journey itself. He says that friends have been gained and lost along the way, but everyone has shared the experience and he is a better man because of it before looking forward to what happens next. The lights go out, and when they come back on, Omega is suddenly attacked from behind by Andrade el Idolo, who has just returned from WWE. Don Callis gets in the ring and shakes hands with Andrade before raising his hand.

We see a video package showing some of the best moments of Dynamite's six-year history.

Backstage, we hear from Mark Briscoe, who says that tonight is a time of celebration as well as reflection not only for AEW but for himself, as his life has been consumed by MJF for the last six months. He now knows that MJF is all talk and that he told him specifically not to mention Jay Briscoe's name, but he did it more than once, and he showed him that his words have consequences. As for winning the big one, he won big enough to send MJF on a sabbatical, but when it comes to winning championship gold, it is only because of MJF costing him a TNT title shot that he cannot do that. With Hologram injured, it is now up to Orange Cassidy to be champion. Briscoe says that unlike MJF, he can be unselfish and celebrate with his friends, and when Orange Cassidy wins the TNT Championship, he will celebrate with Orange while MJF sits on the couch picking tacks out of his body.

"The Protostar" Kyle Fletcher retains the TNT Championship against Orange Cassidy after Don Callis distracts Orange Cassidy only for Hologram to scare Don Callis off just so he can trip Orange off the top turnbuckle, allowing Fletcher to hit Orange with a brainbuster into the top turnbuckler to retain the title. After the match, Fletcher and Hologram beat up on Orange, but Mark Briscoe and Paragon chase them off. The rest of The Don Callis Family then shows up, and Hologram unmasks to reveal that he looks like Hologram, but is clad in all black and has tattoos, revealing himself to be the evil Hologram clone. The lights then go haywire, even turning red at times.

Backstage, Renee Paquette interviews Mercedes Moné. Mercedes states that next week on Title Tuesday, she will put the TBS Championship on the line against someone local from the state of Florida and make history yet again while approaching the longest TBS title reign in history. She also knows what it takes to be a tag team partner, and is soon approached by Harley Cameron and Mini Moné. Harley thinks they have excellent chemistry, and while Mini Moné agrees, Mercedes says that every time they team up, she loses. Mercedes leaves, and Mini Moné thinks Mercedes is playing hard to get.

"Hangman" Adam Page and The Opps (Samoa Joe and Powerhouse Hobbs) beat The Death Riders (Jon Moxley, Claudio Castagnoli, Daniel Garcia) in a trios match. After the match, Samoa Joe suddenly argues with "Hangman" Adam Page, saying that Hangman has never beaten him, and security has to step in before things get worse. That does not stop Joe from hitting Hangman with a cheap shot, and security has to get into place before Joe leaves with Hobbs.

We hear from Willow Nightingale and JetSpeed ("Speedball" Mike Bailey and "The Jet" Kevin Knight). Kevin Knight wants to challenge one of the members of FTR (Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler) one-on-one, and Willow says she will be in Knight's corner. Meanwhile, Big Stoke accepts the challenge, but Knight will not know who he will face until the match happens.

Backstage, Renee Paquette interviews "Hangman" Adam Page. Hangman admits that he thought that Samoa Joe was angry at him when he dropped his title when he handed it to him, then mentions Joe saying he never beat him. Hangman says he is champion thanks to Joe's help, and if Joe wants a title match, he will get one at WrestleDream. He says that he respects Joe, but if Joe throws another fit towards him again, he will ruin his life.

"Timeless" Toni Storm beats Tay Melo. During the match, it is announced that next week's episode will be Title Tuesday and will air on Tuesday at 8 PM Eastern/7 PM Central. After the match, Toni talks about she stared in awe at Kris Statlander at All Out when she became a glorious champion, and when she went to the back, she wondered who she was without the Women's World Championship. Toni tells Statlander that she is not finished with her and wants a one-on-one match with her, then tells Statlander to name the time and place. Before she says that she is timeless, however, Toni stops short of doing just that.

