Generation NXT - NXT recap for March 31, 2021

Before the next match, Cameron Grimes shows up with a bunch of documents. He says there is a lot of money being left with the intellectual property of The Undisputed Era (Adam Cole, Bobby, Kyle O'Reilly, Roderick Strong), and without his efforts, it could be done for. Grimes shows off a new "Grimes The System" shirt and a "Grimes The System" theme song, but Roderick beats him up and throws him into the ring for the match.

Cameron Grimes beats Roderick Strong after pulling an Undisputed Era (Adam Cole, Bobby, Kyle O'Reilly, Roderick Strong) armband out of his trunks. When Strong looks at it, he is distracted, and this allows Grimes to hit the Cave-In for the win.

We see a video package of Karrion Kross' preparations for his match against Finn Balor for the NXT Championship at NXT TakeOver: Stand And Deliver.

We hear from Walter, who says that Tommaso Ciampa was focused on wrestling and was a dominant champion, then says Ciampa is now focused on other things and he is a shell of his former self. Walter then says that he is NXT's most dominant champion and that he has put more focus on wrestling than anyone else, and at Stand And Deliver, he will prove that the mat is sacred.

It is announced that NXT will move to Tuesdays on April 13th.

Legado del Fantasma (Santos Escobar, Joaquin Wilde, Raul Mendoza) is in the ring. Santos Escobar says that tonight, he wants to issue an open challenge because he runs things around here and wants to show Jordan Devlin what he is in for. He says that he was born a champion, unlike Devlin, and says he is "the emperor of Lucha Libre" who represents over 100 years of tradition, and says the Cruiserweight division will belong to him as long as he wants it to because it is in his blood. Santos says blood and tradition state that he is the best cruiserweight in the history of NXT, then Tyler Breeze shows up. Breeze says the difference between him and Santos is that Santos is entitled while he had to work to get here, then accepts Santos' challenge.

Santos Escobar beats Tyler Breeze. After the match, Joaquin Wilde and Raul Mendoza hold Breeze down, but MSK (Nash Carter and Wes Lee) show up and rush the ring, causing Legado del Fantasma (Santos Escobar, Joaquin Wilde, Raul Mendoza)to retreat. Grizzled Young Veterans then show up on the video screen. Zack Gibson says that Legado del Fantasma and MSK are both distracted, while he and James Drake are soon to become NXT Tag Team Champions.

Backstage, McKenzie Mitchell interviews The Way (Johnny Gargano, Candice LeRae, Austin Theory, Indi Hartwell). Johnny Gargano says that he has no way to prepare for TakeOver and that William Regal is unfit to run NXT. He also questions why Austin Theory is in the Battle Royal Eliminator. After Austin Theory asks Gargano if he has ever heard of the Finger Poke of Doom, Candice LeRae says that she and Indi Hartwell will show the women's division how it is done tonight.

In backstage footage from last week, Io Shirai says that she challenged Raquel Gonzalez because she is a challenge.

We see a video clip of a Pomeranian approaching the WWE Performance Center.

The Way (Candice LeRae and Indi Hartwell) beat Gigi Dolin and Zeta Moran. After the match, Candice says there is no woman in the back who deserves to be more than champion more than her, and that she and Indi deserve to be tag team champions. She tells Shotzi Blackheart and Ember Moon that she is coming for what is hers on her time, her stage and her way at Stand and Deliver. Suddenly, Ember Moon and Shotzi Blackheart show up. Ember Moon tells Candice and Shotzi they have lost their minds, and that they expected this. Shotzi says that they will take care of business, and accept their challenge. They then fire a foam missile out of their tank at Candice and Indi.

Io Shirai approaches Raquel Gonzales and says "You cannot kill me!" before hitting her. This starts a brawl that ends with Raquel getting the upper hand.

We see a video clip of the dog from earlier entering the WWE Performance Center.

