Generation NXT UK - NXT UK recap for February 13, 2020

Aoife Valkyrie beats Amale.

Backstage, Radzi interviews "The Kiwi Buzzsaw" Travis Banks, but he is interrupted by Alexander Wolfe, who says that the only thing the fans are talking about is Imperium's (Walter, Fabian Aichner, Marcel Barthel, Wolfe) might, not Banks letting NXT UK down. Banks asks Wolfe what it is like to ride Walter's coattails, and Wolfe responds by advising Banks to watch his step.

"Bomber" Dave Mastiff beats Saxon Huxley after using some of Walter's moves in order to send a message to him prior to hitting Into The Void for the win.

Backstage, Toni Storm speaks with General Manager Johnny Saint and Assistant Sid Scala, saying that she accepts Kay Lee Ray's challenge for an I Quit Match. Scala asks Toni to reconsider, but Toni insists on the match. Saint and Scala produce the contract, and despite the warning from Scala of the consequences for losing, Storm signs the contract without any hesitation.

Grizzled Young Veterans (Zack Gibson and James Drake) show up. Zack Gibson goes on about how he and James Drake have made history by becoming NXT UK's first tag team champions and turning away all comers before losing the titles at NXT UK TakeOver: Cardiff. He then talks about their losing effort for the titles at NXT UK TakeOver: Blackpool II, then says their next shot at the title might as well be a 17-team tag match before stating that their talents can be better appreciated in NXT in America. Gibson states that NXT's General Manager William Regal would better appreciate their talent, then mocks the town of York, England for being famous for absolutely nothing, unlike their own towns. Gibson says that York is to England what The Hunt (Wild Boar and Primate) is to tag team wrestling, as the town simply just exists, and if it did not exist, nobody would notice. He then says that Grizzled Young Veterans know their value, and says their appearing is worth the price of admission alone. Gibson concludes by saying that Grizzled Young Veterans have conquered Europe and that they are never going to stop.

Backstage, Radzi announces that there will be a live show when Joseph Conners stands next to Radzi and reads the official program with him. Conners then brags about his victory over A-Kid and says that he will beat Tyler Bate next week and show how capable and worthy he is.

Joe Coffey beats Amir Jordan. After the match, Joe Coffey calls out Ilja Dragunov, saying he hasn't seen him Worlds Collide and that he is about to get his world smashed up, as he owes him a debt and payment is due. He wants Dragunov to square up with him, and says that Mark Coffey and Wolfgang will square up with Oney Lorcan and Danny Burch as they take care of business and come up on top.

Gallus (Mark Coffey and Wolfgang) beat Oney Lorcan and Danny Burch. After the match, Ilja Dragonuv shows up and gets in the ring to brawl with Joe Coffey. A one-on-one scrap turns into a 3-on-1 assault that sees Dragonuv get laid out.
