Backstage, McKenzie Mitchell interviews Dragon Lee. Dragon Lee says he may have lost to Dominik Mysterio, but he has respect for Rey Mysterio, who he says continues to teach him. He says that tonight will be the chance of a lifetime, and unlike Dominik, he will do his job, because it is the right thing to do.
Backstage, Noam Dar says he will show he is the absolute best tonight as the rest of Meta-Four (Oro Mensah, Lash Legend, Jakara Jackson) agree that Noam Dar will show no mercy against Butch tonight.
We hear from Humberto Carrillo and Angel Garza, who says that tonight is not about rolling dice or fancy dinners and that tonight is about winning the NXT Tag Team Championships and honoring their grandfather.
Backstage, McKenzie Mitchell interviews Carmelo Hayes and Trick Williams. Trick says that he and Carmelo will put on a show and that Carmelo put out "the fire breathing dragon" Ilja Dragunov like he knows he can. Carmelo says Dragunov cannot be NXT Champion better than he can and that he and Trick are both walking out tonight as champions.
Blair Davenport beats Kelani Jordan in the kick-off after getting her knees up to block Kelani's split leg moonsault. After the match, Davenport is attacked from behind by Gigi Dolin, and referees have to break the brawl up.
The show starts with a WWF No Mercy-style intro.
Baron Corbin comes out to the next match on a motorcycle.
Baron Corbin beats Bron Breakker after Mr. Stone shows up and dives at Bron Breakker only to be thrown into security guards on the outside. This allows Corbin to hit End of Days for the win.
Trick Williams beats "Dirty" Dominik Mysterio to become the NXT North American Champion in a match that sees special guest referee Dragon Lee and the replacement referee go down followed by Trick Williams countering an attempted belt shot by Dominik Mysterio with a knee strike that knocks the front plate into Dominik's head for the win and the title.
In backstage footage from last Tuesday, Joe Gacy feels that all hope and everything regarding Schism is dead and gone. Ava says that she is still here, but Joe Gacy tells her to leave. Ava leaves, then Gacy says he has to find his purpose.
The D'Angelo Family (Tony D'Angelo and Channing "Stacks" Lorenzo) retain the NXT Tag Team Championships against OTM (Bronco Nima and Lucien Price), The Creed Brothers (Julius and Brutus Creed), and the team of Humberto Garcia and Angel Garza in a Fatal 4-Way Tag Team Match. During the match, Tony D'Angelo's knee gives out, and Channing "Stacks" Lorenzo has to go it alone until D'Angelo is able to make his way back into the match from backstage, even having to headbutt an official in order to do so.
We see a vignette of someone turning on a CRT television set and flipping the channels to WCW Saturday Night and then NXT before turning the TV off.

Noam Dar retains the NXT Heritage Championship against Butch two falls to one (2-1). Noam Dar scores the first fall with a Nova Roller with 0:40 (40 seconds) left in Round 2 when Oro Mensah hits Butch with a cheap shot as Jakara Jackson and Lash Legend distract the referee. Butch scores the second fall with 1:03 (one minute, three seconds) left in Round 3 after countering the Nova Roller with the Bitter End. Noam Dar scores the third and deciding fall with :27 (twenty-seven seconds) in Round 6 with a Nova Roller after Oro Mensah hits Butch with another cheap shot, Mark Coffey and Wolfgang jump Tyler Bate and Joe Coffey hits All The Best For The Bells on Butch behind the referee's back.

We hear from Big Bill, "Absolute" Ricky Starks, Aussie Open (Kyle Fletcher and Mark Davis), FTR (Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler) and The Blackpool Combat Club (Wheeler Yuta and "The American Dragon" Bryan Danielson) before tonight's show.
Andrade el Idolo beats "Rock Hard" Juice Robinson after The Gunns (Austin and Colten Gunn) are ejected from ringside for repeatedly getting involved in the match.
Backstage, Tony Schiavone interviews Chris Jericho and Kenny Omega. Jericho says tonight is a big deal, because for the last four years, AEW has been built on his and Omega's animosity, and their rivalry has been nothing but stellar. He says that he and Omega have been at each other's throats since the beginning, but before WrestleDream, they have to find out if they can even coexist in the ring. Omega says their WrestleDream match has been set in stone, and while Omega admits he does not like Jericho, the Don Callis Family (Don Callis, Konosuke Takeshita, Sammy Guevara, Will Ospreay) is bigger than what they have, and he will have his back. He then asks if Jericho will have his, then Jericho says he will because they have to work together tonight and tomorrow night and they will take all their opponents out.
We see more of RJ City's interview with Toni Storm in part two of "Toni Storm: Portrait of a Star." Toni Storm says the peak of her career is right now, as all she does is peak. She says the business can be a cruel mistress and that she misses the old days, as they were a simpler, happier time. She then thinks that RJ City is trying to flirt with her.
The Kingdom (Matt Taven and Mike Bennett) - who head to the match with their suitcases - beat Best Friends (Chuck Taylor and Trent Beretta) following two weiner punches to both members of Best Friends behind the referee's back from Bennett. After the match, The Kingdom have to leave to head straight to Roderick Strong's house, and Matt Taven tells Adam Cole taht if they mean anything to him, he will met them there right now. Taven then tells Roderick Strong that they are six hours away and tells him to "stay neck strong."
Backstage, Alex Marvez interviews Don Callis and Prince Nana. Callis walks away, and Prince Nana tells Marvez "If you dig deep into the universe, you will find something there that is very, very unique." He says that after Gates of Agony (Bishop Kaun and Toa Liona) get through with Chris Jericho and Kenny Omega, they will be in the money.
We see a video package for Julia Hart vs. Kris Statlander for the TBS Championship at WrestleMania.
Julia Hart beats Vertvixen. After the match, Julia Hart says that she cannot wait until tomorrow and that Kris Statlander should come to the ring right now. Kris Statlander shows up with Best Friends (Chuck Taylor and Trent Beretta) and Rocky "Azucar" Romero. Brody King, Romero and Best Friends all step aside, but Julia Hart leaves the ring before slapping Kris Statlander in the face. Kris says Julia can run away tonight, but she will be facing the defeater of the undefeated tomorrow night. She says that the clock is ticking, and at WrestleDream, Julia Hart's time is up.
We hear from Claudio Castagnoli, who says that despite having a weight lifted off his shoulder, he has never felt so good. He says one must not be a champion to act like one, and that one must look inside to see what keeps one going. He says the sport keeps going, and when there is a pay-per-view dedicated to the sport he loves, he will lay out the challenge to anybody who thinks they are man enough to step in his way. We then hear from Josh Barnett, who says everyone loves to talk about challenges and laying them out, but so often, people are not ready for what door they have opened up. He says war is ageless and the ring is a field of combat, and wherever a ring exists in the world, he will be found. Barnett then tells Claudio that he is really going to see what a challenge can become.
Chris Jericho and Kenny Omega beat Gates of Agony (Bishop Kaun and Toa Liona) with the Walls of Jericho from Jericho to Bishop Kaun in the middle of the ring. After the match, Jericho says he and Omega can coexist. Omega says coexistence is part of the grand scheme of being part of the greatest and that the Don Callis Family (Don Callis, Konosuke Takeshita, Sammy Guevara, Will Ospreay) is bigger than them. He says that Don Callis never listened to the fans and that he has now seen the light after being brainwashed, and that it will take more than a beating to cause him to turn on his friends. he says that tomorrow at WrestleDream, it is time for the original Alpha and the original Omega to spell the end of Don Callis. Jericho says that tomorrow at WrestleDream, they and Kota Ibushi will beat The Don Callis Family, and says that Sammy Guevara is "the ultimate Judas" while he is the villain and he will ruin Guevara's life.
We hear from The Righteous (Vincent and Dutch). Dutch says it is time to take the final step to the terrying ledge of truth, and Vincent says that they do not need to hurt Adam Cole or MJF, and devil or not, nobody can hurt The Righteous more than themselves, and asks Cole and MJF what power they think over them. Dutch says karma's deadline is getting closer, and Vincent says karma's deadline is coming to an end. Vincent says that they will tear apart the bond that keeps MJF and Adam Cole together, which is the Ring of Honor World Tag Team Championships.