In footage from the commercial break, Roderick Strong leaves the arena with his bags, saying he is done. (Roderick Strong does not return for tonight's Gauntlet Eliminator Match.)

Raquel Gonzalez beats Zoey Stark. After the match, Io Shirai runs into the ring and brawls with Raquel only to get overpowered.

We see another video of the Pomeranian - this time running across the weight room - in the WWE Performance Center.

Backstage, Mackenzie Mitchell interviews KUSHIDA, who says nothing will stop him tonight, then Pete Dunne shows up and says he is the best technical wrestler in the world, not KUSHIDA, and dares him to prove him wrong.

We see a video package chronicling the events leading to Adam Cole vs. Kyle O'Reilly at NXT TakeOver: Stand and Deliver.

Xia Li beats Kacy Catanzaro and Kayden Carter. During the match, Kayden Carter confronts Mei Ying - the woman in the chair - and Boa. Mei Ying grabs Kayden by the throat and blows smoke into her face, knocking her out.

Backstage, Mackenzie Mitchell interviews Raquel Gonzalez when Io Shirai attacks Raquel again. Raquel grabs Shirai and slams her straight through a wall.

We see the Pomeranian approach a pair of red stiletto heels standing on a ramp, and the words "See you April 13th! Franky" appear on the screen.

We hear from Tommaso Ciampa, who talks about how his wife and daughter gave him his necklace before he had surgery, and says that sometimes in life, we need to be reminded of who we are. He says that he has heard what Walter has had to say, and now he sits here and wonder if he has changed. He says he has changed in some ways, but then he shifts his mindset and thinks of those who still believe, and says he hears his supporters. He says that at Stand and Deliver, he will climb up to the top of Walter's mountain, look him in the eye and chop his head off, as he has been at the top and knows what it is like to fall to the bottom and make the climb again. He says he has changed, but he has learned that he would rather fight for something than fight six nights a week and twice on Sunday, and tells Walter it will be a long, long fall from the top of the mountain.

Candice LeRae and Indi Hartwell vs. Shotzi Blackheart and Ember Moon for the NXT Women's Tag Team Championships is official for NXT TakeOver: Stand and Deliver.

We hear from Finn Balor, who says that he expected Karrion Kross for a long time, and when the pressure is on at TakeOver, it is hard to breathe and your body becomes heavy. He says that the rules do not apply to him and that his stamina is his strength. He says that Karrion Kross may dictate the match, but the longer it goes, the more that Kross will drown in the deep water, and at TakeOver, Kross will choke.

Cameron Grimes, Bronson Reed, Isaiah "Swerve" Scott, Leon Ruff, LA Knight and Dexter Lumis are the final six people in the Gauntlet Match Eliminator. They are eliminated in this order, which dictates which order the NXT Superstars in the Gauntlet Match enter: Leon Ruff, Isaiah "Swerve" Scott, Bronson Reed, Cameron Grimes, Dexter Lumis and LA Knight. Before the match begins, Isaiah "Swerve" Scott is attacked from out of nowhere by Leon Ruff, who brawl before the first commercial break. Johnny Gargano guests on commentary for the match after the second commercial break. Cameron Grimes is eliminated when he tribes to bribe Dexter Lumis and LA Knight into eliminating themselves. LA Knight eliminates Dexter Lumis after diving through the top and middle ropes in an attempt to spear Lumis before pulling Lumis off the apron to eliminate him. After the match, LA Knight has a staredown with Johnny Gargano, then Io Shirai shows up and calls out Raquel Gonzalez, who shows up. Shirai and Raquel brawl again, and this time, the whole women's division has to step in to separate them. Shirai ends up taking everybody out with a cross body off the top rope to end the show.

