Memphis Thing - Memphis Wrestling recap for March 28, 2026

We hear from The Modern Day Monsters (Bruce and Morrow). Bruce says the WrestleCenter ban does not mean that they and The Slaughterhouse (The Reverend Ash Taylor, Jagged James, Nasty Nick) cannot meet in the parking lot, then says that they are ready and want to know where The Slaughterhouse is.

Dustin Starr interviews Tim Bosby at the announce desk. Bosby says he always delivers on his promises, then introduces Frankie Kazarian to the announce desk. Kazarian says nobody knows better than him what it is like to be screwed out of a championship and that he was not going to stand idly by as Bosby got screwed, then Mike Anthony and Ray Sanders rush out with security and Matchmaker King Cobra holding them back. Mike Anthony makes it clear he and Sanders want Bosby and Kazarian, then tells King Cobra to make the match and give them their redemption. King Cobra makes it official for next week.



It is announced that Justin Case has suffered internal injuries and several broken ribs at the hands of "The Problem" Aaron Roberts and that he has experiences difficulties and complications breathing, walking and using the restroom by himself.

We see footage from Memphis Wrestling mascot Mane's first birthday party, which also featured Memphis Wrestling.

We hear from K-Toomer, who says that he does not cry over losses and make excuses. He says he learns from losses and moves on, but he does not forget where he is. He says that respect is taken, not given, and that he is taking his spot and his respect, and if he has to beat someone down, so be it. K-Toomer says he knows what he needs to do, but he must remind everyone of who he is first.

CJ Blaine beats Main Event Bradley by count-out. During the match, CJ Money shows up, then he and Bradley fight over Mama Money. As referees restore order on the outside, the referee in the ring counts Main Event Bradley out. After the match, the tug-of-war over Mama Money makes it way to the back.



The Slaughterhouse (The Reverend Ash Taylor, Jagged James, Nasty Nick) look for The Modern Day Monsters (Bruce and Morrow) in the parking lot.

The Modern Day Monsters (Bruce and Morrow) beat The Slaughterhouse (The Reverend Ash Taylor, Jagged James, Nasty Nick) in a parking lot brawl.



Backstage, Jake Brewer interviews VaShawn Harvey. VaShawn saves Brewer, then says he was close to finally getting championship gold in his hands and winning the big one, then blames Marko Stunt for the loss and says that "[Marko Stunt's] ass is grass" when he sees him.



It is announced that The Modern Day Monsters (Bruce and Morrow) and The Slaughterhouse (The Reverend Ash Taylor, Jagged James, Nasty Nick) will be in Memphis Wrestling's first-ever steel cage match at the WrestleCenter this Sunday.

The Super Friends (Wonder Boy and The Shocker) beat Robbie Maddox and Major Curtis.



Diana Taylor retains the Memphis Wrestling Women's Championship against Nixi XS and becomes the undisputed Memphis Wrestling Women's Champion.

SuperBout V, Week Two - Memphis Wrestling recap for February 14, 2026

Dustin Starr interviews "The GunShow" Brett Michaels at the announce desk. GunShow says it is good to be back home, then says he has a bit of a fork in the road and asks if he should call it quits or come back stronger than before. He says he changed his mind on his way to the show today, and that it is not over. He mentions that he has been in the main event of every SuperBout and that this year's event will not be any different, as you cannot have SuperBout without him. He says that he will be ringside when Mike Anthony, "The Gift" Ray Sanders and Tim Bosby face off for the Memphis Wrestling Heritage Championship, and that he will be the special enforcer.



Mike Mondo guests on commentary for the next match.

Wonderboy last eliminates Jack Passion to win the SuperBout Battle Royal and face Mike Mondo for the NWA National Championship next week.



We hear from Diana Taylor, who says that is is a new year, a new beginning and a new vision and that her sights are on Su Yung. She says that she will see Su Yung soon.



Backstage, Jack Brewer interviews VaShawn Harvey, who says that he is the hottest free agent in Memphis Wrestling and that he is taking the Cobra Cup home.



VaShawn Harvey beats CJ Blaine to advance to the finals of the Cobra Cup finals.



Backstage, Mama Money tells CJ Money to take care of things, then leaves. Big Nasty Phil catches up with CJ Money. He tells CJ Money that their match would not have happened if Main Event Bradley did not throw him under the bus, then tells him that Bradley is only here for Mama Money and that Bradley is using him.



Big Nasty Phil beats Main Event Bradley after CJ Money refuses to get in the ring when Bradley tells him to. CJ Money walks out on Bradley and Mama Money after the match.



We hear from "The Gift" Ray Sanders, who thanks the fans for fighting for him not just for SuperBout, but since day one, and thanks Derrick King for fighting for him as well. He says he will prove why he is "The Gift" and he will not let the fans down.



Diana Taylor retains the Memphis Wrestling Women's Championship in a Memphis Street Fight against Su Yung after countering a powerbomb into a barbed wire chair into a DDT into a barbed wire chair.

Memphis Thing - Memphis Wrestling recap for September 27, 2025

Dustin Starr interviews Sycho Simon at the announce desk. Simon demands the fans stand up, then tells Buff Bagwell that he will tear his other leg off if he shows up in Memphis Wrestling again and tells Big John Dalton that he will take Buff's beating today.

Sycho Simon retains the Memphis Wrestling Heritage Championship against Big John Dalton in a no rules match.



We see more footage of the hooded man, Bruce as a werewolf and a possessed Sister Asa.



We see footage of Memphis Wrestling at the Lauderdale County Fair.



Backstage, "The Gift" Ray Sanders meets with Matchmaker King Cobra, who says that Ray Sanders should be the #1 contender not for the Junior Heritage Championship, but for the Memphis Heritage Championship, and reminds him of the dangers of facing Sycho Simon. Matchmaker King Cobra then wants to know if Ray Sanders is up to the challenge.



The Hollywood Clique ("Hollywood" Jimmy Blaylock, Secret Service, Jay Smooth, Kale) shows up, and Jimmy Blaylock guests on commentary for the next match.

The Bizness Dawgs (Tim Grind and Lil' Homie) beat The Disorderlies (Disorderly #1 and Disorderly #2), The O'Neal Brothers (Steven and Devin O'Neal), Special Forces (James and Jayson) and the team of Wonderboy and The Shocker in a five-way tag team match to become #1 contenders for the Memphis Wrestling Tag Team Championships.



We see Makkari Kandy write a letter to J. Webb detailing how she has hurt her and everyone around her and states that enough is enough. Thunder is heard, but Makkari ignores it.



We see footage of Rikishi and Thamiko Fatu at a meet and greet with fans at the WrestleCenter.



Rikishi guests on commentary for the next match.

Thamiko Fatu beats "Hollywood" Eli Knox. After the match, Dustin Starr interviews Rikishi and Thamiko Fatu at the announce desk. Rikishi says it is good to be back home, and thanks the fans for their support and says it is always free to be kind to one another and to make the world a better place.



Dustin Starr interviews Main Event Bradley, CJ Money and Mama Money at the announce desk. Bradley says that he will show CJ Money exactly what happens when one, then says he has "Main Event Money" behind him and that he is going to be champion.

We see a video package of Mike Anthony's reign as Memphis Wrestling Internet Champion as part of his quest to be champion for a full 365 days.

Mike Anthony retains the Memphis Wrestling Internet Championship against Main Event Bradley. After the match, Justin Case shows up, then "The Chosen One" Zay Washington runs into the ring takes out Mike Anthony.

