We hear from Van Viciouss, who says that "Big Swole" will not slam him once before he wins his match and goes on a night on the town with the hottest woman in Memphis.
"Big Swole" Justin Cole beats Van Viciouss, slamming Van Viciouss four times for $100, bringing the grand donation total for Breast Cancer Awareness Month to $400.
Diana Taylor and Austin Lane guest on commentary for the next match.
"Smokin' Hot" Nikki Lane and Sarah Wolfe beats Amber Rodriguez and Skyler after Amber leaves Skyler high and dry. After the match, Dustin Starr interviews Austin Lane at the announce desk. Austin Lane says the fun and games are over when K-Toomer put his hands on Nikki, saying K-Toomer woke something up in him. He says he will prove why he is the best of the best and tells K-Toomer that he is going to hurt him.
We hear from Mike Anthony, who says that security stopping him from coming to work will not stop him, because he will come back and Hell will be coming with him. We then see Mike Anthony's mugshot. Afterwards, we hear from Brett Michaels, who says that if Mike Anthony wants to beat people up around the arena, then he will be there next week and he will not be hard to find.

Backstage, Dustin Starr interviews Tony Nese. Tony says he has done amazing things in the past five years, and in this new chapter, he wonders if it was all luck of if he earned it. He wants to believe it is the latter, but he wants to find out. He says that he wants to prove himself. He then says David Ali has a lot to prove to himself, but he has a big attitude, and when they get in the ring, he will be looking at "The Premier Athlete.""
Juicy Finau beats Dean Alexander.
We hear from Heather Monroe, who is on vacation after her win against Reka Tehaka. She says she wants to address the fans and says that Reka's win against her is a fan and while she appreciates that Reka wants to go up against her, she is the face of Championship Wrestling. She then tells Reka to take a step back and realize who her superior is.
The Washington Bullets (John and Trey Willliams) beat TSF (Hunter Knott and Rosario Grillo).
Backstage, Marti Belle interviews Marina Shafir. Marina says her father told her she could be different and be the best, which has created this nagging, consistent desire to overcome the demons that drive her, and that has made her become "The Problem."
Marina Shafir beats Cassandra Golden with Greedy.
Backstage, Dustin Starr interviews David Ali. David says that Tony Nese is lost and trying to reclaim his title as a premier athlete, but he will step up to "The Savior" and be pushed to his limit, and if Nese needs to find himself again, he is the man to do it. He then tells Nese to let him save him.
Backstage, an angry Baron Black looks for Lord Crewe and finds him. He then says "You son of a bitch," and the locker room has to keep Baron from charging at Lord Crewe before telling him to leave.
Carlie Bravo beats Owen Knight after targeting Knight's left arm and shoulder throughout the match.
Backstage, Marti Belle interviews Suge D. Suge D says the biggest thing is opportunity, which he says is raging through his mind. He says he has been looking for that opportunity for years, but he says it has been here all along. He says that he has built his "mind palace" tall and wide waiting for opportunity to reach his front door, and says he will not waste opportunity's time, saying time is relative and he is dead in the center.
David Ali beats "The Premier Athlete" Tony Nese after hitting Nese with a low blow after distracting the ref by bringing his barbed wire baseball bat into the ring.
"The American Dragon" Bryan Danielson beats Eddie Kingston with the triangle hold and elbows to the ad as Kingston flips him off to advance in the World Title Eliminator Tournament.
Backstage, Tony Schiavone interviews CM Punk. As CM Punk says he has not been in Boston in a long time, Eddie Kingston is heard screaming in the distance. He then screams at CM Punk asking what is so funny, and he has to be held back. CM Punk is disappointed with Kingston's behavior.
Dante Martin beats Matt Sydal.
Mark Henry interviews Dr. Britt Baker, D.M.D. and Abadon. Abadon simply spits out blood. Britt says she is no stranger to hardcore matches, and that she, Rebel and Jamie Hayter will put Abadon back in the ground where she belongs. When it becomes apparent Abadon has disappeared, Britt, Rebel and Jamie leave the locker room.
Dr. Britt Baker, D.M.D. beats Abadon in a Trick or Treat Match following the distraction from Rebel and the attack from behind on Abadon by Jamie Hayter. (Had Abadon won, she would have earned a shot at the AEW Women's World Championship.)
Charlotte Flair shows up to start tonight's show. Charlotte says that the more things change, the more things stay the same, and she is once again SmackDown Women's Champion. She says she isn't keeping count, as that is what the fans do, because they cannot do what she can do. She says she is the face of WWE and the most decorated woman in sports entertainment, and that nobody is going to change that. She also says that what is the greatest moment in someone's career is "just another Friday" for her before winking at the camera. Charlotte then says that after last week's drama, order has been restored, and now SmackDown needs a real woman and a real leader who will bring out the best in them, and that is her. Suddenly, Sasha Banks shows up. Sasha says that Charlotte only cares about herself and wants to know when her SmackDown Women's Championship match is, but Charlotte says this is "the new era of SmackDown" and that while Sasha thinks she deserves a title shot, she has beaten her every time. After Charlotte says it is time for a new challenger, Sasha asks Charlotte if she is gracious or scared. Suddenly, Shotzi shows up in her tank. Shotzi tells Charlotte that if she is looking for someone she has never challenged, she is her girl. Charlotte tells Shotzi she will get her match right now, then Shotzi fires a missile out of her tank.
Charlotte Flair beats Shotzi in a WWE SmackDown Women's Championship Contender's Match after Sasha gets on the ring apron, which distracts Shotzi. After the match, Sasha helps Shotzi up, but Shotzi yells at her for costing her the match. When Sasha charges at Charlotte when Charlotte approaches the ring, Shotzi attacks Sasha from behind and beats her up. After ramming Sasha into her tank, Shotzi then hits Sasha with a top rope senton.
Backstage, Kayla Braxton interviews Jeff Hardy. Jeff says he is "super-pumped" to be back on the blue brand and hopes to make a fresh start with new opponents and hopefully challenge for a title he has never held before. Suddenly, Happy Corbin and Madcap Moss show up. Corbin says things have changed and that he is happy, and that Jeff Hardy can watch them in a street fight. Madcap Moss says don't have kids because their husbands all have "hallow weenies." Jeff says he is glad to be back.
In footage from earlier today, we hear from Adam Pearce, who calls Brock Lesnar's actions disgusting, reprehensible and an act of absolute cowardice. He says that he will not be disrespected and that cannot and will not happen again, then says in addition to his indefinite suspension, Brock Lesnar has been fined one million dollars. Paul Heyman, who has watched this message from backstage, is then interviewed by Kayla Braxton, who asks how he thinks Lesnar will respond. Heyman says Roman Reigns would smash everyone in sight, but that he would not do that after smashing Brock Lesnar, then says Lesnar would show up at the office and rip out everyone's throat, including Adam Pearce's. He says Pearce has "an annoying name for an annoying man," and says Pearce should have seen that beating from last week coming. Heyman then says he has not spoken to Lesnar and that this is how he thinks he would respond.
Drew McIntyre heads to the ring. He says that he is in "an ass-kicking mood" and proposes an open challenge to anyone in the back who wants to fight him. The open challenge is answered by Mustafa Ali. Mustafa Ali says everyone knows McIntyre is big and bad, and that he is better and has more athletic talent in his pink than McIntyre does in his entire body. He says he is quicker and more agile, and that McIntyre does not even compared to him in in-ring talent, then says that he will be the one to beat McIntyre tonight.
Drew McIntyre beats Mustafa Ali with the Kimura Lock. After the match, Ali says the people choose to cheer for Drew McIntyre and root against him, and that the only reason they root against him is because his name is "Mustafa Ali."
