Dion Lennox says that Saquon was an indy wrestler who knew his way around the ring, but Osiris says Saquon made things harder than necessary. Cutler says that success by the individual is success for the group, and that Saquon forgot that and became a liability. He says that Saquon went into every situation blind and was never prepared for the consequences, and for that, he failed DarkState, and last week was the last straw. Lennox says that could have been him, and says Saquon tried to turn DarkState against him due to his own jealously and belief that he was better. Lennox says John Cena picked him for the Iron Survivor Challenge and that he earned it. He says that the DarkState vehicle is for everyone and that he built it brick by brick, and says there is no DarkState without him and that he will not let Saquon tear it down. Osiris says that they are going back to what they do best when the lights go out, then Lennox warns everyone they have spared in the last few months and says that if it was not safe before, then no one has seen anything yet. He then addresses Naraku, stating that it is about time they meet face-to-face. Naraku shows up and heads to the ring, and D'Angelo tells Naraku to get straight to the point. Naraku says he wants to keep D'Angelo and his title safe, but D'Angelo does not buy it, and says he will take care of Hendrix before he takes care of him. Naraku says he will keep D'Angelo and his title safe because it is destiny that they go to war, then Kam Hendrix shows up and tells D'Angelo that he has seven days left before it is "Lights, Kam, Action" for the NXT Championship. Hendrix says that D'Angelo is running into a buzzsaw that he cannot stop, as he has beaten two former champions last week and he is about to beat a pillar of NXT next week. D'Angelo says Hendrix may be a premier athelte, but sees his title as a status symbol. D'Angelo tells Hendrix he sacrificed everything and spent five years in NXT to earn the NXT Championship, and yet he is facing someone who does not even deserve a shot at it. He says that there will be a "Mr. NXT" pageant where he will beat Shiloh once and for all. Shiloh says he cannot wait to embarrass Angels, and tells him to bring it on.

Backstage, Shawn Spears tells Izzi Dame that says he and Niko Vance should not have had a match on the same night as her championship match and that he was "doing the right thing," much to Izzi's chagrin.

Lola Vice retains the NXT Women's Championship against Izzi Dame. She also warns Sinclair that Kendal will turn on her. Sinclair challenges Kelani to a match, and Kelani accepts, saying she does not want Sinclair's title and just wants to embarrass her.

Tony D'Angelo heads to the ring. D'Angelo says that the more NXT changes, the more it stays the same, and that the only constant is that competitors come and go. He then says that he has become the constant, and that there is no man tough enough to kick him off the mountain. He also says that includes whoever sent him that box last week. D'Angelo says that while all sorts of competitors are coming for him, he is wondering about the box, knowing it is a warning. The lights go out, then all of a sudden, former New Japan Pro Wrestling wrestler EVIL shows up. EVIL heads to the ring, and hands D'Angelo a black fabric with the same kanji that was on the box. EVIL then leaves the ring. As EVIL leaves, D'Angelo is suddenly attacked from behind by Tavion Heights, who says that he is tired of waiting and is taking what he wants. As this goes on, Will Kroos gets in the ring and hits a moonsault on D'Angelo.

Tatum Paxley and Shiloh Hill dig a grave for Blake Monroe, and hope that her soul finds peace. She calls Izzi out so she can show her what she is about to do her, then reiterates that she will be a fighting champion before Shawn Spears appears on the TitanTron, saying that Lola did not think things through. He tells Lola to stay one step ahead like The Culling (Shawn Spears, Izzi Dame, Niko Vance) if she wants to keep her title, then Izzi Dame and Niko Vance suddenly show up behind Lola. We hear from Zaria. We see a burnt, flaming surfboard with "Sol Ruca" on it. Zaria says Sol Ruca was a beauty from a distance, but up close, she was drowning her until she opened her eyes and remembered who she was as we see an image of Sol Ruca disintegrate. Zaria says she does not make compromises, and now that Sol Ruca is gone, she will scorch everyone and everything in her way. (The segment comes under fire afterwards for being made with AI.)