Callis asks him if he is so dead inside that he does not care about the people who loves him, then eventually slaps him. He says that the enemy of his enemy is his friend and that TJP is his friend for tonight only, and that they will go out tonight to become the best two wrestlers in the company, and after tonight, their partnership is over. He offers to be his mentor, then says he will get with Scott D'Amore and demand a tag team match against XXXL (Larry D and Acey Romero) with Trey as his tag partner, even though he can have a tag team partner of his choice. We hear from Eric Young, who says that "The Cowboy" James Storm challenging him is a mistake, for violence is the path and the only thing that the disease understands. Raw Deal - Raw recap for March 29, 2021

In backstage footage from earlier today, Sarah Schreiber interviews Drew McIntyre, who says that he knows of the bounty that Bobby Lashley has placed on him and that everyone around him is a potential threat. He then warns anybody who wants to come at him that they will get "a good old-fashioned ass-whuppin'."

The Hurt Business (MVP, Bobby Lashley, Shelton Benjamin, Cedric Alexander) heads to the ring to start tonight's show. MVP says that WrestleMania is less than two weeks away and that Lashley will walk in and out with the WWE Championship, and while he is set to face Drew McIntyre at the event, if anyone is to take out McIntyre before then, they will be rewarded the title match. MVP says not to mistake Lashley's offer for weakness, and says that McIntyre has had his opportunity and would like someone else to have the opportunity of a lifetime. He then asks who wants to take the offer, then mentions that Shelton and Cedric will not be at ringside at WrestleMania. Lashley chews them out, saying they had a perfect opportunity to take McIntyre out and failed to get the job done. He also mentions the both of them losing the Raw tag team titles, and says he cannot count on them for anything and has no time for incompetence. MVP gives them a chance to speak for themselves, and when Shelton says they helped Lashley to the title and confronts MVP, MVP shoves Cedric out of the ring and Lashley lays Shelton out. Lashley then says The Hurt Business is over, then says that his offer for taking out Drew McIntyre still stands.

Backstage, Sarah Schreiber interviews Matt Riddle, who says he just wanted to ask Sheamus a few questions and doesn't get what is up with Sheamus. He then says that Sheamus pissed him off, and that he does not like being pissed off. Riddle then sees Titus O'Neil, and after a brief conversation with him where he thinks he is part of the "Roast of WrestleMania," he is attacked from out of nowhere by Sheamus.

WrestleMania 37 is 12 days away!

Backstage, Drew McIntyre sees "The Phenomenal" AJ Styles and Omos. Styles says he and Omos have bigger plans for WrestleMania, and Omos says they are more realistic. Styles says they will embarrass The New Day (Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods) and become Raw tag team champions. Styles says he is focused on beating Xavier Woods tonight, and says they might meet each other again.

Shane McMahon, Elias and Jaxson Ryker are in the ring. Shane insists that this knee injury is real and that adrenaline allowed him to get away from Braun Strowman so he could face him at WrestleMania. He then found something about Braun Strowman that goes back: a fifth grade report card in which Braun has all D's which states that Braun constantly instigated fights with other students, showed a lack of basic problem-solving skills and may have needed to go to summer school. We also see an edited picture of Braun in a WrestleMania 15 sweater and a dunce cap next to the words "2+2=5! I'm not stupid! I'm not stupid! I'm not stupid!" After Shane McMahon says that the three of them are willing to give him a hug, Braun shows up. Shane leaves the ring, as does Elias.

Braun Strowman beats Jaxson Ryker. After the match, Strowman chases Shane into the ring. Elias gets behind Strowman and hits him with a knee, then he and Shane pound on Strowman. Strowman eventually gets to his feet and pushes them out of the ring. Afterwards, Strowman reminds Shane that he not only accepted his challenge for WrestleMania, but also allowed it to be any match he wanted. He picks a match that Elias and Ryker cannot get involved and won't allow Shane to run or hide: a steel cage match.