Backstage, Kofi Kingston has everyone pay respect to Xavier Woods. Hit Row (Isaiah "Swerve" Scott, Ashante "Thee" Adonis, Top Dolla, B-Fab) are there, and Xavier Woods and Hit Row respect each other before Hit Row raps for Woods.
We see a vignette for Xia Li.
The New Day (Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods) head to the ring. Kofi Kingston asks everyone to listen to the creed of Xavier Woods, now known as King Woods. Woods talks about his coronation from last week, then says the king is only as strong as the company he keeps. Woods says that Kofi's heart is true and is a pal and his most trusted confidant, and asks Kofi to bend the knee. Kofi bends the knee, and calls Kofi an example of how one should act in his kingdom before knighting him as Sir Kofi Kingston. He then calls Kofi "the hand of the king," then bestows upon him a unicorn pin. Suddenly, The Usos (Jimmy and Jey Uso) show up. Jey says a lot has change since they left and that SmackDown is "The Bloodline's show" and that they are "the ones." Jimmy asks The New Day if they are playing dress-up, but The New Day say they have worn the same thing since 2018. King Woods says he cannot have the bloodline on his carpet because he just had it cleaned, and after The Usos wipe their feet on the carpet and threaten to knock the crown off Woods' head, Woods challenges The Usos to a trial by combat. Jey accepts the challenge. Afterwards, Jey asks if the staff is made of real gold and tries to touch it, but Kofi slaps his hand away. This causes The Usos to strike at them, but The New Day send them retreating out of the ring.
The Usos (Jimmy and Jey Uso) vs. The New Day (Sir Kofi Kingston and King Woods) is official for later tonight.
During the match, several superstars chase Reggie around the ring.
Happy Corbin and Madcap Moss beat Shinsuke Nakamura and Rick Boogs after two men in jack o'lantern masks hit Rick Boogs with Kendo sticks. After the match, the two masked men reveal themselves as Humberto Carrillo and Angel Garza.
Backstage, Megan Morant interviews WWE official Sonya Deville. As Sonya Deville says there is no bias in the next match, Sami Zayn shows up and says there is a huge mistake in him not being on the show tonight.
Before the next match, it is noted that there is no referee. WWE official Sonya Deville shows up and says that due to what Brock Lesnar did last week, the match's referee is injured and that he needs to find someone professional and fair-minded to replace them. She then says that person is herself, and puts on a referee shirt before starting the match.
"The Queen of Spades" Shayna Baszler beats Naomi after a fast count from replacement referee Sonya Deville. After the match, Naomi confronts Sonya only to be given the Kirifuda Clutch.
Backstage, Kayla Braxton interviews The New Day. King Woods says people will come after the crown, but with the hand of the king by his side, nothing can go wrong. Sir Kofi says he and King Woods have always had each others' backs and that this is for the kingdom, then King Woods says it is time to give their very first "royal ass-whuppin'."
The New Day (Sir Kofi Kingston and King Woods) beat The Usos (Jimmy and Jey Uso) when Jimmy Uso does not see King Woods tag in.
VSK beat Sam Beale in the BTI match after the referee catches Sam Beale grabbing the tights on a schoolkid pin. After the match, "Outlandish" Zicky Dice and Brian Myers attack Sam Beale, but Rich Swann and Willie Mack run into the ring to make the save.
Moose heads to the ring to start tonight's show. Before Moose can say anything, Eddie Edwards rushes in with a Kendo stick, but Moose sees him coming and fights him. When Moose tosses Eddie out of the ring, however, Eddie fights back. Eddie and Moose take their fight to the stage, and multiple members of security have to break up the brawl. Moose returns to the ring, then says he knows he has done a lot of bad things to get to where he is today, including breaking the neck of a man he once called his best friend, and at Bound For Glory, he did the worst yet. He says he took everything "The Walking Weapon" Josh Alexander worked to get right out of his hands in front of his wife and child, then says he has no sympathy, because he has the Impact World Championship, which makes him the greatest champion in professional wrestling. He says it does not matter how elite someone is, what tribe someone is chief to or if someone is the boss, the man, a woman, a king, the queen, or if someone adds a new day to the week, because he is the greatest champion in professional wrestling. Moose then tells anyone who thinks that what he has done to get the World title is vile, evil and despicable, then they should imagine what he is capable of doing to keep it. As Moose looks to the stage to send a message to the locker room, he is German suplexed by Josh Alexander, and Moose flees into the crowd. Suddenly, Minoru Suzuki shows up and has a staredown with Josh Alexander, who soon focuses on Moose before Suzuki grabs him and punches him, starting a brawl between Alexander and Suzuki that security also has to break up.
Backstage, Gia Miller interviews Moose, who says he has pissed off a lot of people in the locker room and did a lot of bad things, and knows he has a big target on his back, but if any man can handle it, it is him. Matt Cardona congratulates Moose on beating him in the Call Your Shot Gauntlet and calling his shot later at Bound For Glory, saying he was so close to beating him. After Moose says "this close" doesn't win championships, Moose and Cardona brawl. Security quickly moves in to break the brawl up.
Trey Miguel retains the Impact X Division Championship against Rocky Romero. After the match, Trey Miguel is attacked from behind by Steve Maclin, who spears Trey as he is in the tree of woe position. Maclin then tells Trey that he has not beaten him yet.
Backstage, Gia Miller interviews Jordynne Grace and Rachael Ellering. She says that what it means to be Digital Media champ has yet to be determined, but she is determine to shape that with her large social media following. Suddenly, Tasha Steelz and Savannah Evans show up, and Tasha congratulates Jordynne before asking Rachael what is it like to be the biggest loser in the Catch Your Shot Gauntlet Match thanks to her. Rachael says that did not work then and does not work now, as she and Jordynne are on the same page. Rachael then proposes that they take care of business in the ring.
Backstage, Steve Maclin tells Trey Miguel that he has not beaten him and that nobody has, and that Trey has what he wants and is owed to him: the X Division Championship. Scott D'Amore shows up and says nobody is owed anything, but if he wants to work his way to the title, he can make it happen. Maclin says he has no problem stacking up the bodies. Suddenly, Matt Cardona shows up wanting to get his hands on Moose, and Eddie Edwards shows up wanting Moose, too. D'Amore says Josh Alexander wants Moose, too, and puts them and Josh in a six-man tag match against Moose and two others of Moose's choice, assuming there isn't any bridges that Moose. Suddenly, D'Amore has to stop Josh Alexander from putting his hands on referee Brian Hebner for calling for the bell with his family in the ring, and tells him of the six-man tag team match. He also tells Alexander he wants to see him as the face of the company and that after he proves Christian wrong on not being championship material, he should not prove Christian right on having out of control emotions and tells him to do it for his family.
Rachael Ellering beats Tasha Steelz with a backslide pin.
Backstage, we hear from W. Morrissey, who calls Moose out for ending their alliance when it was no longer for convenient for him. When he makes it clear that he wants the World title, Moose shows up. Moose tells W. Morrissey that if he had a chance to turn on him, he would do it, and that he screwed Morrissey before Morrissey screwed him. He then keeps his word on making him the first title defense for helping take care of Eddie Edwards.
Backstage, Gia Miller interviews The IInspiration (Jessica McKay and Cassie Lee). They say that they are worldwide stars and Australian legends, and that they will take the Knockouts Division to a whole new level.
Heath vs. Joe Doering is thrown out when Rhino brawls with Deaner in the ring for getting involved in the match. After the match, Eric Young gets in the ring, and reminds Rhino that he is injured when Rhino confronts him. Deaner gets an elbow when he charges at Rhino, then Eric Young gets in the ring and attacks Rhino, revealing he is no longer hurt as he takes out Rhino with a top rope elbow drop and hits Heath with a piledriver.
