The show begins with Aerostar talking about how one millennium ago, he met a girl and told her father to give her a pendant to give her immortality. He also instructed him to tell her that it would only work on females, which was a necessary lie to keep the man's tribe from making him keep the pendant for himself. He then tells someone that they have done well with the extra life that they were given. That someone is Captain Vasquez, then realizes he was wrong. He then says that while she was instrumental in this war, it is not her who can save everyone. He says that the future is clear, and that he needs her half of the pendant. Vasquez pulls out her half of the pendant as Aerostar tells her that her father and daughter both wait for her beyond the cosmos, then Aerostar pulls out his half. The pendant is now whole as Captain Vasquez de-materializes and ceases to exist.
The Reptile Tribe (Kobra Moon, Daga, Jeremiah Snake) retain the Lucha Underground Trios Championships against The Rabbit Tribe (Paul London, El Bunny, The White Rabbit) and the team of Ivelisse, XO Lishus and Sammy Guevara with an arm bar from Daga to XO Lishus, whose shoulder is hurt during the match. During the match, Sammy Guevara beats Paul London with an inside cradle after London trips over El Bunny, eliminating The Rabbit Tribe. After this, The White Rabbit locks Down The Rabbit Hole on Guevara, which causes Guevara to cough up blood after The White Rabbit lets go, taking Guevara out of the match.
Taya - now going by the name Taya Mundo after her wedding to Johnny Mundo - beats Ricky Mundo by submission. After the match, Taya puts Ricky through a table before walking off with Rosa.
Son of Havoc beats Killshot in a Mask vs. Mask Match with a Shooting Star Press to Killshot as Killshot is strapped to a military stretcher. After the match, Killshot is forced to unmask, but before he does, Killshot reveals that his real name is Lt. Jermaine "Killshot" Strickland, and that for the past few years, he has been trying to erase and escape his true identity and the fact that he had left his brothers for dead, proving that what Dante Fox said about him in Season 3 was true. He then takes his mask off himself instead of allowing Son of Havoc to do it himself, and Killshot's face is seen for the first time. (In reality, Killshot has also performed under the name Shane Strickland.) Killshot then hands his mask to Son of Havoc, who holds it up, then quietly walks to the back.
The show ends with a United States Marine approaching Killshot. Killshot recognizes him, and asks him why he went missing in action. The Marine says he had a mission that he could not ignore, and says it is nice to see his face again. He says it will be the last time he will see it, and apologizes. He asks permission to be relieved of duty, and he is granted permission. Both men salute each other, then Killshot walks away.

Underground Sound - Lucha Underground recap for October 3, 2018
Outside the temple, Melissa Santos asks Aerostar what has happened concerning Fenix. Aerostar says he should not have undone what time had already done, but Fenix was his friend. However, when Catrina absorbed Fenix's life force, her evil spirit infected him like a disease, and he wasn't supposed to get it back. He says that Catrina has changed him into something evil. Melissa says she can save him, but Aerostar says he is already gone, and he is sure of that because he has seen the end of everything.
The Rabbit Tribe (Paul London, El Bunny and The White Rabbit) beat Ivelisse, XO Lishus and Joey Ryan after The White Rabbit applies a Mandible Claw to Joey Ryan with a pristine white glove. When he pulls his hand out, blood is on the fingers of the gloves.
Announced for Ultima Lucha Cuatro: Mil Muertes vs. The Mack in a Death Match! El Dragon Azteca Jr. vs. Fenix in a two-out-of-three falls match! Pentagon Dark vs. Marty "The Moth" Martinez for the Lucha Underground Championship!
Son of Havoc beats Killshot with a surprise schoolboy pin. After the match, Killshot hits Son of Havoc with a running boot to the face before wrapping his dog tags around his fist to punch Son of Havoc in the face. Killshot then removes Son of Havoc's mask, and Antonio Cueto shows up to tell him that the mask means as much to Son of Havoc as it does to him. He says their masks not only hide their faces, but symbolize the new warriors that both men have become. Antonio Cueto then puts both men in a Mask vs. Mask match at Ultima Lucha Cuatro.
