The Bloodline (Paul Heyman, Solo Sikoa, Jimmy Uso) head to the ring to start tonight's show. Paul Heyman says they acknowledge their Tribal Chief after John Cena took a beating he has not taken in over a decade last week, then we see the events leading up to that beating. Heyman then says a little birdy has told him that Cena has had some transportation issues as of late, then says the fans cannot John Cena because he is not here tonight. He also says that "The Phenomenal" AJ Styles is not here because he is lying in a hospital bed, then Jimmy Uso takes the microphone and says Heyman is "too kind" before stating that Cena is not here because he is scared of him. He then warns John Cena to stay far away from The Bloodline before they take care of him like they did Styles. As Jimmy Uso mocks AJ Styles, Solo Sikoa is attacked from behind by Karl Anderson, who then attacks Jimmy before saying it is personal and that he wants Jimmy in the ring. Heyman whispers in Solo Sikoa's ear, and Sikoa tells Jimmy to handle Karl Anderson before he handles it for him.
Jimmy Uso beats Karl Anderson. After the match, Karl Anderson still wants to fight Jimmy Uso, and Solo Sikoa has to take Anderson out. As The Bloodline (Paul Heyman, Solo Sikoa, Jimmy Uso) leaves, "Michin" Mia Yim runs out to check on Karl Anderson, and on the way there, she slaps Jimmy Uso in the face. Jimmy Uso is aghast.
Backstage, Cathy Kelley interviews Santos Escobar. Escobar says he is staying focused even though he has butterflies, then says tonight's match is about heart and that facing Rey Mysterio with a championship on the line has been his dream he has worked his whole life for. He says he will never stop fighting for his dreams and that Rey is in the fight of his life before saying "May the best man win."
Backstage, Jimmy Uso and Solo Sikoa mess with backstage workers as Paul Heyman follows and calls Roman Reigns.
It's time for The Grayson Waller Effect. Tonight's guest is Bobby Lashley. Lashley says he made a mistake and thought The Street Profits (Angelo Dawkins and Montez Ford) had what it took, and says it is back to the drawing board. Grayson Waller proposes the tag team of himself and Austin Theory, but Lashley is not interested. As Waller tells Lashley about how Theory has changed, The Street Profits show up. Lashley tells them that he does not want to hear excuses or reasons, and if they want something out of him, they will have to prove it. Waller then brings Theory out as "The 150 Million Hit Man" to "bring the crowd back." Theory shows up as Lashley leaves.
We see a video package for Dragon Lee before seeing him in the crowd. Austin Theory is seen yelling at the commentary team regarding Dragon Lee's video package.
Austin Theory beats Cameron Grimes following the distraction from Grayson Waller. After the match, Theory shoves Dragon Lee at the front row, and the referee has to force Theory to head to the back.
Backstage, Kayla Braxton interviews Rey Mysterio. Rey says The Latino World Order has been and will always be family, and he has nothing but love for Santos Escobar. He then says to be careful what you wish for, as he expects the best of his opponents and he will bring his best as well before saying he will give Escobar the fight of his life. He then says "May the best man win."
Backstage, Jimmy Uso is seen attacking Ashante "Thee" Adonis despite B-Fab's protests. Officials have to hold Jimmy Uso back, but Solo Sikoa shows up from behind Adonis and puts him through a table.
Rey Mysterio retains the WWE United States Championship against Santos Escobar with an inside cradle. During the match, Solo Sikoa and Jimmy Uso are seen attacking security guards backstage. After the match, Rey and Escobar are suddenly attacked by The Street Profits (Angelo Dawkins and Montez Ford). Bobby Lashley shows up to applaud them, then sees Joaquin Wilde running at him and blocks him, knocking him down. Dragon Lee tries to jump the barricade but is stopped by security as The Street Profits hit the Cash Out on Wilde. Lashley then celebrates with The Street Profits.
Backstage, Kayla Braxton interviews Santos Escobar and Rey Mysterio in the trainer's room. Rey challenges Bobby Lashley and The Street Profits (Angelo Dawkins and Montez Ford) to a match at Fastlane.
It is announced that Jade Cargill has been signed to a multi-year deal with WWE.
John Cena is seen entering the arena backstage after flooring it on the way to the metal detectors.
We see part two of Elton Prince's road to recovery in another montage. The Brawling Brutes (Ridge Holland and Butch), meanwhile, cannot believe what they have watched and wished that Elton Prince broke his leg.
Before the next match, Charlotte Flair says Bayley is now happy to hold Iyo Sky's title for her and that she has become a stepping stone while she is still the greatest, and that she will beat her and challenge Iyo Sky for the WWE Women's Championship.
Charlotte Flair beats Bayley with a Spear as Bayley mocks Charlotte. After the match, Bayley says that if Charlotte Flair thinks she can skip the line to the WWE Women's Championship, then Damage CTRL (Bayley, Iyo Sky, Dakota Kai) will end her. As Damage CTRL surrounds the ring, Asuka shows up, and Damage CTRL retreats. Aska says something in Japanese, then Bayley says that if Asuka wants a Triple Threat Match for the WWE Women's Championsip at Fastlane, she's got it. Iyo Sky then says that Asuka never said that.
John Cena heads to the ring. Cena says that he came back to compete and that he wanted a match, but The Bloodline (Paul Heyman, Solo Sikoa, Jimmy Uso) did not take kindly to that and left him knocked out. He also says that they left him with a signed contract. He then says there is a big problem: he does not have a tag team partner. Cena says tonight is very important because he has a choice of either ripping up the contract and acting like this never happened or he can stand and fight. Cena says that he will honor this contract, and if he does not find a partner by Fastlane, he will fight The Bloodline on his own in a two-on-one handicap match. Suddenly, The Bloodline show up. Jimmy Uso tells John Cena that The Bloodline is going to eat him up and that he will not make it to Fastlane. Cena knocks Jimy off the apron, then dares Solo Sikoa to fight him. Cena goes for the Attitude Adjustment but gets superkicked. Jimmy and Solo gang up on Cena, then clear out the commentary table. As Solo goes up to the top rope, however, LA Knight show up and fights The Bloodline. After Cena helps LA Knight finish the job, LA Knight signs the contract before handing it back to Cena.