We hear from The Good Brothers ("The Big LG" Doc Gallows and "Machine Gun" Karl Anderson). Anderson says they are the tag team of the year and the bookers of the year following Bound For Glory, and Gallows says they are still tag team champions after beating their competition. FinJuice (Juice Robinson and David Finlay) shows up, and Juice Robinson tells The Good Brothers they did not beat them. David Finlay claims they can take the tag team titles off of them any day of the week, but Anderson tells FinJuice they have to earn their title shot.
Backstage, Gia Miller interviews The Demon. Before The Demon can say why he is here, Johnny Swinger shows up to say that The Demon came to swerve him in his worst year since 1993, and says that his kind is not welcome here. The Demon says "My kind?" Swinger says "Demons!" Crazzy Steve and Black Taurus shows up, and Swinger soon walks away. The Demon then says he came back because demons are welcome here.
Mickie James heads to the ring. Mickie says that at Slammiversary, she did not have the Knockouts Championship on her mind, but when the opportunity for a chance at glory presented itself, she could not turn it down. She thanks Deonna Purrazzo for giving her the greatest match of her life and the hardest match she has ever fought, and while Deonna wants a rematch, nobody has heard from her since Bound For Glory. She then says that this is okay, because she has seen the competition in Impact Wrestling and knows there are a lot of women who want to tie up with her. Mickie says she welcomes the opportunity and that she is excited about the future. Suddenly, Madison Rayne and Kaleb with a K show up, and Madison welcomes Mickie back to Impact Wrestling, calling her a pillar and cornerstone of the Knockouts Championship alongside Gail Kim and Awesome Kong. She then says that she may not get the credit for what she has done for Impact and the Knockouts division, and that while Mickie has played in any playground that will welcome her, she has stayed in Impact the whole time. Mickie reminds Madison that she left and came back three times, then Madison tells Mickie not to get used to being Knockouts Champion when she defends it against her next week. Mickie accepts the challenge, then tells Madison to bring "her photographer" Kaleb with her so he can get a clean shot of her standing over Madison as Knockouts Champion. Kaleb tells Mickie thinks she is funny when she is stupid, and that she has half a mind to knock the smile off of her face. Mickie immediately slaps Kaleb before holding up the Knockouts Championship as Kaleb and Madison walking away.
Backstage, Gia Miller interviews Moose and W. Morrissey. When asked about their third partner, Moose says they are working on something. Moose and W. Morrissey then meet with Minoru Suzuki. Moose says he likes the fact that Suzuki is a very violent man and asks for his help. Suzuki stands up, then says "Josh Alexander." Suzuki then fist bumps with Moose and Morrissey.
Ace Austin beats Chris Sabin despite Sabin fending off Madman Fulton for getting involved in the match.
Mark Coffey beats Rohan Raja. After the match, Teoman and Rohan attack Mark Coffey and Wolfgang from behind, and officials have to run into the ring to stop the one-sided beating.
We hear from Assistant to the General Manager Sid Scala, who says that the team of Ashton Carter and Oliver Smith, the team of Dave Mastiff and Jack Starz, and Symbiosis (Primate and T-Bone) clearly have had issues with each other in recent weeks. He says that he has spoken with General Manager Johnny Saint, and that these three teams will be a Triple Threat Match to determine a new #1 contender for the NXT UK Tag Team Championships.
Backstage, Charlie Dempsey says his match with Danny Jones is going to be great due to their styles mixing well. Suddenly, Gallus (Mark Coffey and Wolfgang) interrupt the interview as they look for Teoman, and ask Dempsey if they have seen him. Dempsey is disappointed that this is the second time his interview has been interrupted.
Amale beats Myla Grace. During the match, Blair Davenport watches from the stage.
Backstage, Aleah James says she has been in NXT UK for a whole year and that she is glad that she won last week. Suddenly, Nina Samuels takes over on the interview for "The Nina Samuels Show," and Aleah James walks away when Nina says it takes a star of a certain caliber to be on her show and does not know if Aleah James can measure up.
In footage from earlier today, "Flash" Morgan Webster tries to slap Rampage Brown, but Rampage Brown pins him to the wall and tells him that if he wanted a match, all he had to do was ask. Rampage leaves the room, then Webster says "Got him."
Charlie Dempsey beats Danny Jones by submission.

Noam Dar beats Tyler Bate two falls to one (2-1) to win the NXT UK Heritage Cup Championship. Noam Dar scores the first fall with 2:02 (two minutes, two seconds) left in the third round after hitting the Nova Roller. Tyler Bate secores the second fall with 58 seconds left in Round 4 with the Tyler Driver '97. Noam Dar scores the third and last fall with fifteen (15) seconds left in Round 6 after Pretty Deadly (Sam Stoker and Lewis Howley) distract Trent Seven with a towel and cause him to inadvertently throw it into the ring. The referee only sees the towel and ends the match, giving the second fall, the win and the Heritage Cup to Noam Dar.
CM Punk beats Bobby Fish despite Fish targeting his left leg during the match.
We hear from Malakai Black, who says that he made "The American Nightmare" Cody Rhodes' own family lose faith in him, divided the Nightmare Family, forced Cody to take measures he never took before and made the fans hate him. He then says "The house always wins."
MJF quickly beats Bryce Donovan. After the match, Shawn Spears tosses Donovan out of the ring, then MJF says Boston, Massachusetts is the "absolute shithole" he remembers it being last time and that they were lucky to see him in action. He says he would not do anything with any of the women in Boston, makes fun of everyone's mothers, then says Darby Allin he made a mistake when he said he was not worth of the AEW World title and threw the gauntlet down by saying he could not break Darby mentally. He then says Darby is scared of him and brags about knocking Sting out with the Dynamite Diamond Ring, then says that with Darby out of his hair, there is nothing stopping him from his destiny of becoming the future World Champion. Suddenly, Sting's entrance theme hits, but Sting doesn't show and MJF reveals it was a trick by him and Spears when he laughs, saying people from Massachusetts are "so dumb," before the arena lights go out. MJF laughs, but Spears says this is not him. We see then footage of Darby Allin drop kicking a guy in an MJF mask and putting him through a table before the words "Not Time To Break You Physically" show up. When the lights are back on, Sting attacks The Pinnacle from behind. As MJF retreats, he notices Darby Allin in a trench coat behind him, and runs away as Darby grabs a skateboard with thumbtacks on it and hits Wardlow and Shawn Spears with it. Darby then says to MJF "Full Gear."
Backstage, Tony Schiavone interviews Rebel, Jamie Hayter and Dr. Britt Baker D.M.D. When Britt finds out that she is in a Trick or Treat Match against Abadon that has no disqualifications and a title shot for Abadon if she wins in response to running out on a match with Abadon in the Chris Jericho Rock 'n Rager at Sea, Britt says she has some tricks of her own.
Sammy Guevara retains the AEW TNT Championship against "All Ego" Ethan Page with a jackknife pin. (Had Guevara lost, he would have had to leave The Inner Circle forever.) During the match, Tony Nese is seen watching from the front row. After the match, Ethan attacks Guevara from behind, and when Guevara fights back, Scorpio Sky runs into the ring and attacks Guevara until the rest of The Inner Circle runs in and chases Scorpio and Ethan away. Jericho calls out Scorpio and Ethan for ganging up on Guevara after the match, and says that while Scorpio has beaten his twice, the last person of prominence Ethan has beaten is himself in his hotel room. This starts a "Beat Your Meat!" chant in the crowd, then Jericho says there will be a ten-man tag match at Full Gear between The Inner Circle and team of Scorpio, Ethan and American Top Team, and that thanks to Tony Khan, it will be a Minneapolis Street Fight. He then tells Scorpio and Ethan to tell "that pumpkin-headed dipshit" to be there so The Inner Circle can see who they will make "MMA meatsicles" before paraphrasing "Sweet Emotion" when he says The Inner Circle will win.