Shiloh Hill beats Ricky Saints after Saints brings a metal folding chair into the ring only for Shiloh to knock the chair out of his hands, sends Saints into the chair with a drop toe hold, then hit Whisper of the Beast to get the pin and the win. Sol Ruca is in the ring. She says she has been going back and forth about what she wanted to talk about, and part of her did not want to say anything at all. She says she has seen what Zaria has said on social media, and thought that they were stronger than this. Sol Ruca states that Zaria states that decided that she was not worth standing next to anymore, even after she fought for her when no one else would and always gave her the benefit of the doubt so she could make her name mean something. She then says that Zaria never wanted to be part of a team and just wanted her moment, and when she could not get her own moment, Zaria took her out. Sol Ruca says she wanted to pull Zaria forward and did what she did because she thought they were better together, and that she wanted Zaria to shine as much as she did. Sol Ruca then says she sees and hears her and knows who Zaria really are, and dares Zaria to prove she can stand alone at Stand & Deliver. When Sol Ruca demands Zaria face her, Zaria shows up and accuses Sol Ruca of wanting her own success more while giving her nothing and making her nothing more than "Sol Ruca's partner" rather than Zaria. She states that when she Speared Sol Ruca, she took back everything Sol Ruca took from her, and she was no longer standing in her own shadow. She says that this all started at Stand & Deliver and that it will all end there. Zaria says that Sol Ruca was never going to share anything with her as soon as she kicked her off the ladder, and that she hated having to stand near someone who had everything she wanted and could not get it. Zaria concludes for that as long as Sol Ruca stands, she is never going to. She says this is not about Sol Ruca, but about choosing herself, and if breaking her will allow her to be who she wants to become, so be it. Sol Ruca is surprised that Zaria views her as the bad guy in her story and that she viewed their friendship as a transactional relationship, then says that Zaria threw away opportunities because she was ashamed to stand beside her. Tatum Paxley heads to the ring to start tonight's show. Tatum says that for the longest time, she felt like she was getting noticed wrong and kept feeling alone, and wondered if everything was everything and if she should be "less Tatum." After Saturday, she realized she became a champion not because of The Culling (Shawn Spears, Niko Vance, Izzi Dame) or because somebody carried her there, but because the fans willed her to keep going, and now she has the confidence that she belongs that she has looked for for a long time. She states that she won the NXT Women's Championship for The Culling, but she won the Women's North American Championship for the fans. All of a sudden, Izzi Dame shows up.Izzi congratulates Tatum before reminding the fans of what Patum used to be like, and we see a short video package of Tatum at the start of her career. Izzi says that Tatum is fake and has not changed, and has just continued to prove that she is not a weirdo. The first is to destroy DarkState, which he did at Vengeance Day, and D'Angelo commends Dion Lennox for dying on his shield. The second reason is something "the man in the mirror" was incapable of achieving. He says that he buried his past self six feet under so he could prove he is the baddest in NXT and win the NXT Championship. He says that Joe Hendry is a sensation, and while his past self would want to break bread with him, he is now willing to break his face, then says this is not business, but personal. Generation NXT - NXT recap for March 3, 2026

Myles Borne heads to the ring to start tonight's show. Myles says that the fans know what he has been through and what he fights for, and instead of thanking the fans and his family for support, he thanks his biggest haters for doubting him, including "All Ego" Ethan Page, who did not think he had this in him. He said that instead of teaching him that he lacked a killer instinct, he lit a fire that awakened a demon. He says he is no Boy Scout and no angel and that he will do what it takes to keep the title. Ethan Page shows up and says if it was not for him, Myles Borne would be afraid to rock the boat, then says it is time to repay the favor. He says that anyone can have a good night, and while he had a bad night, he had a thousand good nights since he arrived in NXT. He says that if anyone deserves a rematch, it is the man that has been carrying NXT on his back for the last two years. Myles says he will give him his rematch, and after Ethan wants it for tonight, Myles says he will regret it. Interim General Manager Robert Stone shows up and tells Myles to reconsider, but Ethan Page says Myles wants to be a fighting champion. Stone reconsiders and makes the match happen right now, with both men still in street clothes.

D'Angelo shows up as soon as DarkState leaves, and he pulls a crowbar out of the trunk.

