Total Divas Island - Total Divas recap for December 10, 2019

In Maui, Natalya, Liv Morgan and Arianne go surfing while Brie and Nikki are doing a photo shoot at the beach house. Liv Morgan cuts herself on some coral, while Nattie also hits her foot on something. Liv and Nattie find out that they have been stabbed by poisonous sea urchin barbs and are taken to the hospital. As Sonya takes part in the hoto shoot, Liv and Nattie tell Sonya what has happened concerning their surfing accident and that they are going to the hospital.

Nikki gets a call from Artem while Liv and Nattie wait to get treated. Arianne thanks Nattie for the surfing opportunity and apologizes for Sonya's behavior last night, and tells Nattie how the trip has been on her end. Nattie tells Arianne that she has nothing but respect for Sonya and that she wants everyone to relax on the trip.

Ronda goes into surgery for her broken hand.

Liv, Nattie and Arianne return from the surfing trip. Carmella wants to know if the air has been cleared, but there is clearly tension between Sonya and Nattie, with the former thinking the latter wants to say stuff about her behind her back.

Ronda comes out of surgery for her hand.

In Maui, Carmella, Liv, Brie, Nikki, Nattie and Arianne sit near the beach and talk about what they are grateful for. Liv admits that this is her first vacation, as she comes from an under-privileged family.

Brie talks with Sonya privately in an attempt to get Sonya to let loose and have some fun in front of Arianne. Sonya says that she wants to tell Arianne that she loves her, but at the same time, she does not want to rush it.

Carmella talks about her relationship with Corey, then Brie calls Liv's mom to ask her if she would like to be in Maui with them. Sonya feels she needs to get the vacation back on track.

Nia Jax goes into double ACL surgery, and wonders if she will wrestle again.

Nattie calls Sonya and Carmella before the sunset cruise. Sonya and Carmella end up almost missing the boat, but the boat turns around. Sonya and Carmella explains to Nattie that they were trying to help Sonya do something for Arianne to make up for all the stupid stuff during the vacation., and Sonya makes up with Nattie.

Nia comes out of ACL surgery. After getting a call from her mom, she is unsure of her future, but she does not want to quit wrestling.

Sonya and Arianne go to a privately owned botanical garden and spend some time together. Sonya gives Arianne a present of the photo from the beach house photo shoot and tells Arianne she loves her. She then tells Arianne that she is officially moving to Tampa, Florida.

After Brie and Nikki leave the beach house, Nattie gets a call from Nia. Trinity finally makes it to the beach house. Sonya tells Trinity about the plan to surprise Liv with her mom.

Nattie gets everyone together so that they can surprise Liv with her mom. Liv finds out that Brie and Nikki planned the whole thing after she admitted that this is her first vacation.

Everyone has a luau. During the luau, everyone looks back on the events of the past year.

Everyone decides to throw a surprise party for Ronda, especially Nattie, who doesn't know if she will ever see Ronda again after WrestleMania.

Everyone leaves Maui. Two weeks later, everyone throws a surprise party for Ronda. Ronda admits that she didn't know what she was getting into when she got into WWE, and that she didn't expect to be there for very long. She says that she was able to learn to respect herself again due to the relationships she was able to have in the women's division, and thanks them for everything that they have done.

It is announced that there will be a new season of Total Bellas in Spring 2020.

Total Divas Island - Total Divas recap for December 3, 2019

The show begins with Ronda Rousey finding out during her match at WrestleMania that she has broken her hand. She continues to fight on. After the match, Ronda Rousey celebrates with co-workers and family, then finds out that she has fractured her hand. Ronda has no regrets about how her last match in WWE went down. Meanwhile, Nia says this has been her hardest year so far, and while she will miss being on the road, she wants to come back stronger than ever.

Nattie has a meal with her family, and everyone talks about what to do with Jim "The Anvil" Neidhart's ashes.

In Las Vegas, Nevada, Ronda and Travis are in town for a friend's wedding, and Ronda is in the mood to have a child.

Nattie and her family spread her family's Jim "The Anvil" Neidhart at an oak tree in New York City that signifies and even resembles Jim to her.

Brie and Nikki land in Hawaii for a vacation getaway that Nattie has set up and interact with some fans, then show up at the vacation getaway they have set up for Nattie in an attempt to surprise everybody, as their plans have changed and allowed them to be part of the vacation.

In Las Vegas, Nevada, Ronda and Travis make some calls concerning their friend's wedding and a helicopter above the Grand Canyon.

In Maui, Hawaii, Brie and Nikki have some wine. They do not know about what has happened between Carmella and Nia Jax since Nia last talked to them.

Nattie lands in Hawaii and meets with Liv Morgan, Carmella, Sonya and Arianna. The four of them show up at the vacation getaway, where Brie and Nikki disguise themselves as masked hula dancers to surprise everyone. Carmella is afraid that she is going to have to deal with drama with Nikki due to what happened between her and Nia Jax. Meanwhile, Arianna is not very happy, since nobody knew she would be here and that nobody else brought their significant others.

In Las Vegas, Ronda and Travis go to a shooting range. Even at the shooting range, Travis is still on the phone making wedding plans, much to Ronda's chagrin.

In Maui, Carmella tells Sonya and Arianna about what is going on between her and Nikki, while Nikki is talking with Brie and Nattie about Carmella.

Nikki tells everyone about the cyst on her brain that doctors have discovered. Carmella, seeing that Nikki will never return to the ring, decides to have a private chat with Nikki and tells her that everything is good between her and Nia Jax, and Carmella and Nikki are able to clear the air.

Nattie is sad that Trinity is not here. Meanwhile, Sonya feels like she is falling short and not championship material after feeling that she is not complimented enough after Nattie says that some of the newer women deserve chances and doesn't mention here.

Everyone does some hula dancing with a hula instructor, but Sonya feels awkward and walks out. Arianne catches up with Sonya, and Brie and Nattie think that Sonya is acting weird because she brought Arianne with her.

In Las Vegas, Nevada, Ronda and Travis go to a restaurant. Once again, Travis is on the phone concerning wedding plans again, but Travis tells Ronda that he is happy that his friend found somebody and hopes other people find the love that they have managed to share with each other. Travis then surprises Ronda with several bouquets of roses.

In Maui, Nattie reveals that Ronda Rousey is leaving WWE. Everyone is shocked, including Sonya and Liv Morgan. Nattie says that it's time for some of the newer women wrestlers to have chances, but once again, Sonya notices she is not mentioned. Sonya confronts Nattie about this once again, and this leads to an argument where Sonya and Arianne end up leaving. Carmella tells Sonya and Arianna that it will all work out inside the beach house.

Ronda and Travis' friend's hot air balloon wedding works out.

In Maui, Arianne goes surfing with Nattie, who thinks Sonya is holding a grudge. As Sonya and Carmella has fun at the beach house, something happens during the surfing trip and Liv Morgan calls Sonya, saying that she and Nattie are heading to the hospital.

Bonus clip: Nattie is asked to star in a movie with Jason Momoa.

Total Divas Island - Total Divas recap for November 19, 2019

In New York City during Day 2 of WrestleMania Fan Axxess, the Total Divas are looking forward to WrestleMania. Sonya says she will have her moment soon, while Ronda gets to meet some of her youngest fans.

Brie and Nikki are in town for WrestleMania for some appearances. Brie and Nikki get a call from Nia, who tells them that she took their advice concerning Carmella and that it worked. Brie and Nikki then talk about the possibility of the two of them returning and winning the WWE Women's Tag Team Championships.

The next day, Nattie gets ready for the speech for her father's Hall of Fame induction.

Nia, thinking that this year's WrestleMania might be her last match, tries out her dress for the big night.

Sonya tries out a custom suit. The suit works out, but Sonya has trouble walking in heels.

Nikki tells Brie she will not be at the Hall of Fame ceremony. She then tells Brie that she got with WWE, who wants them to work two pay-per-views to build up the women's tag team championships. Nikki is with the idea, but Brie is torn between the fans and wanting to go for another child with Bryan.

At the Hall of Fame Ceremony, Nattie gets her father's Hall of Fame ring, and Sonya needs some new shoes. Nattie meets with Sonya and gives her a Pride flag pin and suit napkin for tonight's ceremony. Meanwhile, Nattie is concerned that her uncle Bret "The Hit Man" Hart's speech is too long.

Nattie and Bret have their speech at the Hall of Fame Ceremony. All of a sudden, a random fan - who is not pictured as the producers do not want to give the attacker any more recognition - goes after Bret, but he is quickly subdued by security. At the end of the speech, Nattie feels she has done her father proud.

At WrestleMania, Nia gets a good luck at the ring before the event along with Paige and Sonya, still having the nagging feeling that tonight's match might be her last.

