Before the BTI match, Brian Myers shows up with a chair and says he is only here because Rich Swann earned his respect and that he consider himself "a big Rich Swann fan" now. Myers sits at the bottom of the ramp, then talks on the microphone during the match.

We hear from Raven, who says that for most children, childhood is a time of joy. He then talks about hit trademark Clockwork House of Fun Match, which he designed to be barbaric, cruel and inhumane. He says that Sami Callihan and Moose will have a lot of fun and that he hopes someone gets hurt really badly, as that would make him happy.

The Influence (Tenille Dashwood and Madison Rayne) guest on commentary for the next match.

Mickie James says she has beaten Deonna Purrazzo over and over again, and Chelsea Green has only had an advantage over here due to Brian Myers and Matt Cardona. Purrazzo and Chelsea show up, and Chelsea says that Mickie James has never mentioned her tag team partner. Purrazzo tells Mickie James she should think of someone other than herself for Against All Odds. Mickie James says she has an issue with fighting her own battles at all costs, then brawls with Purrazzo and Chelsea. She is soon joined by Mia Yim, who helps drives them off.

Backstage, Rosemary and Taya Valkyrie produce a necklace with a chain on it and chants an incantation that summons Father James Mitchell. Rosemary asks Father James Mitchell where Havok is, and Mitchell says that she has seen her wandering around in the darkness. Rosemary tells Mitchell to tell Havok "all hands on deck." Mitchell says there is no way of knowing if Havok wants to return to the mortal realm, but tells Rosemary he will pass the message along. Rosemary then returns Mitchell to where she pulled him out from.

Jordynne Grace beats Savannah Evans.

We see a video package for Joe Doering for Against All Odds.

Backstage, Gia Miller interviews Josh Alexander. Josh says winning the Impact World title means everything to end, as his history with Impact started as a fan. As for the post-match attack at Slammiversary, it would not surprise him if Eric Young wanted it. He also admits that nobody has heard from Eric Young since Slammiversary, so anything could happen. As for Joe Doering, he considers Doering his toughest challenge in Impact Wrestling and he must be completely focused. Alexander then wonders if Eric Young will show up again.

The Good Brothers ("The Big LG" Doc Gallows and "Machine Gun" Karl Anderson) beat Honor No More (PCO and Vincent). After the match, Honor No More (Eddie Edwards, Matt Taven, Mike Bennett, PCO, Vincent) gang up on and attack The Good Brothers and "The Cowboy" James Storm, then "Wildcat Chris Harris shows up to protect Storm.