Marty "The Moth" Martinez shows up with Chelsea Green, now wearing a cape instead of a T-shirt. Marty says this journey started three years ago when an "egotistical, egomaniacal" Sexy Star embarrassed his family, and that he has not forgotten. This is why he sent Chelsea Green - now known as Reklusa - after her. Reklusa pulls Sexy Star's mask out from behind the Lucha Underground Championship on Marty's waist. He then reveals that Reklusa was the one terrorizing Sexy Star for the past year, and that she beat Sexy Star to the point that her mask was all that was left at Marty's command. Marty then says there is one person who humiliated him more than Sexy Star ever could: Pentagon Dark, who broke his arm. He responded by taking the Lucha Underground Championship from Pentagon Dark. He then mentions one other person who is also more beautiful, and looks at ring announcer Melissa Santos - who gives him the Pentagon Dark "cero miedo" hand motion - before addressing his sister Mariposa. He says that Mariposa forced him to focus when he was at his lowest point, and says he owes her. He then says that his first Lucha Underground Championship defense will be against Mariposa, not Pentagon Dark, and invites her to the ring to play just like when they were kids.
During the beginning of the next match, it is announced that Marty "The Moth" Martinez has requested to Antonio Cueto that this match be no-disqualification, and that Antonio Cueto has agreed.
Marty "The Moth" Martinez retains the Lucha Underground Championship against Mariposa in a no-disqualification match with a package piledriver after mocking Pentagon Dark followed by interference by Reklusa. After the match, Marty says it was Mariposa who showed him the focus to beat her, and that it will be the same focus that keeps him Lucha Underground Champion. He then tells Pentagon Dark that he wants to challenge him at Ultima Lucha Cuatro in a Cero Miedo Match, and that when he beats him in his own match, he will dedicate the match to him, then breaks Mariposa's arm with Pentagon Dark's own arm breaker and dedicates it to him as well. Pentagon Dark then shows up with a steel chair, and Marty retreats after ducking a chair shot. Pentagon then asks him if he is challenging him to a Cero Miedo Match before telling him that he accepts and that he promises to break his bones.

Underground Sound - Lucha Underground recap for September 26, 2018
Matt Striker reads a letter from Antonio Cueto on the air at the start of the show. The letter states that last week, four men had a dream of making it to the main event of Ultima Lucha Cuatro, but those dreams were crushed last week when Marty "The Moth" Martinez won both the Gift of the Gods and the Lucha Underground Championships. Many questions have been brought up because of this, and now all of the men impacted by Marty's actions - Pentagon Dark, Mil Muertes, King Cuerno and El Dragon Azteca Jr. - will do battle with one another in a Four-Way #1 Contender's Match where the winner will face Marty for the Lucha Underground Championship at Ultima Lucha Cuatro.
Before the next match, Jack Evans says everyone would want to see a match from "wrestling's one true god, Jack Evans," but he refuses to compete in an organization that allows "a dangerous and vile individual" like XO Lishus to fight freely. He is also worried about Johnny Mundo's wedding, saying that had he been there, he would have ripped "The Monster" Matanza Cueto's head off. He says that there will be no match as long as XO Lishus is around, and says he quits. Antonio Cueto, who has been watching, says nobody likes quitters, but at the same time, he is a compassionate boss who hears Evans' complaints. He makes it clear that Jack Evans will fight tonight, and if he wins, he can walk out the door. If he loses, however, he will never walk out of the temple ever again, as he has been chosen to become the next sacrifice to the gods. Jack Evans tries to run, but the doors are locked and Matanza Cueto comes out of them soon afterwards. Evans tries to run away from Matanza, but Antonio Cueto trips Jack Evans with his cane.
"The Monster" Matanza Cueto beats Jack Evans, who is then sacrificed after the match.
Before the next match, Paul London presents El Bunny as well as The White Rabbit to the temple. The three of them then watch the match from the stands.
The Reptile Tribe (Kobra Moon, Daga, Jeremiah Snake) retain the Lucha Underground Trios Championships against Ivelisse, Joey Ryan and XO Lishus following an arm bar from Daga to Joey Ryan. After the match, Paul London and El Bunny walk down the stairs, and El Bunny fights XO Lishus and Joey Ryan. The White Rabbit gets a closer look as Paul London and El Bunny then double team Ivelisse before putting Ivelisse, Joey Ryan and XO Lishus in a triple headlock on the bottom rope.
"The Savage" Jake Strong beats Aerostar and Drago in a two-on-one Nunchaku Match with an ankle lock to Aerostar. After the match, Drago hits Strong with the nunchaku, but Strong gets Dragon into the ankle lock and breaks his ankle.
