The Death Riders (Jon Moxley and Claudio Castagnoli) beat The Don Callis Family ("The Alpha" Konosuke Takeshita and Hechicero) after referee Mike Posey nearly gets squashed in the corner, allowing Castagnoli to poke Hechicero in the eye before winning with an inside cradle. After the match, Lance Archer and Mark Davis show up and go on the attack, and even "The Problem" Marina Shafir gets attacked. Mark Davis hands a metal folding chair to hit Moxley with, but Takeshita tosses it away, wanting to beat Moxley legitimately.

MJF shows up also wanting to see what Fletcher can do, and asks him to "beat the shit out of Bailey." Fletcher says he does not take orders from MJF, then says he will do it for him, not for MJF. MJF tells Callis to teach his family how to speak to the World Champion and leaves.

Don Callis guests on commentary for the next match.

Swerve tries to run, but Brody beats him up and hits him with a cannonball senton before grabbing the chain, wrapping it around his forearm, and choking Swerve out with a sleeper hold. Prince Nana beats on Brody King only to be shoved with one hand, and Swerve is able to attack Brody's arm to get out of the sleeper hold.

Backstage, Renee Paquette interviews "Speedball" Mike Bailey. Finlay then waves someone out, and that someone is Roderick Strong, who heads to the ring. Hangman says he is "the master of Texas Death" and that he has won championships and changed careers in the Texas Death Match, and he plans to teach every lesson from Texas Death to MJF one drop of blood at a time. Hangman says he has laid his career on the line to make this match a Texas Death Match, as his and MJF's careers have intertwined and that this will come to a bloody end. Hangman says he is going to win the AEW World Championship when asked who he is without the World Championship, but MJF says that is not happening and offers to toast to Hangman never becoming world champion again in AEW. When MJF personally hands a Solo cup of beer to Hangman, Hangman slaps it out of MJF's hand before punching MJF in the face. The brawl soon makes its way over to the crowd.