Jey Uso - announced as "Main Event" Jey Uso - is in the ring to start tonight's show, but it is not long before The Bloodline (Roman Reigns, Paul Heyman, Solo Sikoa) shows up. Roman says people like The Usos (Jimmy and Jey Uso) because of him, then says that when he is scheduled to appear, that means that he runs the show, and that Jey is "the right-hand man" and called the main event because he made him that. He then accuses Jey of trying to be him and open up his show, but Jey says he wanted nothing from Jey and just wanted to watch his back and support him like family does because he believed in him and his ability to lead the family and the company. He then says that Roman broke the family and The Bloodline and that he has to do what he has to do, but Roman says Jey caused all of that through his jealousy and only became the right-hand man because Jimmy was hurt. He also says that if Jimmy had been hurt, he would have not had that chance, then accuses Jey of screwing his twin brother and claiming Solo respects him more than Jey before stating that when Jey loses, he is done. Roman then decides to predict what would happen if Jey were to beat him and take everything from him, and says that even if Jey has everything, he will still be himself while Jey will still have nothing. Roman then says that Jey cannot beat him and wants to know what is going through Jey's mind that is making him think he can beat him. Jey says it is because he has already beaten Roman and has already been the only one to do it, and at SummerSlam, he will beat him again.
Backstage, Jey Uso is met by Grayson Waller, who wants to give him "The Grayson Waller rub" by having him as a guest on "The Grayson Waller Effect" as "Lil' Jey." Jey laughs along with Waller before smacking him in the face.
Santos Escobar beats Rey Mysterio by referee stoppage after Rey Mysterio is injured during the match and can no longer compete, winning the United States Championship Invitational and earning a shot at the WWE United States Championship. Austin Theory is seen watching from the skybox during the match.
Backstage, Kayla Braxton interviews Bianca Belair, who says she is ready for a Triple Threat Match when Sonya Deville and Chelsea Green show up and mention the lack of attention they have gotten as new Women's Tag Team Champions. As Sonya and Chelsea mock both Bianca as well as Charlotte Flair, Bianca threatens to beat them both up, then Charlotte shows up and proposes a tag team match. Bianca is not interested, but Charlotte decides to meet with WWE official Adam Pearce, much to Bianca's chagrin.
Hit Row (B-Fab, Ashante "Thee" Adonis, Top Dolla) is in the ring, but LA Knight shows up and says that he did not know "Uncle Phil" was a rapper and that "a lotta lotta" are better than Top Dolla before declaring that B-Fab has a thing for her and that Ashante "Thee" Adonis will be the next to be dropped on his head.
LA Knight beats Ashante "Thee" Adonis.
Backstage, WWE official Adam Pearce meets with Jey Uso, who tells him that Grayson Waller has been beating down his door wanting a match. Jey Uso says he has no problem shutting Grayson Waller's mouth again.
Backstage, Bobby Lashley speaks with The Street Profits (Angelo Dawkins and Montez Ford). He says that they are stars and that they should dress like - and be treated like - stars, then provides them with a brand new wardrobe.
Charlotte Flair and Bianca Belair beat Sonya Deville and Chelsea Green despite not exactly getting along, with Charlotte hitting the big boot as Bianca goes for the K.O.D. for the win.
Backstage, Bayley is laughing at Bianca Belair and Charlotte Flair not getting along when Iyo Sky wants to know why she left her alone last week. When Bayley looks in her bag, she finds a message from Shotzi saying she will see her soon. Asuka then shows up and mentions her match at SummerSlam, and tells Iyo that if she thinks about cashing in, she will make her regret it. Iyo tells Asuka she respects her, but regardless of who wins, she will leave as champion.
The SummerSlam Battle Royal is official for SummerSlam.
Backstage, WWE official Adam Pearce is on the phone when he is met by LA Knight, who is not happy with not wrestling for the United States Championship and wanting to be in the SummerSlam Battle Royal. The Brawling Brutes (Sheamus, Ridge Holland, Butch) show up, and Sheamus wants to be in it, too. Pearce puts them in the battle royal as well as in a match for next week.
Backstage, Cathy Kelley interviews Grayson Waller, who says he did nothing to deserve the cheap shot that he got from Jey Uso and that Jey Uso will pay, for he is too stressed out with Roman Reigns and he is not ready for "The Grayson Waller Effect."
Before the next match, Karl Anderson tells the rest of The O.C. that it is personal between himself and Karrion Kross and that he must handle him on his own.
Karrion Kross beats Karl Anderson. After the match, Kross puts Anderson in the Kross Jacket before "The Phenomenal" AJ Styles and "Michin" Mia Yim charge the ring.
Jey Uso beats Grayson Waller. During the match, The Bloodline (Roman Reigns, Paul Heyman, Solo Sikoa) show up to watch the match from ringside. After the match, Jey Uso is attacked from behind by Solo Sikoa, but Jey hits him with a superkick. Roman Reigns gets in the ring, but Jey hits him with a Spear. He goes for the top rope splash, but Solo shoves Jey off the top turnbuckle and hits Jey with the Spinning Solo. Solo then picks Jey Uso up for a Samoan Spike/Spear combo with Roman. Roman then commands Solo to pick Jey up again for another Samoan Spike/Spear combo to end the show.

Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson beat Maximum Male Models (Mace and Mansoor) after "Michin" Mia Yim chases Maxxine Dupri to the back after Maxxine tries to use one of her boots as a weapon.
The Judgment Day (Finn Balor, Damian Priest, Rhea Ripley, Dominik Mysterio) head to the ring to start tonight's show. Rhea Ripley says once again that The Judgment Day run Raw, and that "The Phenomenal" AJ Styles found out for himself that Dominik Mysterio is "all man." Finn Balor brags about AJ Styles "crumbling under the pressure" against Dominik Mysterio, and Damian Priest demands that the fans all rise and show rise for Dominik Mysterio, "the greatest luchador in the history of the business." Dominik Mysterio says The Judgment Day are the only ones who ever believed in him, and that last week, he proved all of his haters and doubters wrong when he beat AJ Styles clean in the middle of the ring. Dominik says that he beat Styles because he is "built differently," and that he is this generation's Eddie Guerrero and that Eddie was "his generation's Dominik Mysterio." Suddenly, The O.C. (AJ Styles, Luke Gallows, Karl Anderson) show up, and Styles tells Dominik to shut up and that the people of Charlotte, North Carolina know good wrestling when they see it and that Dominik is not it. He says that Dominik is more of a James Ellsworth than an Eddie Guerrero, then The O.C. get in the ring and confront The Judgment Day. Styles tells Dominik that there will come a day when he cannot hide behind The Judgment Day when they pick them off one by one, but Finn Balor says that Styles is hiding behind the club that he started before saying that there are people living off his legacy. After Finn Balor tells The O.C. that they will get put down if they step up, Karl Anderson says it is time for Dominik to stop talking and for him to prove why he is the toughest building, then Anderson and Finn Balor have a match.
Finn Balor beats Karl Anderson. During the match, Dominik Mysterio gets on the apron, and "The Phenomenal" AJ Styles pulls him off, starting a brawl that ends with Rhea Ripley sending Luke Gallows into the ring post and scoop slamming him. Dominik continues to distract the referee so that Rhea Ripley can hit Anderson with a low blow that gives Finn Balor the win.
NASCAR driver Corey LaJoie and NASCAR legend Dale Earnhardt Jr. are seen in the crowd.
Backstage, Johnny Gargano runs into The Miz. Miz wants to know what Gargano knows about Dexter Lumis, but Gargano refuses to divulge and tells Miz to tell the truth regarding him and Dexter Lumis. The Miz says he will go out and do that. The Miz heads to the ring, and says that Gargano is right regarding a secret concerning himself and Dexter Lumis. After Miz gives a brief recap of what is going on between Dexter Lumis, Miz then gives some new details. He says that Dexter Lumis showed him why he is the target before his steel cage match against Bobby Lashley for the United States Championship, and says it was because of his mind. Miz says that his knowledge of the business is unparalleled, and that Dexter Lumis told him that Tommaso Ciampa took his spot. Miz says he has not told Ciampa that all of this is happening because of him. Suddenly, Gargano shows up and says that is not exactly what happened, and that Miz is so full of himself that he cannot realize that Ciampa is not missing and is actually injured. He then says that if he wants him and Dexter Lumis out of his life, he must tell the real truth, and if he does not, he will blow his whistle. As The Miz says he has told truth after truth, R-Truth shows up, thinking that The Miz called him out by calling for "the real truth." After The Miz asks if Charlotte, North Carolina has had too much comfort food, R-Truth defends his hometown's macaroni and cheese and asks the fans if they want to see him whup The Miz. Miz says they are not fighting, but Gargano asks Miz if he is afraid of the real truth before saying that The Miz has no balls left after Dexter Lumis deflated them. Gargano asks Miz if he wants the truth, then he and R-Truth say "You can't handle the truth!"
R-Truth beats The Miz after The Miz is distracted by Dexter Lumis in a black hoodie...who is really Johnny Gargano.
Backstage, Cathy Kelley interviews Candice LeRae, who admits she did not know what to expect in her WWE comeback and that it would be a challenge, but she has had support from the Superstars in the back. Damage CTRL (Bayley, Dakota Kai, Iyo Sky) show up and take control of the interview, and Bayley brags about putting Asuka and Alexa Bliss on the shelf before saying that Damage CTRL do what they want. Candice LeRae says that Damage CTRL are not exactly friend material, then Bayley says that there is nobody around to help Candice before Damage CTRL attacks her.
Backstage, Matt Riddle shows up with his bongos and meets with Elias, who says that he is a serious artist and that he has a long history of being disrespected, and that he would do something about that disrespect if it happens again. He says that he knows that Riddle and Ezekiel were close and that he will let last week slide, then says he will not be so nice next time. As Riddle beats on his bongos, Alpha Academy (Chad Gable and Otis) shows up and Gable mocks Riddle and Elias. When Gable tells Elias to shave his facial hair and pretend to be Ezekiel again, Elias says he and Riddle are not in a band before challenging Chad Gable to a match.
Seth "Freakin'" Rollins guests on commentary for the next match.
Austin Theory beats Mustafa Ali after kicking the top rope to trip Mustafa Ali and hit A-Town Down as Seth "Freakin'" Rollins distracts Mustafa Ali. After the match, Seth Rollins tosses Mustafa Ali out of the ring and tells him he does not belong in the ring with him, then throws him into the timekeeper's area. He tells Mustafa Ali to quit fooling himself before attacking him in the crowd, telling him he does not belong in his WWE and demanding security get him out. As Seth Rollins heads to the back, Mustafa Ali attacks him from out of nowhere and the two men brawl. Mustafa Ali throws Rollins into the Mini-Tron before referees break up the brawl.
Backstage, The Miz confronts Johnny Gargano, then JBL and Baron Corbin show up. JBL demands that Gargano introduce himself. Gargano introduces himself, then makes fun of JBL's pants and Baron Corbin's constant name changes. JBL says that Baron Corbin will soon make an example out of Gargano in the ring.
We see a video package chronicling the feud between Bianca Belair and Bayley.
Before the next match, MVP talks about how Omos came face-to-face with Braun Strowman for the first time and unceremoniously tossed Braun out of the ring like a child. He says that if that can happen to Braun Strowman, then Omos' four opponents for tonight have no chance. He then asks the for men in the other corner to walk forward before asking them if they have ever seen hands like Omos'. After MVP says that Omos has fists like a Christmas ham, he applauds Omos' opponents for their ambition before asking if they have a good insurance plan and telling Strowman that he hopes that he is watching, as Omos will stand as the one true giant.
Elias beats Chad Gable. After the match, Otis attacks Elias from behind, and Chad Gable joins in. Matt Riddle shows up and beats up both men to make the save for Elias.
Backstage in the trainer's room, The O.C. ("The Phenomenal" AJ Styles, Luke Gallows, Karl Anderson) admit they have a Rhea Ripley problem, but Luke Gallows says that they have a Rhea Ripley solution and that he will take care of Rhea. Styles and Anderson agree that Gallows is terrible with women. After the commercial break, Luke Gallows returns to the trainer's room and puts an ice pack to his groin. Styles says that they will do something.
Before the next match, JBL accuses Charlotte, North Carolina of creating an environment where mediocrity is the norm and being the place where dreams come to die, then says the city will witness greatness today in the form of Baron Corbin. JBL then guests on commentary for the next match.
Baron Corbin beats Johnny Gargano after JBL trips Gargano off the apron for wearing his cowboy hat and mocking him so that Corbin can hit Gargano with the End of Days for the win.
Backstage, Cathy Kelley interviews Bianca Belair. Bianca says a win tonight means putting an end to everything that has been going for the last two months, and while she may be outnumbered, she has no problem taking out Dakota Kai and Iyo Sky if she has to win. She says that this is bigger than egos and that it is now about payback, and that she will stop at nothing until Bayley is left with nothing.
Backstage, Johnny Gargano is met by The Miz, who says that he and Maryse have a "get well soon" card for Candice LeRae. As he asks Gargano for a proper sit-down where they can sit down and discuss things, Gargano tells Miz to tell the truth about him and Lumis, or he will.
We see a video package for Brock Lesnar vs. Bobby Lashley at Crown Jewel.
Bayley beats Bianca Belair. During the match, Dakota Kai and Iyo Sky attack Bianca on the outside, but the referee sees them do it. As the referee is about to eject them, an unknown woman jumps up from the top rope and hits all three of them with a top rope cross body. Not long afterwards, this woman attacks Bianca Belair, and it is revealed that this woman is Nikki A.S.H., who is now going by the name Nikki Cross again. A new referee shows up and counts the pinfall, and Bayley gets the win. After the match, Nikki Cross attacks Bayley to end the show.