The Righteous (Vincent and Dutch) beat Travis Williams and Judas Icarus. After the match, Vincent says to look at all the paper people strung together, as it is the same paper people who believe that MJF truly is the devil. He then says MJF is the devil, as the devil pulls the strings that make the people dance and the same strings that tie together Adam Cole. He says that The Righteous will not only become Ring of Honor World Tag Team Champions, but they will make sure the devil leaves with only one hook. Dutch then pulls the wooden beam out from underneath the ring and places it between Judas Icarus' feet, then Vincent smashes one of Judas Icarus' feet with a chair.
We see a video package for Eddie Kingston vs. Katsuyori Shibata for the ROH World Championship and the New Japan Pro Wrestling Strong Openweight Championship at WrestleDream.
Backstage, Tony Schiavone interviews TMDK ("Hysterical" Shane Haste, Mikey Nicholls, Bad Dude Tito). Bad Dude Tito says they are back from Japan and that they are here to stoke the flames and bring the fire. The Acclaimed suddenly show up and welcome TMDK to AEW before introducing themselves. Haste says they know The Acclaimed's game and can play it to, but Nicholls and Tito shove Haste to the side when he tries to rap.
Zack Sabre Jr. guests on commentary for the next match.
Big Bill, "Absolute" Ricky Starks and Aussie Open (Kyle Fletcher and Mark Davis) beat FTR (Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler) and The Blackpool Combat Club (Wheeler Yuta and "The American Dragon" Bryan Danielson) in an eight-man tag match. After the match, Aussie Open are about to hit Dax Harwood with Coreolis, but this starts a brawl all over the ring between the two teams. Zack Sabre Jr. leaves the commentary table to have a staredown with Danielson in the middle of the ring which gets physical when Sabre shoves Danielson and Danielson slaps him as a result.
Derrick King and Ray Ray Sanders retain the Memphis Wrestling Tag Team Championships against Ellsworth Enterprises (Matt Williams and Storybook Prince Gaston), the team of Gio Savage and Draco, The L.A. Hustlers (Notorious Bradley and Ruffshot Lamont), and the team of "Big Swole" Justin Cole and "Casanova" Colton Cage in a Five-Starr Five Way Match.
We hear from The Posse (Simon and Mr. Chris). Mr. Chris says that while Too Cool II (Tim Grind and Flex) run West Tennessee, they run Memphis. Simon says Tim Grind brought Flex here to get his head beaten in, and that he will knock their teeth out before Lance finishes the job.
We see footage of Tommy Dreamer defending the IMPACT Wrestling Digital Media Championship against "Main Event" Bradley after Bradley tries to run off with the belt and Dreamer makes the match hardcore.
Backstage, Terrence Ward interviews "Astonishing" Austin Mulitalo and Brandon Berretta. Austin says he only teamed with Brandon because he was told to and that if would give him an opportunity, and that he never wanted to do it and he wanted to go solo. Brandon says Austin only cares about being a star, and says he can give him an astonishing beatdown today. This leads to a one-on-one match between the two.
"Astonishing" Austin Mulitalo beats Brandon Berretta after Berretta nearly sandwiches the referee into the corner with Mulitalo and Mulitalo hits Berretta with a low blow.
Backstage, King Cobra is seen filling out a job application.
Backstage, Terrence Ward interviews Tim Bosby and Mackenzie Morgan. Bosby says "The Best of the Best" Austin Lane cheated to beat him last week and cost him his match with Big Nico, but now he has Mackenzie as back-up. Mackenzie says she has always had Bosby's back, and she and Bosby say that they will handle Austin and "Smokin' Hot" Nikki Lane.
Dustin Starr interviews The Righteous Path (Reverend Ash Taylor, "Righteous" Ryan Rembrandt, Brother Bruce) at the announce desk. Reverend Ash Taylor hopes that Big John Dalton, as The Righteous Path is about to show what they can provide for him. He also says that Big John Dalton did not say no to him, either.
"Righteous" Ryan Rembrandt beats "The Hell Archer" Eric Fallen after Brother Bruce into the apron and Rembrandt whips Fallen into Brother Bruce.
Barnabas the Leader - now known as Barnabas the Producer - and The L.A. Hustlers (Notorious Bradley and Ruffshot Lamont) run into JTG. The L.A. Hustlers clearly want nothing to do with Barnabas, and JTG wants nothing to do with any of them. The Hustlers then say they are through with Barnabas.
Dustin Starr interviews The Hollywood Clique ("Hollywood" Jimmy Blaylock, Van Viciouss, Secret Service) at the announce desk. Viciouss says nobody is worried about NZO because it is a new week and he has a new opponent: "Mr. No Days Off" Fred Rosser, who "Hollywood" Jimmy Blaylock calls out. Fred Rosser shows up, and Blaylock says The Hollywood Clique is "all that," not Rosser, and makes fun of Rosser for being gay saying that Van Viciouss is "everybody's boyfriend's favorite wrestler." Rosser says that no matter where he wrestles, the match will be worth millions of dollars, and that Viciouss will be leaving with three boots: "two on your feet and one in your ass."
Fred Rosser beats Van Viciouss with the crossface chickenwing after escaping Secret Service's grasp and avoiding a punch to the face from Van Viciouss.
The Acclaimed ("Platinum" Max Caster, Anthony Bowens, "Daddy Ass" Billy Gunn) retain the AEW World Trios Championships against The Hardys (Jeff and Matt Hardy) and Brother Zay.
Backstage, we hear from Eddie Kingston. He says he has nothing but respect for Rocky Romero, then Sonjay Dutt, Jay Lethal, Satnam Singh, Jeff Jarrett, and Karen Jarrett show up and Jay Lethal takes offense to Eddie being the Ring of Honor World Champion, as he is not "a pure athlete." He says he does not care if he defends the New Japan Pro Wrestling Strong Openweight Championship, then says Eddie is unfit to be ROH World Champion. Eddie laughs it off and says he has to go beat up Rocky Romero as he leaves.
In backstage footage from last week's Collision, Lexy Nair interviews Andrade el Idolo. Andrade says he had the victory, then asks "Rock Hard" Juice Robinson if he has a problem with him before telling him he will see him next week.
Eddie Kingston retains the New Japan Pro Wrestling Strong Openweight Championship against Rocky "Azucar" Romero by submission. After the match, Eddie and Rocky bow to each other in a sign of respect, then Katsuyori Shibata shows up after Rocky leaves to shake hands with Eddie.
We hear from Aussie Open (Kyle Fletcher and Mark Davis). Mark Davis says they are tired of FTR (Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler) saying they are the best in the world, and Kyle Fletcher says that losing to FTR broke him. He says that they will take the AEW World Tag Team Championship on Sunday and burn FTR's legacy down as they build a new empire and prove they are the best in the world.
The Righteous (Vincent and Dutch) beat Caleb Crush and Gunnar.
We see a video package chronicling the recent history between Mike Santana and Ortiz.
We see a video package chronicling the events between Christian Cage and Darby Allin leading up to their match at WrestleDream.
We hear from Nick Wayne, who says that Darby Allin had a lot to say about Christian Cage and that actions will speak louder than words at WrestleDream. He says that even though Darby does not want him at ringside, even he does not know if he wants to be at ringside. Nick Wayne then declares that he and Luchasaurus will settle some unspoken business and that his father figure told him to never leave a debt unpaid, and that he will pay that debt and hand Luchasaurus the receipt at WrestleDream: Zero Hour.
Backstage, Renee Paquette interviews Zack Sabre Jr. Zack Sabre Jr. wants to know where "The American Dragon" Bryan Danielson is and that they are not only finding out who the best technical wrestler is, but that he plans to make Danielson's retirement final.
Hikaru Shida beats Ruby Soho to face Saraya for the AEW Women's World Championship on Dynamite Title Tuesday on October 10th. During the match, Ruby Soho inadvertently knocks referee Paul Turner out with the can of spray paint. Aubrey Edwards has to take over as referee for the rest of the match. After the match, Saraya shows up and she and Hikaru Shida have a staredown to end the show.
