Red Carpet Rumble, Week One - Championship Wrestling recap for August 16, 2026

5150 (Danny Limelight and Slice Boogie) retain the UWN World Tag Team Championships against Thunder and Lightning ("All Day" Will Allday and Cam Cole).

Jonny Loquasto introduces both Marty "The Moth" Casaus - accompanied by his Director of Physicality, Shane Hartline - and "Outlandish" Zicky Dice for a Slapfight rematch. Zicky Dice will slap first due to winning the coin toss, then referee Chris Massie takes over as the official. At the first two attempts, Casaus flinches, and the third time, Shane Hartline stops Zicky, and Casaus takes the table and retreats. Effy shows up to stand up for Zicky, and he tells Zicky that he has an idea.

Backstage, Zicky Dice and Effy meets with Jonny Loquasto, with Zicky wanting something to be done regarding Marty "The Moth" Casaus and Shane Hartline. Effy proposes a tag team match against Casaus and Hartline, and Loquasto says he will get it done.

Simone beats Delilah Doom. After the match, Simone tells Big Mama she is next and that she wants her title shot at the next Sunday Night Slam, stating that the UWN Women's Championship is hers.

Backstage, Jonny Loquasto confronts with Marty "The Moth" Casaus and Shane Hartline for avoiding all physicality, and Hartline says that the conditions must be perfect for Casaus to uphold the contract for the Slapfight rematch. Loquasto tells Casaus and Hartline that the conditions are perfect for a tag team match against Zicky Dice and Effy. Hartline threatens to sue Loquasto as Loquasto leaves.

"Outlandish" Zicky Dice and Effy beat Marty "The Moth" Casaus and Shane Hartline after Effy kisses Shane Hartline as Casaus holds Zicky down, distracting referee Chris Massie so that Zicky can kick Casaus low and win with a schoolkid pin.

Championship Gold - Championship Wrestling From Atlanta/Hollywood recap for December 12, 2021

Jordan Cruz retains the Hollywood Heritage Championship - now known as the United Heritage Championship after being consistently defended throughout the United Wrestling Network - against Effy.



Backstage, Ruby Raze says she got into women's wrestling so she could put Southern California on the map and make the local scene a little bit better. Since then, they have been pushed aside, shoved into corner and put in broom closets. She considers this to be disrespectful to her and every woman who puts their body on the line, but she and other women are still trudging along and putting themselves on the map despite that. She says that she will be carrying the banner for the company and for all the other woman out there and that she will be harder hitting, deeper digging and more heart than anyone has ever seen.

We hear from Halston Boddy, Viva Van and Dom Kubrick. Halston says it is a new era and that more money and more people have been coming since Coastline Clash. He says that Viva Van and Dom Kubrick are two of the most talented human beings, then says the lights are bright and that they are ready to entertain. Kubrick says that being at the top of the pyramid looks beautiful and that they are a guiding light shining like light through a prism. Viva Van says she will raise hell until she is the front of the women's division because she is hell-bent to death.

"The Golden Boy" Jordan Clearwater beats Honest John after Jack Banning shows up and distracts Clearwater before yanking at Honest John's ankle, allowing Clearwater to hit the Midas Touch for the win.



"Sweet" Robin Shaw - now accompanied by Jackson Calhoun and Cameron August, the three of which are now known as "The Enterprise" - beats Snypes with the vice grip. After the match, Jackson Calhoun introduces The Enterprise and says they are going straight to the top, and says that if anyone wants to diversify their portfolio, stocks will rise with them.



Ruby Raze and Savanna Stone beat Viva Van and Johnnie Robbie.

Championship Gold - Championship Wrestling From Atlanta recap for November 28, 2021

Before the next match, "Uptown" Andy Brown says that he is Championship Wrestling despite the disrespect he gets from the fans, and once the fans understand, they will understand who he is, as he is more than a man.

"Uptown" Andy Brown beats "The Aerial Artist" Zenshi.