"Machine Gun" Karl Anderson beats Kenny King with a Gun Stun counter from out of nowhere. After the match, Kenny King strikes Karl Anderson in the injured left knee with a chair before choking him with it. King then places Anderson's foot in the chair, but he soon gets laid out from behind with a Wake-Up Call from Heath.
We see a video package for the events leading up to Alex Shelley vs. "The Walking Weapon" Josh Alexander for the Impact Wrestling World Championship at Emergence.
KUSHIDA beats Deaner.
This week's Impact Plus Flashback Moment of the week is Alex Shelley vs. Chris Sabin for the TNA X Division Championship from Genesis 2009.
Backstage, Brian Myers brags about his win from last week when Bhupinder Gujjar shows up and challenges him for the Impact Wrestling Digital Media Championship, and quotes Myers as saying a champion never backs down from a challenge. Myers asks Gujjar if he thinks he has what it takes before telling him he will see him at Emergence.
Backstage, Eric Young tells Cody Deaner and Joe Doering that he has given them opportunity after opportunity to defeat the sickness only for them to fail, then says that he must now step in. He then says that the world belongs only to him.
Killer Kelly quickly beats Tiffany Nieves with the Killer Clutch.
We see a video package for Bullet Club vs. Honor No More at Emergence.
Backstage, Honor No More convene concerning their match at Emergence. Eddie Edwards says they have been in this situation before, but they are still here. He says "Machine Gun" Karl Anderson limped his way out of his match, and says PCO proved himself against "The Big LG" Doc Gallows. Eddie says that because of all they that have done, they have all the momentum they will need at Emergence, and that they will not only win Impact's tag team titles, but continue to spread their message that there truly is honor no more.
Mia Yim beats Madison Rayne.
Backstage, VXT ("The Virtuosa" Deonna Purrazzo and Chelsea Green) discuss Deonna Purrazzo's bachelorette party and what is going on with Decay (Rosemary, Taya Valkyrie, Jessicka). Chelsea Green says that they will party "like it's 1999" when they win the Knockouts World Tag Team Championships.
Backstage, Jordynne Grace meets with Mia Yim. Mia says she is ready for their match at Emergence when Jordynne asks her if she is, but Jordynne says she lost their two tag team matches. Mia Yim says it takes two to win and it takes two to lose, and when Jordynne says she is a former Knockouts World Tag Team Champion, Mia Yim says her team was the shortest-reigning before telling her to get used to short reigns.
"Speedball" Mike Bailey retains the Impact Wrestling X Division Championship against Rocky Romero. Romero raises Bailey's hand after the match in a sign of respect.
Scott D'Amore moderates a contract signing between Alex Shelley and Josh Alexander. He says that he has had many roles over the years, but no matter what, he will always be a coach, and he has coached and achieved greatness over the years. He says that he has coached the two individuals in this contract signing to great success, then brings out Alex Shelley first and Josh Alexander second. D'Amore says he has talked to both men individually and that he is excited for them to be competing at the top of their game for the ultimate prize, and says that their match is a dream match and that he is excited to make it official. Alexander says that nobody is more excited for this match than him and that he has wanted this for some time. He says this will be "one hell of a match," as his first live wrestling show in 2005 had Alex Shelley in it. He says that while Shelley has talent, he dared to "be original in an unoriginal business," and the night after that, he started his own professional wrestling career. Alexander says that in the last seventeen years, they have never faced off, but he has seen Shelley's influence through the years. He says it will be an honor to face and beat "the real Alex Shelley," then signs the contract. Shelley says he has copious amounts of respect for Alexander and that their careers have run parallel in several ways, but Alexander did something he could not: become World Champion and the best Impact has to offer. On the subject of Alexander beating him, he asks Alexander what makes him different from "the Alex Shelley clones," and Alexander says he is more of "a Chris Sabin guy" after winning the big one. Alexander then asks Shelley why he has yet to win the big one despite all his accomplishments and talent, then chalks it up to Shelley being scared of the pressure and responsibility of being champion. He then says he wants to beat a Shelley who is better than his best, as his best has not been enough to get the job done in the past. Shelley admits he has never had a world title shot and that his love for wrestling has wavered over the years, and says that Chris Sabin is an example on what one has to go through to be at the top of the mountain, citing his knee injuries. Shelley also lists off Alexander's injuries throughout his career, then says his injuries will be nothing compared to what he will go through in his psyche when he takes him back to 2005 as they square off, for all he will see is "an Alex Shelley mark." After stating that Alexander will not leave with the world title, he offers a "consolation prize." Shelley signs the contract, pushes the contract back to Alexander and tells him to enjoy his Alex Shelley autograph.

