Those Dynamite Kids - Dynamite recap for July 31, 2024

MJF heads to the ring to start tonight's show. MJF makes fun of the South Carolina fans, telling them to keep their "meth-addicted" mouths shut so he can talk to "real America," and calls Will Ospreay "a Redcoat terrorist" that he beat to bring gold back to America. He says that he will be walking into enemy territory and beating Ospreay once again at All In, then asks the fans to show some respect, have some decorum to rise for their American hero. Suddenly, Will Ospreay shows up, and MJF slides out of the ring and runs to the back as Ospreay slides in. Ospreay tells MJF to keep running as he will put him through pain he cannot imagine for talking about his family. He says that people refuse to acknowledge the American Championship because MJF is holding it and because MJF threw the International Championship in the trash like a piece of garbage. Ospreay says men like PAC, Orange Cassidy, Jon Moxley, Rey Fenix, Roderick Strong and himself have worked to bring prestige to the title and perform like no tomorrow for the fans while MJF fails to fit that criteria. He says that MJF is unworthy of holding the title or representing the American spirit, and that when MJF heads to London, he will restore honor to the International Championship. MJF calls the fans "disgusting turncoats" for liking Ospreay, then says he is an American hero with morals and lets his action do the talking, and at All In, he will annihilate him in front of all of his "crooked teeth" countrymen. He then says he has a feeling that Ospreay will not make it to All In, because tonight, everybody dies. Lance Archer shows up for the opening match.

Will Ospreay beats Lance Archer. After the match, Ospreay is attacked from behind by MJF, who then hits Ospreay with a brainbuster in the middle of the ring. MJF then dons the Dynamite Diamond Ring, but Kyle Fletcher suddenly shows up and fights MJF, who soon retreats. Kyle Fletcher tells Don Callis that Ospreay is his best friend, and while he is not part of the Don Callis Family, he is laying in a heap due to a "self-centered narcissistic arsehole" and he will not let him attack people without repercussion. He tells MJF that he is his karma coming to bite him in the arse and that he only cares about himself, and that he came to America because it is where the best wrestle and it is given him his dream house, car and girl. He says that everyone getting tired of "the same old MJF bullcrap" and dares him to get in the ring so he can punch him in the ring a couple more times. MJF teases getting in the ring, even tearing his shirt off, then says "no" and that he calls the shots, calling Fletcher "a wanna-be Will Ospreay." He says nobody punches him in the face and gets away with it, and if he wants a match, he will get one next week, but if he thought All In last year was bad, he will Kangaroo Kick his face off and make sure he suffered the same fate as Daniel Garcia when he breaks his neck and leaves him in a pool of his own blood. MJF then says that he cannot wait to see the look on Ospreay's face when he dismantles Fletcher.

We see a video package for Swerve Strickland.

Backstage, Alex Marvez interviews The Learning Tree ("The Learning Tree" Chris Jericho, Big Bill, "The Bad Apple" Bryan Keith). Big Bill has a cake to celebrate 102 days of Chris Jericho as FTW Champion, and Jericho says there has never been a cake in wrestling that did not get smashed in someone's face, then says that will not happen and that he will smash "The Wrestler" Katsuyori Shibata's face. He says that he may not be able to take care of Shibata, but Bryan Keith will. Bryan Keith tells Shibata to stay out of Jericho's business before stating that he will become Shibata's business, then Big Bill hands the cake to Alex Marvez. Keith tells Marvez that if he respects Chris Jericho, he will eat the cake.

Kris Statlander beats Willow Nightingale in a CMLL World Women's Championship Eliminator Match after Stokely hands Statlander a chain and distracts referee Aubrey Edwards so that Statlander can hit Willow with it. After the match, Stokely helps Statlander hide the chain, then Kris Statlander hits Willow with a metal folding chair. Three security guards show up, and Statlander drops the chair before laying them out with her bare hands before Stokely tells her to stop.