It's time for The Dirt Sheet. After The Miz and John Morrison make fun of Bad Bunny for not winning an MTV Video Music Award and stating that he will lose at WrestleMania, Miz says he tried to teach Bad Bunny a lesson, but he went out of line. Miz says he will make Bad Bunny pay for every ounce of ridicule and disrespect and for every splinter that got stuck in his back, and that he will still be the backbone of the company after Bad Bunny's fifteen minutes of fame are up. The music video for "Hey Hey Hop Hop," which mocks Bad Bunny, then gets its world premiere. Afterwards, Bad Bunny and Damien Priest show up, admit they enjoyed the music video, then says he is glad that Miz found time to unwind and goof off. He tells Miz that he won't be laughing at WrestleMania, and Bad Bunny tells Miz that he will make Miz his bitch. Miz and Morrison leave the ring, and Priest stands between them and Bad Bunny before saying he doesn't need his help. When Priest stands aside, Miz advances towards Bad Bunny only to get punched in the face, then Priest and Bad Bunny get in the ring and knock the set over before tossing the music video poster out of the ring.

Backstage, Randy Orton says he has been privileged to go toe-to-toe with legends like Hulk Hogan, "The Heartbreak Kid" Shawn Michaels, Kane, The Undertaker and John Cena, but none of them compare to The Fiend. Orton says he chose to watch The Fiend burn, saying that no man could have survived that, yet he was so obsessed with wanting The Fiend out of his life that he forgot that The Fiend is sadistic and "an abomination from Hell." He says that he thought that Alexa Bliss' premonition that The Fiend would come back was all part of a game, but now that The Fiend is back, he knows what he is dealing with, and at WrestleMania, he will stand across the ring from The Fiend once more. Orton says he knows what he needs to do and how far into Hell he needs to sink to get The Fiend out of his life once and for all.

Bobby Lashley beats Shelton Benjamin with the Hurt Lock after chasing Cedric Alexander to the stage and kicking out from Paydirt.

Backstage, The New Day (Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods) meet with "The Phenomenal" AJ Styles and Omos, proposing they try a few games for "game night" to see how much of a team Styles and Omos. Styles, not in the mood for games, says Xavier Woods will go down tonight, and that he and Omos will become champions at WrestleMania.

Sheamus vs. Matt Riddle for the WWE United States Championship is official for WrestleMania.

The New Day (Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods) are in the ring for "Game Night." They bring out AJ Styles and Omos, and to see if Styles and Omos are a well-oiled tag team, they play a series of games. The first game is Charades. The New Day get their pick right, but Styles and Omos do not, as Omos does not even try to guess. The next game has both teams guessing what is being drawn. Once again, The New Day get their picture right, but once again, Omos gives no effort, and they lose again. Omos finally has enough, saying they don't have to win the game and that they just have to win at WrestleMania, and it is then that The New Day will know what he is capable of. Styles then tosses everything out of the ring.

Xavier Woods beats "The Phenomenal" AJ Styles by disqualification after tossing Woods into the ring from the outside. After the match, Omos tosses Kofi Kingston over the barricade, then joins in on Styles' attack on Xavier Woods, plowing Woods into the mat with a powerbomb before pressing his foot on Woods' ribs.

We look back on Daniel Bryan vs. Triple H. vs. Batista for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship at WrestleMania 30, courtesy of Snickers.

It's time for Alexa's Playground. She says that the jack-in-the-box in her hands is a whole lot more, and that jack-in-the-boxes were known as "devil-in-the-boxes," with weakened spells written on them. She talks about The Fiend being burned alive by Randy Orton, then says his soul was in her "Fiend-in-a-box" and that he needed time to come back. She says that Orton played with fire he did not understand and that he does not know what is next. She then says at WrestleMania, "The Legend Killer dies." After playing with the jack-in-the-box, The Fiend is seen on the swing next to hers.

