Raw Deal - Raw recap for February 24, 2020
Randy Orton shows up to start tonight's show. Orton says he needs to apologize, and while he is not the most sentimental of men, his emotions have become unbalanced. He says that when he arrived to the arena, he was told that it had been 15 years since WWE made it to Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, and last time they were here, he was Intercontinental Champion and punched in the face by "a certain man." He says this certain man would save him from himself and his self-destructive tendencies and would be a person he would look up to like a brother: Edge. Orton says that none of the fans would ever understand why he did what he did to Edge, yet he is still very sorry for it. Suddenly, Kevin Owens shows up. Owens says he has been dealing with a lot of delusional people in the form of Seth Rollins, AOP and Murphy lately, but he is putting all of that aside tonight because he has an issue with Orton. Since dealing with delusional people seems to be a specialty of his, Owens says he feels that Orton does not mean it, and when Matt Hardy asked for answers only to get beaten up, he is now asking. Orton tells Owens he does not want to go down that road, but Owens says he does, as he has been a WWE fan his entire life and he remembered what it was like seeing Edge retire, so when Edge returned, he wanted to share the ring with him. He then tells Orton that he took that all away before asking Orton why he did what he did again. Orton says "You think you know me?" before stating that Edge thought he knew him, too, and Owens says the only thing he knows is that people would rather see them fight rather than talk. Orton tells Owens he has his match, but not right this minute.
Backstage, Charly Caruso interviews Zelina Vega and Angel Garza. Zelina says the only business they have with Humberto Carrillo is "the unnecessary chore of taking out the trash," as Angel has to put his cousin where he belongs. She then says that there will be nothing stopping Angel Garza from taking the top spot on Raw. After Charly Caruso shakes Zelina's hand, Angel Garza takes Charly's hand and kisses it, saying there is business and there is pleasure, and that business with Charly is always a pleasure.
Angel Garza beats Humberto Carrillo after sitting down on Carrillo during a series of pinfall attempts.
Ricochet beats Luke Gallows.
Backstage, AJ Styles tells Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson to stop arguing, as Ricochet could miraculously beat Brock Lensar for the WWE Championship and he could easily take the title from him. As he tells them that they must plant their flag on the top of the food chain with WrestleMania in the corner, Aleister Black shows up, and Styles tells him he is getting too comfortable and that he should get familiar with them. The three of them then proceed to gang up on Aleister. Aleister gets up and gets back on his feet, even though he is a bit woozy.
Paul Heyman and Brock Lesnar show up. Heyman says people have been trying to come up with catchphrases and brand themselves as WWE Champion, but nobody seems to get that Lesnar does not need to do that, as he always reigns as champion when he wants to. He says that Lesnar taking somebody to Suplex City is a rare event, and when Lesnar lays steps into the ring at Super Show-Down, it is not only a special event, but a match where the stakes are high. He says that if Ricochet pulls off "the miracle of miracles" and wins the WWE Championship and goes on to main event WrestleMania, the consequences will be groundbreaking and will change everything. He then says "if" can go out the window when Lesnar decimates Ricochet at Super Show-Down, and that Lesnar will make mincemeat out of Drew McIntyre at WrestleMania and remain WWE Champion.
The Harvie Family are the recipients of the Little Caesars Seat Upgrade.
Aleister Black beats Erick Rowan. During the match, Aleister Black sends Erick Rowan into the steel steps, knocking Rowan's cage off the steps in the process. When Rowan puts the cage back on the steps and apologizes to whatever is inside, he goes back into the ring where he falls victim to Black Mass not once, but twice, as Aleister gets the win despite the beating he received earlier from The O.C. ("The Phenomenal" AJ Styles, Luke Gallows, Karl Anderson). After the match, Sarah Schreiber interviews Aleister, who says that unbridled rage got him through the match, and says that his rage will be AJ Styles' burden next week.