Backstage, Tony Schiavone interviews Bryan Danielson and Eddie Kingston. Eddie tells he has to take a Zoloft every day so he doesn't have depression that turns into crushing anger that causes him to get locked up. After saying he is done talking and done listening, Eddie leaves, and Danielson says that this is the Eddie he wants to leave and that he and many others have gone through what he has gone through and has worked his way up. He says that Eddie has worked his ass off and is one of the hardest workers he has ever faced, but in the World Title Eliminator Tournament, he will beat him.
Backstage, Tony Schiavone interviews The Lucha Bros. (Penta el Zero Miedo and Rey Fenix). Penta el Zero Miedo and Rey Fenix say that they know what FTR (Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler) want and that they will put the AEW World Tag Team Titles on the line at Full Gear. Alex Abrahantes says that FTR does not know the sacrifices that The Lucha Bros. have made to become tag team champions, and for that, they will put the tag team titles on the line.
Hikaru Shida beats Serena Deeb after countering the Deeb-Tox into a sit-down pin to win her 50th match - becoming the first woman to do so in AEW history - and advance in the TBS Championship Tournament. After the match, Deeb hits Shida with a chop block before targeting Shida's left knee with a chair. She then locks in the Serenity Lock after hammering the left knee into the mat, and referees and security have to get Deeb to break the hold.
Backstage, Tony Schiavone interviews Lio Rush and Dante Martin. It is announced that Mike Sydal is injured and that the match between there will be a third match between Matt Sydal and Dante Martin. Lio Rush says he should have seen this coming from a Sydal Brother and that he will debut at the right place at the right time. He then says the third time will be the charm for Dante now that he will be in his corner and that Matt Sydal will be "the failed student."
Jon Moxley beats Preston "10" Vance to advance in the World Title Eliminator Tournament after tearing 10's mask and busting 10 open.
Backstage, Tony Schiavone interviews FTR (Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler) and Tully Blanchard. Wheeler says they have waited almost a year to get the AEW tag team titles back, and now, the titles are theirs. Tully says he and FTR have "hit the reset button" and that nobody knows what is coming down the pipe. Harwood says that come Full Gear, The Lucha Bros. (Penta el Zero Miedo and Rey Fenix) will fight for the tag team titles and their lives and FTR will go down as the greatest tag team of all time.
"The American Nightmare" Cody Rhodes heads to the ring. After the commercial break, Arn Anderson is there with him. Cody says he hears everyone and says that while he beat Malakai Black with a Tiger Driver '98, he considered hitting a different move for a brief moment and wonders what would have happened if he had hit that move. He then says he did not hit that move because it would have been too easy and would have been "the easy way out," and tells the fans that they can do whatever they want, but if they want to boo, they should "boo the true narrative." Cody says you can hate the man who signs the checks but you cannot hate the man who built the bank, then throws his shoes in the audience and tells them to put themselves in his shoes. After talking about the family that he has been blessed with, he says the easy way out is not the way and that he will not turn because he has always loved the fans, and if he "went Hollywood" on anyone, he apologizes to those who thought that he did. Cody then tells Arn Anderson that it is "a damn honor" to stand in the ring with him and that he was right. Suddenly, Andrade and Jose - the latter in a neck brace - show up. He says that the people do not like Cody and that he himself does not like the people, and that Cody made stupid choices including his neck tattoo and getting in his business. Andrade says that he can make Cody his "little bitch," then the lights go out. When they come back on, Malakai Black is in the ring. Malakai spits the black mist in Cody's face, then he, Andrade and Jose attack Arn Anderson and Cody Rhodes. PAC runs into the ring and takes out Malakai Black, then beats up Andrade, causing Andrade to retreat. PAC then mocks Malakai's sitting down in the middle of the ring before flipping him off.
Before the next match, members of both teams come out in costume, with The Super Elite coming out with a Ghostbusters theme (complete with a Ghostbusters-inspired entrance theme) and The Dark Order coming out in various costumes such as Bambi, Kratos, Brandon Cutler, and cowboys.
The Dark Order (Evil Uno, Stu Grayson, John Silver, Colt Cabana) beat The Super Elite (Matt Jackson, Nick Jackson, Adam Cole, Kenny Omega) in an eight-man tag team match after the top half of The Dark Order's horse costume is low blowed and given the BTE-Trigger only to be revealed as Brandon Cutler with his mouth taped up, causing the Stay-Puft Marshmallow Man to unmask and reveal themselves as "Hangman" Adam Page, who helps The Dark Order get the win.

Toxic Attraction (Gigi Dolin and Jacy Jayne) beat the team of Zoey Stark and Io Shirai and the team of Indi Hartwell and Persia Pirotta in a Triple Threat Scareway To Hell Ladder Match to become the NXT Women's Tag Team Champions!
We see Carmelo Hayes and Trick Williams pull up to a very sketchy house. Carmelo Hayes is ready to go in, but Trick is a bit more reluctant. As they approach the house, they surroundings get more eerie. Meanwhile, Johnny Gargano and Dexter Lumis watch them. As Carmelo and Trick approach the house, they are soon led to the house by a boy to the house, and Carmelo and Trick make their way in.
Grayson Waller, dressed as a vampire, says LA Knight is not here because he could not handle the pressure and that he is the back-up host. As he talks about women in skimpy outfits, Joe Gacy shows up. Gacy says that corrupt minds like Grayson is why Halloween is not an inclusive holiday and an excuse to exploit and sexualize people. He says that to balance things out, he is here to send a message to his opponent, Malik Blade. As he says that he is "doing this for all of us" and that violence is not the answer, he is drop kicked by Malik Blade. Meanwhile, the man with the bald head - identified on commentary as "Harlan" - makes his way into the arena via a freight door.
Joe Gacy beats Malik Blade after having to beg "Harlan" off from grabbing Malik Blade by the chin. After the match, Joe Gacy is seen telling the bald man "Harlan, you can trust me."
We hear from Kay Lee Ray, who says that being one of the most dominant women's champions in 60 years got her nothing in NXT, and now, it is time to rage.
Backstage, there is a Halloween party. Ikemen Jiro questions the whole point behind trick-or-treat, then KUSHIDA tells Ikemen Jiro he has an idea. Grayson Waller is seen talking to other people during the party, including Cameron Grimes. (Independent wrestler "The Mad Esthetician" Amber Rodriguez is seen standing next to Tony D'Angelo.)
We hear from Diamond Mine. He tells the competition that they can pick their poison on who they get to pick, and tells them to choose carefully. After the match, Odyssey Jones answers Malcolm Bivens' open challenge and picks Roderick Strong. Bivens tells Odyssey "Your big ass is not 205 pounds," but Roderick Strong does not care and wants Odyssey Jones.
Roderick Strong beats Odyssey Jones after The Creed Brothers (Julius and Brutus Creed) distract Odyssey Jones, allowing Strong to hit two jumping knees for the win.
Backstage, McKenzie Mitchell interviews Imperium (Fabian Aichner and Marcel Barthel). Barthel says loyalty is one of the biggest strengths, but tonight is about the gold. Aichner says they have never been more ready and that tonight is their night.
Back at the Halloween party, Tony D'Angelo asks Lash Legend to reconsider putting him on her show. She reconsiders, but tells him not to disappoint. Meanwhile, nobody recognizes Von Wagner as Brad Pitt, Cameron Grimes tells Duke Hudson he will see him in the poker room, and Robert Stone (as Elvis) tries to pick a fight with Xyon Quinn, who puts him through a table.
Raquel Gonzalez shows up on a motorcycle before the next match. The next match is a Chucky's Choice match. Chucky's Choice is a Trick or Street Fight, which has no count-out or disqualifications and must have the winning pinfall or submission take place in the ring.