Backstage, Drew McIntyre heads to the locker room and dares anyone to step up. He tells Braun Strowman he should have been a five-time world champion and asks why not, and Braun says that if McIntyre wins the WWE Champion, he'll be the first to find him. Drew grabs Humberto Carrillo and throws him to the floor, daring him to step up. He dares Matt Riddle to step up, but he has Sheamus to worry about. Another guy tries to hit him from behind, but gets thrown into a couch. After giving Drew Gulak a Glasgow Kiss, McIntyre dares Ricochet to step up. He says that Roman has never tapped out in his entire career, and that he has said he would rather die than tap out to someone like him, then says that Roman Reigns is alive and has tapped out to him. Daniel goes on to say that in a perfect world, that means he would be standing in the ring right now as WWE Universal Champion, knowing that he was headed to the main event of WrestleMania. Unfortunately for him, neither of things are true, because as he made Roman tapped out, Edge hit him across the back with a chair just like the one he is holding. He takes notice of Edge telling him he is not going about things the right away and should be letting the fans have their dream match between him and Roman, but he has had enough of doing things the right way. He says that Edge was just given his dream match while he himself earned it, then says that he is willing to earn it all again. Daniel then demands a rematch against Roman for the Universal Championship tonight, and refuses to leave the ring until he gets it. Daniel Bryan then sits in the chair in the middle of the ring and waits. After the commercial break, Daniel Bryan is still sitting in the middle of the ring. Adam Pearce shows up and says he cannon give Daniel a Universal Championship rematch, and that the referee's decision is final and that Roman will defend the Universal title at WrestleMania against Edge. Daniel Bryan wants a match against the winner of that match, and Pearce says that is unfair. Daniel calls this hypocritical due to what he had to go through at Elimination Chamber, then proposes Night One can be Edge vs. Roman, with the winner facing him at Night Two. An angry Edge shows up, gets in the ring and tells Daniel that for the last month, he has sat back and watched Daniel act altruistic, then says this could also be his last shot and that he has worked to get being in a situation like this back. Owens says he does not care about his documentary, Logan Paul, or whether Sami is sorry, and Sami says Owens owes him an apology for pretending to be on his side. Owens cuts him off and says he has only allowed him to be in the ring without getting beaten up to get the answer to his question: "You, me, WrestleMania. Yes? Or no?" Sami tries to beg Owens off, but Owens has absolutely none of it as he has Sami backed into the corner. Sami says yes, then asks him if he is happy now. Owens says he is, then beats Sami senseless. Owens beats Sami in and out of the ring before hitting him with a Stunner in the middle of the ring.

Edge then says that Daniel Bryan needs to be taken out of the picture somehow.

Britt Baker disapproves of the warm welcome the crowd gives her after last week and calls them as disrespectful at Thunder Rosa, then says Thunder Rosa should be thanking her every day she wakes up, as she will be forever remembered now thanks to her and the history that she wrote with her own blood. She then says Thunder Rosa had the audacity to stand in her company and women's division and say that she was the one to put the women's division on the map. She then asks why everyone is talking about her and not Thunder Rosa before saying she does not need the adulation of wrestling legends and experts. She says that she became a hardcore legend in one night when it took Mick Foley twenty years, then says she has never been able to see more clearly than before last week, saying that Tony Khan has been digging up every legend and "has-been" when he has one under his nose in her when she put AEW on the map last week. She then says that AEW is the second-most important set of letters behind D.M.D.

Backstage, The Varsity Blondes (Griff Garrison and Brian Pillman Jr.) are talking with Dante Martin and Christian Cage. After Christian checks up on Darius Martin, Dasha Gonzalez interviews Christian. Christian says he is getting to know people backstage while giving some friendly advice when Frankie Kazarian shows up to meet with Christian. Kazarian says he is happy for him, then sees his "Out. Work. Everyone." and says that he has lived by that advice before asking when the "work" part will begin. Christian says it starts next week, but he does not have an opponent, and asks Kazarian if he is free. Kazarian tells Christian "You're on," then asks him to check out his match this Monday night on AEW Dark Elevation, as seven years is a long time to be out of the ring.

