Those Dynamite Kids - Dynamite recap for April 1, 2026

At the start of the show, Tony Schiavone is interrupted by pyro followed by Chris Jericho's sudden return. At the start of the show, Tony Schiavone is interrupted by pyro followed by Chris Jericho's sudden return. After taking the entire scene in, Jericho declares that he is home.

Jon Moxley and Will Ospreay are suddenly seen brawling backstage. Wheeler Yuta pulls Ospreay off Moxley only to get attacked, too, and security has to get involved while Marina Shafir checks on Moxley.

MJF and Kenny Omega head to the ring for their contract signing. MJF signs the contract first, then passes it off to Kenny Omega, who does the same. MJF compliments Omega's signature, then Omega stops him, saying that he knows what MJF is going to do and that it will not work this time and go the way that he has planned. Omega says that everyone is here to watch the best wrestle, not to see MJF, and that everyone stood behind him because they wanted to see something better than MJF. He also admits he may be the god of professional wrestler if he is the antithesis to MJF and that he will be the one to strike MJF and ensure he never becomes World Champion again. MJF says he could sit and talk about how Omega's bones are aging as fast as Canadian bagged milk or how Kota Ibushi is one strong gust away from retirement, but that would be too easy, and he wants to talk about what Omega doesn't: Omega's sudden want for the world title. MJF mentions that Omega's diverticulitis is to the point that Omega's organs can explode any time, any point, anywhere. He says that Omega's time is on a fast, winding clock to cement his legacy, and when he is done, his fans will be embarassed of him. MJF says that Omega's fans will realize that Omega is nothing more than a false idol who is better off dead. Omega topples the table, then "Speedball" Mike Bailey stops Omega and says MJF is trying to get Omega to strike him to get out of defending the AEW World Championship. He calls MJF a coward and says he should be thanking Omega, stating that with no Omega, there is no MJF. Speedball says that respect is earned and that Omega is a respectable living legend while MJF is only a living legend in his own mind, and that some of MJF's ego would be lessened if he kicked him in the head in the finest country of Earth. Omega says that while his organs are not what they used to be and while he is missing 24 inches of intestines, he would rather miss those than miss his balls. MJF accepts Speedball's challenge, but warns Speedball that he will make an example out of him before calling Canada a dump and proclaiming that the United States is all that matters. He tells Speedball that he is not wrestling the usual MJF, but an American hero.

Kenny Omega, Brody King and "Jungle" Jack Perry beat The Demand (Ricochet, Bishop Kaun, Toa Liona) in a trios match.

Backstage, we hear from Willow Nightingale. Willow hopes to defend the TBS Championship tomorrow night on Collision and wants to wrestle the very best. She wants to see who steps up to the challenge.

Backstage, Renee Paquette announces that Adam Copeland and Christian Cage are arriving. Copeland has a chair as he and Christian shows up, but Copeland says they are here to take out FTR (Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler) as well as anyone in their way. Christian almost hits Renee, but Copeland stops him.

Backstage, Adam Copeland and Christian Cage find FTR's (Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler) locker room, but find Trent Beretta and Rocky "Azcuar" Romero instead. Beretta and Romero tell them that FTR will be on Collision tomorrow. Christian considers Beretta and Romero to be in their way, and he and Copeland whack them with chairs.

Will Ospreay beats PAC after pinning PAC while still in the Brutalizer while PAC is rolling him away from the ropes. After the match, PAC attacks Ospreay, but Ospreay hits Hidden Blade. Daniel Garcia and Wheeler Yuta get in the ring and stomp Ospreay while Jon Moxley and Marina Shafir show up with a metal folding chair. Claudio Castagnoli shows up to wrap the chair around Ospreay's head, and Moxley stops Claudio from stomping the chair to speak to Ospreay. Moxley asks Ospreay how he thought this would go, and asks if either he of Ospreay put Ospreay in this position before advising Ospreay to use his head next time or lose it permanently. Moxley says this is not personal for him, and tells Ospreay not to make it personal.

The Brawling Birds (Jamie Hayter and Alex Windsor) and Mina Shirakawa beat Triangle of Madness (Julia Hart, Skye Blue, "The Toxic Spider" Thekla) after Jamie Hayter stops Thekla from using brass knuckles during the match.