Mandy Rose beats Raquel Gonzalez in a Trick or Street Fight to become the NXT Women's Champion after a person shrouded in black hits Raquel in the back with a shovel from the outside. After the match, the person shrouded in black is revealed to be Dakota Kai, who has not been seen since Raquel defeated her to retain the NXT Women's Championship.
Back at the haunted house, Carmelo Anthony and Trick Williams explore the house. Suddenly, they come into contact with a woman who looks like a witch and a man with a jack-o'-lantern head. They then walk into a masquerade ball with mannequins in masks, and are scared off by a few of the mannequins come to life. As Trick Williams mentions they are being chased, they suddenly run into Andre Chase, and the three of them explore the house. Johnny Gargano and Dexter Lumis decide to take care of business. Andre Chase briefly notices Lumis, and in the next room, Andre Chase gets eaten by a zombie. Trick gets sepeated from Carmelo and runs into Lumis, then runs away and is scared by more of the haunted house's denizens. Trick then runs into Carmelo, who says that Gargano got him. Carmelo and Trick then find the North American Championship, and Camelo Hayes takes the title. Suddenly, Gargano and Lumis are behind them, and they get a shot in before Trick and Carmelo get away. Carmelo and Trick escape with the belt, fend off a few of the house's denizens, then run away when Gargano and Lumis scare them. Gargano tells Lumis to do this at his house next year, then Lumis and the denizens of the house all give the thumbs up with Gargano.
Grayson Waller is in the ring. He tells everyone to follow him on Twitch, TikTok, Instagram and Snapchat before LA Knight shows up, also dressed as a vampire. LA Knight tells Grayson Waller to get out, but Grayson says it is not his fault he had car problems. When Knight wants to know how he knows he had car problems, Solo Sikoa shows up. Grayson Waller introduces Sikoa, who knocks Waller out and throws him out of the ring when Knight pushes Waller towards him. Knight retreats. The crowd chants "Uso."
Bron Breakker sees a Chucky doll as he gets ready for his match.
DJ Tommy Carlucci is the DJ for MSK's (Nash Carter and Wes Lee) entrance before the next match.

NXT Fan of the Night Alex spins the wheel to decide the stipulation for the next match. It is a Lumberjack O'Lantern match, and the winner is determined by pinfall or submission while Superstars surround the ring.
Imperium (Fabian Aichner and Marcel Barthel beat MSK (Nash Carter and Wes Lee) in a Lumberjack O'Lantern Match to become NXT Tag Team Champions for the second time. During the match, referees have to clear ringside to restore order after all the lumberjacks brawl following Wes Lee leaping over the ring post to take out Aichner and Nash Carter hitting Barthel with a cutter from the top rope to the outside.
Tommaso Ciampa retains the NXT Championship against Bron Breakker.
Bobby Fish beats Invictus Khash. After the match, Tony Schiavone interviews Bobby Fish in the ring. Fish says that CM Punk is "allegedly" the best in the world and that he will find out how good CM Punk is on Dynamite, because in 24 hours, "it's clobberin' time."
Riho beats Xtina Kay.
Sammy Guevara heads to the ring. He talks about his match tomorrow night against "All Ego" Ethan Page for the TNT Championship, and tells Page that he finally got the matched after politicking, bitching and whining. He says that Ethan deserves it after doing this longer than he has and coming from the same place he did, then asks what will happen when he fails in the biggest match and opportunity of his career like he has during his entire life, and tells him that bitching and moaning will not get him the TNT Champion. He says that he worked hard to get the TNT Championship, and tells Ethan that he head better be ready to kill, because he is ready to die and Ethan will have to kill him to win. Ethan Page shows up and says he has thrown grown men down stairs and over guardrails, and that he has been ready to kill since he showed up in AEW. He says that Sammy may be the face of TNT and that people may like that, but that will soon change, as he is an "immature, basic-ass civilian" like the fans while he owns the room, saying the fans will never amount to anything. Ethan says TNT will get the champion they deserve and that he will TNT to places never thought possible, then says he will become champion and make sure of it tonight. Suddenly, Sammy is attacked from behind by Scorpio Sky, and Ethan joins in. Sammy is left bleeding while Scorpio Sky imitates Jim Ross and directs traffic. Suddenly, Santana and Ortiz run into the ring, causing Scorpio Sky and Ethan Page to retreat.
Eddie Kingston beats Jack Evans by submission.
Dante Martin beats JDX. After the match, Tony Schiavone interviews Lio Rush and Dante Martin. Lio Rush says the match against The Sydal Brothers on Dynamite will be quite the match, as Dante Martin will prove that he is one of the best wrestlers in the game today, and that it is time that the Sydal name has to go away, as Matt Sydal has not done for Dante Martin what he can do for Dante's career, saying he is what is go for Dante's career as well as "Highest Flight."
Tony Schiavone interviews Adam Cole in the ring. Cole takes the microphone from Schiavone, then says that when he and The Young Bucks (Matt and Nick Jackson) off the stage and into the table, he told Jungle Boy to wake up, as guys like Jungle Boy, Luchasaurus and Christian Cage are in denial and have no idea how good and how powerful The Elite is. He says AEW is All Elite Wrestling for a reason, as guys like The Elite are the building blocks of the place and the state of the wrestling world is due to guys like them. He says that the locker room's failure to realize this proves how stupid they really are, and tells Schiavone that he hasn't seen anything yet.
Tony Schiavone interviews Jade Cargill and "Smart" Mark Sterling backstage. Sterling says Jade Cargill has a first-round bye in the TBS Championship Tournament because he has one of the greatest winning streaks of all time and a spot in the top five that she will climbing up in, and says that Jade no longer has to wait for a title shot to win a championship and elevate her brand. Jade just says to give her the title, because she is "that bitch."
Arturo Ruas - going by the name Tiger Ruas - quickly beats DJ Brown with one quick. Ruas says he has been looking for competition his whole life and that DJ Brown did not enough technique to offer. He says that he is in AEW to face the best and asks Tony Khan to bring him more competition, as his technique is everything.
Diamante beats Skyler Moore by submission.
Backstage, Tony Schiavone interviews Tony Nese. Nese says he has heard that AEW is the hottest place in wrestling right now, and says there is no better place for the hottest free agent in wrestling to sign to. He then says that half of the AEW roster does not even belong in the same ring as him, and next week, he will start picking names off, starting with Fuego del Sol.

Big E heads to the ring to start tonight's show. Big E welcomes everyone to tonight's show while putting the city of Houston, Texas over, starting a "Let's Go Astros!" chant. He also puts Xavier Woods over for winning the King of the Ring Tournament before tipping his hat to Drew McIntyre for pushing him to his limits at Crown Jewel. Big E then says there is no rest for the weary as there is a whole new roster of people coming from SmackDown, and as he asks who wants to challenge him for the WWE Championship, Seth Rollins shows up. Rollins heads to the ring and laughs that Big E knows why he is here, and when Big E tells Rollins that he lost to Edge, Rollins says he wants the WWE Championship as soon as possible. Big E tells Rollins to go to the back of the line, then Rollins says he has went through hell in the last week and that Roman Reigns is too afraid to give him his opportunity, which leads to him challenging Big E and asking him if he wants to be like Roman or be a fighting champion. Suddenly, Rey Mysterio shows up and says that Rollins' vision is impaired after getting his head bashed in by Edge, then says it has been a minute since they have seen eye-to-eye and that if anyone deserves a title shot, it is him. Rey says his resume speaks for itself as he runs down his championship accomplishments, and says he is willing to do what it takes to win the WWE Championship one more time. As Rollins tells Big E not to listen to Rey, Finn Balor shows up. Finn says he has nothing but love for Rey Mysterio, then runs down his championship accomplishments before stating he has never held the WWE Championship, which he proclaims that he wants. As Seth Rollins tells Big E not to listen to Rey or Finn, Kevin Owens shows up and mentions his championship accomplishments before mentioning that he beat Rollins for the Universal Championship in Houston. Rollins attacks Owens, starting a brawl. Rollins soon retreats and Owens goes after him, then WWE official Sonya Deville and sets up a Fatal Four-Way match between Rollins, Owens, Rey and Finn where the winner gets a title shot, then makes it a ladder match. Rollins is absolutely livid.