The Pinnacle (Dax Harwood, Cash Wheeler, Shawn Spears) beat Dante Martin and The Varsity Blonds (Griff Garrison and Brian Pillman Jr.) in a six-man tag match. After the match, Wardlowlays out Brian Pillman Jr. and Dante Martin, then Tony Schiavone interviews The Pinnacle in the ring. Cash Wheeler says The Pinnacle is not just a name or a group, but family, and he will live and die for them as he has no wife and kid waiting for him and home. Harwood says Santana and Ortiz have done well for themselves, but he and Wheeler are not fooled and tells them to ask for The Pinnacle to see where they stand in the business. MJF says he thought Chris Jericho would show up and break the walls down by now, but Jericho is now only breaking whatever chair he decides to sit on. He then tells Jericho to grab The Inner Circle and face him right now before saying he will not do it because they are terrified. When Schiavone reminds MJF that The Pinnacle took out The Inner Circle, MJF stops him, then says that next week, he has the gift of a lifetime for The Pinnacle when it comes to all the gold they are about to win.

We hear from Team Taz (Taz, "The Machine" Brian Cage, "Absolute" Ricky Starks, Powerhouse Hobbs, Hook). Taz says there are a lot of conspiracy theories concerning Team Taz, but assures there are no problems in the team, that everything is good and that Cage apologized to the group and directly to Ricky Starks for his actions last week. Hobbs, Hook, Starks and Cage all say that they are doing fine.

Tony Schiavone interviews QT Marshall on the stage. Marshall says he is frustrated, and says that "The American Nightmare" Cody Rhodes taught him the value of doing the work. He then says there is nobody else in AEW other than Tony Khan who has done more actual work than him, and while he has been thrown some bones, he has to do a lot of behind-the-scenes work when the show is over while Cody sleeps in the hotel. He says that he woke up one day and realized that there is not a ladder he can't jump off of or a match he can't win without an asterisk and "Cody's friend" next to it. He says that the only way to get out of Cody's shadow is to have an exhibition match against Cody himself so he can prove he not only belongs, but can hang with the best in AEW. He says he cannot control what anyone else does in AEW, he can control what he does, and he wil not continue to take meaningless bumps and jeapordize his quality of life only to stay in Cody's shadow. Cody shows up wearing a cast on his left arm, and while he admits his heart is not into this, he will gladly accomodate the fans and the Nightmare Family. He then gives Marshall his exhibition match and makes "The Enforcer" Arn Anderson the referee. He says that while he cannot just let Marshall win, he will not hurt him in case he locks in the Figure Four or hooks the Cross Rhodes. He says that when AEW had blossoming success and he filled a spot people thought he wouldn't, people got angry and Marshall not only became a good assistant, but a friend in a business full of acquaintances. Cody says that Marshall might be his friend, but they will have the exhibition match, friend to friend. Cody and Marshall shake hands.

Matt Jackson's wife Dana and their two children, Zack and Courtney, are seen in the front row before the next match.

Laredo Kid and The Lucha Bros. (Penta El Zero M and Rey Fenix) beat The Young Bucks (Matt and Nick Jackson) and Brandon Cutler in a six-man tag match. (The match is Laredo's Kid's first AEW match since Fyter Fest 2019.) After the match, Kenny Omega shows up with Don Callis and blindsides Laredo Kid with the microphone before attacking him with the AEW World Championship. He takes the microphone and says he remembers three yars ago when he and the Bucks had a choice, and while he never chose AEW, he chose The Young Bucks and the vision they created to make AEW the best wrestling promotion on the planet. He then says that instead of sitting in the high school cafeteria with the cool kids and the captain of the football team, they chose Brandon Cutler, and while he chose the Bucks, the Bucks never chose him back. He says that while Don Callis can be a little abrasive, he will give the Bucks one more chance before telling them to toss the "Too Sweet" hand signal up to see if they are still with him. Matt, Nick and Cutler walk away, and after Omega says he and the Bucks are done, Penta El Zero M and Rey Fenix lay Omega out. After they and Laredo Kid leave, The Good Brothers ("The Big LG" Doc Gallows and "Machine Gun" Karl Anderson) show up to help up Omega, who is now bleeding from the mouth.