Backstage, Charly Caruso interviews Drew McIntyre. McIntyre says he does not care who he faces at WrestleMania, as he has always wanted to main event the show and now he is finally doing it. He says that his WrestleMania main event never materialized, even after WWE Chairman Vince McMahon called him "The Chosen One," and he never won any world titles and things did not go well for him. McIntyre blames himself for that, and that he never thought he would return to WWE, but after three years, he was able to do so. He says that he "left as a boy" and "returned as a man" to Raw. At the men's Royal Rumble match, he knew that he had to eliminate Brock Lesnar, and he did. McIntyre says that regardless of who he is facing at WrestleMania, he will finally fulfill his destiny.
R-Truth is in the ring for Truth TV. Tonight's guests are Bobby Lashley and Lana. Lana says she and Lashley are not here for his talk show, as R-Truth has a match with Lashley. R-Truth admits that Lashley is "really, really, really big" and that he would rather ask him questions than have a match with him. After R-Truth asks Lashley if he has seen the new Sonic The Hedgehog movie, the next match starts after Lana says the interview is over.
Bobby Lashley beats R-Truth.
Next week: Rey Mysterio and Humberto Carrillo vs. Andrade and Angel Garza!
It's time for the women's Elimination Chamber Match contract signing. The signing is moderated by Jerry "The King" Lawler. It is not long before Asuka takes the microphone away from Lawler and speaks, demanding to know where "The Queen of Spades" Shayna Baszler is after seeing only four other competitors in the ring. Lawler says he does not know where Baszler is despite seeing her in the arena earlier, then goes ahead with the contract signing anyway. As everyone signs the contract, Liv Morgan personally brings the contract over to Ruby Riott to ensure she signs it. She signs, then Ruby Riott and Liv Morgan have a brief staredown, with Sarah Logan almost standing up as well. As Asuka signs the contract, Baszler's music hits. Baszler shows up through the crowd, enters the ring and signs the contract. She then has a staredown with Natalya, then Lawler gets out of the ring. Asuka shoves Natalya out of the way so she can confront Baszler herself, saying "Bite me." Natalya takes down Asuka, then Liv Morgan attacks Ruby Riott. Security and referees show up to break up the brawl. Baszler ends up being the only person standing in the ring as everyone else brawls with one another, then Becky Lynch shows up. Lynch and Baszler then brawl in the ring, and referees, officials and security quickly move in.
Before the next match, Street Profits (Angelo Dawkins and Montez Ford) mention how they helped out Kevin Owens, and now, they have a Raw tag team title match at Super Show-Down. After Dawkins calls Rollins and Murphy "The Monday Night Pariah" and "Murph the Smurf", Ford proclaim they will become Raw Tag Team Champions on Thursday.
Angelo Dawkins beats Murphy by disqualification after Seth Rollins interferes. After the match, Montez Ford tells Rollins to protect Murphy, because last week, he got hit so hard that he lost his first name. After stating that he plans to do the same to Rollins, the next match starts.
Seth Rollins beats Montez Ford.
Next week: Beth Phoenix returns!
Randy Orton beats Kevin Owens, but not without controversy. During the match, Seth Rollins, Murphy and AOP (Akam and Rezar) show up to watch the match from ringside, and later, Street Profits (Angelo Dawkins and Montez Ford) and The Viking Raiders (Ivar and Erik) run in to attack AOP and brawl with them in the crowd. After Owens fends off Rollins, Orton hits Owens with a draping DDT, then wins after the referee makes a fast count. After the match, the referee checks on Rollins, not on Owens or Orton. Rollins gets two chairs to give to Orton for a Con-chair-to to Owens, but Owens grabs the other chair. Orton drops his chair and retreats, but the referee takes Owens' chair away from him. Owens goes after the referee, gets him in the ring and rips his striped shirt to reveal a "Monday Night Messiah" T-shirt underneath, revealing that the referee was in cahoots with Rollins the entire time. Owens gives the referee a Stunner as Rollins swears that he has nothing to do with this while he stands on the stage, then pulls out a table from underneath the ring and powerbombs the referee through it to end the show.