Memphis Thing - Memphis Wrestling recap for September 13, 2025

Dustin Starr interviews The Hollywood Clique - who are celebrating retaining the Memphis Wrestling Tag Team Championships - at the announce desk. Jimmy Blaylock says his mother always told him that "if you've got it, flaunt it," and that The Hollywood Clique will flaunt it. Blaylock mentions the great tag teams of old in Memphis wrestling history before saying that he has the best in Jay Smooth and Kale and that nobody will knock them off the mountain. Blaylock then has Jay Smooth and Kale flaunt the tag team titles in front of the crowd, which he calls "the trailer park," then proclaims they will flaunt the titles on Beale Street before flaunting them everywhere. He knows that everyone does not like it, but he does not care, and he declares The Hollywood Clique the greatest thing Memphis Wrestling has ever seen as well as the best tag team in Memphis Wrestling. Blaylock says they have the gold and that they will keep it no matter what.



We see footage of a man laughing maniacally (which is implied to be Morrow) as he puts on what looks like a straitjacket while the full moon is out. We then see one last sudden image of Brother Bruce.



Dustin Starr interviews The New Wave ("The Problem" Aaron Roberts, "The Chosen One" Zay Washington, Justin Case) at the announce desk. Justin Case says they have been sidelined and that they need to focus. Zay Washington says that they are taking over and that they left Mike Anthony laying and put him on notice.

"Livewire" Bobby Ford beats "The Chosen One" Zay Washington with a schoolkid pin after interference by both Justin Case and "The Problem" Aaron Roberts and the distraction by Mike Anthony, the latter of which allows Bobby Ford to win.



We see footage from last week where Gio Savage meets with people at the WrestleCenter as well as Matchmaker King Cobra before he is suddenly confronted and attacked by The L.A. Hustlers (Notorious Bradley and Ruffshot Lamonte).



Jake Brewer reports that there will be more on the Gio Savage-L.A. Hustlers situation as well as a medical update as the story develops. Also, VaShawn Harvey has been fined and suspended as per Matchmaker King Cobra following his post-match attack on referee Arthur Logan.



"The Gift" Ray Sanders beats Sevyn Cruz despite interference by KJ Rockett. After the match, Dustin Starr interviews Ray Sanders at the announce desk. Ray says he has been doing the best he can and taking it match by match, and that he is giving his best for the fans and that he will prove why he is "The Gift."



We hear from Big John Dalton, who says that Sycho Simon not only cost him the tag team titles but also attacked his mentor Buff Bagwell. He says he had to make a split-second decision and that he had to take care of his friend. He says that if Sycho Simon wants no rules, he has no rules.



We see photo stills from Sycho Simon and Big John Dalton's match from the Dyer County Fair.

We see footage from Tupelo Supershow of The Big Manes (Big John Dalton and K-Toomer) vs. The Hollywood Clique (Jay Smooth and Kale) in a no-rules match. Before the match, "Hollywood" Jimmy Blaylock introduces Jay Smooth and Kale and brags about having the tag team titles while the Secret Service agents collect all the Twinkies being thrown into the ring before demanding The Big Manes enter the ring with Coach Pillar in their corner. During the match, Coach Pillar is attacked at ringside and then dragged to the concession stand and attacked again by Jimmy Blaylock and one of the Secret Service agents. Coach Pillar soon gets back up and takes out the Secret Service agent before heading back to the ring with mustard and ketchup, which he squirts on "Hollywood" Jimmy Blaylock before beating him up. The Big Manes soon get the win.



Colton Cage and CJ Blaine beat Main Event Bradley and CJ Money.

Memphis Thing - Memphis Wrestling recap for July 12, 2025

It is announced that Marko "Hangtime" Harris has fallen ill and that someone else will be challenging Mike Anthony for the Memphis Wrestling Internet Champiopnship this week.

In backstage footage from last week, "Hollywood" Jimmy Blaylock is furious that one of his Secret Service agent's nose in broken and promises that there will be hell to pay for The Big Manes (K-Toomer and Big John Dalton).



Dustin Starr interviews The Hollywood Clique (Jimmy Blaylock, Jay Smooth, Secret Service) at the announce desk. Jimmy Blaylock says that Ray Collins' back is broken and that K-Toomer is a scumbag who belongs in prison. The Big Manes (K-Toomer and Big John Dalton) show up, and Blaylock gets furious at them for the beating The Big Manes dealt out during last week's show. When Dustin Starr reminds Blaylock that he instigated all of it, Blaylock says K-Toomer crossed a line and should be in prison. K-Toomer tells Blaylock to shut up and threatens to slap Jay Smooth, then says there will be no more games or jokes and that he will put The Hollywood Clique in the ground. Dustin Starr then announces that as per Matchmaker King Cobra, Jay Smooth will need to find a partner for a match for the tag team titles next week. Blaylock offers to be Smooth's partner, as does the other Secret Service member. K-Toomer says that The Big Manes are "the punishment of God" and that even if they bring their mother, they will put her in the ground, too.



Dustin Starr interviews Colton Cage at the announce desk. Colton Cage says that a few weeks and a lot of dedication can make a difference, then "Main Event" Bradley shows up and congratulates Colton Cage on being the shortest-reigning Junior Heritage Champion in history. He then says that he will beat Colton Cage and become Junior Heritage Champion, saying that the title was made for him. Colton Cage accepts, saying Bradley will have to kill him to take it.



Colton Cage retains the Memphis Wrestling Junior Heritage Championship against "Main Event" Bradley with the Cold Hearted Cutter despite tweaking his knee on the roll forward from the top rope when he cannot hit the Cupid's Arrow.



Backstage, Derrick King meets with Gio Savage and wants to know more about Gio Savage's personality and what makes him "the guy." Gio Savage says he is "the enemy of average" and promises to show that in the ring.



Gio Savage beats CJ Money.



The O'Neal Brothers (Steven and Devin O'Neal) beat The New Guys (Jake Bosche and Scott Stanley).



Backstage, "The Gift" Ray Sanders meets with Shark Boy. Shark Boy is looking for Wonder Boy and The Shocker, and Ray Sanders leads Shark Boy to them.



In backstage footage from last week, CJ Blaine thanks Jazz for the help, and Jazz tells CJ Blaine that if he needs help again, he knows who to call. CJ Blaine leaves, then Mike Anthony meets with Jazz and they both catch up on things.



Derrick King guests on commentary for the next match.

This week on Vybe Check, United Wrestling Network Women's Champion Big Mama is at the WrestleCenter along with Raven Black. Not surprisingly, Big Mama does not take Sevyn Cruz and KJ Rockett's disrespect towards Raven's looks and threatens to beat them up.



Dustin Starr interviews Mike Anthony at the announce desk. Mike Anthony admits he was looking forward to meeting Marko "Hangtime" Harris in the ring, as he has aimed for nothing but the top dogs since his Memphis Wrestling debut and had the audacity to propose the challenge a week beforehand, which he respects. He then says that his doors are still open and is about to say that he is the greatest Internet Champion of all time when Tim Bosby shows up. Tim Bosby reminds Mike Anthony that he is a three-time Internet Champion and the new franchise of Memphis Wrestling, then proposes "Franchise vs. MVP" right here, right now. Mike Anthony confidently accepts.

Tim Bosby vs. Mike Anthony for the Memphis Wrestling Heritage Championship ends with the interference of "The Problem" Aaron Roberts and "The Chosen One" Zay Washington. Tim Bosby gets in the ring, but the numbers game takes over as Justin Case arrives and directs traffic. Referees shows up and Roberts and Washington continue to do damage, and Bosby and Anthony are both hit with a Problem Bomb. Zay Washington then calls for a powerbomb from Roberts on Mike Anthony so he can hit Anthony with a top rope moonsault. He then shoves Bosby to Roberts for a choke slam.