Darby Allin heads to the ring and calls out MJF. He says that MJF is playing games with The Don Callis Family because he is scared and knows that he is willing to die for the AEW World Championship. He says that he does not care who beats MJF as long as someone ends his world title run. Darby calls out MJF, but gets The Don Callis Family, and Callis says MJF has paid his family a lot of money and has asked him to deliver a message. MJF has stated that if Darby can defeat a hand-picked member of The Don Callis Family, he will grant Darby a title shot after he beats Kenny Omega. Callis picks Andrade to face Darby, then sics his family on Darby, saying MJF paid him to do that as well. Lance Archer gets smacked with a skateboard, and Brody King and "Jungle" Jack Perry show up to help Darby out. All three men then stare each other down, then Kenny Omega shows up. Darby says something to Omega on his way out, then Omega high-fives the fans in the front row before guesting on commentary for the next match.

MJF beats "Speedball" Mike Bailey with a Tombstone Piledriver on the apron followed by the Heatseeker. After the match, MJF attacks Speedball, but Omega quickly gets in the ring, causing MJF to quickly retreat. Speedball is able to get back to his feet.

Generation NXT - NXT recap for April 1, 2025

Stephanie Vaquer heads to the ring to start tonight's show. General Manager Ava is also in the ring, and she says that Vaquer has proven why she is "La Primera" since she showed up and showed what caliber of Superstar she is. She then says that both titles must be defended frequently, and that they have both decided that the women's North American Championship will be vacated, with a new champion decided in a ladder match at Stand & Deliver. Qualifiers for the ladder match will start onight. Stephanie says this is not a popular decision, but she wants to push the women's division, not stop it, and she will give up the Women's North American Championship on the condition that she faces Jordynne Grace for the Women's Championship at Stand & Deliver. Ava makes it so, then Jordynne Grace shows up and talks about their match before Jaida Parker shows up. Jaida says that if Jordynne had stayed down, she would have beaten Vaquer for the NXT Women's Championship. Jordynne tells Jaida to go to the back of the line when Jaida talks about when she and Vaquer run it back, and Vaquer tells Jordynne and Jaida to work things out. This leads to a brawl between Jordynne and Jaida that security quickly breaks up.

We hear from Trick Williams, who tells Oba Femi that he knows where to find him on Tuesday. Afterwards, Sarah Schreiber interviews Oba Femi, who says that Trick answers to him and will learn the hard way why he should not call him out.

Backstage, the announcement of qualifiers for the ladder match for the Women's North American Championship leads to the whole women's division arguing.

Zaria beats Lash Legend to qualify for the NXT Women's North American Championship Ladder Match at Stand & Deliver.

Backstage, Josh Briggs and Yoshiki Inamura are met and mocked by Wes Lee, Tyson Dupont and Tyriek Igwe. Wes Lee tells Briggs and Inamura to lower their horizons. Inamura says he used to like what Wes Lee stood for and that he fought with honor, and tonight, he fights him. Wes Lee accepts his challenge.

Backstage, Kelani Jordan talks to General Manager Ava about how she will become Women's North American Champion again when Roxanne Perez shows up and talks about how she will become a Triple Crown Champion. Jordan says she will get hers, and if she has to beat her, so be it. Roxanne praises Kelani for having a backbone, then Ava puts them in a ladder match qualifier.

The D'Angelo Family meet with info on Dark State. The members of Dark State are Dion Lennox, Osiris Griffin, Cutler James, and Saquon Shuggars. After learning about their academic and sports backgrounds, D'Angelo says they are dealing with legit badasses, and asks Stacks to trust him like he trusted Stacks.

Backstage, Hank Walker and Tank Ledger get tag team - and fashion - advice from Pretty Deadly (Kit Wilson and Elton Prince), who say that if one wants to be a star, they must like a star. That lasts until No Quarter Catch Crew (Charlie Dempsey, Myles Borne, Tavion Heights) makes fun of how they look.

Swipe Right (Brad Baylor and "The Smoke Show" Ricky Smokes) is seen in the front row before the next match.

No Quarter Catch Crew (Myles Borne and Tavion Heights) beat Hank Walker and Tank Ledger after Myles Borne puts a stop to Hank and Tank hitting Spilt Milk.