"The American Dragon" Bryan Danielson heads to the ring. Danielson says it is great to be in Greenville, South Carolina, and mentions that he and his wife had their engagement photos here and that the town has a lovely downtown area. He says that while he and his wife Brie were looking through those pictures, he says that you don't realize they are "the good old days" until they are almost gone. Danielson says he is here to talk about present and promises, saying he has been very lucky regarding his career and since he came back from forced retirement, he has able to be present in "the good old days." He says the last three years have been the most fun in his entire career, and tonight, he was able to be present behind the curtain. This leads to a "Thank you, Bryan!" chant. Bryan admits that there are some moments that he will never understand, and for that moment, he was present. As for promises, he promised that he would stop wrestling full-time when his daughter turned seven. He has also promised his family that his current AEW contract, which ends tomorrow, will be his last, and that he promised the fans that every time he stepped into the ring, he would give it his all, as both he and the fans deserved it. He said he would kick people's heads in and win the AEW World Championship, and while he has kicked a lot of people's heads in during the last three years, he has not won the World Championship yet. He says that All In will be his last shot and that doctors and his family do not want him to wrestle, but he promises to go to Wembley Stadium, be present for that moment, and give the fans everything that he has and go all in, body, mind and soul. Before Danielson can say much else, Prince Nana and Swerve Strickland show up. Swerve admits he respects Danielson for inspiring a whole generation to achieve their dreams, and if this were any other time, he would be rooting for him. Swerve then says that it is his time and that he won the AEW World Championship like he said he would do, then says that he is so far ahead of his own time that people ten years later will be wanting to press rewind. He says Danielson has been kicking heads in, but he was unable to handle it when people started kicking back, then lets Danielson know that the AEW World Championship is not an achievement award and proof that you are the best in the world. Swerve says Danielson has been losing while he has been winning, and that he competed at All In while Danielson was too broken down to get a flight to London. He says that Danielson's body cannot handle being champion, then promises him that he is the most dangerous man in AEW and that Danielson will not be walking out of All In as champion. He also says that after he is done with him, Danielson may never walk again. Swerve and Nana are about to leave when Danielson promises that if he does not win the AEW World Championship, he will never wrestle again. Danielson makes their match at All In title vs. career, and both men shake hands on it before Swerve acknowledges the nobility of that move before telling him to keep the promise with his family.

Backstage, Renee Paquette interviews "The American Dragon" Bryan Danielson, who is soon met by Jeff Jarrett, Karen Jarrett, Jay Lethal and Sonjay Dutt, who congratulate him on going all in. Danielson tells Jeff Jarrett to see how "all in" he is when they face each other in a match next week.

Don Callis guests on commentary for the next match.

Rush, The Beast Mortos and Roderick Strong beat The Conglomeration (Mark Briscoe, Orange Cassidy, Tomohiro Ishii) in a trios match.

We hear from The Acclaimed ("Platinum" Max Caster, Anthony Bowens, "Daddy" Ass Billy Gunn) backstage. "Daddy Ass" Billy Gunn says they are coming to Collision, and Max Caster says they are looking for FTR (Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler) in their home territory and are nowhere to be found, and accuses them of being scared. He says everyone loves The Acclaimed and that The Acclaimed love Greenville, South Carolina, then questions how serious FTR are after they refused to recognize him as a serious wrestler. Bowens says FTR are afraid to man up to what they said and that they will come to them on Collision, and hopes that they show up.

Backstage, Renee Paquette interviews "The Glamour" Mariah May. Mariah says she does not have to explain herself any further and that she wanted to be just like "Timeless" Toni Storm, and she tore her open and wore her skin. She says Toni did nothing to her, which is why Toni was perfect. She says Toni gave her everything she ever wanted, and when she said the business would eat one alive, it was just her turn to eat. Toni then refuses to answer any further questions.

"Timeless" Toni Storm suddenly shows up and says that Mariah May said she loved her, and that she loved Mariah, too. She then says that "they say that you should take what you love and let it kill you," and that All In will be "the romance of a bloody lifetime."