Memphis Thing - Memphis Wrestling recap for June 21, 2025

Dustin Starr interviews Sycho Simon at the announce desk. He says "The GunShow" Brett Michaels may have been Superman, but he is Kryptonite. He then dares some fans to get in the ring with him. He says that the rulebook is out of the window not that he is champion, then says anyone crazy enough to walk down the aisle today will get a spike to the face.



Backstage, Crazzy Steve is met by "The Gift" Ray Sanders. Steve tells Sanders he will have to wait and find out to see what he is up to.



The Slaughterhouse (Nasty Nick and Jagged James) beat The Twins of Salem (Jackson Crowley and Abel Booker). After the match, Dustin Starr interviews Ash Taylor and The Slaughterhouse. Ash Taylor says that everyone else is nothing more than slabs of meat that will be torn apart.



Wonderboy beats J. Webb by disqualification after J. Webb chokes Wonderboy on the ropes and refuses to let go before the referee's five count. After the match, The Shocker pulls J. Webb off of Wonderboy, and J. Webb backs down.



Dustin Starr interviews Oso and Vashawn Harvey. Oso says Vashawn Harvey will make history when he becomes the inaugural Junior Heritage Champion, then calls out Colton Cage for a business proposition. Colton Cage shows up, then Oso mentions Colton's leg injury and asks him how much money he wants. Colton refuses to be paid off and attacks Vashawn Harvey, then leaves.



"Main Event" Bradley beats Kale and CJ Blaine in a Triple Threat Match to become #1 contender for the Memphis Wrestling Junior Heritage Championship after CJ Money and Momma Money show up and distract CJ Blaine.



Backstage, Jake Brewer interviews Matchmaker King Cobra, who makes a match between The L.A. Hustlers (Notorious Bradley and Ruffshot Lamonte) and The Bizness Dawgs (Tim Grind and Lil' Homie) next week.

Dustin Starr interviews CJ Blaine at the announce desk. He says it is time to get even and that he has friends in wrestling, and that he has back-up against CJ Money and Momma Money.



We see a vignette for a new wrestler who has come from the United States Army.

Dustin Starr interviews The L.A. Hustlers (Notorious Bradley and Ruffshot Lamonte) at the announce desk. Lamonte says that The Bizness Dawgs have forgotten what they did to Flex, then brings in someone to counter Xya Wolfe: Memphis legend Reggie B. Fine. Reggie says The L.A. Hustlers should have called him a long time ago and that he is taking them to the top, then tells Maria Starr to drop Dustin and get with him.



Sycho Simon retains the Memphis Wrestling Heritage Championship in a No Rules match against Crazzy Steve after elbow dropping Crazzy Steve through a table.

Memphis Thing - Memphis Wrestling recap for June 14, 2025

In backstage footage from earlier today, we see "The Problem" Aaron Roberts attacking and threatening Marko "Hangtime" Harris as officials and security try to restore order. It takes Justin Case to calm Aaron Roberts down.



Matchmaker King Cobra suddenly shows up. He gets the show started with a match and says that he will have an update on today's main event.



We see footage of Jazz coaching at the WrestleCenter.

CJ Blaine, Kale and "Main Event" Bradley beat "The Gift" Ray Sanders, The Shocker and CJ Money in a six-man tag match to face each other in a Triple Threat Match to decide the inaugural Junior Heritage Champion next week. This happens after Bradley drives Kale head-first into the mat before getting the pin and the win for his team.



Dustin Starr has an unscheduled interview with Marko "Hangtime" Harris at the announce desk. Marko says that if Aaron Roberts is "The Problem," then he is "the solution," and demands that Matchmaker King Cobra make their match official.

As Makkari Kandy fills up her candy bowl, Wonderboy shows up and congratulates her on her recent victory before the two of them hug. When Wonderboy leaves, J. Webb shows up and shakes his head.



Tim Bosby beats "The Gold Standard" Eli Knox by submission with the ankle lock.



Sycho Simon is interviewed backstage. Simon grabs the microphone and says that the rules are out the window, because when he beat "The GunShow" Brett Michaels for the Heritage title, he makes the rules.



Dustin Starr interviews The Bizzness Dawgs (Tim Grind, Lil' Homie, Xya Wolfe) at the announce desk. Tim Grind warns The L.A. Hustlers (Notorious Bradley and Ruffshot Lamonte) that they are coming for them and that they accepted their challenge a long time ago. Lil' Homie says that before he and Tim Grind take care of business with The L.A. Hustlers, Xya Wolfe will take care of business in the ring right now.



Nixi XS beats Xya Wolfe with a DDT to send a message to Diana Taylor. During the match, The L.A. Hustlers (Notorious Bradley and Ruffshot Lamonte) attack Tim Grind and Lil' Homie at ringside, and their brawl goes to the back. After the match, Dustin Starr interviews Nixi XS at the announce desk. Nixi says that Diana Taylor is crying in pain and says that she warned her, and says it is Diana's fault if she cannot show up to defend her title just like she defends hers. Nixi says that until Diana can meet her eye-to-eye and face-to-face in the ring, she will never be the real Memphis Women's Champion.



"The Gift" Ray Sanders meets with The Shocker at the snack bar, then The Shocker leaves and Ray Sandersis met by Oso and Vashawn Harvey. Oso says Vashawn will be the Junior Heritage Champion, then wishes Ray Sanders luck as they both leave.



Marko "Hangtime" Harris beats "The Problem" Aaron Roberts after missing a second Problem Bomb when he points at Pete Pranica in the corner.

Memphis Thing - Memphis Wrestling recap for June 7, 2025

Derrick King guests on commentary for the next match.

Colton Cage beats "Main Event" Bradley to advance to the finals of the Junior Heritage Championship Tournament. After the match, Dustin Starr interviews Colton Cage at the announce desk. Colton Cage says that he is back as himself, not as "The Casanova" or "The Walking Red Flag," and that he is sick and tired of seeing men put in less effort than he has getting opportunities. Colton Cage says that he will become undeniable, cold hearted and the first Junior Heritage Champion.



Dustin Starr interviews Reverend Ash Taylor and The Slaughterhouse (Reverend Ash Taylor, "Jagged" James Dean, "Nasty" Nick James). Reverend Ash has Marrow's mask in his hand as he introduces The Slaugterhouse, then tells them "Show 'em what we do."

The Slaughterhouse (Reverend Ash Taylor, "Jagged" James Dean, "Nasty" Nick James) beat The New Guys (Jake Bosche and Scott Stanley).



It is announced that Diana Taylor is suffering from visual impairment, especially in her right eye. Her diagnosis compasses a range of side effects from mild decreased vision to complete blindness. It is hoped that Diana Taylor will be able to address the fans in the coming weeks.

Derrick King guests on commentary for the next match.

VaShawn Harvey beats The Shocker to advance to the finals of the Junior Heritage Championship Tournament after Oso gets on the apron and tries to pay The Shocker off. The Shocker punches Oso off the apron, but Vashawn hits a low blow behind the referee's back followed by a DDT for the pin and the win.



We hear from The L.A. Hustlers (Notorious Bradley and Ruffshot Lamonte). Lamont says The Bizness Dogs want to get into their business, and if they want to get in their business, then they can handle business.

The Hollywood Clique (Ray Collins and Jay Smooth) beat The O'Neal Brothers (Steven and Devin O'Neal) after "Hollywood" Jimmy Blaylock passes his cane to Jay Smooth, who successfully uses it as a weapon. During the match, Jimmy Blaylock tries to get involved, but he gets punched out and hit with Wazzup, and when Secret Service gets involved during this, one of them gets beaten up while the other decides that discretion is the better part of valor and walks back down the ring steps.