We see a video package for W. Morrissey vs. Matt Cardona vs. Moose for the Impact World Championship at Hard To Kill.
We hear from Moose, who says that he has pissed off his opponents and made them more dangerous and that he has done some horrible things to get to where he is, he will do horrible things in order to keep the World Championship. He says he has heard about how his opponents must win the title, but he looks forward to beating them, as he will prove that he is the greatest World Champion.
We see a trailer for the upcoming movie The Free Fall, which is the sponsor for Hard To Kill.
Jonah beats Jake Something. After the match, "The Walking Weapon" Josh Alexander runs into the ring and brawls with Jonah. When Alexander goes for the ankle lock, security tries top break up the brawl, but Jonah lays them out and lays out Alexander before pulling a table out from underneath the ring. Jonah rams Alexander into the corner multiple times with the table when Alexander grabs hold of it, then sets the table up, places Alexander on it, goes up to the top rope and splashes Alexander through the table.
We see a video package for Deonna Purrazzo vs. Mickie James in a Texas Death Match for the Impact World Knockouts Championship at Hard To Kill.
Masha Slamovich quickly beats Sandra Moone in her official Impact Wrestling debut.
We hear from Steve Maclin backstage. He says Trey Miguel has yet to beat him and Scott D'Amore said no to him, but he took things into his hand and Gail Kim made the mistake of making the match happen. Gail Kim shows up and adds a caveat: if Maclin loses at Hard To Kill, he cannot challenge for the X Division Championship as long as Trey is champion.
Backstage, Gia Miller interviews Matt Cardona and Chelsea Green. Chelsea Green says she is fine and that this is not the first time she has been hit hard, but she is worried what happened in the contract signing will affect Matt Cardona at Hard To Kill, and does not want it to hang over his head. She also says that Moose engineered what happened and got what he wanted. Cardona says he agrees and says Moose wants to get into his head and do anything to stay World Champion, but he will do anything to win the World Championship. Chelsea says that Moose knows Cardona might become the next World Champion, and while the critics do not bother Cardona, they bother her, and if the critics knew what she knew, they would not call him an underdog. Chelsea says that Matt Cardona will become the next Impact World Champion.

Deonna Purrazzo beats Mercedes Martinez with the Venus de Milo. After the match, Mickie James gets in the ring and has a staredown with Deonna Purrazzo.
It's time for the debut episode of "All About II" with The IInspiration (Jessica McKay and Cassie Lee) and Jai Vidal. As The IInspiration talk about their debut and their favorite quote, The Influence storm in and confront them for ripping their segment off. As The IInspiration, Tennille Dashwood and Madison Rayne play tug of war with Cassie's hair and the Knockouts Tag Team Championships, Jai Vidal and Kaleb with a K has a pose-off on the couch until The IInspiration run off.
"The Walking Weapon" Josh Alexander is tended to in the trainer's room.
"Inevitable" Ace Austin and Madman Fulton beat Johnny Swinger and Hernandez. After the match, Austin and Fulton continue to attack Hernandez, and Johnny Swinger runs away as soon as chairs are involved. After a chair is wrapped around Hernandez's arm, Austin hits that chair with another chair, injuring that arm.
Backstage, Gia Miller interviews W. Morrissey. Morrissey says that when he arrived last year, he was alone and did not have a single fan, friend or supporter. He says that everyone wants to be on your side when you are on top, but when he hit rock bottom, he was alone. He says that when he showed up, he needed no one, not even Moose, and the second he destroyed his alliance with Moose, he has a World title shot, yet people want to cheer for him. Morrissey reiterates that he needs no one and that at Hard To Kill, he will be alone, and when he is the only one left, he will be the Impact World Champion and alone just as he likes it.
"Machine Gun" Karl Anderson beats Heath to earn a one-man advantage for his team in Hardcore War at Hard To Kill. During the match, the other members of both teams argue with each other, but mulitple referees show up and eject them from ringside for the remainder of the match. After the match, Anderson and Doc Gallows gang up on and beat up Heath. This leads to members of both teams in Hardcore War slowly making their way into the ring with weapons and turning the situation into a multi-man brawl to end the show.
Rosemary beats Tasha Steelz. After the match, Savannah Evans tries to sneak up on Rosemary and Havok. Rosemary sees it coming. Havok and Rosemary notice Tasha holding the Knockouts tag titles. Savannah attacks them from behind, but she and Tasha are chased to the back by Havok and Rosemary.
Backstage, Gia Miller interviews Ace Austin and Madman Fulton. Austin says he is at the top of his game and that he has been prepared to be Impact's youngest world champion ever. Fulton gets Austin's attention, and the two of them notice and meet with Scott D'Amore. Austin wants to know what Christian Cage is doing next week, and offers to find him an opponent before Fulton says he is not even booked for next week. D'Amore makes the match, but turns into a ten-man tag match. As Austin and Fulton figure out what to do, they meet with Brian Myers, Sam Beale, Zicky Dice and Manny Lemons. Austin asks Myers to join his team. Myers accepts.
Violent By Design (Eric Young, Joe Doering, Deaner) let Rhino out of his cell, and Eric Young asks Rhino what he says. Young says that he saw the darkness, and says there was only one person that he saw smiling at him, so he smiled back. Young says that sometimes, evil is a necessary good, and violence is the only cure. He says that Rhino has suffered enough and that it is time to complete their destiny. Rhino says he is now in his purest form, and Young baptizes him in the waters of change.
"Machine Gun" Karl Anderson beats Rich Swann in a Bunkhouse Brawl Match with a Gun Stun into a table.
Backstage, Gia Miller interviews Mickie James. Mickie James says NWA 73 was her first match is around a year, and while he wanted to get back at Deonna Purrazzo, Purrazzo has made a name for herself. She says Purrazzo will not make a name at her expense, especially when she took their business personally. She says that despite being an executive producer, she takes wrestling personally, and says that Purrazzo has forgotten who she is and what she is about, and moving forward, Purrazzo will find out what "Hardcore Country" is all about.
We hear from Matthew Rehwoldt, who talks about how creation comes from a fire from within. He says that Trey Miguel may be a thorn in his side right now, but he knows what Trey does is on the precipice of masterpiece and true art. He wants to experience this up close and personal, and he wants to experience this next week.

Backstage, Gia Miller interviews "The Walking Weapon" Josh Alexander. Alexander says he feels prepared for his title match, as Chris Sabin told him to be the best champion he can be. He asks if Chris Sabin can be the one to take the X Division Championship off his shoulders. Christian Cage shows up and says he appreciates what Alexander does, and asks him if he is willing to join his team for the ten-man tag match. Alexander says he would be honored to do so, then Christian tells him that he has a future in Impact.
We hear from Rohit Raju and Shera. Rohit says people are upset with him over what he did to Chelsea Green, saying he went too far. He says that he wants to apologize, but says Chelsea wanted it and that she wanted a real man who takes control. Rohit then says he and Shera are real men while Cardona is not.
David Finlay beats Chris Bey after Juice Robinson shows up to stop Chris Bey from using the ropes for leverage. After the match, Hikuleo shows up and levels Finaly, and when Juice fights back, Bey hits him with a chair and Hikuleo hits him with a choke slam. Afterwards, Bey puts a chair around Juice's ankle, then stomps the chair with help from Hikuleo. Bey and Hikuleo then give each other the "Too Sweet" hand signal.
Backstage, Scott D'Amore moderates a contract signing between Chris Sabin and Josh Alexander for the X Division Championship at Victory Road. As Sabin signs the contract, he tells Alexander that he has nothing but the utmost respect for him and that their match is about building a legacy. Alexander tells Sabin that he will not be the guy to beat him at Victory Road as he signs. D'Amore tells both men that they are professionals, and while there can only be one winner, both of them are creating great legacies right now and that they should shake hands right now. Both men shake hands. Alexander leaves the room, then Christian Cage shows up and asks Chris Sabin to join his team for the ten-man tag team match, saying there is nobody he trusts more. Sabin agrees.
At Swinger's Palace, TJP, Fallah Bahh and No Way show up for a good time in "the best underground casino in all of Nashville." TJP bets on Steve Maclin in his match with Petey Williams, then No Way gets banned for calling the place a "bootleg Caesar's Palace." Su Yung and Kimber Lee show up after TJP, Fallah and No Way leave.
Steve Maclin beats "The Canadian Destroyer" Petey Williams. Near the end of the match, as Petey Williams goes for the Canadian Destroyer, No Way, TJP and Fallah show up with No Way's conga line. Maclin piledrives a distracted Petey for the win.
Backstage, Gia Miller interviews Eddie Edwards. Eddie says he was caught off-guard last week, but tonight, he is ready. Suddenly, Sami Callihan shows up, and as Eddie tells him he does not want his help, Christian Cage shows up. Sami tells Christian he is in, but Eddie - not wanting to help Sami Callihan - that he is out unless Sami s out, and walks off.
Backstage, Gia Miller interviews Ace Austin and Madman Fulton. W. Morrissey and Moose show up, and Morrissey says that Eddie Edwards or Sami Callihan are on Christian Cage's team, then he and Moose is in.
Moose beats Eddie Edwards after Eddie takes out W. Morrissey for putting Moose's foot on the bottom rope during a pinfall attempt. After the match, Moose and Morrissey attack Eddie, then Chris Sabin runs in and makes the save. Brian Myers, Zicky Dice, Manny Lemons and Sam Beale then run out and attack Sabin. Josh Alexander runs into the ring and clears out the ring, but Madman Fulton and Ace Austin run in to take him out. Christian Cage then runs in and fights Austin and Fulton, and Christian turns a Fulton choke slam into a Killswitch. Austin attacks Christian, but Eddie gets back in the ring and helps him out. Moose and Morrissey then attack Eddie again, then Alisha Edwards shows up and hits Morrissey and Moose with a Kendo stick. As Alisha is about to be choke slammed, Sami Callihan teleports in and hands Eddie Edwards a baseball bat, and they blow Moose and Morrissey away. Christian meets with the two of them, and asks Eddie to be part of his team, then Eddie and Sami clink bats, signaling an alliance and completing Christian's ten-man tag match team.
After last Saturday's Dynamite, Eddie Kingston gets a round of applause going for Jungle Boy, then tells the fans that what they saw tonight was the future of professional wrestling. He also gets a round of applause for Christian, saying that AEW is proud to have a legend like him here. Eddie Kingston then says that he and Penta el Zero Miedo "are really going to kick the shit out of the [Young] Bucks (Matt and Nick Jackson) Wednesday," then says it is all about AEW and says that every week, AEW cares about their fans, as they are not here just to get a paycheck and that they are here for the fans, and that the wrestlers bust their asses because they love professional wrestling. Eddie Kingston then tells the fans that they have seen a match that they will not see on the channel, and that they will also see legends that are not respected on the other channel. He also says that the fans will not see wrestlers like him and Penta on the other channel , and that they will not see the heart that the locker room has on the other channel. Eddie says he is speaking from the heart, and that they are AEW, that they will see the fans Wednesday, and that they want to hear them. Eddie then parodies Kenny Omega, telling the fans to "Try the veal, tip your waitress and get home safe."