She says that Jaida confirmed her value, and declares that she is "perfectly poised" and is the conversation. Blake says that people are obsessed about her and talk about her more than Jaida Parker, then says that Jaida Parker cannot step up and that stepping to her is her only option when it comes to mattering, as the women's division revolves around her. She says that Jaida is begging to be in the spotlight, then says that she will share it with her at Vengeance Day before walking into Stand & Deliver. Jaida shows up and says Blake has jokes and says that she should slap the taste out of her mouth, especially when Blake claims to run the division yet has to talk about herself. She chalks it up to insecurity, then says she will give Blake the ass-whupping she is asking for, as Blake needs her so she does not fade into the background she is scared of. She also tells Tatum that she is unlovable and pathetic and calls Tatum a shell of her former self without her, then says there is no "new version" of Tatum and that Tatum has not changed. Lola says she cannot be out for that long due to the NXT Underground match as well as future opportunities. Dr. Martin asks Lola to meet with him after the match.

Dion Lennox is in the ring. He calls out Tony D'Angelo, who shows up in the crowd and blames Lennox for the destruction of his life last year. He says he has come back a different, more dangerous man and told him what he would do, and says he will kill Lennox's dreams. He says that he will cash in his final promise of destroying DarkState (Dion Lennox, Cutler James, Saquon Shugars, Osiris Griffin) by taking Lennox out. Lennox says he is fighting for four on Saturday, and that he will run D'Angelo over on the way to becoming NXT Champion. Jacy Jayne retains the NXT Women's Championship. After the match, Sol Ruca raises the title up and tells Zaria that her soul is hers, then blasts Lainey Reid with the title.

Backstage, Sarah Schreiber interviews Interim General Manager Robert Stone. Stone says he needs to figure some things out, and he will have a decision regarding the NXT Women's Championship at Vengeance Day.

Ricky Saints heads to the ring for "The Absolute Experience." Saints describes himself as "a true thespian" and says that the network loves him before starting his own concert to rival Joe Hendry's. He sings poorly while mocking Joe Hendry, and keeps holding the concert up in order to replace the stool with a chair. He also demands that the microphone be replaced, saying that something is off before telling the fans that they stink. When he asks for a new guitar, Joe Hendry shows up and hits him with a guitar. The Vanity Project (Brad Baylor, "The Smoke Show" Ricky Saints, Jackson Drake) rushes in and attacks Hendry, but Myles Borne shows up to make the save. Generation NXT - NXT recap for December 9, 2025

Oba Femi heads to the ring to start tonight's show. Oba says that true power does not bend or break, but watches the world revolve around it and says that he is true power. He says that the starts aligned for Ricky Saints at No Mercy and knocked him off his throne temporarily, but NXT was not the same without him on top. He says that the universe did what it does best and found a way to correct itself, and the NXT Championship came back to him. He says that this is the way it is supposed to be and that he is now done with Saints and focused on "The American Nightmare" Cody Rhodes. Oba says that Cody will see not the future or potential, but the now and the inevitable, then Ricky Saints shows up and congratulates Oba on doing what he said he would do, then says he is man enough to admit that Oba was the better man at Deadline. As for what is next for him, Saints felt at first that he would never be NXT Champion again, but he is coming back for the title and he is steering the universe back on track. As Saints demands a championship rematch, Je'Von Evans shows up and says that he is #1 contender after becoming men's Iron Survivor, and that he is now wondering why he should wait until January to have his title match. Je'Von proclaims that he is locked right now and that he wants his title match right now, but Saints wants to know what the rush is and says that Je'Von versus him is "the better play." Je'Von says that he is the now, not the future, and that nobody is touching him at 21 years of age. He says that Oba is the man to beat for the NXT Championship and that he is putting money on himself right now. Saints agrees with Je'Von, and Oba Femi gets angry over the two of them telling him how to run the show. Saints and Je'Von talk this up to cowardice, but Oba Femi says that he has always beaten Je'Von and that tonight is no different.

Backstage, we hear from Tatum Paxley, who says that Izzi Dame has destroyed the old her and that while she has nothing left to lose, Izzi does. Tatum produces dolls of Shawn Spears and Niko Vance and says that since she did not want to play Izzi's way, Izzi will now be playing her way, and after she gets rid of Spears and Vance, it will just be the two of them together.