We hear from Justin Case, who says that "The Chosen One" Zay Washington - who is pacing behind him - will prove he is the best of the best, not Scorpio Sky. Meanwhile, "The Problem" Aaron Roberts is beating someone up, and warns Marko "Hangtime" Harris not to mention Roberts or else he will get beat up, too.

Scorpio Sky beats "The Chosen One" Washington after Marko "Hangtime" Harris shows up and attacks Aaron Roberts as Roberts attacks Scorpio Sky.

Memphis Thing - Memphis Wrestling recap for May 24, 2025

Vashawn Harvey beats "The Gift" Ray Sanders in the first round of the Junior Heritage Championship Tournament after Oso gets on the apron and distracts both Sanders and the referee, which allows Oso to throws a chain to Vashawn so he can knock Sanders out and advance. After the match, Vashawn and Oso celebrate, cementing Vashawn as one of Oso's clients.



The Shocker beats CJ Money in the first round of the Junior Heritage Championship Tournament after Mama Money tries to hit The Shocker with one of her shoes only to inadvertently hit CJ Money instead.



We see footage of Scorpio Sky teaching at the WrestleCenter.

We hear from The Hollywood Clique ("Hollywood" Jimmy Blaylock, Ray Collins, Jay Smooth, Secret Service). Jimmy Blaylock states that they mean business and that he does not care what they have to do, as there will be no peace in Memphis Wrestling until they get what they want. He does not care if anyone has to die, and he promises that they will take the Memphis Wrestling Tag Team Championships regardless of what they have to do or when they have to do it.



Colton Cage beats Kale in the first round of the Junior Heritage Championship Tournament.



In backstage footage from last week, Wonderboy says he tried his hardest and could have done, but he lost against Mike Anthony. Suddenly, The Shocker shows up to bring Wonderboy back up, and Wonderboy thanks him for repaying the favor. He tells The Shocker they should stick together for justice as well as the fans.



"Main Event" Bradley beats CJ Blaine in the first round of the Junior Heritage Championship Tournament after getting the knees up to block a splash from the top rope. When CJ Blaine heads to the ring, he is holding his ribs as if he had been attacked backstage.



We see a video package chronicling the feud between The Righteous Path (Brother Bruce, Marrow, Sister Asa) and The Slaughterhouse (Reverend Ash Taylor, "Jagged" James Dean, "Nasty" Nick James).



We hear from Sycho Simon, who continues to drag an axe across the ground as he threatens violence on Memphis Wrestling again. We find out that Sycho Simon returns next week.



We see a video package for "The GunShow" Brett Michaels, who returns next week.



Diana Taylor retains the Memphis Wrestling Women's Championship against Su Yung by disqualification after Su Yung throws a metal folding chair at Diana Taylor as Diana has a chair of her own in her hands on the top rope only for the referee to take Diana's chair away. After the match, Su Yung spits red mist into Diana's face, and two referees have to stop Su Yung from hitting Diana with a Con-Chair-To. Diana Taylor receives medical assistance as the show ends.

Memphis Thing - Memphis Wrestling recap for March 29, 2025

CJ Money and Momma Money suddenly show up at the announce desk. Momma Money says CJ Money has all the potential in the world and is the best wrestler in Memphis Wrestling, yet there are influences in his ear, and she knows that he has been hanging around CJ Blaine, who she says is "second rate" and will never be CJ Money. He then demands that CJ Money bring CJ Blaine to the announce desk. CJ Money does as asked, and Momma Money tells CJ Blaine that he is second rate while CJ Money is "top tier." CJ Blaine says that he and CJ Money were a t ag team, but now, CJ Money is "a mama's boy." Momma Money tells CJ Money that if he loves her like he says he does, he will challenge CJ Blaine right now and prove that he is "the better CJ." Once again, CJ Money does as asked and challenges CJ Blaine, and CJ Blaine accepts the challenge.



In footage from before the show, James Ellsworth shows up with Shazza McKenzie and says that he has done things for women's wrestling and that he will take McKenzie to the top.



"Main Event" Bradley beats The Shocker after knocking The Shocker off the top rope with a low blow that the referee does not see.



Backstage, Cappuccino Jones is met by "The Gift" Ray Sanders. Cappuccino Jones congratulates Sanders on his recent win, and Sanders notes that Cappuccino nearly beat Roberts. Cappuccino says that it is "on sight" with Aaron Roberts and that he will beat him next time.



Allister vs. James Curtis ends as soon as it can begin. At the start of the match, "The Problem" Aaron Roberts and Justin Case are seen heading towards the ring, and Roberts gets in the ring and clotheslines both men. Roberts goes on the attack and lays both men out, hitting them both with a Problem Bomb. As he goes for a powerbomb on Allister, Cappuccino Jones gets in the ring and drop kicks Roberts out of the ring. Roberts tells Cappuccino that he picked a bad day to mess with him, and challenges him to a match next week. He then tells Justin Case that he wants Cappuccino Jones alone and that he wants him to hang back, then says it is over for Cappuccino Jones. Afterwards, Dustin Starr interviews Cappuccino Jones at the announce desk. He says Roberts is the one with the problem and that he will get the caffeine, and that the caffeine always comes with a crash.



Backstage, The L.A. Hustlers (Notorious Bradley and Ruffshot Lamont) confront Matchmaker King Cobra for putting him in a ladder match, with the both of them being afraid of heights and Lamont getting nosebleeds. King Cobra tells both of them that falling off the ladder is "like taking a big back drop" and tells Lamont to hold his nose while climbing the ladder, which Lamont is not exactly elated to hear. He also tells The L.A. Hustlers to close their eyes while climbing the ladder.



CJ Blaine beats CJ Money after Momma Money accidentally trips CJ Money. After the match, Momma Money takes off her belt to whip CJ Money, and when CJ Blaine tries to stop her, CJ Money attacks CJ Blaine from behind, and he and Momma Money give CJ Blaine a beatdown. CJ Money and Momma Money then celebrate in the ring, revealing that the trip was all part of a plan.



Backstage, Marko Harris talks with Derrick King, saying that he beat Tim Bosby in less than three minutes and still feels undeserving of something. Derrick King says Marko will have to talk with King Cobra regarding that, then tells him to keep looking forward and that he has only one chance at this.



Dustin Starr interviews James Ellsworth at the announce desk. The fans are not happy to see him and tell him to shut up as Ellsworth announces that there will be a mixed tag team match soon and brings out his partner, Shazza McKenzie. McKenzie says Ellsworth will take her to the top, and Ellsworth says that his reputation speaks for itself before declaring they will take care of business and prove who "the television legend" and the next upcoming star in women's wrestling is. McKenzie says she is already a winner, but as a winner, she needs another winner, and declares that Ellsworth is "an incredible mentor" for women's wrestling. Ellsworth says McKenzie is the only person in the building with any sort of intelligence and that he will take her to the top.



"The GunShow" Brett Michaels retains the Memphis Wrestling Heritage Championship against "The Chosen One" Jay Washington. Washington gets his foot on the rope, but GunShow has the foresight to pull it off the ropes towards him. After the match, Washington pulls GunShow out of the corner and decks him with a chain wrapped around his right fist before standing over him with the Heritage Championship.

Memphis Thing - Memphis Wrestling recap for February 1, 2025

Dustin Starr interviews "The GunShow" Brett Michaels at the announce desk. The GunShow tells "The Problem" Aaron Roberts that his time is coming and that he can hear it now: "Tick, tick, boom." The New Wave (Justin Case, "The Chosen One" Zay Washington, Denzel Rollins) shows up, with Aaron Roberts conspicuously absent yet again. Justin Case says they are not worried about SuperBout, as GunShow will not make it there, and demands GunShow get in the ring with Zay Washington. GunShow says that "If it takes beating one Yung GOAT to get to the other...get your ass in the ring."