Backstage, Nattie tries to get her mind off what happened at the Hall of Fame ceremony. Ronda reminds her that her bravery after what happened further exemplified the history of her family as courageous fighters.

Sonya finds out from a fan that she is making an impact in the LGBTQ community as part of WWE even now. Corey kisses Carmella in front of everyone, much to the surprise of Carmella. The WrestleMania Women's Battle Royal then takes place.

Brie wants to return to the ring after seeing Bryan compete at WrestleMania. Nattie is happy to team with Beth Phoenix to compete for the WWE Women's Tag Team Championships. Nia is concerned about competing with two injured knees. Trinity shows concern for Nia. The four-way women's tag team championship match takes place, and Carmella is concerned for Nia when everyone gangs up on her. Nia attempts to go up top, but she is pushed off by Beth Phoenix.

The women's triple threat match between Ronda, Becky Lynch and Charlotte Flair takes place. Everyone is glad to have been part of this year's WrestleMania due to this year's all-woman main event. During the match, Ronda breaks one of her hands punching Becky.

In Las Vegas, Nevada, Ronda and Travis - ever the fans of doomsday scenarios and self-sufficiency - check out he Underground House, complete with hidden barbecue pit and a cryostat for freezing people indefinitely.

In New York City, Ronda guests on Today one week before WrestleMania 35.

At SmackDown Live in Indianapolis, Indiana, Sonya and Mandy try to pitch the first-ever LGTBQ storyline in WWE. It not only gets greenlit, but will start taking place at WrestleMania 35.

In Boston, Massachusetts for Raw, Natalya is ready for her match with Beth Phoenix. Meanwhile, Nia has her knees checked on, and feels she can never get a break. She also mentions that her tag team partner Tamina has never had a WrestleMania moment.

Nattie is happy that her plans to get into the women's tag team title picture are happening, as she feels that her plans to honor her father are about to come together. Suddenly, Nattie learns alongside Beth Phoenix that her father, Jim "The Anvil" Neidhart, will be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame. The fact that her father is gone hits her harder than ever. Ronda wishes she could talk about her father like Nattie could, given what her last memories of her father are like.

In Tampa, Florida, Sonya and Arianne go tuxedo shopping. Sonya talks about the storyline that she is going to do with Mandy with Arianne. Arianne is not exactly a big fan of the storyline, even though she is supportive of her job, and says that if the roles were reversed, Sonya would not approve.

In Orlando, Florida Nia talks with a doctor about her knees and finds out that both of her knees have been blown out. She wonders if she should wait until after WrestleMania to get surgery.

In Washington D.C. for Raw, Ronda fels that her job with WWE is done.

At SmackDown Live in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Sonya finds out that her storyline with Mandy is not happening and that WWE is going with a different storyline. Sonya refuses to give up on her storyline idea.

Back in Orlando, Florida, Nia feels she needs to call Carmella in an attempt to make amends with her for how she has treated her recently. She does, and Carmella cannot believe that Nia is giving her the time of day.

At Nattie's house in Tampa, Florida, Nattie talks with her mother Ellie about how they can further honor Jim "The Anvil" Neidhart's memory. Nattie proposes spreading his ashes in New York City, and Ellie is open to the idea.

At Browsey Acres, Ronda gets ready for WrestleMania 35 and knows that she will give a great performance. She also feels that Nattie is the first person she can mention her life choices for the near-future for.

At WWE Fan Axxess in New York City, Sonya is signing autographs. Half of her line is the LGBTQ community, and Sonya feels she is letting that part of her fans down.

Nia meets with Carmella. She apologizes for her behavior towards her and tells her that dealing with her injuries has caused her to be snappy and blunt. Carmella accepts her apology.

Nia talks with Tamina, telling her that she will take care of everything after WrestleMania so that Tamina can have her WrestleMania. After meeting with Dr. Chris Amann, she then gets cleared for WrestleMania, with plans being made for surgery and rehab for her knees afterwards.

In Sonya's hotel room, Sonya talks with Nattie, saying she feels she is letting people down even though her storyline is put on hold. Nattie mentions the many times her ideas have been put on the backburner, and Sonya refuses to give up on her storyline idea.

Nia and Alexa Bliss shoot at each other with Nerf guns. Ronda tells Nattie about she has fallen in love with the wrestling industry and that she is considering having a baby with Travis after WrestleMania. Nattie is excited about the news.

Total Divas Island - Total Divas recap for November 5, 2019

Backstage in Dayton, Ohio for Raw, Sonya talks with Carmella about Ronda's invitation to Browsey Acres. Sonya does not know what to make of this following Ronda's word about her, but she does not want to disrepect her even though she cannot act like nothing happened.

In Scottsdale, Arizoa, Paige meets Nia, who is in town to walk at Nikki and Brie's Birdiebee Fashion Week show. The two of them meet Nikki and Brie, and on the subject of her knee, Nia says she should be able to walk the fashion show despite her injury.

Sonya and Nattie meet at the airport on the way to Browsey Acres.

Brie, Nikki and Nia have some fun at a club. Nia notices that Nikki is really in love with Artem.

Sonya and Nattie arrive at Browsey Acres and are introduced with Nattie. Sonya decides to play the situation by ear and by how Ronda acts, but ends up chasing after the chickens.

Nattie and Sonya check out the hotel in the mountain area near Browsey Acres where they will be staying. Sonya feels that Ronda is making an effort to get to know her, while Nattie cleans up dog pee.

In Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Carmella has to lie to her friends to spend more time with Corey, who she does not see often. Corey gets to see Carmella's condo.

At Browsey Acres, Ronda, Sonya and Nattie take a walk in the woods. Ronda brings up that she is into doomsday prep and also brings up a possible zombie apocalypse scenario, and Sonya and Nattie do not know what to make of it.

At the Birdiebee Fashion Show, Nia talks with Nikki, feeling that she lost the sense of what makes her her. Nikki tells Nia to focus on her health. Nia walks the catwalk at the fashion show, as does Paige.

At Browsey Acres, Ronda, Nattie and Sonya shoot bow and arrows. Nattie and Sonya find out that Ronda is a good shot, while Sonya can barely shoot the arrow. The three of them then shovel the driveway, and Sonya makes a competition out of it. Nattie thinks that Sonya is insecure and thinking that Ronda is judging her.

Ronda, Nattie and Sonya have a pool match, with the loser getting chopped. Ronda ends up losing and ends up getting chopped.

In Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Carmella and Corey are at a restaurant. Carmella says that she would like to move back to New England someday, then gets a call from Natalya. Carmella lies and says that she is at home, and Natalya says she wishes she was at Browsey Acres, as they always have a fun time. Corey tells Carmella that if she were honest, nothing would be an issue.

At Browsey Acres, Nattie tries to get Ronda and Travis' dog to like her by putting peanut butter on her inner thigh. This ends up becoming awkward when Nattie puts the peanut butter in her pants. When they go downstairs, it becomes apparent that Nattie has gotten peanut butter all over herself

At Brie and Bryan's house, Nia comes to visit. Nia mentions that she has not felt like herself outside of wrestling, and feels she can't get along with anyone. Nia notices she has become snappier due to a lack of good friends, a busy career and her knee injury, and feels she needs to find herself again.

At Browsey Acres, Nattie realizes Ronda and Sonya seem to have something in common, and feels that Ronda needs to talk with Sonya concerning her promo on her. Ronda doesn't want the rest of the women's division to think terribly of her for playing a character on television.

In Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Corey and Carmella go to the beach. Corey wants Carmella to come clean about spending time with him over spending time with the rest of the women, and Carmella tells Sonya the truth. Ronda tells Carmella she didn't have to lie to everybody, as does everyone else.

At Browsey Acres, Nattie, Ronda, Sonya and Marina Shafir do some altitude training. Ronda clears the air with Sonya, saying she was just in character and responding to her social media post. Sonya tells Ronda she understands.

Total Divas Island - Total Divas recap for October 29, 2019

Nattie and Sonya meet in a restaurant. Sonya has booked a vacation for herself and Arianna, and despite the large amount of personal growth in the last few weeks, she wants to take it slow. Carmella shows up, followed by Trinity. Sonya heads out early just before Nattie shows Ronda's latest promo, and while Nattie knows that Ronda is getting people riled up as part of her WWE character, she hopes that Ronda is only acting when she says that she wants to disrespect the sport that the rest of the female Superstars love.

At Fastlane, Nattie and Nia talk about what Nia can do to have a great moment in the ring to stay relevant. Nia mentions that she has always wanted to go up the top rope and hit a move off of it, especially since no woman of her size has ever done it. Nattie mentions what happened between Nia and Ronda, and Nia mentions that Ronda knew where she was coming from.