We see footage from San Diego Comic Con last Thursday where Dr. Britt Baker D.M.D. and Mercedes Moné have a physical altercation. Britt Baker vs. Mercedes Moné for the TBS Championship is now official for All In.

Kamille beats Brittany Jade. After the match, Mercedes Moné introduces Kamille as the newest member of "Moné Corporation." Mercedes says she has been victimized for weeks by Dr. Britt Baker, D.M.D. and that she has tried to be diplomatic only for Britt to take things way too far. She says that Britt Baker is obsessed her, and while her actions have gotten her the match she wanted, they have also gotten her suspended. She says that Britt Baker can talk about how she built AEW all she wants, because AEW is her house now and she will turn it into a mansion. She also says that losing to her will still be the greatest thing that will ever happened to Britt Baker's career, because money changes everything.

Darby Allin beats "Hangman" Adam Page with a La Magistral Cradle out of nowhere. During the match, the lights above the ring go out briefly, but they come back on. After the match, Hangman goes ballistic and throws metal folding chairs into the ring before Darby flips Hangman off at the ramp.

Here are the highlights from tonight's show!

The Great American Bash, Night One - NXT recap for July 30, 2024

We see Hank Walker and Tank Walker at the Performance Center sneaking into the building to become the hosts of tonight's show. They try hacking a computer, pulling a plug on a server and dodging lasers before causing a power outage. They soon find the breaker, and after pulling the switch, the show begins.

The Unholy Union (Alba Fyre and Isla Dawn) retain the WWE Women's Tag Team Championships against Meta-Four (Lash Legend and Jakara Jackson). After the match, "All Ego" Ethan Page shows up and makes fun of Meta-Four (Lash, Jakara, Oro Mensah) for coming up short, and hopes Lash and Jakara console Oro Mensah after his loss, as there will be no fluke victories. He then goes for a cheap shot with the NXT Championship, but Oro gets him in a schoolkid pin and Lash and Jakara make the "three count."

In backstage footage from earlier today, Cedric Alexander talks to some Performance Center trainees when Shawn Spears says Cedric is in no position to dispense wisdom and that Brooks Jensen is beginning to see the light. Jensen shows up and challenges Cedric to a match.
Backstage, Hank Walker interviews Tavion Heights. Tavion talks about his athletic accomplishments and mentions Tony D'Angelo's athletic background as he gets ready for his Heritage Cup match. Tank Ledger interviews Tony D'Angelo. D'Angelo says that Tavion is an accomplished athlete, and that Tavion is about to find out how good he is as well.

We hear from Pete Dunne, who talks about how he has been in the business for eighteen years and has seen young men who cannot handle a setback. He says that he is young and bitter, and talks about the Butch gimmick as well as Tyler Bate's injury. He says that Sheamus, Tyler and Trick Williams are nothing like him, saying that Trick has yet to "figure it out" despite having everything it takes to be a superstar and needs his help. He says that next week, he will force Trick to figure it out.

Backstage, Trick Williams accepts Pete Dunne's challenge, saying it's time to "whup that ass" instead of "Whoop That Trick."

Tony D'Angelo retains the NXT Heritage Cup Championship against Tavion Heights two falls to one (2-1). After Round 1, Wren Sinclair is seen in the stands, and she is soon in Tavion Heights' corner. Tony D'Angelo scores the first fall with the Fuggedabout it with 2:32 (two minutes, thirty-two seconds) left in Round 3. After this happens, Wren Sinclair gets in the ring, yells at Tavion Heights and slaps him, firing him up enough to score the second fall with 2:38 (two minutes, thirty-eight seconds) left in Round 4. D'Angelo scores the third and deciding fall after two spinebusters with 1:22 (one minute, twenty-two seconds) left in Round 5.

We see footage of Jacy Jayne, Jazmyn Nyx and Fallon Henley irritated with Sol Ruca, Karmen Petrovic and Lola Vice taking their spots. Lola Vice proposes via Instagram that they all have a six-woman tag match.

Cedric Alexander beats Brooks Jensen after Jensen misses the kick from the ring apron to the table. Shawn Spears shows up to watch from ringside during the match.