Here are the top ten moments from tonight's show!

Raw Deal - Raw recap for May 1, 2017
The Raw Womens' Division is in the ring, surrounding a podium. Alexa Bliss shows up for her Raw Women's Championship coronation, and thanks everyone in the ring for showing up even though they were forced to by General Manager Kurt Angle. Alexa declares that the queen is dead, and "long live Alexa Bliss, the only goddess of WWE." She says she deserves a coronation, not just some referee handing her the title. Alexa then thanks Mickie James before making fun of her age, thanks Sasha Banks before re-introducing herself in a passive-aggressive manner. Alexa then runs into Nia Jax, and tells her she looks forward to tagging with her later. She then stands on the podium, then remembers she has Bayley to thank, saying this wouldn't have been possible without her before bragging about making her nephews sad, and says it almost ruined her moment before saying Bayley's family has a real role model to look up to. Bayley takes down Alexa by pushing the podium out from under her, and this starts a brawl.
Alexa Bliss, Alicia Fox, Emma and Nia Jax beat Bayley, Sasha Banks, Mickie James and Dana Brooke.
Before the next match, Enzo and Cass talk about how they beat Gallows & Anderson (Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson), and Enzo says he'll beat Gallows in "uno momento in [Sacramento, California]. Enzo and Cass are suddenly attacked from behind by Gallows & Anderson.
Luke Gallows beats Enzo Amore after the distraction from Karl Anderson.
Neville is in the locker room when he is met by TJ Perkins, who brings up how Neville won last night. Neville says it was unintentional, and says the unprofessionalism of a WWE referee cost them the chance to take care of Austin Aries once and for all. Neville still wants to help Perkins get a title shot, but says Perkins has to pull his own weight. Tonight, Perkins faces Austin Aries.
Seth Rollins shows up. After asking how the crowd is feeling tonight, Seth says that for the first time in a long time, he feels really good, and thanks the fans for being there throughout. He says that you have to keep fighting and embrace the good part of life, and to look in the mirror and figure out who you want to be, and if they don't line up, do something about it. He says everything came full circle at WrestleMania when he beat Triple H, and last night, he got payback on Samoa Joe. Now there is only one thing left to do: beat Brock Lesnar and take the Universal Championship. Suddenly, Finn Balor shows up, and after congratulating Seth for beating Triple H and Samoa Joe, he reminds him that he beat him for the Universal Title with a broken shoulder and that he never really lost the title. After Finn tells Seth "the line starts here," Dean Ambrose shows up. After saying that Seth and Finn sound like chickens for saying "Brock" all the time, he says Brock does what he wants, when he wants and also fights whenever he wants, which isn't often. With Lesnar now Universal champ, Ambrose declares himself the #1 champion on Raw, and wants some action. The Miz and Maryse show up. Miz says Seth and Finn have earned nothing, and calls Dean "an embarrassment as a champion." He says he is the only one deserving of the Intercontinental title, and Finn reminds Miz he kicked his last night. Miz calls Finn a coward, and says neither Finn, Dean or Seth deserve a title shot before mocking all three of them, who are tired of hearing him talk. Dean asks the crowd if they want to see Finn or Seth beat The Miz up, then calls General Manager Kurt Angle on speed-dial on his smartphone, having gotten the number from Mick Foley back when he was Raw General Manager. Ambrose passes the message that tonight, The Miz, Seth Rollins and Finn Balor will square off in a Triple Threat Match for the Intercontinental Championship.
"Gentleman" Jack Gallagher, Rich Swann and Akira Tozawa beat The Brian Kendrick, "The Premiere Athlete" Tony Nese and Noam Dar.
