Those Dynamite Kids - Dynamite recap for February 26, 2020

Kenny Omega beats PAC in overtime two falls to one (2-1) in a 30-minute Iron Man Match. Omega gets the first fall via disqualification after PAC hits him with a chair slightly more than halfway through the match. PAC wins the second fall after hitting the Black Arrow. Referee Paul Turner is inadvertently knocked out after PAC drop kicks Omega into him, sending both men into the apron as a trainer tries to tend to Omega's knee with nine minutes left in the match. Shortly after this, PAC puts Omega through a table with a shooting star press, and Omega barely makes it back into the ring before the ten-count. After the match, PAC punches out referee Paul Turner after the match when he does not get the win, and it is announced that the match will continue until sudden death rules. Referee Aubrey Edwards runs in to officiate the match shortly after sudden death begins. Omega gets the third fall in sudden death after hitting One Winged Angel.

After the commercial break, Tony Schiavone interviews PAC. When Tony Schiavone addresses PAC's loss and PAC insinuates that Tony is trying to "take the piss," Orange Cassidy shows up and confronts PAC. PAC punches Cassidy in the face and stomps at him, and officials and security have to keep PAC away from Cassidy.

Backstage, Lexi Nair tries to interview Chris Jericho, but gets a silent, stone-faced Jake Hager instead.

Jurassic Express (Jungle Boy, Marko Stunt, Luchasaurus) beats The Inner Circle (Santana, Ortiz and Sammy Guevara) after Darby Allin stops Sammy Guevara from using a madball. After the match, Darby ALlin stands tall with Jurassic Express.

We see a video package for "The American Nightmare" Cody Rhodes vs. MJF at Revolution.

Best Friends (Chuck Taylor and Trent) beat The Butcher and The Blade after Orange Cassidy takes down The Butcher with a tope suicida after a comedic confrontation with The Bunny. After the match, Tony Schiavone announces that PAC will face Orange Cassidy in the latter's first AEW singles match at Revolution. Chuck Taylor says it feels good moving up the tag team ranks and getting back to their winning ways, and that the joke is on PAC, as Orange Cassidy is actually going to try. Trent says he might try, but he not try, but the crowd chants "He's gonna try!" When asked by Schiavone "What about it?", Cassidy gives the usual lazy thumbs up.

Hikaru Shida beats Big Swole, Yuka Sakazaki and Shanna in a four-way match.

We hear from The Dark Order (Evil Uno, Stu Grayson, Alex Reynolds, John Silver), who says that The Exalted One is near and has instructed them to show SoCal Uncensored their true might. Evil Uno says that Frankie Kazarian and Scorpio Sky are in for a rough night, and when all is said and done, "The Fallen Angel" Christopher Daniels will truly find out that he is obsolete.

In footage from earlier today, Jim Ross interviews The Elite ("Hangman" Adam Page, Kenny Omega, Matt Jackson, Nick Jackson). The Young Bucks are surprised that Page and Omega are tag team champions and that they have yet to win the tag team titles yet, but they are still proud of them. Omega says he and Page stumbled on something at the right place and the right time, and while The Young Bucks are very good, Omega says that he and Page have proved that they can be one of the best tag teams in the world. Page thinks everyone is saying this is an accident, but Omega says that they worked from the ground up and earned everything. Page's glass of whiskey is also brought up, but everyone says that they care about him. It also becomes apparent that all four men know each other well, and while Page and Omega will soon see the competitive side of them at Revolution when they take title titles, they will still be friends, as The Elite are bigger than whover is wearing the tag team titles. Page says he tried to leave The Elite, but Matt and Nick Jackson would not let him, and believes that Matt and Nick want to take his biggest accomplishment away from him in the form of the tag team titles at the first chance they get. Page then walks out of the interview, which soon ends.

It is announced that Lance Archer is officially part of AEW.

Gary Michael Cappetta and Tony Schiavone hots the official weigh-in for Jon Moxley vs. Chris Jericho for the AEW World Championship at Revolution. Moxley comes out first, followed by Jericho. Jericho mocks Cappetta's own announce style, saying it is the reason WCW went out of business before saying that "Le Champion" goes last. Moxley steps on the scale first and weighs in at 234 pounds. Jericho tells the Kansas City, Missouri fans to "shut [their] ass," and when the fans break into a Kansas City Chiefs Tomahawk Chop chant, he tells the fans that "Aaron Maholmes is a piece of shit." (He is actually referring to Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Maholmes.) As Jericho slowly gets ready to get on the scale, however, he gets in Moxley's face only to get headbutted. Jericho is busted open, and the rest of The Inner Circle (Santana, Ortiz, Jake Hager, Sammy Guevara) take the boots to Moxley. Suddenly, "The Natural" Dustin Rhodes clotheslines Jake Hager over the top rope and brawls with him through the crowd and into the concourse. As Jericho and The Inner Circle continue to attack Moxley, Darby Allin shows up, but he is soon levelled with a high knee by Guevara, who breaks Darby Allin's skateboard over his own face. Moxley and Jericho then brawl in the ring, and when Moxley goes for a Paradigm Shift on Jericho, Guevara hits Moxley with a low blow before Jericho nails Moxley with a Judas Effect followed by a Paradigm Shift on the scale.

Here are the top five moments from tonight's show!