Next week: Marty "The Moth" Martinez addresses his Ultima Lucha Cuatro opponent!
Pentagon Dark beats Mil Muertes, King Cuerno and El Dragon Azteca Jr. to become #1 contender to the Lucha Underground Championship at Ultima Lucha Cuatro. During the match, Fenix shows up, and ring announcer Melissa Santos has to get Fenix to snap out of what he is going through. This leads to a brawl between Azteca Jr. and Fenix that heads to the back. Later on, The Mack shows up for the first time since his Haunted House Match against Mil Muertes mover a month ago, hitting Mil Muertes with two Stone Cold Stunner and allowing Pentagon Dark to get the win. After the match, The Mck tells Mil Muertes that whil he will be fighting for the Lucha Underground Championship at Ultima Lucha Cuatro, he will be fighting him. He used to be afraid of Mil Muertes, but not anymore, and after the Haunted House Match, he is no longer afraid to die. At Ultima Lucha Cuatro, The Mack wants Mil Muertes in a deathmatch. He then tells Mil Muertes "Rest in peace, motherfucker," before leaving the ring and flipping Mil Muertes off with both hands to end the show.

Underground Sound - Lucha Underground recap for August 29, 2018
In the locker room, The Worldwide Underground (Johnny Mundo, Ricky Mundo) and "The Darewolf" PJ Black - all dressed in neon green - are getting ready for Mundo and Taya's wedding. Jack Evans shows up and says he will make XO Lishus kiss his ass until he says "no mass." As Mundo says that he and Taya will soon be the happiest couple in the world and PJ Black says that The Worldwide Underground has a surprise for him, Joey Mercury - known hereforth as "Joey Wrestling" - shows up dresses in a sleeveless lime green tuxedo, announcing that he is the best man. Ricky Mundo is bumped down to ring bearer as Mundo tells Joey that this is the best night of his life, then everyone including Ricky Mundo plays air guitar. Ricky gets his air guitar "taken away," then everyone else leaves as Ricky stays in the locker room. Rosa tells Ricky that she hopes he is keeping his vows...to her.
Famous B continues to announce the matches this week.
"The Savage" Jake Strong beats Drago with the ankle lock, then puts Drago in the hold again, this time with Drago's nunchaku. Aerostar runs to the ring to save Drago, but Strong withstands the attack, and Aerostar rolls out of the ring along with Drago.
XO Lishus beats Jack Evans in a No Más Match after Joey Ryan stops Evans from breaking XO Lishus' neck and Ivelisse pulls XO Lishus away from a knee to the throat on a steel chair. After the match, Joey Ryan has to Ivelisse and XO Lishus that he is on their side, and the three of them celebrate in the ring.
Backstage, Jack Evans crawls backstage, and Johnny Mundo refuses to even acknowledge Ricky Mundo as a friend after Joey Wrestling asks Johnny to calm down. When everyone else leaves, Rosa tells Ricky it is time to do the job she told him to do.
The wedding between Johnny Mundo and Taya commences. Famous B is the minister for this wedding, and says that if you call 423-GET-FAME, he can minister your wedding and even have Dr. Wagner Jr. and Texano Jr. attend for a small fee. "The Darewolf" P.J. Black and Joey Wrestling are best men, and they show up first with Johnny Mundo. Taya shows up with Cheerleader Melissa and The Beautiful Brenda, who are both bridesmaids of honor. Backstage, Ricky Mundo and Rosa are in the boiler room of the arena, and Rosa tells Ricky to give Johnny and Taya a wedding they will never forget. With a pair of bolt cutters, Ricky cuts a chain and opens a door, and on the other side of the door that they open is "The Monster" Matanza Cueto, who leaves the boiler room as soon as he finds out he is free.