We see a video package for Eddie Kingston vs. Dralistico on Collision, which has an early start time this week of 7 PM Eastern/4 PM Pacific.

Backstage, Renee Paquette interviews Samoa Joe and Powerhouse Hobbs. Joe questions if he and "Hangman" Adam Page and that he has been so focused on The Death Riders that he has forgotten who he is. He says that Hangman has never been greater than him, and says that while Hangman is "cowboy shit," he is about to introduce him to "a world of deep shit."

Ricochet guests on commentary for the next match.

Gates of Agony (Bishop Kaun and Toa Liona) beat The Swirl ("Vanilla Baby" Blake Christian and Lee Johnson). After the match, Ricochet hits the Spirit Gun on Blake Christian with help from Gates of Agony, then The Hurt Syndicate show up. MVP asks if anyone from Florida is in the crowd, and that leads to an "MVP" chant before admitting he embarrassed himself at All Out and states that he owes an apology to the fans as well as Shelton and Lashley for allowing The Demand (Ricochet, Kaun, Toa Liona) to beat him. MVP feels that he may have lost a step and may not be the wrestler that he used to be, but he can still fight better than The Demand can. He says he does not want to wrestle; instead, he wants a no-disqualification street fight. MVP wants to know if The Demand will meet them in a street fight, and after the fans want it, Ricochet accepts the challenge.

Backstage, Renee Paquette interviews Kris Statlander, who says that after six years, she and "Timeless" Toni Storm have never went one-on-one. Statlander accepts Toni's challenge for WrestleDream, then Harley Cameron shows up and approves of the match.

Backstage, Alicia Atout interviews Don Callis, "The Alpha" Konosuke Takeshita and "The Rainmaker" Kazuchika Okada. Callis says The Don Callis Family goes to the next level when it seems they are down and out, and while he took out Kenny Omega, Brodido (Brody King and Bandido) escaped him. He wants Brodido to face Okada and Takeshita in a tag team match next week. Takeshita is reluctant, but Okada wants the match.

Darby Allin and Kris Statlander beat The Death Riders (Wheeler Yuta and Marina Shafir) in a Tornado Tag Match after Yuta inadvertently blinds Shafir with powder following Shafir going feet-first into thumbtacks, causing Shafir to put Yuta in a sleeper hold before Statlander and Darby get the win. After the match, "Timeless" Toni Storm shows up, and she and Statlander have a staredown followed by a slugfest that security has to stop. As this goes on, Darby whips Wheeler Yuta with a studded leather belt until PAC shows up and attacks Darby. Jon Moxley, Claudio Castagnoli and Daniel Garcia show up as PAC chokes Darby with the belt, and Moxley tells Darby that at WrestleDream, he will have zero chance of doing what it will take to win. He says that at WrestleDream, Darby will say "I quit." PAC then hits Darby with a running clothesline to end the show.

He then says he asked "Orange you glad you had so many Conglomerators to chose from," then says tonight is so bright he has to wear shades, which he and Hologram do. As everyone leaves, Kyle O'Reilly asks "Where is my mind?" We then see an image of the evil Hologram clone.

She also says that she loves Mina Shirakawa, and hopes she and Shirakawa have a match no one will forget. He says that Copeland is to blame for all of this, then Stokely says that he forgives Beth for what she did to him at All Out, then says he allowed her to Spear him and that he knew Copeland and Christian needed Beth to win. Dax says he was advised to apologize for his actions, then says he will not apologize for dropping Copeland on his neck and dropping Christian on "his CTE-riddled brain." He also says he would never purposely hurt Beth, and that when he tried to reason with her, she punched in the nose and watered his eyes to the point that he thought Beth was Adam Copeland and dropped her on her head by accident. He says he would not put his hands on a woman, and he states that he uses that term loosely regarding Beth before Willow Nightingale suddenly shows up. Willow says that if Dax wrestled as good as he lied, he would have won, then brings up Beth and how she has been an inspiration for her to become a wrestler and put in the work to become All Elite and accomplish what she has done. She says that Beth is also the reason why women like her do not take shit from men like Dax, and says that FTR can give a more sincere apology or get out of the ring. When Stokely tells Willow to go watch some reruns of The Proud Family, Willow slaps him, then JetSpeed ("Speedball" Mike Bailey and "The Jet" Kevin Knight) show up to defend Willow. When FTR go for a cheap shot, JetSpeed takes them down.