The team of Dolph Ziggler and Robert Roode beat The Street Profits (Angelo Dawkins and Montez Ford) and The Alpha Academy (Chad Gable and Otis) to earn a shot at the WWE Raw Tag Team Championships after Omos shows up and takes out The Street Profits.
Zelina Vega heads to the ring for her royal coronation. Zelina says she will stand for any more bad treatment and demands that ring announcer Mike Rome announce her entrance better, which he does as she puts on her crown. Zelina then says that she has been underappreciated too long for her greatness and that she was the only woman in WWE fit to be queen as the Raw Women's Division watches from backstage. She says that her ascension to the throne was destiny and that nobody else in the back came close, and now everyone can bow down to their official queen. She then asks what king of queen she will be. Zelina then says she will be both loved and feared, and says that if you are not the most powerful woman in the room you are nothing. Doudrop heads to the ring as Zelina calls her an example of what happens to those who stand in her way, especially when she defeats her again tonight. She says that her crown is proof that she is the best of the best and that people will talk about her reign for years to come as she becomes the best queen of all time, then Doudrop heads to the ring.
Zelina Vega - now known as Queen Zelina - beats Doudrop after untying a top turnbuckle cover, allowing her to hit Doudrop with the scepter as the referee fixes the turnbuckle cover.
Becky Lynch heads to the ring. Becky says it is great to have the title she never lost back around her waist and that she intends to pick up right where she left off after coming back two months ago and making headlines then and since. She talks about how she sent Sasha Banks and Bianca Belair packing at Crown Jewel, and says that as a man of the people, she knows nobody wants to see Bianca Belair anywhere near the title and that there are some new women who want to beat her for the Raw Women's title. She says that women like Rhea Ripley and Liv Morgan will learn just like the women before that they will not always get what they want unless they are her, then Bianca Belair shows up. Bianca says that it always something with Becky, then says that she did not leave in shame as Becky didn't pin her at Crown Jewel even as she was cheating, and says if anyone should be ashamed, it should be Becky. She says that Becky only thinks she always gets what she wants because she has never encountered adversity, and says that this is about to change as she has beaten some of the best recently and that gets her a shot at the Raw Women's Championship. She then says Becky's reign is about to come to an end that she is the fresh new face of Raw, then Becky makes fun of Bianca's post-match facial expression from Crown Jewel, saying that is "the face of a loser." Becky says that she has not only faced adversity, but slapped the head off of it while Bianca had a straight shot to the title and beat the best only because she was not there to stop her in her track, and since then, it has been nothing but disappointment for Bianca. Bianca says the only thing she is disappointed with is the fact that she has not slapped the goofy smile off Becky's face to show everyone who she is really is, as people are still rooting for her and that bothers Becky. She says that Becky might have the title, but she still seeks all the validation, and behind the title, she has nothing, and if she is not enough with it, she is not enough without it. Bianca says she has shown who she is without the title, and that Becky will not be the strongest, fastest or smartest like she is, then tells her to run up or shut up and put the title on the line tonight. Becky teases giving her the match before saying "Get to the back of the line, bitch." Bianca punches Becky in the face and beats her up. Becky tries to hit her with a Kendo stick, but Bianca blocks it and strikes Becky with it. Becky eventually kicks Bianca in the gut, but when she grabs the Kendo stick, Bianca grabs her for the K.O.D. Becky rakes her eyes, then hits her with a side Russian leg sweep with the Kendo stick before retreating. Becky then tells Bianca that if she wants her match, she has got it, but not tonight.
Backstage, Kevin Owens meets with Finn Balor. Owens says they have known each other for a long time and there are as few people he respects as much as him, and says he must win tonight. Finn, knowing it is every man for himself, says that is just the way he likes it.
Damian Priest beats T-Bar by disqualificaton in a United States Championship Contender's Match after T-Bar throws an announce table chair at Priest. This only fires Priest up and causes Priest to give T-Bar a beating.
Backstage, we hear from Carmella, who says the only asset more valuable than her mask is her face, as she is the diamond of WWE: so precious, so rare and so expensive that she is a perfect fit for the red brand. She says that she cannot blame others for being jealous, and accuses Liv Morgan of following her to Raw to continue to attack her face. She says she has plans of her own, and that nobody will stop her influence as being the most beautiful woman on WWE.
Carmella beats Liv Morgan despite Liv Morgan sending Carmella's protected face into the announce table (and congratulating Corey Graves on his real-life engagement to Carmella).

Keith "Bearcat" Lee beats Cedric Alexander. After the match, Shelton Benjamin gets in the ring and smiles at Keith Lee before backing off and helping Cedric Alexander to the back.
In backstage footage from earlier tonight, Dominik Mysterio talks with Rey Mysterio about Rey's ladder match. Dominik tells Rey he's got this match, then Austin Theory shows up to look for a towel, then tries to get a selfie with Rey. When Theory tells Dominik to take the selfie, Dominik says he is not a photographer and that this is not Theory's locker room. Theory tells Dominik it will be when he beats him tonight and leaves. Rey is impressed and tells Dominik he has his back if he needs him, but Dominik says he can take care of it on his own.
Austin Theory beats Dominik Mysterio. After the match, Theory takes a selfie with an angry referee when he tries to take a selfie with a downed Dominik.
Backstage, Matt Riddle talks with Randy Orton. Orton says that while they can talk about Halloween until they are blue in the face, they need to retain the Raw Tag Team titles against Dolph Ziggler and Robert Roode, who are wanting to prove themselves.

He is suffering and in pain and should already be #1 contender, but that does not matter, for he will put it all behind him and win tonight.
Seth Rollins beats Rey Mysterio, Kevin Owens and Finn Balor in a Fatal 4-Way Ladder Match for a shot at the WWE Championship. After the match, Big E shows up to congratulate Seth rollins, and Seth Rollins says he will do anything to get the WWE Championship before brushing Big E off. Backstage, Sarah Schreiber interviews Seth Rollins, who says that Raw is his show and that he is back and better than ever.

Backstage, we hear from Effy, who says that he tends to make Championship Wrestling From Atlanta his personal buffet table and take it over, and that he will be eating those oysters, collecting those pearls, and that Atlanta will soon be his home.
Heather Monroe beats Reka Tehaka. During the match, Heather grabs the timekeeper's chair. When the referee takes it away, Heather hits Reka with her fan, then hits a backpack stunner for the win. Reka Tehaka tries to kick out, but she kicks out too late.
Backstage, Marti Belle interviews Lord Krewe. Krewe says his recent actions spoke louder than his words, then says "Any other questions?"
The Tate Twins (Brandon and Brent Tate) beat inFAMy (Robin Steele and Joeasa). After the match, inFAMy hit The Tate Twins with a low blow as The Rapture watch from ringside and enjoy what they see.
Backstage, Marti Belle interviews "Outlandish" Zicky Dice. Zicky says that what others call "chaos," he calls "outlandish." Suddenly, Dani Jordyn shows up and tells Zicky Dice there's something he'll want to see backstage, then tells Marti Belle she "smells like a baby prostitute."
Effy beats "Uptown" Andy Brown after reversing the Fatality into a jackknife pin.

She says that she has doubted herself over the past few years, and tonight, she will prove that she is worthy of holding a championship again. She says that Deonna may be tough, but she has no idea who she is dealing with, and holding the title will make her win so much sweeter.
