Backstage, Renee Paquette interviews Chris Jericho and Kenny Omega. Jericho talks about how he and Kenny Omega will beat Sammy Guevara and Konosuke Takeshita of The Don Callis Family again tonight when Adam Copeland suddenly shows up and says it is great to be here tonight before wishing Jericho luck. Omega says it is great to see Copeland and that he had him at the edge of his seat Sunday before shaking his hand.

Rey Fenix retains the AEW International Championship after countering a roll-up with one of his own.

In footage from earlit today, Adam Cole is at Roderick Strong's home when Roderick Strong shows up with The Kingdom (Matt Taven and Mike Bennett). Roderick Strong shows off a new scooter for Adam's ankle, which Adam Cole rides around on while Roddy rides around in his wheelchair to humorous effect. From here, Roddy has Adam Cole rearranging stuff despite his bad ankle, as according to Roddy, The Kingdom know nothing about interior design. As Adam Cole is about to leave, Roddy still tells Adam he still needs his help.

Wardlow quickly beats Griff Garrison with five powerbombs and leaves through the crowd.

In backstage footage from earlier tonight, Renee Paquette interviews Don Callis and Konosuke Takeshita. Callis says that AEW has been shaken so much by Sammy Guevara pinning Chris Jericho that Guevara is not cleared to perform, then says there are plenty of young athletes willing to work their way into the Don Callis Family and announces that Kyle Fletcher will be teaming up with Konosuke Takeshita tonight. He then says that nobody remembers who wins or losses battles and that people only remembers who wins the war.

The Acclaimed ("Platinum" Max Caster, Anthony Bowens, "Daddy Ass" Billy Gunn) retain the AEW World Trios Championships against The Butcher, The Blade and Kip Sabian.

"Timeless" Toni Storm premieres tonight!

We hear from "The American Dragon" Bryan Danielson following his match at WrestleDream.

We hear from "Hangman" Adam Page following his match at WrestleDream.

"Rock Hard" Juice Robinson and The Gunns (Austin and Colten Gunn) head to the ring. The Gunns make fun of MJF and his calling "Switchblade" Jay White "tofu," then says he attacked Jay White because he is scared. Robinson calls MJF out, saying he has some explaining to do. MJF shows up and The Gunns and Juice Robinson "Ass Boys" and "Talentless Taint" respectively, then has the crowd alternate between both nicknames in a chant. He then says he has done a lot of bad things, then says it would be a good idea to list them off tonight, with thing such as tossing Chris Jericho off the top of a cage, whipping "The American Nightmare" Cody Rhodes with a belt, and calling Tony Khan "an effing mark." After stating that he has been honest about everything he has done because he is the fans' scumbag, he also states that he did not attack Jay White, and if nobody wants to talk it out like gentlemen, they can have a street fight. MJF gets in the ring, and when Juice Robinson and The Gunns retreat, Jay White sneaks into the ring and hits MJF with Blade Runner before holding up the AEW World Championship before walking off with it. Jay White then says he is a cut above MJF and that his games and parlor tricks do not work against him, and while MJF got the better of him last week, nobody believes what he says and that he is not like "those filthy poors." He then says the real MJF is a "pathetic, dirty liar" and a "slimy, gutless coward" and that AEW needs a truly elite champion and it is not MJF. He then challenges MJF for the AEW World Championship at Full Gear. Jay White then says MJF can try to prove he is a truly elite champion and fail, then says he is taking over from here and that he is taking the AEW World Championship with him. MJF tells Jay White "You're on."

Backstage, Renee Paquette interviews Orange Cassidy and Hook. Orange says he and Hook could have been great tag champions, then says Hook is still a great champion. Hook says Orange can be a great champion again if he goes for the International Championship.

Don Callis guests on commentary for the next match.

Chris Jericho and Kenny Omega beat The Don Callis Family (Sammy Guevara and Konosuke Takeshita). After the match, Don Callis distracts Jericho and Omega, allowing the both of them to be ambushed by Powerhouse Hobbs. The attack on Jericho and Omega goes into the crowd before Takeshita and Don Callis duct tape Omega to the ropes so that Hobbs can hit Omega with a chair. Jericho puts himself between Hobbs and Omega, but Hobbs blasts him with the chair before punching Omega repeatedly in the gut. As he is about to hit Omega with the chair, however, Callis asks him to hand him the chair so that he can land the final blow, which he does by hitting Omega in the head with the chair before getting a few stomps in for good measure and celebrating with Hobbs.

Backstage, Renee Paquette interviews MJF in the trainer's room as The Acclaimed ("Platinum" Max Caster, Anthony Bowens, "Daddy Ass" Billy Gunn) show up. Caster takes over on the neck massage, and MJF tells him to stop tweeting and stalking him before making a phone call to Adam Cole, which ends up leading to voicemail.

We hear from Samoa Joe, who says that he has been a champion many times and that he knows when to be hungry and when to be satisfied. He says he has is now satisfied because he has been a champion everywhere he has been, but to be champion, he must be focused and he must regain that hunger. He then says that he is focused and that he should be AEW World Champion, and that MJF has earned his respect. He then say that when he is hungry, he always manages to eat.

"Timeless" Toni Storm beats Skye Blue.

Backstage, Stokely Hathaway announces that there will be a four-way match to decide a #1 contender for the Ring of Honor World Championship, and says that Ring of Honor needs a champion who smells like Tom Ford, not "Burger King and Newports."

It is announced that this week's Collision will air an hour earlier on Saturday at 7 PM Eastern/6 PM Central.

Tony Schiavone interviews Adam Copeland in the ring. Copeland takes over on the microphone and says the AEW World Heavyweight Champion would look good around his waist and that there are a lot of first-time matches for him, and he thanks the fans for making it happen. He then says he is here is because he sat down with his family and asked if he should retire until his nine-year-old told him he "should go have fun with Uncle Jay," otherwise known as Christian Cage. Copeland then calls out Christian so he can tell him the real reason that he is here, and Christian shows up. Copeland says that he and Christian were friends before they were wrestlers, but it took wrestling for them to be best friends for life, then says he did what he did at WrestleDream because he stood over Sting, whose haircut he emulated and who has performed for four decades, as he was about to smash him with a Con-Chair-To. He also says he did it because Luchasaurus and Nick Wayne will drop him like a bad habit once they suck all the information from his brain and that he is so egotistical he will not see it coming. He then says "It's time." Copeland says it it time after over 20 years to team up again and show why they are one of the greatest tag teams of all time, then asks him to end their careers together as a team and show what they can do. Christian takes the microphone and hugs Edge, then says "Go fuck yourself" and leaves. Christian takes the microphone and hugs Copeland, then says "Go fuck yourself" and leaves. The crowd chants "Asshole" at Christian Cage before telling Copeland he will be up against Luchasaurus - who shows up alongside Nick Wayne - on Dynamite.
