Raw Deal - Raw recap for October 11, 2021

Drew McIntyre heads to the ring to start tonight's show. McIntyre says it sounds appropriate that he is kicking things off in the home of the Golden State Warriors, then welcomes everyone to tonight's show. He then hypes up Crown Jewel, then says he will beat Big E and once again become WWE Champion, saying he has waited months for this match and will not let this opportunity slip through his fingers before Big E shows up. Big E says he understands why he wants to be WWE Champion so badly, for he has tasted the spoils of being champion and because McIntyre is a specimen who, while being accomplished, will never take the title from him. He says the train has already left the station, and McIntyre can either jump on board or "stay on those railroad tracks and get run smooth over." McIntyre asks Big E to remember what it felt like to win the WWE Championship and the rush he felt when he showed up tonight, then says he has held the title twice and no longer remembers what it feels like. He says he is proud of leading WWE through uncertain times as a two-time champion, but says he is still chasing his moment and that he will run through him and win the championship at Crown Jewel. The Usos (Jimmy and Jey Uso) then show up and ponders who will win between McIntyre and Big E, then say they do what they want when they ride with Roman Reigns and are sending out warning shots. Jey Uso says that Roman Reigns will beat Brock Lesnar to keep the Universal Champion, then says he and Jimmy want to know who will stay WWE Champion before telling McIntyre to be careful when he ends up in Roman's crosshairs with the WWE Championship around his waist. Jimmy then says that he and Jey Uso have plans for Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods, and that if Big E wins, it will be him and Roman at Survivor Series and he will have the same death sentence Kofi and Woods are facing. As The Usos leave, Big E says they will not just walk away, and as Big E speaks for McIntyre only for McIntyre to tell him not to, The Usos challenge them to a tag team match. Both reluctantly simultaneously agree, then The Usos superkick them in their disagreement.

Backstage, Kevin Patrick interviews The New Day (Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods). On the subject of potentially facing each other, they laugh before heading to the ring.

Xavier Woods beats Ricochet to advance in the King of the Ring Tournament.

Backstage, Randy Orton is met by Matt Riddle, who tells him that he challenged Omos to a one-on-one match without telling him he challenged Omos to a one-on-one match, and when Orton figures it out, Riddle says he had to follow in his footsteps. As Riddle says that they have to find a way to outsmart AJ Styles, Orton tells Riddle that there is no plan and that he is on his own.

The Hurt Business (Shelton Benjamin and Cedric Alexander) beat Mustafa Ali and Mansoor. After the match, Ali shoves Mansoor to the mat in disgust.

"The Queen of Spades" Shayna Baszler beats Dana Brooke to advance in the Queen's Crown Tournament. Dana Brooke escapes Shayna's clutches after the match.

We hear from Charlotte Flair, who says nobody cares about "The Queen of Spades" Shayna Baszler and that she does not care with Bianca Belair and Sasha Banks do to each other. She says she only cares about herself and that everyone else is beneath her as she insults everyone else in her match. She also says that she hopes Bianca Belair wins the SmackDown Women's Championship at Crown Jewel so she can slap the smile off her face and take it from her to become a double champion.

Before the next match, Matt Riddle tells Omos he has been doing a lot of thinking, then forgets what he was talking about, then says "Randy! Now!" When Randy Orton doesn't show up, he says Randy is waiting for his secret code, then sings and says a series of random words. "The Phenomenal" AJ Styles calls Riddle out for stalling for time and says everybody can tell what he is doing, then tells Riddle that he will have his head removed from his shoulders by Omos. Riddle then starts a "Randy" chant, then the match starts.

Omos beats Matt Riddle. During the match, "The Phenomenal" AJ Styles tells Omos that they are not done yet and tells Omos to hit Riddle with a roundhouse kick. He hits one, then we see an instant replay of it. As Riddle is knocked out, Styles has the kick replayed again, this time in slow motion. Styles then commands Omos to hit Riddle with a choke bomb, which he does, then has Omos pin him for the win. After the match, Styles is about to put Riddle in the Styles Clash when Randy Orton's music hits. Orton fails to show, and Styles has Omos head to ringside while he waits for him in the ring. Suddenly, Orton shows up and hits Styles with an RKO out of nowhere.

Backstage, Drew McIntyre blames Big E for The Usos (Jimmy and Jey Uso) attacking them. Big E says that they will beat each other up at Crown Jewel and that they need to figure things out quickly and let bygones be bygones tonight or else tonight will be a long night. The two of them quickly come to an understanding, then have a Mega Powers-esque handshake.

Bobby Lashley heads to the ring. After a video package of the events leading to Lashley vs. Goldberg at Crown Jewel plays, Lashley says Goldberg wanting him dead is behavior not befitting of a Superstar, Hall of Famer or father. Because of this, he has challenged Goldberg to a no-holds-barred match, because he cannot wrestle someone who has becoming a rabid animal foaming at the mouth and says that while Goldberg is a rabid dog with bite, he needs to be put down. Lashley says he will end Goldberg's career at Crown Jewel, saying that Goldberg will not beat someone else and ride into the sunset again and that there will be no more misunderstandings because Goldberg cannot hurt, beat or even kill "The Almighty."