Sheamus and Cesaro show up. Sheamus says he is free of living in a fog of delusion like he has for the past few months, and admits he never liked the fans for treaing him like a red-headed stepchild. Cesaro, on the other hand, had his own "Cesaro Section," and thought if the fans would get behind him, they would have more support, they would do great and take back the Raw tag team titles. This was until The Hardys (Jeff and Matt Hardy) showed up at WrestleMania. Cesaro accuses the fans to looking to the past and the future rather than the present, and says that last night, they proved that The Hardys were a novelty act. Sheamus says the WWE belongs to him and Cesaro, not The Hardys. Cesaro says he and Sheamus will take back the Raw tag team titles, not because they set the bar, but because they are the bar. The Hardys suddenly show up, thank them for the explanation, and says it's time to delete. The Hardys rush into the ring, but Sheamus and Cesaro retreat.
Charly Caruso interviews The Miz. Miz says Seth Rollins cost Finn Balor eight months of his career and forced him to vacate the Universal title. As Miz talks, he finds out that Dean Ambrose, not Charly, is holding the microphone. As soon as he does, Miz and Maryse walk away.

Unfortuantely, Strowman tore his rotator cuff and Reigns re-injured his ribs. As he talks about what will happen next between Roman and Strowman, who still are not done with each other, Bray Wyatt shows up. Bray introduces himself to Angle, and says he means no harm as he comes as a savior. He relishes in his victory in last night's House of Horrors Match, and says he is now reborn. He knows what he must do now, and asks Kurt Angle if he will allow him to do his work or stand in his way. Angle admits he has no idea what Bray has planned, but tells him this is his show. Bray counters by saying this is his world.
Dean Ambrose interviews Seth Rollins. Seth says he's learned some new tricks, and will become #1 contender for the Intercontinental Championship. He also says he's beaten Dean before and can do it again. Ambrose reminds him he will do what it takes to keep the title.
Austin Aries beats TJ Perkins - now going by just TJP - after escaping the Detonation Kick and making TJP tap to the Last Chancery. After the match, TJP attacks Aries and locks in the knee bar.
Dean Ambrose interviews Finn Balor. Finn says he eats nerves and produces results. He says the Intercontinental title will be part of the Balor Club. Dean Ambrose then tells him to "eat a carb" after handing him a donut. Finn takes a bite of the donut, and Dean eats the rest as "The Drifter" Elias Samson plays his guitar.
Goldust brings up the idea of taking on The Hardys for the Raw Tag Team titles, but Angle says they haven't won a lot of matches. Goldust tells Angle that he has inspired him and R-Truth, and want to prove they are not a joke. Angle makes official for next week a Tag Team Turmoil Match, where the winners take on The Hardys (Jeff and Matt Hardy) for the Raw Tag Team titles.
We see footage of Chris Jericho talking with General Manager Kurt Angle after Payback.

Raw Deal - Raw recap for February 27, 2017
Goldberg starts tonight's show. He talks about how Kevin Owens showed up all dressed up last week and talked and talked and talked. He says that he has never made a promise he has not followed through with, and promises to beat Kevin Owens for the WWE Universal Championship and face Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania. After Goldberg tells Owens he'll see him Sunday, Owens shows up. Owens says he's in as good a mood as Goldberg, and tells him he promised himself that he would grab WWE by the throat and show them what he is all about, and he followed through on his promise as he plowed through everyone in his path. He tells Goldberg that no matter how loud his name is chanted, he's next in the evolution of Kevin Owens as Universal Champion. Goldberg says the crowd should give him a hand for that speech, which did nothing but piss him off as he tells him to get in the ring so they can do it now. Owens teases fighting him, but then says that the Green Bay, Wisconsin crowd doesn't deserve to see him right. They will fight this Sunday, however, and Owens says he can't wait to destroy him and make the Goldberg chants die.
