Backstage, Scott Hudson interviews The Motor City Machine Guns (Chris Sabin and Alex Shelley), Frankie Kazarian and Nick Aldis. Shelley says there have been a lot of great tag teams in Impact, but the Machine Guns came out on top by reinventing tag team wrestling. Sabin says that tonight is not about celebrating history, but defending it from Honor No More. Kazarian says they are in a mood to celebrate as well as to fight and hope Honor No More is in a mood to fight, too. Aldis says their partnership may not make sense, but they take pride in their profession and the business as well as the opportunity extended to them. When Scott Hudson asks who the fifth man is, Aldis says that it is a name the four of them can agree on.
We see a video package of Sting talking about his time in TNA and Impact Wrestling.
Rosemary and Taya Valkyrie beat The Influence (Tenille Dashwood and Madison Rayne) to become the Impact Knockouts Tag Team Champions!
Kurt Angle congratulates Impact Wrestling on their 20th anniversary and thanks the fans and the company for their support.
Sami Callihan beats Moose in a Monster's Ball Match - which both men prepared for by being locked in a dark room for twenty-four hours with no light, food or drink - following a barbed-wire baseball bat shot and a third Cactus Driver '97.
The Good Brothers ("The Big LG" Doc Gallows and "Machine Gun" Karl Anderson) beat The Briscoes (Jay and Mark Briscoe) to become the Impact World Tag Team Champions for a third time. After the match, American's Most Wanted suddenly shows up. Storm says that he and Harris both know fighting and drinking, and since both teams in the match have been beating each other up, they might as well be drinking. The three teams have a beer and have a toast to tag team wrestling, which Storm says has always thrived here, then tells the haters who doubted that TNA and Impact would last twenty years "Sorry about your damn luck!"
We see a video package of the original TNA announce team, Don West and Mike Tenay. It is then announced that Don West is fighting lymphoma and that a GoFundMe has been made to raise money.
Christy Hemme is the special guest ring announcer for the next match, and Scott D'Amore shows up in his Team Canada to guest on commentary.
In a match that sees Earl Hebner make the final three count after referee Brian Hebner is taken out, Traci Brooks show up to beat up Maria Kanellis-Bennett and nearly get powerbombed by PCO only for Kazarian to make the save and D'Lo Brown beat up Kenny King when he tries to get involved in the match, The TNA Originals (Chris Sabin, Alex Shelley, Frankie Kazarian, Nick Aldis, Davey Richards) beat Honor No More (Eddie Edwards, Matt Taven, Mike Bennett, PCO, Vincent) in a ten-man tag team match.
We hear from "The Pheomenal" AJ Styles, who talks about Impact Wrestling's beginnings as TNA and the matches that he had that defined X Division and Impact Wrestling history. He also thanks WWE for allowing him to do this and understanding that this is a magical moment for him.
Mickie James is the special guest enforcer for the next match.
Jordynne Grace beats Tasha Steelz, Mia Yim, Deonna Purrazzo and Chelsea Green in the first ever Queen of the Mountain Match to become Impact Knockouts Championship for a second time!
Backstage, Gia Miller introduces Goldilocks, who interviews Gail Kim. Gail Kim thinks the fans, Impact and even the women of Impact who came before her, and says that tonight's Queen of the Mountain Match made history tonight. She says she cannot wait to see what the next twenty years will bring.
