Total Miz Island - Miz and Mrs. recap for February 12, 2020

At Rental Marmiz, Mike is training in the workout room when he is still creeped out by his mother's doll collection. As Maryse walks on the treadmill, her dress gets caught on the treadmill and Maryse ends up running out of the room naked while Mike accidentally destroys some of his mother's dolls by knocking them off a shelf with a barbell.

At the OB/GYN doctor's office, Mike and Maryse get an ultrasound of their baby. Mike is convinced that his second child will be a boy.

At Raw in Kansas City, Missouri, Mike finds out that his father George is on a Cleveland Browns podcast and that he hopes that Mike gives him a grandson.

Maryse's family is at Rental Marmiz for the gender reveal party. Maryse makes her sister Michelle "the keeper of the gender" as he does not trust Mike to keep a secret, and has problems saying the word "circumstances." Mike decides to find out what the gender of his second child is by any means necessary, and Mike presents shirts, bibs, trading cards - and even underwear - of himself at WrestleMania.

Mike tries to find Michelle to get the envelope containing the gender. He finds her sleeping and finds the envelope in a drawer, then tries to look through it with steam from a tea kettle. Unfortunately, he gets caught by Alexia, who takes a bunch of his money when Mike tries to bribe her to be silent.

Mike finds out that his father George is now making appearances to capitalize on his WrestleMania appearance. Mike decides to share a post about one such appearance, which only has three likes.

Mike, Maryse, George and Barbara head to the site of George's announced appearance. After entering from the back of a bowling alley, everyone notices a line of people lining up for autographs. Mike takes pictures for the event, and figures out that not only is George a good business man who can make a dollar and turn it into a hundred dollars, but that he is much like George himself.

At Rental Marmiz, Dolph Ziggler shows up early for the gender reveal party. Maryse asks Mike to place the gender reveal confetti cannons somewhere where nobody can mess with them, and Mike proposes to Dolph that they pop one of them to find out what the gender of his second child is. Dolph does not like the idea of this, and Mike tries to pop the cannon only to nail himself in the groin. Everyone else at the party finds out what Mike has done, and inside the cannon is a bunch of yellow pieces of paper saying "You're busted, Mike." Maryse tells Mike she knows that he tried to open the envelope, but Mike says it does not matter what the gender of his second child is. George finds out that WWE's online shop has a better shirt of him than he has made, which he is okay with. Finally, it is revealed that Mike and Maryse's second child is a girl. George accidentally fires his gender reveal cannon at his own crotch.