"The GunShow" Brett Michaels beats "The Chosen One" Zay Washington despite the distraction and interference by Denzel Rollins and the use of a foreign object to the back of GunShow's knee by Washington.



Dustin Starr interviews The Righteous Path ("Reverend" Ash Taylor, Brother Bruce, Marrow, Sister Asa). Reverend Ash Taylor says he is sick and tired of being sick and tired of Barnabas and The Twins of Salem (Jacksyn Crowley and Abel Booker), as they desecrate and defile his "RighteousCenter." He says he only wanted to save Memphis Wrestling and its fans, but everyone is ungrateful and pathetic and understand nothing that he is doing for them and would rather cheer for Barnabas. He tells Barnabas that if he wants to bring his sideshow freaks into his family's path, then they can finally square off at SuperBout. Ash Taylor says he has gotten in his family's way and put his hands on them for the very last time, and when all is said and done, Barnabas and the fans will finally understand that they will walk the righteous path or be buried six feet under it.



We hear from K-Toomer, who says that he cost AJ Francis his match with Big John Dalton is because he wanted to, and if AJ Francis has a problem, he can meet him at SuperBout so he can show him what he is all about.



King Cobra shows up with the Cobra Cub before the next match.

Tim Bosby beats Vashawn Harvey, CJ Blaine and The Shocker in the Red Match of the Cobra Cup Tournament to advance to the finals.



We hear from Derrick King, who says that their match is going to happen and that they will meet one-on-one. He says that Sycho Simon ruined what he worked for for thirty years and that he will stick his foot down his throat very, very soon.



Backstage, a panicked "Hollywood" Jimmy Blaylock tells the rest of The Hollywood Clique (Ray Collins, Jay Smooth, Secret Service) that Van Viciouss is making false allegations against him. Ray Collins tells Blaylock that he will handle this.



Gio Savage beats Sevyn Cruz. After the match, Dustin Starr interviews Gio Savage at the announce desk. Gio says he thought he cut the dead weight in Draco, but Draco still wants to linger around. He says there is no more half-stepping or second chances, and that at SuperBout, he will be "The Dragon Slayer.



King Cobra brings out the Cobra Cup again, this time for the Blue Match of the tournament.

Marko Harris beats "The Walking Red Flag" Colton Cage, Kale and J. Webb in the Blue Match of the Cobra Cup Tournament to advance to the finals and face Tim Bosby for the Cobra Cup at SuperBout.



In backstage footage from earlier today, CJ Money's mother wants Terrence Ward to tell her why CJ Money is not in the Cobra Cup, saying he is the best wrestler here. Terrence Ward agrees, then says he will speak with King Cobra but cannot guarantee an answer. He then appreciate CJ Money's mother sticking up for him and promises to put more emphasis on his introduction, which CJ Money's mother appreciates.



The Backseat Boys (JP and Tommy Grayson) retain the Juggalo Championship Wrestling Tag Team Championships against Main Event Bradley and Big Nasty Phil after Violent J punches Phil out when Phil brings one of the tag team titles into the ring only for referee David Knight to take it away and put it back.

Memphis Thing - Memphis Wrestling recap for January 18, 2025

Dustin Starr interviews "The GunShow" Brett Michaels at the announce desk. GunShow tells "The Problem" Aaron Roberts that just when he thought he was done with him, it has only just begun. All of a sudden, Vashawn Harvey shows up. Vashawn tosses his sunglasses to The GunShow, who then says "I'll be right back."

"The GunShow" Brett Michaels quickly beats Vashawn Harvey. After the match, The GunShow continues with his interview, but is interrupted again, this time by The New Wave (Justin Case, "The Chosen One" Jay Washington, Denzel Rollins). "The Problem" Aaron Roberts is conspicuous by his absence, and Justin Case says Roberts shows up when he wants to and does not want to be here right now. Justin Case says GunShow will not make it to the title shot that he earned and that he will have to fight his way to it. GunShow looks at Washington and Rollins and tells them "Why don't you two goofs get your ass in the ring?" Justin Case holds Washington and Rollins back, saying it will be on their time.



Dustin Starr interviews Van Viciouss at the announce desk. Van Viciouss says he is here today for one reason: he wants "Hollywood" Jimmy Blaylock. The Hollywood Clique shows up, and Viciouss calls Blaylock "a Twinkie eating con-artist," saying he owes him a bounced check. Blaylock says this is not the time or the place, but Viciouss says it is and that Blaylock has taken too much from him. Blaylock tells him not to make false accusations in public and chalks this up to jealousy towards his success. Blaylock says Viciouss never won a match and that Ray Collins is better than him in every way, but Vicious calls Collins a fake and warns him that he is being led by someone with bad intentions. He then tells Jay Smooth, who he initially says he has nothing again, to wake up and punches him. The numbers game soon takes over, and this leads to a match between Jay Smooth and Van Viciouss as soon as Matchmaker King Cobra shows up with a referee.

Van Viciouss beats Jay Smooth by submission with a Cobra Clutch after clobbering "Hollywood" Jimmy Blaylock's Secret Service agents when they get on the ring apron.



We see footage of Violent J with the fans at the WrestleCenter. Afterwards, Dustin Starr interviews Violent J at the announce desk. Violent J says the honor is all his and calls Memphis Wrestling one of the most honorable promotions, then talks about his Commissioner position in Juggalo Championship Wrestling, and wants to be affiliated with Memphis Wrestling, saying it is the place to be. Violent J says Shaggy 2 Dope may not be here right now, but he and Dustin Starr can get in the ring and throw down a concert right now. Suddenly, Main Event Bradley and Big Nasty Phil show up. Main Event Bradley says Big Nasty Phil was a big Insane Clown Posse fan until a Juggalo bit his pinky off, then threatens to honk Violent J nose before heading to the ring for the next match. Violent J guests on commentary for the next match.





Main Event Bradley and Big Nasty Phil beat Kale and James Curtis. After the match, Violent J says he is bringing in the Juggalo Championship Wrestling Tag Team Champions to deal with Bradley and Phil.



Backstage, CJ Money's mother complains about the lack of CJ Money merchandise, and says that CJ Blaine is "irrelevant" and deserves to go in the trash.



Dustin Starr interviews Ray Ray Sanders at the announce desk. He says he knew Sycho Simon would attack Derrick King at his retirement ceremony, and after Simon attacked him from behind at the Grind City Rumble, he is done playing games. He calls Simon out, and tells him to face him like a man right now.Simon shows up with a metal folding chair, and swings it at him only for Sanders to duck and hit him with a springboard punch. Sanders then grabs the chair and hits Simon in the back with it a few times, but Simon gets the upper hand on the outside. Simon then powerbombs Sanders onto the ring apron before grabbing a table from backstage. Two referees show up to tell him not to do this before Derrick King suddenly shows up, much to Simon's surprise. Derrick and Simon get in the ring, and Derrick hits Simon with the Superkick. After the commercial break, Dustin Starr interviews Derrick King at the announce desk. Derrick says it is good to be back, and he warns Sycho Simon that he is coming back not to wrestle, but to fight, and at SuperBout, he is going to kick Simon's teeth down his throat.



Outside of the WrestleCenter, Big John Dalton sees a limousine pull up. AJ Francis returns next week.