Jordynne says that Tasha Steelz is trying to get into her and make her think she is the weak link, and that tonight, Tasha will find out why she is the strongest Knockout in Impact Wrestling. Rachael Ellering says that Fire and Flava (Kiera Hogan and Tasha Steelz) will find out that Jordynne is not a person to mess with.

Havok beats Rosemary to become #1 contender for the Impact Knockouts Championship at Under Siege. After the match, Deonna Purrazzo runs into the ring and attacks Havok, but Havok fights back. Deonna escapes, but runs into Rosemary, who tosses her back into the ring. Kimber Lee and Susan try to run in, but Crazzy Steve and Black Taurus scare them off. Havok then hits Deonna with a Tombstone Piledriver.
Backstage, Gia Miller interviews The Good Brothers ("The Big LG" Doc Gallows and "Machine Gun" Karl Anderson), Kenny Omega and Don Callis. Anderson says they have not lost momentum, and tonight, he will lay David Finlay out. Kenny Omega says they have momentum back because of him and says it is time to support The Good Brothers. Anderson says that Juice Robinson and David Finlay have started something that they will not be able to finish.
El Phantasmo beats "The Canadian Destroyer" Petey Williams, TJP, Acey Romero, "Inevitable" Ace Austin and Rohit Raju in a six-way match to become #1 contender to the Impact X Division Championship at Under Siege.

We hear from Violent By Design (Eric Young, Joe Doering, Deaner, Rhino). Eric Young says that their wills are not broken and that their spirit is intact and that failure will not be tolerated, then says that the sickness is at the root and is embedded everywhere and in everyone and everything. He says that the earlier one figures this out, the easier this will be, and that he has a new violent plan. He says the only thing that is guaranteed is change, that change is the only thing one can trust, and that change is trust. Eric Young then says that we will be seeing a lot more of Violent By Design.
At Swinger's Palace, Alisha is now a Swingerella as TJP owens John E. Bravo money. As TJP talks about the match from earlier, Ace Austin shows up and says he and MadmanFulton will be the #1 contenders for the tag team titles. XXXL (Acey Romero and Larry D) soon show up to start a fight, and Hernandez stands between them and Austin and Fulton. Rohit Raju shows up with Shera, and says they deserve a shot at the gold. As everyone argues, TJP puts himself in the tag title picture with "The Canadian Destroyer" Petey Williams, while Johnny Swinger tells John E. Bravo to go see Scott D'Amore to make this match official. As TJP asks about their odds in the tag team #1 contender's match, Petey puts on a chainlink durag a la Scott Steiner, but everyone moves away.
Willie Mack beats Sam Beale. After the match, Willie Mack is attacked from behind by W. Morrissey, who tosses Sam Beale out of the ring before going on the attack on Willie Mack and hitting him with a big boot.
Backstage, Gia Miller interviews David Finlay, Juice Robinson and Eddie Edwards. Finlay says that The Good Brothers cannot beat him and Juice on their best day, but tonight, it is between him and Anderson and he will prove he is the better wrestler. Juice says they beat The Good Brothers to be tag champs, and that they will win with Eddie Edwards at their side. Eddie says that Kenny Omega has been the difference, and that they will come in with a Kenny of their own: Kenny the Kendo stick.
It's time for All About Me. Tonight's guest is Taylor Wilde. Tennille Dashwood announces that they will team up at Under Siege. Taylor, who is not happy with Tenille Dashwood, says she is doing this to get closer to championship gold and that they are not friends.
David Finlay beats "Machine Gun" Karl Anderson by disqualification when Kenny Omega gets physically involved in the match. After the match, Eddie Edwards gets involved, and Anderson is hit with Kenny the Kendo stick as Doc Gallows and Kenny Omega retreat.
We hear from Chris Sabin, who says that what Moose did to "The Cowboy" James Storm last week was disgusting, and if Moose wants to act like the rules do not apply to him, he will act the same way in tonight's six-man tag match.
Backstage, Jordynne Grace is not happy about her loss to Tasha Steelz tonight, and Rachael Ellering tells her that they need to bring the energy at Under Siege.
Brian Myers beats Crazzy Steve after putting his feet on the ropes for leverage. During the match, Brian Myers bumps backwards into Black Taurus and pretends to be laid out by him. The referee believes that Black Taurus has attacked Myers and ejects Black Taurus from ringside. After the match, Myers is laid out from behind by Black Taurus, and Rosemary leaves the tarot card for death on top of Myers.
Backstage, Gia Miller interviews Don Callis. Callis says that professional wrestlers cannot do whatever they want, as it would be like inmates running the asylum and they are like wild animals. Scott D'Amore shows up and says that it is his fault that Moose injured James Storm's leg, then tells him to pick between being Kenny Omega's family or an Impact executive.