Before the next match, Arianna Grace - who has not been in action for almost a year - says this is the moment that everyone has been waiting for, and announces that she is back in the ring. She says that as hard as it was to be sidelined due to injury, it was harder for everyone to endure the pain of missing her, but she is back and better than ever as a true beauty queen. She says that from this moment on, she shall be known as "Miss NXT," and her first act will be teaching humility to "the classless brute" Fallon Henley. She then tells the crowd "You may now applaud."
Fallon Henley beats Arianna Grace with a stack-up pin after Arianne is caught with her feet on the middle rope for leverage by referee Adrian Butler.
In backstage footage from earlier today, Kelly Kincaid interviews Riley Osborne. Riley says he has been on top of the world since his debut and that people have only had a little glimpse of the high-octane energy he brings to the ring. He then say that he is the same outside of the ring as he is inside the ring, and while his match tonight with Myles Borne will be a hard scrap, it will go down in the history books as another win in the life of Riley.
Myles Borne beats Riley Osborne with the Dragon Sleeper following the distraction on the outside by Drew Gulak, Charlie Dempsey and Damon Kemp.
The Bloodline (Paul Heyman, Solo Sikoa, Jimmy Uso) head to the ring to start tonight's show. Paul Heyman says they acknowledge their Tribal Chief after John Cena took a beating he has not taken in over a decade last week, then we see the events leading up to that beating. Heyman then says a little birdy has told him that Cena has had some transportation issues as of late, then says the fans cannot John Cena because he is not here tonight. He also says that "The Phenomenal" AJ Styles is not here because he is lying in a hospital bed, then Jimmy Uso takes the microphone and says Heyman is "too kind" before stating that Cena is not here because he is scared of him. He then warns John Cena to stay far away from The Bloodline before they take care of him like they did Styles. As Jimmy Uso mocks AJ Styles, Solo Sikoa is attacked from behind by Karl Anderson, who then attacks Jimmy before saying it is personal and that he wants Jimmy in the ring. Heyman whispers in Solo Sikoa's ear, and Sikoa tells Jimmy to handle Karl Anderson before he handles it for him.
Jimmy Uso beats Karl Anderson. After the match, Karl Anderson still wants to fight Jimmy Uso, and Solo Sikoa has to take Anderson out. As The Bloodline (Paul Heyman, Solo Sikoa, Jimmy Uso) leaves, "Michin" Mia Yim runs out to check on Karl Anderson, and on the way there, she slaps Jimmy Uso in the face. Jimmy Uso is aghast.
Backstage, Cathy Kelley interviews Santos Escobar. Escobar says he is staying focused even though he has butterflies, then says tonight's match is about heart and that facing Rey Mysterio with a championship on the line has been his dream he has worked his whole life for. He says he will never stop fighting for his dreams and that Rey is in the fight of his life before saying "May the best man win."
Backstage, Jimmy Uso and Solo Sikoa mess with backstage workers as Paul Heyman follows and calls Roman Reigns.
It's time for The Grayson Waller Effect. Tonight's guest is Bobby Lashley. Lashley says he made a mistake and thought The Street Profits (Angelo Dawkins and Montez Ford) had what it took, and says it is back to the drawing board. Grayson Waller proposes the tag team of himself and Austin Theory, but Lashley is not interested. As Waller tells Lashley about how Theory has changed, The Street Profits show up. Lashley tells them that he does not want to hear excuses or reasons, and if they want something out of him, they will have to prove it. Waller then brings Theory out as "The 150 Million Hit Man" to "bring the crowd back." Theory shows up as Lashley leaves.
We see a video package for Dragon Lee before seeing him in the crowd. Austin Theory is seen yelling at the commentary team regarding Dragon Lee's video package.
Austin Theory beats Cameron Grimes following the distraction from Grayson Waller. After the match, Theory shoves Dragon Lee at the front row, and the referee has to force Theory to head to the back.
Backstage, Kayla Braxton interviews Rey Mysterio. Rey says The Latino World Order has been and will always be family, and he has nothing but love for Santos Escobar. He then says to be careful what you wish for, as he expects the best of his opponents and he will bring his best as well before saying he will give Escobar the fight of his life. He then says "May the best man win."
Backstage, Jimmy Uso is seen attacking Ashante "Thee" Adonis despite B-Fab's protests. Officials have to hold Jimmy Uso back, but Solo Sikoa shows up from behind Adonis and puts him through a table.
Rey Mysterio retains the WWE United States Championship against Santos Escobar with an inside cradle. During the match, Solo Sikoa and Jimmy Uso are seen attacking security guards backstage. After the match, Rey and Escobar are suddenly attacked by The Street Profits (Angelo Dawkins and Montez Ford). Bobby Lashley shows up to applaud them, then sees Joaquin Wilde running at him and blocks him, knocking him down. Dragon Lee tries to jump the barricade but is stopped by security as The Street Profits hit the Cash Out on Wilde. Lashley then celebrates with The Street Profits.
Backstage, Kayla Braxton interviews Santos Escobar and Rey Mysterio in the trainer's room. Rey challenges Bobby Lashley and The Street Profits (Angelo Dawkins and Montez Ford) to a match at Fastlane.
It is announced that Jade Cargill has been signed to a multi-year deal with WWE.
John Cena is seen entering the arena backstage after flooring it on the way to the metal detectors.
We see part two of Elton Prince's road to recovery in another montage. The Brawling Brutes (Ridge Holland and Butch), meanwhile, cannot believe what they have watched and wished that Elton Prince broke his leg.
Before the next match, Charlotte Flair says Bayley is now happy to hold Iyo Sky's title for her and that she has become a stepping stone while she is still the greatest, and that she will beat her and challenge Iyo Sky for the WWE Women's Championship.
Charlotte Flair beats Bayley with a Spear as Bayley mocks Charlotte. After the match, Bayley says that if Charlotte Flair thinks she can skip the line to the WWE Women's Championship, then Damage CTRL (Bayley, Iyo Sky, Dakota Kai) will end her. As Damage CTRL surrounds the ring, Asuka shows up, and Damage CTRL retreats. Aska says something in Japanese, then Bayley says that if Asuka wants a Triple Threat Match for the WWE Women's Championsip at Fastlane, she's got it. Iyo Sky then says that Asuka never said that.
John Cena heads to the ring. Cena says that he came back to compete and that he wanted a match, but The Bloodline (Paul Heyman, Solo Sikoa, Jimmy Uso) did not take kindly to that and left him knocked out. He also says that they left him with a signed contract. He then says there is a big problem: he does not have a tag team partner. Cena says tonight is very important because he has a choice of either ripping up the contract and acting like this never happened or he can stand and fight. Cena says that he will honor this contract, and if he does not find a partner by Fastlane, he will fight The Bloodline on his own in a two-on-one handicap match. Suddenly, The Bloodline show up. Jimmy Uso tells John Cena that The Bloodline is going to eat him up and that he will not make it to Fastlane. Cena knocks Jimy off the apron, then dares Solo Sikoa to fight him. Cena goes for the Attitude Adjustment but gets superkicked. Jimmy and Solo gang up on Cena, then clear out the commentary table. As Solo goes up to the top rope, however, LA Knight show up and fights The Bloodline. After Cena helps LA Knight finish the job, LA Knight signs the contract before handing it back to Cena.

Chris Sabin retains the IMPACT Wrestling X Division Championship against Alan Angels despite Angels hitting Sabin with a low blow after having the referee pre-occupied with removing the X Division Championship from the ring. After the match, Chris Sabin suddenly finds out that KENTA is returning at Bound For Glory.
Backstage, Gia Miller interviews Alex Shelley. Shelley says it is now a certainty that "The Walking Weapon" Josh Alexander is number one contender, and while he respects him and what he has done for the last few years, the World Championship is his and he is the face of the company. He dares Alexander to step up to the plate and take his best shot at Bound For Glory.