Dustin Starr interviews Kerry Morton at the announce desk. Kerry says he is excited to be here after wrestling all over the world, and says that Tennessee always speaks to him. He says he came to Memphis Wrestling to see what it is all about, and describes it as "electric." He says he could go on and on about his father Ricky Morton's accolades and how he did it for the fans, then talks about how he represents the South, the NWA and Juggalo Championship Wrestling, he is proud to represent Memphis Wrestling. Kerry says he wants to see what Memphis has to offer and wants to know who is the very best and willing to step up and answer his challenge. Mike Anthony shows up, and Kerry Morton challenges him to a match for the Memphis Wrestling Internet Championship. Mike Anthony says Kerry asked for the best and got "The MVP," then accepts the challenge. Kerry Morton then kicks Mike Anthony in the groin and holds up the Internet Championship.

Mike Anthony retains the Memphis Wrestling Internet Championship against Kerry Morton after countering the running knee from the corner with a victory roll.

Milestone 200 - Memphis Wrestling recap for December 21, 2024

Mike Anthony retains the Memphis Wrestling Internet Championship against "Main Event" Bradley after Bradley hits the Genetic Dream to virtually no effect.



C-Rex retains the Memphis Wrestling Women's Championship against Diana Taylor.



Dustin Starr interviews Derrick King at the announce desk for the latter's retirement ceremony. We see a compilation of wrestling personalities, both local and national (including Wolfie D and Brandon Baxter), congratulating Derrick King on retirement. Derrick says he has had a lifetime to enjoy all of this and says this would not have been possible without the fans, and that he will miss something that has been his entire life. Dustin Starr awards Derrick King with a celebratory plaque for his services to professional wrestling, then Sycho Simon shows up and says Derrick made a mistake before shoving him. He says that Derrick is not a quitter, then Derrick pops Simon in the mouth, gets him in the ring and hits him with a few jabs before Simon knocks him down with a back elbow. Simon goes for the elbow drop, but Derrick gets out of the way and hits Simon with the superkick. Back on the outside, Derrick grabs Simon, but Simon hits him with the plaque. Security shows up before Simon powerbombs Derrick through a table. After the commercial break, Derrick King is taken out on a stretcher.



The L.A. Hustlers (Notorious Bradley and Ruffshot Lamont) beat Too Kool II (Tim Grind and Flex) in a Hustle Hard Match to become the Memphis Wrestling Tag Team Champions after Bradley dumps a stack of wooden pallets on top of Tim Grind and Lamont hits Flex in the back of the head with a wrench.



"The Problem" Aaron Roberts retains the Memphis Wrestling Heritage Championship against "The GunShow" Brett Michaels after two men in masks and black hoodies distract GunShow while a third man in a blue hoodie grabs at GunShow as he goes for the GunShow Lariat. After the match, the man in the blue hoodie is revealed to be Justin Case, while the masked men in the black hoodies are revealed to be "The Chosen One" Zay Washington and Denzel Rollins. Washington, Roberts and Rollins attack The GunShow, then they and Justin Case celebrate over him as he is down on the floor. Afterwards, Rollins and Washington get GunShow back in the ring for a Problem Bomb as security shows up.

Starrs of Tomorrow 2 - Memphis Wrestling recap for December 14, 2024

It is announced that Jonathan Gresham was unable to make the trip to Memphis and that he will not be competing today. Shortly after this, Tim Bosby shows up, and Dustin Starr interviews Bosby at the announce desk. As Bosby wants to know why Gresham is not here, Mike Anthony suddenly shows up. Mike Anthony says he has an idea, as the last time they went face-to-face, Bosby did not see it coming due to holding an open challenge for the Internet Championship. Mike Anthony calls Bosby the greatest Internet Champion of all time before proclaiming that he plans to take the title even higher than Bosby did, and proposes a championship rematch that the fans never got. Bosby, still miffed that Gresham is not here, considers this a very suitable replacement, and accepts the challenge.



We see some backstage footage from today's show.



Big John Dalton last eliminates The Slaughterhouse ("Jagged" James Dean and "Ruthless" Nick James) to win the Shining Starrs Rumble.



Sevyn Cruz vs. James Curtis ends in a no-contest. During the match, "The Problem" Aaron Roberts shows up and attacks James Curtis after Sevyn choes Curtis towards Roberts and leaves the ring to save his own hide. As Roberts goes for the Problem Bomb, "The GunShow" Brett Michaels shows up with the contract. He gets in the ring, hits Roberts with a GunShow Lariat, puts a pen in Roberts' hand and forces a signature onto the contract. GunShow says he got the job done by hook or by crook and that he will see Roberts at Milestone 200.



Backstage, Derrick King meets with Too Kool II (Tim Grind and Flex). Too Kool II congratulates Derrick on the retirement, and Derrick tells Too Kool II that their Hustle Hard Match with The L.A. Hustlers (Notorious Bradley and Ruffshot Lamont) is the most serious match they will have in their careers, but knows that they can get the job done.



We see the Starrs of Tomorrow training in the WrestleCenter as Matchmaker King Cobra says that stars are not born, but made.



The Slaughterhouse ("Jagged" James Dean and "Ruthless" Nick James) beat "Main Event" Bradley and Big Nasty Phil after Bradley inadvertently hits Phil with a chain before getting choke slammed.



We hear from Sycho Simon, who says it is Christmas time again and that while people say it is much better to give than to receive. He then tells everyone to lock the doors, because he is coming and not Santa Claus, and he will crush Christmas while crushing people's souls.



Mike Anthony retains the Memphis Wrestling Internet Championship against Tim Bosby after reversing the ankle lock with a roll-up. Bosby and Anthony shake hands after the match.

Memphis Thing - Memphis Wrestling recap for December 7, 2024

Dustin Starr interviews "The GunShow" Brett Michaels at the announce desk. GunShow says that "The Problem" Aaron Roberts is running around signing contracts, but keeps ducking the contract for the Heritage title match at Milestone 200. He says he has signed, but Roberts is ducking him, and now, he is going to handle business with Matchmaker King Cobra. King Cobra says he has done everything he can and does not know what else to do, and states there is no stipulation that he says can force Roberts to sign. King Cobra says he can suspend Roberts, but GunShow would have to fight his way from the bottom up again. Roberts says he will defend the title when he feels like it and that he has better things to do, and GunShow says either Roberts will sign the contract, or he will make him sign it.



Backstage, Diana Taylor meets with Makkari Kandy and J. Webb, saying they have a big match today.



The Righteous Path (Brother Bruce and Marrow) beats The Twins of Salem (Jacksyn Crowley and Abel Booker) after Sister Asa distracts Jacksyn Crowley in the corner.

We see footage of Big John Dalton training for the Grind City Rumble.



We hear from Colton Cage, who says it is a beautiful day to be a beautiful day and that he is ready for action today.

Dustin Starr interviews Butterbean at the announce desk. Butterbean says Memphis is "where real wrestling started" and talks about the Jake Paul/Mike Tyson fight, saying it was "more of a punching bag match." As he claims that Jake Paul refuses to fight him, "Main Event" Bradley - dressed like Butterbean - and Big Nasty Phil show up. Bradley says Butterbean may be a legend, but there are three men he cannot knock out - Mike Tyson, Jake Paul, and himself. Bradley says that he is coming for Butterbean and knows that he can put him on the ground, then Big John Dalton shows up for the next match. Butterbean guests on commentary.



Big John Dalton beats "Main Event" Bradley after Bradley confronts Butterbean at the announce desk only to get knocked out.



The L.A. Hustlers (Notorious Bradley and Ruffshot Lamont) beat CJ Squared (CJ Money and CJ Blaine). After the match, Dustin Starr interviews The L.A. Hustlers at the announce desk, demanding that they leave the tag team titles at the desk. They refuse, claiming to have beaten Too Kool II (Tim Grind and Flex) and shoving Dustin before Too Kool II show up and start a brawl. Referees, officials and even Matchmaker King Cobra show up to break up the brawl, and King Cobra makes a Hustle Hard match between the two teams for Milestone 200 before confiscating the tag team titles, which will be on the line for the match.