At Swinger's Palace, Ace Austin and Madman Fulton show up, and Austin wants the odds on him leaving Rebellion as X Division Champion. He finds out his odds are not very good, then TJP shows up. TJP asks for his odds and finds out he is the odds-on favorite, then Josh Alexander shows up and says he does not need to worry about the odds, as his friend told him the odds. Petey Williams - dressed up like Scott Steiner - shows up and provides some Steiner Math (or in this case, either Alexander Math or Maple Leaf Math), much to the surprise of everyone at Swinger's Palace. Alexander says he is not worried about the odds as he leaves, then Johnny Swinger proclaims that he is going to be "The Million Dollar Swing Man."
Eddie Edwards and Willie Mack are in the ring. Eddie says they have been friends for a long time, but they have been in the wrestling business for a long time, and while they lost at Hardcore Justice, they are not focused on that. Eddie says they are here because Violent By Design (Eric Young, Joe Doering, Deaner, Rhino) thought it was a good idea to lay out Tommy Dreamer and that they are here to make this right, for when you mess with Dreamer, you messing with them and the Impact family. He says they are looking for a fight, not a rematch, and tells Violent By Design to come to the ring and take an ass whupping like a man. Violent By Design show up, and Eric Young admits that he approved of what happened to Tommy Dreamer, then says he is not a liar and told him he would take the World title from and did, then says he and his men had nothing to do with it. Nevertheless, Eddie wants a fight, and tells them to get in the ring. Suddenly, "The Cowboy" James Storm and Chris Sabin run into the ring to even the numbers, causing Violent By Design to quickly retreat. Storm compares Violent By Design to a pack of wolves, saying they are ready to attack when the odds are in their favor, then challenges them to a eight-man tag match at Rebellion.
Backstage, Susan tells Deonna Purrazzo that she feels like her self. Scott D'Amore shows up and tells them to let Jazz have her moment during her retirement ceremony and to not ruin the moment. Purrazzo agrees, saying she was not planning on it.
Tennille Dashwood hosts the first-ever edition of All About Me. Tonight's guests are herself and Kaleb. Tennille and Kaleb bring out Gia Miller, who notices that the set is the same as Madison Rayne's Locker Room Talk. Tennille says she is sure she will win the Knockouts Championship because she is good at just about everything. She says that Impact Wrestling kickstarted women's wrestling, but she spread it with her influence, then says that Deonna Purrazzo has never beat her and that she will win because of this.
Jazz heads to the ring with Jordynne Grace for her retirement ceremony. Jazz says that she came to Impact hoping that she would have one more title run, but that did not happen at Hardcore Justice. She says that going into Hardcore Justice, she knew Deonna Purrazzo would give her a run for her money, but she felt she had one more run. She says that she felt that fire that she had fifteen years ago, but Deonna, being the true champion that she is, is the present and the future of women's wrestling. Jazz says that when Jordynne Grace gave her the call and asked her to tag with her, she knew they would end up victorious, and while they had a few wins, she had the Knockouts tag titles on their minds. She thanks Jordynne for considering her as a tag team partner and tells her that her future is bright, and thanks her and the Impact family for welcoming her with open arms, saying the last few months made for a great farewell. Suddenly, Fire 'n Flava (Kiera Hogan and Tasha Steelz) show up. Hogan says it is about time that Jazz left, as Jazz could win when it counted, and Tasha says it was about time Jazz went to the retirement home. As they mock Jazz, Jordynne tells Fire 'n Flava that they were not invited because they talk too much and tells them to shut up for once in their lives or at least say what they want to say in the ring. A referee shows up and tells Fire 'n Flava that they have a match, and they find out that the match is against Jazz and Jordynne Grace.
Jazz and Jordynne Grace beat Fire 'n Flava (Kiera Hogan and Tasha Steelz). After the match, Jazz says that it is time that she fully says that this is it, and announces her retirement. She thanks the fans over the years for the love and support, for without them, there would be no "female fighting phenom" or "baddest bitch." The Impact locker room surrounds the ring to show support for Jazz one more time.
Backstage, Fire 'n Flava (Kiera Hogan and Tasha Steelz) confront Scott D'Amore, who puts them in another match against Jazz and Jordynne Grace with the Knockouts Tag Team Championships on the line. Jazz and Jordynne show up, but Jazz says she is a woman of her word. Jazz then says that she has just the right person to team with Jordynne, and Scott D'Amore says she is fine with whoever she has in mind.
Before the next match, Matt Cardona announces that he has picked Jake Something as Brian Myers' opponent for tonight's match.
Brian Myers beats Jake Something. After the match, the lights go out, and when they come back on, Matt Cardona is laid out on the stage by Sami Callihan.
Sami Callihan beats Matt Cardona after thumbing Cardona in the eye. After the match, Sami Callihan mocks Matt Cardona, making a reference to his old Zack Ryder persona, before saying he is moving on to bigger and better things and calling out Trey Miguel. Trey shows up, and Sami says he is proud of Trey for taking an opportunity, being in the main event where he belonged, and showing passion. Trey says he did not do this to validate him and that he was doing the right thing, but Sami asks him if he felt good feeling that rage and says that his temper is true power is channeled the right way. He says he can channel that rage and bring him to the next level, and all he has to do is shake his hand and they can take over everything, but Trey refuses. Sami tells Trey to show some gratitude, saying he would not be on Hardcore Justice because of him, and admits that he was the one who laid out Tommy Dreamer and not Violent By Design (Eric Young, Joe Doering, Deaner, Rhino). When Sami demands that Trey shake his hand in one final offer, Trey fights Sami only to get kicked in the groin, and Sami lays him out with a powerful clothesline. When Trey refuses to stay down, Sami hits him with a chair, throws it into the ring where it lands on Trey, then slams Trey into the chair with a vertical suplex, bending it.
We hear from Juice Robinson and David Finlay, and says that they like to see The Good Brothers ("The Big LG" Doc Gallows and "Machine Gun" Karl Anderson) squirm and say The Good Brothers need to know who dangerous they are. After comparing accolades, David Finlay says that they beat The Good Brothers to become the best in the world, and at Rebellion, they will prove they are the best in the world again.
Sami Callihan vs. Trey Miguel in a Last Man Standing Match is official for Rebellion.
We see the press conference for the match between Rich Swann and Kenny Omega for the AEW and Impact World Championships at Rebellion. Kenny Omega is absent during the press conference. Rich Swann says he has battled with adversity his whole life, and while Omega is the best in the world, if he wins both titles, it will be a very historical night. Tony Khan says he believes Kenny Omega will win the match, and that he hopes that whoever wins the match will be able to make all commitments for both Impact Wrestling and All Elite Wrestling. Scott D'Amore says that all the preparations have been made, and that what Tony Khan has laid out is a testament to both companies and puts fans first. He also says that both sides will make sure that there is a definite winner to the match. Before a third question can be asked, Kenny Omega and Don Callis show up late. Don Callis says Omega is a great champion and that he advocated for Swann to be in Impact Wrestling and in the main event. He also says that Swann knows that Omega is family to him, and says that Omega is the greatest living athlete and wrestler in the business, saying all other legends are insects compared to him. Omega says this a press conference like this is not new to him as he has done this so many times before to the point that it is natural and that he takes what he does seriously and means what he says. He says that Swann is nervous and a little scared after not having to carry this responsibility before, then tells Swann - who confronts Omega - that he was put on the planet to make a change. He then says that while Swann loves wrestling and will try his hardest, he does not belong in this history making event and is just a means to an end, and when everyone looks back at the match, he will not be remembered. Omega then says that he hopes Swann brings his A-game, as he will be part of history, then says this will be the last time he is cordial with Swann. When he offers to shake Swann's hand, he slaps Swann instead, and security swiftly steps in.

Backstage, Gia Miller interviews Trey Miguel, who refuses to answers any questions when asked about how he feels following his loss to Sami Callihan last week.
We hear from "Inevitable" Ace Austin and Madman Fulton. Fulton gives himself a round of applause when he made himself a full-circle career moment at Sacrifice and beat TJP to become a two-time X Division Champion. He says that he knows what is like to be champion, and as soon as the championship is around his waist, the challengers are already lining up and wanting to be first in line to face him. Austin says everyone is hung up on the past, but he is not, and he calls the shots. He says that TJP will not walk all over him like he did when he arrived in Impact, and says that this rematch tonight will be his last and he will still be X Division Champion.
Backstage, Don Callis is met by Sami Callihan as he heads into the arena. Callihan says he is very rarely wrong about people, yet everyone thinks he is the bad guy. He says that he was doing the entire world a favor when he beat him up a few years ago, as he knew who he was since day one. Callihan says Callis is more worried about himself, but Callihan says that everything has been going great for him before wishing him well. Callihan tells Callis that he does not care who wins between Kenny Omega and Rich Swann, as they will have a death with the Death Machine and he will come back to take back what is his.
Tasha Steelz beats Alisha in the pre-show match.