In backstage footage from All Out, MJF says he is so angry yet he does not have the strength to yell anymore. He says he used to be the guy in AEW until Adam Cole came into his life and broke his heart before he lost the AEW World Championship, his mojo and everything. He admits he has accomplished a lot more since then, but now he is just playing the role of the man he used to be and that every time he has tried to snap himself out of it, he keeps doubting more and more. MJF states he was once at the top of the profession, but when he comes back, he will be the most dangerous he has ever been, and he will take his spot at the top of professional wrestling.

Before the next match, Don Callis shows off some of the artwork that he has made over the past few years before announcing he has been working on his masterpiece for the last six days and six nights, and that he will unveil it tonight. He states that it is so big that it has to be rolled out, and a painting covered in a red cloth is revealed. The cloth is removed to reveal that Orange Cassidy is inside and that he has ruined Callis' painting. Cassidy is back as Mark Briscoe's third man. Don Callis guests on commentary for the next match.

He calls The Conglomeration "a bunch of dorks," then mentions Hologram's undefeated streak before stating he is only undefeated because he has never wrestled him. Fletcher then says he wants to get back on the horse by being the first to pin Hologram. Fletcher then challenges Hologram to a Title vs. Streak match for the 6-Year Anniversary show next week, and when he ends Hologram's streak, Hologram will say his full name.

We hear from The Righteous (Vincent and Dutch). Dutch says promises are like glass until they shatter, and that they have so many scars from trying to get through in ROH without getting cut. Vincent says the one scar that means the most to them is the ROH World Tag Team Championships, as they should have had them a long time ago. He sees a man enjoying the rest of the career in "The Natural" Dustin Rhodes while Sammy Guevara is a man with a family who is just getting started and is also a bit selfish, even as he sees Dustin as family. Vincent says he can see the snakes trying to hide in the grass and that Dustin is holding a venomous snake by his side. After Vincent asks what happens when a venomous snake bites, Dutch says that they become World Tag Team Champions.

JD Drake and Beef beat Preston Vance and "Pretty" Peter Avalon.

Johnny TV beats Deonn Rusman.

We hear from MxM Collection (Mansoor and Mason Madden), who show off their new "Fall Collection" T-shirts on Shop AEW as only they can.

Gates of Agony (Bishop Kaun and Toa Liona) beat CSJ and Dave Dutra.

We hear from "The Natural" Dustin Rhodes and Sammy Guevara. Guevara says that The Righteous (Vincent and Dutch) are both right and wrong. He admits he has a family at home and that he is selfish when it comes to supporting his family, but Dustin is family to him and not the other way around. He says he had Dustin's back as of late and that he will have his back against The Righteous. Dustin says Guevara is nicer than he is, saying that The Righteous should keep others' families out of their mouths and stop calling themselves The Righteous when they are not morally right, and says that a bad snake gets its head chopped off. He says that if The RIghteous want a shot at the tag titles, they have it, and warns The Righteous that they will watch their match tonight, as they are snakes and they are playing mind games that he can see right through.

Reyna Isis beats Lady Frost.

Matt Taven beats Aaron Solo by submission in a Pure Rules Match. After the match, "Taiga Style" Lee Moriarty shows up on the stage, and Taven makes it clear he wants the Pure Championship.