Rhino beats Jack Price in his first match in months. After the match, Rhino is attacked from behind by Steve Maclin, but Rhino fights back. Rhino prepares for a Gore, but Maclin dives out of the ring before Rhino can go for it.
Backstage, Tasha Steelz talks about her return at IMPACT 1000, then says that she is going to be bringing the full flavor because she is back and ready to take over the Knockouts Division. "The Virtuosa" Deonna Purrazzo shows up and welcomes Tasha back, then says that she is looking towards the future and a future they can build together. Tasha loves the idea, and the two of them agree on an alliance.
Backstage, Eddie and Alisha Edwards say that this is not over between them and Frankie Kazarian and Traci Brooks, and while Traci beat Alisha, Kazarian did not beat him. Kazarian shows up and says they are right, and wants to settle this in an IMPACT ring and that he will meet with management to ensure an end.
JOYA (Joe Hendry and Yuya Uemura) head to the ring for Yuya Uemura's goodbye ceremony from IMPACT Wrestling. Hendry says he usually does his best to be motivational, but tonight, he is not thrilled to talk about what happened at Feast or Fired leading to Yuya Uemura's firing and departure from IMPACT. He then says that one has to be thankful for the memories one does have, and that he has no regrets tagging with Yuya Uemura after giving 100% to entertain the fans before starting a "Thank you, Yuya" chant. Hendry then gives Yuya Uemura a chance to say his piece, but as soon as Yuya thanks the fans, The Rascalz (Trey Miguel and Zachary Wentz) show up. Trey says that while Yuya has been fired, JOYA has a excuse for why they will never be champions, and Wentz says that if they did challenge them for the tag team titles, they would fail. Hendry says "the second and third best Rascalz" know plenty about failure, then Hendry is talking a big game for someone who is about to be alone next week. Hendry says he will be alone, but not tonight, and JOYA brawl with The Rascalz before Director of Authority Santino Marella shows up. Santino says this is why we cannot have things and that The Rascalz had to spoil a beautiful send-off, then puts both teams in a match. Trey is furious about Yuya getting a match on the way out, then Santino reminds him this is not a title match before throwing in the stipulation that if JOYA wins, Yuya keeps his job in IMPACT.
The Rascalz (Trey Miguel and Zachary Wentz) beat JOYA (Joe Hendry and Yuya Uemura) after Trey hits Yuya Uemura with a low blow and a spray paint blast to the eyes as the referee is preoccupied with Hendry chasing Wentz to the back. (Had JOYA won, Yuya Uemura's employment in IMPACT Wrestling would have continued.)
Backstage, "The Quintessential Diva" Gisele Shaw is met by Gia Miller, and says she will be walking into Bound For Glory challenging Trinity and walking out IMPACT Knockouts World Champion.
We hear from The Design (Deaner and Kon). Deaner says that if one is one is to build the tower, one must consider the cost. Deaner says he wants to build a tower of truth, but there are cracks in the foundation and it is the fault of Alan Angels and Sami Callihan, whom he calls liars. He then says he should be sitting on his throne, but Eric Young has returned. He says that he will return to his throne in his tower, and he will sit at his throne with the man he can trust: Kon. Deaner says the tower will be rebuilt on his shoulders, and the rebuilding starts with Josh Alexander, the man where Kon's journey began, and states that Alexander will not end well. Kon says the design will be rebuilt and that the violence will prevail.
Heath and Tommy Dreamer beat Kenny King and Sheldon Jean in a Memphis Street Fight. After the match, Dreamer is attacked from behind with a Feast or Fired briefcase by a facepaint-free Crazzy Steve, who tells him that his beginning and Dreamer's end is in his briefcase.
It is announced that IPWF - the Impcact Provincial Wrestling Federation - will return with Throwback Throwdown 4 on November 11th at the Battle Arts Academy in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
We hear from ABC ("Inevitable. Chris Bey says The Good Hands' (John Skyler and Jason Hotch) hands are only good for taking money from The Rascalz (Trey Miguel and Zachary Wentz), but it does not matter as they have a tag team title shot. Ace Austin says The Rascalz know they cannot beat them and that they cannot keep them away any longer, but before they use that title shot, they plan to deal with The Good Hands. Chris Bey then proposes they have a "Fans' Revenge" match where fans have leather straps to hit The Good Hands with, but John Skyler shows up to state that Jason Hotch is at home with his newborn kid. Ace Austin dares Skyler to find someone in the locker room that he can tag with, asking Skyler "You have friends, right?"
Jonathan Gresham beats "Speedball" Mike Bailey with three pinfall attempts, with Gresham grabbing the tights on the third and getting the win. Bailey confronts Gresham after the match, but Gresham walks away without looking back.
We hear from Moose and Brian Myers. Moose says it has been a long time since he was the greatest World Champion in IMPACT history, and it is because he and Myers have dominated as a tag team. Moose then issues an open challenge for a one-on-one match next week.
Backstage, Steve Maclin meets with Bully Ray, needing his help with taking out Rhino. Bully says he has known Rhino for 25 years and that he will talk to him, much to Maclin's frustration. Maclin tells Bully he has gone soft and leaves.
Trinity beats "The Quintessential Diva" Gisele Shaw after Jai Vidal inadvertently trips Gisele on the outside and Trinity makes Gisele submit with Starstruck. After the match, Savannah Evans attacks Trinity, then Mickie James runs to the ring and takes out Jai Vidal before she and Trinity make short work of Savannah. Mickie tells Trinity that she does not have to thank her because this is what friends do, and that it was an honor to stand alongside her in last week's main event. She then promises Trinity that she will always have her back. She says it is a joy to see Trinity come down to the ring for the glow-up of a lifetime and that she earned the Knockouts Championship, then states that they have never had a one-on-one match and that she never lost the Knockouts Championship. Mickie then says she has a rematch clause she can enact whenever she wants, and she cannot think of a better place than Bound For Glory.

Backstage, Lexy Nair interviews The Gates of Agony ("The Machine" Brian Cage, Bishop Kaun, Toa Liona) and Prince Nana. Prince Nana says they are ready for tonight as he has one of the greatest tag teams and a machine that cannot be broken, and that they are back on track starting tonight. Brian Cage says they are still the best trio with or without titles and that they are tired of other trios getting matches while they take a back seat, and he says that this will change tonight. Prince Nana then proclaims that everyone will know that they are in the money.
Before the next match, "The Premier Athlete" Tony Nese says that he is a world-traveling athlete, but he cannot find Grand Rapids, Michigan on a map to save his life before stating it is the fattest part of Michigan. He then says that is good news for them, as he and "Smart" Mark Sterling have found the root of the problem before treating the fans to group training. It is soon interrupted by Scorpio Sky's entrance.

Backstage, Lexy Nair interviews The Outrunners (Truth Magnum and Turbo Floyd). Truth Magnum say there is talk about who the greatest tag team is in Ring of Honor is, but they could care less because they are the best in the universe. Turbo Floyd tells Action Andretti and Darius Martin that they are the baddest tag team compared to them.
Billie Starkz beats Lady Frost following the distraction from Athena. After the match, Athena beats up Lady Frost and wants Billie Starks to join in, but Billie Starks wants Athena to stop instead. Billie takes the ROH Women's World Championship off the mat when Athena is about to slam Lady Frost head-first into it. Athena tells Billie not to tell her what to do, and if she wants this to work, then she will lead and Billie will follow.
Backstage, Lexy Nair interviews Allysin Kay. Allysin says she loves talking trash as it may be what she does best, but she is not delusional and she knows she is on a losing streak. She says Mercedes Martinez is a much bigger veteran than she is and that she has a big fight ahead of her, but she is not going down without a fight.

Backstage, Lexy Nair interviews Griff Garrison. Maria Kanellis-Bennett and Cole Karter show up, and Griff says that he has not lost a step at all and that he had no idea how well their tandem would work, and now, it has to work. He says that when he showed up in AEW, they gave him a tag team partner and it worked well until it did not, and now that tag team partner is no longer here (a reference to Brian Pillman Jr.), and either he or Karter could be next. Griff says they have to make it work, but they have to do it the right way. Maria accepts Griff's demand.