We hear from Sasha Banks, who says that Charlotte Flair's entitlement has caused her to think she is in charge when Becky Lynch is the blue brand champion. She then tells Bianca Belair to follow her lead, and that she will beat Charlotte after she and Becky implode. After this, she will beat Bianca Belair to become double champion.

In the start of the commercial break before the next match, Chucky is seen watching Raw as part of a cross-over for the premiere of Chucky, which premieres tomorrow on USA Network.

Austin Theory beats Jeff Hardy. During the match, Reggie shows up with multiple Superstars chasing after him while Austin Theory has Jeff Hardy in a shoulder lock. Theory confronts R-Truth for getting involved only to get outsmarted, and Jeff Hardy takes advantage of the distraction. Hardy goes for the Swanton Bomb, but Theory moves out of the way and wins with a schoolkid pin while grabbing the tights.

We hear from Bianca Belair. She says that she and Charlotte Flair have different ideas on how to be a champion, saying Charlotte is more ruthless while she has used her skill. She says she will prove that by winning the SmackDown Women's Championship at Crown Jewel. She says that she remembers beating Sasha Banks to become champion at WrestleMania and losing the title to Becky Lynch at SummerSlam. She says she had no problem putting them through a table, and she has no problem getting the win tonight.

Backstage, Kevin Patrick asks The New Day (Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods) about the possibility of them facing each other next week and who would win. Kofi keeps saying "Who?", then he and Woods head to the ring.

Jinder Mahal beats Kofi Kingston to advance in the King of the Ring Tournament. During the match, Shanky gets on the ring apron as Kofi goes for Trouble In Paradise, and when Xavier Woods goes after Shanky and Veer, he gets levelled, and this distracts Kofi. Jinder takes advantage of the distraction to try to win with a schoolkid pin, but ultimately wins with the Khalass.

We hear from Becky Lynch, who says she does not much more to say and that everyone else in tonight's else has said their peace and that she has beaten them all. She says she has been champion because she has always been five steps ahead. She says that teaming with Charlotte Flair is about as appealing as the smell of piss in a downtown alley, then says she has beaten Sasha Banks and Bianca Belair once and will do it again, and says she will walk out of Crown Jewel as SmackDown Women's Champion.

Sasha Banks and Bianca Belair vs. Charlotte Flair and Becky Lynch ends in a double disqualification. The start of the match is absolute bedlam that starts with Bianca and Sasha refusing to agree on who starts the match with their team and ends with everyone attacking each other to the point that multiple referees and officials have to restore order and WWE officials Adam Pearce and Sonya Deville have to restart the match. After the commercial break, the match eventually breaks down to the point that Bianca attacks Sasha again, ending the match in a double disqualification. After the match, Bianca Belair nearly counters a Dis-Arm-Her with a K.O.D., but Sasha hits Bianca with a Backstabber. Sasha and Becky go at it, but Becky hits the Manhandle Slam.

Backstage, Jimmy Uso is on the phone with Roman Reigns, who tells him and Jey Uso to "complete the mission" tonight. Jimmy and Jey Uso agree that they will get it done tonight.

Doudrop beats Natalya to advance in the Queen's Crown Tournament. "The Queen of Spades" Shayna Baszler is seen watching the match from backstage.

Backstage, John Morrison is met by Nikki A.S.H. and Rhea Ripley as he is meditating and "tapping into his chi." Meanwhile, Austin Theory takes a selfie with an unknowing Big E.

Backstage, Kevin Patrick interviews Mansoor, who is soon confronted by Mustafa Ali, who calls him "a giant waste of time" and says he tried to help him survive WWE only for him to make friends and dance and "be a fanboy." He says that he tried to help him, and without him, he will be eaten alive. Ali then calls Mansoor a loser, stupid and nothing. When Kevin Patrick interviews Mansoor again, in which Mansoor says he will talk to Ali, Ali attacks Mansoor from behind.

The Usos (Jimmy and Jey Uso) beat Drew McIntyre and Big E by count-out after Big E hits the hot tag as McIntyre goes for a Claymore Kick. This leads to Jimmy Uso hitting Big E with a superkick before sending Big E into McIntyre, knocking him off the ring apron. McIntyre confronts Big E, and this leads to a shoving match between both Big E and McIntyre that then becomes a ringside brawl. After the match, The Usos take out Big E and McIntyre with simultaneous dives over the top rope. They send Big E over the announce table and McIntyre into the barricade, then topple the announce table before McIntyre and Big E take out The Usos and brawl again. The brawl ends with McIntyre hitting Big E with a Claymore Kick.

This week on Raw Talk: Mustafa Ali! The New Day (Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods)! Doudrop!

Here are the top ten moments from tonight's show!