Backstage, Lexy Nair interviews JD Drake and Beef. Beef says the chemistry is real because htey are family, but JD Drake has to get Beef to calm down and realize they are not family as they are only related by marriage. Beef says they are thinking about Anthony Henry - who is injured again - then JD Drake says that Beef is okay, even if he is a little rambunctious, and asks him to tone it down a little bit, but Beef continues to be as unpredictable and spontaneous as ever.

The Righteous (Vincent and Dutch) beat Jay Marston and Solomon Tupu. After the match, The Righteous put the railroad stake between Tupu's feet so that Vincent can smask Tupu's ankle with a metal folding chair. "The Natural" Dustin Rhodes and Sammy Guevara run to the ring and chase The Righteous away.

Before the next match, "Smart" Mark Sterling says that The Premier Athletes have a brand-new "Athletes Rule!" shirt coming soon, then tries to get an "Athletes Rule" chant going only to be told they suck.

Top Flight (Darius and Dante Martin) and Action Andretti beat Jah-C, Trip Jordy and Dante Leon.

We look back on Jay Lethal vs. Curry Man from This Means War from October 29, 2005.

Billie Starkz beats Blair Onyx.

Backstage, The Infantry ("The Captain" Shawn Dean, "Bad News and Tattoos" Carlie Bravo, Trish Adora) are met by Shane Taylor Promotinos (Shane Taylor and "Taiga Style" Lee Moriarty). Shane asks The Infantry when they are going to reach their potential, as battle lines have been drawn and there is strength in numbers. He says that if they are to go to war, he would need some good soldiers. The Infantry decide to join Shane Taylor Promotions.

The Infantry ("The Captain" Shawn Dean and "Bad News and Tattoos" Carlie Bravo) beat Spanish Announce Project (Angelico and Serpentico) after Trish Adora stands on the apron so that "Taiga Style" Lee Moriarty can hit Angelico in the back with the Pure Championship so that The Infantry can hit Boot Camp for the win.

Diamanté beats Aminah Belmont.

Backstage, Lexy Nair congratulates Billie Starkz, then asks her to concentrate on Athena's Ring of Horror match against Abadon. The Dark Order (Evil Uno, John Silver, Alex Reynolds) beat The Iron Savages (Boulder, Bronson, Jacked Jameson) in a six-man tag match.

Before the next match, "Smart" Mark Sterling gets the name of the city he is in wrong before being told that he and The Premier Athletes (Ariya Daivari and Josh Woods) suck.

Komander beats Ariya Daivari despite constant interference by "Smart" Mark Sterling and Josh Woods, which is stopped by a dive over the top rope by Komander.

Undisputed Kingdom (Matt Taven and Mike Bennett) beat Shane Taylor Promotions (Shane Taylor and "Taiga Style" Lee Moriarty) and Gates of Agony (Bishop Kaun and Toa Liona) in a three-way tag team match.

Backstage, Renee Paquette interviews Beef. Beef says that Anthony Henry is all beaten up and while he has been trying to get in touch with him and get JD Drake's number, he cannot get a hold of him. He then addresses The Beast Mortos, saying that he is "the most beast beast there ever was" and that Mortos is looking at "the most beefiest man there is" and that his family fights. Suddenly, JD Drake shows up and wishes Beef good luck before telling him he will see him out there, which fires Beef up.

Backstage, Renee Paquette interviews Undisputed Kingdom (Roderick Strong, Matt Taven, Mike Bennett) and The Beast Mortos. Roddy says it is bugging Undisputed Kingdom, especially him, that they will not be out there with him tonight. Taven says Mortos is better off with them, and that they will offer him "human beef." Bennett says that if Mortos beats Beef tonight, he can eat him tonight, although Roddy and Taven discourage him from going down that route. Roddy then says that "you can lead a beast to water, but you can't make him...whatever it is that you do."

Anna Jay beats Leila Grey. After the match, it is revealed that "The Virtuosa" Deonna Purrazzo and Taya Valkyrie have been watching the match backstage.

