Roman Reigns arrives at the arena and is met by General Manager Adam Pearce, who says that none of this would have happened if Roman listened to him. Roman says that does not matter now, as he needs a few minutes with Jacob Fatu. All of a sudden, Jacob Fatu heads to the ring. Jacob says that if Roman is going to call him out, then Roman can come to the ring so he can dog walk him. Both men exchange blows, and when Roman goes for a Superman Punch, Jacob locks it in only to eat two Superkicks and a Spear from Jey and a top rope splash from Jimmy. The Usos then put Jacob down with the 1D before tying him up in the ropes, and Roman hits Jacob with two Superman Punches while The Usos hit Jacob with two double superkicks. Roman then hits a Spear on Jacob with help from The Usos, then Roman and The Usos run into General Manager Adam Pearce. Roman tells Pearce to fire Jacob, but Jacob says "Tribal Combat." Rollins then realizes he has not had a match on Raw in nine months, and that this should change tonight. He says that General Manager Adam Pearce has given him the main event, and he will use it to throw a challenge to The Vision, especially Bron Breakker, as he cannot tell if he is a "nepo baby," "a wad of wasted potential," or everything Breakker says he is. Suddenly, Dawkins notices Seth "Freakin'" Rollins, and Montez makes the decision not to get involved. Dawkins tells Rollins that they do not need to be friends, but Rollins says he gets it and thanks Dawkins for understanding. He then says he has a match right now.

Seth "Freakin'" Rollins beats Austin Theory with the Pedigree when Theory's use of Logan Paul's brass knuckles backfires and Rollins is able to hit the Pedigree when Theory cannot pin him. After the match, Logan Paul attacks Rollins, then Angelo Dawkins shows up and fights Logan. The numbers game takes over, but Montez Ford runs out while shaking his head and evens it up. As Montez Ford tells Angelo Dawkins that helping Rollins is not worth it, they are soon taken out by Bron Breakker. Rollins gets in the ring and rakes Breakker's eyes only for Logan to grab at Rollins, allowing Breakker to hit the Spear on Rollins. Officials show up and stop The Vision before Breakker can smash Rollins with the ring steps, but Breakker gets around them and attacks Rollins again.

He then states that Regal has a great set of proteges, then says Santana and Ortiz have everything they do in AEW because of him and that Eddie Kingston is too stupid to stay home and care for his family after he burned his face. After telling Eddie to tell his wife to call him, Jericho states that Bryan Danielson is the greatest wrestler in the world today who is nothing more than "a squeaky clean nerd" who will "join the program with Moxley" after Regal introduces him to drugs. Jericho calls everyone in the ring "a royal flush of losers" and warns Jericho to stay home and out of their business before he either throws a fireball in his face or pisses in his tea again. Regal says that ever since he first met Jericho in 1997, he has had to deal with his annoying voice and that the only thing that could make him sicker is screams from a burning orphanage. He admits Jericho may have told some truths about his past, but for every single time that he was on a show with him and was not wrestling him, he would go to his locker room, open his bag, take his toothbrush and stick it up his arse. When Daniel Garcia calls Regal out for it, Regal tells him he did it to his toothbrush last week. Jericho then says if Regal wants a fight, he will get it. Moxley interrupts him, saying he will not be sucked into Jericho's sports entertainment vortex. He says that instead of a Stadium Stampede match, he proposes they have their match in front of an arena of screaming fans until the Society bleeds like stuck pigs in "pro wrestling versus sports entertainment" and "the sport we love versus stupid bullshit." Jericho says if they want anarchy, they've got it, then brings up Moxley and Santana's "Eye For An Eye Match" as well as Danielson and Eddie Kingston's past history. Orton says he can prove that, and all he needs is the ring and a referee, and while competitors are a dime a dozen, not all of them can do what he can do in the ring. He then says that Edge did not accept his challenge last week because he saw doubt in his eyes, and that the grit and passion he had has faded away into doubt and fear. Suddenly, Edge shows up. He then says that without darkness, there can be no light, and he has seen the light and it is brighter than it has ever been before, and it is thanks to Rey Mysterio. He then says that what happened to Rey has been described as heinous, disgusting and unforgivable as well as an act of penance paid to him for Rey's disbelief in him, but he does not see it that way at all. As he sees it, what happened to Rey was unfortunate but necessary, and a sacrifice for the greater good as it gave him the clarity needed to make him the leader he was meant to be. Rollins then says he wants to take this moment to speak to Rey directly, and while Rey is at home healing with his family, he will come to understand that what happened to him was a blessing to disguise. Rollins then says "You're welcome" to Rey, then Humberto Carrillo shows up. Carrillo says that nobody believes Rollins, and says that Rey is a hero to millions as well as his idol. In footage from earlier today, the axe throwing competition between Street Profits (Angelo Dawkins and Montez Ford) and The Viking Raiders (Ivar and Erik) officially begins. The Viking Raiders score bullseye after bullseye, but The Street Profits come up short as the Raiders make it look easy. Street Profits eventually score a point, but the game is broken up by two cops who want to know who put a throwing axe throw their windshield. When Angelo Dawkins does a perfect behind-the-back bullseye, Ivar and Erik are dumbfounded.

Backstage, Charly Caruso interviews Apollo Crews, who felt that things were falling in place before his injury and that he had to look inside himself and make something happen. He then says the last piece will fall into place as he challenges Andrade for the United States Championship, then Zelina Vega shows up and tells him to either stay out of the ring and keep his ring, or face Andrade and never walk again. Apollo tells Zelina to tell Andrade to be ready next week, then says he will walk out next week as United States Champion.

In footage from earlier today, one of the two police officers let Street Profits and The Viking Raiders off with a warning only because Ivar is cute. (Erik...not so much.)