Backstage, Carmella talks with Carly Caruso about her date with Corey. Nattie shows up and mentions what is going on with Nia lately, what with her having tensions with other people, and says that she wants to help her get excited for WrestleMania.

Sonya calls Arianna's mom Deanna, who tells her that she has found two homes for her and Arianna in Tampa, Florida. Sonya appreciates the effort, but she does not want to rush things. Nevertheless, she agrees to look at the houses.

Nattie talks with Ronda. Ronda does not want to talk down on the business; instead, she wants to be a heel, as she feels that is her calling in wrestling. Nattie realizes that Ronda may be pushing the envelope a bit too much, but feels better about what she is doing as she talks to her.

R-Truth propses to Carmella that she write a new entrance theme for WrestleMania, which is just a few weeks away. Carmella decides to give it a shot.

At Arianna's house, Sonya, Arianna and Deanna go looking at houses in Tampa, Florida. It becomes obvious that Deanna is looking too far ahead into the relationship and is wanting grandchildren, but Sonya wants to take it slow.

Nia trains for WrestleMania to get ready for a top rope spot, but as she pushes herself, Nia's knees give her a hard time.

At Browsey Acres, ronda talks to Travis about her heel run and feels that she has to explain to everybody on the women's roster that she is playing a heel character, and feels that she doesn't know the other women and that the other women don't know her. Travis proposes inviting everyone over to Browsey Acres to see what the real Ronda is really like.

Sonya, Arianna and Deanna are at a restaurant. Liv Morgan shows up, and she and Sonya talk about what has been going on today. Arianna prefers the slower pace of Tampa compared to the faster, city-like pace of Fort Lauderdale, and wants to stay in Tampa while Sonya wants to stay in Fort Lauderdale. Sonya feels like she has to make a decision right now.

Carmella and R-Truth heads to a recording studio run by one of Trinity's friends. Seeing Carmella in the recording booth inspires her, but she finds out it's not all that it's cracked up to be. When R-Truth fails to give Carmella time to figure out and asks Trinity to replace her right in front of Carmella, however, Carmella walks out.

Trinity meets with Carmella to check on her. Carmella says that she could do it if she is given enough time to figure it out, then calls R-Truth and tells him that she is going to work the song.

Nattie and Nia head over to the Performance Center, and Nia gives standing on the middle and top ropes a shot. Nia powers through her knee pain and hits a splash from the top rope.

Nia gets her knees checked on by a trainer after the pain in her knees is a little worse then normal.

Carmella heads back to the recording studio, and this time, she nails it.

At Arianna's house, Sonya has decided to live with Arianna in Tampa, Florida in order to spend more time with her, but at the same time, she does not feel ready and does not want to make a bad decision. She talks with Arianne and tells her that she wants to take it slow, especially with WrestleMania around the corner. Arianna agrees.

At Nia's house, Nia still has doubts about hurting somebody after going up the top rope, but Nattie thinks Nia is still in her own head about accidentally injuring Becky Lynch. Nia admits she has second guessed herself since then and that it is hard to take everything in when she is constantly moving forward.

Backstage at Raw, Ronda get to know Liv Morgan in an attempt to understand the women's roster and get more of the women's roster to know her. She has also invited everyone on the women's roster to Browsey Acres.

Nia gets her knees checked on by a doctor. She finds out that she has no ACL in her right knee, which explains why she has been in pain for some time.

Total Divas Island - Total Divas recap for October 22, 2019

At Raw in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Nia takes offense to Ronda Rousey flying off the handle with her promos and disrespecting the women's division and the business in the process. Backstage, Nia meets up with Ronda and tells her she was being disrespectful, and Nattie tells Ronda that Nia has a history of being blunt with people at time. Nattie also feels that Nia is not as supportive as she used to be.

At SmackDown Live in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Trinity and Sonya meet up with The IIconics (Billie Kay and Peyton Royce). Trinity invites Billie and Peyton, who are homesick as of late, to her home for a girls' trip.

Carmella tells Sonya that she is coming home with Corey tonight.

Trinity talks with Jon about her girls' trip. Jon has a hard time seeing the point of the trip.

At Browsey Acres, Ronda talks with Travis about how she is suddenly offending people and her recent confrontation with Nia. Travis tells her to think about the bigger picture, but Ronda has a hard time doing that with people getting after her.

At Corey's apartment in Danbury, Connecticut, Carmella is at home with Corey. Carmella does not want to go out, as she does not want to meet anybody from Corey's old life. Corey says they could have gone out in an attempt to make Carmella feel guilty and spend a normal day with him.

Ronda and Travis eat at a restaurant. They talk about starting an apparel line, even though Ronda isn't exactly interested.

In Pensacola, Florida, Peyton and Billie show up at the house Trinity has rented out. Liv Morgan accidentally decorates the house with British flags.

In Danbury, Connecticut, Corey manages to get Carmella to go out somewhere with him. They go to a chocolate shop and buy some chocolates, but on the way to their car, somebody calls Carmella a homewrecker while taking photos of her and Corey, which bothers Carmella.

At Trinity's rental house, Nia arrives. After some shots, Peyton and Billie barbecue some meat, then Nia talks about how she went off on Ronda. Trinity wants Nia to calm down about Ronda.

In Danbury, Corey takes Carmella to a dance studio for a dance class. Someone shows up and asks for permission to put Carmella's photo in the local newspaper, which Carmella and Corey find bizarre. Corey and Carmella have the dance lesson, but the random person from the local newspaper still bothers her.

In Las Vegas, Nevada, Ronda and Travis look into starting an apparel line. Ronda wants to make sure she is absolutely interested in starting one, and does not want to put her name on something just to make money. Ronda likes the samples of the stuff that she tries out.

In Pensacola, Trinity and company take a party bus and head to a bar. Peyton and Billie are not drinkers, and seem more interested in going back home. Nia talks about Ronda, but Trinity would rather talk about work at work and that Nia relax. Later that night, Charly Caruso shows up. Peyton and Billie go to bed while everyone else has more fun at a restaurant, where Nia really starts having fun.

The next morning at Trinity's rental house, Billie and Peyton tell Trinity that they appreciate the vacation getaway, but admit that Pensacola is overwhelming for them and that they are heading back to Orlando, Florida. Billie and Peyton say goodbye to everyone, and Trinity feels bad about the whole thing.

In Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania for Raw, Ronda wants to make amends with Nia, as she wants to be the big villainous mountain that the women's division has to overcome.

At Trinity's vacation home, a bunch of young men show up. It turns out they were all invited by Liv Morgan at the restaurant, and they bring in a keg. Trinity asks Liv what is going on, and Liv admits she forgot she invited him. Everything gets crazy. Trinity hates what is going on, even though Nia is having fun, and Nia has to get Trinity to chill out and have some fun. She does just that by breaking a vase.

In Danbury, Corey and Carmella enter the Washington Prime restaurant separately to have a dinner where nobody will disturb them. Carmella apologizes to Corey for hiding the fact that they are together, and Corey says that he is looking for a house.

At Raw, Nia apologizes to Ronda, saying she was super-heated last week due to frustration about making it in WWE and all the attention being on Ronda.

Total Divas Island - Total Divas recap for October 15, 2019

Sonya and her family get ready for the Fort Lauderdale Pride parade. Sonya finds out that her family did a great job on her parade float, and she, family and friends have a great time. Carmella misses Corey after seeing Sonya and Arianna happy.

At Browsey Acres, Nattie and TJ show up to visit. Nattie does not know what to expect after Ronda gives her a tour.

Sonya talks with Carmella in her hotel room. Sonya says she feels confident and re-motivated with work right now, as she wants to face Ronda in the ring and has made an Instagram post about it. Sonya reveals she was the first female MMA fighter to enter the WWE, not Ronda.

Nattie and TJ spend some time with some of the animals, then they scoop some poop.

In Charlotte, North Carolina, Carmella meets with Corey in his hotel room and talks about the rumors of her being a "homewrecker," saying she handled it out of pure anger. Corey forgives her and asks her out on a date.

At Browsey Acres, Ronda mentions that she has responded to Sonya's Instagram post as everyone has a meal.

At SmackDown Live in Charlotte, North Carolina, Sonya meets with Mandy Rosa and shows her Ronda's response, where she calls Sonya an MMA hobbyist. Sonya takes this as a low blow and promises to reinvent herself.

Backstage, Carmella meets with Corey Graves. Carmella wants to throw a birthday party for Corey. Carmella invites Sonya to the party, and mentions that she has to wear a dress. Sonya wonders how she will pull this off, as she usually has always worn shorts, tanktops and sports jerseys in the past.

At Browsey Acres, Natalya and Ronda walk up a hill with some mountain goats. Ronda relaizes that Natalya has piled so much on her plate after the passing of her father. On the way back, Natalya admits she does not know how to deal with her father's death and she has to power through it.