Trick Williams heads to the ring. Trick says he has called Oba Femi out, but has not heard from him since, and while Oba may be NXT Champion, he is still the man in NXT. He says that this success has come at a cost and that people do not want him back at the top, then Je'Von Evans shows up. Trick calls what happened to Je'Von "collateral damage" and that it is time for "the grown folks" to start talking, then Je'Von asks Trick how he knew when it was his time, then talks about Trick became the man and that he does not have to break out of someone's shadow. Trick tells Je'Von that winning the title is one thing, but keeping it is something else, and that he is one of one. Je'Von says Trick does not know who he is, and says he is Carmelo Hayes. He says that everything Trick is telling right now is what Carmelo told him a year ago, which makes Trick a hypocrite. As he says that he has dropped Oba Femi, unlike Trick, Oba Femi shows up. Oba Femi tells Je'Von to talk nonsense to his face, but Je'Von says he needed one more second to change history, and that he will whup Oba Femi again to become champion. Trick tells Je'Von to wait until next year, but Oba tells Trick to shut up. Oba calls Je'Von a little man with big dreams and admirations, and that he will not fulfill them at his expense. He says Je'Von lives in the now and that now belongs to him, then Trick tells Je'Von to excuse himself. Oba says if Trick spent less time talking, he would still be champion. General Manager Ava shows up and puts all three men in a Triple Threat Match for the NXT Championship at Stand & Deliver. Trick punches Je'Von, then he and Oba brawl. The lights go out, then Dark State (Dion Lennox, Osiris Griffin, Cutler James, Saquon Shuggars) show up and leap the barricade before attacking Je'Von and Oba. Trick gets in the ring, where he is surrounded by Dark State, and he is overpowered.

Hank and Tank leave, then Swipe Right (Brad Baylor and "The Smoke Show" Ricky Smokes) show up wanting a match with Frazer and Axiom. Frazer and Axiom give Swipe Right their match, then Roxanne Perez walks by on the way to the ring for the next match. Swipe Right notes Roxanne's talent and good looks.

Kelani Jordan beats Roxanne Perez to qualify for the NXT Women's North American Championship Ladder Match at Stand & Deliver.

Backstage, Stevie Turner apologize for Swipe Right's appearance. As Robert Stone talks about Stand & Deliver, General Manager Ava is focused more on Dark State (Dion Lennox, Osiris Griffin, Cutler James, Saquon Shuggars), and makes a six-man tag match at Stand & Deliver between Dark State and the team of Oba Femi, Trick Williams and Je'Von Evans for next week.

Backstage, Sarah Schreiber interviews Ricky Saints, who says that he is worried more about the future than the past, and that he will be winning gold and tasting glory in record time while it took Shawn Spears a long time to even taste it.

Backstage, as Zaria asks Sol Ruca to be in her corner as she wins the Women's North American Championship, Kelani shows up and calls her shot. Zaria says it will not happen this time, and Sol Ruca says it will be one of them to do it, especially when she is in a qualifier match next week.

We see another X (formerly Twitter) video where Dark State (Dion Lennox, Osiris Griffin, Cutler James, Saquon Shuggars) proclaim that nobody will know when and who they will strike, and that next week, they will take all.

Ricky Saints beats Shawn Spears to win the NXT North American Championship! After the match, Saints is laid out from behind by "All Ego" Ethan Page to end the show.

Raw Deal - Raw recap for April 1, 2024

The Rock heads to the ring to start tonight's show. He says that he made "The American Nightmare" Cody Rhodes bleed as he rammed his head into a bus and split his head wide open, and there was blood all over his hand; he then wiped it on his belt as promised and that the only thing missing on the belt is Cody's mother's tears. The Rock says he did what he said he would do and that the "Cody crybabies" were so upset, yet he laughed because there were grown adults crying that he beat him like a dog. The Rock admits that there were some reactions that made him stop in his tracks, and the two shown are of small children. He then says it breaks his heart, then tells the parents of young children that he is about to drop some gospel. The Rock says that right now, professional wrestling is cool, as he has made the ratings skyrocket and the fans have set the record for the largest gate in the history of Monday Night Raw: 15,546 people. The Rock then declares that blood was shed, WrestleMania is five days out, and he has come back to Brooklyn, New York. He then says he did not come alone, and The Bloodline (Roman Reigns, Paul Heyman, Jimmy Uso, Solo Sikoa) heads to the ring. He talks about his biography on A&E last night and states that he puts family above all, as he has always felt that way and how he has always operated, and he has come here to acknowledge his family. He threatens to leave when the crowd continues to chant "Yeet!" and apologizes to The Rock for the fans' distraction as he tries to put his family over, then thanks The Rock for making this the easiest WrestleMania of his life. Roman says he and The Rock will smash Cody Rhodes and Seth "Freakin"" Rollins, then they will have their way with Cody with the title on the line. He also proclaims that The Rock went above and beyond by making Cody bleed. He says he did not need The Rock to do that, but it felt good to see him do it, and for that, he thanks The Rock again for putting family above all just like he does and setting an example only he can set. Roman says Cody is not fit for leadership and is "a politician" who is just happy to be here, saying Cody was doing nothing until he saw what he was doing. Rollins shows up through the crowd, and says The Bloodline is dumber than he thought if they believed he would get in the ring, and tells them to fight the whole city of Brooklyn to get to him. He says that they crossed a line last week and that the time for talk is over, as he is ready for a fight tonight and the fans deserve the biggest main event of all time. Rollins also says that if The Rock thinks all of this is because of him, then he can put his money where his mouth is and face him tonight. After saying that "old DJ" doesn't have the balls and that Roman seems to have grown a set as of late, he says he is also more than happy to face him tonight, then lets Roman and The Rock pick who faces him and even pick the stipulation. The Rock tells Rollins that he beat Cody's brains in so far that he has brain damage and that he does not want any of that, then says he will fight neither of them; however, they always have a plan. Solo Sikoa then tells Rollins that he is not facing Roman or The Rock tonight; instead, he is facing him. Rollins says Solo "has the biggest bag in The Bloodline" and accepts Solo's challenge, then The Rock says it will be "Bloodline Rules."