Kelani Jordan beats Jordynne Grace after kicking Jordynne off the ring steps and into the barricade as the referee takes the chair out of Jordynne's hands. This causes the barricade to break before Kelani hits Jordynne with a top rope 450 splash for the pin and the win.

Backstage in the women's locker room, Jordynne Grace is disappointed with herself not being able to beat Kelani Jordan. Thea Hail says this is a time to believe in herself, not doubt herself, but Jordynne is puzzled that she is taking advice from someone much younger than her.

Blake Monroe heads to the ring. She says that the rest of the women's locker room looks up and idolizes her as Women's North American Champion, and says that she is in a giving mood for the holidays before hosting an open challenge for her title. The open challenge is answered by numerous opponents, and Blake is suddenly attacked from behind by Thea Hail , who puts her in a Kimura Lock and forces her to flee. Blake is soon surrounded by the women's locker room.

Shiloh Hill beats Lexis King in his NXT debut.

Backstage, Kelly Kincaid interviews Oba Femi. Oba says he has learned to expect the unexpected as champion, then says the end result is always predictable. He hopes "The American Nighmare" Cody Rhodes is watching, as while he knows what Je'Von Evans is all about, he does not know what Oba Femi is capable of. He asks Cody who will carry him when he puts him in the ground when he breaks him just like he will Je'Von Evans.

"All Ego" Ethan Page heads to the ring. Ethan Page says he came to NXT to drink from the fountain of youth and learn as much as possible, but all the people he asked questions to are all preoccupied with social media. He talks about how John Cena will soon become a distant memory and leave a hole that will be filled with a man with a giant ego: himself. He also talks about how he won the North American Championship and made it prestigious after he could not win his way back to the NXT title. Ethan says the best had tried to take his title and could not do it, and he decided to keep on conquering and became AAA Mixed Tag Champion. He then says that one's birthday, one's death day and the day one realizes he is the biggest Superstar WWE has to offer as the three most important days, and going forward under his supervision, NXT will be perfectly fine. All of a sudden, the lights go out, and Tony D'Angelo appears behind Ethan. When Ethan turns around, D'Angelo hits him with a spinebuster and leaves a black piece of fabric similar to what was in the box handed to General Manager Ava a few weeks ago.

Ava puts all four men in a four-way match where the winner will face whoever is NXT Champion after New Year's Evil. Fatal Influence (Jacy Jayne, Fallon Henley, Lainey Reid) are in the ring after the commercial break along with Kendal Grey and Wren Sinclair. Jacy tells Kendal Grey that she should be proud of her NXT accomplishments so far, then says this is as good as it will get for her as she has the fans supporting her and she is the present. She then tells Kendal that her reality will smack her in the face at New Year's Evil when her fifteen minutes of fame end the moment she loses, and that she will send her into a catastrophic death spiral as the fans move on to the next new thing. Jacy says that potential does not win championships, and while Kendal is Evolve Women's Champion, the NXT Women's Championship is a whole different level, and while Kendal tried to make a name for herself all year, she dominated this year. Jacy lists off her accomplishments from this year and states that she is a rock star in the ring as well as the foundation that holds NXT together, and that she will not let "a flash in the pan bootleg Kurt Angle" ruin her spotlight. Jacy says that Kendal stands no chance, but Kendal says that she is the one with the momentum now despite having so much to learn. She says she shocked even herself becoming women's Iron Survivor, and reminds Jacy that she was also an unexpected champion when she beat Stephanie Vaquer. Kendal dares Jacy to treat their match at New Year's Evil as a joke, and mentions the face that Jacy will make when the underdog bites back. Jacy laughs Kendal off, but Wren Sinclair sees this as the beginning of "WrenCC" taking all of Fatal Influence's gold. This soon leads to a cheap shot from Fatal Influence on Kendal Grey. Wren Sinclair makes the save, but the numbers game catches up.

Backstage, Kelly Kincaid interviews Hank Walker and Tank Ledger, who are wearing kimonos. They talk about their time in Japan, then they are met by OTM (Bronco Nima and Lucien Price). This leads to a match between the two teams.