"Legit" Leyla Hirsch quickly beats Laynie Luck with the cross arm breaker. Maria Kanellis-Bennett is seen watching from the stage later in the match.
Backstage, Lexy Nair interviews Mercedes Martinez and Diamante. Mercedes calls being called the former ROH Women's World Champion "disrespectful," then mentions that she and Allysin Kay have a history. She says that Allysin has been losing match after match and that tonight will not be any different.
Shane Taylor beats Jimmy Jacobs. The match is Jacobs' first in ROH in almost nine years.
Backstage, Lexy Nair interviews Maria Kanellis-Bennett when "Legit" Leyla Hirsch shows up wanting to know why Maria is scouting her when things get messy when others get involved. She says that she does great on her own and she is now 11-0 so far this year without Maria's help, yet Maria cannot get her a match with Athena because she does not deserve it. Leyla then says she has a match with Athena thanks to the Board of Directors next week and that it will be for the ROH Women's World Championship.
Dalton Castle and The Boys (Brandon and Brent Tate) beat Ren Jones, Trenton Tormenta and Xavier Walker in a six-man tag team match.
Griff Garrison and Cole Karter beat The Infantry ("The Captain" Shawn Dean and "Bad News and Tattoos" Carlie Bravo) after "The Captain" Shawn Dean sics Trish Adora on Maria Kanellis-Bennett for distracting the referee only for Cole Karter to stack Shawn up with his feet on the middle rope for leverage.
Backstage, Lexy Nair interviews "All Ego" Ethan Page. Ethan says he feels a little more rejuvenated after his last win, and if he wins tonight, that will be three wins in a row. As he says that he has big plans in ROH, Rohit Raju shows up and says you cannot spell "Rohit" with "ROH" and that he has decided to make himself at home after not getting a call in some time. Ethan admits that Rohit Taju has pissed him off and that he will ensure Rohit does not get a lot of screen time when he beats him as quickly as possible.

Backstage, Lexy Nair interviews Billie Starkz. Billie says she is happy to get the win on her own, but Lexy tells her that Athena helped her at the very end. Athena shows up and takes offense to Billie taking offense to her post-match attacks, saying they are to deter others from stepping up to them in the future. She then says that Billie is young and stupid and that everyone will step on her before deciding that she needs a front row seat to a first-hand example, and announces that she will put the ROH Women's World Championship on the line against "Legit" Leyla Hirsch and set an example for the family. Billie is unhappy.
Gates of Agony (Bishop Kaun and Toa Liona) beat Iron Savages (Boulder and Bronson) after Prince Nana steals the Savage Sauce.
Rey Fenix retains the AEW International Championship against Jeff Jarrett. During the match, Satnam Singh gets on the ring apron and Jarrett whips Fenix towards Singh, but Fenix drop kicks Singh in the leg. Jarrett then goes for the Figure Four Leg Lock, but Fenix counters with an inside cradle to retain.
In footage from last week in Long Island, New York, Adam Cole and MJF have fun on the water on MJF's father's boat. As they go fishing MJF and Roderick talk about Adam Cole's relationship with Roderick and how he checked on him backstage for so long, and entertains hitting Cole with the Dynamite Diamond Ring until Cole asks if he brought him up to Long Island to do that. Cole then tells MJF that it is normal to have more than one friend, and MJF says having more than one friend is not for him but supports Cole's decision. Adam Cole and MJF then find out they have caught Captain Insano in a rubber duck inner tube, then the three of them have a beer together.
We see footage from Saturday night in Tokyo, Japan, where Don Callis and Konosuke Takeshita state that they will find Chris Jericho's secrets.
Renee Paquette interviews Don Callis and Konosuke Takeshita in the ring. Callis says he is so happy that Sammy Guevara is free of the toxic influence of Chris Jericho that he wants to bring him out to the ring himself, which he does. Callis then says that Kota Ibushi and that he and Takeshita went to Tokyo, Japan with a camera crew. We then see Callis and Takeshita entering Ibushi's dojo and causing havoc. Ibushi soon shows up, but Takeshita and Callis are able to take Ibushi out with a kettlebell weight before choking him out and telling him he is not save from The Don Callis Family in Tokyo. Callis says his family has never been stronger and that Will Ospreay will win at WrestleDream, then Sammy Guevara says he is painted out to be a bad guy when he is the hero. He says that Jericho is the villain and that for four years, he held him back, but he was a champion and pay-per-view main eventer without him, and Jericho would keep clipping his wings. Sammy says he hoped Jericho would pass the torch to him, but Jericho was jealous, and he had to take the torch and become the star he was born to be. Callis then says they will take everything from Kenny Omega, Jericho and Ibushi until there is nothing left but tears.
We see backstage footage from last week at Collision where "Absolute" Ricky Starks says that he did not lose to "The American Dragon" Bryan Danielson and that he survived. Wheeler Yuta shows up and says Starks did survive and apologizes for attacking him when he wanted to show Danielson respect, but Starks threatens to make sure he smacks him again if he gets in his face again. Yuta says he tried to be the bigger man, then calls Starks an entitled prick who whines and complains and says that he can get up everyday while Starks can't, then says that if he doesn't like that, they can settle things at WrestleDream. Starks walks away.
Nick Jackson beats "The Machine" Brian Cage and Claudio Castagnoli to earn a match against Rey Fenix for the AEW International Championship next week after Claudio hits Cage with the Ricola Bomb and Jackson sends Claudio out of the ring with a springboard hurricanrana before floating over into the pinfall on Cage to get the win and the title shot.
We hear from The Righteous (Vincent and Dutch). Dutch asks MJF and Adam Cole if they ache for a feeling they aim to feel, and Vincent and Dutch that they will take the ROH World Tag Team Championships from MJF and Adam Cole.
MJF and Adam Cole head to the ring. Adam Cole talks about how his ankle exploded and broke in three different places and how he tore ligaments. Unfortunately, he has to get surgery, and he will do everything under his power to get back as soon as humanly possible. As Adam Cole states that they will have to relinquish the Ring of Honor World Tag Team Championships due to being unable to defend them, MJF shows his disgust at the thought of having to relinquish the title and says Cole would not be hurt if it were not for him. MJF says that he knows how much the tag team titles mean to him and that he will make sure they will be waiting for him when he gets back, then states that he will defend the titles alone in a two-on-one handicap match. Roderick Strong is then heard screaming for Adam Cole, and as The Kingdom wheel him out to the ramp, Roderick says he needs Adam more than ever and that it is an emergency. MJF reluctantly tells Adam Cole to do what he needs to do with Roderick and tells him that he will be waiting when he gets back. Both men hug it out, then Adam Cole leaves and heads to the back with The Kingdom and Roderick Strong. MJF is about to speak again when Bullet Club Gold ("Switchblade" Jay White, "Rock Hard" Juice Robinson, Austin Gunn, Colton Gunn) shows up. "Switchblade" Jay White sends the rest of Bullet Club Gold to the back to speak to MJF in the ring face-to-face. After Jay White says he has called off the rest of Bullet Club Gold due to MJF being shook at their presence and to let MJF has his moment, MJF says Jay White must be smoking some "strong Colorado grass" before calling his goatee "pubic hair." MJF then says that he has been compared to many people, but as he kept wrestling, it never bothered him until he read "Sure, MJF is good, but he is no Jay White." The crowd chants "Bullshit" in response. He then realizes it only offended him because he is like a fine filet mignon and the show is all about him, and nobody is on his level. He says that while Jay White is talented, but he has convinced people they are on the same level when he is really like tofu. He says that tofu takes on the flavor of whatever one wants it to, but one must trick oneself into believing it has taste, and while Jay White has earned all the herbs and spices and opportunities and the keys to Bullet Club. He then says if he plucks it all away, he is left with nothing with boring, bland, tasteless tofu. MJF then says Jay White is trying to jump on his plate and take some of his flavor when he is nothing but hype and a mass-marketed vision of what someone in Japan thought was a top guy, and he advises him to leave his ring before someone writes "Jay White is good, but he's no MJF." Jay White says he has gotten the full MJF experience, but he admits that he is a bit disappointed and that MJF does not seem so elite when compared to him. He then says that the situation with Adam Cole is his fault and that if he ended his career, he and Cole would not have had a friendship, then blames the broken ankle on MJF. He also says that MJF's neck is worse after Samoa Joe, then says that he will ruin his life from a distance for a little while longer before telling him he must find a new level if he wants to keep him from taking the AEW World Championship from him. Jay White continues to brag about his recent accomplishments in MJF's face and states that he will be a truly elite champion when he takes the AEW World Championship from him and leaves MJF to be with the fans because he is their scumbag. Jay White then says MJF and the fans will have each other while he has the "Triple B" because it is still his era and MJF has gone soft and he knows it. MJF tells Jay White he has no idea what he is capable of and threatens to show him. MJF goes after Jay White, but Jay White retreats.