We hear from Je'Von Evans, who talks about how wrestling was an escape in the middle of his parents' rocky relationship and eventual divorce, and how it also got him in trouble in school by telling teachers to "suck it" and hitting a Swanton Bomb off the top of a wall. Je'Von also talks about how he got started wrestling on trampolines before taking the dream of a professional wrestling career seriously.

Backstage, Joe Hendry heads to the ring, and Ashante "Thee" Adonis wants to see what Hendry's concert is all about.

The Rascalz (Trey Miguel, Zachary Wentz, Wes Lee) hang out at the treehouse, which now has a green curtain. Wes Lee finds out the treehouse is magic, the three of the still cannot believe they are together again in NXT, and while they cannot smoke weed due to the show being PG, they are focused on the NXT Tag Team Championships, with MSK (Zachary Wentz and Wes Lee) never having actually lost them. Wes Lee texts Nathan Frazer and Axiom for a tag team title shot.

Joe Hendry is in the ring for his first WWE concert. Hendry, knowing that the world believes, needs a song that he knows almost everyone will love. Hendry starts off with a performance of "I C Double Me And You" that is NXT-centric and allows him to poke fun at Booker T and Gallus (Joe Coffey, Mark Coffey, Wolfgang). Hendry then goes for an encore, but Gallus shows up before he can get started. Joe Coffey calls Hendry a flash in the pan, a one-hit wonder and a one-trick pony before threatening to deck him if he hears him sing again. Coffey dares Hendry to take a swing at him, and when he does, Gallus completely overpowers him. Joe Coffey grabs Hendry's guitar and breaks it over Hendry's back.

Backstage, Hank Walker and Tank Ledger go for a world record for most Post-It-Notes on a person's face in 60 seconds in front of Roxanne Perez, who is visibly annoyed. As Roxanne says she is getting ready for her match, Jaida Parker shows up and says Roxanne may not have her title after tonight.

Ava moderates a contract signing backstage between "All Ego" Ethan Page and Oro Mensah, and it becomes very obvious that Ethan Page has been bothered by everything Oro Mensah has done, even though he says it does not matter. Ethan Page signs the contract as he says Oro Mensah will not beat him, and Oro Mensah says that after being the man who has never fit in, he signs the contract after stating that the NXT Championship will fit perfectly around his waist.

Jaida Parker beats Kendal Grey. During the match, Myles Borne and Wren Sinclair show up and confront Carlee Bright, and Kendal Grey leaves the ring to hit Myles with a belly-to-belly suplex.

Thea Hail gets ready for her match. Ridge Holland tells Thea that nobody will be throwing in the towel and to do whatever it takes to become NXT Women's Champion. The rest of Chase University (Andre Chase, Duke Hudson, Riley Osbourne) shows up, and Andre Chase has a bit of trepidation regarding Ridge's words.

Backstage, Nathan Frazer and Axiom meet with Joaquin Wilde and Cruz del Toro when Robert Stone and Stevie Turner shows up with a contract for an NXT tag team title match. Axiom signs before Frazer does, which bugs Frazer. Axiom says they will be fine just like he will be fine with his match on Speed tomorrow.

Jacy Jayne, Jazmyn Nyx and Fallon Henley beat Sol Ruca, Lola Vice and Karmen Petrovic in a six-woman tag match.

Backstage, Tatum Paxley wants to play with Kelani Jordan, but Kelani is not in the mood. When Paxley wants to face Kelani for the NXT North American Women's Championship, Kelani says she does not play when it comes to the title. Paxley says that neither does she. Wendy Choo watches from nearby, even as Kelani looks at the dollhouse.

Backstage, Joe Hendry says it was not just the fans that were excited about tonight, as he was also excited about his first NXT concert. He says Gallus (Joe Coffey, Mark Coffey, Wolfgang) had to ruin it and that they are driven by anger and jealousy with Joe Coffey at the wheel. Hendry says he is driven by proving that he belongs in NXT and that he can hang with the best in the world, and next week, he is kicking Joe Coffey's ass and forcing Gallus to believe in him.

