Jonathan Gresham says he will step into the ring with Bandido, knowing that only one man can leave with the ROH World Championship and lead the company into the future, and that man is him because he is the foundation.

Before the next match, Tully Blanchard shows up and says he has been through "three weeks of hell" without knowing where his life and career was going to be until he got a phone call from two gentlemen who wanted to go from the bottom to where he used to be, and he accepted the call. Backstage, Denise Salcedo interviews Bandido and Chavo Guerrero Jr. Chavo says Bandido is the ROH World Champion and never lost the title, and that Jonathan Gresham was crowned champion in Bandido's absence and is only an interim champion at best. He says he only works for himself and Bandido and he is here to help Bandido reclaim what is his by any means necessary. Bandido says he wants to win the match, but he does not want any cheating. Chavo promises that there will be no cheating, but he will do what is necessary to ensure he leaves ROH World Champion.

Gresham says he believes every word Lethal has just said, but his actions have proven that he has changed. Lethal says nobody would know who Gresham is if it were not for him, and this leads to both men getting physical with each other. Sonjay Dutt shows up and holds Lethal back, then attacks Gresham.