In backstage footage from earlier this week, Jim Ross interviews Darby Allin and Christian in a face-to-face meeting. Christian Cage says he has been TNT Championship for months now and that he has proved himself superior to Darby when he retained his championship in a three-way match. When asked what makes him think he can beat Darby in a two-out-of-three falls match, he calls Darby Allin's flukes and non-title and says Darby is nowhere near the man that he is and uses skateboards and tricks to his advantage to win. He says he has asked for this match to see what Darby can do when he actually has to wrestle, and that he hopes Darby is prepared to live the rest of his life as a failure before making fun of Darby's uncle's death. Darby says he is not afraid to die and that Christian will not beat him in Seattle, Washington. Christian tells Darby that if he feels so confident he can beat him, then he can bring his whole family and Nick Wayne's family. Darby says he knows Christian wants to take advantage of Nick Wayne and that he would not have the balls to face him if he did not have Luchasaurus. Christian tells Darby that he is not the mentor Nick Wayne needs because he hides behind face paint, but Darby says he does not need to hide behind anything. Christian then says he will be the face of TNT for a long time and that Darby had better get used to it.

Julia Hart beats Willow Nightingale after pulling herself up from the Tree of Woe position to avoid the cannonball senton and hit the top rope moonsault for the win. After the match, Julia Hart locks Hartless in on Willow, then Kris Statlander runs after Julia only for Julia to roll out of the ring and hide behind Brody King as part of her escape.
Renee Paquette moderates a contract signing between Swerve Strickland and "Hangman" Adam Page for their match at WrestleDream. Swerve shows up first - and stops Prince Nana from dancing on the way to the ring - followed by Adam Page. It is reiterated that The Elite and The Mogul Embassy are barred from ringside for this signing and that security has surrounded the ring. Swerve says that he is impressed about the fire that Adam Page has shown recently, but says it is too late and that they are four days out for their match and tells Adam Page that he is walking into his house, which he says is a lion's den, and that they are both complete opposites from each other and asks what a farmer is to a mogul, what a cowboy is to an outlaw and what a buckshot is to a killshot. Adam Page says that Swerve had words that stung in the moment, but after thinking upon them, he thanks Swerve for uttering them before mentioning his recent accomplishments and how every time he wanted to smile, a cloud came back and it started to rain. He says it pissed him off because he could not do anything about it, and that for as long as it rained on him, he dared not open his umbrella. Adam Page says the storm is now over with and he is still here, and through the downpour, something washed out of him and he realized the fans deserve the best of him and he deserves the best of himself, which he says Swerve will get before signing. Swerve laughs as the fans chant "Cowboy Shit," and says it was both beautiful and more pathetic than "Russell Davis and the Denver Broncos last week" before saying Adam Page could have been anyone and that he will take his position from him at WrestleDream. Adam Page says Swerve wants his spot and could have been the first black AEW World Championship a long time ago if he did, and while they could talk about hypotheticals, he has knocked every opportunity he has had out of the park. He says that Swerve should want his spot, but he does not have what it takes to fill his boots. Swerve slaps Page, then signs the contract. Page then stabs Swerve in the hand with a pen, and security has to step in. We then suddenly go backstage where four masked men in clad all in black with a black-clad man in a devil's mask leading the beatdown of "Switchblade" Jay White before grabbing the camera to forcefully end the show.
Butch beats Joe Coffey after Coffey dives into the side of the ring steps to win the Global Heritage Invitational and face Noam Dar for the NXT Heritage Cup at No Mercy.
Backstage, McKenzie Mitchell interviews "Dirty" Dominik Mysterio, who says he has a free Saturday only to find out he is defending the North American title against the winner of Axiom vs. Tyler Bate vs. Dragon Lee later tonight at No Mercy.
We hear from Tony D'Angelo and Channing "Stacks" Lorenzo, who are focused on the family dinner as well as their next title defense when Humberto Carrillo and Angel Garza, who make it known they want the NXT tag team titles.

After the match, Kelly Kincaid interviews Trick Williams in the ring. Trick says it feels good to get the win, and says that while Ilja Dragunov hits hard, he would be a fool to bet against Carmelo Hayes retaining his championship. Trick Williams then says that with Carmelo holding his own championship, it is time to get one himself.
Backstage, McKenzie Mitchell interviews Blair Davenport, who calls Gigi Dolin "pathetic" and says that the difference between them is that when she attacks people, they don't get back up, and that Gigi will find this out tonight.
Backstage, Andre Chase and Duke Hudson are met by Jacy Jayne. Jacy Jayne brings out Thea Hail, who shows up with a new look. Duke Hudson has to get Andre Chase to hold back on his opinion of Thea's clothes before Thea gets ready for her match with Dani Palmer later tonight.
Baron Corbin beats Josh Briggs with a cheap shot followed by End of Days. After the match, Baron Corbin says that he will find out if Bron Breakker barks or bites at No Mercy before teling him he has seen his end of days. Bron gets in the ring and punches Corbin in the face, starting a brawl that security and officials quickly have to break up.
Trick Williams is seen entering Shawn Michaels' office.
We see a video package for Tiffany Stratton vs. Becky Lynch in an Extreme Rules Match for the NXT Women's Championship at No Mercy.
Bronco Nima and Lucien Price - now known as "Out The Mud" - beat Hank Walker and Tank Ledger after Scrypts grabs Tank Ledger in the corner, allowing Bronco and Lucien to gang up on Hank and double-team Tank for the win.
Backstage, Blair Davenport turns the lights out and attacks Gigi Dolin in the locker room.
Humberto Garcia and Angel Garza have dinner with Tony D'Angelo and Channing "Stacks" Lorenzo when The Creed Brothers also join in. In the middle of this, D'Angelo and Stacks find out about the tattoos that Humberto and Angel have in tribute to their grandfather.
Axiom and Tyler Bate talk about the Triple Threat Match that they have tonight. Trick Williams shows up and says that he is now in the Triple Threat Match, making it a Fatal 4-Way.
Eddy Thorpe beats Dijak in a Strap Match. After the match, Dijak hits Eddy Thorpe with Feast Your Eyes before superkicking him into the Tree of Woe position in the corner. He then hogties Thorpe's legs together with the leather strap before whipping Thorpe with a leather belt until referees stop him.
Blair Davenport butts in on commentary, then tells Gigi Dolin to remember how she feels right now next time she wants to play her game, because next time will be far worse.

Trick Williams beats Axiom, Tyler Bate and Dragon Lee in a Fatal 4-Way to face "Dirty" Dominik Mysterio for the NXT North American Championship after headbutting Dragon Lee, accidentally backing into Tyler Bate and knocking him off the ring apron after hitting the headbutt and falling into Axiom for the win.
Out The Mud (Bronco Nima and Lucien Price) show up late for Tony D'Angelo and Channing "Stacks" Lorenzo. Everyone argues over who D'Angelo and Stacks will defend the NXT tag tiles against. D'Angelo calls for some back-up, then D'Angelo says he wants to see all the teams at No Mercy. Everyone toasts on it.
Backstage, McKenzie Mitchell interviews Dominik Mysterio, who says that he will whup Trick Williams before making it known that he runs NXT that he will destroy Trick like he destroyed Dragon Lee. Dragon Lee then jumps Dominik from behind.
