Collision Course - Collision recap for March 15, 2025

We hear from Ricochet, "The Wrestler" Katsuyori Shibata, Mark Davis, Mark Briscoe, Undisputed Kingdom (Adam Cole, Kyle O'Reilly, Roderick Strong) and FTR (Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler) at the start of the show.

Ricochet beats "The Wrestler" Katsuyori Shibata to advance in the Dynasty International Championship Eliminator Tournament. It is announced that next week's show will be at 11 PM Eastern/8 PM Pacific on TNT and Max following the NCAA Tournament broadcasts on both Saturday and Sunday.

Backstage, Murder Machines ("The Machine" Brian Cage and Lance Archer) and Mark Davis are seen attacking people backstage.

We hear from "Timeless" Toni Storm and Luther. Toni states that after having the usual fun in Las Vegas, she is ready for some Collision and she wants to collide with Megan Bayne and see what she is capable of. She says that if she wants to swim around like a shark in AEW, she has no problem making shark fin soup and being put away for animal cruelty. Toni also states that she will take on all challengers, as everything will come up timeless.

Powerhouse Hobbs beats Griff Garrison. After the match, Preston Vance and Jacked Jameson are about to get in the ring when The Outrunners (Truth Magnum and Turbo Floyd) show up and even the numbers game.

Backstage, Lexy Nair interviews Thunder Rosa. Rosa says the business is built on respect and that some women are too good to show respect, then says she is tired of Megan Bayne disrespecting everyone and that her ovaries are bigger than Bayne's brain cells before Bayne suddenly blindsides her.

Mark Davis beats Mark Briscoe to advance in the Dynasty International Championship Eliminator Tournament after Lance Archer distracts the referee so that "The Machine" Brian Cage can shove Briscoe off the top rope to allow Davis to hit Coriolis for the win.

Murder Machines ("The Machine" Brian Cage and Lance Archer) quickly decimate four unnamed opponents in a four-on-two handicap match after bringing to the ring following a backstage attack and then attacking them further in the ring. (The four opponents in question are the same ones that were attacked backstage, and they are later identified as being Bryce Saturn, El Fatal, Matt Vandagriff and Sonico.) After the match, Mark Briscoe shows up with a metal folding chair, and Murder Machines briefly overpowers him before Powerhouse Hobbs shows up and brawls with Archer. The brawl between Hobbs and Archer goes to the back while the brawl between Briscoe and Cage enters the crowd before also going backstage.

Swerve Strickland heads to the ring. Swerve says he did what he said he would do at Revolution and beat Ricochet to become #1 contender for the AEW World Championship, and gives credit to Ricochet's worthiness as an opponent - even mentioning that Ricochet ruptured his eardrum - before saying he is game for a rematch so he can beat him again. Swerve says that Prince Nana is back at home safeguarding the Embassy robe so that he can be here to take care of business, then states that the AEW World Championship is the top prize in the world and that one must be elite to challenge for it. He talks about how he was "all elite" and how he won the title at last year's Dynasty, then states that he will win the title at this year's Dynasty and be all elite once again. Swerve mentions the street fight between Adam Copeland and Jon Moxley for the AEW World Championship on next week's Dynamite, and mentions his history with Copeland, stating that one does not become dangerous without learning from him. He then says that Copeland is in his way, and while Copeland is a legend right now, he will mow him down. As for Moxley, he used to think they were cut from the same cloth until Moxley thought lesser of the AEW locker room. Swerve says that Moxley does not believe what he is saying and that everyone has to listen to the same drivel every week, and that all he sees is true desperation, which is all Moxley will have to hold on to. Swerve then proclaims that in three weeks' time, whether he faces Moxley or Copeland, the "Dynasty Era" continues when he takes the AEW World Championship and makes AEW his house again. All of a sudden, Swerve is attacked from behind with a crowbar by Moxley, who then curb stomps Swerve into the mat before leaving the building and stating that this is a free lesson and that respect will get nobody anywhere. He then says he hates Copeland's gut for what he has done to him, and that next week, Copeland is a dead man. When Swerve Strickland is tended to in the ring, Swerve holds on to his left ear, and it is believed that his ruptured eardrum may be further damaged.

Backstage, Lexy Nair interviews Thunder Rosa, who states that she will still fight Megan Bayne tonight.

Before the next match, Cru (Action Andretti and Lio Rush) show up with metal folding chairs and watch the next match from the stage.

Hologram and Top Flight (Darius and Dante Martin) beat Shane Taylor Promotions ("Taiga Style" Lee Moriarty, "The Captain" Shawn Dean, "Bad News and Tattoos" Carlie Bravo) in a trios match. Hologram's unbeaten streak extends to 19-0. During the match, Harleygram and The Beast Mortos have a staredown backstage while Dralistico guests on Spanish commentary.

We hear from Alex Abrahantes, who challenges La Faccion Ingobernable (Rush, Dralistico, The Beast Mortos) to a tag team match against Hologram and Komander next week.

Megan Bayne beats Thunder Rosa after hitting her with Fate's Descent twice, once on the stage and again in the middle of the ring. After the match, Bayne puts Thunder Rosa in an Argentine Backbreaker before "Timeless" Toni Storm shows up and brawls with Bayne. Kris Statlander shows up and helps Thunder Rosa up.

Adam Cole and Daniel Garcia guest on commentary for the next match.

FTR (Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler) beat Undisputed Kingdom (Kyle O'Reilly and Roderick Strong) following a second Shatter Machine to Roderick Strong. During the match, Roderick Strong is able to get his foot on the bottom rope, but this time, the referee is able to see it. After the match, Adam Cole and Daniel Garcia check on their respective teams, then Cole and Garcia have a staredown in the middle of the ring before shaking hands. Both teams then meet, but FTR refuses to shake hands with Roddy and O'Reilly as the show ends.

Here are the highlights from tonight's show!
