Generation NXT UK - NXT UK recap for April 1, 2021

Aoife Valkyrie beats the debuting Stevie Turner.

We see a video package where A-Kid talks about his winning Heritage Cup Tournament run, the media attention his tournament run got, his pride in representing Spain in NXT UK and his match against Tyler Bate for the NXT UK Heritage Cup.

In footage from earlier this week, Piper Niven meets with Jack Starz in the UK Performance Center and gets him to channel his rage on a training bag.

Teoman beats Josh Morrell with a crossface.

Assistant Sid Scala moderates a face-to-face meeting between Walter and Rampage Brown. Walter says he is the greatest champion in WWE's modern era, and Rampage Brown says he does not take Walter lightly and asks if Walter is ready for him. Walter says wrestling is life for him and not a job, and says that Rampage Brown is "like everybody else." Rampage says he beat Walter when Walter came to the UK, and Walter asks Brown what he has done since then and says he has been waiting for him. Brown says that Walter is full of himself and bullies the locker room, but Walter says he wrestles not for himself, but for the sport, and that Brown will never understand what it is like to be champion.

Gallus (Joe Coffey, Mark Coffey, Wolfgang) are training when Wolfgang has a challenge to a street fight outside. Wolfgang lays his opponent out immediately.

Kay Lee Ray heads to the ring. She says she asked for the best in the world and that NXT UK delivered with Meiko Satomura, whom she went toe-to-toe with and beat. She says she proved the doubters wrong and stayed champion. As she tells the fans to get used to seeing her as Women's Champion forever, Emelia MacKenzie shows up for the first time in two years and says she has been training and waiting for the perfect time to return. MacKenzie says she wants to beat the best, and sooner or later, their paths will cross. Kay Lee Ray says there is no reason for their paths not to cross right now, and as MacKenzie gets in the ring, she is attacked by Isla Dawn. Suddenly, Meiko Satomura runs into the ring and fights alongside MacKenzie, and they send Kay Lee Ray and Isla Dawn running. (Emelia MacKenzie is formerly known as Millie McKenzie.)

We see a video package chronicling the feud between Noam Dar and Tyler Bate.

Backstage during the break, Kay Lee Ray and Isla Dawn are met by Assistant Sid Scala, who tells them they will face Amelia MacKenzie and Meiko Satomura in a tag team match next week.

Pretty Deadly (Sam Stoker and Lewis Howley) retain the NXT UK Tag Team Championships against "The Lucky Yin' Kenny Williams and Amir Jordan. During the match, the referee is knocked down, and Williams tells Jordan to use one of the tag team title belts as a waepon. Jordan, however, wants to win the honest way, and Williams his him in the back with a tag team title belt before leaving him and dry. This allows Pretty Deadly to hit Spilt Milk on Jordan to retain.