We see footage from The MMA Hour where Rhea Ripley and Becky Lynch have an on-set confrontation.

In footage from the Performance Center, Chad Gable gets Sami Zayn prepared for his WrestleMania match with Gunther. It gets to the point where Sami is exhausted, and Gable tells him that his hunger is gone. Sami says he is afraid of seeing the disappointment and tears in his family's face much like Gable saw it in his daughter's, and Gable tells Sami that he had to tell him what he needed to hear, as he is at his best when people doubt him. Gable says they need to prove the doubters wrong together, and this time, Sami works harder than ever before. This time, Sami is able to counter Gable's sleeper hold.

Backstage, The Judgment Day (Finn Balor, Damian Priest, Rhea Ripley, "Dirty" Dominik Mysterio, JD McDonagh) meet, and Legado del Fantasma (Santos Escobar, Humberto, Angel, Elektra Lopez) show up. It is announced that Lia Miavia will be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame Class of 2024.

We see Drew McIntyre near a casket in a funeral home as CM Punk's voice can be heard, who says CM Punk is no match for him in Philly and that the world lost out on seeing "an out-of-shape has-been" main event WrestleMania after Punk's body failed him more than it did at UFC. He says that Seth "Freakin'" Rollins is broken and has one foot in the grave, and deserves all the beating coming his way and having the casket close on his championship reign after he takes him out back and puts him down once and for all.

Ricochet beats Ivar after lifting Ivar up for a fallaway slam prior to the top rope 630.

Backstage, Legado del Fantasma (Santos Escobar, Humberto, Angel, Elektra Lopez) and The Judgment Day (Finn Balor, Damian Priest, Rhea Ripley, "Dirty" Dominik Mysterio, JD McDonagh) are still at The Judgment Day's clubhouse. When Damian Priest asks why Ricochet has not been handled yet, JD McDonagh says he will take care of him in the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal. Dominik says that he has a back-up plan in case that doesn't work: Andrade, who shows up and is introduced to Legado del Fantasma. Dominik says that if Andrade can take care of Ricochet, he will become a full-fledged member of The Judgment Day. Rhea then heads to the ring.

Becky Lynch heads to the ring. Becky says she is here for a fight and that she started one earlier, and that she and Rhea Ripley can settle things right now before calling Rhea out. General Manager Adam Pearce shows up, then calls security out, saying he cannot jeopardize one of the biggest WrestleMania matches of all time. He then respectfully asks Becky to leave the ring, then Rhea shows up. Pearce tells Rhea to save it for WrestleMania, then Rhea throws the Women's World Championship at Pearce, runs through security and brawls with Becky. Security eventually separates both women after Becky dives onto Rhea on the outside.

We hear from Damage CTRL (Dakota Kai, Iyo Sky, Asuka, Kairi Sane). Dakota Kai says they will prove to Naomi, Bayley, Jade Cargill and Bianca Belair that they are the most dominant faction at WrestleMania.

WrestleMania 40 is five days away!

Backstage, security is still trying to hold Becky Lynch and Rhea Ripley. Dominik gets Rhea out of dodge while Becky is ejected from the building.

Damage CTRL (Dakota Kai, Asuka, Kairi Sane) beat Zoey Stark, "The Queen of Spades" Shayna Baszler and Tegan Nox in a six-woman tag match.

Backstage, Cathy Kelley interviews Seth "Freakin'" Rollins. Rollins says he has only got one gear and it is "pedal to the metal and empty the tank," then says he always has a Plan B. He then runs into Drew McIntyre, who smiles at him before Rollins tells him "I ain't dead yet." McIntyre yells "Yet!" as Rollins heads to the ring.

