Dynamite: The Crossroads - Dynamite recap for March 3, 2021

Shaquille O'Neal and Jade Cargill beat "The American Nightmare" Cody Rhodes and Red Velvet in a match that sees Austin and Colten Gunn get slammed by Shaq after Austin hits Shaq in the back with a chair and Cody putting Shaq through two tables.

We see Shaquille O'Neal on a gurney being placed in an ambulance. When Tony Schiavone opens the ambulance door, Shaq is suddenly gone.

The Death Triangle (PAC and Rey Fenix) beat D3 and John Skyler.

The Inner Circle heads to the ring for Chris Jericho and MJF's press conference. Dasha Gonzalez is the moderator. When asked what the AEW World Tag Team Championships mean to Jericho and MJF, Jericho says that he is "Le Champion" and that is has been one year since he lost the AEW World Championship and that it is time to wear gold again, then says that among his accolades, he has been a seven-time world tag team champion with big names such as The Rock and Paul Wight. He says none of these names are better than MJF, and that it is time to beat up The Young Bucks (Matt and Nick Jackson) at Revolution like they did the Bucks' father. Conrad Thompson asks if Sammy Guevara will be allowed back into The Inner Circle, to which Jericho and MJF tell him that they did not want to hear Sammy's name again before telling him to leave. Brandon Walker of Barstool Sports ask Jericho and MJF why they attacked the Bucks' father, to which MJF tells the fans to stop making the Bucks' father into a martyr before saying they did it out of self-defense and because he got his blood all over his expensive custom suit. He then says that what they did to "Papa Buck" will be nothing compared to what they will do to the Bucks. Ortiz says Bucks made a mistake bringing their father to the show, and tells them to do better, as there is not a line The Inner Circle will not cross. The next question is asked by Eric Bischoff, who asks Jericho if he knows Papa Buck's condition before asking where motivating The Young Bucks to come for vengeance is in his list of stupid ideas. Jericho tells Bischoff to shut up before saying he and MJF do not care for Papa Buck, then The Young Bucks show up. Nick says that they knew Jericho and MJF would hurt them, but they did not expect them to hurt their father and says The Inner Circle made it personal. Matt says that their father taught them to be the men that they are today, including the DIY spirit of The Young Bucks that created their careers and the company, and calls them things that Jericho and MJF's fathers apparently failed to teach them before saying that with no Papa Buck, there would be no Young Bucks or AEW and MJF would be "sitting at home unemployed waiting for a call back from The Rosie O'Donnell Show" while Jericho would be "jerking the curtain tonight at the Performance Center." Matt then says that Papa Buck taught them to stand up for themselves, which sometimes means kicking some ass. This starts a brawl between the Bucks and the Inner Circle that Brandon Cutler and several referees and officials try to stop. The Good Brothers ("The Big LG" Doc Gallows and "Machine Gun" Karl Anderson) show up with a table, and Ortiz is put through the table.

We see a video package for the Barbed Wire Exploding Death Match for the AEW World Championship at Revolution.

JJ Dillon accompanies FTR (Dax Harwood, Cash Wheeler, Tully Blanchard) to the ring before the next match.

FTR (Dax Harwood, Cash Wheeler, Tully Blanchard) beat Jurassic Express (Jungle Boy, Marko Stunt, Luchasaurus) with the help of a masked man clad fully in black. During the match, JJ Dillon briefly introduces one of his shoes into the match as a weapon. After the match, the masked man gets in the ring and reveals himself to be Shawn Spears, who has not been seen in months. "The Enforcer" Arn Anderson is then seen on the stage, and he flashes the four fingers for the Four Horseman hand signal to JJ Dillon, who flashes it back.

Tony Schiavone interviews Paul Wight. Paul says he is happy to be in All Elite Wrestling, and that he looks forward to working together with Schiavone on AEW Dark Elevation while working with some of the AEW talent. He then tells Schiavone that he is not the only person who get the big scoops, and announces that this Sunday at Revolution, AEW will hire a hall of fame worthy talent who will be a big asset to AEW, and that it is not who everybody thinks it is and that he knew who it was the moment he found out.

Ryo Mizunami beats "The Native Beast" Nyla Rose to win the AEW Women's World Championship Eliminator Tournament and face Hikaru Shida for the AEW Women's World Championship at Revolution. After the match, Mizunami and Shida playfully trade forearms.

Tony Schiavone interviews Sting in the ring. Sting says he found out two weeks ago that he was not ready when "The Machine" Brian Cage powerbombed him, then thanks Cage for shaking off the excess ring rust. Sting then says he feels ready for a Street Fight. Suddenly, "Absolute" Ricky Starks shows up on his own accord and admits that he has seen fire in Sting, which nobody has seen from Sting in a while, and says that Sting has still "got it." He then tells Sting he is still no icon before slapping him. Sting responds by beating Starks out of his shoes before hitting him with the Stinger Splash and putting him in the Scorpion Deathlock. Powerhouse Hobbs has to pull Starks out of the ring while Hook tries to choke him. Sting fends Hook off only for Brian Cage to nearly powerbomb him, and Darby Allin gets in the ring to jump on Cage from behind. Sting and Darby work together to send Cage retreating.

Scorpio Sky guests on commentary for the next match.

Max Caster beats Preston "10" Vance to qualify for the Face of the Revolution Ladder Match after Jack Evans comes out of the ring and hits 10 with Max Caster's boombox. After the match, Matt Hardy shows up and gives Evans $4200 for taking out 10.

We hear from Miro, who says he gave Chuck Taylor a week to answer him, but he could not face him like a man. Miro says he wanted to protect him, but he has no choice but to stop playing game and hurt him.

"Hangman" Adam Page and John "4" Silver beat Matt Hardy and Marq Quen. After the match, Matt Hardy attacks Silver and Page, then tells Page that he hates him and will take everything that he has. The Dark Order then shows up and attacks Matt hardy, then the rest of the participants in Revolution Casino Battle Royal and other members of the locker room run into the ring to brawl with each other.