Colton Cage beats Kale. After the match, Dustin Starr interviews Colton Cage at the announce desk. Colton says he has put another soul down with Cupid's Arrow, then says it was more than a victory; it was a statement. He then says he is ready for the Grind City Rumble.



Backstage, we hear from Tim Bosby, who says that he watched Jonathan Gresham's matches with Zack Sabre Jr. as he was coming up and that he will give Gresham everything has while knowing Gresham will give him even more. He says that he is focused not just on Gresham, but the Grind City Rumble, which he plans to win.



Nixi XS and C-Rex beat Diana Taylor and Makkari Kandy.

Memphis Thing - Memphis Wrestling recap for November 16, 2024

Dustin Starr interviews Tugboat at the announce desk. Tugboat says it is great to be here with all the fans losing their minds at the matches and great to be back in Memphis, and while it has changed a lot, it is still a city of legends. As Dustin Starr reminisces about Tugboat asking everyone to write letters to Hulk Hogan, J. Webb shows up alongside Makkari Kandy while doing his best Shockmaster impression, complete with glitter falling off the helmet. Makkari introduces herself and J. Weeb, and asks if Tugboat can sign his sailor's hat. Suddenly, Lord Gaston shows up as Tugboat signs the hat. As Gaston says that he needs no invitation, Tugboat says nobody cares about Gaston's opinion before saying he is old-school and challenges him to a match. Gaston accepts the challenge, and Gaston faces J. Webb in the ring.



J. Webb beats Lord Gaston after Gaston knocks the candy bucket out of Makkari Kandy's hands, causing Tugboat to grab Gaston and throw him back in the ring, allowing J. Webb to hit a Samoan Drop for the win.



We see part of Dustin Starr's sit-down interview with Derrick King. Derrick says he is retiring not because of any recent failures, but because he knows he cannot do this forever. He says he will retire from in-ring competition but still continue to make future stars. Derrick says he looks forward to helping out in other roles, and while he has some loose ends to tie up, this is it for him, and he is comfortable enough to walk away from in-ring competition. It is announced that more of the interview will be shown next week.



"Main Event" Bradley and Big Nasty Phil beat "The Chosen One" Zay Washington and Denzel Rollins after stopping a double team from Washington and Rollins and grabbing the tights on the roll-up on Washington.



We hear from Reverend Ash Taylor, who addresses The Twins of Salem as "heathens" and Barnabas the Ringmaster "a cockroach who does not know when to quit." He says that who do not follow his righteous path will be buried six feed under it.



Dustin Starr interviews Big John Dalton at the announce desk. He says that it has been a great summer becoming two-time Rumble on the Trail winner and 2024 Man of the Year in his home county. He admits that he has failed in his recent championship endeavors, and does not want to be remembered as "Buff Bagwell's tag team partner" and that his road to goal begins today.

Big John Dalton beats Sevyn Cruz.



Backstage, Xya Wolf interviews Colton Cage, who says he has been on the most luxurious European tour with the finest wine and the finest women and that he is back to show everyone why he is "The Superstar of Seduction" starting next week.



We see backstage footage of Tony Atlas and Tugboat at the WrestleCenter.



We hear from Diana Taylor, who says that the women's division is distress and in chaos because of C-Rex, and that next week, she is going to DDT C-Rex and pin her in the middle of the ring to become Women's Champion.



"The Problem" Aaron Roberts retains the Memphis Wrestling Heritage Championship against Tim Bosby in a match where Justin Case is barred from the WrestleCenter. During the match, Bosby has Roberts in an ankle lock, but Roberts kicks Bosby into the referee to break the hold. He then hits Bosby with the Heritage Championship before hitting Bosby with the GunShow Lariat to send a message to "The GunShow" Brett Michaels to win and retain. After the match, Aaron Roberts goes for a Problem Bomb on Tim Bosby, but The GunShow shows up, and Roberts retreats.

"The Problem" Aaron Roberts and Justin Cae head to the ring from the parking lot, and Dustin Starr interviews them from the announce desk. Justin Case says they do not care about "The GunShow" Brett Michaels, as he will not become Memphis Wrestling Heritage Champion. Roberts says GunShow can win all the matches he wants, as he will not get a title shot until he says so. He says he has wiped his feet of "The GunShow" and has moved on to bigger and better things, then all of a sudden, Tim Bosby shows up. Bosby says he was sitting in the back and overhearing him, and last time they met in the ring, he made him tap out to win the Internet Championship, and he thinks he can make him tap out to win the Heritage Championship. Roberts says he was a different man back then and that he is the baddest man walking, then accepts Bosby's challenge.

Too Kool II (Tim Grind and Flex) retain the Memphis Wrestling Tag Team Championships against "Main Event" Bradley and Big Nasty Phil. During the match, The L.A. Hustlers (Notorious Bradley and Ruffshot Lamont) show up, and Lamont guests on commentary, wanting to know why The L.A. Hustlers cannot get a fair shake in Memphis Wrestling. After the match, Too Kool II confront The L.A. Hustlers for distracting them from the announce desk, and Bradley makes it clear they want their title shot now. Tim Grind says they will put the titles up anytime and any where, and that The L.A. Hustlers can go back to the hood if they think Too Kool II is scared of them before shoving Bradley. Referees as well as Big Dan have to stand between both teams before things get physical.

In footage outside of the WrestleCenter from earlier today, Matchmaker King Cobra meets with Derrick King regarding his in-ring retirement, and King Cobra wants to make sure he has all his ducks in a row and make sure he can give him a proper send-off. Meanwhile, Sycho Simon watches from behind a couple of cars.



Sycho Simon beats CJ Blaine. After the match, Simon says CJ Blaine has some heart and is not a quitter unlike a certain person he knows, and demands that person meet him in the ring next week.



Backstage, "The GunShow" Brett Michaels meets with Tim Bosby regarding "The Problem" Aaron Roberts, and tells Bosby to watch out for Justin Case before wishing him good luck.

Dustin Starr interviws Mackenzie Morgan at the announce desk. Mackenzie says that after she lost the Women's Championship to C-Rex, she locked herself in her room and cried. She then says she was not sad for long, as she thought about how hard she worked and how far she has come. Mackenzie says she will not give up on herself and the fans, as she is ready for her rematch against C-Rex. Nixi XS says Mackenzie is ignoring her because she can see right through her and calls her a failure before telling her to go home, as she is nothing without the title. Mackenzie punches Nixi in the face, but C-Rex sneaks up behind Mackenzie and attacks her. Mackenzie and C-Rex go at it in the ring, but C-Rex overpowers Mackenzie once again.



It has been revealed that somebody has been attacked in the parking lot. After the commercial break, it is revealed to be Gio Savage.



"The Problem" Aaron Roberts retains the Memphis Wrestling Heritage Championship against Tim Bosby following the distraction from Justin Case as Bosby locks in the ankle lock. After the match, Roberts continues to attack Bosby on the outside, then lays him out with the Heritage Championship. Roberts then declares that the show is over for "The GunShow" Brett Michaels and that The GunShow is old news, and anybody who gets in his way will end up like Tim Bosby for getting in his way. Roberts says that all of Memphis Wrestling is his now, then attacks Bosby again and hits him with the Problem Bomb. He then grabs a security guard and hits him an Uranage to end the show.

Halloween Spooktacular - Memphis Wrestling recap for October 26, 2024

The O'Neal Brothers (Steven and Devin O'Neal) beat "Main Event" Brad Skimahorn and Big Nasty Phil.



C-Rex beats Makkari Kandy in a Trick Or Treat Match. After the match, Nixi XS hits J. Webb in the back with the Memphis Women's Championship before C-Rex his J. Webb with the leg drop.