Carmella and several female Superstars spend some time at a mermaid show at a local bar. Liv Morgan signs herself and Trinity up to learn to be mermaids for tonight's show. Trinity is reluctant due to the fact that she has gotten heavier, and is hesitant to wear what the mermaids wear.

At Raw in Phoenix, Arizona, Ronda finds out from Natalya that Sonya was offended when Ronda called her an "MMA hobbyist." Ronda felt that Sonya was laying down the rules and that she was playing by them, and says she doesn't care if anybody is offended.

Liv Morgan and Trinity learn to do moves for the mermaid show. When it comes times to see if the mermaid costume fits, Trinity barely manages to fit into it.

Carmella finds out from Corey that he will not be able to make it to the surprise party she has for him due to bad weather.

Liv, Trinity and Sonya head to Carmella's surprise party for Corey. Sonya feels awkward in a dress and heels. Nattie shows up and thinks there is an '80s theme, and Carmella has to explain that Corey cannot make it due to bad weather. Meanwhile, Sonya feels awful in a dress and heels, as it brings her back to a time when she felt so conflicted with herself and how she dressed. Nattie talks with Sonya, who admits that she is overexerted with everything to the point that she is questioning her identity and the work she has put in to get to WWE. Sonya changes outside, and Trinity decides to go through with the mermaid show after hearing what Sonya has gone through. Despite Corey's absence, everyone has a fun time.

Liv and Trinity take part in the mermaid show, and everyone has a fun time, including Trinity.

Total Divas Island - Total Divas recap for October 8, 2019

In Southern California, Ronda and Travis profess their love for each other as they drive around.

At Arianna's house, Sonya shows up in an attempt to get Arianna back. Sonya realizes that their relationship was working all along, and that Arianna never got a chance to understand her lifestyle. As they have a meal at a restaurant, they both admit that they missed each other and get back together.

At Natalya and TJ's house, Natalya gets her house ready for her mother Ellie's birthday. Carmella and Nia Jax both show up, much to the shock of Carmella. Natalya admits that she did not think Nia Jax would show up for the party. Nia is not easy to see Carmella either. Sonya shows up with Arianna, and everybody notices that Sonya is happier than ever. Carmella talks privately with Sonya in order to find out what is going on, and also reveals that she has been dating somebody from work that they both know. Everyone has some cake afterwards. Trinity talks with Nattie privately, and the two of them agree that Nattie needs to celebrate her father Jim "The Anvil" Neidhart's life.

In a hotel in Lafayette, Louisiana, Sonya meets with Carmella. Carmella admits that she is dating Corey Graves.

In Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Sonya, Natalya, Charly Caruso and Carmella check out Sonya's possible float for the local Pride parade. Sonya finds one that she can change into a wrestling ring. Trinity shows up to join them later on.

At Grand Rapids, South Dakota for Raw, the WWE Women's Tag Team Championships are officially announced. Everyone is excited for the titles as well as the Elimination Chamber Match to determine the inaugural champions. Nattie doesn't have a tag team partner, and wants to follow in her father's footsteps. As she talks with Ronda, Ronda realizes that Nattie is trying to get through the pain of losing her father by filling up her schedule with work. When she talks with Nia Jax, however, Nia is less than supportive, saying that not everybody can be in every first for the women's division. Nattie tries to pitch her idea to creative, but her idea is rejected.

At Browsey Acres, Ronda and Travis are thinking about having kids. Natalya calls Ronda and talks to her about what is going on at work and how she cannot keep her spot, and Ronda tells Natalya that she should use the downtime that she now has to work non-stop and focus on herself. Ronda then talks about how her father took his own life after breaking his back, which lead to her getting into judo as an outlet. She is afraid that Nattie will make things worse by pretending the passing of her father did not happen.

At Elimination Chamber, Carmella talks with Sonya, saying that there are rumors that her relationship with Corey Graves has broken up Graves' marriage even though Graves and his ex-wife are no longer together. Carmella is upset, as she does not want to be known as a homewrecker.

Backstage, Carmella confronts Corey Graves about the rumors of her being a homewrecker started by Graves' ex-wife and her inability to defend herself online.

Nattie watches Elimination Chamber from home with her mother Ellie, and notes that it is the first time in a while that she has not been on a pay-per-view. Meanwhile, during the WWE Women's Tag Team Championship Elimination Chamber Match, Sonya feels a sharp pain in her shoulder; nevertheless, she powers through the match. When she goes to the trainer's room, she finds out that she is injured and she will have to follow a protocol to see how bad her injury is.

In Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Sonya takes her mother, her daughter Arianne and Charly Caruso to the Pride parade. On the way there, Sonya finds out that she is not medically cleared and will have to take some time off. As they have dinner, Sonya tells Mandy Rose the news.

Carmella and her sister Bre meet with Sonya and her family as they work on the Pride parade float. Carmella tells Mandy Rose about what has been going on with her and Nia, and says that Nia Jax lied about her to Nikki Bella to the point that she is on Nikki's bad side. Meanwhile, Sonya cannot do anything but rest to deal with her shoulder injury.

The show ends with the number for the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline (1-800-273-8255).

Total Divas Island - Total Divas recap for October 1, 2019

The ninth season - and the show - starts with Ronda Rousey introducing herself.

At Ronda Rousey's house in Browsey Acres, Ronda and her husband Travis Browne take care of animals in a setting opposite of the overstimulating environment of her usual training.

Backstage at Royal Rumble in Phoenix, Arizona, Nattie is nervous about the women's Royal Rumble Match and is trying to take her mind off her late father Jim "The Anvil" Neidhart. Nia Jax looks forward to having a match with Ronda Rousey after becoming the most hated woman for punching Becky Lynch in the face. We are also introduced to Sonya Deville and we are re-introduced to Carmella, who says that she has found herself after her relationship with Big Cass, in which she "changed herself for a man," and is now living her best life. Nia talks with Tamina, telling her that Carmella is "fake" and that she does not like her as a worker, and that she just wants to get tonight over with. Meanwhile, Carmella talks to Natalya about Nia Jax, saying that she can't understand why Nia Jax can't stand her. Nia shows up, and Carmella asks to talk with her at some point, but Nia refuses. Carmella catches up with her, and Nia tells her to her face that she comes off as "fake." Carmella's feelings are hurt as Sonya shows up and Tamina is suddenly aghast.

Jon and Trinity show up, their relationship stronger than ever since last season.

Carmella talks with Sonya and Tamina on the elevator, saying she can't understand why Nia Jax would say she is fake. She goes out and tells everyone, who is blown away about this as she is. Meanwhile, Nia Jax talks with Nattie, who tells her that she would be better off lying to Carmella rather than snapping at her and being blunt, something she did with Lana last season.

Sonya mentions her previous relationship with a woman named Ariana, which did not work out, and says she is single again and focusing on work.

Ronda Rousey has her match for the WWE Raw Women's Championship against Sasha Banks, and the women's Royal Rumble Match takes place. Carmella kicks Nia Jax in the mouth and busts her bottom lip, which Nia says she deserves.

Sonya and Mandy Rose watch Nia Jax take part in the men's Royal Rumble.

At Browsey Acres, Jessamyn Duke and Marina Shafir come over for breakfast, and we are also introduced to Ronda's stepchildren.

In Phoenix, Arizona, Sonya, Carmella and WWE announcer and interviewer Charly Caruso have brunch with the rest of the women. Nia Jax does not show up due to stomach issues. Carmella talks about how she felt during her relationship with Big Cass and how she no longer feels "stuck" and is living life on her own terms. Sonya gives Carmella some pointers, much to the surprise of Carmella. Meanwhile, Charly Caruso tells Trinity and Nattie about rumors that Carmella may be seeing somebody.

At Browsey Acres, Ronda Rousey reacts to pregnancy rumors, and wonders if she is being selfish as she balances work and home. In the end, she says it is her life and her body.

Carmella, Trinity and Sonya go to a restaurant. Sonya mentions that she has had relationships with men, and while she had good emotional connections with them, she found out after kissing a man that she realized she liked women. She almost considers calling her ex-girlfriend Ariana, but Carmella and Trinity tell her she deserves better. Meanwhile, Nattie and Nia Jax talk about Carmella as they meet with the rest of the women for brunch. Nattie has the feeling that the meeting between Nia and Carmella will be pretty bad as she gets to the bottom of why Nia does not like Carmella, and when they show up for brunch, Nia calls out Nattie and Carmella for leaving before the men's Royal Rumble before having an argument with Carmella, who says that she would rather be safe than having a reputation for hurting people like Nia does as Nia accuses Carmella of running away from hits. Carmella mentions that she took hits and had a black eye for a week from her match with Nikki Bella. Both of them end up agreeing to disagree.