Before the next match, The New Day (Kofi Kingston, Big E, Xavier Woods) talk about being the official hosts of WrestleMania 33, then say that we should not be concerned with what's on their plate and what's what's in our bowls during a plug for Booty-O's. The focus then turns to the ice cream, and give us the slogan "New Day Pops: A mouthful of magic? I gotta have it!" The Shining Stars (Primo and Epico) then show up. In a joke that clearly lampoons the Best Picture gaffe from last night's Oscars ceremony, Primo and Epico find out they're facing Big Show, while it is announced that The New Day will be facing Rusev and Jinder Mahal next.
The New Day (Big E and Xavier Woods) beat Rusev and Jinder Mahal when Kofi Kingston and Lana argue outside of the ring, distracting Rusev and Jinder and allowing Xavier Woods to get the roll-up for the win.
Enzo Amore and Big Cass are talking backstage about their future tag team champ status. Cass tells Enzo they have to stay focused.
Sheamus and Cesaro talk backstage when they meet Samoa Joe, who says not much has changed as Cesaro still hasn't grabbed the brass ring. Cesaro tells Joe that he's carrying around Triple H's jock strap. Sheamus wants to kick Joe's head off, but Cesaro tells him he's got this.
Commissioner Stephanie McMahon and General Manager Mick Foley meet backstage. Stephanie apologies to Foley, then says Foley has gotten weaker and weaker while Triple H has gotten stronger and stronger ever since ending his career. He apologizes for putting him in a position where the man who once could stand up to anyone and anything can now hardly even stand at all.

Raw Deal - Raw recap for January 23, 2017
Roman Reigns start's tonight show, and it is noted that the shark cage that Chris Jericho will be locked in is in the middle of the ring. Royal Rumble is in six days, and 40,000 people will be going nuts. In the middle of the storm is Jericho locked in the shark cage so he can have a more fair fight with Kevin Owens and he can have the Universal title around his waist. Jeri-KO (Jericho and Owens) shows up, and Owens tells Roman that he is confused from when he powerbombed him through the announce table last week. After Owens brags about being the only man to do that, Roman says Owens is the one who will get an ass whuppin' in front of his own best friend. Jericho calls Roman a stupid idiot, jokes about being hung over the ring like salami, and says him beating Roman for the United States title last week is the real joke. He then says he's in the mood to get in the ring and teach Roman another lesson. Roman takes this as a challenge for the United States title, and says they can have their rematch for the title right now. Owens tells Roman on Jericho's behalf (much to the annoyance of Jericho) that he's got his rematch, and he has a strong feeling - "more like a psychic vision" - that Roman will be locked in the shark cage tonight. Roman says he has a vision of his own: reclaiming the US title tonight, and taking the Universal title from Owens at Royal Rumble, as he's something Owens will never be in the WWE: the guy.
It is announced that Gallows & Anderson (Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson) will take on Sheamus and Cesaro for the WWE Raw Tag Team Championships at Royal Rumble, and that htere will be two referees assigned to the match.
Luke Gallows beats Cesaro after attempted interference from Karl Anderson.
General Manager Mick Foley is on the phone with Commissioner Stephanie McMahon when Sami Zayn shows up. When he asks how to throw his hat in the ring for the Royal Rumble, Foley just tells him to go at it, but Stephanie tells him that he'll have to earn his spot by beating Seth Rollins tonight.
We see an interview from earlier today between Corey Graves and Bayley. After Bayley talks about her ascent to the main roster, Bayley says that her fandom for the WWE is not a negative, and that it's what got her here. When it comes to being a role model, she says she remembers being on the other side of the guardrail and having her night made by the WWE Superstars, and tries to do the same for her fans. She doesn't have the money or bloodline of Charlotte Flair, but she plans to walk into Royal Rumble, face Charlotte and walk out the Raw Women's Champion.
General Manager Seth Rollins about his match with Sami Zayn tonight, and mentions that Commissioner Stephanie McMahon has set up the match so that if Sami Zayn wins the match, Sami will take Seth's spot in the Royal Rumble match. Rollins is ticked, and pledges to win tonight, win the Royal Rumble match, win the Universal title and stick it to Stephanie and Triple H.