Roxanne Perez retains the NXT Women's Championship against Thea Hail in a match that sees an exchange of submission holds until Roxanne Perez hits the Pop Rox out of the crossface to win and retain.

Raw Deal - Raw recap for July 29, 2024

Seth "Freakin'" Rollins heads to the ring dressed in custom referee gear to start tonight's show. Rollins says he is here to lay out some rules and regulations for Drew McIntyre vs. CM Punk at SummerSlam. CM Punk shows up first, followed by McIntyre. Rollins reminds both men that they are not to lay a finger on each other before SummerSlam or else their match is off, and if they lay a finger on him tonight, it will also cause the match to be off. CM Punk rolls out of the ring, and McIntyre tells him to get back in. Punk says he is not scared or worried about what McIntyre or Rollins will do, but what he will do, and is taking himself out of the situation. Rollins sees this as Punk trying to get his way and tells him that this is not how things are going to work, and that he volunteered to be special guest referee because they scared off all the other officials, and that he can give up his position and call off the match. Rollins then says he wants this fight, as does McIntyre and the rest of the fans, and if Punk wants this fight, then he will get back into the ring. Punk gets back in the ring, telling Rollins to enjoy this while he can. McIntyre says that he and Rollins may not see eye-to-eye, but at least their rivalry is a professional one, and that Punk is a corporate ass-kisser and "the real enemy" while he and Rollins are real workhorses. Rollins agrees that he hates Punk as much as McIntyre does, but tells McIntyre that if anyone hates him as much as Punk, it is also him. Rollins then says there is only one rule and regulation and that they will listen to everything he has to say, as he calls the shots and he is the law, and if either man gets out of line, he will put their head in the dirt. Punk tells Rollins that he hopes that he can referee and hopes he calls it down the middle, and warns him that if he screws him, he will deal with him in the back. He also tells Punk that he does not want his help in the match, but McIntyre tells Punk he should be worrying about him. McIntyre tells Punk that he hates him and cannot go anywhere without hearing about him, and that he has said everything he has wanted to say about him. He says the bell is Punk's enemy, for when it rings, he will destroy him. He also hopes that Rollins has compassion in the match, as he will not stop until Punk's heart does and he will be paid handsomely to do something he would willingly do for free. Punk says he absent from WWE for ten years and the fans still chanted his name, and that McIntyre is the third wheel in their match at SummerSlam and that both he and Rollins get to be in his orbit and breathe the same air he does. He hopes that McIntyre enjoyed the last six months of his career, for they were the best six months he had and that he ruined it when he hurt him. He also says that McIntyre "dumbed" himself out of his position because he is his own enemy and a worse one than Punk. Punk then says that he has heart, unlike McIntyre, and that he has the fans chanting his name while he has nothing. McIntyre flashes Punk's necklace, and Rollins laughs at McIntyre dares Punk to take it from him.

Backstage, The Judgment Day (Finn Balor, "Dirty" Dominik Mysterio, Rhea Ripley, JD McDonagh) and Carlito find their clubhouse vandalized, and Rhea chalks it up to Liv Morgan getting revenge after last week, stating Liv has stepped over the line one too many times.

Backstage, Damian Priest catches up with The Judgment Day (Finn Balor, "Dirty" Dominik Mysterio, Rhea Ripley, JD McDonagh) and Carlito in the vandalized clubhouse. Finn Balor tells Gunther that he insulted everyone in the group when he insulted him, and that he will bust up Gunther. Meanwhile, Carlito prepares to deal with Sami Zayn.