Nia heads to the premiere of Fighting With My Family with Brie and Nikki. As they talk in the hotel room, Brie and Nikki mention that they are more focused on family and business rather than wrestling. Nia mentions what is going on between her and Carmella, and mentions that Carmella "talked shit" about her match with Nikki.

Total Divas Island - Total Divas recap for November 28, 2018

Backstage at Raw in Little Rock, Arkansas, Nia Jax is grateful for the opportunity to work with "Rowdy" Ronda Rousey. Nia feels like she is peaking as a performer, and that she had no idea how mainstream Ronda was until after she worked with her. Ember Moon tells her she is not peaking, and she and Nattie tell her that she's got this.

Trinity and Jon Uso go ring shopping. Last week, their vehicle was broken into, and Trinity's bag - which contains her wedding ring - was stolen.

Nattie heads to her parents' house, as her sister Muffy is in town. Nattie reveals that her father, Jim "The Anvil" Neidhart, is suffering from Alzheimer's. Her mother Ellie is worried as she watches Jim struggle, and doesn't know what to do except to be there for him. Nattie, Muffy and Ellie agree that they should be there for Jim and take control of the situation.

Five days before Money In The Bank, Brie and Nikki get a call from Bryan, who is now back on the road with WWE. Brie is happy for him, but that means he'll be at home less often. Meanwhile, Nikki says she would do anything to be in a Money In The Bank Ladder Match.

Nattie and her dad Jim spend some time in the gym. Nattie plans to do everyone proud at Money In The Bank, then mentions that Alzheimer's runs through her father's side of the family, and she is curious as to see whether she is at risk for Alzheimer's later at risk.

Jon Uso gives Trinity an earful for not wearing her wedding ring, and Trinity feels even more miserable and upset about the situation.

Three days before Money In The Bank, Nattie and Muffy head to a clinic after Nattie took a test to see if she has the gene for Alzheimer's. Nattie does not know if she wants to see the results, as she does not want to have it haunt her if she does, but fortunately for her, she has a normal result, which means that she is not at risk for Alzheimer's.

At SmackDown Live in Memphis, Tennessee, Lana is nervous about the Women's Money In The Bank Ladder Match, and hopes that she comes out of the match okay.

Trinity takes Jon Uso to a tattoo shop to get a tattoo on her ring finger to make up for losing the wedding ring. Jon tells her she doesn't have to do this, but she says that she wants to, and they both go ahead with the idea of putting their first initials on their ring fingers.

At Money In The Bank, everyone is nervous and excited about their match. Brie, Nikki and Birdie watch Bryan's match from home, and when the Women's Money In The Bank Ladder Match takes place as well as the Raw Women's Championship match, Brie and Nikki - as well as the rest of the women in the match - are amazed at how far the women of WWE have come.

Two months after Money In The Bank, Nattie finds out that her father, Jim "The Anvil" Neidhart, has passed away. Nattie talks about how Jim's sister Debbie showed a lot of footage of Jim's childhood as well as how Jim remembered all of it, then Nattie's family is seen setting things up for Jim's funeral. Nattie says that her father would be glad to know that people are crying for him because he was so great. We then see a montage of Jim before the funeral takes place. Nattie takes comfort in the fact that he passed away in his own home on his terms with the people that he loved before he could go into a nursing home, but it is so hard for her to say goodbye to her Dad, as she finds it surreal that she will never see him again. Nattie then heads to SummerSlam, where she is consoled by everyone backstage, saying she could never ask for better friends. At the show, she wears her father's jacket from when he won the WWE World Tag Team Championships with Bret "The Hit Man" Hart at SummerSlam 1990 to honor her father's memory.

We see a preview for Season 4 of Total Bellas, which returns January 13th.

Total Divas Island - Total Divas recap for November 14, 2018

Trinity and Jon Uso have a talk at home about getting a residence in Atlanta, Georgia in order to go there and visit family more. Once again, it doesn't work out very well.

At Lake Tahoe, everyone meets at an outdoor patio and talks about what they are scared of doing. Paige says she can't swim, Brie brings up Nikki's poetry (which Nikki is scared of reciting), Nia Jax mentions that she feels she feels aloof living in relative extravagance after a very modest upbringing, Brie mentions her fear of Tahoe Tessie, and Lana mentions her fear of fitting in. Nattie proposes that Lana stand on a ledge near the stream and do a trust fall where everyone catches her, which she does.

At Lake Tahoe, everyone decides to check out the lake. Paige mentions that she is scared of deep water, and Nattie has a sickening feeling in the pit of her stomach of her fear of heights. As everyone goes para-sailing, Trinity joins everyone out on the water.

Paige talks with Nia about her fear of deep water without knowing how to swim, as it reminds her of situations where she feels like she no control over in the last year-and-a-half. Nia tells Paige she is strong for admitting so much, and Paige thinks she will be able to overcome her fear of deep water.

At the dinner table, Brie mentions that she feels like she has a tug-of-war between her life before marriage and childbirth and her life afterwards every time she goes on a trip with everyone else. Trinity says it's okay for Brie to recharge every once in a while.

Nattie, Brie, Trinity and Nia head to the Tahoe Maritime Center to learn about Tahoe Tessie as well as other local urban legends.

At the cabin, Nikki talks to Paige about her experience writing poetry. Nikki feels she has writer's block now that she knows she will be reciting some poetry to the others.

Everyone goes tubing out on the lake. Paige manages to hold on to the tube while Nikki falls off, and Paige feels a little emotional afterwards.

Back at the lodge, everyone has a chat about how conflicts were dealt with in the family, especially in Paige's and Lana's.

Nia Jax tries her luck cooking tacos with Trinity.

Later that night, Brie tries to sneak up on everyone in a Tahoe Tessie costume. It is then revealed that her fear of Tahoe Tessie is not real, then the pizza delivery guy shows up. As everyone has a pizza party, Trinity mentions her greatest fear is divorce, as she has never seen a successful marriage in her family other than her grandparents', and mentions her problems with Jon Uso as well. Nia mentions that Trinity sacrifices a lot for Jon Uso, and that Jon Uso should do the same in return.

At their last night at the lodge, everyone sits near a fireplace. Nikki recites her poem, then everyone reads from their journals, especially Lana, who mentions that her relationship with Paige will take a while to get better.

The next day, everyone talks about having kids before jumping into the lake one more time.

Total Divas Island - Total Divas recap for November 7, 2018

At SmackDown Live in Boston, Massachusetts, Trinity tells Lana that she is coming late to a trip set up by Brie and Nikki in Lake Tahoe, California, saying she has already set up a trip to Atlanta, Georgia to spend time with family again.

At Lake Tahoe, California, Brie and Nikki meet with Nattie in the airport. Brie says she has set up the trip to have a special time, and Nikki feels like she needs to go somewhere for fresh air and enlightenment. Brie, Nikki and Nattie see the luxurious cabin where they will be staying at during the trip, which also comes with a lake. Brie also talks about her family tradition of going to Lake Tahoe, then she, Nikki and Nattie pick who will get which room. Brie considers using this as an opportunity to prank Lana with one of the beds that comes out of the wall.

Paige and Lana join Brie, Nikki and Nattie at Lake Tahoe, California. Paige talks about a guy trying to bullying her after a show in Chicago for her weight. Everyone is disgusted.

Tamina, Dasha Fuentes and Trinity head to a restaurant in Atlanta, Georgia. Trinity feels like she is suffocated in her relationship with Jon Uso and that they barely have time for each other. She says she moved to Pensacola, Florida for her family, but she feels like she is not exactly living her life.

Brie, Nikki, Nattie, Paige and Lana see the cabin they are all staying at. Everyone pranks Lana with the bed that comes out of the wall, but Lana is not having it and decides to hijack one of the rooms.

Nia Jax shows up at the cabin in Lake Tahoe, California as Lana takes over Paige and Nia Jax's room. Lana refuses to relinquish their room and go to the one in the bedroom. Paige calls Lana a brat and tells her not to be near her for the rest of the trip, and Nia has to hold her back. Nattie has to have a talk with Lana as Paige tells Brie and Nikki what is going on, and Nikki is shocked as the trip is going downhill. Meanwhile, Lana refuses to back down to Paige. After Nattie leaves, Lana tells Rusev about what is going on. After Rusev asks Lana why she is still there, Nikki and Nattie talk about what has just happened regarding Lana, and both of them are shocked at what has just happened.

In Atlanta, Georgia, Tamina, Dasha and Trinity meet Trinity's uncle, Uncle Buck, as they go to the club. Trinity realizes she really missed Atlanta.

