They're On A Rampage - Rampage recap for April 8, 2022

William Regal guests on commentary for the next match.

"The American Dragon" Bryan Danielson beats Trent Barretta with the Lebell Lock after kicking Trent's head in. It is announced that next week's show will air at 7 PM Eastern/6 PM Central.

Backstage, Lexi Nair interviews Hook, who just sits there and eats nachos before leaving. Danhausen then pops out of a garbage can on his way out and tries to curse him, but Hook tosses his chips at him and leaves. Danhausen then eats the chips.

Dan Lambert and The Men of the Year (Scorpio Sky and "All Ego" Ethan Page) are in the ring. Scorpio Sky says he has gotten rid of the "open door challenge" to find someone who would step up and prove they have got what it takes to beat him. Sammy Guevara and Tay Conti show up, and Sammy tells Scorpio to shut up and that he is making the TNT title mean absolutely nothing before telling Lambert that he cannot offends them before calling him a "sexist piece of shit." Lambert says he is a sexist as well as a father, and says that Tay Conti has been an embarrassment to her parents for long enough and to stop caring about what they do in the bedroom, and Ethan Page call them "a PR disaster waiting to happen week after week." He also says that he prays that his daughter doesn't end up like Tay Conti, then Sammy says "I don't give a shit about your kid" and that he and Tay Conti will keep going until they get their match, saying they have a surprise in store for them next week.

Chris Jericho nominates QT Marshall as "Sports Entertainer of the Week."

Swerve Strickland beats QT Marshall. After the match, "Absolute" Ricky Starks challenges Swerve to a tag team match with Keith Lee.

We hear from Marina Shafir, who begs Jade Cargill to "solve her."

Red Velvet beats Willow Nightingale to qualify for the Owen Hart Foundation women's tournament.

Backstage, Lexi Nair interviews Tony Nese. Nese demands enthusiasm from Lexi Nari when "Smart" Mark Sterling shows up and agrees with him before handing him his business card, telling him he needs proper legal representation. Nese and Sterling then walk off to have a chat.

Mark Henry interviews Jon Moxley and Wheeler Yuta. Yuta says he is no stranger to Moxley, saying he embarrassed him in minutes in their first meeting and he came close to winning in the second, and that there is nothing left Moxley will do to him. When Yuta says Moxley will show him respect, Moxley says it is not his job to give respect and that he is not his friend, and his only job is to spill his guts all over the mat to see what Yuta is really made of.

Jon Moxley beats Wheeler Yuta with a rear naked choke after Yuta kicks out of the Paradigm Shift twice. After the match, Bryan Danielson an angry William Regal show up, and Wheeler Yuta stands up. Regal extends his hand, and Yuta shakes it. Afterwards, Yuta draws "BCC" on his own chest with his own blood, and Moxley says to Yuta "Now, the real work begins."