Before the match, it is announced that Big Show is entering the Royal Rumble match.
Sami Zayn beats Seth Rollins with an inside cradle to take Seth's spot in the Royal Rumble match after Seth is distracted by Triple H's music. After the match, Rollins is seething, and he rushes to the back after the match.

Backstage, an angry Seth Rollins looks for Triple H. General Manager Mick Foley says he knows nothing about this, and tells him he will get to the bottom of this.
We get a closer look at Mustafa Ali.
Mustafa Ali, TJ Perkins and "The Extraordinary Gentleman" Jack Gallagher beat Ariya Daivari, Tony Nese and Drew Gulak.
The New Day (Kofi Kingston, Big E, Xavier Woods) show up. They try to talk about winning the Royal Rumble match so one of them can become the Universal Champion, but instead of being interrupted by Titus O'Neil, they are interrupted by Enzo Amore and Big Cass. After The New Day dances to their entrance theme, Big Cass says he's entering the Royal Rumble match and that he's going to win. Suddenly, Lana, Rusev and Jinder Mahal show up. Rusev calls Big E and Big Cass "big goofs," then announces he is entering the Royal Rumble match, as well. Titus O'Neil shows up, but The New Day don't want to hear from him anymore, and Xavier Woods tells Titus to "catch me outside." Titus announces there is an eight-man tag match between The New Day, Enzo Amore and Big Cass vs Titus O'Neil, Rusev, Jinder Mahal and...Braun Strowman, who shows up before the commercial break.
Braun Strowman, Rusev, Jinder Mahal and Titus O'Neil beat The New Day (Kofi Kingston and Big E), Enzo Amore and Big Cass. Suddenly, a noticeably slimmer Big Show appears for the first time in months and stares down with Braun Strowman in the ring until Strowman slowly leaves the ring. After Braun leaves, Big Show and The New Day (Kofi Kingston, Big E, Xavier Woods) talks with the commentary table for a minute.
Kevin Owens guests on commentary during the next match.
Roman Reigns beats Chris Jericho by disqualification after Kevin Owens interferes, and Chris Jericho retains the WWE United States Championship. As Jericho and Owens attack Roman, Owens calls for the shark cage above the ring to be lowered. Jericho and Owens then throw Roman into the shark cage. They are about to lock him in, but Roman fights back and Owens ends up being the one locked in the shark cage. Jericho tries to hang on to the shark cage, but get Superman Punched and Speared for his efforts.
After the commercial break, the cage is lowered and Kevin Owens is freed. Charly Caruso then tells Chris Jericho and Kevin Owens that Owens' Universal Championship match against Roman Reigns will be no-disqualification as per General Manager Mick Foley. Owens and Jericho are livid, and go so far as to say that the match should be cancelled.
We see an interview from earlier today with Corey Graves and Charlotte Flair. Charlotte says one of her earliest memories is watching her father "The Nature Boy" Ric Flair win the 1992 Royal Rumble match and the WWE Championship. She calls the Rumble a tradition, as her family dominates the match and Bayley's family watches from the couch. Now, she plans to surpass her father's legacy. She admits that she was proud of Bayley, especially when she debuted, but that changed when Bayley looked at her Raw Women's title, and at Royal Rumble, she will continue to be the champion and Bayley will continue to be the fan.
Nia Jax destroys Ray Lyn, then dedicates her victory to "the recently deceased career of Sasha Banks," then gloats about injuring Sasha. Sasha shows up with one crutch, then uses her curtch as a weapon and goes to town on Nia Jax before sending her tumbling out of the ring and hitting her with the double knees off the apron.
Rich Swann beats Noam Dar (who is now accompanied by Alicia Fox). After the match, Swann calls out Neville, who shows up but then leaves the ring, and Swann has to bring the fight to him.
Tomorrow night on 205 Live: Cedric Alexander vs. Neville!