Deonna Purrazzo beats Jazz after Susan hits Jazz with a shoe after a successful distraction from the outside.
Backstage, The Good Brothers ("The Big LG" Doc Gallows and "Machine Gun" Karl Anderson) are telling stories when Eddie Edwards shows up wondering why there are backstage, and tells them they are not "the boys" and are not welcome in the locker room. The Good Brothers leave, and Decay (Rosemary, Crazzy Steve, Black Taurus) laugh at them on the way out.
We hear from Johnny Swinger, who advertises Swinger's Palace, complete with testimonials from John E. Bravo, Alisha and a security guard.
Backstage, Rohit Raju encounters Fallah Bahh, who is sleeping in a tent in the studio. Rohit tells Fallah Bahh that he has lost all his money and tells him to get his life together, but Fallah threatens to beat him up. He leaves, then Rohit tears up the tent.
TJP beats "Inevitable" Ace Austin by disqualification after Madman Fulton breaks up a pinfall as TJP has the match won. After the match, Austin and Fulton attack TJP, but "The Walking Weapon" Josh Alexander runs into the ring and chases Austin and Fulton out with a chair.
Backstage, Gia Miller interviews Matt Cardona, who says that he loves it in Impact and that the handcuffs are off and he is ready to wrestle some new competition. Cardona says that always being ready is not just a catchphrase, and that being on top and always ready makes everything that much sweeter. As for his Twitter feud with Brian Myers, his showing up soon after Myers is a coincidence, and he is here to make his own opportunities. He says it is time for Myers to put up or shut up, and challenges him to a match. He also says that after that match, they are done regardless of who wins or loses.
Backstage, XXXL (Acey Romero and Larry D) confront Trey Miguel as he goes off and throws things around. Tommy Dreamer shows up and challenges them to a Exploding Barbed Wire Death Match as a joke, then tells him to go to Scott D'Amore to face Acey Romero tonight. He also tells Trey Miguel not to let Sami Callihan get into his head, as it will only set him back when he has all the tools to become champion and it will send him down the same route as Tommy Dreamer went in the past.
Rohit Raju beats Fallah Bahh after jumping into the crucifix bomb and using Fallah's own momentum against him to pin his shoulders to the mat while also grabbing the tights following another Banzai Drop in the middle of the ring as Rohit goes for a Sunset Flip.
Backstage, Gia Miller interviews Don Callis and Kenny Omega. Don Callis says he is going to the ring for what he has to say.
We see another paid advertisement from Tony Schiavone and Tony Khan, with Don Callis and Kenny Omega joining them. The card for tomorrow night's Dynamite is announced. During the advertisement, Omega says there is no chance that Matt Sydal will get a AEW World Championship match against him, but Tony Khan says anything can happen on Dynamite. Omega and Callis then walk out.
Backstage, The Good Brothers ("The Big LG" Doc Gallows and "Machine Gun" Karl Anderson) head to Kenny Omega's dressing room, but Kenny is not there. It does not take them long to head elsewhere.
Kenny Omega and Don Callis head to the ring. Callis says that Omega will not only make a home in Impact, but that he will also take the Impact World title. He mentions his conversation with Rich Swann in the ring last week, and says that the one thing Swann cannot get out of his head is the One-Winged Angel. Callis says that Swann can prepare all he wants, but Omega just has to hit that move once, as nobody has ever kicked out of it. Omega says he gave Swann a taste of things to come, then he and Callis agree that he needs more championship gold. Callis says he is willing to do anything to suck every drop of blood out of the company if it helps Kenny Omega, then debuts a vignette that pays tribute to the One-Winged Angel. After the vignette, Omega says that everyone started walking on eggshells when he arrived, and that the only reason he is here is for the Impact World Championship. He says that while Rich Swann wants to be part of history like him, he will become a footstep in history when he wins the Impact World Championship, and says that while his debut was the greatest day in Impact history, for him, it was Tuesday. He then says that it will become evident that Impact has nobody who can even compete with him, and that he will lose the Impact World Championship when he is dead. He says that he will beat Swann for the title, for it is history. Omega then tells everyone to get ready for the show, and Callis says that they will make history at Rebellion.
We hear from Eric Young, who says that remorse is a symptom of "the disease." He says that Rhino had what it took to be a monster in his DNA, and that he just had to awaken it. As he says this, Rhino is baptized in the holy waters of change and indoctrinated into Violent By Design (Eric Young, Joe Doering, Deaner).
Backstage, Gia Miller interviews Havok and Nevaeh. Nevaeh says they are doing well as a team, but as Havok says this could be momentum to go for the Knockouts tag team titles, Fire 'n Flava (Kiera Hogan and Tasha Steelz) show up. Hogan tells them that they can step up to the plate if they want to, but that they will have to earn a tag team title shot before she and Steelz leave. Tenille Dashwood and Kaleb with a K then show up. Tenille mocks Neveah for nothing winning a match on her own, saying she has not found the right partner yet. As Kale tries to take a picture of Tenille and Nevaeh, Havok is forced to stand between them.
Trey Miguel beats Acey Romero. After the match, Larry D attacks Trey Miguel from behind and Acey Romero joins in. Suddenly, Sami Callihan teleports into the ring and hits Acey with a bat. Trey goes for a superkick on Sami when Larry D grabs him, but Sami ducks and Larry gets kicked instead. Sami then teleports out of the ring.
Backstage, Gia Miller interviews Rich Swann, who says he is not flustered by what Kenny Omega and Don Callis had to say earlier as he has to face adversity his whole life. He says that he had to go through a lot to become Impact World Champion and that mind games will not throw him off, and while he will give Omega credit for beating him, he has gotten the best of Omega when it is just them one-on-one. He says that all he has to prepare for is the One-Winged Angel and asks Omega how he will prepare for all the situations he got the best of him as he says that he will come out on top.
Backstage, Gia Miller interviews "The Cowboy" James Storm and Chris Sabin. Storm hopes to make his 1000th match in Impact Wrestling special with some beer, then says that if Violent By Design wants to increase their numbers, that is fine, for he has done and seen it all in Impact Wrestling. He says that his and Eric Young's history in Impact goes all the way, and says that if he wants to go, he's his huckleberry. Suddenly, Scott D'Amore shows up and makes Storm vs. Young the main event for next week.
"Machine Gun" Karl Anderson beats Eddie Edwards after Anderson kicks out of a roll-up and sends Eddie head-first into a chair being held by "The Big LG" Doc Gallows. After the match, Juice Robinson and David Finley show up on the video package and mock The Good Brothers (Gallows and Anderson), saying that they will be having a good time and a few drinks just like old times.

Kimber Lee beats Taya Valkyrie after Rosemary confronts Deonna Purrazzo for getting involved only for Susie to show up and attack Rosemary alongside Deonna. Taya is soon distracted by this, and this allows Kimber Lee to roll Taya up for the win.
In Kenny Omega's tour bus, Don Callis meets with Omega and The Good Brothers ("The Big LG" Doc Gallows and "Machine Gun" Karl Anderson), saying they need a victory coming into Hard To Kill and that Karl Anderson needs to win against Rich Swann tonight. Anderson says he will definitely be able to handle Rich Swann himself tonight when it is addressed that nobody will be allowed at ringside in the match.
We see another paid ad from Tony Khan and Tony Schiavone. Khan states that Impact had a good 2020 because of AEW, then he and Schiavone run down the card for Night 2 of New Year's Smash.Afterwards, Khan is surprised that The Good Brothers ("The Big LG" Doc Gallows and "Machine Gun" Karl Anderson) were on AEW, then says Impact did at least one thing right last year before asking Impact to bring more people to AEW.
We hear from Sami Callihan, who says that his next match with Eddie Edwards is three years in the making and that it will be a "barbed wire massacre." He says that Eddie has no idea what is coming to him in this type of match at Hard To Kill.
Chris Bey and Rohit Raju beat Suicide and Manik.
Backstage, Rosemary and Taya Valkyrie are not happy with losing to Kimber Lee tonight. Rosemary says she will keep a more watchful eye next time. When Taya tells Rosemary she wants to return the favor and be at ringside for her match tonight, she reminds Taya that she has a title match this Saturday and tells Taya she has a plan.
Cody Deaner - now known as "Deaner" beats Tommy Dreamer by disqualification after Deaner slaps Cousin Jake only for his legs to be taken out from under him on the ring apron. After the match, Eric Young and Deaner attack both Dreamer and Jake. Rhino shows up from the back after being ejected early in the back and lays out Young, but Joe Doering - also coming back from being ejected from the ring - confronts Rhino and fells him with one clothesline. Deaner then hits Jake with the Deaner DDT and Eric Young piledrives Dreamer.
We see a video package of the Knockouts Tag Team Title Tournament so far.
Backstage, the contracts are signed for the Knockouts Tag Team Title Tournament finals. Kiera Hogan and Tasha Steelz brag that they have the match already won, then Havok and Neveah grab them by the throat and tell them they will win. Suddenly, Brian Myers asks Scott D'Amore who he has yet to beat, then Josh Alexander shows up and says Myers won by disqualification in their last match. D'Amore puts them in a no-disqualification, much to the irritation of Myers.
Rosemary beats Tenille Dashwood after Crazzy Steve shows up from underneath the ring and chases Kaleb all around the ring for confronting Rosemary. As this happens, Kaleb tosses a bottle of hairspray to Tenille, but Rosemary points the hairspray nozzle at Tenille, blinding her and allowing her to get the win.
We hear from Rich Swann, who says that he and The Motor City Machine Guns (Chris Sabin and Alex Shelley) will win at Hard To Kill, but tonight, he and "Machine Gun" Karl Anderson are strictly one-on-one with everyone else in their Hard To Kill match banned from ringside. Rich Swann says that Anderson will get a little taste of what he will get at Hard To Kill, then he can go back to Kenny Omega's tour bus and make it known that Omega and company will get their asses kicked.