Heath beats Violent By Design (Deaner and Joe Doering). Heath enters the match alone, but during the match, Rhino shows up, tags in for Heath and hits Deaner with the Gore for the win.
Backstage, Gia Miller interviews Jordynne Grace and Rachael Ellering. Jordynne is happy to make history as the first-ever female Triple Crown Winner in Impact history and the inaugural Digital Media Champion. As Jordynne and Rachael like Rachael's chance of winning the Call Your Shot Gauntlet Match, Moose and W. Morrisey show up, and Moose says it will be either one of them who wins the gauntlet match.

The Good Brothers ("The Big LG" Doc Gallows and "Machine Gun" Karl Anderson) retain the Impact World Tag Team Championships against Bullet Club (Chris Bey and Hikuleo) and FinJuice (Juice Robinson and David Finlay) after Karl Anderson tosses Juice Robinson out of the ring and picks the bones from a FinJuice double team on Chris Bey to get the pinfall and the win.
Backstage, Gia Miller interviews Christian Cage. He says that while Josh Alexander gave up the X Division Championship for this match, he sacrificed far more just to get to where he is today. Christian Cage says he is not ready to pass the torch and that being Impact World Champion burns through his soul, and Josh Alexander is not ready for that torch yet. He also says he is glad Josh Alexander is wearing headgear so that he doesn't have to hear the disappointment from the fans, his wife and his child.
Mickie James beats "The Virtuosa" Deonna Purrazzo to become the Impact Knockouts Champion for the fourth time, ending Deonna's second reign with the title at 343 days.

"The Walking Weapon" Josh Alexander beats Christian Cage with the ankle lock after keeping a foot on Christian's left hand to win the Impact World Championship! After the match, Alexander celebrates with his wife and child after the match, then Moose shows up, calls his shot and beats Alexander with a single Spear - all while Alexander's wife and child are still in the ring - to win the Impact World Championship.
Backstage, Vincent tries out his own crown and white suit and gets second opinions from the rest of The Righteous (Vita Von Starr, Bateman, Dutch) as well as the cameraman, asking if "he" will like it.
Tony Deppen beats Rhett Titus. During the match, Homicide shows up and fired Deppen up at ringside. Later on, Homicide distracts referee Todd Sinclair so Deppen can hit Titus with a chair to get the win.
Backstage, Brian Zane interviews Rhett Titus, who wants to know where the rest of The Foundation (Jay Lethal, Jonathan Gresham, "Hot Sauce" Tracy Williams) is while he is being hit with a chair. He then interviews Tony Deppen, who asks why Homicide would not help him, as everyone in VLNCE UNLTD is cut from the same cloth and grinding where there . He says that now in ROH, there are too many rules, and that one must watch what they do or else somebody will get upset. He says that he cares about nothing but VLNCE UNLTD, because violence will always prevail.

VLNCE UNLTD (Chris Dickinson and Brody King) beat The Foundation (Jonathan Gresham and "Hot Sauce" Tracy Williams) via referee stoppage with a sleeper hold from Dickinson to Williams. After the match, VLNCE UNLTD (Dickinson, King, Homicide) and The Foundation (Williams, Gresham, Lethal) have an argument, and Lethal immediately wants a match with Homicide. It take two referees to restore order.
Jay Lethal beats Homicide. During the match, Jay Lethal finds a fork in Homicide's knee cap. When referee Todd Sinclair tries to take it away, Homicide takes it and nearly stabs Jay Lethal with it, hitting the top turnbuckle instead. The fork is sent flying, and Todd Sinclair eventually removes it from the ring. Shortly after this, Tony Deppen shows up with a chair, but he is suddenly attacked by Dutch. This distracts Homicide, and Jay Lethal hits Homicide with the Lethal Injection for the win. After the match, the rest of The Righteous (Vincent, Bateman, Vita Von Starr) show up and clap for Jay Lethal alongside Dutch.
In Atlanta, Georgia, Cody and Brandi are in the hospital with their new baby daughter Liberty. Cody's mother Michelle plans to baptize Liberty with water from the Jordan River that is kept in a Fiji water bottle. When Cody leaves the hospital, Preston Vance and QT Marshall are there to greet him. Cody mentions that he is bringing Liberty's placenta home.
Five days later, Cody has to go back to work. He finds it hard to be away from Brandi and Liberty.
In Jacksonville, Florida, Cody updates everyone on Liberty and Brandi. Mark Henty talks with Cody and proposes the possibility of "a better Cody Rhodes."
Five weeks later at the Rhodes residence, Brandi has lost 35 pounds and is back in training mode in an attempt to get back into wrestling. Brandi wants to give it the usual Rhodes treatment and do a heel run, but Cody proposes doing her own things and being a babyface, as she has always cared about what they think about her.
Cody and QT Marshall talk about last night's show. Cody mentions being booed out of the building, and says that he is not all that into hearing boos from the crowd. QT says Cody did nothing to warrant it, and Cody admits the boos do hurt. QT mentions that Cody has been helping so many people that he needs to help himself, and Cody thinks that QT may have an eye-opening point and give insight on how fans will react to his match with Malakai Black. Back at home, Cody tells Brandi that everything has been piling on and that he feels ragged from working with other talent and putting so many people forward.
Brandi trains with QT Marshall. She realizes the transition to a comeback is not as smooth as she was anticipating it to be, and mentions Cody wanting her to come back as a babyface, saying it would take a long time for fans to become a believable face to the fans.
At Dynamite: Homecoming, Cody Rhodes and Malakai Black go over their match. Black talks about his transition from WWE to AEW, and says that they will be watched by a crowd who is more excited to see him rather than Cody, as he seems to bring something new and exciting. QT Marshall says that Cody being booed tonight will not be good for his career.
Cody is concerned about the outcome of his match with Malakai Black. Brandi watches the match from home, while numerous wrestlers watch backstage. The crowd is fiercely chanting for Malakai during the match. Cody says that the world of wrestling revolves around the fans, not the wrestlers, and says that he is a professional crossroads with his life and profession. Cody gets an ovation backstage, then Arn Anderson cuts a promo about Cody's mind not being on the ring. Meanwhile, Cody has no idea what his future will be like, and as he talks with Tony Khan, Cody mentions taking a sabbatical from wrestling, as he feels mentally fatigued. Tony tells Cody to give it a day or two and take some time away. Cody then calls Brandi, telling her he feels tired. Brandi tells Cody he has been burning at both ends for three years and that it can be exhausting. Cody wonders if he can fit in the AEW, then says he cannot turn heel because his character is not as clear-cut as he thought and he does not know if he has the energy to fix it.
Two months later, Grand Slam takes place in New York City. Cody and Brandi are backstage, and Cody gets ready for another match with Malakai Black. Cody has a new perspective, as he is no longer the center of attention and there are plenty of new toys on the show now. He says he is not ready to hand AEW to anyone just yet as Brandi joins him on the stage, and Brandi is relieved that she was not forgotten as she flips Malakai Black off and plays the badass that she knows that she is. Cody says that he may not have all the answer, but he knows that what he does next will be the best Cody there ever was and that there is more to do.
Bryan Danielson beats "The Natural" Dustin Rhodes with a guillotine choke to advance in the World Title Eliminator Tournament. Former WWE Superstar Tony Nese is seen watching the match in the crowd.
Backstage, we hear from The Elite (Kenny Omega, Adam Cole, Matt Jackson, Nick Jackson). Kenny Omega says he wishes he could feel excited about facing "Hangman" Adam Page next week, because Page cosplayed as a cowboy while he knows who Page really is. He says that Adam Page is a coward and afraid to face him at Full Gear while also blowing through -1's diaper supply faster than his beer, and says that if people knew who "Hangman" Adam Page really was, they would be chanting "coward shit."