Backstage, Xya Wolf interviews "The GunShow" Brett Michaels, who tells "The Problem" Aaron Roberts and Justin Case that he is #1 contender whether they like it or not and that he is coming for the Heritage Championship. He then says he has a surprise for today's show and that nobody will see it coming.



The Righteous Path (Brother Bruce and Marrow) beat The Twins of Salem (Jackson Crowley and Abel Booker) in an Absolution Match after Sister Asa shows up and strikes Abel Booker from the outside with a shinai.

"The Problem" Aaron Roberts retains the Memphis Wrestling Heritage Championship against Emeritus. After the match, Roberts hits Emeritus with a World's Strongest Slam in the corner followed by a Problem Bomb.



"The GunShow" Brett Michaels - dressed up as John Cena - wins this year's Monster Brawl after pinning Lord Gaston after Gaston throws Danhausen over the top rope. This year's Monster Brawl sees two men dressed as Peter Griffin and the chicken from Family Guy brawling in and out of the ring, special appearances by Danhausen and Su Yung, a guy dressed up as Jason and Super Grizz.

Memphis Thing - Memphis Wrestling recap for September 28, 2024

Dustin Starr interviews "The Problem" Aaron Roberts and Justin Case at the announce desk. Justin Case states that all that matters at the end of the night is that Aaron Roberts is still Heritage Champion, then mentions Roberts winning all of the other titles in Memphis Wrestling before saying there is nothing anyone can do about Roberts being champion. Roberts threatens to slap everyone in the WrestleCenter if they continue to chant "egg sucking dog." Justin mentions that "The GunShow" Brett Michaels and K-Toomer are fighting each other, then says they are done with them and that they will get no more title shots. Roberts tells GunShow and K-Toomer they can do the three-way dance all they want, but says they must be sick and tired of getting in each other's way. Roberts then says GunShow and K-Toomer can continue to fight each other while he moves on to bigger and better things. Justin Case says he does not care if GunShow and K-Toomer are here and potentially have something to say about it.



Backstage, Ray Ray Sanders talks with Derrick King about their recent match with Too Kool II (Tim Grind and Flex) when Tim Grind shows up, saying "it is what it is" and that they will do what it takes to stay champion and that Too Kool II will make it up to them, then takes offense to Ray Ray talking about Too Kool II and tells him that he will see him in the ring.



Tim Bosby retains the Memphis Wrestling Internet Championship against "Main Event" Bradley in a Tim Bosby Invitational Match. Ron Justice is the championship official for this match.



We see footage of Memphis Wrestling - and Robert Gibson of The Rock 'n Roll Express (Ricky Morton and Robert Gibson) - at the Mid-South Fair.



At the WrestleCenter, the woman who found the Righteous Path (Reverend Ash Taylor, Brother Bruce, Marrow) pamphlet last week asks Big Dan if there is any way to see Reverend Ash Taylor. A befuddled Big Dan says he will see what he can do.



Gio Savage beats "The Walking Red Flag" Colton Cage.



We hear from Sycho Simon, who says that the last has been seen of J. Webb and that nobody knows who will be next before throwing J. Webb's teddy bear Lucy into a trash can. Suddenly, someone picks Lucy up from out of the trash.



Dustin Starr interviews K-Toomer at the announce desk. K-Toomer announces he has a lot to say, but actions speak louder than words. He says the fans saw what happened to him and that he wants the Heritage Championship, but this is bigger than that. He then calls "The GunShow" Brett Michaels so he can knock him out. Justin Case shows up with Big Dan and security, and K-Toomer threatens to beat up Justin Case. Justin tells K-Toomer that his problem is with GunShow, and tells him not to worry about Aaron Roberts, then GunShow shows up. Justin says he is telling the truth and that "The Problem" Aaron Roberts has moved on, then tells K-Toomer and GunShow to fight among themselves. Matchmaker King Cobra shows up and announces that next week, K-Toomer and GunShow will face each other to decide a #1 contender for the Memphis Wrestling Heritage Championship.

The L.A. Hustlers (Notorious Bradley and Ruffshot Lamont) beat The New Guys (Jake Bosche and Scott Stanley). After the match, Dustin Starr interviews The L.A. Hustlers at the announce desk. Lamonte says they are not in consideration for the tag team titles because of Dustin Starr's "buddy system" with Derrick King and Ray Ray Sanders, and Bradley says they want their title shot against Too Kool II (Tim Grind and Flex).



We hear from Ray Collins, who says that everyone's goal is to sign a big money contract, and while people have called him a sell-out, a jerk and an asshole, he is "a rich asshole." He says the fans may not like it, but he does not care.



Tim Grind beats Ray Ray Sanders with a schoolkid pin while grabbing the tights after Flex grabs Ray Ray Sanders from the outside and Derrick King confronts Flex.

C-Rex beats Mackenzie Morgan to become the Memphis Wrestling Women's Champion, ending Mackenzie Morgan's run as the champion at 392 days. After the match, C-Rex hands the Memphis Wrestling Women's Championship to Nixi XS. Wes Adams is the championship official for this match.

Memphis Thing - Memphis Wrestling recap for September 14, 2024

"The GunShow" Brett Michaels beats Ty Miller. After the match, Dustin Starr interviews The GunShow at the announce desk, and The GunShow says his sights are set on "The Problem Child" Aaron Roberts, and even if he has to go through K-Toomer to get it done, he is coming for the Heritage title. He says that Aaron Roberts and K-Toomer are both staring down the barrel of a GunShow Lariat.



The O'Neal Brothers (Steven and Devin O'Neal) beat "Main Event" Brad Skimahorn and Big Nasty Phil after Big Nasty Phil is blasted in the back with a metal folding chair by Big John Dalton, allowing The O'Neal Brothers to win with a double choke slam to a distracted Main Event Bradley. After the match, Dustin Starr interviews Big John Dalton, who now has the Ingomar Baseball Dirty Ball Championship back as he challenges Main Event Bradley and Big Nasty Phil to a Dirty Bird Brawl next Friday night in Ingomar.



Backstage, we hear from Matchmaker King Cobra and J. Webb. King Cobra makes a "no rules, no regrets" match between J. Webb and Sycho Simon over the custody of Lucy.

We see footage of The Sandman with fans at the WrestleCenter.

Gio Savage beats Zay Washington after grabbing the tights on an O'Connor Roll.



"All The Way" Ray Collins beats "The Walking Red Flag" Colton Cage.



We see Mike Anthony in an abandoned building, and he keeps hearing somebody calling for him. He suddenly finds a way out.



Backstage, Zaya interviews "Hollywood" Jimmy Blaylock's Secret Service agents, who issue a statement from "Hollywood" Jimmy Blaylock stating that he has spent the last month finding the most athletic individual that fits with The Hollywood Clique, and all will be revealed upon his return.



K-Toomer beats CJ Money. After the match, Dustin Starr interviews K-Toomer at the announce desk. K-Toomer says he is coming for the Heritage Championship, and that he is not out for the title, but for blood, and he wants "The Problem Child" Aaron Roberts' head on a pike and he will go through body after body until he gets it. "The GunShow" Brett Michaels shows up and confronts Brett Michaels, and referees, security, and the entire locker room show up to separate both men. Aaron Roberts and Justin Case also show up, and it takes so many people to hold all three men back. Despite everyone surrounding the three men, all three men come to blows.



Too Kool II (Tim Grind and Flex) retain the Memphis Wrestling Tag Team Championships against Derrick King and Ray Ray Sanders after Tim Grind grabs the tights after rolling out of a top rope cross body by Ray Ray Sanders.