Charly Caruso interviews Cedric Alexander, who says that now that he is free of distractions, he can finally prove himself in the Cruiserweight Division and become a champion. Alicia Fox and Noam Dar show up. Alicia says Cedric will be nothing without her. When Noam Dar asks if there's no hard feelings, Cedric shoves him to the ground for attacking him last week.
Goldberg headbutts the locker room door backstage, then makes his way to gorilla position and enters the ring. Goldberg says he will win the Royal Rumble match and if he has to Spear and Jackhammer everybody, that's what he's going to do. Before he tells everyone else in the Royal Rumble that they're next, Paul Heyman shows up, and says that everyone - including Goldberg - will fall victim to Brock Lesnar, whom he brings out. Goldberg asks Lesnar if he's going to be a man and come down to the ring of if he's going to stand on the stage like a dumbass. Lesnar gets in the ring, but the lights go out and then come back on. The Undertaker is in the ring. This ends the show.

Jericho then talks about how many days he could keep Ambrose n the hospital with all the weapons at the top of the Asylum as the cage comes down, and comes to the conclusion that Ambrose will be in the hospital for 40 days once he's done with him. Meanwhile, one of the workers handling the cage gets in the cage...and the worker is revealed to be Dean Ambrose, who attacks Jericho before climbing up the cage wall and grabbing a kendo stick. After a few strikes, Jericho flees through the cage door.

Layin' da SmackDown - SmackDown recap for May 5, 2016
Chris Jericho starts tonight's show with The Highlight Reel. He brags about his attack on Dean Ambrose on Raw, then introdcues tonight's guest: Sami Zayn. Jericho then shows the footage from Raw where Zayn beat up Kevin Owens and then lifted up the WWE Intercontinental Championship, then calls Sami a sore loser and a dirty thief before asking what kind of human being he is. Sami Zayn says he's a pretty decent human being, and that Kevin Owens did beat him fair and square, then says that if he is treated like a piece of garbage, he won't go away so easily. Before he can explain lifting up the Intercontinental Championship, The Miz and Maryse show up. Miz says Jericho's show can wait, then tells Sami Zayn not to touch his Intercontinental Championship or else bad things will happen to him. Zayn touches it repeatedly anyway. Jericho says that if somebody touched his $15,000 jacket like Sami touched Miz's title, he'd do something. Sami Zayn then makes fun of his jacket, and Jericho finally has enough and leaves the show. The Miz then calls Sami Zayn "disrespectful," and tells him that he has swam with the biggest fish in the 11 years he's been in the WWE. Zayn touches the title again and says "Let's go for a swim." Maryse has enough, and tells Sami that Miz will teach him a lesson. Sami says that's a great idea, and challenges him to a match right now. That doesn't last long, as Miz retreats to the outside of the ring.

Natalya and Becky Lynch beat Charlotte and Emma with a Sharpshooter to Emma.

Raw Deal - Raw recap for May 2, 2016
Stephanie McMahon arrives to start tonight's show with a red shopping bag. She is about to welcome everyone to the show for the first time in a while when Shane McMahon arrives. After Shane does the welcoming, we findout what's in the red shopping bag as a peace offering for Shane: the portrait of Vince McMahon and Shane that Vince destroyed before WrestleMania. Shane is about to mention his ideas, as per the fans, when Kevin Owens shows up. He has his own idea: him having a rematch for the WWE Intercontinental Championship. He also expects Stephanie to do the right thing, compared to Shane. Suddenly, Cesaro shows up and confronts Kevin Owens for ruining what could have been an Interconetinental Championship win. Shane makes a #1 contender's match for the Intercontinental Championship between the two.
The Miz and Maryse guest on commentary for the next match.