We see a video package for FTR (Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler) vs. The Lucha Brothers for the AEW World Tag Team Championships at Full Gear.
Tony Schiavone interviews Sting in the ring. Before Sting can speak on the subject of Darby Allin's condition, MJF shows up. He says he does not want to start a fight and embarrass Sting in front of the fans, and says he is here for a gentleman's chat. He says that Sting does not want to update the fans on Darby Allin's status, because if he did, the fans would know that Darby is not coming back. MJF then says that Sting can distract the fans by waring facepaint and swinging a bat, he is not fooling anyone because he knows Sting is a bad person and is never there when the fans need him most. He also says that it is due to Sting's negligence that Darby Allin is in the same situation as his old friend Lex Luger: in a wheelchair. Before MJF can say "wheelchair," however, Sting punches him. Wardlow and Shawn Spears also run into the ring, and while Sting does his best to fend them off, the numbers game takes over and Shawn Spears smashes the chair into Sting's back. MJF then sits down in the chair and says that while Darby is in a whole lot of pain, he knows he is watching tonight, and asks if he has broken Darby mentally yet before telling Darby to look at Sting. He tells Darby that no matter how many times people chant his name or want him to come back, what happened to Sting will be his future and he will always be second-best to him and him alone, for he is the past, present and future of professional wrestling. When Sting gets up, MJF punches him with the Dynamite Diamond Ring on his finger, knocking him back down.
Backstage, Tony Schiavone interviews Dr. Britt Baker, D.M.D. Britt Baker says that Tay Conti has shown everyone her ass while she has shown she is the best women's wrestler, and since she laid her hands on the Women's World Championship, she will beat that ass and retain the title at Full Gear.
Ruby Soho beats Penelope Ford to advance in the TBS Championship Tournament after The Bunny's attempt to pass brass knuckles to Penelope Ford backfires and the referee sees the knuckles. After the match, The Bunny and Penelope Ford surround Ruby Soho, then Red Velvet shows up to help Ruby Soho even the odds.
Backstage, We hear from MJF and Shawn Spears. MJF says he sent a little message to Darby Allin, then Wardlow confronts MJF for shoving him into Sting's way. MJF says he got nervous and that it was "fight or flight," and while he is paying him a lot of money, he is putting too much pressure on someone like him and giving him too much to be accountable for. MJF then makes Shawn Spears his "accountibili-buddy."
Bobby Fish beats Anthony Greene. After the match, Bobby Fish kicks Anthony Greene in the back of the leg and knocks him down before attacking him some more before choking him out. All of a sudden, CM Punk runs into the ring and chases Bobby Fish away.
Backstage, Tony Schiavone interviews Dante Martin and Lio Rush. Lio Rush says that anything he does, he does big, and that he is mentoring Dante Martin to take him to the highest heights possible, something he says Matt Sydal cannot do. Dante says Matt Sydal is one of the best in the world, but Lio Rush questions that and says Dante has the potential to do so, and has gotten him a match against Matt and Mike Sydal next week in order to prove it.
Eddie Kingston beats Lance Archer with a roll-up to advance in the World Title Eliminator Tournament after Lance Archer lands on his head during a top rope moonsault. Former WWE Superstar Tony Nese is seen watching the match in the crowd.
The Men of the Year ("All Ego" Ethan Page and Scorpio Sky) and Dan Lambert are in the ring. Ethan Page says The Inner Circle sucks, not them, and then decides to say why in detail. He says that all he has seen of Jake Hager is Scorpio Sky pinning him, and that Santana and Ortiz aren't as hard as they think they are. He then says that Jericho only got a microphone to flirt with Paige VanZant, and that the only celebrity Jericho is kissing on is "[Jorge] Masvidal's knee." Page says he and Scorpio are the future of AEW and not "that PR nightmare, Sammy Guevara." Suddenly, Sammy shows up and tells Page to shut the hell up, then tells him to stop bitching about how life is unfair and do something about it like he did. He says Page is not as high up in the company as he would like because the only person who gives a shit is him, then calls Dan Lambert a fat-faced dipshit before demanding stipulations from him. Lambert admits he is proud of Sammy for what he can do on the ring and is impressed about what he can do on a microphone, saying he can put to rest any rumors about him "sucking on a stick." Lambert then tells Sammy that he has his ten-man tag team match at Full Gear, but if and only if Sammy shows up next week and defends the TNT Championship next week against Ethan Page. Also, if Sammy loses the match, he not only loses the TNT Championship, he leaves The Inner Circle forever. Sammy accepts, and says if he wins, he gets to choose which members of America's Top Team that The Inner Circle will face at Full Gear. Scorpio Sky then decides that he and Ethan Page will go ahead and beat up Sammy, and when they go up the ramp to do it, he is quickly joined by Santana, Ortiz and Jake Hager, who clean house.
We hear from Jon Moxley, who says that he is worried more about his daughter than the World Title Eliminator Tournament, saying that he realizes that he doesn't care about anything else but his daughter. He says that to keep his teeth in his head and his head on his shoulders, people have to get hurt, and earns everybody that he will get them before they get him and he will win the entire tournament.
We hear from The Dark Order. As they refuse to be stopped by The Superkliq (Matt Jackson, Nick Jackson, Adam Cole), "Hangman" Adam Page shows up and apologizes for what happened after he left, saying they tried to do their best afterwards before offering his help against The Elite.
Jungle Boy quickly beats Brandon Cutler with the Snare Trap. After the match, Jungle Boy calls the match "a nice little warm-up," then says he is feeling good and ready to go again. He then tells one of the Elite "pieces of shit" to come to the ring right now. When nobody shows up, Jungle Boy puts Brandon Cutler in the Snare Trap again and puts the microphone to Cutler's mouth, then Adam Cole shows up and confronts Jungle Boy, saying he is right here and they can fight right now. When Adam Cole gets on the ring apron, Jungle Boy knocks him off, then he turns around to eat two superkicks from The Young Bucks (Matt and Nick Jackson). Cole and the Bucks get Jungle Boy on the stage, and The Bucks and Adam Cole hit Jungle Boy with the BTE-Trigger and an assisted Last Shot. As Cole and the Bucks leave, they turn around and throw Jungle Boy off the stage and into a table below.
We hear from Miro, who tells his god that he is out of time and that he needs his wife back. He says that his violence will be a reflection on the god who has forsaken him, and that if he were to fight 100 times, he will break 100 necks. He says he will be champion once again, not because he wants it, but because he will be left no other choice, and that he will come back to his wife with blood on his hands and over his eyes and it will all be on his god.
"The American Nightmare" Cody Rhodes beats Malakai Black. During the match, Brock Anderson and "Big Shotty" Lee Johnson head to ringside. Later on, Andrade el Idolo shows up and fires an invisible Glock at "The Enforcer" Arn Anderson, who hits Jose with a spinebuster when Jose enters the ring. Malakai spits black mist into Anderson's face, then PAC shows up and fights Andrade, sending him to the back. It takes a Cross Rhodes followed by a Tiger Driver '98 for Cody to beat Malakai.
On the first commercial break of Rhodes To The Top, Tony Schiavone interviews Eddie Kingston and Bryan Danielson backstage. Danielson says he is 100% focused on becoming the AEW World Champion, and to do that, he has to beat "The Natural" Dustin Rhodes, and then he has to beat Eddie to enter the finals. He says that Eddie is standing in his way, and Eddie says that last year's Full Gear was the closest he got to the dream, and that he will not let someone new take it from him. Danielson says that if it was a dream, Eddie would work harder, and says Eddie has so much talent and heart but puts in zero work outside of the ring. Eddie tells Danielson that he will see him soon and leaves. Danielson says Eddie has no chance, because he cannot put in enough work to make up for the last twenty years.