The Creed Brothers (Julius and Brutus Creed) beat Alpha Academy (Otis and Akira Tozawa). After the match, The Creed Brothers hold down Otis so that Chad Gable can punch him and put him in the ankle lock. Maxxine Dupri gets on top of Gable, but Gable shrugs him and chews her out. Maxxine replies with a slap to the face. When Maxxine dares Gable to fight her, the lights start going out, and Otis, Maxxine and Tozawa all get out dodge while Gable and The Creed Brothers stay in the ring. "Huskus," "Rabbit" and "Mercy" of The Wyatt Sicks appear and head towards the ring before unmasking. They happen to be Joe Gacy, Erick Rowan and Dexter Lumis, respectively. Gable runs away only for "Abbie" - who is Nikki Cross - to hit him with a cross body. The Wyatt Sicks then lay waste to The Creed Brothers. Chad Gable escapes, but he is soon approached by Uncle Howdy, and he runs away.

Backstage, Carlito tells "Dirty" Dominik Mysterio that he has Sami Zayn, even thought Carlito is supposed to deal with Sami. Dominik tells Carlito that since he is free, he can handle "Main Event" Jey Uso, and Rhea tells Carlito he will deal with Jey alone.

"Big" Bronson Reed beats Sheamus after Pete Dunne shows up and hits Sheamus with a shillelagh.

Backstage, we hear from Damian Priest, who says that his upbringing is being brought up by Gunther, who has no idea of how he grew up when he was handed everything and surrounded by people telling him how great he was. He says that Gunther has never handed the World Heavyweight Championship and that Gunther is an asshole, and that the ring that was an escape from the streets will become the streets when he beats him to retain the World Heavyweight Championship. Priest says he has fought for everything he has earned and that he is now willing to die for everything he has got.

We hear from Bron Breakker, who says he is not here to talk down on Sami Zayn, as he does not even dislike him. He says Sami is at the top of his game in stand-up comedy and yet he did not take him seriously. He says that Sami has accepted the fact that he is going to lose at SummerSlam as he is looking forward to a life after him and after WWE, and while Sami has been telling jokes in preparation, he has been training like a dog. Breakker says that the joke is on Sami and that the Intercontinental Championship will be on him.

"Main Event" Jey Uso beats Carlito after Carlito takes several bites out of his apple (and has some of the apple himself).

Backstage, Jackie Redmond interviews Zelina Vega. Zelina says her right arm feels ago and that she knows she was lucky to have Kayden Carter, Katana Chance and Lyra Valkyria in her corner and that Zoey Stark had to stack the deck against her. As Zelina says that Zoey, "The Queen of Spades" Shayna Baszler and Sonya Deville know she is a threat, Zoey, Shayna and Sonya surround her and gang up on her before Shayna kicks at the injured right arm. Officials soon step in.

Zelina Vega is tended to backstage in the trainer's room.

Backstage, The Miz announces that he will be hosting SummerSlam this year in his house of Cleveland, Ohio, then R-Truth shows up thinking In Your House is bringing brought back before asking The Miz how he is going to host the whole show from his house. R-Truth wants to know if he should bring hors d'oeuvres or a bag of ice or any party favors, and The Miz says no before eventually declaring he will provide the hor d'oeuvres.

We see footage and photos of WWE on tour in Japan.

Before the next match, Karrion Kross mentions Kofi Kingston re-injuring his shoulder on the Japan tour and that it is only a cop-out for Kofi to skip town because the spotlight is on Xavier Woods instead of him and only because nobody wants to be in tonight's town. Karrion Kross then offers Woods a chance to join The Final Testament, tell the kids that the power of positivity is one big lie, and tell "that one-armed bastard" Kofi Kingston that he should have retired after losing the WWE Championship in six seconds. Woods punches him.

Karrion Kross beats Xavier Woods after dodging the Limit Break elbow.

We see footage of WWE Chief Content Officer Paul "Triple H" Levesque talking with Jesse "The Body" Ventura backstage.

Backstage, Jackie Redmond interviews Sami Zayn. Sami says that he did a comedy show before his last match with Bron Breakker and still won, and that Breakker thought it was a foregone conclusion that he would win and did not take him seriously. He says that Breakker has hit cheap shots week after week because of this, and while Breakker's attitude is different, so is his, and now it is just about beating Bron Breakker's ass. As far as "Dirty" Dominik Mysterio goes, he will handle that business right now.