The Beast Mortos beats Beef after Dralistico distracts the referee so that Rush can shove Beef off the top rope as he goes for the Kentucky Meat Shower. After the match, Mortos, Dralistico and Rush gang up on Beef, with Rush hitting and choking Beef with a camera cord. JD Drake tries to get into the ring after some initial hesitation, but Mortos keeps him out of the ring so Rush can choke him with the camera cord for a beatdown, as well.

Backstage, Renee Paquette interviews Harley Cameron, who tells Thunder Rosa that she does know who she is dealing with and that she is attracted, talented, charming, whimsical, musical and magical. She says she can play rough, too, and that "Thunder Rosa is smitten with the wrong kitten," and that whatever Thunder Rosa can do, "she can do also."

Ricochet beats "The Prodigy" Nick Wayne. After the match, "The Alpha" Konosuke Takeshita shows up and stares down Ricochet from the stage.

She hopes to regain all the momentum that she had before the injury and become a champion in Ring of Honor.

Before the next match, Brandon Cutler shows up and mocks Rocky "Azucar" Romero, then says he learned lucha libre in southern California and that he can run rings around Romero in lucha libre. He then says that Romero cannot do anything to him until he shakes his hand. Romero shakes his hand, then gets the advantage over him.

Rocky "Azucar" Romero (accompanied by Stockton Kings mascot Dunkson) beats Brandon Cutler.

Lee Johnson and EJ Nduka beat Bret Hankins and Jiah Jewell.

We look back on Mercedes Martinez vs. Athena for the ROH Women's World Championship from Final Battle 2022.

Billie Starkz is in the ring, where she welcomes Athena for her celebration of being the longest-reigning champion in all of Ring of Honor history. Athena arrives with Lexy Nair on a chain, and she is taken aback by the streamers and confetti by the MIT Dance Team, who soon dance for a few seconds before Lexy Nair cuts the music, with Athena unimpressed. (Three of the members are Olumide, Alpha Zo and Chris Nasty, who competed on the most recent AEW Collision.) Athena says she asked for Ja Rule, then tells the minions to get out of the ring, which they do with great urgency. Athena says this was supposed to be her day and her moment of celebration, then says her parents were supposed to be here until her mother put getting major surgery over celebrating the only success that she has had in life before calling her mother "selfish." She also wants to know where the women's division is after she "lifted every single one of those hussies out of mediocrity," and while they are "mediocre" and "still suck," she did the best with what she had and she cannot do the Lord's work. Athena says that without her, there would be no ROH, let alone no women's division, and says that day in and day out, she has never been content and has wanted more, and that she has come here and busted her ass and done her job busting "hussies'" heads. She says she is the best in the world and the greatest of all time, but some people want to call her overrated, but Athena prefers the term "underappreciated." She says she deserves more than this, as she has not been pinned or submitted in almost two years, and asks where her flowers, recognition, tribute and appreciation are at. She then says the fans suck and does not know why she is in "this podunk town," then says the party sucks and blames it all on Billie. She says that Billie is jealous of everything that she has done in her career, and that Billie wishes she was her due to how she looks at her, because Billie could not even do a tenth of what she has done in the past year. As she says this last part, she jabs her finger into Billie's chest, and Billie snatches the microphone from Athena's hand before telling Athena she is done. She shoves Athena, then leaves. Lexy says this is still a good celebration and does not know what has gotten into Billie, then shows Athena the original ROH Women's World Championship, now with a picture of Athena in the center plate that also spins much like a John Cena spinner belt, which Athena loves. Athena hugs Lexy, then Abadon's music hits. Lexy hides under the ring, but Abadon does not show up and Athena thinks this is all a joke. When she pulls Lexy out from underneath the ring, Abadon is on the other end of the chain instead, and they beat Athena up before hitting her with Black Dahlia. Abadon then notices the celebration cake, unhooks themselves from Athena and throws the cake in Athena's face.

In backstage footage from this week's Dynamite, Mark Briscoe is in pain, and cannot speak before turning away from the camera.

"The Machine" Brian Cage retains the ROH World Television Championship against Komander.
