Eddie Kingston beats Lance Archer. During the match, The Butcher and The Blade show up with a beaten-down Jake "The Snake" Roberts, and The Bunny hands Eddie a knuckle duster, which Eddie hits a distracted Archer with as the referee is pre-occupied to win the match. After the match, Eddie, The Butcher and The Blade lay Archer out.

We hear from Jon Moxley, who finds it hard to believe Kenny Omega being friends with two sets of tag team champions in The Young Bucks (Matt and Nick Jackson) and The Good Brothers ("The Big LG" Doc Gallows and "Machine Gun" Karl Anderson) is going to work, as there is always drama between them. He also says Death Triangle (PAC, Penta El Zero M, Rey Fenix) do not like either team, much less him, and is surprised that they are no longer friends with Eddie Kingston and are now his tag team partners at Beach Break. Moxley says he is a simple guy who likes his beer cold, his coffee hot and his water at room temperature and likes to have sex in the morning because it is a good way to start the day, and that he only trusts his fists. He tells Penta and Fenix to buckle up for tag team warfare at Beach Break, and says it is going to be wild.

We hear from Darby Allin and Sting. Sting tells Team Taz that since they will be in a Street Fight with Team Taz ("The Machine" Brian Cage, "Absolute" Ricky Starks, Powerhouse Hobbs), who wants to throw false accusations at him and Darby, he takes offense to him and Darby being called "hoodlums" before saying Darby is a hoodlum. Darby says that in the streets, it does not matter how you play as long as you survive, then throws his skateboard throw a window before saying he is a hoodlum and no different than Sting, who breaks a few more windows with his black baseball bat.

We hear from PAC, who says that Kenny Omega is taking liberties acting like he owns the place with Don Callis and The Good Brothers while cheating and manipulating people and attacking people from behind. He tells Omega to bring his "blood brothers" next week while he and Rey Fenix exemplify the true meaning of brotherhood.

In footage from earlier today, Shaquille O'Neal tells "The American Nightmare" Cody Rhodes that if he wants a battle, all he has to do is name the time and place before proposing they can "do it in March."

Cody says that he cannot involve Brandi Rhodes in a potential match at Revolution due to her pregnancy, then gives the floor to Arn Anderson, who he admits chewed him out for taking "Pretty Peter Avalon too lightly. Anderson says that Cody is about to be a father, which should be the most important thing of his life, then mentions Cody's father wrestle Tully Blanchard for thirty minutes before getting to the hospital in time to see Cody's birth. He then tells Cody to jump into Revolution with no regrets, and says that Shaquille O'Neal dominated basketball for nineteen years and that Jade Cargill has the power to dominate the nearby area. Anderson then brings out Red Velvet, who says that like Cody, she has fire. Red Velvet then says she is here tonight because she is fed up and tired of getting attacked and watching Brandi get disrespected by Jade Cargill. She says that Cody would never lay a hand on Jade, but she will, because she is Red Velvet and she is about to "stir [her] bitch ass up."

Miro, "Superbad" Kip Sabian and Penelope Ford cordially invite the fans to Sabian and Ford's wedding at Beach Break.

"Hangman" Adam Page beats Ryan Nemeth. During the match, Matt Hardy shows up to get a closer look at the match and cheer on Page. After the match, Tony Schiavone interviews both Matt and Page, and Matt says he wants to be in his corner and let him know that he supports him, as Page seems lost and conflicted and had a lot of love for The Elite. He says The Elite burned him and that he did not deserve this, and that Page is more conflicted due to The Dark Order trying to recruit him. He says Page is a good person and deserves to be happy, and tells him that he has a bigger dressing room bigger than the one adjacent to catering that Page can use, no questions asked.

Luchasaurus is handcuffed and chained to Cash Wheeler and Tully Blanchard before the next match.

Jungle Boy beats Dax Harwood with the Snare Trap. After the match, Tully Blanchard throws powder into Luchasaurus' eyes before Dax Harwood sends Luchasaurus into the ring post, then they and Harwood triple-team Jungle Boy with a slingshot suplex and Luchasaurus with a spike piledriver. Harwood and Wheeler then handcuff Luchasaurus to the ring ropes before cutting the horns off of his mask. As they proceed to cut Jungle Boy's hair, Marko Stunt shows up with a steel chair and a few members of the locker room, forcing FTR (Harwood and Wheeler) and Tully to retreat.

We hear from Team Taz (Taz, Hook, "The Machine" Brian Cage, "Absolute" Ricky Starks, Powerhouse Hobbs). Taz says Cage and Starks are ready to destroy Darby and Sting come Revolution Suddenly, Hobbs and Hook confront the nearby merchandise table and beat up the men running it for only having Darby Allin and Sting shirts before tearing up the shirts and throwing both men into a table and the nearby 18-wheeler. Taz then says that his team will beat Darby and Sting's asses in next week's Street Fight.

Sammy thinks MJF thinks he is stupid and that he is trying to manipulate people, and says he can see through him, but MJF asks Guevara if he wants to "play it this way." Guevara tells MJF "I'm not playing."

Next week at Beach Break: The tag team battle royal for a tag team title shot at Revolution! The wedding of Penelope Ford and "Superbad" Kip Sabian! Thunder Rosa vs. Dr. Britt Baker D.M.D.! In the first round of the Women's World Championship Eliminator Tournament: Serena Deeb vs. Riho!

Backstage, Dasha Gonzales interviews The Young Bucks (Matt and Nick Jackson) and The Good Brothers ("The Big LG" Doc Gallows and "Machine Gun" Karl Anderson). Anderson says it is a full-blown Bullet Club party, and tonight, they take out The Dark Order. Gallows says that next week, they will beat up Rey Fenix, PAC and Jon Moxley. The Young Bucks say they are down for tonight's match as long as Don Callis is not involved. As Gallows says that taking out Penta El Zero M was Don's idea and The Young Bucks retort by saying they didn't need that, Kenny Omega shows up and shakes hands with The Good Brothers before talking with The Young Bucks. Don Callis the shows up, and Omega has to keep Callis away from the Bucks so he does not get beaten up again before the Bucks head to the ring for the next match.