At Lake Tahoe, California, Lana tells everyone that she is leaving after everything that has happened. Paige shows up and spills her guts, saying that she has never liked her ever since a tweet on Twitter that Lana made about her three years ago. Both Paige and Lana almost immediately come to blows, and Nikki realizes that Lana hijacking Paige's room - which made Paige feel special after being treated rather badly for some time - made Paige snap. Meanwhile, Nattie talks with Lana again, and tells her that she has to move past this.

Paige calls her boyfriend Kalan on the phone and mentions what has happened between her and Lana. Kalan tells her to be the bigger person. Paige apologizes to Lana, saying she went too far, doesn't want any more tension and doesn't want Lana to leave. Lana appreciates the apology and forgives her, but she is still distraught. Paige and Lana decide to cheer up by messing with everyone else, with Lana tossing a glass of wine at Paige. When Paige chases Lana into Paige's room, everyone finds out it is a rib.

At Lake Tahoe, California, everyone meets at the patio, where Nikki wants everyone to know that she wants everyone to bond and have a happy experience. She hands everyone a goodie bag with some stuff for some activities they will do for the rest of the trip, including a journal to write things down in, and proposes that everyone go without their phones for the day. Afterwards, everybody fools around, and Nia Jax finally sees "Brie Mode" first-hand.

In Atlanta, Georgia, Trinity talks with Uncle Buck. Trinity mentions that she is wanting to move here with Jon Uso and their kids, but can't. She also wishes that Jon Uso could join her in Atlanta right now.

Back at Lake Tahoe, California, everybody has fun at the nearby lake. Paige and Nia Jax sneak into the safety box where everyone has stored their phones for the day, but get caught after they make it to the patio. Afterwards, everyone has fun in the water, and Lana talks with Brie, Nikki and Nattie about the events with Paige from the other day, saying she still feels hurt.

Brie and Nikki talk at the patio. They realize that Paige and Lana have had issues in the past that they need to work out, and believe that Lake Tahoe is the perfect place for it.

Back in Atlanta, Georgia, Trinity, Tamina and Dasha Fuentes check out some apartments in the area in an attempt to see if she can be in Atlanta more often. After checking out an apartment, Trinity feels more confident that she can focus more on herself while balancing being a wife and mother.

Back at Lake Tahoe, California, Paige calls her family, whom she misses a lot. As she talks with them, she realizes that she may have been very hard on Lana and needs to smooth things out with her.

At SmackDown Live in Memphis, Tennessee, Trinity talks with Jon Uso about wanting to get away to Atlanta, Georgia, but Trinity cannot exactly get the words out and thinks she is trying to get away from him.

Total Divas Island - Total Divas recap for October 31, 2018

At Brie and Bryan's house, Brie looks up the current slang words of the moment as Bryan puts a playset together for Birdie.

At SmackDown Live in Worcester, Massachusetts, Paige and Dasha Fuentes have a chat when Paige asks her and a few other people what kind of normal, non-wrestling job they would like. Paige mentions taht she has been wrestling since she was thirteen years old, and because of that, she never had a summer job.

Backstage, Lana calls Nattie before her match, which is a Women's Division Money In The Bank Qualifier. Nattie tells Lana that tonight is her night. After the match, Lana meets with Trinity, hoping to get a few pointers on the Women's Money In The Bank Ladder Match.

At Nia Jax's house, Paige shows up to visit. Paige proposes going to a pizzeria and flipping some pizzas. Nia Jax is up for the idea.

In San Diego, California, Rusev and Lana talk about the latter's Money In The Bank Ladder Match. Lana has asked Bryan to help her get prepared for the match, as Bryan has had quite a few of them and has done well in them. When Rusev and Lana show up to visit Brie and Bryan - much to Brie's surprise - and despite Rusev being hard on her regarding training in the past, Lana is glad that Rusev is here to support her.

Rusev talks with Nikki about Birdie's birthday party - or lack thereof, due to Bryan being on the road - and Nikki thinks that having a late birthday party for Birdie with several people is a bright idea.

Nia Jax and Paige head to a pizzeria and work as waitresses and pizza makers for the day. Paige decides to do more odd jobs to make this a best two-out-of-three competition.

Lana practices with Bryan on how to handle a ladder in a Money In The Bank Ladder Match.

Lana rides with Brie and Bryan while Rusev rides with Nikki. We learn that Rusev wants to be a father, but Lana still wants to accomplish some things in WWE before she has a child.

Nikki and Rusev head to the bakery. Rusev comes up with the idea of a small piece of bread with Birdie's footprints in it. Nikki does not know how Brie will handle it, since she and Rusev are doing this behind Brie and Bryan's back.

Nikki and Rusev find a place to celebrate Birdie's first birthday party.

Paige comes up with another odd job that they can do: riding pedi cabs. It doesn't take long for Nia Jax to concede defeat due to the weather making it harder to pedal.

Lana, Rusev, Brie and Nikki have dinner at a restaurant. Rusev brings up having a child with Lana, but Lana still wants to wait before having a kid - even though Rusev is in the mood to be a father - and does not want to give up on her WWE dreams.

Paige and Nia Jax head to their third job at a bowling alley, where they clean pins, get a stuck ball out of a bowling lane and try to find an old woman's glasses. Paige realizes she is not exactly cut out for a normal job due to wrestling being her whole life.

Nikki and Rusev buy toys for Birdie's birthday party. They both have wildly differing ideas for what gifts to give Birdie On the ride out, Rusev has second thoughts about being a father as he talks with Nikki.

Lana trains with Bryan for the Money In The Bank Ladder Match, and has improved much. Lana talks with Brie about having a baby, and Brie tells Lana to wait until her gut feeling tells her it is time as she may be out for over a year after having a kid. Lana says she wants to be a great mom, but she is not at that level yet.

Rusev and Nikki get Birdie's birthday party ready. Brie and Bryan show up with Birdie, and the birthday party is a big success. During the party, Lana talks with Rusev alone, and Rusev tells her that he has changed his mind on having a child due to what Lana wants to do, and says it is better that they wait. Lana is glad that Rusev is supportive of her, and feels that he would make a wonderful dad as Rusev dresses as a clown for the party.

Total Divas Island - Total Divas recap for October 24, 2018

At Raw in Richmond, Virginia, Nattie and Nia Jax talk about their trip to Miami, Florida tomorrow. Nia isn't excited about it, as she wants to be in her house that she is barely in. Charly Caruso and Titus O'Neil show up with birthday cupcakes for Nia as well as Nattie, who will also be celebrating her birthday along with Nia. Nia pushes a cupcake in Nattie's face and runs away as a prank.

Brie and Nikki are in Miami, Florida. They make it to very expansive hotel room, and Lana, Nattie, Paige and Nia Jax join them the following morning. On the way to the hotel, Paige finds Brandon, a guy she found on a modeling website who will be the bartender for the party. Paige and Lana drink beer from the bottom of a beer can, then Nikki announces that there will be surprises in store for Nattie and Nia. Brie, not aware of this, wonders how she is going to surprise Nattie and Nia.

As everyone is at the pool, everyone notices that a member of the media is taking pictures of all of them because Nikki is there. Nikki feels like her privacy has been violated.

Lana and Brandon take shots of Fireball, and as Brandon talks with Nikki, Lana has the munchies and Brie has to call out for pizza. When Nattie helps her to the balcony, Lana runs into the glass sliding door. Paige finds it weird she is becoming the responsible one.

Lana surprises Nattie and Nia Jax with an expensive Lamborghini, much to the surprise of Brie, who thought the gifts would be more sentimental and nothing like this. Nattie and Nia take a ride around town in the Lamborghini.

Paige surprises everyone with a naked man acting as a human sushi plate. Nobody knows what to make of this, and everyone ends up going to another table, where Nattie and Nia are greeted by an old man dressed as a naked birthday angel, which ends up being more awkward that the naked sushi guy. Everybody decides to get a drink back at the hotel. Everybody has wine and dessert at the hotel, and Nattie proposes ribbing Lana, who is the only one not there besides Nia Jax (who has already gone to bed at this point), by putting whip cream on her face. Brie thinks only part of her will get away with it, but everyone is interested. They get some whip cream, then sneak into Lana's room and spray champagne on Lana while Nattie tosses the whip cream in her face. After Lana takes a shower, Lana gets back at Natalya by pouring champagne on her and chasing her around the hotel room.

The next morning, Nia Jax, Brie and Nattie meet for breakfast, and everyone makes up with Lana.

As everyone has lunch, Nia mentions that Brie and Nikki's mother Kathy wished her a happy birthday and that she has not seen her own mother in two months. She cannot bear to talk much about it, since she feels a bit homesick. Suddenly, Nikki opens the door for two women who happen to be dancers - Sharna Burgess from Dancing With The Stars, and Brinn Nicole, the choreographer for Pumpfident - and proposes that that she and the rest of the girls practice for a dance-off at a club later on. Nia Jax has misgivings about this, since she throws people around for a living, and takes a few shots to ease her nerves.