The wedding between Johnny Mundo and Taya commences. When minister Famous B asks if anybody is against the marriage, Antonio Cueto suddenly shows up and tells Johnny that he did not come here to object to his marriage, and unlike his son Dario Cueto, he actually likes Johnny and Taya. He says that before the wedding becomes official, he wants to give a gift from his family to theirs. He then asks for the bell to be rung, but instead of an opponent, Antonio Cueto announces that there are tacos for everyone. He then congratulates Johnny and Taya on their wedding, then goes back into his office. Taya and Johnny exchange their vows, then the ring is presented. Ricky Mundo and Rosa show up and deliver the ring, then Famous B verbally disrespects Rosa and Johnny tells Ricky to get out of the ring. As Famous B delcares Johnny and Taya husband and wife, "The Monster" Matanza Cueto shows up and attacks everyone, making The Beautiful Brenda faint in the process and dumping Famous B out of his wheelchair by grabbing the wheelchair and turning it over. All the while, Ricky Mundo is seen laughing as Mantanza Cueto dumps Johnny over the top rope and into a table before hitting Wrath of the Gods on a busted open Taya and choke slamming her on the wedding cake.

Underground Sound - Lucha Underground recap for August 8, 2018
Antonio Cueto is on the telephone in his office. He says that everything is running smoothly, and that there will be another sacrifice to the gods tonight. He then hangs up the telephone, then notices Mariposa walk into his office. Mariposa says that he had heard stories about Antonio through her father, but they did not seem to do him justice. She never expected him to be so handsome in person and that she has fantasized about having a relationship with a Cueto, mostly because it was forbidden. Instead of being here to seduce him over, she is here for a Gift of the Gods title match. Antonio tells Mariposa she doesn't deserve it, but Mariposa pulls out $20,000 in $100 bills, says her family has a lot of money and that they always get what they want. Antonio takes the money, says it is the ultimate aphrodisiac, and says that he could not say no to someone as beautiful and dangerous as Mariposa, who says that she never takes no for an answer before leaving. Antonio then chugs down a bottle of beer.
Before the next match, Antonio Cueto says that he is glad that Paul London volunteered for the next match, then says that only one member of The Rabbit Tribe (Paul London, Saltador, Mala Suerte) will be allowed to compete in the next match. London picks Mala Suerte without hesitation, telling Mala Suerte that by failing the tribe, he has failed the White Rabbit, but now, he gets to prove his worth by having a little tussle. Antonio then says that Mala Suerte has been chosen to become the next sacrifice to the gods, meaning that he is the one to face "The Monster" Matanza Cueto.
"The Monster" Matanza Cueto beats Mala Suerte, then the lights flash to reveal that Mala Suerte has disappeared. During the match, stock cartoon sound effects play during Mala Suerte's attacks.
Joey Ryan and Jack Evans beat XO Lishus and Ivelisse by submission with a modified locoplata from Jack Evans to XO Lishus. After the match, Jack Evans refuses to let go of the hold, and Ivelisse has to take the boots to Jack Evans to break the hold. Joey Ryan has to get out of the ring to avoid Ivelisse's wrath, and Jack Evans says that this isn't over until XO Lishus is dead.
It is announced that El Dragon Azteca Jr. will be defending the Lucha Underground Gift of the Gods Championship against Mariposa after the commercial break.
El Dragon Azteca Jr. retains the Lucha Underground Gift of the Gods Championship against Mariposa after crossing Mariposa's legs during a roll-up.
Before the beginning of the next match, it is announced on commentary that Vibora is absent, but it is not brought up by commentary that he is dead. Kobra Moon then says that what Johnny Mundo did to Vibora was cold blooded. She likes that, and says that this is why Mundo belongs in her tribe. She then says that Mundo thought he had an advantage, but she has many subjects, and tonight, he will meet his newest one: "Jeremiah Snake," whom she has brought back from death with venom and has since been reborn. Jeremiah Crane comes out in a mask in a zombie-like state, then acts like his usual self before doing Kobra's bidding. The Worldwide Underground (Johnny Mundo, Taya Valkyrie, "The Darewolf" PJ Black, Ricky Mundo) shows up, and Johnny Mundo says he likes the last minute addition before saying he was thinking of the same time. He tells Ricky Mundo that this is one job he will not do, and says he needs someone he can trust before telling Ricky to go play with Rosa in the locker room. Mundo says he needs someone he can count on, and since Jack Evans is afraid of snakes, he needs someone who has what it takes to cut off the Reptile Tribe's heads like they did Vibora. He then introduces their new partner: Aerostar, who shows up wearing the same yellow headband as the rest of The Worldwide Underground.