The Young Bucks (Matt and Nick Jackson) and The Good Brothers ("The Big LG" Doc Gallows and "Machine Gun" Karl Anderson) beat The Dark Order (Evil Uno, Stu Grayson, Alex "3" Reynolds, John "4" Silver). After the match, The Young Bucks says that whoever wins the tag team battle royal will get a shot at the AEW Tag Team titles at Revolution before stating that they are also in the match. If The Young Bucks win the battle royal, they will get to handpick whoever they want to wrestle at Revolution, which they say can be anybody. The Bucks and The Good Brothers give the "Too Sweet" handsign, then Rey Fenix runs into the ring only to be attacked by The Good Brothers. As Fenix is about to be laid out with a Magic Killer, Jon Moxley shows up and cleans house along with Fenix, and Kenny Omega gets into the ring only to eat a Paradigm Shift from Moxley to end the show.

Jericho tells the Kansas City, Missouri fans to "shut [their] ass," and when the fans break into a Kansas City Chiefs Tomahawk Chop chant, he tells the fans that "Aaron Maholmes is a piece of shit." Tony Schiavone interviews "The American Nightmare" Cody Rhodes in the ring. Cody says it is not surprising how Chris Jericho and The Inner Circle have been blunt and trying to cut down The Elite, but The Elite were already looking for them and wanting to face them. Cody names off a few legendary wrestlers from the Charlotte, North Carolina area who were titans in the wrestling business who were also managers, and while he has talked about how proud he is of AEW being "an Ellis Island for wrestling," he cannot not hear the criticism of being both a wrestler and a manager. Cody then announces that if he cannot defeat Chris Jericho at Full Gear, he will never challenge for the AEW World Championship again. He calls this a very big "if," then says that Jericho has called his shot before calling Jericho out for not mentioning that his own upbringing was similar to Cody and dismissing every accomplishment he has ever made. Cody then calls Jericho "a carny succubus" who needs this generation as much as this generation needs him, and that this is also about his family, his life and his 14 years of going from undesirable to undeniable. He then says that at Full Gear, he will win and become AEW World Champion while Jericho crawls back into his circle, and when The Inner Circle and The Elite clash, The Elite will eat them alive.

"Hangman" Adam Page beats "The Best Ever" Sammy Guevara. After the match, Page says it is no secret that things have not gone well for him lately, and that tonight felt good. He plans to do "some real cowboy shit" and take PAC's head off at Full Gear, which leads to "Cowboy shit" chants from the crowd.

We see a video package for Brandi Rhodes and Awesome Kong.

On the way to the arena, Tony Schiavone tells a wild story involving Willie Nelson about how the star always comes last, and "The American Nightmare" Cody Rhodes mentions that his mother is coming to Full Gear. Schiavone tells Cody to take his emotion from throughout his life and let them drive him through his match with Chris Jericho.

Best Friends (Chuckie T and Trent Barretta) and Orange Cassidy beat QT Marshall, Alex Reynolds and John Silver.

Chris Jericho shows up for the contract signing. "The American Nightmare" Cody Rhodes and Tony Schiavone show up at the arena shortly afterwards, and Cody shows up for the contract signing right on time along with Schiavone. Cody signs the contract, which is then passed on to Jericho. Before signing the contract, he teases tumbling the table over before saying that the match is too important to flip a table over or put Cody through a table over. He says that this is the most important AEW World Championship match to date and the most important match of Cody's career. If Cody wins, he is champion; if Cody loses, it will prove that Cody is not as good as he thinks he is. He signs the contract after telling Cody that he will teach him a lesson about what it is like to be a loser at Full Gear. He teases flipping the table again, then admits that everything has been professional so far. After stating that he has grace and class, Jericho shakes Cody's hand, but Cody does not let go and the two men have an intense staredown. Suddenly, Jericho says they could do this all night, but Cody may be needed elsewhere. Sammy Guevara is shown on the video screen, and soon Jake Hager is seen attacking "The Natural" Dustin Rhodes, slamming Dustin's head into the limo before slamming the limo door on his hand. Cody and MJF are seen running outside to check on Dustin while Jericho is seen lighting a cigar while leaving with Guevara and Hager.

Before the next match, "The Librarian" Peter Avalon says it is appropriate for all the "hideous monsters" in the crowd to look like they do. He then talks about how he and "The Librarian" Leva Bates found out this place was rotten from the library. Suddenly, Jon Moxley comes out from out of the crowd to hit Avalon with Paradigm Shift. He talks about how his match with Kenny Omega at Full Sail is now an unsanctioned match, and while he has no problem with that, he has a problem that this match does not count in the record books. He states that AEW wants to treat him like a freak or outsider and put him in a box, but he has dealt with this his entire life and says he is not stupid, and that AEW can shove the win-loss records up their asses. Moxley says he is the baddest in the game and that he will not be proven wrong, and that nobody has seen anything yet. At Full Gear, he will beat Omega within an inch of his life and Omega's blood will be on AEW's hands. He then tells anyone who doesn't like the fact that he lives by the beat of his own drum to kiss his ass and stay out of his way.

SoCal Uncensored (Frankie Kazarian and Scorpio Sky) beat The Lucha Bros. (Pentagon Jr. and Rey Fenix) to win the AEW World Tag Team Championship Tournament and become the inaugural AEW World Team Champions after Scorpio Sky pins Pentagon Jr. with an inside cradle.
