Generation NXT UK - NXT UK recap for February 6, 2020

Piper Niven beats Dani Luna.

In a short video package, Gallus (Mark Coffey and Wolfgang) tell Oney Lorcan and Danny Burch that they are the ones who run things in NXT UK.

In footage from earlier this week, Jordan Devlin says he claimed to be the best in the world, and now he has proven that he is the best wrestler under 205 pounds and that nobody should bet against him.

Tyler Bate beats A-Kid. Both men shake hands after the match. Suddenly, Joseph Conners shows up and says it has been one achievement and milestone after another for Tyler Bate while he has been left to rot. He calls this a big mistake, and says he expected more from "the big strong boy," but he was wrong. He tells Tyler Bate that when he is done playing around with boys, he can step into the ring with a man like him and see just how worthy he is.

In post-show backstage footage from last week, "Bomber" Dave Mastiff is seen looking for Walter.

Ashton Smith and Oliver Carter beat Pretty Deadly (Sam Stoker and Lewis Howley). After the match, Pretty Deadly gang up on Ashton Smith before leaving the ring.

In footage from earlier this week at the UK Performance Center, Ilja Dragunov says that if Joe Coffey says his days are numbered, then he had better start counting because he is ready. He then gets back to pounding on a tire with a sledgehammer.

Kay Lee Ray shows up. She says she proved why she is the absolute best at NXT UK TakeOver: Blackpool II and that she will never give up the NXT UK Women's Championship no matter who is thrown at her or how many women are thrown at her. She also says that she has gotten to understand Toni Storm a little bit, and says that having the title is intoxicating, and everything that comes with it is all hers while Toni sits at home and has nothing better to do. Suddenly, Toni shows up and says that Kay Lee Ray stole the victory from her, and that the title is hers. Kay Lee Ray says being upset is not a good look for her, and says that he is obsessed with being champion. She says that she is the intervention, and that she used to be friends. She then gives her a title opportunity, and if she doesn't give up afterwards, she will make her admit that she is not good enough to beat her. She then challenges her to an "I Quit" Match, which Toni Storm is game for, and when she beats her, she cannot challenge her for the title again while she is champion.

Next week: Gallus (Mark Coffey and Wolfgang) vs. Oney Lorcan and Danny Burch!

Aoife Valkyrie debuts next week!

Trent Seven beats Eddie Dennis in a Steel Corners Street Fight.