We hear from Liv Morgan, who says that she would have done anything for "Dirty" Dominik Mysterio, then says he is not a man and just "Rhea [Ripley]'s little bitch." She says she wishes that she could take back every tear she cried for him, but now, he will make Rhea's life a living hell and beat Rhea before leaving Dominik with whatever is left while she is still Women's World Champion.

Sami Zayn beats "Dirty" Dominik Mysterio by disqualification. During the match, JD McDonagh and Carlito show up and distract Sami, nearly costing him in the match. The match is over when JD McDonagh gets in the ring and breaks up a pinfall attempt by Sami Zayn. After the match, McDonagh and Carlito attack Sami, then "Main Event" Jey Uso shows up and send them and Dominik out of the ring before hitting them all with a dive over the top rope. Afterwards, Sami is attacked from behind by Bron Breakker, who then goes for a Spear only to be booted in the face, hit with an Exploder Suplex into the corner, and nearly hit with a Helluva Kick before rolling out of the ring. When Sami turns his back on Breakker, Breakker tries to ambush him again, but Sami turns around and clotheslines him out of the ring.

We see another Wyatt Sicks video, this time with Dexter Lumis, who is almost unrecognizable. When asked what he will do when the buzzards start circling, Dexter simply says "Run."

Backstage, Chad Gable tells General Manager Adam Pearce about Joe Gacy, Erick Rowan and Dexter Lumis being under masks earlier before wanting a six-man tag match against him and The Creed Brothers. Pearce makes the match official, but tells Gable to be careful what he wishes for after he leaves.

We hear from Rhea Ripley, who says that if Liv Morgan wants to break and burn things that do not belong to her and pretend to be the victim in her "revenge fantasy," then her revenge tour will come to an end. Rhea says she will make Liv pay after taking her title, three months of her career as well as "Dirty" Dominik Mysterio and that she will get her own revenge.

Zoey Stark, "The Queen of Spades" Shayna Baszler and Sonya Deville beat Lyra Valkyria, Katana Chance and Kayden Carter in a six-woman tag match. After the match, Damage CTRL (Dakota Kai, Iyo Sky, Kairi Sane) shows up and brawls with Zoey, Shayna and Sonya, quickly cleaning house and forcing them out of the ring. Iyo Sky hits all three of them with Over The Moonsault on the outside.

In footage from an empty arena from earlier today, Gunther says he gave Damian Priest an easy way out, but Priest revealed he has no control over his own emotions. He calls Priest "an emotional wanna-be" who uses the business to get over his childhood trauma. He says that he used to look up to Finn Balor and considered him a world-class weirdo until Balor became "street trash" when he joined The Judgment Day. He then tells Priest that he will never forgive Priest for using the business to cover up for his pathetic existence, and after SummerSlam, Priest and everyone else will remember SummerSlam as the day he saved professional wrestling and the World Heavyweight Championship.

Backstage, Cathy Kelley interviews Damage CTRL (Dakota Kai, Iyo Sky, Kairi Sane). Dakota Kai says Zoey Stark, "The Queen of Spades" Shayna Baszler and Sonya Deville have been running the place is because they have been gone, and now that they are back, it is time to re-establish order. She then challenges Sonya Deville to a match next week to see how long their group lasts after she cuts the head off the snake.

Backstage, Finn Balor says The Judgment Day (Finn Balor, Damian Priest, Rhea Ripley, "Dirty" Dominik Mysterio, JD McDonagh) and Carlito will wait until SummerSlam to get out of the mess that they have gotten themselves into. Rhea agrees, and says that The Judgment Day has Finn's back, but Finn says he is doing this himself. Rhea and Damian agree, with Damian saying Gunther is their main problem and having faith that Finn Balor will soften Gunther up.

Gunther beats Finn Balor with the sleeper. After the match, Gunther puts Finn Balor back into the sleeper, and Damian Priest soon runs into the ring to brawl with Gunther. The brawl soon makes its way outside as the show ends.