The girls split up in two group of three and practice for the dance-off. Nikki, Nattie and Sharna almost spy on the other team, but they show up just as the other team is done.

Nikki, Brie, Nattie, Lana and Paige cool off outside and have some drinks. All of a sudden, Nikki notices a group of paparazzi hiding behind the bushes. Everyone is a tad concerned, but it ultimately doesn't bother them as they all head to the pool.

Everyone has shots on the balcony with Brandon as well as a photo on the last day of the trip to Miami, Florida, and there are now even more paparazzi then before. Nikki decides to flirt with Brandon to give the paparazzi something to take a picture of.

Later, everyone gets ready for the dance-off. Everyone has a drink as Nia Jax thanks everyone for the fun time in Miami, Florida. They head to a restaurant, and Lana has to try not to drink any more so she doesn't mess up during the dance-off. Brie surprises Nattie and Nia by having flown Nattie's mom Ellie and Nia Jax's mom Renate to the restaurant, who show up disguised as restaurant workers, much to Nia and Nattie's surprise. Everyone then takes a party bus to the club, where the dance-off takes place. Much to Nikki's surprise, Nia Jax ends up feeling very confident on the dance floor, and her team wins the dance-off. Nattie and Nia are very grateful for everything, especially Nia, who is more than overjoyed to have her mom with her for this.

Total Divas Island - Total Divas recap for October 17, 2018

At SmackDown Live in Ontario, California, Paige is heckled by "fans" who ask if there will be a sequel to her "home movie" that was leaked onto the Internet. Meanwhile, Lana is frustrated with not being in a storyline after making pitch after pitch to WWE creative, and Rusev asks her to stay positive.

At Nia Jax's new house, Nattie visits Nia. The house is Nia's first house on her own, and she needs a little help getting things set up. She sets it up as a housewarming party, and Trinity and Lana also show up. Lana plans to take the opportunity to collaborate with everyone else to make herself more identifiable on the SmackDown Live roster.

At Brie and Bryan's house, Brie and Nikki try to set up their office when Paige calls. Paige says she will be in the area for the next few days and wants to know if they want to hang up. Brie and Nikki are ecstatic at the idea as Paige says she wants to get caught up on things. Brie hopes to have more of a "rock 'n roll weekend" compared to the awkward tea time that they had the last time they all got together.

At Nia Jax's house, Nattie is trying to build a bookshelf, but has problems with the instruction. Meanwhile, Naomi is not happy with the idea of having to do work at Nia's house, and Lana has no idea what to do. Nattie feels Nia's heart is in the right place, but she does not exactly want to be a part of this. At the same time, she does not want to hurt Nia's feelings.

At Brie and Bryan's house, Paige shows up. Even though it is outside of her comfort zone, Paige is enjoying her SmackDown Live General Manager role. She tries to take the opportunity to learn things from Brie and Nikki so she can be taken more seriously. Brie and Nikki also show off the home office.

At Nia's house, Nia finds out everyone has left and that nobody is answering her phone calls back, and has to do everything herself. Meanwhile, Lana, Trinity and Nattie all went to a hotel to sleep, and on the way to a shopping trip, Lana tries to bounce ideas off of Nattie to become more noticeable on WWE programming to see what sticks.

Brie, Nikki and Paige hang out in San Diego and head to a dive bar called The Tipsy Crow to play pool and have a good time.

Nattie, Lana and Trinity go shopping to try some character ideas for Lana. Lana notices that nobody on the women's roster has full, light pink hair, and buys some hair color, knowing that she will probably get in trouble if WWE does not like it.

At Nia's house, Nattie, Trinity and Lana make up with Nia. As Trinity helps Nia paint the walls, Nattie helps Lana color her hair light pink. It doesn't work out very well, and when Nia finds out what is going on, it gets very awkward.

Paige asks Brie and Nikki for advice on how to deal with criticism, and opens up not people calling her nasty things, having private things being leaked onto the Internet and contemplating suicide. Brie and Nikki open her up to looking at things in more of a positive light.

At Nia Jax's house, Lana is still in the shower as Nattie learns what "balls deep" actually means. As Lana gets her hair dried, Nia finds pink hair color on her bathroom wall. An irritated Nia and the rest of the women almost butt heads, with Nia saying that this home is a dream of hers after living modestly throughout her life and everyone else saying that they were not expecting to be put to work when they showed up, and just want Nia to be honest. Nia proposes that they all leave the house and go have some real fun after learning to appreciate what she has managed to do on her own.

Brie, Nikki and Paige find a business where people pay to smash cars to let loose some anger and stress.

Nia Jax, Nattie, Trinity and Lana head to a resort in Orlando, Florida. Backstage interview Dasha Fuentes is also there. Everyone also has fun at the pool, but Nattie tells Lana that her hair looks like "dusty, dingy pink." Lana storms off and heads into the family restroom where Trinity is, and Nattie has to follow her to apologize for being brutally honest. Lana wants to not look like everyone else, but everyone has to remind her that her spirit makes her unique and that nobody else has come out on a tank at WrestleMania. Lana decides to go back to being blonde, then everyone has fun at the pool again.

Backstage at SmackDown Live in Baltimore, Maryland, Paige is able to enjoy being on shows more often after her talk with Brie and Nikki. Meanwhile, Lana talks with Vice President of Talent Relations Mark Carrano, who tells her that she is back on television.

One week later, Lana finally appears on television along with Rusev and Aiden English.

Total Divas Island - Total Divas recap for October 10, 2018

At Nattie and TJ's house, Nattie shares yogurt with a cat as she tells TJ that she is having a barbecue party for twenty people. TJ reminds her of the last time she hosted a party, but Nattie asks TJ to let her redeem herself. TJ gives her the opportunity, and Lana becomes the first person Nattie invites. Lana accepts the invitation despite being more than an hour today, and also invites her to spend the night in their spare bedroom.

In San Diego, California, Brie and Nikki meet Bryan at Brie and Bryan's house. Brie talks about breastfeeding, and Nikki is amazed about what Brie knows - and has done - concerning it. Nikki tries using Brie's pump, but feels awkward using it in front of people.

Nia Jax meets Paige in Paige's house. They head out to buy things for Nia's house as somebody works on Paige's house. Meanwhile, Nia feels that Paige has not been very lucky in the dating game, and tries to hook Paige up with her brother.

Nattie prepares the spare bedroom for Lana when Lana shows up. Lana is surprised by the complimentary gifts that Nattie has left out for her. Meanwhile, Nattie asks Jim and Ellie to help her buy some meat for the barbecue. Jim, Ellie and Lana give Nattie a hard time.

At Brie and Bryan's house, Bryan cleans up after the dogs when Brie talks about how she is burned out about having to pump breast milk for Birdie, especially with her packed everyday schedule. She considers quitting pumping and breastfeeding.

At Paige's house, we are introduced to Paige's new boyfriend, Kalan, the "maintenance man" that Paige told Nia Jax about. Right now, she wants to be alone and herself with Kalan alone for a little while.

At Nattie and TJ's house, Nattie and her friend Mickey prepare the fruit for the barbecue. Meanwhile, Jim, Lana and Ellie go shopping for the meat. More of Nattie's friends show up, including Titus O'Neil, bring food for the barbecue while Jim, Lana and Ellie buy more than enough meat. Since there is no beer at the House of Meats, Jim, Lana and Ellie head to a bear for drinks. Nattie calls Lana to see where they are, but Lana does not pick up.

Paige meets Nia Jax's brother Ben for the date. Paige does what she can to make herself seem as repulsive as possible so that Ben never dates her again, as she does not anyone to push her into a date.

Lana, Jim and Ellie head to a bar for drinks as Nattie prepares salad at home. Nattie tries to call Lana again, and finds out that Lana and her parents are drunk and that she has to drive them all home.

Nattie finally shows up at the bar to get Jim, Lana and Ellie home. Lana gets everyone to cheer for Nattie, then Lana has to be carried over to the vehicle. Everyone makes it home, then a drunk Lana - and a drunk Ellie, who is never drunk - get everybody's attention while Nattie tries to get all the meet cooked.

Brie goes to a breastfeeding support group to see how other people handle breastfeeding. She finds out that breastfeeding is not only for nutrients, but also to strengthen mother-baby bonds, and she also finds it easier to do what she needs to do.

At Nattie and TJ's house, Nattie feels defeated, as Ellie is drunk and the barbecue does not work. Lana tells Nattie that she is putting too much pressure on herself, and Titus lends a hand in getting the food ready. Jim and Ellie are still drunk, but everyone is still enjoying themselves and having a good time.