We hear from Jade Cargill, who says that Red Velvet made the biggest mistake in her career by getting in her face. She says that she beat her a couple of weeks ago, and yet Red Velvet is coming back for more. She says that she is on the road to greatness while Red Velvet is just a pit stop on the road to her throne, and while they are undefeated in singles match, there can only be one and she is the one. She tells Red Velvet that when she steps in the ring, she will be stepping in the ring with "that bitch."

We see a teaser for a brand new TNT series called "Rhodes To The Top", a reality show that focuses on "The American Nightmare' Cody Rhodes and Brandi Rhodes' work life and family life.

We hear from Jon Moxley and Eddie Kingston. Kingston says he has broken things before and has come back from it, then tells The Good Brothers ("The Big LG" Doc Gallows and "Machine Gun" Karl Anderson) that this is not New Japan or about selling some tacky T-shirts, saying that they will pay for this when they put them in the morgue for taking him out. Moxley says The Good Brothers must ask themselves how far they are willing to take this, and says there is war on the streets of Jacksonville, Florida. Moxley then admits he does not like The Young Bucks (Matt and Nick Jackson), but says he owes them one after last week, and while he has no patience for the melodrama that is going on, they are playing with live rounds. He tells The Good Brothers ("The Big LG" Doc Gallows and "Machine Gun" Karl Anderson) that if they want to get in the game, they had better be willing to get their hands dirty.

Tay Conti beats "The Native Beast" Nyla Rose. After the match, Vickie Guerrero grabs Tay Conti by the leg from the outside, allowing Nyla to grab Tay Conti. As she goes for the Beast Bomb, Hikaru Shida shows up, hits Nyla Rose in the bac with a Kendo stick and goes for the ground and pound. The Bunny then shows up and attacks both Tay Conti and Hikaru Shida while Matt Hardy, The Butcher and The Blade watch from the stage. Matt Hardy then says that the AEW Women's Championship Eliminator Tournament was terrible and a sham because The Bunny was not in it, then says that his clients have been overlooked for far too long. He says that this ends now.

We see a video package that previews the Arcade Anarchy match next week between Best Friends (Chuck Taylor and Orange Cassidy) and the team of "Superbad" Kip Sabian and Miro.

Next week: Hikaru Shida and Tay Conti vs. The Bunny and "The Native Beast" Nyla Rose! Kenny Omega and The Good Brothers ("The Big LG" Doc Gallows and "Machine Gun" Karl Anderson) vs. The Lucha Bros. (Penta El Zero M and Rey Fenix) and Laredo Kid! "The American Nightmare" Cody Rhodes vs. QT Marshall! Chrsitian Cage vs. Frankie Kazarian!

We hear from Scorpio Sky, who says that he has shown a side that the fans have not seen and that he has been screwed over and over again. He says that everyone has to stop pretending that he is not uniquely gifted, because humility only gives people a reasaon to underrate someone and his days of being underrated are over. He says that at AEW Dark Elevation, it will be time for Matt Sydal to pay the rent, and if Mike Sydal wants to get involved, then he is not just one man, but a whole revolution.

Darby Allin retains the AEW TNT Championship against John "4" Silver. During the match, Sting shows up with a bat in his hand and watches from the stage. Both men fist bump after the match, then Matt Hardy drags Allin out of the ring before he, The Butcher, The Blade and Private Party (Marq Quen and Isiah Kassidy) fight The Dark Order. Tay Conti shows up to fight The Bunny, and the show ends with both sides continuing to brawl.
