Backstage, Mike Bennett says he has no clue what is going on concerning Matt Taven. Suddenly, Brawler Milonas shows up and says he has gotten nothing from Matt Taven, either, and Bennett says he will keep him posted. Suddenly, he runs into The Beer City Bruiser, who says that he cares so much about everything else that he has not been caring about The Bouncers (Bruiser and Milonas).

We hear from 2 Guys 1 Tag (Silas Young and Josh "The Goods" Woods). Silas tells Woods that he has a great opportunity and that he has flourished while he was gone, and even though he did not win the Pure Title Tournament, he had a great opponent in the eventual winner. He tells Woods that Dalton Castle embarassed him in their last match, and that his match tonight is a straight-up wrestling match. Woods says that Dalton made a big mistake last time and that he will not be taken for a fool. He says it is about honor, integrity and the roots that ROH was based on, and that nobody will throw Dalton around like he can. Silas says that this is what he wanted to bring out of him, but reminds him that Dalton is a desperate man and that being desperate can be a double-edged sword. Woods says that Dalton has holes in his game and is a fool, and that when he beats him, he will hold champion gold. Silas says that Woods may be a technical beast when it comes to pure wrestling, but when it comes to professional wrestling, he still has lessons to lose, and tells him not to overlook his next opponent. Woods says he should be wrestling for championship gold tonight, and says that he is more focused than he has ever been.

Shane Taylor Promotions (Shane Taylor, Moses, Kaun) retain the ROH World Six-Man Tag Team Championships against Mexisquad (Bandido, Flamita, Rey Horus). After the match, Silas says he has been nothing but a patient man with Woods and has put his needs and desires to the side to help him become the person he knows Woods is perfectly capable of being, yet he defies him. He then says this is the very last time that Woods defies him, and that as much as it will hurt him as much as it will hurt Woods, he will hur tWoods to the point that he will questions if he made the right career choice and that he will come to realize he has been teaching him what it takes to be a real man.

Suddenly, The Allure (Angelina Love and Mandy Leon) show up for the first time in months, and Angelina wants to know who Maria thinks she is waltzing back into the Women's Division that she and Mandy have been building to run the show, then asks what position got her this position. Maria tells them that their catiness and "bitchiness" may have gotten something before, but now, they will have to earn things. She also mentions that Angelina has not had a match in a year, and tells her that if she can win a match, she can give her a bye out of the first round of the tournament.