We see footage of somebody changing channels on a CRT television until stopping at WCW Saturday Night.
Ilja Dragunov and Carmelo Hayes have a contract signing for their match for the NXT Championship at No Mercy. Carmelo tells Dragunov that there is nothing left to talk about, but Dragunov tells Carmelo that he is the wrong person at the wrong time and the wrong man for the NXT Championship. Carmelo says he did not plan for The Great American Bash to go the way that he did, and that he will walk into No Mercy knowing that he will beat Dragunov, and Dragunov mentions that Carmelo struggles outside of his comfrot zone with his confidence and will know unbearable pain. Carmelo says the real unbearable pain is Dragunov believing his own hype, but Dragon asks Carmelo what will happen if Carmelo gives his best and it is not enough. Carmelo says being NXT Champion is about being undeniable and being "Him," and that he wants Dragunov to realize that he is unlike those he has beaten before - including Trick Williams, whose name he accidentally blurts out - and that they will get rid of those "what ifs." Dragunov signs the contract, then slams it down on the table in front of Carmelo and tells him that he will do nothing because he cannot do nothing. He says that he will push Carmelo to his limits, and that when he becomes NXT Championship, Carmelo's dynasty will fall. Carmelo signs the contract. Carmelo then tells Dragunov that the NXT Championship is bigger than both of them and that while Dragunov can carry the NXT Championship and its responsibilities, he cannot do it better than he can. Afterwards, it is announced that Dragon Lee will be the special guest referee for Trick Williams vs. "Dirty" Dominik Mysterio for the North American Championship, then it is revealed that Bron Breakker and Carmelo Hayes are fighting outside of the building. Bron goes for a Spear, but Corbin dodges and Bron hits the car door. This leads to Corbin choke slamming Bron on top of the car, but Bron gets back up. Corbin makes his way into the arena, but Bron fallows him and breaks through the wall into Shawn Michaels' office.
"The American Nightmare" Cody Rhodes heads to the ring to start tonight's show. Cody decides to cut to the chase regarding "Main Event" Jey Uso, saying that his arrival on Raw means someone will be drafter to SmackDown and will lead to a disgruntled locker room, but he will not let Jey sink, even if they are not best friends and he has his reasons. He says he would not stand by and let someone get jumped by three other for making the right decision in turning down joining The Judgment Day (Finn Balor, Damian Priest, Rhea Ripley, "Dirty" Dominik Mysterio), whom he calls the most toxic faction in the history of WWE. The Judgment Day - minus Rhea - shows up, and Finn asks Cody why he has to stick his nose in their business. Priest says they gave Jey the opportunity to join a real family and that Cody could not help himself after Jey turned them down. Dominik is drowned out by the fans' boos as he says that Jey Uso will pay for disrespecting them, which he says is all Cody's fault. Cody then mentions Priest mentioning a real family and how his family cannot stand him, then asks what will happen when Rhea Ripley comes back to no championship gold. Dominik tells Cody to keep Rhea's name out of his mouth, then The Judgment Day head towards the ring. Jey Uso suddenly shows up and stands alongside Cody, then Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens show up out of the crowd and stand alongside Cody and Jey. The Judgment Day retreat. Suddenly, JD McDonagh shows up with a few chairs, and Priest stays behind at first while McDonagh, Dominik and Finn get in the ring only to get outnumbered. When Priest gets in the ring, he is the only one left, and he shrugs before ultimately getting a beatdown.
"Big" Bronson Reed beats Otis.
Backstage, Becky Lynch is met by Tegan Nox, who says that she had her open challenge with her in mind and that she saw her at the curtain. She tells Tegan that she has to step on toes to prove her worth, and she wants her to be next in line after she defends her title.
Backstage, WWE official Adam Pearce is met by Tegan Nox, who asks for the winner of the NXT Women's Championship match on Saturday. Natalya shows up wanting a rematch, but Tegan tells her she had her opportunity and she lost. This leads to an argument, and Pearce has them both head to the ring where the winner gets a shot at the NXT Women's title.
Tommaso Ciampa beats Ludwig Kaiser after Giovanni Vinci inadvertently costs Kaiser a pinfall victory and the match after he gets on the ring apron only to eat a knee from Ciampa.
We see a vignette for Dragon Lee.
Becky Lynch guests on commentary for the next match.
Tegan Nox beats Natalya to earn a shot at the NXT Women's Championship.
Backstage, Damian Priest confronts JD McDonagh, telling him he has taken a beating because of him and that he is not in the Judgment Day (Finn Balor, Damian Priest, Rhea Ripley, "Dirty" Dominik Mysterio) and never will bebefore telling him to get out. Finn Balor and "Dirty" Dominik Mysterio are shocked.
Seth "Freakin'" Rollins heads to the ring. Rollins asks the fans if they are as sick and tired as he is of Shinsuke Nakamura ducking and dodging him, all they have to do is sing his song. They do. He also says that if it is about time he defended the World Heavyweight Championship, then they should sing it louder. They do. Rollins then proclaims there is one thing left to do, then calls out Shinsuke Nakamura for a rematch once more and that he wants an answer. He states that if Nakamura does not accept his rematch, then he is moving on to other challengers. After Rollins tells Nakamura that the floor is his, Nakamura shows up on the TitanTron and says that Rollins has so many demands and that he wants nothing more to be the one who decimates him. He then says he has restraint, and that while Rollins has resilient, he is impulsive. He says Rollins has played his cards and that he has yet to play his, and he plants to have a match with Rollins that will ultimate destroy him. He says that Rollins will have one last chance to sing his song and become champion before he stands tall while Rollins never stands again, and he accepts his challenge for Fastlane in a Last Man Standing Match. Rollins says that Nakamura has played things perfectly and got the match that he wanted on his terms, yet Nakamura has one critical mistake in thinking his broken back is a weakness he can exploit. Rollins then says his broken back is not a weakness, but a strength, and the only way his family will be ashamed of him is if he does not give this match everything he has. He knows his family loves him, but his family knows he loves professional wrestling, and that every time he steps in the ring might be the last time and that his 100% makes him the best in the world and World Heavyweight Champion. He then says one man will walk out, but it will not be Nakamura; it will be him.
Backstage, Jackie Redmond interviews Ricochet, who is on crutches. Ricochet says he does not know what to say regarding a return, but he will eventually come back, and that regardless of whoever walks out as World Heavyweight Champion, he has unfinished business with Shinsuke Nakamura.
"Dirty" Dominik Mysterio retains the NXT North American Championship against Dragon Lee after dropping Dragon Lee crotch-first onto the top rope before hitting the top rope frog splash to retain.

Backstage, Jackie Redmond interviews Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens. Owens says tonight was not about helping "Main Event" Jey Uso, even though he proved he was not on The Judgment Day's (Finn Balor, Damian Priest, Rhea Ripley, "Dirty" Dominik Mysterio) side. Sami says this is about two guys who started doing this as kids and working their way to the highest point together and taking back what is theirs. Owens says he is tired of talking and that it is time to start punching faces.
Michael Cole interviews Nia Jax in the ring. Nia Jax reintroduces herself to the WWE fans and brags about squashing Rhea Ripley, Shayna Baszler, Zoey Stark, Raquel Rodriguez, Chelsea Green and Piper Niven, and says she will squash anyone who she is in the ring with. As Nia says she is the baddest human in WWE, Zoey Stark shows up and confronts Nia Jax, saying she squashed her when her back was turned and dares her to do something face-to-face. Nia shoves Zoey, starting a brawl officials have to stop.
Nia Jax beats Zoey Stark.
Backstage, Byron Saxton interviews "Main Event" Jey Uso, who says he is not joining any groups, especially The Judgment Day (Finn Balor, Damian Priest, Rhea Ripley, "Dirty" Dominik Mysterio), and that he refuses to do Cody Rhodes dirty by doing that. He knows that he and Kevin Owens have beef and that "it is what it is," and that he is still friends with Sami Zayn, and if The Judgment Day wants to try something, then he has his back.