Rich Swann beats "Machine Gun" Karl Anderson with a surprise schoolkid pin. After the match, The Motor City Machine Guns (Chris Sabin and Alex Shelley) are attacked by "The Big LG" Doc Gallows and Kenny Omega. Rich Swann and Karl Anderson soon jump in, and the brawl ends the show.

Tenille Dashwood beats Alisha with the Spotlight after Alisha takes out Kaleb with a dive to the outside when Kaleb lays out Eddie Edwards. After the match, Sami Callihan's entrance briefly plays, then Callihan shows up on the video screen. Callihan suggest he and Eddie end their rivalry once and for all, and tells Eddie to take a few weeks off and enjoy the holidays, for they could be his last.
It is announced that Kenny Omega's tour bus is outside of the arena again this week.
Backstage, Gia Miller interviews The Motor City Machine Guns (Chris Sabin and Alex Shelley). Shelley says XXXL (Acey Romero and Larry D) was step one, that The North ("All Ego" Ethan Page and "The Walking Weapon" Josh Alexander) - who is now at each other's throats and may not be around to face them again because of it - was step two and that step three is The Good Brothers ("The Big LG" Doc Gallows and ). Sabin says The Good Brothers never pinned either of them for the tag titles, and that his match with Karl Anderson is a preview of what happens when both teams clash. He says there is only room for two machine guns, and Anderson is not one of them. Meanwhile, Kenny Omega and Don Callis take exception to Chris Sabin's recent words from backstage, and tell Anderson to take Sabin out.
Backstage, "Machine Gun" Karl Anderson asks Rich Swann if he has seen Chris Sabin, because he is ready to knock him out after what he said backstage. Swann says Anderson wants a fight because Kenny Omega told him to, then The Motor City Machine Guns (Chris Sabin and Alex Shelley) show up. Anderson immediately decides to save everything for the ring upon seeing the Machine Guns show up.
Moose shows up. He says Willie Mack will not be able to compete in an Impact ring for a couple of rings because he hurt him and he hurts people. Moose then says he has not been angry yet, and that nobody knows what he is capable of when angry. He then says it makes him angry when Rich Swann gets all the attention and he does not, and while he admits Swann is a great competitor, the difference between them is that Swann stays hurt while he hurts people. Moose then tells Rich Swann to call up Willie Mack and ask him what pain feels like. Suddenly, Willie Mack shows up, and security soon stands between him and the ring. Moose asks Willie if he really wants to make him mad, but Willie is mad not at him, but beating and injuring him, and says what angers him most is when the referee says he is done when he has a lot left. Willie then says he will take matters into his own, and that he will make his own decision when they face off in an "I Quit" Match at Genesis. Moose says he is not the man to have an "I Quit" Match with, and Willie Mack says he is not here to wrestle before charging through security before brawling with Moose. When security stands between them, Moose attacks security while Willie is taken to the back. Backstage, Gia Miller interviews Moose, who says he is tired of independent wrestlers looking for opportunities as well as security ripping his clothes, and says none of them could last three minutes with him. He then says that anybody who puts their hands on him will get hurt.
Backstage, Chris Bey congratulates Rohit Raju on losing the X Division Championship, but Rohit says he is not the only person who lost last week and that he gets a title rematch. Bey prepares to leave, saying he has an idea, but Rohit wants to hear it from him. Bey says that if Rohit can rip Manik's mask off and prove TJP is the one behind the mask, he can get the X Division Championship back. Rohit loves the idea, and Bey says he has a match with Manik soon where Rohit will get his opportunity to unmask Manik. Rohit goes along with the idea.
We hear from Tony Khan and Tony Schiavone, who joke that they are on public access TV (a pun on "AXS TV," which Impact is currently airing on in the United States outside of Twitch). Khan says he will keep letting Kenny Omega keep appearing on Impact, and that Don Callis is giving AEW free press that he does not even have to pay for. Schiavone runs down the card for this week's AEW Dynamite while mocking Impact for not remembering "having fans when they were TNA." He then says he will teach Don Callis about the wrestling business when Callis taught him nothing.
We hear from Eric Young, who says that his mother passed away from disease, which can only be destroyed. Young then says that he has seen what his true purpose is, then says that he will baptize Cody Deaner - who is across from him - in the holy water of change.
Manik beats Chris Bey by disqualification when Rohit Raju and Chris Bey argue in the ring after Rohit gets caught in the ring trying to unmask Manik and Rohit hits Bey from behind. After the match, Chris Bey leaves with a smile on his face, having finessed Rohit Raju once again.
The Impact Plus Flashback Moment of the Week is Sting's TNA/Impact debut at Final Resolution 2006.
Backstage, "All Ego" Ethan Page admits he lost to "The Walking Weapon" Josh Alexander, then says everything will be fine. Alexander tells Page to stop, and tells him to get help and figure things out, as they cannot be a team right now. Page says that he will get help, then says "we" have your back. Page leaves as Alexander is confused by the "we," then Brian Myers says he should move on and proposes the two of them become a tag team. Alexander says he is in a terrible mood and would rather kick his ass, then leaves.
On the tour bus, Kenny Omega tells "Machine Gun" Karl Anderson to forget about "Rich 'The Bitch' Swann," and Don Callis tells Anderson to "go back and take his name back." Anderson leaves, saying he will handle things. Omega says that he will not let Rich Swann run the show while he is here, as this is all about them.
Kiera Hogan and Tasha Steelz beat Taya Valkyrie and Rosemary to advance to the finals of the Knockouts Tag Team Championship Tournament after Deonna Purrazzo and Kimber Lee attack Rosemary, distracting Taya.
Eric Young talks with Cody Deaner, saying he has always liked good stories, and that while they make better people, they are also lies that tell a deeper truth, and says that professional wrestling is "sick." He says that Cody Deaner has waited for professional wrestling to give back and provide, but that a disease does not give, only takes. He says the parasite latched on to Cody, who did not see it, and Cody begins to agree with Eric.
Backstage, Kiera Hogan and Tasha Steelz celebrate advancing to the finals of the Knockouts Tag Team Title Tournament, then Kiera and Tasha refocus on Hernandez's money, with Tasha saying she does not have it as she shows Kiera the inside of her fanny pack. Suddenly, Johnny Swinger shows up, and Kiera and Tasha leave with Swinger's beer. Swinger then takes Tasha's fanny pack, which contains Hernandez's money, revealing that Tasha was hiding the money from Kiera.
Brian Myers beats "The Walking Weapon" Josh Alexander by disqualification after "All Ego" Ethan Page shows up in his alter ego of "Karate Man" and attacks Myers. After the match, Alexander confronts Page and tells him he needs help before leaving the ring. Page continues to stand in the ring in a karate pose, staring blankly forwards.
Eric Young talks with Cody Deaner, telling him that he is offering the truth and nothing more, and that he had "the disease" and that the fans were laughing at him. Deaner continues to agree with Young, who baptizes him in the holy water of change. Young says Cody is free, and Cody begins to agree with Eric Young that "the world belongs to us."
Backstage, Acey Romero talks with Tommy Dreamer, and tells him that Larry D has been set up. Dreamer tells Romero to prove his innocence if he really believes that. Dreamer then meets with Rhino and Cousin Jake, who talk about Eric Young and Joe Doering. Dreamer proposes that Jake and Rhino take down Young and Doering before things get worse.

Sabin confronts Anderson, then Doc Gallows returns and lays Sabin out. Swann superkicks Gallows, then Swann attacks Omega with a wet floor sign. Omega says that Bullet Club is getting back together, then Callis says that Omega and The Good Brothers will team up at Hard To Kill.