Backstage, we hear from Baron Black, who talks about how he proved himself against Lord Crewe only for Crewe to disrespect him later, which led to a backstage confrontation and a second match where he got knocked out. He says he wanted to continue with the match, but the referee called it, and it is what it is. He says that "even" does not sit well, and that someone has to be either knocked out or tapped out and it will not be him. Baron Black says he hasn't seen anything yet if Lord Crewe thinks he has seen the best of him, and that Lord Crewe will see why he is called "The Empbruh."

Karl Fredericks beats AC Mack.



Backstage, Heather Monroe says she has been wrestling for a long time and that the future has never made less sense than now. Heather says that following her feud with Reka Tehaka, she needs to go away for a little bit and think about what she needs to do.



We see a vignette of Marina Shafir training.



Marti Belle is in the ring. She says that she hoped that her first time in the ring would be a happy one where she would slap hands with the fans, but it is not and Dani Jordyn is the reason why. She says she is tired of Dani calling her a has-been and giving up on her wrestling career, then says the boots are back on before calling her out. "Outlandish" Zicky Dice guests on commentary for the next match while Dani Jordyn says that Marti Belle is "spicy" and wants to get her hands on her, then says she surpassed her in her career with the advice she gave her. She also says fans care about her for having a pretty face, then says she cannot touch her thanks to management and that she would know nothing about having a contract after not having had one in the last ten years. She then says that since she is not medically clear cannot wrestle due to Marti Belle injuring her, she has another opponent for Marti Belle: Angelica Risk.

Marti Belle beast Angelica Risk despite a cheap shot by Dani Jordyn.



We hear from Lord Crewe, who says he has already knocked Baron Black out once and that he will knock him out for good next week.

We see a vignette for Rey Fury followed by "December 4, 2021."

Alan "5" Angels vs. Effy ends in a no-contest when David Ali interferes. After the match, Angels and Effy beat up David Ali and hit him with a Dudley Death Drop, then hug in the ring.

Championship Gold - Championship Wrestling From Atlanta recap for October 24, 2021

Before the next match, Howdy Price says he and Levi Shapiro have officially arrived and that they can see why they waited: it smells bad here due to the manure used for Georgia's peaches. He says that he has brought something more exciting that than the new tree that has sprouted out around here, and that they will lay down an open challenge to anyone in the locker room with one year of experience. Suddenly, Jonah Turk shows up to accept the challenge.

Levi Shapiro quickly retains the United Television Championship against Jonah Turk with the claw from the top rope.



Backstage, Dustin Starr interviews Manny Lemons, who reminds the people who he is after saying that he has not lost his zest.

Baron Black beats Manny Lemons with a Texas Cloverleaf. After the match, Baron Black calls out Lord Crewe, saying he just woken one of the biggest technical giants, that it is "on sight," and that his ass is grass the next time he sees him.



Backstage, we hear from Effy, who says that he tends to make Championship Wrestling From Atlanta his personal buffet table and take it over, and that he will be eating those oysters, collecting those pearls, and that Atlanta will soon be his home.

Heather Monroe beats Reka Tehaka. During the match, Heather grabs the timekeeper's chair. When the referee takes it away, Heather hits Reka with her fan, then hits a backpack stunner for the win. Reka Tehaka tries to kick out, but she kicks out too late.



Backstage, Marti Belle interviews Lord Krewe. Krewe says his recent actions spoke louder than his words, then says "Any other questions?"

The Tate Twins (Brandon and Brent Tate) beat inFAMy (Robin Steele and Joeasa). After the match, inFAMy hit The Tate Twins with a low blow as The Rapture watch from ringside and enjoy what they see.



Backstage, Marti Belle interviews "Outlandish" Zicky Dice. Zicky says that what others call "chaos," he calls "outlandish." Suddenly, Dani Jordyn shows up and tells Zicky Dice there's something he'll want to see backstage, then tells Marti Belle she "smells like a baby prostitute."



Effy beats "Uptown" Andy Brown after reversing the Fatality into a jackknife pin.