Seth "Freakin'" Rollins vs. Solo Sikoa in a Bloodline Rules Match ends in a no-contest. During the match, Jimmy Uso shows up after Rollins puts Solo through a table and hits him with The Stomp and attacks Rollins, then "Main Event" Jey Uso shows up and brawls with Jimmy to the back. He also says that Angle especially cannot hang with him, and states that he is getting irritated with the fans filling his social media with message stating that Angle deserves better than him for his last opponent in WWE. Angle tells Corbin that they will face off Sunday, but proposes an exhibition match tonight. Backstage, Alexa Bliss chats with Tyler Breeze - who nows has a new look - while EC3 watches and listens. EC3 is about to talk about this weekend's Weekend Update when Braun Strowman shows up wanting to know what everyone is laughing at. Braun Strowman walks up to two guys watching the Weekend Update clip and - after visualizing them as Colin Jost and Michael Che - dares them to get in the ring tonight or else he will find them and beat them up himself.

Backstage, Charly Caruso interviews Becky Lynch, who says that he is walking out of WrestleMania with the Raw and SmackDown Women's titles, and doesn't care what Charlotte Flair has to say while she has had "Rowdy" Ronda Rousey beaten months ago. Tonight, she is forced to tag team with them and that they expect her to turn on them, but she is wise to their game. While she has made enemies of the McMahon family, she must win all the gold to stay unsinkable, as she has no choice but to make history.

"Rowdy" Ronda Rousey, Charlotte Flair and Becky Lynch beat The Riott Squad (Ruby Riott, Sarah Logan, Liv Morgan) with a Ronda Rousey armbar to Liv Morgan as all three women are about to turn on each other. After the match, all three women brawl, and security gets laid out when they try to break the brawl up. Security shows up, but they all get laid out. All three women are still fighting the police officers and each other as they are led out of the arena in handcuffs and into the back of squad cars. Finn Balor shows up on the TitanTron and tells Lashley that he should be concerned, for he has always had demons and that his demon will become Lashley's nightmare at WrestleMania. Honor Roll - Ring of Honor recap for April 1, 2017

Special thanks to prowrestling.net for helping me get caught up. Thanks for being five hours again, WrestleMania.

Adam Cole calls The Young Bucks (Matt and Nick Jackson) to the ring. After the Bucks show up, Cole tells them that they've always been honest with each other. He was upset that he lost the ROH World Championship and disappointed that they cost Bullet Club the ROH World Six-Man Tag Team Championships by accidentally superkicking him in the face. He then proceeds to fire the Bucks from Bullet Club, which both surprises and angers them, especially Matt, who tells Cole that it was their idea to bring him into Bullet Club. He asks Cole if he thinks himself as a boss or a leader, and tells him that the real leader of Bullet Club and the only person who can call himself elite is Kenny Omega. The Bucks then leave the ring.

Backstage, Adam Cole expresses his anger with losing the ROH World Championship. He has no problem with losing in a one-on-one environment, but at the 15th Anniversary Show, he lost because "The Heavy Metal Rebel" Frankie Kazarian got involved by turning on Bullet Club shortly after he joined. Cole goes on to say that he has won the title three times and that there is no way he can't win it again.

Raymond Rowe beats Davey Boy Smith Jr.

"The Villain" Marty Scurll tells Kenny King he has talent, but it will only take him so far and that he will not win the ROH World Television Championship as long as he holds it.

Kenny King says that The Rebellion (King, Rhett Titus, Caprice Coleman) will get their due when he wins the ROH World Television Championship. He tells "The Villain" Marty Scurll that it is a good thing he has an umbrella as he will "send [his] ass the way of Mary Poppins."

Josh Woods beats Brian Milonas with an ankle lock to continue to the finals of the 2017 Top Prospect Tournament.

We see footage of Bully Ray saving The Briscoes (Jay and Mark Briscoe) from an attack by Bullet Club before putting Adam Cole through a table at Manhattan Mayhem. We then see a promo from The Briscoes, who thank Bully Ray from saving them from that attack and tell him that he was "that dude" growing up.

Next week: Bully Ray and The Briscoes (Jay and Mark Briscoe) face The Kingdom (Matt Taven, TK O'Ryan, Vinny Marseglia) for the ROH World Six-Man Tag Team Championships!

"The Heavy Metal Rebel" Frankie Kazarian guests on commentary for the next match.

"The Villain" Marty Scurll retains the ROH World Television Championship against Kenny King with the chickenwing.