Cesaro vs. Kevin Owens ends after The Miz, who receives an uppercut from Cesaro despite stopping Owens from attacking Miz with the Intercontinental Championship, interferes during the Cesaro Swing. Owens confronts Miz for costing him #1 contendership, then Cesaro gets up and fights them both off only to fall victim to the numbers game. Sami ayn rushes in and fights off Cesaro, and is about to fight Miz when Maryse gets him out of the ring. Sami Zayn then picks up the Intercontinental Championship and raises it into the air.
Stephanie McMahon runs into Dean Ambrose backstage. Ambrose still thinks Stephanie resents Shane McMahon for having to share power with him. Stephanie sets up an Ambrose Asylum segment for tonight, and it's an "open forum" where Stephanie herself is the guest and Ambrose can ask her anything he wants.
R-Truth and Tyler Breeze take selfies (with Truth's selfie stick being an actual stick with a cellphone taped to it), and Truth teaches Breeze how to rap. R-Truth says this would be easier with Goldust...who shows up and challenges Tyler Breeze to a match in a challenge of hilarious proportions.
AJ Styles talks with Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson about the WWE World Heavyweight Championship Extreme Rules rematch when Roman Reigns shows up. He has respect for AJ Styles after the match, but not Gallows and Anderson. He is still convinced AJ Styles can't take the title from him by himself, and then wants to know if the three of them can beat him and The Usos (Jimmy and Jey Uso). Styles tells Roman he will take the title all by himself at Extreme Rules, and tells Roman's that it's on concerning the six-man tag match.
In a bizarre, comedic match where Goldust tries to get R-Truth's attention and R-Truth dances with Fandango, Tyler Breeze beats Goldust when Goldust is distracted by Truth and Fandango dancing and pinned with a roll-up by Tyler Breeze. (To top off the weirdness, this is Tyler Breeze's first win in 2016. You're reading this right.)
The New Day (Kofi Kingston, Big E, Xavier Woods) show up. It is announced that they will defend the WWE Tag Team Championships against The Vaudevillains (Aiden English and Simon Gotch) at Extreme Rules. They address Enzo Amore's injury, and show the tweet from WWE's Twitter saying that Enzo is okay on the TitanTron. Xavier Woods then says that when Enzo Amore is ready to return, The New Day will be right here waiting. Suddenly, The Vaudevillains show up, admit that Enzo's injury was tragic, but say that this is a tough business and though things happen. They also say a real man would have gotten back up from that, and gloat about taking down Enzo. As they talk about how they're real men and that they've left no doubt they're next in line for the tag titles, The Dudley Boyz (Bubba Ray and D-Von Dudley) show up and say The Vaudevillains didn't prove anything at Payback. As Bubba Ray and D-Von say that they deserve a shot at the tag titles, Colin Cassady shows up, sick and tired of The Vaudevillains gloating over taking out Enzo, and plans to finish the job from last night. He also tells The Dudley Boyz to stay out of this, as they were already eliminated from the #1 Contenders' Tag Team Tournament. Big Cass then gets in the ring, starting two brawls: one between him and The Vaudevillains, the other between The New Day and The Dudley Boyz.

He then mentions Stephanie getting Speared by Roman Reigns. Stephanie says that Roman Reigns "taught her a very valuable lesson." Ambrose then mentions Shane McMahon. Stephanie says that the WWE Universe is still loyal to Shane, and that without loyalty in WWE, "where would WWE be?" Ambrose then wants to know what sacrifices Stephanie has made "spreading the brand" and if Shane has made those same sacrifices, all in an attempt to see what makes Stephanie tick, but Stephanie says that it's time for change, and Stephanie responds by saying that eventually, it's time for change...and then cancels The Ambrose Asylum. Charles then says "yes" accidentally before saying "no" when asked if he has anything to do with Natalya losing. Charles then says "yes" when asked if the referee's decision is final, and what looks like a conniving grin can be seen on Charles Robinson's face. As Charles Robinson leaves, Natalya arrives, and says that she is convinced Charles Robinson was paid off and that the Harts are better than the Flairs.