The Worldwide Underground (Johnny Mundo, Taya Valkyrie, "The Darewolf" PJ Black) and Aerostar beat The Reptile Tribe (Kobra Moon, Daga, Drago and Jeremiah Snake). As per pre-match stipulations, Kobra Moon has to grant Johnny Mundo one wish, and Johnny Mundo tells Kobra Moon she owes him a wish. Mundo uses his wish for Aerostar, telling Kobra Moon that he wishes for Drago to be freed. Mundo leads a crowd chant of "Set him free!" and Kobra Moon has no choice but to let Drago free. Taya is crying because Mundo made a wish for Aerostar instead of her, and after Aerostar frees Drago from his iron collar, Taya calls Mundo an idiot for helping Aerostar and says that everything they did was for nothing. Mundo says that Kobra Moon could not grant his wish, because only Taya could do that. PJ Black then pulls out a small black ring box from his trunks and hands it to Johnny Mundo, and Taya cannot believe what she is seeing as Johnny Mundo does his best "Macho Man" Randy Savage as he asks Taya to marry her. The crowd chants "Si!" as Taya cries "Yes!" Mundo says "Ooh yeah!," then Savage's music plays before Mundo places the engagement ring on Taya's finger before they both kiss.
In the locker room, Ricky Mundo tells Rosa that he has a wish, too: that Taya and Johnny are together until death do them part. Rosa laughs along with Ricky Mundo as they both look into a mirror, and the show ends.

In the locker room, Ricky Mundo talks to "The Darewolf" PJ Black and Jack Evans in the locker room about his doll Rosa. He pulls the string, and they are freaked out by Rosa's voice. Johnny Mundo and Taya show up, and when Mundo thanks everyone for coming, Rosa says "You're welcome." Mundo says The Reptile Tribe )have declared war on The Lucha Underground, and commands Jack Evans to go call out one of The Reptile Tribe's members, but he talks his way out of it. Mundo tells everyone else that they have their walking order, then asks if anyone has seen Angelico as he owes him an ass beating. Mundo bumps into Ricky, and Rosa tells Ricky not to worry as his secret is safe with her. It is obvious that this point that Rosa is possessed as she laughs.
Before the next match, Jack Evans says ring announcer Melissa Santos has learned from his tutelage, and goes on to introduce himself for the match.
The debuting XO Lishus beats Jack Evans.
Pentagon Dark is in the ring. At Aztec Warfare, nineteen other luchadors tried to take the Lucha Underground Championship from him and failed. After that, Matanza Cueto tried to take the title, and he failed. He says that if anyone else wants the title, they will fail too, as they will end up broken, for he is Pentagon Dark and he has zero fear. Suddenly, Cage shows up and attacks Pentagon Dark from behind before striking him with the Lucha Underground Championship. Cage then reaches underneath the ring and pulls out a table and powerbombs Pentagon Dark through it. Cage then tells Pentagon Dark to meet the luchador he cannot break, for he is not a man, he is machine and he is the next Lucha Underground Champion.
In the locker room, Melissa Santos tells Fenix she cannot lose him. Fenix says the last time he was in a Grave Consequences Match, he won, but Melissa Santos tells him he has two opponents this time. Fenix tells her not to worry as he is the man with a thousand lives, then they kiss.
Mil Muertes beats Fenix and Jeremiah Crane in a 3-Way To The Grave Match. During the match, Ivelisse shows up and attacks Jeremiah Crane with a hammer as he is about to eliminate Fenix, and she ends up breaking one of his hands. She ends up knocking him into a coffin and closing the coffin, officially eliminating Jeremiah Crane. Ring announcer Melissa Santos sounds defeated as she announces that Mil Muertes is the winner, and Catrina brushes Mil Muertes away as he seems to caress Fenix's coffin.
We see Matanza ueto chained to the floor in a basement. Antonio Cueto says it is not much, but it is still better than the cell Dario Cueto locked him in. He then says that he failed Matanza, not the other way around, and asked the gods to leave him a sliver of his humanity. As a result, he has the key that holds his soul, and when Dario took Matanza from him, he planned to exploit him, but he kept the key as he cared for Matanza. He then says that Dario keeping the key made him weak, and he cannot tolerate weakness. Antonio says he knows what he must do, and while Matanza is his son, he is meant to be so much more than what he is now. He asked Matanza to destroy the key and his soul, and become a god. Matanza breaks the key, and as he does, the chains that bind him to the wooden floor also break. Antonio then says goodbye to Matanza, and we then learn the key has been destroyed.