In Orlando, Nia Jax, Ben and Kayla Braxton meet at a restaurant with Natalya and Paige to celebrate Paige becoming SmackDown Live General Manager. Nia mentions Paige's date with Ben, which Ben thought was a little weird. When Paige shows up, Paige feels bad for Ben as she feels he has suffered enough. Nia does not exactly get the message that Paige does not want to be in another date, while Nattie says that she does not see the love connection. Paige leaves the restaurant, much to the surprise of everyone else.

Nattie and Nia Jax check on Paige at her house. Instead of Paige, Kalan answers the door, and Paige announces that Kalan is her boyfriend. Nia finally gets the message that she was not interested in a date, and that Paige wants some privacy concerning her relationships.

At Brie and Bryan's house, Brie announces that this morning was her last breastfeed, as nothing came out when she pumped and Birdie pushed it away. Brie and Bryan accept the fact this has come to an end and that Brie tried the best she could concerning breastfeeding Birdie.

Brie and Nikki have a light-hearted discussion involving synonyms for "penis."

Backstage at SmackDown Live, Paige is back as SmackDown Live General Manager, and she is honored to have the opportunity and be the boss.

Backstage at catering, Jon Uso has been on a healther diet that has helped him lose 50 pounds. He asks Trinity to try to eat healthier for one week after seeing things that are less than healthy on her plate.

Backstage, Lana talks to Paige about not having been on television for twelve weeks since the Women's Royal Rumble Match. She wants to be part of a compelling story line and doesn't care if she is cheered or booed, but since she is not on television right now, she has made a movie with her brother called Other Versions Of You, which also stars Rusev and is the first movie she has ever produced.

Backstage at Raw in Hartford, Connecticut, the Superstar Shake-Up has commenced. Nattie is on Raw, and cannot wait to work with "Rowdy" Ronda Rousey. We also learn about Nattie's wardrobe malfunction at the Women's Royal Rumble Match. Nattie and Trinity then meet Ronda Rousey backstage.

In Pensacola, Florida, Trinity has not been sticking to health eating for a week. She comes home from a restaurant drive-thru to see Jon working out, and places the food near the garbage can before sneaking through the front door. Jon Uso immediately suspects something and finds the fast food. He then takes it upon himself to clean the pantry of anything sugary and throw it in a garbage bag.

In Los Angeles, California, Lana and Rusev are heading to meet with some movie distributors concerning Other Version Of You. Lana has the idea of tipping off the local paparazzi about where they are at in order to create some buzz, and has already called her publicist. Eventually, the paparazzi show up, and Rusev talks about his match at Greatest Royal Rumble as well as Other Versions Of You.

In Tampa, Florida, Ellie and Jim show up at Nattie's house with Kentucky Fried Chicken. Suddenly, Nattie gets a call from Paige and Nia, who joke around about her Women's Royal Rumble wardrobe malfunction.

In Los Angeles, California, Lana and Rusev head to the screening of Other Versions Of You with the movie distributors. Lana notices that TMZ has picked up on them talking about the movie and has run the interview, but only showed the part where Rusev is talking about his match at Greatest Royal Rumble.

In Tampa, Florida, Ellie has brought women's underwear in case of a wardrobe malfunction, but the underwear is twice the size of her waist and easily fits Jim, who says it looks like "old woman underwear."

In Los Angeles, California, Lana and Rusev and trailed by the paparazzi as they head to a restaurant together. They toast to the movie, then Lana tries to come up with a publicity stunt to get even more buzz and get booked on WWE programming. Lana feels like she's doing something wrong, but Rusev tells her she is doing everything right and that she has the talent and the passion, and that is why she is willing to help her with the movie.

In Pensacola, Florida, Jon Uso tells Trinity that he has brought a beekeeper to the house to make natural honey. Trinity cannot believe what is happening, and thinks that Jon has lost his mind. Both Jon and Trinity suit up in beekeeping suits to see the process. Naomi appreciates it, but does not want to do this permanently.

In Los Angeles, California, Lana and Rusev head to a beach for their publicity stunt: an implied nude sex photo shoot on the beach that recreates a scene from From Here To Eternity.

Backstage at SmackDown Live in Toledo, Ohio, Trinity admits to Jon that he has been cheating on him, saying she has been sneaking sweets the entire time. The one-week diet is called off. Meanwhile, Lana and Rusev meet with Vice President of Talent Relations Mark Carrano, who mentions the implied nude sex photo shoot, which has appeared on a nude celeb photo website. Carrano asks them to give them a heads-up in case they do something like this again so they can cover their bases. Lana does not regret doing what she does, and continues to be proactive in getting WWE's attention, as well-behaved women rarely make history.

Backstage at Raw in St. Louis, Missouri, Nattie finds out that not only is she working with "Rowdy" Ronda Rousey, but she is also in tonight's main event. Nevertheless, people are still bringing up the wardrobe malfunction. Nattie asks for advice from Nia Jax, who tells her to worry about the stuff she can control. The main event match leaves Nattie feeling excited for what is happening in the near future, especially since everything has stayed in place as far as her wardrobe is concerned.

We see an "in memoriam" screen for Nattie's father, Jim "The Anvil" Neidhart.

Total Divas Island - Total Divas recap for September 26, 2018

In New Orleans, Louisiana, it is the day of WrestleMania. Brie and Nikki try to figure out how they can sneak alcohol into the arena so they can celebrate the progress in the women's division in the last few years. On the way to the arena, however, Lana accidentally knocks the alcohol out of her hands.

Nia Jax is worried about being at her first WrestleMania, but she has decided to put her big girl pants on do what she does everyday. Meanwhile, Nattie tells Paige that she had a big fight with TJ, whom she wants to make her feel like the most special girl in the world and not just a fly on the wall. Paige talks with TJ backstage, and Nattie soon shows up. Nattie explains herself, and Paige gets them idea to get them to talk things out only to realize she may have made a big mistake. Nattie ends up feeling worse instead of better, and she ends up feeling defeated and not as confident since TJ is being blunt with her. Nattie says she feels insignificant, but Paige tells her she is not insignificant and that she has to be confident by her own means.

Paige and Sonya Deville talk about the full-circle nation of their main roster debuts taking place in the exact same venues four years apart, then WrestleMania commences.

Backstage, Paige asks Daniel Bryan for advice on a retirement speech. He tells her to be proud of her career and accomplishment just like he did, and to be proud of her wrestling heritage as well. He also tells her to focus on the positive and all of the fans and accomplishments made along the way.

Brie and Nikki meet with TJ. TJ talks with them about what is going on between him and Nattie, and they tell him to just compliment her. Afterwards, everyone in the women's dressing room try ot build each other up before the show.

The WrestleMania Women's Battle Royal commences. Brie and Nikki watch from the back as Paige guests on commentary. Paige says she could not be happier for the women's division for having four matches at WrestleMania, but it feels bittersweet since she can't be a part of any of them. Naomi considers her victory in the women's battle royal a testament to the women's division's growth and a historial moment in her career.

Backstage, TJ hands Nattie a bouquet of flowers and a card, saying he is proud of her, much to the surprise of Nattie. Everyone then watches "Rowdy" Ronda Rousey's debut match and is surprised by how good Ronda has gotten in so short a time. Meanwhile, Nia Jax is trying to figure out how she is going to top that, given that Nia and Alexa has not talked to each other much in real life following their tiff. After that, Nia Jax's match with Alexa Bliss for the WWE Raw Women's Championship takes place, and Nia and Alexa bring the house down. After the match, Nia is given a hero's welcome in the back.

After WrestleMania, Brie and Nikki talk about the promises that Nattie made concerning their WWE Superstore appearance. In order to make it right, Brie and Nikki have brunch with some of the fans that were promised a hang-out, and they both apologize to them for everything while also making the brunch an informal Q&A session. Brie realizes that she can't do everything by herself, and realizes that she needs Nikki to lend a hand with the businesses.

Paige, Mandy Rose and Sonya Deville head to a shop called "Trashy Diva" as the three of them hang out. Lana texts Paige, but Paige does not answer and the three of them have a laugh about it. Later that night, the three of them have a wild time on Bourbon Street. Later, everyone joins up at a restaurant for drinks. Everyone feels it is surreal that Paige is retiring tomorrow, especially Lana, and Nattie wants Paige to take care of her body and know that she will be there for her.

The following night at the Raw after WrestleMania, Nia Jax has her first photo shoot as WWE Raw Women's Champion. Meanwhile, Paige has to tell the world that she will no longer be an in-ring competitor, and while she does not want to say good-bye, she has to do it. Paige has her retirement speech, and she feels it hurts to tell the people goodbye as she loves the fans and their energy, as they brought her up when she felt at her lowest. Paige is also thankful for her accomplishments in WWE. Afterwards, Paige realizes she has to think about her future.