Backstage, Finn Balor congratulates Dominik Mysterio before telling him that Damian Priest will be fine and that they still have a lot of work to do.
It's time for Miz TV. Tonight's guest is Drew McIntyre. The Miz gives McIntyre the freedom to speak his mind, then commends him for throwing "Main Event" Jey Uso to the wolves before saying he would say the same thing. When he asks why he did this, McIntyre tells Miz he is nothing like him, but Miz says they are a lot alike and that abandoning Jey Uso is "a very Miz move" and that they both know what it is like to take WWE to new heights as champion. He then says that The Bloodline kept him from becoming WWE Champion and that this is why McIntyre does not trust Jey Uso, then calls McIntyre "the Batman of WWE" while "The American Nightmare" Cody Rhodes is more like Superman. As Miz asks McIntyre what it was like to be upstaged by Cody Rhodes, The New Day (Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods) show up. Kofi says that this is not the Drew McIntyre that they know and that McIntyre was a coward last week, and Xavier Woods says that while they have called him "Big D," they have noticed some shrinking as of late. McIntyre says that Cody helped Jey out to clean up his own mess and that Jey has cost The New Day opportunities, but Kofi says they have been watching him and they know that he always does the right thing. As this goes on, McIntyre has to keep telling Miz to shut up before headbutting him. He then tells Kofi Kingston to get in the ring so he can show him what hard times are all about.
Backstage, Chad Gable and Maxxine Dupri tells Otis that he has nothing to be ashamed of from his loss to "Big" Bronson Reed, then Ludwig Kaiser show up and says Imperium (Gunther, Kaiser, Giovanni Vinci) hold themselves to a higher standard while Alpha Academy (Gable, Otis, Maxxine) celebrate failure, but Gable reminds Kaiser that he lost tonight before telling him to tell Gunther that he is coming for the Intercontinental Championship.
Drew McIntyre beats Kofi Kingston after Ivar attacks Xavier Woods from behind ont he outside and McIntyre hits the Claymore Kick on a distracted Kofi Kingston. After the match, McIntyre walks away as Ivar attacks Kofi Kingston.
Backstage, Gunther chews out both Ludwig Kaiser and Giovanni Vinci in German, then makes Vinci Kaiser's responsibility and states that if either of them fail, he and Kaiser will have an issue. He then says he will focus on staying Intercontinental Champion and beat Tommaso Ciampa himself.
Backstage, Byron Saxton interviews Ivar and Valhalla. Ivar says The New Day (Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods) took Erik out of the fight, and Valhalla says "An eye...for an eye."
The Judgment Day (Finn Balor and Damian Priest) retain the Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championships against Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens after "Dirty" Dominik Mysterio distracts the referee only to be attacked by "Main Event" Jey Uso. JD McDonagh soon jumps in and gangs up on Jey alongside Dominik until Cody Rhodes takes out McDonagh so that he and Jey can beat up Dominik, which referees have to break up. As this goes on, Owens hits Finn with a Stunner, and Sami hits Priest with a Helluva Kick. McDonagh jumps up and blasts Sami in the face with one of the tag team title belts, and that allows Priest to barely make the cover and retain. After the match, Cody Rhodes and Jey Uso run back out and fight The Judgment Day, with officials struggling to restore order as the show ends.

Reverend Ash Taylor shows up and says that he has seen everyone at the fair drown their sins in deep-fried food and cheap alcohol, then says he is here for Big John Dalton and wants to know where he is at. Big John Dalton shows up and gives a child his sunglasses before Reverend Ash Taylor asks him to be part of The Righteous Path (Taylor, Brother Bruce, "Righteous" Ryan Rembrandt). Dalton says he is just here to enjoy the fair and not to talk to him, but Reverend Ash Taylor says the fans can wait and that all he has to do is make the right decision and join, even offering him a cut of the money from the collection plate, and all he has to do is shake his hand. Dalton shakes his hand, but fails to let go and squeezes his hand hard before slamming Reverend Ash Taylor in the middle of the ring, hitting him with a splash from the top rope and walking off with the collection plate.
Mackenzie Morgan retains the Memphis Wrestling Women's Championship against "DDT" Diana Taylor.
When Mikey faces Matt Williams, he also has to contend with Storybook Prince Gaston. Mikey takes the microphone and states that he knew this would happen, and that he has somebody who will have his back: Tim Bosby.
Tim Bosby and Mikey beat Ellsworth Enterprises (Matt Williams and Storybook Prince Gaston) after Ellsworth Enterprises' attempt to beg Bosby off fails and results in both Matt Williams and Gaston getting a German suplex.
"The GunShow" Brett Michaels retains the Memphis Wrestling Heritage Championship against Van Viciouss after taking out both members of Secret Service for their constant interference in the match.

After the match, Christian hugs Luchasaurus, and Luchasaurus raises Christian's hand while somewhat reluctant to do so. Luchasurus then raises Christian up on his shoulders.
Backstage, Alex Marvez interviews Don Callis, Konosuke Takeshita and Sammy Guevara. Callis says it makes him sick that Chris Jericho and Kenny Omega are on the same side when he pitted them against each other, then mentions Kota Ibushi and how Ibushi's weak point is his friendship with Omega. He says that if Ibushi shows up, it will be a problem for Omega and Jericho, as he has the two men who left them laying and he also has Will Ospreay. Don Callis says his family has never been stronger, and that they will finish things at WrestleDream.
Backstag, Tony Schiavone interviews Christian Cage and Luchasaurus. Christian says every title defense has made him into a solid TNT Champion, then states that he is finished with Darby Allin. He then finds out that he will defending the TNT title against Darby at WrestleDream, and when he finds out it is a two-out-of-three falls match, Christian goes ballistic and starts looking for Tony Khan.
Hook and Rob Van Dam beat "Daddy Magic" Matt Menard and "Cool Hand" Angelo Parker.
We hear from Eddie Kingston, who plans to put the Ring of Honor World Championship and the New Japan Pro Wrestling Strong Openweight Championship on the line against Katsuyori Shibata at WrestleDream.
We hear from The Dark Order (Evil Uno, Alex Reynolds, John Silver), who are looking for new members.
We hear from The Kingdom (Matt Taven and Mike Benneett). Matt Taven says that neck health is important and that Best Friends (Chuck Taylor and Trent Beretta) cost them a shot at the ROH World Tag Team Championships, and Mike Bennett says he will be dealing weiner punches and piledrivers to Best Friends.

We hear from Ortiz, who says that Mike Santana used him and walked away like he did for the last 14 years, and when he confronted Mike Santana, he ran away from his problems. He says Santana will not be able to run away much longer.
We hear from Shane Taylor and Lee Moriarty. Shane Taylor says that he and Keith Lee went to Ring of Honor at the same time and dominated until Keith Lee left for WWE and he stayed in ROH. He says that he will put Keith Lee in the ground, but before he does that, Keith Lee will have to face Lee Moriarty.
Aussie Open (Kyle Fletcher and Mark Davis) show up in suits and guest on commentary for the next match.
FTR (Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler) retain the AEW World Tag Team Championships against The Workhorsemen (JD Drake and Anthony Henry) following a Sharpshooter from Dax Harwood to JD Drake. After the match, Aussie Open confronts FTR in the ring, and Dax Harwood tells Aussie Open that they are facing the greatest tag team in professional wrestling and that if they are not willing to bring their A-game, then they should not show up.
Backstage, Lexy Nair interviews Lana - now known as "CJ" - who says that she has reappeared now because Miro has lost his way and she wants to help him become champion again. As she says that he is preoccupied by temptation. Miro says that everyone has temptations, but his is CJ and CJ's is the wrestling world. CJ says that they will take their separate paths, but warns Miro not to lay on any clients that she manages in the future. Miro walks away.
"The American Dragon" Bryan Danielson beats "Absolute" Ricky Starks in a Texas Death Match after wrapping a chain around his right knee and hitting Starks with the Busaiku Knee. After the match, Wheeler Yuta and Big Bill check on Danielson and Starks respectively.
